I've noticed that Perry usually brought Della along with him whenever he investigated a crime scene. In this story, not only does this happen, but Della gets her feet wet!

Della asks Perry to critique a short story she's written.

This time, an old friend of Perry's daughter reaches out to Perry about having to stay at a friend's house and nobody had any guest rooms. One day, Perry's friend asks him to solve another from George Mason, and turned it down, and gives somebody else the case as a test. Mystery will be later in the story.

Why are the Mason kids so glum on Christmas Day?

This is a Christmas story I posted on my Perry Loves Della Facebook Group as part of a Christmas Story challenge and I felt it wrong to deprive FF of the story and I hope y'all enjoy my idyllic Christmas that the Mason Family experiences.

Now that Janet Brent's case is behind Perry and Della, Perry was still sulking over the incident. He gets an invitation to go to a seminar in New York and goes alone. Meanwhile, Della has a family emergency and spending time apart from Perry only made their love grow stronger.

Due to some incriminating pictures, Perry and Della have an argument. Will they be able to resolve their issues before something tragic happens..
