"Absolutely not, you are all out of your minds." Iida said, his voice serious and his eyes hard. He has his arms crossed over his chest. "It seems you all managed to forget that we're just students."

Kyouka hated to admit it, but their class secretary did have a point. They were just first year students in the hero course, they didn't even have their provisional licenses. She sat on the floor beside Kaminari with the rest of her friends. Iida, Momo and Melissa were the only ones who remained standing. Midoriya sat on his knees, his gaze aimed at the floor.

"I suggest we follow All Might's instructions and try to find a way to call help." Iida continued speaking. He turned to Momo for support, she was their deputy class representative after all, and held the respect of the entire class. Iida, while not hated, tended to get on everyone's nerves when he got wrapped up in his rules and standards.

Momo's pale skin turned bright red with everyone's attention on her. She must've been so stressed, especially with several of their classmates and friends missing. Kyouka was anxious as well, Weiss was still stuck in that room with All Might, surrounded by villains. She didn't know whether to feel sorry for Weiss or the criminals, her white haired friend was the strongest person in class, and took down Stain The Hero Killer without a scratch.

Physically at least, emotionally Kyouka couldn't tell. Weiss always kept everything close to her chest, which wasn't healthy.

"I agree with Iida." Momo spoke up. "We're just students, we don't even have our license."

"Yeah! We should just wait here until help arrives." Kaminari added, doing his best to put on a brave front. Kyouka knew better though. They were scared, all of them. Bad things only seemed to happen to Class 1-A. First the USJ attack and now this. "Or we could try and get out here and try to get some help from the heroes outside."

"That's not going to be easy." Melissa placed a finger on the point of her chin. "The security system here rivals that of the Tartarus Prison facility, where they keep all of the world's most dangerous prisoners."

That didn't sound good.

"Then I guess all we can do is wait and sit this out until it's over." Kaminari sighed. Something inside of Kyouka snapped as she ground her teeth together. Weiss was still trapped in there with all those civilians and captured heroes! While they may have had their fights recently, and Weiss could be a bit of a jerk sometimes, she was still Kyouka's friend. Hell, they had other friends spread out all over the island also being held hostage and they didn't even know it! The dark haired girl felt Mina's knowing stare.

"Are you okay with that Kaminari?" Kyouka stood up, keeping her voice firm, she needed to try and hide how scared she actually was.

"Yeah. What other choices do we have? We got lucky at the USJ!" Kaminari fired back with a shrug.

"Don't you think we should try and stop them? We're hero students, we've been training all semester!" Kyouka turned to look at the rest of her friends. Momo looked away, wrapping her arms around herself, while Iida remained silent, but stared at her.

"I agree." Mineta stood up, placing a hand on Kaminari's shoulder. "Our glorious goddess is captured, we must save her from captivity." His face was set like a stone, with one tiny hand balled into a fist.

"And All Might and the other hostages too, right?" Mina added with a small grin, it made Kyouka smile too. She was great at trying to break the tension. The purple haired boy shrugged in response.

"They're right." Todoroki stared at his left hand, clenching and unclenching it several times. "We're training to be pro-heroes, we need to do something."

"That's true but we're still just students. We're not allowed to work as heroes, you know that." Momo turned to the slightly taller boy.

"Does that mean it's right for us to do nothing at all, when we're capable of trying?" Todoroki narrowed his eyes. Those words sounded like something Weiss would say, she was hard headed that way.

"Well, it's uh, complicated." Momo backed down, shrinking in on herself. An awkward silence filled the room, some of them had stayed silent, not taking any sides.

"I want to help." Midoriya broke the silence first, he looked up after staring at the ground the entire time.

Uraraka's jaw dropped. "Really Deku?"

"Yeah." Midoriya nodded. "I've thought about it, and all we really need to do is to find a way to save All Might and the others without fighting the villains head on."

Kaminari scoffed. "I understand the sentiment, but that's easier said than done."

"Even if it is hard I want to try." Midoriya spoke louder, more forcefully. "I want to find the best way possible to go save everyone!"

Spoken like a true hero, at least in Kyouka's opinion. Melissa interrupted before anyone else could chime in. "The room to I-Island security systems is on the top floor of this tower."

The pretty blonde girl took several steps forward until she was in the center of the small room. "If the villains have taken control of the system, then the passwords and authentication locks must've been disabled. We need to restart the security system. We just need to find a way to prevent the villains from spotting us, then we'll be able to save everyone."

Spotting us? What was she talking about-.

Oh.

"How?" Kyouka whipped her head in the direction of the blonde. There must've been surveillance cameras everywhere! It'd be nearly impossible to get anywhere without being spotted.

"Well, judging by none of us being harmed yet, it seems the villains aren't used to using the security system." Melissa explained. "I can disable it once we're in the security room."

Momo's shyness disappeared as her eyes hardened. "I see."

It looked like she was convinced for now.

"I think we can do that." Kaminari gave everyone a thumbs up.

"Yeah!" Mina shot an arm in the air with a large grin.

"But that still leaves the villains at the top of the tower, and we have no idea what their quirks can do, or how experienced they are." Momo sighed.

"That still doesn't mean we have to fight them!" Midoriya stood up. "Once we disable the security system, All Might and the other hostages will be freed. With all those heroes down there, the tables will be turned in an instant!"

Not a bad idea, even if it was a little rough around the edges and was missing the minor details. It was still the best shot they had at fighting back.

"Let's do it!" Uraraka shouted softly. That made Midoriya's eyes light up.

"I'm in too." Todoroki stepped forward, both of his hands in the pockets of his pants.

"Me too!" Kyouka quickly said a few seconds before Mina who followed her with a pout.

Everyone else chimed in, except for Iida who took a few steps in Midoriya's direction, meeting him face to face.

"I'll go too, I'll turn us back if I decide we can't go any further." Iida said with a curt nod. "That is, if you're okay with that."

Midoriya gave him a smile. "Of course!"

Time to go and save everyone!

The floor was cold, Weiss had made the horrible decision of not wearing stockings with the dress she had chosen to wear today. It was such a shame, she could've ripped them off and used them as a makeshift weapon once she enhanced them with her aura. There was little Weiss could do to hide the smirk off her face as she thought about strangling the nearby villain with stockings that she had left in her hotel room.

"Are you okay, Weiss?" Yu whispered, her voice low and light. With her aura activated, Weiss was confident that Yu would be able to handle anything that was thrown her way, it was an excellent shield even with her lack of training.

"Peachy." Weiss opened one of her eyes, leaving the other closed. She was trying to conserve her energy, and waiting for a chance to strike. A quick summon from the Arma Gigas or the Queen Lancer could take their attention long enough for Weiss to escape. If only civilians weren't here, Weiss didn't need their blood on her hands.

"You know, I just want to say I'm sorry." Yu continued speaking. Now that earned Weiss' attention, which made her open her other eye.

"For what? You've been nothing but kind to me." Weiss frowned. Was Yu scared? That was normal, Weiss was as well. Not scared or worried for herself, but for all of her friends and Yu.

"I was hoping you would've been able to live a normal life here." Yu admitted. She eyed a nearby guard. "I wanted you to live a new stress free life, not having to deal with stuff like the USJ Attack, Stain, or this."

"It's fine." Weiss flashed her a small smile. "I'd rather go through this than sit at home all day doing nothing." That would've meant someone else would have to handle this, and that meant someone else would end up injured. "Plus it means I get to spend more time beating these criminals up with you."

Yu smiled. "That's sweet, in a violent kind of way."

Yang would've been proud of Weiss, too bad the others weren't here to see that.

"We'll be fine as long as we're together." Weiss said, slowly turning her head to look at the nearest criminal, and then towards All Might. The World's Number One Hero was wiggling on the ground, stretching his restraints. None of the heroes could do anything, not with the entire island being taken hostage.

Even Yu would've been able to escape in a normal situation, using gigantification to overpower the energy restraints. That'd just bring the entire building down on everyone, leading to more casualties. Weiss pressed her lips into a thin line.

She needed to come up with a plan, and fast.

A/N

Sorry this took so long, I've been busy with other stories as well as planning future twists and turns for Hero or Huntress. It'll be an entertaining ride. I plan on finishing this arc as soon as possible, hopefully within the next couple months or much sooner depending on how much I write.

And with Roosterteeth shutting down and RWBY's future in jeopardy, I just want to say that I'll never stop writing Weissikais, even if it takes me longer to update. I released two new ones the other day as a response to the news.

Till next time on Schnee: Hero or Huntress!
