*Alex's POV*

Ever since Kara came to us, we have a bond that no one could break. We protected each other and we both wanted to know what her limits were so we spent the majority of the first summer doing exactly that. We combined our brains and strengths which somehow were my weaknesses and my strengths were her weaknesses. I taught her english and she helped me with math and science. I helped her with history and she told me about Krypton.

Before Kara, her cousin was my favorite alien but now, ever since he just upped and left her here, my favorite alien just so happened to be the one curled up in my arms. I now had a deep dislike for her cousin and if it weren't for the fact that my hand would break on impact, I would have punched him a long time ago. Anyone who made Kara sad was instantly on my bad side and Clark was in some deep shit. I had to hold my baby sister as tight as I humanly could the day she realized that Clark wasn't coming at all and was 'too busy'. We grew ever closer to the point of Kara accepting me as a sibling and as such, we now have linked minds. I could now sense her and vice versa. I gained a higher pain tolerance, better sight, hearing etc. I could now hug Kara much tighter and she could feel it. That and the fact that I now age at the same rate a Kryptonian does.

I didn't care about my friends as I found them to be shallow and uncaring. Even more so after I found out that they were one of the groups bullying Kara the hard way. I had been with them during school and they were talking about pulling a mean prank on one of the kids. I found out that their target was Kara when they were about to dump the slush all over my sister. I ran as fast as I could and ripped the bucket from their hands.

"What are you doing?"

"Alex?"

"Come on Alex, don't you wanna have some fun?"

I gave them my best glare, "That's my SISTER! No one hurts my sister."

They all flinched except for the guy that I was considering to be my boyfriend. He sneered and said something that completely disgusted me.

"The freak is your sister? No wonder you don't get cues you autistic freak."

And that was it. I moved to absolutely demolish him when I felt a soft pair of hands wrap around my body, effectively pinning my arms to my side. By feel, it was Kara. Curse Kara's ability to take my anger away. I whined mentally at the fact that I didn't get to hit the bastard. NO one says that about my sister. I could feel it at first, but Kara was beginning to laugh. It was a deep one that rumbled in her chest. One that was beginning to be heard.

"Collin," Kara singsonged, "Am I really autistic or am I just smarter than you?"

I looked behind me to see the mischievous glint in her blue eyes and the shark like grin she had on her face.

"You little piece of shit." Collin said and turned red, "At least my mom's not a **** like yours."

I was definitely going to slug him good now, but from the tense muscles I could feel in Kara's arms, she wasn't too far from the thought herself.

"But mine loves both of us." Kara said.

Ouch.

"I will make you pay!" Collin shouted in anger.

Kara let go of me and I was about to deck him when I heard her in my mind.

'Don't Lexie. I've got this.'

I watched Kara's face go blank. Her eyes cold and calculating, reminding me that she is in fact an alien. I watched as she continued to duck Collin. She weaved around him as he tried his damnedest to hit her. The most impressive part about it was the fact she had her hands behind her back. He went to hit her and Kara simply put a foot out and tripped him, making him faceplant into the ground worn out.

"I got all I need right here and I don't need anyone saying otherwise." Kara bent down to his ear and whispered something else. Something that got Collin scrambling away from her and running away.

Kara shook her head, grabbed my hand and we were out. I felt Kara snuggle into my side and wrap her arms around me. Then some point during Kara's sophomore year, she came up with a brilliant plan. Well, scratch that, I do know which point. It was the point where we worked together to bring Kenny's killer to justice. Kara came up with the idea that we would become the best at solving crime. I smiled at her and told her that we would both do it. The beaming grin I got in return was worth the work. And so, we both delved into our studies. We actually worked so hard that we were able to graduate early. Kara's thirteen and I was fifteen when we both entered college. In order to get the best of both, we decided to go to different colleges when Kara and I were of age. Up until then, we began building our own place. I found another side of Kara, one that was extremely cool and badass. The fact that Kara was going to be a hot shot on Krypton, the best of all the guilds. The building we had at the end of the year was freaking cool! And yes, my inner nerd was squealing in absolute joy.

Finally, we were of age and I went to Texas State, Kara went to the Naval Academy. She went on to complete about seven doctorates; Forensic Anthropology, Cybersecurity, Bioengineering, Kinesiology, Nuclear engineering, forensic pathology, and strategic studies. She minored in foreign languages and nuclear weapons. I followed up with my own accomplishments of doctoring in strategic studies, psychology, bioengineering, and behavioral sciences. We both are black belts in five different martial arts, Krav-Maga, Kung-fu, Ju-jitzu, taekwondo, and boxing. We also did freerunning and parkour in our freetime.

Kara became the fastest ranking officer and had retired at 36. During that time, our company, Kelex Corps, grew. We now had a board after about three years. Lena Luthor, Bruce Wayne, Kate Kane, Diana Prince, Cat Grant, our local Green Lantern was a friend.

At first I was wary of the youngest Luthor, after all Lex was the one who went on a crazed rampage. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because Kara trusted her. It was after Lena had created a Kryptonite shield that I accepted her and the fact that I could see that Lena loved Kara. When Kara introduced us as sisters from the House of El and Ze, I almost tackled her in a hug.

"It's nice to meet you Kara Zor-El and Alex Zor-El even if you know more about us than we do about you." Cat Grant said, "The house of El I have heard of, it was in a tell all article about Superman. Any relation?"

I saw Kara's back stiffen and winced a little.

"He's of no relation to me. He is a disgrace to the House, has no clue of his origins or his family, only what he chose to look at in a pod. He is no Kryptonian, not by culture. He is merely a human with the powers of a Kryptonian." Kara said with venom laced throughout.

Cat looked shocked at the venom in Kara's voice before smirking, "Kara Zor-El, I think we will be good friends."

Once Lena and Cat were on Kara's side, Diana and Bruce followed soon after. Kate Kane didn't take much persuasion, she was already hooked.

*Lena's POV*

When I had met Kara, she was already well into her many doctorates. I was never into striking fear into those around me after Lex went off on his alien hating tirade, Kara was there for me. I decided to join her no matter what happened. Lo and behold, Luthor-Corp was passed off to me and so now Luthor-Corps was a subsidiary to Kelex Corps. Kara was adamant about the fact that it should remain separate from her company, a mystery. Diana, Cat, and Bruce agreed and the fact that our identities as members were concealed.

Heck, I knew Kara had a sister, knew that if you messed with Kara, you get the sister. I only met her once, when everyone was introduced to each other that fateful day.

Diana, Bruce, and Kate were in charge of framework and testing the techno parts I was in charge of and Cat was in charge of announcing the creation to the world. It wasn't until a medical device Kara invented; one that was able to scan the body and annotate issues quickly without radiation and in high demand, that we went big. Since then, we kept up the technological advances. The fun part about is the fact that Kara had an alien at the head of the departments, contributing their knowledge and we had a literal universal pool of knowledge and technology. That and the fact that those of us on the board were unknown. Over the years we've slowly introduced ourselves to the world. Diana, Bruce, Kate, Cat, and I were known as the Five Grand Masters though no one knew our real names. We each had a title too. Diana's the Grand Master of the Gods as she had revealed her ties to Themyscira. Bruce is the Grand Master of Protection since he dealt with the safety mechanisms in the technology. Kate is the Grand Master of Security as she is the Assistant Head of Security; but no one knew that fact. Cat is the Grand Master of Information as she is the one who announces the new technology and gets with several people. I was surprised with my title but I think it fits, the Grand Master of Science.

Someone actually painted a picture of us all. The five of us on the bottom in silhouettes with our symbols practically glowing with two shadowed figures in the background behind us. I knew who those ones represented. They represented the Commanders. Commander of Shadows and Commander of Light. The Twin Commanders sometimes.

You guessed it, the Commander of Light is Kara, who is also known as the Queen and the Commander of Shadows is Alex, the sister.

I really hated to make people fear me, but I found a certain joy in bringing pain and regret down on anyone who tried to get to Kara. Hell, the others were on the same page I am. Kara had something that all of us liked, she was our light. However we didn't hold a candle to the wrath of the sister. Normally, they wouldn't get past Cat, but I pity the one who makes it to the sister.

I only met her once but I remember her vividly. She looked to be the same age as Kara but a whole lot more intimidating. I could only see one firearm on her but I was sure she was carying more than that. Both Danvers were well built for ladies so I knew Kara didn't need the protection. Kara also revealed that she was Kryptonian. I didn't care. Alex however was the closest to Kara, obviously as she had grown up with Kara. It was funny to see the media try to guess at our actual names.

Today however was not one of levity. Today, I was waiting in Kelex Corps along with Bruce, Cat, Diana, and Kate. We were here because we got a message from Kara stating that her cousin was coming. I could sense it in the atmosphere that the sister was here. We were waiting for Clark to come and make a frontal approach to the corporation after he was stonewalled by all our companies. He even went as far as going after us as Superman, showing he is not the proud and mighty hero who fights for the people. We were all on a group video session with Kara despite being in the same building. If he did come, we didn't want him to know we were on sight.

I watched the cameras as Clark was rebuffed by security, of whom I was a hundred percent sure was a branch of the League of Assassins, but not before vowing he would be back.

"God he is so self-righteous. Who wants to put money on him trying to come in as Superman next?" Cat snarked.

That was a fool's bet and we were unsurprised when Superman flew in the front door and demanded to see the owner, stating it was a matter of 'national security'. He got the same response. He shook his head condescendingly and flew out the door and consequently breaking them.

"Prat. I wonder what his next trick is?" I was absolutely pissed. I had heard about the stories from Kara about Clark.

It was a little sad that the only other person of her species isn't even worth wasting her time on.

Bruce cleared his throat, "I suggest we all meet in person in Kara's office. He isn't subtle, his next play will be to corner her. It is what he did to all of us."

"I agree. Kara love, we will be there soon." Diana signed off first.

We were all right behind her. When I stepped in, Kara was sitting in her chair as if she was a queen. When I got up there, I didn't see Bruce yet but I noticed that Diana was off to the left with Cat and Kate in front of Kara. Then, with a start, I realized that Bruce was behind Kara to her left and that the sister was to Kara's right. I never saw much of the reclusive half of the Danvers Duo but when I did, she was freaking intimidating. However I could see the amusement twinkling in her eyes as she talked with Kara. Kara's face went blank and she hit a button. She was in a body suit that was navy blue with rose gold accents. It showed that she was in a position of power. A person to not be messed with. I saw Alex's change too and well Clark is in for a world of hurt and I wasn't even upset about it.

*Alex's POV*

I knew I lurked in the shadows of Kara but that was okay by me. People think what they want to think and see what they want to see. I work alongside Kara not behind her. I knew I came off intimidating to people who were a threat to Kara and that was also okay. At the end of the day, I got to spend the nights cuddled up with my sister wrapped around me. She gives the best of hugs. Today however, I knew it was going to be rough. I was already in the building when Kara texted the others. So Clark Kent came flying in.

He almost broke the balcony in his frustration and anger that his wee demands to be seen had been denied. I almost smirked when I saw him blanch at the fact that his 'cousin' wasn't alone.

"Kara, I have been trying to contact you. Is this the way you treat family?" he started.

I felt her tense so I placed a hand on her shoulder.

Cat snorted, "That's rich coming from you. You dumped her on the doorstep of people she didn't know, on a foreign planet, then didn't bother to come looking for her when she disappeared in the middle of the night. They didn't know if she had run or been taken and you just hung up on them because you were late for a date."

I felt Kara's amusement on that memory. She had been on the roof the entire time. I found her of course as I had followed a gut feeling and spotted her just sitting on the roof looking at the stars.

Clark blanched.

Lena spoke this time, "What do you want Superman?" she said and the way she did it clearly showed her unhappiness with the man child.

"I want to speak with my cousin alone. We have family business to discuss that no one should ever hear about." Clark sneered.

"Not happening so get a move on. We all have more important things to do than deal with you." Diana didn't even deign herself to look at him.

Clark huffed, "Fine, how dare you start to introduce Kryptonian technology and science for Earth consumption without telling me first? You are profiting on my father's work and not even letting me in on any of it. All of this is mine, my legacy. I am the head of the House of El and you answer to me! I pulled you out of that pod and tried to help you. You have done nothing but cause trouble. You stole to make money, you must have stolen my father's plans from the Fortress and you have made alliances with the worst people in this world. Your inventions may look like they are helping but all they are doing is making you money and giving you fame. Our family legacy is to help, not to profit and hurt. What do you have to say for yourself?"

I really wanted to hit him. I moved to do just that but Kara of course wrapped her unfairly muscled arm around me.

Damn it Kara, why won't you just let me hit him? I whined mentally.

Because you'd hurt yourself more than him. Plus, you'll get your chance. I heard her say.

I sighed, fine.

Then Kara did something that made me proud. She smirked but her eyes showed no emotion. She took a step towards him, looking like a wolf stalking their prey.

"First of all, you are not the Head of the House. I am. I kicked you out of it as soon as I took back my ship from where you stashed it and created my own Fortress. I have no intention nor required to tell you anything as you are no one. You want money and fame. Fame you have by being a misguided superhero, money you don't because you are a failed reporter. Your father's work was creating weapons and bombs. Kelex Corps is my legacy and you have no part of it." she grinned here showing off her teeth, "Secondly, you dropped me of with strangers who didn't give a crap about what you said. They didn't do what you said and instead let me be myself without drawing too much attention. I have made no trouble and stolen nothing. My money was made honestly and I worked hard to get where I am. My inventions saved lives and they are not Kryptonian technology but my own. Earth doesn't have the capabilities or minerals to make half of what I wished I could but that won't stop me from doing what I can. The money goes back into the company to help more people and if I wanted fame, I would be the face of this company and not have five of the best people in the world around me helping me."

Clark looked shocked that she didn't cower like he was probably expecting her to. Almost everyone did.

Bruce, who had become an older brother to Kara, "You came here to try to bully a family member into giving you money and her power because the world is losing faith in you. Justice League doesn't want you, your close to losing your job because your ass at it and only report on yourself. Do everyone a favor and cut the bullshit. What do you really want? You must have known we would be here."

Then I stepped forward and I noticed the room was suddenly bathed in a red light that I knew immediately was emitting red sun rays. Clark blanched even further.

"Well, well, well. Clark Kent. Do you remember me?" I asked.

He started sweating, "What? What is this? Why can't I hear anything?"

I moved forward, "Do you remember me Clark? Or do I have to jog your shoddy memory?"

He looked at me, "What did you do?"

"Oh? This is what a Kryptonian is normally. Under the red sun. No powers. Regular." Kara sneered.

We circled him and well shit. Kara had her hood up and mask on.

"How's it feel Clark. To be powerless? To be human?" she said.

He tried to hit her. Key word there, try. He had a smirk on his face that was completely wiped when Kara grabbed his hand and flipped him clear over her.

"You have been banished from the House of El for your actions towards the mattriarch and towards the people of Earth. If you ever wear this insignia again, you will be found and stripped of your powers. If you try to usurp the House of El, you will be dealt with harshly. You were not raised on Krypton nor do you know our ways. Your father was an evil man and everything you know came from him. You are a disgrace and I will not be so forgiving the next time." she said before grabbing him and bodily throwing him towards me.

I roundhouse kicked him out the window. I finally got to hit him where it counted and he went flying. Well, I guess Superman really isn't that super, but I already knew that. My favorite alien in the universe is the one where we get to wrestle and cuddle.

*Lena's POV*

I was surprised at the reveal that Kara had red sun emitters in her office. However I wasn't too surprised as I could see the shock in the once proud Superman. I was almost gleeful at it. I had to fight to not giggle at the fact that Cat was recording this whole thing. Of course the giggles were killed when I saw the two Danvers Sisters circle Clark. I thought Alex was intimidating before but this is absolutely ridiculous. I watched as Kara bodily picked Clark up and threw him towards Alex, who roundhoused him and sent him flying out the window.

"Please tell me you have the article ready." I asked Cat.

"Ready when you are. The only thing I will add is that video. It doesn't show Kara's face, but we are visible. This should kill off any love for Superman."

Kara came over with Alex and gave the okay on both the article and the video. Then we made our way to Kara's penthouse to have lunch. We watched throughout the afternoon and evening as Superman's reputation and image was shredded. Finally, the world saw the man they thought a hero as he really was, a selfish bastard who had no love for anyone but himself. Cat and Bruce left late at night as Cat had work to do and Bruce was needed in Gotham. Diana and I left soon after as I could see it in the sister's eyes that she wanted to be alone with Kara.

*Alex's POV*

Once our guests left, I could drop my front and poke Kara in the side with a smile. She smiled at me and thus insued a tickle fight that had both of us laughing. When the laughter died down, I placed my forehead on Kara's and we just sat there enjoying each other's company. Kara huffed a chuckle.

"Did you see his face when you roundhoused him?" Kara chuckled.

"I was too busy basking in the joy of kicking that ass." I said.

Kara held up a picture and Clark's expression was priceless. It was even better when he realized that there were red sun generators. Without a doubt, Kara is my favorite alien and person in the universe. And my favorite alien in the universe just snuggled deeper into me and literally purred. Definitely my favorite, especially because she gives the best of full body hugs you can melt in.

AN: So what do y'all think? Maybe do a Part 2 to include Maggie or Kelly (Kelly might be a little OOC since I don't really know her character that well).

Updates are a little slow for all my stories due to the amount of homework due for school as I'm in college.

Peace ~Immortalshark123

EDIT!: Hey, I rewrote this chapter in order to match the next part. I had an idea while coming up with Part 2 involving Maggie but it wouldn't work with how this one is written and so I changed a little bit of it.
