Musa and Riven- Fixer Upper

Should she call him? Maybe she shouldn't have slept with him the afternoon that she met him but she was horny and he was hot.

It had been a week and Musa looked at the small, rectangular piece of cardstock where Riven's name and number was on it. He said to call her if she ever needed anything and Musa knew that she wasn't talking about a broken air conditioner unit, though she knew that he would come back and fix that as well. But had he meant it or was he speaking in the haze of orgasm? Musa knew that she had said some things that she didn't really mean after she came.

If she called, would he remember her? Or would he think that she was a slut since she slept with him the same day that she met him? Then again, he willingly slept with her too.

Musa held the business card in one hand and her cell phone in another hand. She stared, wondering what to do.

"What are you looking at?"

Musa spun around and saw that Tecna had walked into their shared room.

"You need to stop doing that," Musa gripped her chest, "you almost gave me a heart attack."

Tecna walked more into the room and looked over Musa's shoulder.

"Riven Scott? Who is that?"

Musa sighed, "The guy who fixed our air conditioner."

"Is it broken?"

Musa shook her head, "No, but I think that my brain might be."

Tecna laughed as she walked over to her dresser and pulled out a lilac-colored sun dress.

"What do you mean by that?" Tecna asked.

Musa bit down on her lip and looked up at Tecna.

"If I tell you something, will you promise not to judge me?"

Tecna slowly turned around and skeptically looked at her best friend and roommate, "Depends on what happened. You didn't do anything...illegal did you?"

"No!" Musa quickly denied it, "Nothing illegal but something very unethical."

"What did you do?"

Musa took a deep breath and closed her eyes.

"I slept with Riven."

Tecna looked confused.

Musa huffed as she picked up the business card and held it out toward Tecna.

"The guy who came to repair our air conditioner."

Tecna shrugged, "Your an adult and I am assuming he is as well. When did you go out with-"

"I slept with him on the day that he came over." Musa interrupted, letting Tecna know that there was no date with Riven. She jumped onto him the same day that she met him but she could not deny how hot he looked in his sweaty t-shirt and oil-stained jeans.

"Musa!"

"You said that you wouldn't judge!" Musa countered.

"I said that it depended on what you did."

"Like you have much room to judge, you slept with Timmy the same weekend that you met him."

"Yeah, the weekend not the day."

Musa glared at Tecna. This was just semantics at this point.

Tecna spoke in a much softer tone, returning her voice to baseline.

"Is that why you were looking at his business card?"

Musa nodded, "What if he thinks that I am slut for sleeping with him the same day that we met. He was only there to fix a air conditioner and I don't want him to think that I just jump into the bed of every insanely hot handyman I meet."

"I am sure that he does not think that," Tecna replied with a smile, "he also slept with you too. If he thinks that you are a slut for sleeping with him, what does that say about him? Just call him. Trust me, it is better to be honest with your feelings. Who knows? He might be the love of your life."

Musa was immediately brought back to that sweltering, fateful day and the snarky handyman in her apartment that refused to use her name, instead calling her 'sweetheart'. He was hot but he was rude, gruff, and annoying.

"Ha," Musa scoffed sarcastically, "yeah right."

"You never know if you don't call him." Tecna grabbed the dress and her bath towel.

"Where are you going?" Musa asked.

"To take a shower," Tecna smiled, "I have a date with Timmy tonight. He is taking me to the new Space Wars movie."

"Fun." Musa unenthusiastically replied.

"Maybe you and Riven can have a fun little da-"

"I am not going to go on a date with Riven."

"Fine," Tecna responded, "then maybe you can call him and hop on his dick."

Musa gave Tecna a light slap on her hip as she walked by. She then set the business card on her desk and huffed.

"I'm not calling him," Musa announced with finality. It was one time and she was horny. She didn't like him and there was no reason for this to continue. He lived in his world and she lived in hers. They made a mistake. One and done.

"Honestly..." Tecna rolled her eyes and marched back over to her phone. She picked it up and quickly hit a button and placed the phone up to her ear, the dial tone ringing. Musa looked at Tecna, wondering who she was calling.

"Hey, Timmy," Tecna smiled, "what is the safest and cheapest appliance to break?"

There was a knock on the door and Stella hopped up to answer it. She flung the door open to see a man with maroon hair with a toolbox and an unfriendly expression standing at the doorway.

"Are you the mechanic?" Stella asked.

"Yep," Riven replied, not really wanting to make niceties with Stella.

"Oh thank goodness, our toilet has-"

Riven pushed through Stella and walked into the apartment. Stella stood back, her mouth opened, and shocked that someone like Riven would just waltz into her shared apartment. She also was shocked that he had known where their bathroom was.

"Have you been here before?" Stella asked as she followed Riven down the hall and to the bathroom.

"Fixed your AC."

"Oh," Stella stepped back, "then I guess I should leave you to it?"

Riven turned back and scowled, "Guess you should."

Stella frowned and crossed her arms before storming off to the living room. Musa stepped out of her shared room with Tecna, wearing a deep red workout set .

"I'm heading off to the gy-what's that face for?" Musa chuckled.

"The maintenance man is a prick." Stella huffed as she stopped in front of Musa, "Cute set."

The maintenance man? Was Riven here? Maybe the company sent someone else but Stella did say that he was an ass. It had to be Riven. And here she was dressed in shorts and a sports bra. Could he ever show up when she is wearing actual clothes? No matter, she was headed to the gym and she would...

She needed to get into the bathroom to grab her emergency inhaler. She hadn't needed it since she was a child but she was sure to have it on her when she went to the gym. Why did she and Tecna have to destroy their toilet? She was sure that Bloom and Flora would have allowed their toilet to be destroyed. Then again, she broke the toilet so that Riven would come over. She just had to suck it up and walk in there. In and out.

Adjusting her bust in the tight sports bra and tightening her ponytail, Musa walked towards the bathroom and when she reached the doorway, she stopped. She had just met him but Musa could recognize that maroon hair and broad shoulders from anywhere.

"Are you just going to keep staring or are you going to come in?" Riven asked, not turning around to see who it was. "I really don't like it when people hover when I am working."

If she hadn't recognized that it was Riven before she definitely knew him now. He was rude, standoffish, and brazen. But not in bed. Not when he was laying next to her.

"Sorry," Musa softly replied as she walked into the bathroom, "I will be out of your hair in a sec."

Riven turned his head as Musa stood beside him, reaching into the medicine cabinet and grabbing her inhaler. He quickly turned away and clenched his jaw.

Musa looked down to see if Riven had noticed her only to find that Riven's eyes were still trained on the toilet that she and Tecna had tampered with a few days prior.

"Hand me that wrench before you leave," Riven commanded as he held out his hand.

Musa looked down at the vanity and saw that there was a wide array of tools on the counter. She scanned the counter and didn't know which tool to hand Riven.

"Second from the right," Riven answered Musa's unanswered question. Musa grabbed the wrench and gave it to Riven. His hand grazed hers as he took it from her, his eyes still trained on the toilet.

"Did you get what you need?" Riven asked as he turned a knob, shutting off the water to the toilet.

"Yeah," Musa said as she shut the medicine cabinet door and clutched her inhaler to her chest, "are you-"

"Great," Riven quickly interrupted Musa, "as I said, I don't like people who hover."

Musa's mouth shut and she glared down at Riven before she stormed out of the bathroom. She didn't know whether to be mad or sad. He was an ass and she should be glad that he didn't want to talk to her or to show any kind of substantial interest in her. Then again, how could he treat her so coldly after what happened between them almost two weeks ago? They had sex. They did agree that it didn't mean anything but that didn't mean that they couldn't be cordial to one another. Did he think so poorly of her? Was she really just another slut that he had slept with?

"You okay?"

Musa looked up and saw Tecna standing in the living room, looking from above her laptop.

"No," Musa felt the tears begin to pool in her eyes. Angry or sad tears she did not know, "I am not. I'm going to the gym. Let me know when he is gone."

Musa left the apartment and Tecna pulled out her phone.

"Hey, Timmy, it's me again..."

There was a knock on the door and this time Flora was the one to open the door to see the same maroon-haired maintenance man standing at their door.

"You really need to talk to someone about that damn elevator!" Riven huffed as he pushed past Flora.

"Excuse me," Flora sweetly spoke, "are you the maint-"

Riven made his way into the kitchen where Aisha and Musa were sitting at the small table, eating lunch. Musa looked up as she took a big bite of her sandwich and nearly choked on her food. She and Tecna were the ones tearing up their apartment to see Riven so why was she always so surprised to see him?

Musa and Tecna had already stopped up their toilet, tampered with the circuit breaker, clogged the shower, and now, the two came together to fix the garbage disposal in the kitchen. This was all in a desperate attempt to see and talk to Riven again but Musa was finding it futile.

Riven would come and Musa would find herself alone with Riven, but he would just dismiss her and shrug her off. She really must have meant nothing to her and she felt ridiculous for thinking that he might have actually liked her.

"Oh, hi," Aisha smiled, saving Musa from having to be the one to greet Riven, "thank you for coming out here. I swear the garbage disposal was working a few days ago."

Riven gave a huff in response as he made his way over to the sink.

"Ya pay well," Riven said as he crouched down and positioned himself under the pipes.

Musa was thankful for the financial help that Timmy had given to her endeavor to get Riven to notice her, but not as thankful as she was for the view. Riven's shirt was tight to show his muscles and his pants were loose enough to show a defined outline of his...how did that even fit inside of her? The vagina was quite a marvel of a muscle.

"We feel bad that you have to trudge up those stairs every time." Aisha shrugged as she picked up her plate and rose from her seat at the table. She placed the plate on the kitchen counter, promising to clean it once Riven was done with his job.

"Have ya thought of moving?" Riven asked with a laugh.

"Thinking about it, but I will be moving out soon. I'm about to move in with my fiance."

"Ya getting married?"

Aisha smiled, "Yeah, so are Bloom and Stella. We are convinced that Flora and Tecna are not too far away from getting the ring. Poor Musa here just broke up with her boyfriend a few months ago. We all thought that Jared would be the one. Then again, we thought that Orlando would have been the one as well. Our girl can't keep the boys off of her."

Aisha laughed and Riven came from under the sink. He looked up at Musa and she could not read his expression. He quickly returned to his place under the sink and got to work.

"I gotta get to the community center," Aisha announced as she checked her phone, "I'll pick us all up something for dinner. I think that the guys are coming over."

Musa gave a weak smile, "I wouldn't say no to Shwarma."

"I think that can be arranged. I'll see you tonight?"

"See you tonight."

Aisha left the kitchen, leaving Musa and Riven alone. Musa still had half a sandwich and a handful of baby carrots left on her plate. She was here first and this was her home, she would stay. If he had a problem with it, then that was exactly it, his problem.

Musa sat and ate in silence as Riven tinkered with the pipes down below the sink. Crunching and clanging as the two work and ate in silence. Suddenly, Riven grunted as he emerged from under the sink, a broken hunk of metal in his hand.

"Is that it?" Musa asked, trying to make conversation.

"Yep." Riven curtly said as he got up and walked over to the kitchen table, placing the broken garbage disposal blade on the table.

"I am eating."

"I see and hear that."

"Then do you mind not putting that on the kitchen table? It smells terrible."

Riven didn't respond and Musa snatched her plate from the table and stormed out of the kitchen.

"Fucking asshole."

There was a change of plans.

Aisha didn't bring food home but instead, the girls and their boyfriends/fiances decided that it would be fun to go out to eat. But Musa wasn't having fun. All she could think of was Riven.

Did she do something to anger him? If she truly meant nothing to her, then why did he act that way? Flora taught her that people who don't care don't go out of their way to be mean, and while she might not know Riven in any other way but intimately, she did know that he wasn't the ass that he had been for the past few weeks. Every night, Musa tossed and turned in her bed, thinking about what she had done for Riven to treat her the way that he did. She shouldn't worry about him, it was just sex, and they agreed that it was casual. But that didn't mean that he could treat her like shit.

The sink was the last thing in the apartment that she and Tecna would tamper with. Mainly because she, Tecna, and Timmy were running out of things to break and Musa knew that the others were getting pissed that everything in their apartment was "mysteriously" breaking. Musa could tell that Riven didn't want to be there and honestly, Musa was tired of having him there too.

"Hey, what's up?" Aisha asked as she leaned in next to Musa, "You are looking a little down."

"Nothing," Musa sighed.

"That sigh says differently." Aisha let out a small laugh, causing Musa to look up from her halfway eaten plate of ravioli.

"Can you..." Musa closed her eyes, "never mind. I don't want to talk about it."

Aisha took a moment to allow silence as she looked at her friend.

"If you want to talk, just know that I am here. We all are."

"I know," Musa smiled, "I just don't really want to talk about it."

She felt like a loser for allowing someone like Riven to get to her. It was bad enough that Tecna knew how desperate she was and how she had become "dickmatized" by some simple, yet hot, maintenance man.

"I...I am not feeling so great." Musa lied, "I think that I am just going to head home."

"It is dark out already, Musa. You can't go back by yourself." Aisha replied.

"I am perfectly capable of walking back the few blocks to the apartment."

"You know that we don't walk home alone, Muse. You never know what lurks in the shadow."

Musa laughed, "I expect this level of paranoia from Flora and Bloom, but not from you."

"Musa..."

"Fine, I will ask someone to walk me back." Musa looked around the table, "Timmy?"

Timmy directed his attention towards Musa.

"Uh, yeah?"

"You don't mind walking me home, do you?"

Timmy looked at Tecna who gave him a smile and urged him to oblige. He returned his focus to Musa, "Sure."

"Thanks, Timmy."

Musa and Timmy sat up from the large table and made their way out of the restaurant.

Once outside, Musa looked up at Timmy and smiled.

"You really don't have to walk me home."

"But-"

"Timmy, I am an adult, I can take care of myself." Musa laughed, "It's only a few blocks."

"Look, I am the new man in this group and I am really trying not to get on anyone's bad side."

"What if I were to tell you that you are getting on my bad side? You can either let me home by myself or buy me a new guitar to make up for walking me home."

"Fender or stratocaster?" Timmy smirked, "A guitar is a drop in an ocean but getting on Tecna's bad side, I would rather go completely destitute than have Tecna upset with me."

"I have been Tecna's roommate for the past six years, she is not that great." Musa laughed but Timmy did not. He looked confused and serious. He really was head over heels for her best friend. Must be nice...

"Fine," Musa resigned with a huff, "walk me home."

Timmy and Musa walked down the streets of Magix, the streetlights illuminating the streets, cars driving by, and the summer air becoming cooler throughout the night. Musa and Timmy walked in silence until Timmy decided that he couldn't take it anymore.

"So, anything else I can help you tamper with?" Timmy asked.

Musa turned her head towards Timmy and looked up. She smiled and shook her head.

"No," Musa scoffed, "I am done with the damages. I think that the others are getting annoyed at all of the things that have broken all of a sudden."

"You didn't tell them what you did?"

"I didn't want everyone to know how desperate I had become." Musa rolled her eyes, "Especially over some maintenance man that I only hooked up with. Also, it turns out that this guy is a complete and total ass."

"What do you mean?" Timmy asked as he and Musa continued to walk.

Musa bit down on her lip, questioning whether to explain everything to Timmy. She didn't really know him beyond being Tecna's billionaire boyfriend but Tecna was her best friend and Timmy had been dragged in as an accomplice, either willingly or coerced by Tecna. As Timmy said, he would do anything to avoid being in Tecna's bad graces, and by extension, Timmy would do anything for Tecna.

So Musa swallowed her pride and told Timmy about what was happening.

"I slept with Riven."

"Huh?"

Musa gave an exasperated huff, "The maintenance man. You know the one that I have been luring to the apartment for the past few weeks?"

Timmy looked at Musa, shocked that she had slept with him. Tecna had left out that part. She had only told him that Musa thought that the maintenance man was hot.

"Don't give me that look," Musa huffed, "you slept with Tecna a day after knowing her."

"What can I say? We are efficient. And I am not judging, just processing. But what made you want to sleep with him if he is such an ass?"

"He wasn't an ass when I met him. Sure, he was a little rough around the edges but I could tell deep down that he wasn't as tough as he wants the world to think he is. But the more that he came over, the colder he became and it was like I was the dirt under his shoe and that he hated me for some reason. Now, I wish that I hadn't slept with him."

Timmy thought as he and Musa continued to walk. He was used to saying the wrong thing and he definitely didn't want to say the wrong thing to Musa.

"Well, did you enjoy it when it happened? I mean there has to be a reason as to why you wanted to see him again."

Musa let out a small chuckle, "It was...really good."

"Then just take it as that. A really good experience. My dad taught me that sometimes people come into our lives for just a moment, usually for a reason. Others come into our lives for a season, to share a short amount of time with and then we drift apart. And others come into our lives for a lifetime."

"Like Tecna?" Musa smirked as she nudged Timmy.

Timmy reached up and rubbed the back of his neck, "I would like to think so. I hope that you all stay in my life for the foreseeable future. I love Tecna and I have enjoyed the company of all to whom she is close. I was actually thinking of asking her to marry me on her birthday. Is that too cheesy? Is it too soon?"

Musa shook her head, "Not at all. My parents only knew each other for a few months before my dad asked my mom to marry her. From what people tell me, my parents were head over heels for one another."

"Were?"

"My mom died shortly after I was born."

"Oh," Timmy frowned, "I am sorry to hear that."

"It's okay, nobody can live forever and my dad was enough for me. Plus, I went through a lot of therapy as a teen."

Timmy just gave Musa a small and warm smile in response.

"And to help calm your fears," Musa smirked, "Tecna was going to propose to you if you didn't soon. But don't tell her that I told you that."

"My lips are sealed."

Timmy sighed and brought the subject back to Musa and her maintenance man dilemma.

"Things with this Riven guy are either going to work out or not but I think that you are right to stop forcing it. If he is the one then he-"

Timmy stopped talking when he noticed that Musa was no longer beside him. He turned back and saw her stopped a few paces back and her eyes wide.

"What? What happened?" Timmy asked.

"He's here."

"Huh?"

"Him!" Musa reiterated through a clenched jaw.

Timmy looked over his shoulder and saw a man with maroon hair sitting on the edge of the bike, smoking a cigarette.

"I can see the appeal," Timmy remarked but Musa grabbed his shoulders and quickly turned him around.

"Don't look!" Musa tried to hide behind Timmy. "Did he see you?"

"I don't know but I would have to look to make sure." Timmy laughed.

Musa placed her head on Timmy's chest, "What is he doing here?"

Musa began to bang her head lightly on Timmy's chest to which he lightly pulled her off of him.

"Musa..."

She groaned, "Don't Musa me, I can't go in there."

"It's your home."

"Can I come to hang out at your place?" Musa asked.

"The nuns at my Catholic school said that God doesn't give us anything that we cannot handle."

"Too bad I don't believe in God so I don't have to handle his challenges."

Timmy sighed and rolled his eyes, "He might not even be here for you. He is a maintenance man and things break all the time in Magix. He might even be here to help fix that pesky elevator."

"Maybe," Musa shrugged, "he complains about it enough."

"Just walk towards the door and ignore him. Then you will be inside and you can do whatever it is that you want to do."

"Are you sure that I just can't go with you?"

"I am heading back to the restaurant and then I am inviting Tecna over to my place and I really don't think that you are going to want to be there for that. Well, maybe if you bring earplugs."

Musa made an expression of disgust, "I'll deal with the ass."

"That's what I thought." Timmy smiled, "Now, put on your big girl panties and walk past him."

"Is that another phrase the nuns taught you?"

"No, that was one that Aisha taught me."

"So wise."

"You can do it." Timmy gave Musa a thumbs up, "I am going to head back to the restaurant but reach out if you need anything. But not to me or Tecna, we'll be busy and we do not want to be interrupted."

Musa gave Timmy a hug before she took a deep breath and made her way toward the front door of her apartment building. She would not look at him. Keep her eyes on the door and try to get through without him...

"Hey, sweetheart."

...noticing her.

Musa didn't respond but the quick and subtle flinch that she had as a response did not go unnoticed by Riven. She kept walking and Riven hopped off his bike and began following Musa.

She quickened her pace towards the front door and felt herself growing more and more overwhelmed by Riven's mere presence.

"Musa I-"

"You have to be a resident to enter." Musa cut Riven off matter-of-factly.

"I think that I have been here enough times this past month that I might as well-"

"If you are not a tenant and are not here on business then you cannot enter."

"Who said that I wasn't here on business?"

Musa finally looked back at Riven and saw that he didn't have his toolbox and instead of his white tee and jeans, he wore a pair of dark denim pants and a leather jacket. Of course, he still had his white tee.

"I don't see a toolbox."

"What I am trying to fix is not going to require anything from my toolbox."

Musa arched an eyebrow and turned away from Riven before opening the door, not holding it open for Riven. He caught the door and walked in after Musa.

"I came to talk to you," Riven remarked as he followed Musa into the apartment building and towards the stairs.

Musa scoffed, "I thought that you were here on business? And I don't want to talk to you."

"Then I will talk and-"

"And I don't want to listen to you."

Musa began climbing the stairs and Riven followed.

"I wanted to apologize," Riven huffed as he climbed the stairs, "for how I treated you."

"So you knew how shitty you had been and you kept doing it?"

"That wasn't my intention. At first, I did so as to appear professional in front of your roommates but then when you kept calling me back...it was hard to keep seeing you."

Musa stopped on the stairs and turned around to face Riven. She looked down and held onto the stair banister.

"Hard to keep seeing me?"

"I know that we said that what we did was a one-time thing and that what we had was casual but I don't think that I want anything casual with you. I want to get to know you and I don't want to be your maintenance man anymore. But if I am to have any chance of that, I have to apologize."

Musa bit down on the inside of her cheek and looked down at Riven. She didn't know him well but she could tell that he was being sincere. He felt the same way that she did.

"But I understand if you want nothing to do with me, especially since the way that I acted. I was an ass because I was too damn scared to tell you how I felt."

"And how you feel is?"

"I really like, ya, Musa." Riven huffed, "I mean, I don't really have a reason to like you, but I smile when I think about you and I don't smile. But you didn't call me back and so...I don't really know what I am rambling about anymore." Riven rubbed the back of his neck, "But that is how I feel and what I wanted to say, I'll leave you alone now and when you call for repairs, I'll have my boss send someone else."

Riven turned and made his way back down the stairs. Musa watched as he moved further and further away from her and against her better judgment, she called out to him.

"Wait!" Musa shouted, stopping Riven in his tracks.

He had been an absolute jerk but then again, she hadn't really gone out of her way to make things any better. She had called him over to her apartment and thrown her to the wolves that were her friends and she herself wasn't very welcoming. She supposed that she couldn't find Riven to be completely at fault, he couldn't very well flirt when he was on the job. Sure, they had slept together when he was on the clock but they were alone.

Riven turned around and looked up at Musa. She looked into his deep, violet eyes and felt her breath catch in her chest.

"I still have your t-shirt."

The door slammed open and Musa and Riven fell into her dark apartment. They were alone once again which was good as she would have been mortified if her friends had seen her fall into the apartment that way. Not because she was with Riven because she didn't really want to be caught with her tongue down someone's throat, desperately and sloppily trying to remove their clothes.

What happened between the stairway and her front door had been a blur for Musa and it would have been an understatement to say that they had made up. There wasn't really anything to make up as they weren't together, but it was good that they had cleared the air. And it was even better that he had responded well when she had jumped on him outside of her door and kissed him deeply.

Musa kicked the door closed behind her and stumbled through the living room, throwing her keys and hearing them crash onto the floor instead of landing gracefully into the small bowl by the entranceway. Musa's hands instead wanted to return to stripping Riven from his jacket and every other article of clothing as she worked her mouth over his, the slightly smoky taste of his breath hitting her tongue.

"I should have worn fewer layers," Riven smirked against Musa's lips.

She just smiled against his lips as she pushed herself closer to him, all while moving his jacket down his arms as it too joined her keys on the floor.

With his jacket off of his body, Riven wrapped his arms around Musa and pulled her impossibly close to him, and lifted her up into his arms. Musa wrapped her legs around his waist as he walked from the living room, down the hallway, and to her room. Musa would have been surprised that he remembered where her room was if it had not been for the eagerness that she had to get him back into her bed.

Once in her room, Riven walked Musa over to her bed and threw her on top of it before looking down at her and removing his shirt. Musa couldn't help but to stare. She had seen Riven naked before but seeing the strong and prominent muscles of his body made her legs tremble and her eyes feel like they were going to bulge out of her head like the characters from the Saturday morning cartoons that Bloom introduced them all to.

Riven smirked once again, knowing the effect that his body had on Musa. But he wanted her to like him more than for his body. The smirk faded as his eyes continued to look down at Musa and seeing her on the bed, her lips swollen, her face red, and her hair and clothes a mess, Riven needed her to know that he wanted her. All of her.

"I don't want this to be casual anymore." Riven said, seriousness thick in his voice, "I was serious when I told you that I want to really get to know you. I want to take you out and I want you to be my girl."

Musa smiled, feeling her heart warm as she heard those words come from Riven. She never thought that she would ever want to be referred to as someone's "girl" as she was a woman of the twenty-first century but hearing Riven say that he wanted her to be his girl...Musa was okay with a little bit of outdated thinking.

"I know that I am just a maintenance man and that you are some talented and capable woman with a degree and are set to have a high-paying job but I-"

"Riven," Musa rose up to her knees and crawled over to the edge of the bed, kneeling in front of Riven. She reached up and grabbed the sides of his face, "I like you for you and I want to be with you. Just don't ever shut me out again or think that you aren't ever good enough for me."

Musa removed her hands from Riven's face and reached down and grabbed his hands, observing the dark grime under his fingernails, indicative of his time in the shop and working with his hands. She liked the grime, it showed that he worked hard and was good with his hands. She let out a soft laugh as she remembered the childhood nickname that he had shared with her on the first day that they had met a few weeks ago. His hands had been hot against her skin and she was still amazed that the same calloused hands that worked on machines were the same hands that had touched her so softly.

"This Saturday?" Musa asked, "Would you like to go to dinner with me?"

"Will I have to wear a tie?"

Musa laughed, "I am more of a takeout kind of girl so a tie won't be necessary. Plus, you know that I find the grime sexy."

"I know you do, sweetheart."

"So Saturday, we will get dinner at Magix Chicken Palace and sit at a park bench and eat it while getting to know one another. But right now, I would really like to have your dick inside of me."

Riven didn't hesitate to remove his hands from Musa's and continue to strip. Musa fell back onto the bed and removed her shirt and unbuttoned her pants, shimming out of them and Riven reached down to finish pulling them off of her. He grabbed her hands before she could take off her underwear and held them in his before setting them to the side. Riven reached down and grabbed the waistband and slowly pulled them down. Musa held her breath as she felt the cool air hit her skin contrasted with the warmth of Riven's hands. With her lower half completely bare, Riven crawled over Musa and hovered over her.

Riven looked down at Musa's bra-covered chest, taking in the way that the deep red color contrasted with her pale skin. Musa reached behind to her back and unclasped her bra, letting the red bra fall to the side, leaving her completely bare and Riven fully trapped under her spell.

"Are you okay?" Musa asked.

Riven blinked, "Just fine, sweetheart. I just forgot how fucking gorgeous you were."

"Then I will just have to keep reminding you."

"I have no objections to that at all, sweetheart."

Musa reached up and wrapped her arms around Riven's neck, pulling him down into a warm and tender kiss.

Riven couldn't remember the last time that he had been kissed like that. Every kiss that he had received had been full of lust and desperation, just a means toward the inevitable act of sex. But this kiss was filled with something that Riven had never felt before but he liked it and wanted it over and over again for the rest of his life.

The kiss became more passionate as Musa felt Riven's hard cock rub against the inside of her thigh. It was so close to the intended target and Musa opened her legs to make things a bit easier. She moved her hips as she kissed Riven causing him to let out a deep moan.

"Please, put it in." Musa pleaded through the kiss.

Riven, not to ignore Musa's request reached down, his lips never leaving hers, and angled himself to enter inside of her. With a slow thrust of his hips, Riven entered Musa and both let out a soft exhale of pleasure as Riven filled Musa.

"I forgot how good you felt." Riven whispered as he stilled inside of Musa, his head collapsing down to Musa's shoulder.

"And I forgot how big you were." Musa giggled.

Riven began moving slowly, in and out, in and out. Musa's hands moved from Riven's shoulders and to his arms, her nails digging lightly into his skin. Musa felt full, both between her legs and in her chest. He liked her in the same way that she liked him. He was still rough around the edges and would be a shock to the girls and their boyfriends but Musa knew deep down how sensitive and caring he was, no matter how hard he tried to hide it.

"So fucking tight..." Riven groaned as he kept moving. His arms shook as he struggled to hold himself up as the pleasure came coursing through his body like waves. Hoping to make things easier, Musa wrapped her legs around Riven and pushed him over to his side. Riven was about to speak, wanting to admonish Musa for interrupting his pattern of pleasure but was silenced when Musa rolled him over and straddled him, his cock still inside of her.

Musa began to move her hips in a rolling motion, her hands on his chest as she steadied herself above him. Riven's hands landed on her waist and his head fell back as he watched Musa move above him.

Riven became lost in the way that Musa's breasts would move as she worked her body over his. Her lips were parted and her eyes were closed. And her pigtails...he didn't lie to her when he told her that he had a thing for a girl with pigtails. Everything about Musa was more intoxicating than he could handle. She was beautiful, sexy, headstrong, and everything that he could ever want. It was pure luck that their paths had crossed that sweltering day. Riven could not imagine his life without never had knowing Musa and he didn't know how he could have gone so long without her.

"Does this feel good?" Musa asked, causing Riven to once again focus on the pleasure coursing through his body.

"More than good, sweetheart." Riven replied as his grip tightened around Musa's waist, "So fucking good."

Riven began to thrust up into Musa as he chased his orgasm and wanted to bring Musa to one of her own. As Musa came down on Riven, he thrusted up.

Musa's fingers began to curl and her nails dug into the skin of Riven's chest. Her breath became more ragged and her head fell back as she got closer and closer to her orgasm. She felt a hand move from her waist and to her clitoris. Riven's warm fingers began to move over the sensitive nub and Musa felt the familiar sensation of overwhelming pleasure crash through her like a tsunami.

"Oh FUCK!" Musa shouted as she came. All she saw was a bright light and all she could hear was Riven's moans as he too came, this time inside of Musa instead of outside of her.

"Oh shit," RIven groaned, "I didn't mean to finish inside of you, sweetheart."

"I'll worry about it later," Musa sighed as she collapsed on top of Riven, both of their bodies hot and sweaty, "I just want to stay like this for a minute."

"Whatever you want, sweetheart."

Musa and Riven lay in silence as their breathing settled into a gentle pattern and the hum of the air conditioning was the only sound that filled the room and apartment. Soon, Musa began humming and Riven closed his eyes. Musa's voice and the feel of her heartbeat against his chest was enough to make the hard and tough Riven soften. He hadn't lied to her when he said that when he thinks of her all he can do was smile and Riven was beginning to realize that with Musa, he was a different man. No, not different, just able to truly be himself.

"What are you humming?" Riven asked.

"Sorry," Musa lifted her head, "I can stop."

"No," Riven quickly said, "I like it."

Musa smiled as she returned her head down to Riven's head and continued to hum. She hummed and enjoyed being wrapped in Riven's arms. She could get used to this. She didn't want it to end. Musa smiled as she remembered the walk back home with Timmy and that Tecna would be at Timmy's for the night.

"Stay the night?" Musa asked, "I know that it is quite sudden but I want you to stay. It is okay if you can't or you don't want to but I would really like it if you-"

"I'm already half asleep and I was dreading the moment that I had to get out of this bed."

Musa beamed as she looked up at Riven.

"Really? I don't have any pajamas that you can wear but-"

"I am more than comfortable sleeping just like this."

Musa removed herself from on top of Riven and crawled out of the bed and walked towards her dresser. Riven looked up and wondered what she was doing. Reaching inside one of the drawers, Musa pulled out a white t-shirt, Riven quickly recognizing it as his own.

"I said that I was comfortable but I could-"

"I didn't get this for you," Musa smirked as she unfolded the t-shirt and slipped it over her body, "there, fits nicely, huh?"

"It looks much better on you than it does me. Though you shouldn't wear anything that is stained with oil and grease."

Musa crawled back into bed and settled in right next to Riven.

"I told you, I find the grime sexy."

Riven rolled his eyes, "Whatever you say, sweetheart."

Musa placed her head on Riven's chest and inhaled the smell of smoke and sweat. She could get used to it. And the feel of his heartbeat and the warmth of his hands on her body. She could get used to Riven.

"What are you thinking about?" Riven asked as his hands began to stroke through Musa's hair.

"Just about how much money the girls and I are going to save on repairs," Musa lied, not ready to share her thoughts and feelings about Riven just yet. It was too soon and she didn't want to scare him off before their first official date.

"Really?"

Musa laughed, "No, but it will definitely be a benefit."

"I assume that you aren't going to tell me what you were thinking about."

"Not yet," Musa sighed, "maybe later."

"I'll wait, sweetheart. But in the meantime, your smoke detector needs replacing."

Musa laughed before placing a kiss on Riven's chest.

"Good night." Musa whispered as she closed her eyes.

"Night, sweetheart."

Another story where I was not sure how to end it. Let me know what you think and keep sending in those suggestions. I have a few ideas lined up and I want to do an AishaxNabu story but I am not sure what to do so if anyone has any idea, let me know. I have plenty of AishaxNabu plotlines for Moments of Us but when it comes to V&P, it is like my mind goes blank lol. The same goes for TecnaxTimmy. Thank you all for reading and I will see you all in the next chapter :)
