AN: Sorry about the late update. I'm just enjoying my break with no school work. Anyway, this one is a combination of two. Kara and Lena knowing each other's home language, and the Superfriends finding out Kara knows Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman.

Ever since Lena had found out that Kara is Supergirl, though not by the disguise, but by paying attention and voice recognition. Though Lena would have to say that Kara's eyes were what gave her away. Over the course of the year, Lena and Kara had grown closer. Surprisingly enough, their relationship was being kept on the downlow, though of course Alex knew. Alex, who gave Lena a chance since she's never seen Kara so happy with someone else, knows Kryptonese since Kara shared with her when they were children. Now they're gonna add one more to the knowledge of Kryptonese. Lena, who has spent more nights at Kara's loft than her own apartment, has heard Kara curse more than once in Kryptonese and Kara has heard Lena curse in Irish.

*Lena's POV*

"Kara? What is it that you're saying?" I asked after hearing Kara mutter something and it wasn't any Earth language.

Kara glanced up with her beautiful blue eyes, "Oh, it's Kryptonese. Even though I don't use it, I am still fluent in it. Heck when Alex and I are alone, just the two of us, we tend to slip into Kryptonese just for the fun of it."

I saw the amusement in her eyes as she chuckled.

"Oh, Eliza's face when she realized that Alex learned Krytponese. After that, Alex and I kept our conversations quiet and passed notes to each other in Kryptonese." Kara said.

I was wanting a challenge, "Care to teach me?"

Kara's eyes widened in surprise, "You mean...you...you want to learn?"

My heart hurt at the obvious shock in her voice at the knowledge that I would want to learn. I nodded.

"Yes mo grá." I said and slipped into Irish for the pet name, thinking that Kara didn't know it.

Kara smiled and smothered me in a hug. "Go raibh maith agat Lena."

It took me a second before realizing that Kara knew the language. And so began learning an alien language. Kara's face when she was talking about her language and helping me out was worth the struggle in learning. It made her so happy when I said her name properly, she floated.

"Kara?" I said.

Kara hummed in amusement from where she was on my lap.

"How do you float? Clark hasn't gotten that yet." I said.

Kara sat up and thought about it, "hmm. I had to learn to be quiet about my takeoffs and landings, especially my landings. Eventually, I was able to hover and maneuver my flight abilities much easier. Actually, if I needed to, I would use a little bit of my powers to float just a tiny bit to go faster. Without knowing or any knowledge whatsoever someone couldn't tell if I was hovering if I so chose."

I smiled at her as she demonstrated. I watched as she lifted off effortlessly. Of course, over the next few weeks, I've found myself slipping into Irish more often when its just me and Kara. And Kara has slipped into a mix of Kryptonese and Irish. We've basically made up our own language, that just Kara and I know. Its a mix of the languages we know. It meant learning much more alien languages than I ever thought I would know thanks to Kara knowing a lot, but it was worth it. Especially when it came time for game nights. Since one of the languages was primarily body motions we dominated charades.

It was odd, before Kara, my company was the only thing in my day. Now with Kara, I've got a manageable schedule and Kara's helped me out with a bunch of my work. I could see the tension between Kara and James. It was unfortunate since James is a good guy, but he was a man child. I brought it up with Kara one night.

"Hey Kara, do you think James is a bit of a man child?" I asked.

Kara slumped in relief, "Oh thank Rao that I'm not the only one. I knew something was fishy. Heck, when he thought I wasn't looking, I saw him pout and throw a mini tantrum that something didn't go as planned for him. I never fully trusted him and when we were 'dating', Alex never gave him the infamous Danvers Shovel Talk." she said.

"Danvers Shovel Talk? What's that?" I asked.

Kara grinned, "Ever since I arrived, Alex has been there. At first she didn't really like me, but that was okay. After an incident, we grew close and she protected me. She always has. We both knew that we could take care of ourselves but we were there emotionally for each other. So any of my love interests that I did like, Alex would give them the shovel talk. The first time she did it, I was mad but I realized that she was doing it to protect me. If they couldn't handle Alex, then they couldn't handle my alieness. Of course, her love interests didn't get out of it, I returned the favor."

Ah man. Great. I have to do that. I may piss myself when it does come, but that's okay.

"Anyway, since Alex never gave him the shovel talk, I blocked out his advances. Actually, I had hit on Lucy in front of him, but that was fine since Lucy got a kick out of it." Kara said.

Kara had this little smirk on her face and I just had to smack her. Gently. She laughed.

"His face though when he realized what I was doing was hilarious. Lucy didn't mind it, in fact she seemed to enjoy it. James had been 'possessive' but he'd broken up with her after. I had found out that Lucy had broken up with him due to his inability to stay out of a super's life." Kara said.

We talked and talked into the night. I loved spending time with her, heck she even managed to get Jess to smile. I was waiting for Kara to show when I heard laughter. I peaked and watched as Jess was laughing at whatever Kara said. Kara also helped set things up with her connections. I knew she knew quite a few people but the amount of people she knew is ridiculous. When I found out she knew Diana Prince, Bruce Wayne and his crew, and the Green Lantern, it blew my mind. Kara seems to have a penchant for worming her way into millionaire's hearts cause damn, she knew a lot. Me, Cat, Bruce, Kate, Oliver Queen, Palmer, Diana and I thought my reach was far.

Tonight was a big game night, so we decided to have it at my apartment. I got used to Kara knowing Diana since Diana would come over every so often or if she was in the general vicinity. Kara was happy since she found someone who matches her in strength and a good fight. Ever since then, Kara had taken trips out to Themyscira with Diana every now and then. I wasn't jealous, I was appreciative since every time Kara came back, she was definitely stronger and it showed.

*Alex's POV*

I'm surprised at how many people Kara knew. She didn't stop at just regular people, no, she just had to bring in the millionaires. Cat Grant and her son is fine, Lena Luthor is definitely fine considering Kara beams whenever Lena's name is mentioned, but the rest of them are just ridiculous. Though finding out that Bruce likes Kara more than Clark was a day. Kara had come home that day bouncing. It was also mind blowing that Kara wormed her way into our Green Lantern's heart and he was a friend too.

Tonight's Game Night is quite possibly our biggest. Kara had actually suggested that we have it at Lena's place and I agreed since the list has grown quite large. Lucy, Susan, me, Maggie, James, Winn, Lyra, Lois, Clark, Cat and Carter, Kate, J'onn since Brainy was holding down the fort at the DEO, Nia, and a new name, Diana. I called up Kara to see who this Diana was.

"Hey sis." I said when she picked up.

"Hi Alex." Kara said.

"Who's Diana?" I asked.

"Diana Prince." Kara said.

I laughed thinking she was joking, "That's a joke right?"

"Nope." Kara said.

It took a second to sink in. My baby sister knew DIANA FREAKING PRINCE?! I spit my drink out.

"Kara. You're telling me that you know DIANA FREAKING PRINCE?!" I whisper shouted into the phone since I was at work.

Kara giggled, "Yep. and she agreed to come tonight."

Oh boy, "I'll see you later Kar." I said.

She hung up with a chuckle. I was still in shock that she knew Diana Prince, but now it made sense. Kara had gotten so much better in hand to hand. She had even picked up sword fighting out of the blue. I wasn't going to question it but she was really good. Apparently, my sister has been getting training from beings that match her in strength and skill. Did that mean that she was stronger than her cousin? Yes. Absolutely. So much stronger. Hell, she beat a villain that her cousin couldn't. That and she has built up a small immunity to Kryptonite. If a piece of Kryptonite was near Kara, it would weaken her but not outright hurt her, well it did she just pushes through it and keeps fighting. Her cousin however, would be down for a couple minutes if a piece would be near him. Actually, for Kryptonite to hurt Kara, she has to be impaled by it instead of just being near it. I noticed the change after she had been stranded on Maldoria, the slaver's moon. It would seem that she had gotten stronger after being exposed to the red sun.

Not only that, Kara had also gained a talent that her cousin had yet to learn how to do. Kara, due to her being sneaky and me helping, she learned to float. From what James said, Kara's also faster than Clark, much much faster. I don't know if it's just because Kara's a female and she's got a leaner form, but either way she's fast. Before Kara came into my life, which I am very thankful for cause I don't know what I would do without her anymore, Clark was my hero. Then he came and straight up left Kara to us. Kara was his duty to take care of, raise, and help her to acclimate to a new planet, but he put her with us under the guise of him wanting her to have a normal family. The same way he grew up. I had overheard conversations between mom and Clark and how he wouldn't come for special occasions due to being 'busy'. The first time, Kara had been heartbroken and didn't let my parents get close or even me at first. When she had opened up, the second time landed her in my lap and us snuggling together.

Cause even though I put up a front of not liking Kara at first, I was the one she'd open up too. Even though she annoyed me, whenever she was in a bad mood, I would pull her into my lap. Now my baby sister had a love interest. Hmmm...considering that this new love interest has Kara's attention, it's time to bring out the big guns. I was interrupted from my thoughts of planning a good shovel talk for Kara's love interest by a knock on the door. I went to get it and saw Maggie standing there ready to go.

"Good to go see Kara's unfairly rich girlfriend's place?" Maggie said.

"Of course." I said as I kissed her cheek.

We made our way to the penthouse and were the first ones there, well besides Kara that is. Maggie got smothered in one of Kara's famous hugs. I gave Lena a hug before we switched. Maggie gave Lena a short hug and a smile while I hugged Kara.

The second person to show was Winn, with Lyra. Eventually everyone was here except for Kate, Diana, Cat, and Carter. Kara was the bright ray of sunshine that she is, and beamed when the doorbell rang again. All three people were standing there. Diana, Cat, Carter and Kate. Carter hugged Kara and I could tell Cat was a little shocked.

*Cat's POV*

I sighed as Kara had invited me to a game night. I had already agreed and Carter, who was with me at the moment on break from school, was bouncing in excitement. He was 18 and in college but he was still my boy. He had been a little sleepy before I mentioned Kara's invite, after I mentioned it he was up and ready to go in a few seconds.

"Mom." he whined a little, "But it's Kara!"

I chuckled at his boyish enthusiasm. Even if he was an adult now, he still loved Kara. So I got ready and we were off. When we got there, two more people were headed in the same direction. Two people that I'd never thought Kara knew, Diana Prince and Kate Kane. We got to Lena's penthouse as it was obvious that Kara's loft would not hold the amount of people that were attending.

We got there and Kara opened the door. Carter had moved before any of us and wrapped Kara in a hug. I was surprised as Carter never voluntarily hugged people. He would hug people if he was comfortable with them, but even so he never hugged right away. He was slightly shorter than Kara as Kara wrapped her arms around him.

"Hey Buddy." Kara said.

Carter pouted, "Kara, I'm 18 now." he said.

Kara chuckled, "I know, but you're still Buddy."

Carter just smiled and Kara greeted all three of us.

"Hi Cat." Kara said.

She then hugged all of us. I heard a choked cough. I looked to see James and Clark with extremely flabbergasted looks on their faces.

"Umm? Mind explaining the confused looks?" Carter asked.

Kara looked at the two and chuckled. She moved her hands and Carter got it before bursting out laughing. Apparently Alex had caught on and had a highly amused grin on her face. Kara and Agent Scully shared an equally shit eating grins. J'onn just sighed.

"Well, I guess those two didn't believe ya when ya said who it was." Alex said with a chuckle.

"Mind explaining to the rest of us Kara?" I asked in my boss mode.

Kara turned to me, "Well, I had sent the guest list to those who so choose to know who was coming and all. James and my baby cousin didn't believe me when I had Diana's name on the list."

"Kara, how the actual **** do you know Diana?" James asked.

I could see the tension in his shoulders. As if he was on lookout for something dangerous, though with the major stick up his ass, he may just be on guard because its a Luthor. Of course, I didn't care that Lena was a Luthor, Lena was just Lena and if she made Kara happy then so be it. Kara's a big girl and if she likes Lena then it's Kara's decision. Kara avoided the question and after a few hours of playing games. James asked again.

"Kara, how the hell do you know Diana?" James said.

Kara just looked at him as if he was blind. Carter gasped and looked at Kara who nodded. Well, it was obvious that their bond was really strong as I didn't know what that was about. Carter was giggling as he wrapped his arms around Kara.

"Kara, you do know he's a bit young for you right?" Clark said as he shot a pointed look at my son.

Kara leveled a glare at him faster than I could, "Kal, by technicality, everyone in this room bar Cat and Diana and possibly Lois, is younger than me. And Cat's just by a couple years. By Earth standards, I was born in 1966. Plus, Carter's my little brother by choice. I babysat him once and we clicked. After that, I practically had a space in my office whenever he came by just so that he didn't have to get bored waiting for Cat to finish. Though that usually didn't take that long due to me being the awesome person I am as I scheduled Cat's day so that it was shorter than usual if her son was with her."

Kate had a smirk on her face, "That and what I get from Doll Face here, you basically ditched her at the Danvers house. Not that I know what the hell you were doing, though I have a pretty solid guess, of course."

Alex looked at Kate with an appreciative look.

Diana was just standing there looking on amused. Lena had stepped up and wrapped her arms around Kara as Carter had stepped back, though he kept a hand in Kara's. James sputtered as did Clark.

"I was busy. I couldn't juggle work, superheroing and raising a child." Clark said.

"That and he had so many enemies that it wasn't even funny." James said.

Lois winced, "Hey Short Stuff, I'm sorry."

I was wondering what for but then I realised that Clark had made time for her in all his superheroing and working.

Kara just smiled at Lois, "Don't be. It's not your fault he was blinded. Though, to be fair your sister however is hot."

Lois smirked and James sputtered once more.

"Really, just cause you don't have a girlfriend, doesn't mean that you can hit on others." James said.

Kara rolled her eyes, as if channeling her inner me, and said in a near perfect me "James, if you have a problem with your 'girlfriend' eyeing other males, be grateful that she's with you. She's eyeing 'hotter' men, but you are the one she chose to try and be with. Of course being a jealous asshole would get you kicked to the doghouse. Plus, my GIRLFRIEND is secure and knows that I love her. Why do you think we are doing game night here?"

I heard someone slap their hands over their mouths, I looked to see Alex shaking with laughter but holding it in. It was futile as she cackled.

"And that's why you didn't get the infamous Danvers Shovel Talk." Alex said as she looked lovingly at Kara.

Kara smirked at Alex. Winn gasped.

"Oh my god you're a lesbian." he said.

Alex looked just one step from whaling on him before Kara dissolved into cackles. It was pretty obvious that everyone else was confused as to why that was so hilarious. Kara wiped her eyes as she chuckled.

"Inside joke." Kara explained.

James just glared and Clark was a little surprised.

'Who's the lady?" Clark asked.

This gained him looks from all of the guests. Carter looked to Kara.

"Uh, he's joking. Right?" Carter said.

"Well, it hasn't been that obvious to him considering how little he sees me." Kara said.

Alex's look turned deadly. Kara wrapped an arm around her sister before she could do anything.

*Alex's POV*

Damn Kara and her quick reflexes. I knew she knew that I really wanted to punch both of the two blind assholes. I looked at her and saw the calm look in her eye. I relaxed and she let go. I knew it was her way of saying to let her handle it.

"Who's apartment are we in right now?" Kara said.

"Lena's?" Clark said.

"What's that got to do anything?" James asked.

Kate smacked James's head. "You blind idiot, Kara and Lena are together."

"But she's a Luthor." James said.

Oh shit. Kara Damvers is out of the building and Kara Zor-El is in her place as I saw Kara tense and her posture shift. Not many people knew this, but Kara was raised to take a leadership role on Krypton, raised to be better than both of her parents in order to take either place. Kara stalked closer. Out of the corner of my eye, the room deserted and it was down to me, Maggie, Lucy, Cat, Carter, Lena and James. Winn and Lyra were the first to leave followed soon after by the others. Clark just upped and left with Lois as he saw Kara's change. I could see that he didn't like it but accepted it.

"Lena, is not her family. She is the smartest person I know. Hell, she's outsmarted her brother." Kara said.

"Oh please, she's probably trying to get you to believe her and then once she's got you where she wants ya then what? Kill ya if you run out of uses?" James said haughtily.

Kara growled at him, "Oh is that just rich coming from you."

"Why? Cause it's the truth?" James shot back.

":zhaolodh w tov dovrrosho James." she let out a string of cuss words in the many languages she knew, apparently Irish is now in her repertoire, "You're a hypocrite. You say dating Lena is a bad thing, while dating the daughter of a man whose balls deep in anti-alien crimes and Cadmus is perfectly fine." Kara growled.

Well Kara's mad. If she's mad enough, she'll swear and usually the last warning if she doesn't want to hurt the other. James looked like a wounded puppy.

"Kara. That's not fair." James said.

Lucy stepped in, "No James. It is. Lena may be a Luthor, but just like me, she despises one of her parents. You're saying just because she's a Luthor, she'll kill Kara in her sleep and should be locked up regardless. Well, what about me? My bigoted father is providing weaponry for Cadmus. So any crime committed by Cadmus, might as well lock me up too."

"Lucy." James whined.

"Leave." Lena stepped in.

"Why?" James asked.

"I said LEAVE or I will remove you from my premises. You are no longer welcome here." Lena said in her boss voice.

James went to try and hurt Lena, but was stopped by Kara. What she did next was absolutely hilarious. She pulled a me and bodily picked James up. She put him over her shoulder and hauled him out the door. I watched as Kara dumped James on his ass outside the building and past security before turning on her heel and walking back inside. James got stopped by the security at the front. Security that Lena had hired and Kara had a smirk on her face every time she interacted with them. Kara came back with a smug look on her face. She was so proud of what she just did.

"That was so cool! Can you teach me how to do that?" Carter asked.

Kara smiled at him. "Sure. Just let me know and I'll come."

Carter smiled at her and wrapped her in a hug. Kara really had come to love Carter as a brother. I smiled at their interaction as they dissolved into nerd talk. Lena jumping in every now and then. Of course as the older sister I had the duty of putting Kara back in her place and so I joined in.

*Third Person POV*

As Kara, Alex, Lena, and Carter all talked about nerdy stuff, Lucy, Cat and Maggie were watching on fondly. Lucy was happily in a relationship with Susan Vasquez so she wasn't at all fazed by James' attempts to woo her back. Maggie had dragged Alex away from the conversation saying that they had work in the morning. Cat was watching in awe as she always did when watching the interactions between her son and Kara Danvers. Carter had hugged Kara with a big smile on his face as the Grants left. Once they left, Kara turned to her girlfriend and gave her a kiss. Lena, who was still inwardly fuming about James, sighed into it and just enjoyed the feel of Kara's strong arms around her and enjoyed the knowledge that Kara had picked her out of all people to be with.

AN: And that's a wrap. What do y'all think? Ink Master Kara is still coming. I gotta get back into writing that one. I haven't deserted it, as I have the chapter ideas already, it's just a matter of expanding the ideas out into a chapter to enjoy.

I have some ideas, like maybe one focusing on how well Carter and Kara click, obviously as a brother/sister relationship. Or the development of that relationship. Also I like the positive reviews, makes me want to continue doing these kinds of things.
