"Your highness?" someone spoke beside Jaden's beside one day another spirit who refers Jaden as a strong king as some other duelists. Said boy was sleeping peacefully in bed while Slifer was in a poster in front of Syrus with copies of Monster Reborn on his headband.
Jaden stirred slightly and opened his eyes to see who was talking. It was the demonic Sparkman, Dark Lightning talking to him to have him wake up.
"Dark Lightning? What is it?" Jaden groaned. "I was in the middle of an awesome dream where I was in Battle City."
"We have some new recruits into our ranks, and Inferno Wing had achieved an evolution." Dark Lightning answered standing up straight.
"Oh, really?" Jaden smiled sitting up.
Dark Lightning nodded before snapping his fingers for them to come. At that a group of new monsters appeared along with Inferno Wing who looked more powerful.
"Whoa, you guys look sweet." Jaden grinned over from this. "Aren't they Yubel?"
"They definitely are, and just in time. You do remember what's going to happen today right Jaden?" she asked him.
"Huh?" Suddenly the alarm clock started ringing loud.
"SLIFER!" Syrus screamed during his chanting thinking that Slifer had actually came for him but turned over seeing the alarm clock is ringing. "Oh, it's just that stupid thing."
"Syrus, are you ok?" Jaden asked him.
"Been here wishing Slifer would give me good luck to advance." Syrus tapped the clock stopping it from ringing.
"You'll be fine Sy." Jaden reassured him with a smile. "Just relax and do your best."
"Well I wouldn't want to duel the guy that beat Crowler." they looked to Chumley who is sitting up on his head. "Though honestly me, and Sy might get lucky, all of the duelists that Mr. Ryuga had defeated unfairly are given a chance to enroll in Duel Academy, so perhaps we'll luck out, and get one of them."
"Hopefully." Syrus admitted as he looked down nervously.
"You three should probably get going, you'll be late my liege." Dark Lightning spoken up beside Jaden gesturing to the alarm clock.
Jaden blinked looking over as his eyes widened. "Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder Dark Lightning. Come on you guys we should get going."
"Ah I hate getting up early."
With that groan, and some time preparing they are heading over together only to notice someone a plump woman looking to be in her 40s is struggling to push a van up to the Academy Main Building.
"Huh, are you ok?" Jaden asked running over to the woman as he started trying to help her push the van.
"Oh?" the woman turned over her focus faltering slightly which the van rolled a little that she turned back to focus again. "Ah, thanks you three but... you'll be late for class if you help me out!"
"It's ok, and we're glad to help right guys?" Jaden asked helping her push the van back. "What kind of person would leave someone who needs help?"
"Well isn't that nice?"
"It be nice if we push!" Syrus was already helping her out with Chumley with slight hesitance as it involves some hard labor went behind helping her pushing the van up. "Come on... put some... elbow grease in it Chum!"
"I'm... trying! I hate... tough work!"
"Thank you three, I'll remember this!" the woman spoke as they all worked together pushing the van up eventually reaching over to the top of the hill where the van is parked near the card shack portion of the Academy Building.
"Is there anything else we can do for you?" Jaden asked the woman.
"No..." the woman takes some breaths before smiling over. "Me, and someone else can finish this up, thanks again for the help. But you should get to class now, last I heard there is an important written exam being held today."
"Oh yeah, come on guys." Jaden mentioned running off quickly.
"Honestly your highness you really are too kind for your own good sometimes." Shadow Wing frowned before chuckling in amusement.
Meanwhile...
'Okay... this should be the Chancellor's Office... right?' At probably the other side of Duel Academy was a young girl in front of the Chancellor's Office.
Elize Evergreen Konami, was the name of this young girl wearing a white blouse with some chocolate-colored braided pigtails, and forest green eyes. Alongside it was a Slifer Red Blazer. She was one of the duelists that had dueled Mr. Ryuga for his attempt at being the newest teacher of Duel Academy, and was defeated rather easily without her Spell Cards. However after Zane, and Chancellor Sheppard had exposed him about it, she had been given a call to tell her she was enrolled much to her relief, and was to meet up with Chancellor Sheppard to talk more about it as today is the Promotion Exams which while is a tight day to make her a student official should be a good day to see her skills now without any cheating on hand.
"Don't worry Elize, I'm sure everything will be fine." mentioned a kind voice next to her as Elize turned to see a girl with long blue hair and bright blue eyes.
"I... I hope so Eria..." Elize said nervously over. "I only hope... I don't screw up, or make a bad impression..."
"You were cheated out of enrolling, and now you're getting a chance to show everyone how skilled you really are." mentioned another voice as Elize turned to see a girl with orangey red hair and red eyes.
"I hope..." Elize takes a breath, and knocked on the door.
"Enter." she hears the kind Chancellor's voice called for her.
Taking a nervous breath Elize walked in. "I'm... supposed to talk with you today, my name is Elize Konami."
"Ah so your Miss Konami. Please have a seat." Sheppard gave a kind smile as he gestured to a chair in front of his Deck.
"Oh... thank you." Elize nodded taking the seat.
"Now, Miss Konami, I get it was a sudden call but as you probably already know the Dueling Proctor for your Exam at the Entrance Exams had cheated to be an official professor at the Academy." Sheppard explained over towards her guilt in his tone. "For that matter, I apologize deeply for not realizing it sooner."
"Oh... it's ok, it wasn't your fault and everything worked out in the end." Elize reassured him politely. "I'm just glad that nobody is going to be cheated anymore."
"Of course." Sheppard nodded with a soft smile. "Now then Miss Konami although Academy Rules stated that every female student must be Obelisks as it's the only rank girls can have appropriately, as you are technically a new student Academy Bylaws has us automatically place you in Slifer Red. It's just in case, you haven't heard yet."
"I understand." Elize nodded. "I'm enrolling partially through the year so I shouldn't be allowed to start at the highest rank and... I'm just honored to have the opportunity to try and study here Chancellor sir."
"Well now, today's subject. As I'm sure you overheard, or read today is the day of the Promotion Exams." Sheppard explained over to her smiling gently. "A bit of a tight day but something like today should be a adequate test of your skills after being cheated out at the Entrance Exams. But unlike the Proctors, you will face a student who uses there personal Deck, which I feel I should warn you that will tougher then before."
Elize nodded hearing that. "I understand, thank you very much for the opportunity."
"And we usually have students from the same dorm face each other." Sheppard spoke over to her. "I wish you luck in your match, I'll guide you to the Dueling Fields so you may begin."
"Did any of the other applicants get a second chance to enroll?" Elize asked him. "It wouldn't be fair if I was the only one."
"Of course several others. Some of them however refused saying they can make there chance elsewhere. You aren't the only one to get another chance after Mr. Ryuga's exposure I assure you." Sheppard answered with a soft smile.
"That's good... oh, is it ok if I ask something?" Elize turned to him. "How did you find out he was cheating?"
"Well do you know Zane Truesdale?"
"Of course, he watched my entrance exam." Elize nodded.
"Well he had also been watching some other matches. He had noticed that Duelists are unable to activate there Spell Cards despite checking if there Duel Disks are up to date the day before." Sheppard explained over to her. "Zane himself checked to see if he can use a spell nearby, and nothing happened. After talking we founded out his ring was the reason why Duelists are unable to activate Spells."
"I KNEW it!" a white haired girl having gray eyes spoken up beside Elize but only the girl can see her. "I sensed something was wrong on that jerk's side but I just didn't say anything! I'm so sorry Elize, if I spoken up you would get enrolled faster." She had sensed Ryuga's ring making some effects at the time, and didn't want to bother Elize thinking she was sensing something else so she didn't spoke up which she regrets after hearing this.
"Oh... well at least everything ended up ok." Elize mentioned while smiling at the white-haired girl. "It all worked out and everyone who didn't get to enroll at least got a chance to try again if they wanted."
"Do you have any other questions?" Sheppard smiled.
"Do you know who I'm going to be dueling? Or, when my duel should be?" Elize asked. "I was hoping if I had time to try and get some new cards but I don't want to be late."
"Well right now is Written Exams before the Practical Duels. And as luck would have it today we're having some new rare cards, maybe if your lucky when the shop opens, you can acquire some of them." Sheppard smiled over to her before arriving at a door. "Well this is the entrance to the Promotion Exams. Do you think you'll remember this way after the card shack?"
"I think so, thank you very much." Elize smiled bowing politely to him.
"I wish you luck. Bye." Sheppard smiled waving before heading inside to prepare the arena.
"Well Elize, this is kinda exciting isn't it?" the orange haired girl grinned over feeling eager to do some battling.
"It's a written test first Hiita, and we shouldn't talk to much so we don't distract Elize." mentioned a girl with green hair and green eyes and a pink rabbit in her coat.
"Does Elize take it though? He didn't tell her, she needs to take it." the white haired girl asked curiously if Elize should take the written test before the Practical Duel as Chancellor Sheppard didn't tell her she needed too.
"Well, I should at least try, it wouldn't be fair if I got special permission to skip the written test." Elize admitted.
"Oh those three are heading in. You should ask them for a Written Test." Eria gestured where Elize sees Jaden, Syrus, and Chumley heading to Banner's classroom.
"Oh, ok... thank you again." Elize bowed for the second time before running to catch up with Jaden, Syrus, and Chumley.
Jaden opened the door about to head in but notices the girl. "Whoa, guess we aren't the only late ones." Syrus, and Chumley confused turned over seeing Elize catching up with them.
"Huh? I don't remember this Slifer? There haven't been a Female Slifer in all of Duel Academy's history." Chumley spoken confused seeing a female Slifer where unless he hadn't heard, they're aren't any of them in the history of the school.
"She looks a bit cute." Syrus blushed a bit seeing her at seeing someone cute like Elize.
"I don't remember seeing her around the dorms, is she a transfer student?" Burst Mistress asked noticing her only to blink as Elize stared at her. "Wait, can you see and hear me?"
"Uh... yes, I can miss." Despite being a little intimidated from Burst Mistress' demonic appearance, the Red-Hat Girl is more in awe of seeing a Duel Spirit having grown a little afraid that no-one has the same ability. In fact, the ability is quite rare so she is relieved there is someone who has the gift with her.
Burst Mistress looked surprised hearing that before she nodded calmly. "Sorry about what I said before, though it is a bit strange you haven't been at the dorm... or for a girl to be in Slifer Red in the first place."
"I'm sure there's a good reason." Jaden mentioned to his monster before grinning. "I'm Jaden Yuki, good luck on the exam."
"Uh thank you... I'm Elize Konami. It's nice to meet you."
"Her name is also cute." Syrus blushed before pausing at what he just said. "I-I mean, of course, I'm not saying your not cute! You are, and your name is cute, but uh-! I... n-nevermind."
"Oh, no it's okay." Elize raised her hands shaking them to assure she wasn't offended. "It's nice to meet you."
"The beansprout is Syrus Truesdale." Syrus gave an annoyed glare at Chumley who shrugged before saying. "I'm Chumley Huffington, the senior of Slifer Red so that makes me your senpai."
"Oh, it's nice to meet you Chumley-senpai." Elize nodded respectfully.
"She's Burst Mistress." Jaden gestured his thumb to her who bowed. "And this is Yubel, my partner." Yubel popped up beside Jaden with a slight bow over.
Almost immediately Elize's Duel Spirits can sense that Yubel is immensely powerful somewhere far beyond there capabilities. Burst Mistress is a strong spirit herself but Yubel? Total landslide.
"It's... nice to meet you... miss Yubel." Eria shivered slightly.
Syrus blinked seeing all of this as he felt like something was going on that he couldn't quite make out before he gasped. "Oh man, the exam's probably started already."
"Oh yeah." Jaden turned to Elize. "Follow us inside, and we can get this exam started."
"Ok." Elize nodded as they walked into the classroom.
"You all have 45 minutes left on your exam." Professor Banner looked up seeing the four. "Ah glad to see you made it." He then notices the girl. "Oh your Elize Konami right? Chancellor Sheppard informed me you arrived, why don't you, and your new classmates come down to get your exam?"
'Fifteen minutes late, they're certainly making an impression.' Bastion thought seeing that.
'Great, I was hoping that slacker wouldn't even show up.' Chazz frowned.
'About time you get here Jaden.' Alexis thought before turning back to her own exam.
"Elize, you should probably be careful around him." a black haired boy missing an arm spoke beside Elize looking on-guard.
"Huh, what do you mean Dharc?" she whispered.
"That woman Yubel... There had been lots of rumors back at home but she's suppose to be the Guardian of the Supreme Ruler of the Spirit World. Someone who holds the Gentle Darkness, or as it's called more accurately the Darkness of Justice." Dharc spoke over as with him associated with the DARK Attribute should know quite a bit about this. "If she's really that, you would do well to be careful around this Jaden."
"Really, but he seems so nice." Elize whispered as she got her exam from Professor Banner and glanced over only to see Jaden falling asleep with some of his spirits just letting out annoyed sighs. "Is she really that dangerous?"
"Oh yeah, really girl. I don't feel much from him but I can feel that he's strong." the white haired girl spoke to her. "Dharcy's right though, Yubel is strong, and we should be careful around Jaden. If Yubel is close to him to be called partner, he must be the Supreme Ruler we've heard about, even though I don't feel much."
"Well, maybe we can become friends? If I manage to get into the academy." Elize suggested hopefully.
"Okay. Just give him respect." Hiita requested to her.
Elize nodded looking down and starting to answer the questions on her exam.
"Okay children, the written exam is now over, now calmly walk, don't run for the card shack for the new rare cards."
Despite what Banner instructed pretty much almost everyone shot up from there seats running out to get the cards before anyone else. Jaden, Syrus, Alexis, Chazz, Bastion, Zane, and Elize aren't for different reasons.
"You heard him, go fetch." Chazz told two of the other Obelisk Blue students.
They ran after the other students before he heard Light and Darkness Dragon roaring as if asking if he's planning to use the new cards to power his deck up a bit.
"Of course not, but I need to keep those two in line." Chazz smirked.
"Come on wake up."
Bastion was shaking Syrus awake who promptly woke up before he started shedding tears down his face comically. "Oh, I'd flunked didn't I? I'm a complete failure..."
"If they were grading Drama Class, Sy, you'd get an A." Jaden teased over with a grin sitting up.
"Actually no, everyone was heading to the card shop to get some of the new rare cards." Bastion explained over what's going on, and why he woken them up
."Huh, new cards? Nobody told me about that." Syrus mentioned.
"Of course not, everyone is seeking to use them for the practical test."
"What about you?" Syrus did ask a good question why Bastion doesn't seem interested in it.
"Please, one error card, and the hard working balance will be ruined."
"What about you Elize?" Jaden asked her.
"Uh... I want to see if I can get some for the test." Elize admitted that getting new cards is probably not a bad idea.
"Alright, let's go and get some cards." Jaden smiled offering a hand. "Come on."
Elize blushed but nods as they headed off all together.
Meanwhile with the students they arrived at the card shack banging on it to try entering it that isn't open yet to get the new rare cards. But then some guards ran in forcing the students to break up as the captain walked in holding a sliver briefcase holding the Duel Academy Logo. "Oh children... looking for these!?" He raised up the briefcase to show them.
"Yes, new rare cards!" one of the students cried.
"Let us in!" another student cried out trying to get to the cards.
The captain moved opening the gate before looking over with a grin. "Come and gem em..." He entered in to place the cards on display.
All the students can't wait to get inside to see the cards. They wonder what powerful cards are there that are here? Powerful cards like Harpie's Feather Duster? Situational cards like Swords of Revealing Light? Or famous ones like Dark Magician? They all can't wait as the door rose up...
...Revealing a empty briefcase that has a sign saying: SOLD OUT
"No way!" one of the students cried seeing that.
"How can you be sold out already?" another student complained.
"You know the rules, first come, first serve." the counter girl named Sadie reminded gesturing to a cloaked man beside her near the briefcase.
"That's right, and I was first so I took all the rare cards for myself." the cloaked man smirked.
"That isn't fair!" a third student complained.
Among some of the many complaints the students have for the guy getting all of the cards he doesn't even look like he's even a student that he took every card that was meant for them. Complaining the crowd left leaving it empty with the guy over. After a minute Jaden, Syrus, and Elize ran in together seeing no-one is in the card shack when they were expecting a full crowd.
"What? All of them can't be gone already... right?" Syrus asked the light bit hopefully.
"Come on over." Jaden turned running over to the counter. "Excuse me!" Sadie who was there turned over with a raised eyebrow. "Do you have any packs left?"
"Of course we do. Regular packs though, not much but something." She placed on the counter a generic booster pack the shop commonly sells. Not really all that much but it's something at least.
"Oh man, that can't be it." Syrus frowned. "I'm doomed."
"So take the pack Sy." Jaden grinned over which Syrus blinked at him. "I just wanted to see what kind of cards the guys will be using I don't got any interest in anything else. I mean, all I got is Yubel, and my HEROs, I don't need anything else."
"You honor us, my lord." Dark Shield spoken beside him bowing feeling respected to be given something like that.
"The respect is mutual." Dark Lightning mentioned with his own bow.
"Yeah this probably confirms what we're thinking." a brown haired glasses wearing girl spoken to Elize quietly. "This 'Jaden'... he must be him, Haou." They referred to Jaden with highest respect, and with Yubel? Should be obvious now.
"Maybe, but... I still hope we can be friends." Elize mentioned.
"Oh, it's you two!" a voice brought up which they turned seeing the woman from before walking in from behind the counter.
"Oh, hi... are you ok?" Jaden smiled.
"I'm doing okay, thanks to you two." the woman smiled over.
"Oh, miss Dorothy." Sadie smiled. "Are you ok?"
"Yes, I'm doing fine Sadie. My stubborn van broke down, and I would've been late to set up shop if it wasn't for these two kind young men with a friend of there's haven't came in, and helped me push it up through the hill." Mr. Dorothy explained over with a smile.
"It was nothing, we couldn't leave someone who was in trouble." Jaden smiled.
"Wait, does that mean you work here miss?" Syrus asked her.
"Oh, I don't WORK here. I OWN here." Ms. Dorothy winked over with a grin before turning to Elize. "Oh is she a girlfriend of one of you?"
"H-H-H-Huh!?" Elize blushed bright red hearing that wondering where THAT topic came from. "N-N-No, ma'am, n-not at all! I-I only just m-m-met them!"
"Oh, one of the students that Mr. Ryuga cheated with." Ms. Dorothy does recall that topic. "I'm sorry for thinking things young lady."
"I... It's ok." Elize admitted blushing more.
"Well I have a gift for you two, and your friend." Ms. Dorothy grinned over to the boys who blinked as she reached pulling out three card packs from the new cards that she managed to take before that cloaked guy took all of them. "For you three boys."
"Are you sure?" Syrus asked in shock.
"Yes of course, it's a thank you for helping me out." Ms. Dorothy smiled over. "Every good deed should be rewarded, and can always pay it forward."
"Thank you." Jaden smiled warmly.
So this is going by well over more then eager for the exam.
"And this guy just came in, and took all of the rare cards! And I mean every one!"
"So we couldn't get you any, sorry Chazz."
Chazz, and his cronies, Taiyou the Glasses one, and Raizou the tanned one were walking by themselves in a corridor of the hall by themselves sometime before the exam where they are informing Chazz what happened just a few minutes ago. Chazz doesn't feel he needs new cards, just wanted a reason to get those two away from him cause all he needs is his old Dragon Deck he unburied. Still he has to keep up appearances.
"You two seriously couldn't get any rare cards?" Chazz frowned. "You let some nobody get the cards?"
"Some nobody who like you has a score to settle."
A voice made them all turn seeing the cloaked figure from before.
"That's him Chazz, the creep who stole the cards!"
"'Stole'? Such a strong word, I prefer 'acquire' them. You mean cards like these?" the figure opened his cloak revealing rows of cards in his cloak held up showing powerful cards like Ojama King, Hammer Shot, the XYZ cards, and all in between.
Chazz looked before shrugging. "Those cards aren't terrible I guess."
The cloaked figured chuckled over that they blinked. "Still don't recognize me Chazz? How about now!?" He removed his hat revealing...
"Dr. Crowler!" Taiyou and Raizou cried together.
"You know, you looked better all covered up." Chazz told him.
Dr. Crowler slumped from this over before shaking it off. This is one of his best students after all, he can tank an insult like that. The plan ahead makes this more then worth it. "Y-Yes well, I have a plan that makes us all look better. It involves making Jaden Yuki, the third-rate duelist that he is Chazz!"
"What do you mean?" Chazz asked him.
"I am simply saying, you are gonna be Jaden's opponent at the field test, and use all of these rare cards against him." Dr. Crowler grinned over holding up a Deckbox. "Cards that Seto Kaiba himself used, and upgraded way more then they were previously. With all these powerful monsters, and tactics, he won't stand a chance against you."
"... No." Chazz told him.
"What?" Dr. Crowler figured Chazz would accept without question so this comes as a shock. "But-why not!?"
"I have something better that I guarantee will take that slacker down." Chazz answered.
"Now Chazz... you want to prove your better, and want to show it off don't you?" Dr. Crowler asked him over walking.
"Duh."
"Then take the Deck, and show everyone Jaden is a third-rate duelist. I went through a lot of trouble to get this Deck to obtain for you to use against Jaden." Dr. Crowler stated over as he placed the Deck in Chazz's hand over. "I do highly recommend that combined with your skill, this Deck will serve you well to show your of highest Obelisk skill."
'Skill, schmill.' Chazz thought of growling over.
"And if your good... you can match against Zane." Dr. Crowler with that said walked off leaving Chazz alone who stares off before looking at the two Decks at hand one his Dragon Deck, and the other the XYZ Deck. He really doesn't feel like using the XYZ Deck but if Dr. Crowler is threatening him of bringing him down, he has a lot of thinking to do. Thankfully he has plenty of time before that, but doesn't make it easy...
Half an hour later...
Alexis was dueling an Obelisk Blue boy who was using a Spellcaster deck.
"Splendid Venus destroy his Dark Eradicator Warlock!" Alexis called as her ace monster destroyed the Spellcaster and wiped out her opponent's life points.
Zane was up against two Obelisk Blue students, one with a Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon and the other with a Chakra ritual monster.
"I use the spell Limiter Removal to double Cyber Twin Dragon's attack points, now attack them both." Zane stated calmly as his two headed dragon destroyed both monsters and wiping out his opponents life points.
Jasmine was dueling an opponent who had somehow gotten Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth in play but she only grinned. "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus can destroy Umi to destroy every other card in play!"
Her monster formed a huge tidal wave that destroyed everything on the field.
"Now attack!"
Her monster launched a stream of water winning her the duel.
"Machina Fortress finish this one up!" Mindy raised her arm as her monster fired a blast, destroying her opponent's Drillago and wiping out his life points.
"Wow there all so strong." Syrus admitted a bit nervous with Jaden, and Elize of the strong duels.
"Yeah, these are all sweet duel." Jaden grinned.
"Next up, Syrus Truesdale vs Elize Konami."
"I'm next?" Elize asked nervously.
"Good luck you two, show everyone how great you both are." Jaden smiled.
So the two walked down to the field as Elize takes some breaths to try calming herself before the duel.
"That's right Elize, just some deep breaths. 1 2, 1 2, 1 2." a young girl with long green hair tied in a ponytail spoke up helping her breath.
"I will, thank you Wynn." Elize mentioned.
"Do you want to go first?" Syrus asked nervously.
"Uh you can go." Elize placed her Deck in as they auto-shuffled for them readying.
"DUEL!"

"Okay..." Elize drew checking over which cards to use. From all she's aware that set card could be a trap so she isn't gonna walk into it. So her move was obvious checking over for some seconds if she's sure. Then nodding she softly takes a card placing it down. "I... place 1 monster down. That's it."

He blinked turning to her. "Oh hi, you seem nice."
Elize blushed slowly nodding before she turned back to Syrus who looks nervous over seeing his monster against him. "Uh, S-Steam Gyroid please attack Syrus directly!"

"Not this year, but she can try again next time and nobody will cheat and keep her out next time." Hiita pointed out as Wynn had a few tears.
"I'm sorry Elize... I tried my best." she apologized.
Elize looked sad over before someone walked over which she looked up seeing Chancellor Sheppard above her. "Now now my dear... why the long-face?"
"I... I lost, so I failed the make-up entry exam." Elize admitted sadly. "I remember, to pass you have to win the duel."
Chancellor Sheppard stared before then saying with a smile. "My dear, what are you talking about?" Elize looked up at him confused which he explained. "Your already a student at the Academy which is why your given the Blazer... what you think this was a retry duel? No, it was only a chance for us to see what you can do with your spell cards, nothing else."

"Well your letter explained, that your a student already as to make up for our error in judgement for Mr. Ryuga. We decided on the Promotion Exams to see what you can do is all since we kinda are cheated out." Chancellor Sheppard explained it over to her. "If that was a retry-match, you would not have the blazer before it." Which... was kinda a good point.
"Oh... that's true." Elize blushed a bit as she hadn't realized that but nodded. "Thank you very much."
"No no thank you for such a intriging duel. I look forward for what you have next time." Chancellor Sheppard smiled before then saying. "Well you, and Syrus head to the audience stands so you can watch the others."
The two of them nodded walking back.
After a few more matches watching over where Chumley lost a match they all waited before a call was heard.
"Chazz Princeton of Obelisk Blue, and Jaden Yuki of Slifer Red is next." the intercom announced.
"You're up against him again?" Yubel asked hearing that. "This should be interesting."
"Wait, I'm against an Obelisk, and Chazz?" Jaden was shocked himself having heard from Bastion that it's usually two students from the same dorm against each other.
"Of course Jaden, you always talk a big game, so I pulled some strings to give you the challenge you wanted. So I decided to do so, and have you against one of the top duelists of the school." Dr. Crowler walked on the field personally with a smirk over to explain how this happened. "Such an honor huh? Maybe you have a chance grabbing a lot of today's rare cards for it? No thanks for it?"
Everyone is highly suspicious of this of course. They don't know what this is about but they can sense that something was odd if Chazz against Jaden two students of different dorms are fighting each other.
Alexis frowned as she looked down at Chazz. 'Something's different, this isn't like last time.' "You see it too right Venus?"
Her ace appeared behind her but only a few people could see her.
"Yes, I do." Venus nodded.
"Clearly a trap..." Bastion trailed off with a frown herself.
"Okay then!" they perked up from Jaden grinning. "Okay Chazz, I haven't had a chance to see the real you before! So now it's time to have that for real!"
"Indeed where everyone can watch." Dr. Crowler smirked over before moving back to the teachers stand.
While Jaden readies his Evil HERO Deck, Chazz himself is still deciding which Deck to use. He believes in Light and Darkness Dragon alongside the other dragons for this which he feels is right, but Dr. Crowler made up a hard agreement that XYZ is better off for this. He doesn't know just what to decide, either his signature dragons, or the Kaiba Fusions. 'Okay, so I either choose my Dragons, play fair, and square, and risk the chance that I might lose...' He looked down to his pocket where the two Decks are that his hand is on trying to decide which one. 'Or I can follow orders, and use the XYZ Deck.' He still remembers Dr. Crowler's warning him before, and while he believes in his dragons, doesn't want to look bad from not listening so he's left in a hard decision to make.
"Huh, what's up Chazz aren't we dueling?" Jaden asked him seeing him hesitate.
Chazz grunted over trying to make up his mind over. 'If I don't listen, I'll be demoted... not a good look on my brothers. I must choose the XYZ Deck...'
Light and Darkness Dragon himself had been silent from the whole exchange. He knows that Chazz always believes in him but if this match is THAT important to Chazz for his image from the agreement Dr. Crowler forced on him, then he's willing to stay back, and let Chazz fight his own battles.
"Hey clock is ticking." Jaden said over to him grinning which Chazz grunted. "Come on Chazz, the last time, I wasn't able to see what you really are."
"What?" Chazz blinked from hearing that.
"I always seen you as a strong duelist, and now is my chance to do so, if your still that same guy."
Chazz grinned to himself from that. 'Oh, I am that person now and always...' That helped his decision so he grabs one of the Decks placing it in his Duel Disk as it auto-shuffled for him.
'This is perfect, the new XYZ cards will help Chazz crush this slacker in front of everyone.' Dr. Crowler thought with a grin.

"I guess there not the only Deck he has." Chancellor Sheppard guessed shrugging but smiled. "But ah well looks interesting."
"Okay now I activate the Dark Fusion spell card!" Jaden activates a spell that shows of Avian, and Burstinatrix fusing into a fiendish monster.

Chazz is sure he made the right decision which Deck, he wants to finish things with Jaden with his true cards, consequences be damned. "Even since you will see the card that you seen me use! Cause thanks to Samsara Dragon's special ability, it counts as 2 monsters whenever I summon a Dragon!" Samsara Dragon flew up roaring as it glowed bright.
"Oh man, here it comes." Jaden grinned.
"Here you are... partner." Chazz gave a short smile before calling over. "Appear from the rift between light and darkness! Light and Darkness Dragon!"
At that appearing from the bright light was a large dragon one half white, and the other half black with subsequent Angel, and Bat wings, and two tails of the same color readying above him roaring loud glad to be fighting with Chazz again.

Jaden himself is giddy from seeing the dragon. He knows this one it's Chazz's signature ace that he always wanted to face after seeing Chazz using it himself, and always wonders how he fairs. Well now that question is glad to be answered.
"Like what your seeing?" Chazz asked him with a smirk over. "I thank you for helping me remembering who I fight with... but your gonna regret it when I win here."
"We'll see Chazz," Jaden grinned.

"Well now go, Light and Darkness Dragon! Attack with Light Rift!" Light and Darkness Dragon charged a large light blast readying over before firing it over at Wild Cyclone who readied himself against the attack. The large light blast connected obliterating Wild Cyclone that Jaden grunted stepping back. (Jaden: 3100/Hand: 2) Despite that he still has a grin on his face that he stared at Chazz with who sets 2 cards. "And with that your move."

"Whoa, I never seen a card like that one. Looks powerful..." Syrus couldn't help but feel intimidated seeing this dragon above Chazz.
"Yeah, I wouldn't want to be in Jaden's position right now." Chumley admitted.
"Okay, I draw!" Jaden drew checking over his hand for any options. Nodding he turns a card showing it. "Okay I use Evil HERO Malicious Missy's effect in my hand! By revealing her in my hand, I can take control of one monster on your field!" A small monster rose up readying on channeling energy on Light and Darkness Dragon who roared in defiance as it glowed bright over. Too bright that Malicious Missy can't focus on the effect forcing herself to return to Jaden's hand.

"Wait, what just happened?" Bastion questioned.
"What happened is the activation of Light and Darkness Dragon's effect." Chazz grinned over to them. "Every time a card effect activates, once a chain, Light and Darkness Dragon loses 500 points but the effect is negated!" Light and Darkness Dragon roared over from this readying over despite losing some strength.
"Wait, every time?" Syrus asked in shock.
"No not all of them Sy." Jaden grinned over. "Okay I activate the effect of Evil HERO Sinister Necrom!" His graveyard glowed as a monster rose. "By banishing it from the graveyard, I can summon a new Evil HERO from my Deck!"
"Not so fast Jaden, I activate Light and Darkness Dragon's effect again!" Light and Darkness Dragon roared generating light that shined on Sinister Necrom.
However Jaden grinned over. "You fell for it!" Chazz blinked from it as Jaden called. "Okay, I reveal Dark Supremacy!" At that a trap flipped up.

Everyone watched excited over from this match at Jaden someone they know is powerful with the Elemental HEROs against Chazz one of the best Obelisks within the school with this new Dragon Deck. They wonder what else is gonna happen...
There about to see as Chazz smirked over. "Don't think too soon!" Jaden blinked over as Chazz agreed over. "Yes your right that Light and Darkness Dragon's effect to negate a card is only once every chain, but you think I left him unguarded at that moment! I have Dragon's Light and Darkness to keep him safe!" A card flipped up on his field which a light shield blasted away Dark Supremacy's darkness effect awing everyone.

Chazz grinned up towards Light and Darkness Dragon more then eager. He had almost forgotten how it feels to fight in duels with his old partner, and now feels kinda stupid from trying to leave him behind to move on. Well now it is time to right that wrong but fighting now with him. Light and Darkness Dragon looked down at him before giving a roar of confidence and anticipated victory.

"I place 1 card down, and it's your turn!"

"Okay Chazz no more bars!" Jaden grinned drawing checking over, and grinned. "And I start with Dark Supremacy's effect in the graveyard! I banish it to shuffle back up to 5 different HEROs from my graveyard or banished back to my Deck!" The trap appeared as it starts glowing to ready it's effect.
However Chazz grunted over raising his arm. "Light and Darkness Dragon that's your cue!" The effect is mandatory which is one of his partner's biggest weaknesses which Jaden looks to be exploiting. The Dragon roared as it shined brightly onto Dark Supremacy's GY effect forcing it to vanish.

Since Dark Lightning destroyed your monster, his special ability brings back Shadow Hunter from the graveyard!" A graveyard portal appeared which rose up to reveal Shadow Hunter readying his large blade.

"Okay then slacker not bad! But not good enough!" Chazz drew undeterred before placing his drawn card in his hand. "Cause I have a special ability, you'll be interested in!" He readied his hand as the graveyard portal glowed that Samsara Dragon flew out of roaring loud cutely before it revealed Light and Darkness Dragon's card above it that flew over to Chazz's hand that he grabbed just as Samsara Dragon vanished in particles of light.
"What just happened?" Syrus blinked seeing that.
"What happened is Samsara Dragon's ability from the graveyard allows me to banish it to recover 1 Level 5 or higher Dragon monster from my graveyard. But that's just the tip of the iceberg, cause afterward, I can Tribute Summon it!"
"He's bringing that dragon back at full strength?" Dark Lightning questioned.
Both Wicked Tokens roared as there Tributed as Chazz raised the card. "Return back from the void, Light and Darkness Dragon!" From that a light appeared that Light and Darkness Dragon emerged from the portal readying back roaring.

"After all that work to get it off, it comes right back?" Jaden blinked shocked seeing this as he stared over.
"That... might be a problem." Shadow Hunter admitted.
"And now Light and Darkness Dragon attack! Light Rift!" Light and Darkness Dragon roared charging an attack over.
Jaden however has a counter on hand. "Sorry Chazz but I activate Supreme King's Castle's effect!" The Castle glowed over as he shows a Level 6 monster. "So I send Evil HERO Infernal Rider from my Deck to the graveyard to give Shadow Hunter 1200 more Attack Points!"
Surprisingly Light and Darkness Dragon's effect to negate a card doesn't activate which allows Shadow Hunter to gain strength.
Shadow Hunter: (ATK: 1500 + (200 * 5) = 2700)
"Wait, shouldn't his dragon negate that?" Syrus asked.
"I guess... it can't?" Elize admitted.
"Yes it can't most card effects don't apply or activate during damage calculation." Bastion took this to explain over. "It looked as though it's effect to negate a card effect is limited over when it activates, and can't use it during battle, another weakness it has otherside from using it only one time in a chain."
"I guess it can't be too powerful." Syrus admitted before frowning and looking at the duel. 'Then again, why do I have a bad feeling Chazz is still holding back?'

"Okay Jaden you may have figured a way past my partner's omni-effect but it looks as though, it's still a hundred years too early for you to face me at my best!" Chazz smirked over to him before setting a card.

'I know, I should be worried... but honestly I feel so pumped!' Jaden grinned as he thinks of this to himself. 'I'm actually glad he did that, he's really the Chazz, I had seen all those years ago!'
"How are you going to beat him though?" Yubel asked curiously.
"Well let's see! Draw!" Jaden drew checking his drawn card, and widen his eyes. "Wait Yubel, this card is ready...?" What he is starting at is a spell, a spell that Yubel told him about that is suppose to be the Supreme King's, Haou's, true power. It took a long time but seeing this card for real should be a clear sign it's time to try it out, and test to see how it does.
Chazz flinched a bit as he saw the look in Jaden's eyes. 'What did he just draw?'
'I'm not sure if it truly is, but I think I gotten it down enough where it can be used safely.' Yubel spoke over in his mind over at it.
Jaden stared over at the card knowing that this could be a surprising test run but honestly he feels excited to finally use this kind of card. Well no better time to test as he grinned up to Chazz. "Well Chazz... your in for a treat." Chazz blinked just as Jaden discarded Yubel from his hand. "Your gonna be the first ever opponent, that I use this card on!"
That got everyone's attention as they looked to see what Jaden was going to play.
Jaden raised the card on hand before calling. "I activate, SUPER POLYMERIZATION!" At that emerging above him in a large cloud like thundering vortex that started swirling around him while Dark Lightning turned around seeing the true power of his king with his own eyes.

Super Polymerization? Some sort of new fusion card? Those are the thoughts running over everyone's minds having never heard or seen a card like what Jaden is using right now. If it's a illegal card, or if it wasn't legit then the card system would register an error or cancel the duel but the Duel Disks read it right so no cheating is happening which means the card is for real but they never heard or seen this card in like ever.
"Big deal! I can use Light and Darkness Dragon's special ability to negate that card!" Chazz cried only for his dragon to not do anything. "What!?"
Light and Darkness Dragon does try to cancel the card's effect but much to his shock the light effect isn't doing anything which it roared in shock, and confusion wondering why it isn't working.
"Sorry Chazz that can't help this time! Super Polymerization when activated cannot be countered!" Jaden explained what's going on with a grin.
Chazz's eyes widened in shock hearing that.
"A Fusion Spell that can't be countered?" Elize asked shocked having never heard of such a thing.
"That's..." Elize turned seeing Dharc looking stunned. "That card... it's the true power of the Supreme King, Haou, himself... so then... it really is true... Jaden is the Supreme Ruler of the Spirit World!"
Elize's eyes widened as she shuddered hearing that.
"Wait just a moment!" Dr. Crowler pointed out. "You only have one monster in play, a Fusion Summon requires a minimum of two monsters which means that spell is an illegal activation."
"Normally... however it's called Super for a reason!"
Just then Light and Darkness Dragon suddenly feels a force pulling him that it roared loud struggling but gets pulled over while Dark Lightning flew up into the vortex.
Jaden explained to the shocked audience what's happening. "With Super Polymerization, I can use monsters from ANY field to form a new Fusion Monster!"
Chazz's eyes widened in disbelief. "NO!"
Both the dragon, and Dark Lightning were forcibly fused together as Jaden raised a finger. "Alright, I summon, Evil HERO Malicious Bane!"
At that a large purple flash/armored with bone armor with large wings, and three sharp claws on it's hands emerged over smirking over flying into the field.

Malicious Bane checks over himself while Super Polymerization's vortex vanished from behind him. Usually he uses Jaden's monsters to be summoned but this time for the first time used an opponent's monster, something as powerful as Light and Darkness Dragon which the power he now is feeling from it is incredible. Something that is invigorating.
"How does it feel man?" Jaden looked over his monster figuring that Super Polymerization's effect probably gave him more strength then he ever felt in a normal Fusion Summon.
"I feel... incredible." Malicious Bane smirked. "Better than ever."
"Well you know what to do."
"Yes, my king." Malicious Bane smirked turning over to the shocked Chazz who is shocked seeing his partner was used to summon this monster.
"Okay then Malicious Bane attack him directly! Light and Darkness Needle Burst!" Malicious Bane flew up charging his claws in some of Light and Darkness Dragon's energy (white light on his left claw, black energy on his right) readied over before shooting them down on Chazz who stepped back before being struck all over yelling out loud. (Chazz: 0700/Hand: 1) Chazz knelled down from the harsh attack now at a disadvantage as Malicious Bane flew back standing in front of Jaden crossing his arms smirking.
Chazz stayed kneeling down as he clenched his fists angrily.
"Okay Chazz that's all from me!" Jaden wiped his nose grinning giving a peace sign.

Chazz 4th Turn:
Chancellor Sheppard laughed fondly really impressed with a match like this. From seeing Jaden's abilities, he didn't think Jaden had another Deck of strong Fiend like super villains that can also steal his opponent's monsters to fuse them with. On the other hand Chazz wielding powerful dragons that can stump opponents, and overwhelm them with it's power, definitely a back and forth match. First Chazz had the advantage with Light and Darkness Dragon, Jaden managed to destroy it, Chazz brought it back in full strength, and now Jaden used it to summon his latest monster.
These two are perfect protectors to start choosing who to guard the Spirit Keys...
"Well then teachers, I'd say these two are giving everyone quite a show aren't they? Neither of them are faltering at the slightest." Chancellor Sheppard asked over the staff with a fond smile seeing this match.
"... You're wrong Chancellor." Professor Banner frowned. "It's over, Jaden crushed Chazz's will to duel when he took that dragon, you can see it in his eyes... he's lost his fighting spirit."
"Oh come on Banner, don't underestimate Chazz. That was merely him getting his second wind." Dr. Crowler however disagreed stating Chazz is getting a second wind now that he can notice. Jaden taking Light and Darkness Dragon like that is sure to have Chazz fight back harder, which he can notice from seeing Chazz's enraged look as he slowly stood up now looking more determined then ever to battle harder.
Banner only frowned as he turned back to the duel.
"You see Banner, like I said neither are faltering."
While Chancellor Sheppard is saying that to Banner, Chazz stood up looking over to Jaden with a glare who blinked. Then Chazz gave over a glaring smirk. "So... you really done it... really defeated my partner did you... I have to admit, that took me by surprise... but that only secured something." He then dropped his smirk glaring over harsh. "MY TRUE STRENGTH!"
"What?" Jaden asked in shock hearing that.
If anyone asked anyone else the loss of there partner, or them destroyed after putting lot of effort to get them to survive would have them lose there will in fighting... but not Chazz. See he does get frustrated when Light and Darkness Dragon is gone, however instead of loosing his will to fight, it instead gets stronger. Cause Chazz is always willing to go above, and beyond if it meant his partner, and him can win there battles together, and faltering now would spit on it that Chazz will never do. So even if it's gone, he won't go down without a fight.
"My TURN!" Chazz declared drawing. Checking his drawn card he activates it. "Okay then slacker, I activate Pot of Greed!"

"I banish Light End Dragon, and Dark End Dragon from my Extra Deck, and that allows me to summon Light End Sublimation Dragon, and Dark End Evaporation Dragon!"
Two white monster cards appeared showing two dragons of differing appearances before vanishing where two dragons looking identical but different from them emerged out roaring loud beside Chazz.

Jaden's eyes widened in shock seeing two new dragons.
"And now Jaden let us begin! Dark End Evaporation Dragon use your ability destroy that monster!" Dark End opened it's stomach jaw pulling over at Malicious Bane who struggled from the strong suction as it dig it's feet into the ground with a smirk resisting that Chazz blinked with a growl.
"Sorry but Malicious Bane cannot be destroyed!" Jaden called as Malicious Bane shook off the effect with a smirk.
Chazz glared over before raising his arm. "Alright then, plan B! I activate Light End Sublimation Dragon's effect then! During the Main Phase, I can Fusion Summon using monsters on my field or hand!" Sublimation Dragon summoned a Fusion Vortex as it readied over.
"He's Fusion Summoning?" Yubel questioned.
The two dragons flew up together fusing together as Chazz smirked over to Jaden. "You handled my partner for a while... what about his TRUE form!?" He raised an arm as it fused hard.
"Sublimation Dragon of Light! Fuse together with Evaporation Dragon of Darkness to be formed from the rift of light, and darkness! Fusion Summon! Emerge here, Light and Darkness Dragonlord!"
Emerging was a much more powerful version of Light and Darkness Dragon. Otherside from the appearance from the downgraded version it also has golden linings, and a middle orange body combined with the white, and black halves, and larger roaring above.

"What's the point of that move, it won't help thanks to that castle." Syrus mentioned.
"We don't know what it does." Bastion pointed out to him if the effect is stronger, or something else.
But everyone else is more in awe seeing the giant powerful dragon. Splendid Venus, Elize, Alexis, and Elize's Charmers especially as they sensed stronger power from this dragon, then the last one.
"Jaden... you have to win this duel right now." Yubel warned him.
Jaden blinked but shrugs over just more in awe seeing it.
"Venus... that dragon..." Alexis trailed off shocked from just feeling it's power.
"I feel it too." Venus admitted.
"And now here, I come slacker! Dragonlord attack Malicious Bane!"
Dragonlord roared loud as it readied over charging energy over blasting over at Malicious Bane who readied over from it. Jaden was about to use Supreme King's Castle's effect but notices something. "Wait... where's the castle?" He looks around not seeing it.
"I was wondering when you'll notice." Jaden turned where Chazz smirked over revealing a Mystical Space Typhoon.

"While Dragonlord was being summoned, I used this card to get rid of your castle! You can't use it anymore now!" Chazz smirked over getting rid of a card that can be used against his dragons leveling the playing field in Chazz's favor again. "Now Dragonlord attack!" Dragonlord charged a large black, and white blast firing over as Malicious Bane crossed his arms being hit by the large attack pushing through it as some sparks struck the ground near Jaden who stumbled over. (Jaden: 2600/Hand: 0)
Jaden grinned over as he stood back up wiping his chin. "Well nice one Chazz! It's too bad Malicious Bane can't be destroyed!" Malicious Bane shook his head standing up readying for more with the two titans facing each other in battle.
Everyone was just watching in silence.
"Fine then, next turn for sure, I will finish this!"

"Okay I draw!" Jaden drew checking over. Okay, harsh battle here... definitely one of the best he had ever been in. He had long wondered what kind of match he would get into against Chazz, and now this was his answer. He doesn't regret this at all, such a fun duel! Now he is against Light and Darkness Dragon's evolved form, and wonders what it can do. Seeing he drawn Evil Mind. Nodding he activates the card. "Okay Chazz, I use Evil Mind!"

"As I have a Fiend on the field, then total to the amount of monsters in your graveyard, I can do an effect!" Jaden called over.
Chazz nodded over before calling. "Then Dragonlord's effect activates! Whenever a card activates it loses 1000 points to stop it!" Dragonlord roared as it generated light stopping Evil Mind.
Dragonlord: (ATK: 3400 - 1000 = 2400/DEF: 3000 - 1000 = 2000)
"Wait, his fusion loses 1000 points? That makes it weaker than the other dragon." Syrus pointed out in confusion.
"Well it has higher stats so that probably is why." Bastion admitted over.
"Okay and now I use Malicious Bane's other ability!" Jaden called as Malicious Bane readied over an effect. "I destroy all monsters on the field that have fewer attack points then him, and Malicious Bane gains 200 points equal to how many are destroyed!" Malicious Bane readied a large fire attack over blasting over at Dragonlord who roared over from it.
"Dragonlord's effect activates!" Dragonlord cancelled the effect weakening it harsher.
Dragonlord: (ATK: 2400 - 1000 = 1400/DEF: 2000 - 1000 = 1000)
"Okay Chazz thanks for a great duel but here's the finale! Malicious Bane attack Dragonlord!" Malicious Bane smirked charging up in the air before moving down readying his claws intending to finish this as Dragonlord roared loud readying over as they grabbed each other's hands together in a hard clash struggling over despite the ATK difference.
"This... this is insane!" Mindy cried seeing the duel.
"Just how good are those two? Especially that Slifer Jaden?" Jasmine asked seeing it. "I doubt anyone could beat him."
"No... I think Chazz still has something." Alexis however spoken up seeing Chazz looked focused.
"Alexis, his hand and field are empty except his dragon and this attack will wipe out his life points." Jasmine pointed out.
"Your forgetting one thing... the graveyard." Alexis reminded over to them. "Do you remember what his first turn was?"
Jasmine paused at that thinking back.
"One for One? Yeah he has a monster we never saw but I can't think of a single dragon that helps now." Mindy told her.
"Unless... it's NOT a dragon." Alexis stated over as they turned back to the struggle.
They kept struggling as Chazz, and Jaden let out battle cries together reflected by there monsters struggling into each other fighting harsh over.
Just then Chazz smirked over. "Alright now it's over slacker!" Jaden blinked over before Chazz called over. "I think you remember my first turn, I discarded a monster for One For One! Now it's time to use it!"
Jaden's eyes widened.
"Go on! Chaos Priest!" At that a humanoid wearing a black, and white robe with golden jewelry on his form appeared above Chazz meditating over as the two monsters on the field glowed bright changing.
Malicious Bane: (Effects Negated/ATK: 3000 / 2 = 1500)
Light and Darkness Dragonlord: (Effects Negated/ATK: 1400 + (1000 * 2) + 1500 = 4900/DEF: 1000 + (1000 * 2) = 3000)
Jaden just watched in disbelief as Chazz's dragon overpowered Malicious Bane and wiped out his life points.
"What?"
"Chaos Priest negates our monsters effects, and half of your monster's points are given to Dragonlord!" Chazz explained over to him. "When our monsters battle, if my monster's points are 1500 or lower the effect activates! Now Dragonlord!" Dragonlord's charged attack blasted harsher on Malicious Bane ultimately destroying it as Jaden yelled out landing on the ground beaten.

Everyone just looked in shock at the result of the duel as Dr. Crowler began to grin. 'Perfect, that slacker lost just like I wanted.'
Jaden slowly sat up looking up seeing Chazz staring down at him. They stood for a few moments before Chazz then offered a hand to him. Though Dr. Crowler got between them. "Well, that was a rather intense final duel of today's exams but it seems that rank does hold merit as Chazz Princeton defeats the poor slider Jaden Yuki."
"Get out of the way." Chazz pushed Dr. Crowler out of the way harshly with a glare before turning back helping Jaden up as they held hands in respect as he smirked over. "He has proven that he isn't third-rate."
"Pardon, you outmatched him the entire duel and if it wasn't for that clearly absurd spell you'd have won without any effort whatsoever." Dr. Crowler pointed out.
"No he outmatched me. No-one before then had ever beaten Light and Darkness Dragon like he done, nor had ever faced Dragonlord." Chazz stated over to him. "He is certainly someone I'm proud to have dueled, and be my rival..." He smirked over towards Jaden. "The perfect opponent to compete for King of Games. I'm looking forward for our next match."
Jaden blinked before he grinned over. "Agreed, same to you." He offered a fistbump over that Chazz stares before doing so with a smirk towards each other in mutual rival-respect.
"Yeah I do say, Jaden is very strong. Why is he in Slifer?" one Obelisk asked over now mentioning that.
"That's…" Dr. Crowler flinched.
"Yeah and that spell too where he got it?" a Ra Yellow spoken up as the entire arena started speaking over about Jaden.
Just then Chancellor Sheppard cleared his throat on the intercom. "Everyone, everyone!"
Everyone turned to him at that.
"I will discuss that matter another time. However give both Chazz, and Jaden a round of applause for such a spectacular duel!" Chancellor Sheppard announced smiling over.
Everyone began to clap and applaud except for Dr. Crowler who looked stunned.

Alongside seeing the new ones, and Elize Konami. We tried keeping her in character, and what Mage of Hope told us, hope we done her right Mage of Hope.
