Review time!
ProjectIceman: Izuku has tremendous willpower.. despite how freaking horny it's making him right now XD Only difference between armor's is the 'potency' because of the Monster parts used.
AKA- Elder Dragon Large Monster Small Monster.
SuccubusQueen100: Glad you are enjoying it, and I couldn't resist the cinnamon roll bit.
Reader20448: Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
MosesArk Reborn2000: His little admission was more of a slip of the tongue thanks to her proximity, hence why he backtracked to state he had to come back for everyone. While not the most smartest decision she has made, considering how some of the outfits look? can you blame her? XD
Nezu will take care of the license issue :D and it's funny how *no one* has mentioned the Pomeranian yet, huh? :D
thebananameister21: I do know what heat means, and they aren't monsters, but people being affected by the essence of the monsters, which is just heightening their more base instincts, but they are still people. Plus like it was explained, if someone has an enticing scent, they will be attractive to them.

Chapter 8
Modern Daily Life
Ochako lightly groaned as she reached her gloved hand out towards her nightstand, where the vile villain known as 'The Alarm' was blasting out of her digital clock and making her morning already rough. The loud 'tap' of switching off the offending thing made Ochako sigh happily for a moment before yawning loudly and slowly rising from her comfy blankets, gently stretching as she felt the strain of her spaghetti strap pj's against her chest.
She grumbled as she tugged on her rather tight top, knowing full well that she may have gone up another cup size *somehow* and would need to look into getting more tops at some point. While she still maintained her frugal spending habits, much to her roommate's annoyance at times, Ochako was still one to spend a lot when shopping, even for necessities sake rarely.
While she had found a nice little store that was not only inexpensive and had some cute designs to boot, but over the last year or so, it seemed that there were fewer and fewer options for her due to her ever increasing size.
Grabbing her currently lit-up phone beside her clock, the gravity-defying woman slowly shuffled out of her room and into the apartment, where she came across her roommate, who was just putting on her boots to head out to work. With a tired yawn, Ochako gently mumbled out, "Mornin' Tsu…"
"Good Morning, Ochako, kero." The frog woman said with a slight smile on her lips, tapping her rather large boots to the ground as she was wearing a long brown trenchcoat, where Ochako could see hints of her hero suit underneath, "Rough night?"
"Mhmm… had a couple of arrests late last night on patrol, and Mina's texts going off nearly every twenty minutes while I was trying to sleep wasn't helping." The auburn-haired woman softly sighed as she made her way towards the coffee maker with what looked like half a pot still made, "How old is this?"
"Only half an hour, kero, figured you'd need a perk up this morning." Tsuyu said with a gentle ribbit as she moved towards the bowl full of keys, picking up the one with the adorable frog on the chain, "It's the third day since those two have been put into isolation; I heard that Momo was advised to give them the fourth day just in case."
"Advised?" Ochako asked as she took a sip of the hot drink, shivering slightly as it seemed that Tsu had used her favorite blend, which was reasonably bitter.
"They gave Izuku a work laptop so he can catch up with what he's missed in the last seven years." Tsu said as she stood by the door to the apartment, "What's funny was that they forgot about the website tracking software they put on all work devices ever since Chargebolt accidently ended up on the dark web, which was something considering he was just trying to buy a toaster off of Amazon at the time."
"O-oh?" Now that had woken Ochako up a little bit, her ever-present blush on her cheeks grew more, "C-considering what Todoroki told us about the essence Deku and Mina are dealing with… you don't think-"
"He's not looking up porn, kero." Tsuyu said bluntly, a little miffed that her friend would even suggest that; she couldn't blame her given the knowledge of how this was affecting the pair, "However, he's been looking at a lot of hero forums and the sites, along with any public past missions the agency did."
Ochako's smile slowly grew as she held the coffee mug up to her lips while Tsuyu ribbited to get her attention, "I forgot to ask this the other day, but today is that time of the month, kero?" The gentle nod from the gravity user was all Tsu got when Ochako down the rest of the drink; her eyes clenched a little before looking towards her froggy companion.
"Yeah, That's why I am off, truthfully, and I'm a little worried…"
Placing the mug on the counter, Ochako then leaned against it as one of her straps slid down her shoulder while she looked at Tsuyu, "The destruction of the memorial is already going to have her on edge, let alone if I tell her WHO destroyed it…"
"She will need to learn that Izuku is alive, Ochako… you can't keep that from her." Tsuyu walked close to her friend, her more significant than average hands resting on Ochako's arm, "You don't think she could relapse, would you? Knowing he is alive?"
Ochako gently shook her head, "It's been a long and hard seven years for her, and the only reason Himiko stays at the hospital is because it's where she feels the most safe."
"Kero, I remember when she was first admitted, constantly worried that we were trying to make her 'normal', when all that happened was she was going to be given the blood her body and quirk demands… I visited her two months ago, and she was far different from the Himiko we encountered in the beginning."
Ochako gently nodded as the flashes of the first year training camp attack where both she and Tsuyu had first met the blood-drinking transforming woman, as well as the other encounters until the final one where Ochako had finally reached Himiko, even when she was dying, only to be saved by the blonde vampire.
Thank god the medical robots were able to get to them as quickly as they did, or else she would have been another casualty.
"Kero, the choice is yours, Ochako… since she trusts you the most, but she will find out eventually." Tsuyu's hand left her friend's arm as she headed towards the door, "Send me a message when you're back home. I should be off before six and we can order in and watch a movie or something."
"Sounds like a plan, and thanks Tsu…" Ochako smiled brightly, which Tsuyu tried her best to return before opening the door and walking through.
Once Ochako heard the loud click of the door lock, she sighed heavily as she pulled her phone out to quickly scroll over the messages Mina had sent throughout the night. While there were a few shots of a photo taken of a shirtless Izuku working late at night at the earlier mentioned laptop, what made Ochako almost drop her phone in shock was the one message that made her eyes widen, and she screeched loudly.
"WHAT DOES SHE MEAN SHE KISSED DEKU?!"
Toshinori Yagi groaned as he slowly pushed himself out of bed, having beaten the punch to his alarm as he moved his thin hand towards the clock and shut it off; he groaned afterward and moved his right hand towards his old injury, wincing from the pain it was causing him this particular morning and muttered to himself, "Must have slept funny again…"
Groaning to himself as he pushed off of the large bed, making his way to the bathroom for his morning shower, Toshi smelt the delicious breakfast that would be awaiting him when he was done, perhaps urging him to be a little quicker with his morning routine. He chuckled to himself, the thoughts of how he ended up in this sort of situation resurfacing in his mind, with all of its ups and downs.
He wouldn't trade it for the world, and if he could tell his younger self what his life would be like compared to, say, ten years ago, he had a feeling his counterpart wouldn't have believed him.
Granted, he would have made sure to say to that younger version that he should contact Izuku earlier than he did.
At the thought of the green-haired young man, Toshi couldn't help but have a broad smile on his lips; knowing that his successor was actually alive had made that dark cloud of thinking he had failed the boy lift off of his shoulders. Not only that, but he was eager to reunite Izuku with his family, knowing full well the waterworks that would happen when all was said and done.
That or Inko would faint first and then flood the area afterward.
After putting on his trademark dulled yellow suit after his shower and morning routine, Toshinori fixed his tie, moved down the stairs at a slightly quickened pace, and walked into the kitchen with his typical skeletal smile, "Good morning, everyone!"
"Morning, dear," Inko said, turning her head to smile at Toshinori before continuing to make their breakfast. While very little had changed in the last seven years since that fateful day for the mother of Japan's savior, Inko Midoriya had gained a few crowfeet at the corners of her eyes, with streaks of a dulled greenish-gray beginning to turn her usually deep forest green hair and still styled in a hair bun where those signs of aging were a little more noticeable. Inko gently giggled and blushed when she felt the rough lips of her husband peck her on the cheek, "Oh, Toshi! What if Eri sees?"
"Then she sees that her father loves her mother! And there's nothing wrong with that!" The former number one beamed a toothy grin before suddenly wrapping his skinny arms around Inko and began to continue to kiss her along her cheek and neck.
"T-Toshi! Please, I'm trying to cook breakfast!" Inko protested and shivered when she could hear her husbands chuckle in her ear before sneaking one last kiss on her cheek and moving towards the small pantry where Toshinori could mix up his dietary supplement while Inko went to place two plates on the table; one for herself and the other for the still missing Eri.
"Eri!" Inko called out as she looked at the doorframe, where she could see the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. "Breakfast is ready, honey!"
An 'I'll be right down' was all the middle-aged woman got as a response with loud thumping of feet coming from the floor above, which caused Inko to sigh and look towards her husband as she gave him a deadpanned look as he was now sitting at the dinner table with his smoothie mix and holding up a tablet, "I swear she gets that from you…"
Toshinori chuckled, not denying it as he took a sip of his drink, "I would deny it… but then I can be a big gorilla, as my darling wife likes to call me when I'm running late."
"Toshi…" Inko huffed and shook her head, blushing slightly, "Don't try and charm your way out of this."
"Alright, but was it working?" The blonde skeletal man asked with a raised eyebrow and a hopeful look on his face. Toshinori could only widen his smile when he saw Inko's cheeks brighten even more as she looked away.
"Morning all!" The sweet voice of Eri Midoriya was heard as the young teen came around the corner, wearing her seifuku-styled middle school uniform, all in dark navy and black, with silver trimmings around the cuffs and hem of the skirt she wore. Her long snow-white hair perfectly contrasting against the colors of the uniform, with the single streak of dulled green colored hair in front of her face, styled after one of her favorite heroines and one of her 'big sisters', Creati.
The teen quickly ran up to Inko, hugging and kissing her mother's cheek before moving towards her father and doing the same. Then, as soon as a bunny, she sat herself down and began to scarf down her meal, "Mmmnn, so tasty!"
"Eri, sweety, at least savor the food first…" Inko reprimanded with an amused look as Eri quickly downed her drink of apple juice before realizing what she was doing and pouted slightly.
"S-sorry Mama…" The teen said while taking another, albeit slower, mouthful of food, and once she had swallowed it, spoke once more, "But, I promised to meet with Satsuki up at the train station so we can go to school together."
While Eri was continuing to eat, Inko slowly looked towards Toshinori, the worried look on her face clearly expressing her worry for their child. While the Midoriya matriarch was usually a worrier when it came to her children and her husband, after the destruction of the memorial in the park of her son and now the emergence of some kind of weird animal that leveled a few blocks not too far from Eri's school had made Inko worry even more than usual. Nodding his head silently to his wife, Toshinori cleared his throat to get his daughter's attention, "Say, Eri, how about I give you and young Asui a lift to school this morning?"
"O-Oh? Are you sure, Papa? I don't want to be a bother…" Eri said with a guilty look on her face, which made the old hero's heart ache. Even if everyone around her had told her that she would never be or was a bother, there would be times when the young woman would still be like that.
However, with a light, gruff chuckle, Eri's 'papa' shook his head gently, "You know it will never be a bother when it comes to anything for you, my dear! Now, finish up and get ready; we will be taking the car today."
"Oh? Is 'Betsy' still in the shop?" Inko asked as she finished a mouthful of food, "I thought the repairs would have been finished by now?"
"I thought so too, but it turns out the shocks they had ordered weren't the right ones… thankfully they aren't going to charge an extra fee due to the mistake being on their end." Toshinori sighed gently before finishing his smoothie, looking a little sad, considering he loved that old pickup truck. It also didn't help that it was the same one that used to lug some of the more significant pieces of scrap metal when Izuku was cleaning Dagobah Beach all those years ago. Perking up slightly, Toshinori looked towards Eri, "Regardless, go get ready, kiddo."
"Okay, Papa… I'm going to say goodbye to Izuku first!" Eri exclaimed as she quickly scooped the last of her breakfast up and made her way towards the front of the house, where the young woman knelt before a small shrine, opening the small wooden doors to reveal a seven-year-old picture of Izuku Midoriya, her big brother and her all time favorite hero. As Eri was praying, both Inko and Toshi moved from the dining table and watched their daughter perform the ritual she did every day since she had been taught about it when she was much younger.
A gentle sniff caught Toshinori's attention as he saw Inko wipe away a tiny tear, which he pulled her close to hug and comfort her before the 'waterworks' were about to start, "Inko, it's ok… plus we have that special memorial event at UA this Sunday, I have been meaning to ask, but are the Bakugou's able to make it?"
"Y-Yes…" Inko sniffed again and nodded her head, "I spoke with Mitsuki, and she said they should both be able to attend the ceremony…" Inko pouted and started to tear up again, "But it's just so hard since it lands on my baby boy's birthday this year… and to be r-reminded of…" the mother gently began to weep while also trying to suppress them so they wouldn't flood the house again.
At first, she felt the comforting yet slightly bony arms of her husband wrap around her in a comforting hug, sniffling gently against his chest, but then, she felt the more petite and softer arms of her daughter also wrap around her, with Eri smiling brightly at Inko with her gorgeous ruby eyes threatening to tear up as well, "I-I know how you feel Mama… but I know Izuku wouldn't want us to be sad."
'Probably be tearing up just as much…' Toshinori thought to himself while hugging a little tighter to get the two women's attention, "Young Eri is right, Inko. In fact, I'd imagine Izuku would be doing his best to cheer you up and push on strong, just like he would be."
Inko was staring up at Toshi for a few moments before sliding her gaze towards Eri, who nodded against her with that still bright and giant smile. The matriarch of the house began to tear up more but did her best to stop the waterfalls from happening as she hugged the two most important people in her life closer to her and whispered a soft but gentle 'thank you' to both of them.
"Avoided a potential flood claim there…" Toshinori sighed softly as he looked about the road while he was driving, idly glancing back to see Eri typing on her phone in the backseat, "Are you going to be ok for this Sunday, Eri? Your mother did bring up a good point."
The teen stopped what she was doing, though her ruby eyes hadn't left the screen as the small tiny little 'Deku' phone trinket brushed against her fingers because of the moving vehicle, "I-I know it's going to be hard… b-but I know everyone there to help make it through until we get back home and we can celebrate Izuku's birthday…" Looking up to smile up at the rear mirror, putting on a brave face, "P-Plus, I think that flood claim will happen afterward regardless."
Toshi couldn't help but chuckle at that, shaking his head before noticing his daughter looking down once again, "What's wrong, my dear?"
Eri was quiet for a moment, shifting slightly in her seat, "Um… Papa… how do I know if someone… 'likes' me? I mean… as in… 'likes' likes me…?"
The former number one in Japan nearly hit the brakes in surprise, coughing slightly from the shock as Eri suddenly tried to reach out to him before he stopped her with his hand held up, "Sorry, my dear, you just caught me off guard there…" Toshinori coughed again to clear his throat, "Even your brother never asked me about this kind of stuff."
"H-He didn't?" Eri said with a shocked look on her face, "But Miss Uravity-"
"Oh, I know, Eri, trust me, when I say that even I noticed the attraction between the two, I was shocked they never actually got together during their first year." Toshi sighed heavily before looking back towards his daughter from the reflector, "To be honest, kiddo, I am not that great when it comes to this stuff either; half the time, I just do my best to make sure your mother is happy and feel the love I have for her."
"W-What's the other half?"
"Making sure I don't get on her bad side… as we both know… you should never upset Inko Midoriya." The husband of said woman shivered in fear, given some of the antics he had done over the years which caught her ire.
And he thought All for One was the most terrifying person he ever faced.
"Getting back to your question, from what I recall, normally, if they start to act differently around you, it is usually a good sign." The blonde man spoke as he was rounding a corner towards the train terminal outdoor pickup area, the tiny droplets of rain beginning to start to cascade down onto the windshield, showing it was starting to rain once again, "If I could point you towards some people that possibly may help with your question, perhaps Ashdio or Hag-erm Todoroki would be the best options."
"Big Sis Mina and Toru?" Eri said with a tilt of their head, then slowly began to think about it, with her fingers on her chin, similar to how Izuku would often look when he was thinking as Toshinori had remembered it, "I-I guess that works, thanks, Papa!"
"Anytime, Unicorn… oh! I see young Asui waiting for us, and it looks like she is not alone." Toshinori said as he pulled to the side, where a teen Satsuki, wearing a similar outfit to Eri and sporting her trademark pigtails, though the ends were made into small ribbon designs to mimic an older member of her family and she was talking with said older member
Standing beside Satsuki was a trenchcoated Tsuyu, with what looked like her hero suit on underneath, possibly wearing the coat so as not to draw attention to her or her little sister. Once the small car pulled up to the pair, the passenger door opened up for the schoolgirl. Toshinori had wound down the front window, "Morning, Asui. I'm a little shocked to see you here as well."
"Kero, I decided to meet up with Satsuki to see her and Eri off on the train before I head out on my patrol," Tsuyu said as she watched her younger sister climb into the car. The distant rumbling of thunder could be heard from the skies as they continued to speak, "Can't be too careful with everything going on right now, kero."
The older man nodded his head solemnly, turning his gaze slightly back towards the two teenagers in the back who were already starting to talk and look at each other's phones. "I could drop you off further up the way if you wish?"
"Thank you, but that's alright kero." Tsu gently bowed her head politely to her former teacher, "This coat is one of a bunch of disposable coats made by Creati that we can simply donate to charity once we are done with them, so I should be fine to start here-"
A sudden and loud crack of thunder and lightning echoed out into the air, interrupting the Tsuyu as a bolt of lightning suddenly struck down in the middle of the street half a block away, with screams of men, women, and children crying out from the sudden interruption to everyone's day.
Quickly tossing off the trenchcoat and into the open window of the car, the Pro Hero Froppy knelt to speak to the occupants, "Kero, I'm going to check it out; you two," Froppy looked towards both Satsuki and Eri, who were still looking a little shook up, "Go into the terminal and head for the old fall out bunker, try and assist anyone inside there was well. Do not leave there until everything is clear. Am I understood?"
The two students nodded their heads quickly, both getting out from the door that the young Asui had entered into. Froppy looked to Toshinori, who was already unbuckling himself, "Mr. Yagi, in one of the front pockets is my communicator; I need you to try and reach the agency. Inform them we may have another 'UM', and while I'm engaging it, I want you to provide any sort of visual characteristics you can relay back and have them inform the 'Hunter'."
While enlisting a civilian in matters such as this wasn't typically well looked upon, Tsuyu knew that the person she was entrusting this task to was no ordinary citizen.
Toshinori nodded, quickly reaching for the coat pocket, "Go, Young Froppy; I'll keep to the shadows and get them the info they need."
With a small ribbit and nod of her head, Froppy leapt over the top and past the numerous vehicles as the fleeing populace all headed towards the terminals, latching onto the tops of cars and buses before using her powerful and well built legs to spring forward towards the still smoking crater in the road.
Upon landing on top of a streetlamp to overlook the damage and assess the situation, from within the smokescreen, she could barely make out the shadows within, and much to her shock and horror, there wasn't just one roar from within similar to the creature a few days ago.
There were two.
