Now that the parents know about Serena, including the fact that they knew her mother, I bet they will want Ash to go to Kalos in hopes of him seeing her again. If Alexa doesn't give Ash the idea to go there in this timeline, I'm sure they'll find an excuse.
Also always nice to see a story where Ash gets a Riolu earlier than in canon.

Oh my gosh! You literally wrote the moves of all his pokemon. Oh man thanks a lot, it surely saves me time in writing them. I would surely try to include all of them. Although when I thought about the story for the first time, I thought that instread of 4 moves, 15-20 would be enough, but seems like I have to change that as well.

If I had one suggestion, maybe find a beta-reader who is fluent in/or first language is English to help make corrections. However, the story is still readable, and a beta reader isn't strictly necessary. Otherwise this is a fantastic story, and I love all the adorable moments you've put in so far. How about before ash goes to the kalos region he takes time in pallet town training his Pokémon, seeing his old friends and spend time with his family so by the time he is ready to go to the kalos region he is fully prepared this time knows how to cook on his own has potions, medicines in hand for emergencies, finally has better pokeballs like great, dusk, lure, heavy, fast, heal, net, friend, timer, luxury, quick, to ultra balls.
I know you are expecting the answer, but saying or in this case writing it would surely spoil the surprise that I have planned for future chapters. Still I would let you know that, Ash would be fully prepared for his Kalos Journey.

Oh also ash should get a call from ranger mason from mount silver telling him that his larvitar that is now a tyranitar wants to rejoin ash seeing that he raised him gives him the okay transfer him to ash.
The answer is yes, Ash's all released pokemon would return back to him at some point in the story. And about Larvitar, well let's just keep that as a suspense for now.

Will ash trade twenty-nine of his tauros for new Pokémon he only uses the leader of the tauros he needs more versatility of Pokémon in hand types that he doesn't have like ghost, psychic, steel, and fairy.

Well that's it with the reviews, now we can start the chapter. Oh one more thing, I want to ask that whether you want me to answer your reviews at the start of each chapter or at the end.
Chapter 3》Ash telling about Serena
In Kalos Region :-
In the Kalos Region, we see a girl hugging a photo and talking to it.
"Ash, it's been so long since I saw you. I miss you a lot. The last time we met, we were just kids, and I was a shy little girl who didn't have any friends, but you became my first friend. From that Summer Camp, I had a crush on you, and even after being separated, my crush on you kept getting stronger." someone said while caressing her photo with Ash.
"Whenever I was near you, I felt like thousands of Vivilions in my stomach at first I didn't understand but now I know. I know that I love you, Ash. I love you, Ash Ketchum. This Sere only loves her Ashy ".
So yes, it is none other than Serena.
After planting a kiss on Ash's photo, Serena slept while hugging it but what she didn't know was that her mother Grace had listened everything that she said.
Meanwhile in Pallet Town :-
{Hey Ash, will you please tell me more about Serena}, asked Pikachu.
" Sure, Pikachu, I will tell you about her ", Ash replied.
Delia and Red got more interested in the conversation now as they are going to hear about Serena from their son's mouth which Ash and Pikachu didn't knew.
"so umm from where do I start", Ash asked confusingly.
{ From starting like how did you two met} , Answered Pikachu.
So as Pikachu said Ash started to tell him from starting, "so it all happened after dad left us to go on a journey. I was sad that he left since I had no friend , dad was the only one whom I considered my best friend and secret keeper . When he left I didn't talk to anyone properly so to make me happy again mom sent me to Professor Oak's Summer Camp" .
Seeing that his buddy was listening keenly Ash smiled slightly and continued.
"I did not wanted to go but after a lot of convincing from mom I agreed . It was the first day of Summer Camp and Professor told us that we have to do a Pokemon Hunt and this hunt will help us to find our Pokemon as well as our partners for whole camp ".
"I was not interested in this partner thing , I was only interested in playing with pokemon as I loved them from the start . After he explained us the rules I found out that I have to find a Poliwag so I went into the forest to find him . Luckily I was able to find it very fast but before I was able to catch it , he ran away so i ran after him" . Said Ash.
Ash can see that Pikachu was really interested in the story.
"When Poliwag passed through some bushes i was not able to find him . Suddenly I listened that someone yelled mommy so I went into that direction only to find a girl sitting on the ground while holding her knee . At first I didn't see her face but the moment I introduced myself she looked into my eyes to introduce herself, I got lost in her eyes" , Ash said surprising Pikachu.
{ Did my dense trainer confessed that he was lost in someone's eyes? }, Pikachu thought but snapped out of the thoughts as Ash continued the story.
"I could feel Thousands of Butterfrees in my stomach This was the first time such thing had happened with me . I felt like an Angel was right in front of my eyes . I also thought that she is the most beautiful girl I had ever seen and I was confident that nothing can be more beautiful than her . Then my eyes landed on her knee which was injured so I took my handkerchief and tied it around her knee".
"While I was doing this the girl introduced herself as Serena . I asked her to stand up to which she said that it hurts and she would not be able to stand up . So in order to divert her attention from the knee I move my hands above her knee like doing some kind of a magic and then told her to try again to which she said that it still hurts so I told her to never give up until it's over . And it seems like that did the trick as I forward my hand in front of her so that i can help her in standing up ".
"She kept her hand on mine to which I pulled her but I think I pulled her too hard that it landed us in a hugging position . But to tell the truth I really liked that . I then took her to the nurse joy who was at camp in case of any emergency".
"She treated her and I asked her whether she would be my friend to which she kissed my cheek and said that she would love to . I immediately moved my hands on the cheek where she kissed it and asked her what was that for".
" To which she said that she wanted to thank me for helping her . That's how we both became friends and I spent my whole camp with her as luckily she was my partner for the whole camp . We shared same room and even sometimes same bed " . Ash continued.
At this point Ash's face was heating up and he knew that he was blushing . His cheeks could be easily compared with a cherry.
While Pikachu was surprised for many reasons. First, he had never seen Ash talking about a girl liked that. Second, HE HAD NEVER SEEN ASH BLUSHING. Third he never knew that Ash struggled to make friend in childhood. Outside of Ash's room Delia and Red were crying happy tears as that was the best story they ever heard. At the same time, they both were also sad as they were not there for their son when he needed them the most.
{Hey why did you stopped please continue}, Asked Pikachu.
" Ok but don't you think you are very eager ", Questioned Ash to which Pikachu replied that he should just continue the story and don't worry about him.
"So in the whole camp, we used to play together, eat together, enjoy together, and sometimes sleep together. We both even became each other's secret keeper. She knew everything about me, like my family and me finding it difficult to make friends. And I knew everything about her, like about her family, her shy nature due to which she was unable to make friends, and many more."
"We were the best team at the Summer Camp, and together we almost won all games and events. As the days in the Summer Camp went by, we became even closer, so much so that I wanted Serena to live with me forever. Thinking about it now, I realize that my dream of becoming a Pokémon Master because of her." Ash said while thinking about Serena.
While Pikachu was getting more and more surprised as he hear more about Serena . He had seen how much passionate Ash is about his dream to become a Pokemon Master and him saying that he got his dream due to Serena was something Pikachu was not able to digest . Same was the thing for Ash's parents . For a moment they were thinking that they don't even know much about their son . All of them them can clearly see the love in Ash's eyes when he talks about Serena.
So unable to control himself from asking, Pikachu just asked him, {How did she give you your dream?}
" Well Pikachu one day in the summer camp it was the day of Pokemon Battles all children were given pokemon for battling. To tell the truth I did not have any interest in Pokemon Battles before that day". Replied Ash.
That was again a major shock for Pikachu as his BATTLE CRAZY TRAINER had no interest in Pokémon battles, same was the case with Ash's parents.
{ But you love pokemon battles}, Questioned Pikachu.
"I love now but that was not the case in my childhood. So as I was telling it was the day of pokemon battles. During the first round me and Serena were paired up against Gary and a girl whose name I don't remember and well I don't even care about that.
" Well our pokemon was a Poliwag and they had a Bulbasaur and well we lost that round and was out of the match. I was sad as it was the first defeat that we faced in the camp. I ran into the forest and Serena ran after me. While I was sitting under a tree crying she came to me and asked me why I am worrying about this small match and losing against Gary ".
"She said she had full faith in me and she knew that if I worked hard then I could be a Pokemon Master and could win against Gary or any other opponent that I would face. That's when I promised her that I would be a pokemon master and would show the world and Gary what I can do. To which she said yes and told me to remember to never give up until the very end. That's how it became our motto and I decided that I wanted to become a Pokemon Master like no one ever was." Said Ash.
All except Ash who were hearing the story had tears in their eyes seeing the care , love and passion of Ash for serena and by hearing the story they can say the same for Serena . Three of them had same thought in their minds and that was to meet Serena to know what she is like, as Ash is talking so much about her .
" Like I got my dream because of her , I helped her in finding her own dream " said Ash.
Pikachu knew that Ash loves to help others so for him it was not a big deal that his trainer helped Serena in finding her own dream but he still wanted to know how so he just asked him.
{ Really, how did you help her in finding her dream? }, Pikachu asked.
" Well after that day of pokemon battles the next day the activity was Pokemon Performing . As each team had one boy and one girl so they told us that one of us had to perform with our team's pokemon which in our case was Poliwag while the other one had to take care of that pokemon like a Pokemon Breeder ".
" So both of us decided that Serena would be the one performing as I was very bad at dancing while she was very good at it . At the time of our performance, Poliwag by mistake stepped on a pebble and fell down making us lose . Serena was very upset about it and that was triggered when the girl who was Gary's partner insulted Serena. Before I could shut her mouth, Serena ran to her room although the girl was suspended from taking part in any other activity that day but still she should have gotten a severe punishment for making my Serena cry ", Ash said with anger in his voice.
The look at that time on Ash's face made Pikachu scared as it was more scarier than even Giratina . That face was enough to scare his parents as well as this was the first time they had seen their happy go lucky son getting angry .
Not noticing the look on his partner and his parents face Ash continued " After that I ran after Serena and told her to remember what she told me the previous day . I said to her just like she knew I could be a Pokemon Master like no one ever was I also know that she could be a Pokemon Performer like no one ever was , is and will be . That day she promised me that she would become a Pokemon Performer for me and I promised her that I would become a Pokemon Master for her " .
{ Wow never knew this . It seems like she matters a lot to you }, Pikachu asked with amazement .
"Yes, she does," replied Ash with love in his eyes.
{ Then where is she now, and why didn't you tell me about her before? }, Questioned Pikachu.
"Well Pikachu I think you will get your answer after I will tell you what happened at the end of Summer Camp " replied Ash.
{ I want to know so tell me fast }, Requested Pikachu
Seeing the eagerness in his partners eyes Ash shook his head and continued, " Well it had been one month and now the summer camp was coming to its end . During these days both me and Sere, I mean Serena never thought that after Summer Camp we have to part ways with each other but alas no person can control time . And when it was the last day of Summer Camp . I was searching for Serena but I was not able to find her so I decided to see if she is at our favorite place " .
" Luckily, I found her there and asked what happened. She said that she is going to shift to a new region with her mom. I was sad and angry at my fate for separating us. I can't see her in tears so, after controlling my tears, I promised her that after I became a trainer, I would one day find her. I also asked her, when I found her, would she want to travel with me. She said that she would love to ".
" Suddenly I hugged her, and she hugged me back. After 15 minutes remaining in the hug, we parted ways, and I kissed her forehead and both cheeks. In this one month it became very common for both of us to kiss each other's cheek, so it was not a big deal. I gave her a pink flower and a blue key chain as a parting gift, or you can say as a way in which she could remember me, and she gave me a locket which contained our picture along with her straw hat. On one side of the locket there was our childhood picture, and on the other side was blank, as we promised that after we reunite, we will put that picture there ".
That was it now the tears were coming out of Pikachu, Red and Delia's eyes. Even Ash's remembering Serena still he continued, " The next day she shifted to a new Region but before going she. "
{ She? } Asked Pikachu curiously.
" She kissed me on the lips," answered Ash while blushing. His cheeks at this point can even give Tamato Berry a run for its money.
Shock was an understatement for Pikachu, Red, and Delia.
{You got your first kiss when you were just 6}, Pikachu asked with surprised expressions to which Ash just nodded while still having a blush on his face.
So with curiosity Pikachu asked Ash { What happened then? }
" Well she left and I was depressed by this . For literally 6 months I did not talk , eat or play . My mom thought that because of Summer Camp I forget about dad leaving us for sometime and now that summer camp is over so I remembered that and am depressed over dad leaving us . But that was not the truth, as after talking to Serena I was not sad about that " .
"I was depressed as Serena left me. Then one day, my mom told me that dad would not be happy if he found out about me being sad because of him leaving. So I asked her if it was true for all our loved ones, to which she said yes. That whole night, I spent thinking about what mom said and thought that Serena would not be happy seeing me sad, so I rarely get sad." Answered Ash.
{ If she was that much closed to you then why didn't you went in search of her ? } Asked a confused Pikachu.
" That's not true, Pikachu " . Replied Ash.
{What do you mean?} Questioned Pikachu.
" Well Pikachu honestly, I started my Pokémon journey due to two reasons. First that everyone knows i.e. to become a Pokémon master. While second and most important so that I could find Serena again ", answered Ash.
This came as another shock for everyone present there except Ash. As they know Ash for so long and they didn't even know this thing.
Hearing what Ash said, Pikachu and Delia were thinking the same thing that 'How many secrets have Ash kept from them'.
"You went through all this, and I did not even know about it. I am sorry for not being there with you, Ash ", Thought Red.
All of them came out of their thoughts hearing Ash's voice, "That's not all, Pikachu".
{You know you can tell me anything} Pikachu said.
Saying so Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulder and nuzzled his cheeks encouraging him to speak further. While Delia and Red were adoring Ash and Pikachu's bond. They know that it is possible for Ash to not share everything with them, but he can share everything with Pikachu.
" Well, after she left, every day I started getting dreams of her, sometimes nightmares as well," said Ash.
{What kind of?} asked a curious Pikachu.
" In good dreams, we both are together, sitting beside each other and talking to each other while laughing. While in nightmares, I always see that Serena is angry with me because I couldn't find her. You remember in Sinnoh, when due to Darkrai, we were having nightmares; I had a nightmare of Serena ".
" I saw that when I met her, she was not able to recognize me and just started walking away from me, at that time she was hit by a Hyper Beam and died in front of me. That was the worst nightmare I ever had but somewhere in my heart that nightmare had stuck a fear that what if, that nightmare got true. I will not be able to live. You know Pikachu it hurts. The pain of not being able to find her is much more than the pain of losing the leagues. That's why I never told anyone about it because I know that it will make others sad as well and I will not be able to control myself from crying ". Said Ash in a voice full of sadness and pain.
At this point all the people in Ketchum residence were crying. Ash, as he was now remembering and missing Serena a lot while others as how much Ash had suffered, and they were not able to find it nor were able comfort him. At this point there was a doubt in Ash's parents mind that, were they good parents, as their son suffered so much and they didn't even get a hint about it.
The worst condition was Delia's as she knew that Red left before this happened, and Pikachu well, he and Ash were together after Ash started his journey. She was there when all these things happened, but she was not able to know the reason for her son's sadness. At this point, unable to control themselves, Ash's parents came to Ash's room and hugged him tightly.
Ash was surprised seeing them there but by seeing them he got to know that they heard everything so not able to control himself he hugged them back. Pikachu also joined the hug as it now became a family hug although two members of the family were missing. After parting from hug Red, Delia and Pikachu together asked from Ash that whether he love Serena or not.
