As the CPU Candidates battle the devious Arfoire in order to free the CPUs, the seeming loss of her sister causes Nepgear to unleash an uncharacteristic rage the likes of which has never been seen.

Neptune gets a text from each of the 3 CPUs with the same message, "We need to talk" and Neptune gets a crazy idea that is so stupid...it just might work
