Chp 26 : Seek The Slayers
"They took him, they broke in and they took Nagare. I fought them off best I could but I failed." Macao exclaimed as the rest of the guild mates returned to the guild hall under Erza's orders. Luckily the members were able to find Happy and Carla who weren't hurt but worried for their dragon slayers. Master had finally arrived and needed to get the low down from the two felines.
"We were on our way home from eating when Natsu and I were ambushed, some lady said words and Natsu got motion sickness before he was knocked out." Happy explained.
"Last thing I saw was Wendy falling asleep from a bug bite before a large shadow casted over me, when I came to I woke up here."
"She gave Natsu motion sickness by talking?" Lucy asked, horrified."
"It's most concerning indeed." Fried added.
"And there's no way a bug can incapacitate a human with one bite, I mean they're not manly enough." Elfman said.
"Must be one hell of a bug to do something like that, almost like there's much more to it." Wakaba said.
"Master, what do you make of this?" Mira asked.
"Like Fried said this is most concerning, at first they went after Cobra then they went after our own which really crossed a line." Makarov said has his fist enlarged and crushed a coffee mug he was holding.
"Warren, are you sure you got the message out to everyone I don't see Gajeel or Lily." Erza said.
"I did, there's no way they didn't get it, it's usually not like him to miss out on something like this." Warren replied.
"Do you think they were captured by the same people who took Natsu?" Levy asked.
"Possibly." Warren said.
"So what can we do, I mean if Natsu were here he'd say we gotta go out and look for our friends." Gray said.
"First we need to make sense of what's going on." Erza began. Right now we don't know who these people are or why they captured our friends, but we do know what they all have in common. And what that is is slayer magic. "Natsu,Wendy, Cobra and Gajeel are all dragon slayers. While Zodie is a phoenix slayer and Nagare is a god slayer."
"You may be onto something Erza who ever did this, maybe they want their magic power for something, it's kind of like what was going down in Edolas when the king wanted slayer magic because it could do things that other magic couldn't do." Mira said.
"You're right you don't think a few of his followers slipped through the second anima to get here and are after our friends?" Cana asked.
"No, I doubt that the spell only works on people with magic, which is something that Edolas lost during the whole fiasco." Mira spoke up."
"So there's no telling who we're up against." Gray said.
"Maybe there is another dark guild out there that needs a manly kick in the ass." Elfman said.
"Could it be Putrid Carnage, I mean a few of its members may have slipped from our grasp. I wouldn't put it past them to try to get revenge. Especially since Wendy Zodie and Gajeel shut down their operations" Juvia said.
"I doubt that's the case, I mean they'd've gone after me and you but they didn't." Carla said.
"So what can we do then?" Lucy finally spoke up.
"Perhaps we need to investigate where they were taken, find any clues that could help us. We'll split into teams Me and Cana will investigate around town , Juvia and Gray at the boys dorm, and Lisanna and Lucy at Natsu and Happy's house. The rest of us will remain on standby in case anything else happens." Erza said.
"Me and Lisanna working together for the first time,this should be interesting."
Lisanna threw her arm around the celestial wizard. "We both know Natsu pretty well plus it's time we bonded eventually."
"I'm coming with you guys." Happy exclaimed. "And don't talk me out of it."
Carla flew towards Erza. "I'm coming as well."
"A chance to be alone with my icy hunk oh thank you Erza."
"You know this ain't a date right, our friends are in trouble and they need our help so please get your head in the game." Gray exclaimed.
"Alright everyone move out!"
"Right!"
"O-m-gosh your totes cute." The female wizard who kidnapped Happy said as she was cooing over Shade; the familiar couldn't move at all due to the effect of the girl's magic. Suffice to say he wasn't enjoying it all. Shade wasn't alone though he was in containment along with Panther-lily.
"Enough what's going on, what've you done with Gajeel and the other's you vile woman." Lily demanded.
"The names Coral and chrome dome and your buddies are all like being taken care of by the doctor."
"Woman, what do you people want!" Lily demanded.
"Well I suppose I can tell you, let's just say your slayer besties magic are totally integral for our big plans later on."
"What do you mean by that, answer me dammit!"
"Sorry but the boss man would not like me spilling the tea now if you'd excuse us and the cutie have a playdate." She said cooing Shade.
'Release me now!' Shade mentally said as he jerked his body away from her.
"Oh so grumpy, I know, you're hungry let's go and get you some numb numb's."
The woman walked off with Shade in her grasp leaving Lily alone. "Now what, I can't use my large form so im just a sitting duck right now. Whatever these guys are planning, it can't be good ,Only hope Gajeel and the others are doing okay."

"Now let's see what we have that you'll like." Coral said, setting Shade down in a kitchen as she began to rummage through the fridge. "Oh we have couscous, okonomiyaki, a bahn mi sandwich."
As she was looking Shade began to regain feeling his body again; whatever Coral did to him it was wearing off. Perhaps this was his chance to possibly sneak away and go get help, fairy tail or even someone in the magic council.
"Oh here's something I know you'll love." Coral placed a plate of rose harissa prawn and chickpea tagine, let me feed you." As Coral dug a spoon and prepared to feed the familiar Shade sprang up and swiped the plate of food right into her face before sprinting off in a breakneck pace. "Like little puding cuddles, how could you I-." Suddenly Coral began to feel her tongue begin to swell up keeping herself from being able to practically talk. "Ah nomph, I fffugot myah allergy to spocsy paste." (Bear with me this is the best way I can write someone talking with a swollen tongue).
Shade made it the center of a main hallway of the facility looking for a way out of there; if only he was able to see where they came in he could easily escape. 'What is this place am I still even in magnolia.'
Whistle*. The familiar looked behind him to see a guard steadily approaching him, his hands out reaching. "Hey bud come here, come on I don't bite." As he got down on his knees reaching out to him Shade gave the guard a strong head butt knocking him out before running off towards some stairs. Soon more guards came down with weapons. One guard thrusted his spear at Shade but he grabbed it with his teeth and to his surprise the kit-like creature slammed the guard against the wall knocking him out. Then he tossed the spear like a boomerang and hit two guards in the head knocking them down, then leaped up jumping off each guard's head one by one before reaching the top of the stairs.
'Windows need a window.' Shade finally noticed a room with a window before running inside and leaping onto the seal. Down below was a long drop at the bottom was a river, the only possible thing that could break his fall. "Hey stop right there." Shade looked behind him to see more guards approaching, prompting him to leap from the seal plummeting into water.
"What're you idiots doing, get your butts down there and get my lil cutie back now!" Coral came running in now back to normal.
"What is going on here?" The armored trench coat man walked in.
"Mirrlocc, my lil cutie just escaped. I need to get him!" Coral whined.
"You damn brat you've got no one to blame but yourself, I told you that furball was not to be taken lightly and yet you became careless." Said the man named Mirlocc. "And it matters not."
"But what about my little cutie!" Coral whined.
"Just forget about it. The damn thing is probably dead, just go get yourself a new pet later."

With Shade the kit familiar was fighting massive rapids going down the river. He kicked relentlessly to keep his head above water but was constantly thrown under and up by the currents. Luckily he was able to find a log up head and with the last ounce of strength he could muster Shade managed to grab and hold on for dear life letting the current take him wherever.
'Zodie, Natsu, Wendy, guys don't worry I'm gonna find help don't worry…don-.' The familiar then fell unconscious after using up so much energy as the current began to grow slower and slower until finally he mustered enough strength to get onto land but not before passing out from the struggle in the water. As the familiar lay there a shadow casted over him.
With Cana and Erza Both ladies were walking around town and asking citizens if they had seen or heard anything about Wendy, a blue haired child being abducted. The majority didn't see anything or some of them didn't feel like answering; that infuriated Erza and she was about to go off on them but Cana had to restrain her and remind the redhead that there were more pressing matters at hand.
"Hey Erza, come look at this." Cana said to the red head.
"Carla, is this the bug you mentioned ?"
"Yes it must be, however it was so dark I didn't get a good look." The white exceed replied
"It's not much right now but maybe we need to consult with an expert. Like maybe Porlyusica." The card mage shuddered at this knowing how the old woman was, she didn't like visitors. "Oh man I need a drink just to have to deal with her."
"Don't worry I'll talk with her myself, it seems I'm the one she's the most tolerable around." Erza reassured her.
"Hello Warren, do you read me."
"Loud and clear Erza."
"Cana and I believe we've found something, one of the bugs that Carla told us about that stung Wendy, we're going to see if Porlyusica knows of anything."
"By the way, how's everyone else's search going?" Cana asked.
"Gray and Juvia couldn't come up with anything."
Suddenly Max entered the telepathic chat. "We've mostly heard Juvia trying to desperately flirt with Gray." That was much to no shocker for anyone.
"Whoever took them made sure that their tracks were covered. And we haven't heard from Lucy or Lisanna yet." Said Warren.
"I see in any case just keep us posted then."
"Roger that."
"Erza I'm worried the longer we wait the longer Natsu and the others are in danger and we don't have a lead yet." Cana exclaimed.
"I understand but this is Natsu we're talking about, he's endured pain before i'm sure he'll be fine. Now then let's head to Porlyusicas place.
"You mean the belly of the beast." She snarked.
"Over with Lucy Happy and Lisanna the trio walked side by side as they went on with their investigation along the route Natsu takes getting home. During their search they talked with one another, comparing their experiences in fairy tail and with Natsu and all the crazy shenanigans they got into. Lucy even opened up about her deceased mother and the bad relationship with her estranged dad. After about hours of searching they came up with nothing.
"Oh man this really sucks!" Lucy exclaimed. "If only we had someone with a sense of smell to help us track Natsu we could get somewhere."
"Oh my gosh Lucy you're a genius." Lisanna said. "Animal soul: pig." With a light glow Lisanna was now a pink pig though she still kept her hairdo.
"Uh pig, girl, how is this gonna help us?" Happy asked.
"Pig's also known as the Sus scrofa domesticus have an excellent sense of tracking smells, even better than a bloodhounds." Lisanna began to take whiffs of the air til she finally got something. "I got a scent."
"Is it Natsu's?" Lucy asked.
"It's really faint but it's something come on, piggy-trot piggy-trot, piggy-trot."
"Hey wait up!" Lucy called out. "Man Lisanna knows alot about animals huh."
"Aye she studies them a lot to help with her magic better." Said Happy
Lisanna raced through crowds not losing the scent or stopping for anything while Lucy followed close behind until they came upon a pub."I…is Natsu in there?"
"I did say it was faint but." Suddenly two men came wobbling out; one had a mohawk the other wore a top hat. It was evident that they were a little plastered. "Hey Lucy I'm getting a faint whiff of Natsu off them."
Mohawk happened to trip and out of his shirt came a white porcelain bird mask, the exact mask they were told about.
"It's them, hey you two!" Lucy yelled out, startling the two.
"Oh crap there from fairy tail, run!" Top hat spoke before the duo took off running.
"I told you Coming back here today, drinking was a bad idea. "Exclaimed mohawk Both ladies gave chase to the two through the town. "Hey man, let's split, I'll go left, you go right." They nodded and went in opposite directions.
"Lucy I'll take the guy on the right, you take the guy on the left."
The blonde nodded. "Be careful we don't know what these guys are capable of."
"Right."
…
Mohawk pushed past citizens and threw down anything in his way hoping that it would slow down his pursuer. Finally after turning right into an alley he looked behind him to see that she was gone. "She couldn't catch me, I'm too fas-." Before he could finish he was suddenly kicked in the back by Lisanna who was now in her cat take over form.
"You sure about that."
Mohawk rose back to his feet and made a bow and arrow appear in his hands. 'Requip magic just like Erza.' Lisanna thought.
"Okay pretty kitty you wanna play let's play." Mohawk launched several arrows at the youngest Strauss sibling, due to the cat-like reflexes her transformation provided her she had no problem avoiding them.
"Huh." Lisanna sounded is triumph but her moment of victory was cut short when she happened to pick up the sound of the arrows coming back around for her. She quickly got on all fours and started to run and avoid them.
"Run all you want but you can't avoid them, they'll follow you wherever you go." Said Mohawk.
"Well in that case." Lisanna stood back up and extended her claws before swiftly cutting through each arrow. She then got down on the ground and ran at Mohawk on all fours, he tried to fire another arrow at her but she was too fast and slashed him on his right thigh leaving a strong enough knick to force him on his knee. Shen then performed a crouching roundhouse kick followed by a donkey kick to Mohawks back sending him on the stomach. Before he could get up Lisanna pounced on him, pinning him down.
"Get off of me you bi-." Lisanna gripped Mohawk by the tongue.
"I'm sorry, you what now." She pulled on it, hurting him. "What the matter, the cat got your tongue?"

With Happy and Lucy Top-hat was moving rather surprising swiftly for someone who was sauced not too long ago. Lucy tried to catch him with her whip but the man was too quick. "What the hell, how is he able to move like this? Whatever the case I need to get a spirit out here and help me. Open gate of maiden Virgo."
"Hello princess you're using your whip, oh my is it punishment time already." The pink haired maiden spirit happily bent over. "Oh please do not hold back I really really deserve this."
The perpetrator stopped and looked back at the scene. "Wow watching a babe get spanked by another babe this right here is heaven."
Happy vegan to snicker at this.
Lucy grew a large tick mark on her head. "THATS NOT WHATS GOING ON SHUT THE HELL UP, VIRGO CATCH THAT PERVERT OR I REALLY WILL PUNISH YOU!"
"As you wish Spica lock." Virgo brought her hands to the ground and some rocks shot up and encased the man trapping him.
"Impressive but I'm not down and out yet." Suddenly his top hat began to move on its own and the brim became sharp and cut right through Virgo sending her back to the celestial spirit world.
"No Virgo!" Lucy exclaimed. She didn't notice the cat coming towards her.
"Hey watch out." Happy flew in and yanked her out of the way.
"You liked that now watch as I pull a rabbit out of my hat." A magic circle appeared from under the hat and a massive six foot tall muscular bunny monster appeared. "Now then attack." The bunny lunged at Lucy with a punch the blonde nearly missed the attack with Happy in her hands.
"I thought bunnies were supposed to be cute and cuddly." Happy said.
"I'd better get a spirit out here quickly."
"I think not." Top hat reached in his hat only for his hand to appear right next to Lucy as he yanked her keys away.
"Oh no not my keys!" She exclaimed.
"Don't worry Lucy, I'll get them back." Happy said flying towards Top-hat.
"Abra-kadabra." The magician themed sorcerer made a magic circle appear around Happy ensnaring him in multiple scarfs. "Now finish off the bimbo."
The bunny monster inched closer towards Lucy but she stood her ground not showing an inch of fear. "Alright bugs bring it on!" Lucy whipped out her whip the Fleuve d'étoiles. "If I go down it's when I snatch your cottontail right off your ass!" She swung her whip at the bunny who grabbed it pulled her then started to swing her around and threw her to a wall. "Ow man that hurts." The bunny beast came closer towards her ready to finish her off.
"Regulus impact." Suddenly the rabbit was hit with a beam of light that looked like an aforementioned lion head making it dissapear.
"No, my precious." Exclaimed top hat.
Lucy got up and gathered up her momentum and charged at the rogue magician then leaped aiming a kick to his face. "Lucy Kick!" Knocking Top-hat out cold. The blonde wizard turned towards her savior who was one of her spirits. He was a young man of average height with a black suit and orange hair that looked almost like a lion's head and wore glasses. This was none other than Leo the lion/Loke. "Thanks for the save."
"No problem, beautiful." Loke/Leo said before dissapearing.
"Hey Lucy." The blonde wizard turns to see Lisanna dragging the other man now tied up. "I'm all done here, how about you, all good?"
"I got it in the bag."
'Lucy Lisanna can you hear me.'
"Oh hey warren whats up." Lisanna answered.
'Please tell me you found something because everyone's come up with nothing."
"Lucky for you the two of us got something, two members of the group who took Natsu and the others were captured, we have them now." Lisanna said.
"Figures we can bring them back to the guild for a little interrogation." Lucy said.
"Well done ladies." Master spoke entering the telepathic chat.
"That's my little sis for ya, just like a real man." Elfman cheered."
"Aye sir." Said Happy.
Porlyusica an elderly woman who lived deep in the woods, had pink hair tied in a bun wearing a red cloak over a blouse, was inspecting the insect Erza and Cana brought her; Cana waited outside, not ready to deal with the old woman's crotchety behavior.
"So this was the bug that attacked Wendy last night?" Porlyusica asked while looking at the dead creature through a microscope-like device.
"Yes." Carla answered from staging on a table. "I've never seen anything like it."
"Do you know anything about this?" Erza asked.
"Indeed these here are a rare species of beetles called Kikaichu, they feed off of a wizard's magic power, or rather the ethernano inside their body. While all humans have it in their body they're more attracted to those with magical aptitudes, and can produce a paralyzing bite that's more effective on wizards than regular people."
This brought chills to both Wendy and Carla; the white exceed was the most disgusted hearing how a child like Wendy had to face something truly terrifying and disturbing.
"Other than that I'm afraid that is all I can tell you about them, now if that's all you need from me get out, nothing personal Erza but you know how I am with people, but Erza you I can tolerate the most." Erza let out a small smile before she and Carla left. "Also one more thing." Both turned to look at the elderly woman. "Tell Lisanna that it's good to see her again." Porlyuscia spoke with her back turned.
"We will." Both ladies walked out the door. The second that they left the old woman formed a tiny smile on her face. 'Please find those kids and save them, it's for my friends sake.'

"Well at least now we know what we're dealing with but it does not lead us closer to our assailants." Carla said with her arms crossed.
"Yes I'd say we haven't even scratched the surface." Said Erza. As they were walking back they saw some explosion coming from up ahead. "Oh no Cana!"
"Let's go." Carla lifted Erza up and they flew to give aid to Cana.

Cana held a deck of cards in one hand while she lay down on the ground holding her thigh. She was locked in combat with the same person that took Wendy. One of the insects had bitten her and she wasn't able to move her leg, and she was surrounded by swarms of them.
"Who the hell are you and where are our friends!?"
"Look babe I'd be more worried about yourself right now if I were you." The Beatles began to advance onto her while Cana kept using her cards' magic to blast at them. But the more she took out more and more kept on coming. "What the hell are these coming out of you?"
Suddenly Erza came from the side delivering a kick to the man knocking him down with her sword drawn. "Cana I'm coming." Carla swooped down and pulled her to safety. "What happened to you, are you alright."
"This creep attacked me and one of his bugs bit my thigh and I can't even move my leg." Carla looked at the man then immediately recognized him.
"It's him, he's the one who took Wendy!"
"Who're you and where are our friends?" Erza demanded.
"Who I am well you can call me Clancy, and as for your friends well i'm under no obligation to reveal that."
Erza then shot forward at high speed before slashing at Clancy with her sword. However His body then turned into a swarm of beetles before dispersing all over Erza.
"Erza no." Carla yelled knowing full well what the beetles were capable of.
However Erza began to glow bright light requipping into new armor before blowing the kikaichu away. Her armor was bulky and dark with shoulder guards , covered with two large bladed shields on both arms. "This was Erza adamantine armour; while not suitable for offense it was her ultimate defense. The kikaichu were unable to bite through the armor, leading Erza to take them all out with her ten sword spell resulting in massive explosions.
"It's over, give up now!"
"Oh it's far from over." Clancy then had massive insect wings rip through his clothes before sprouting and then hovering above them. Erza leaped out at him but Clancy stuck up his finger before flashing a bright light blinding the trio before getting away.
"No!" Carla exclaimed.
Erza changed back and went to check on Cana. "Are you ok?"
"Yeah I'll live, what was the deal with those bugs anyway?"
"We'll fill you in on the way, but first let's get you back to Porlyusica to patch your leg up."
'Erza, can you hear me?' Warren asked telepathically.
"We're here Warren, what is it."
'Lucy Lisanna and Happy brought in two members of the mystery guild that kidnapped Natsu, maybe we can question them for answers.
'That's perfect.' Said Carla.
"We were just attacked and Cana was injured a little, we'll be bringing back Porlyusica back with us."
"Sounds good over and out." Said Warren.
" I'll need a drink to ease the pain." She joked.
"Gott…a g…get out of h…ere." Natsu stammered, hitting the glass.
"Give it a rest Salamander." Gajeel said.
"Don't tell me you're giving up, you of all people."
"I'm not but I figured out that the more you exert yourself the faster our power gets siphoned." The iron dragon said.
"Well good deductive skills Mr. Red Fox." Said the professor.
"Why're you doing this to us? Who are you?" Wendy asked.
"My dear, why we are doing this is because we believe your destructive power is well suited in our hands, as for those who we are well were peacekeepers."
"Sounds like a boat load of crap because nothing about this seems peaceful in the slightest." Gajeel said.
"Oh I wouldn't expect you to understand but it won't matter soon our plan will be enacted. Now that I'm off to lunch one of the guards will keep watch while I'm gone, ta ta." Said the professor leaving.
"Hey get back here, what did you do with the lector?" Zodie and Wendy turned over at the last pod to see the two boys that were thrown in.
"Hey you two runts dragon slayers?" Gajeel asked.
The blonde haired kid looked over and spotted the pink haired slayer. "Oh wow you're Natsu Dragneel. I'm such a huge fan, I've always wanted to meet you. Names Sting Eucliffe, my friend back here is Rouge he's always looked up to Gajeel." This took the iron dragon by surprise.
"It's more of a curiosity." Rouge spoke.
"To answer your question, both dragon slayers I use light while Rouge uses Shadows." Sting explained.
"Tell me something about your dragons, did they disappear in July x777?" Wendy asked.
Sting was about to answer til he paused not wanting to bring up the past. "Uh…yeah definitely." He answered, turning away with Wendy looking at the boys with sympathy.
"Hey phoenix slayer." The guard said getting Zodies attention. "Hate to be the one to tell you this but your little buddy was last seen escaping through a window."
"Wait what, where is he? TELL ME RIGHT NOW!"
"Zodie please calm down the more you exert yourself the more power is siphoned." Nagare said, trying to calm her friend down."
"Guys, what do we do?"
"Our only option right now is to wait for someone to come rescue us." Said Wendy.
Cobra was leaning against a wall til he felt it disappear and he fell back. The other slayers had their walls opened up revealing a light.
"Wow what's going on?" Natsu asked as he walked toward the light with Gajeel behind him. The others did the same. They continued waking till the light was too blinding for them. After a while their eyes adjusted and found themselves in what looked like a wide open fields and trees.
"Oh man, they're letting us go alright." Natsu said as he made a b line for the hills.
"Salamander you idiot wait!" Gajee called out to him. But his words fell upon deaf ears as Natsu kept running till he ran smack into what felt like a wall. Gajeel walks over to him and pulls him up. "You moron did you really think they were gonna let us go like that, geez use your head will ya."
"What is this place?" Nagare asked.
"Attention kiddies, what you are all standing in is a magical simulated room designed to look like a pasture, even cows need a break after being milked." The professor said via telepathy.
"A chance to stretch our legs is nice." Cobra began walking towards Natsu. "I may not have my magic but I won't miss my chance to take down salamander here.
Natsu got ready. "Go ahead and just try it, snake boy." Suddenly they all felt a shock of pain go through their bodies before falling to the ground.
'Now that's enough we need you all in one piece for our plans, so please play nice.' Said the professor.
Back in the guild hall Porlyusica was tending to Cana injury while the card mage had a bottle of booze; the old woman was reluctant to come but favored Erza a lot so she bit the bullet on this one. Erza told everyone about the man named Clancy attacking Cana; capable of using bugs to drain ethernano from a wizard.
Both Top-Hat and Mohawk sat tied up in a chair facing the guild members, their faces bruised from punches being thrown at them by Erza. Carla herself was ready to claw both of their eyes out; if they hurt Wendy then she'd claw out their tongues.
"One more time, who're you people and what do you want with my children?" Makarov asked.
"We told you, we're just a society trying to keep the world peaceful," Mohawk said.
"And your friends are what we need." Top-hat said.
Erza summoned her sword and hit one man on the head with the hilt and kicked the other one out of the chair. She then dug her weapon inches away from his face staring down at him with a menacing glare. "Answer the question!"
"We've been at this for about more than twenty minutes and they're still not talking." Wakaba said.
"Even if Erza's holding back I can't believe these two punks can endure her wrath for this long." Said Elfman. "Either they have a death wish or whoever they are they were trained not to spill their guts, pretty manly." Elfman said.
Makarove then enlarged both fists before grabbing both men with a tight grip. The short elderly man grew a massive tick mark glaring at both of them. "The two of you are really trying my patience, you had better give us an answer or else we will subject you to never ending pain!"
"Master, hold on." Levy called out. "I've got a better solution right here, a little concoction that I whipped up." Levy held up a medium vial containing teal liquid.
"What is it?" Lucy asked.
"It's a truth potion. I already tested it out on Jet and Droy and it was a success."
"Alright Levy what would we do without your beautiful brain." Lucy cheered.
Levy poured the potion into a spray bottle and squirted both men with it. At first nothing happened till Levy began to ask them a question. "Ok who are you guys?"
They refused to talk at first but their mouths began to move on their own; like they lost all control of their nerves. They fought as hard as they could to refrain from talking but the potion was too great. "W…we…we a…ar…e th…e cre… cre… cree…d, Cre…ed o…f D…oves."
"Creed of Doves, like a dark guild?" Lucy asked.
"We…we are a group who believe in… belie…believe in establishing peace throughout the land." Said Mohawk.
"Why did you capture our guild mates?!" Erza demanded.
They winced trying to stay silent. "They…they're power i…is too powerful… and destructive, capable of bringing chaos throughout the land. Said Top-hat.
"Their slayer magic, ok maybe Natsu I can understand but what about Wendy Zodie and Nagare." Warren started.
"Yeah I mean they're just kids there's nothing destructive about them at all." Said Wakaba.
"You think we'd just wait around and wait for that to happen." Spoke Mohawk.
"Yes, we're gonna get them while they're young and underdeveloped." Said the other man.
"And just what are you planning to do with their power?" Makarov asked.
"With their power our leader will utilize it to keep the world in order, and to prevent them from driving the world into chaos!" Top-hat exclaimed.
Makarov tightened his grip on the two. "Where are they?"
"O…Our location is i…-." Suddenly both men felt a powerful surge of magic in the heads before they went unconscious with smoke coming from their heads. Makarov immediately released them.
"W…what the hell!" Said Elfman.
"What happened?" Erza asked.
"Look at their foreheads." Said Levy. Right on their heads were runes written on them. "It says those who give too much information will have their brains shorted."
"A…are they dead?" Lucy asked, covering her mouth.
"It's more like they're lobotomized." Erza said.
"So what now I mean we don't know where they are." Said Cana.
The entrance door burst open and in walked in was Gray and Juvia and with them was Shade in the water mages arms. "Hey guys we got something." Gray said.
Back at the doves hideout Panther-Lily could only stand idly by after he just watched Shade being taken away. He heard all the commotion and the banter between the guards the kitsune familiar managed to escape. Lily had only hoped that he made it and found a way to get some help.
"Please I learned from last time I won't let these cuties escape." Lily turned to the commotion in the open hallway to see Coral arguing with one of the dove members. In his hand was a carrier holding two exceeds, one was dark brown in color, with most of his body being red, but his face, belly, paws and the end of his long tail being pink. And he had a white open vest on. The second exceed was green with large, round eyes, each complete with a pair of prominent eyelashes, and rosy cheeks. It wore a small pink frog costume as well.
"Miss Coral, I'm sorry but we were given strict orders from Mirrloc to keep these two on lock up. We can't afford any more mistakes from last time."
"Hey let us go or else my friend Sting is gonna break out and kick your sorry butts."
"I think so too." Spoke the frog exceed.
'More exceeds, must mean more dragon slayers. Who're these people and what do they want?' Lily pondered to himself.
Ok and it took a while. I wanted to make this chapter longer than my last original filler I did; I felt that it wasn't deep enough and didn't explore the side characters enough. Thanks to the writing talent of Iron117prime who wrote Fairy may cry. I love the character depth and that inspired me so thanks. As for the Kikaichu I drew inspiration from Shino, my favorite Naruto character for CLANCY; hope that's not copyright. Any way more to come see you next time.
