It was time.

Izumi knew this day would come. As much as she enjoyed living in Hell with her mother, aunts, uncles, and all the new friends she made, she knew she still had a dream that needed pursuing; the dream to become a great hero.

Of course, home would never be too far behind. She was permanently connected to Hell now, so she could return whenever she wished. But right now, the Entrance Exam for UA High was a week away, and Izumi felt like returning home to see how things were before getting ready.

She, Bee, and Vortex had taken on their Human Forms in order to mingle better amongst the humans as they arrived at Musutafu, Japan. Memories flooded back to Izumi as she took a deep breath and smiled.

"Everything looks exactly how it did when I left..."

Bee snorted. "Well, duh, it's only been, what, 11 years?"

Deciding to have fun at the local amusement park, the family stopped to see a battle between a giant villain and a large woman with blonde hair in a purple and white hero costume.

"Huh, I think I read about her on the Mortal News," Vortex noted. "That's the new super rookie, Mount Lady."

As the woman was about to take down the giant, branch-like tendrils wrapped around its neck and pulled it down as a man wearing wooden armor jumped down to restrain it, much to the displeasure of the giant heroine.

"Kamui! That was my kill!"

"Call us even for when you made your debut and took out the villain I was already dealing with last year!"

Izumi giggled while Bee rolled her eyes and Vortex chuckled.

"Humans..."

Making their way to the amusement park, the three had fun with Vortex winning Bee a giant stuffed bumblebee and Izumi gushing as she got an autograph from visiting Pro Hero, Mr. Plastic, who felt flattered since he wasn't one of the more memorable Pros on the scene.

"My baby girl is a hero fanatic of the best sorts." Bee hasd assured the hero. "If she doesn't know about heroes, they must not have graduated yet."

Izumi slipped away to grab a drink, wherein she spied a young couple enjoying a shake. Buying one for herself, she then spied them looking at her.

"Hello." Izumi smiled. "Do…do I have something on my face?"

"No-no, sorry!" The yoiung man assured her. "Sorry, my folks were archiologists and well…Um…"

"Aki-chan has a fascination with mythology based Quirks." The girl smiled knowingly, offering a handshake. "Miki Makima."

"Izumi Zub." Izumi said as she took the hand and spied that her shake was apparently so good, her tails had popped out. "Okay, definitely getting one for Mama. Oh, feel free to poke to poke fun of my name if you want. Two popular ones Buzz and Uub."

A laugh was shared as Izumi bought another shake for Bee, which Aki, or as hs was properly named, Akira Fudo, happily paid for. As they waited, the teens talked about school; Izumi revealing she had been homeschooled until recently and was hoping to become a hero at UA.

"Miki's heading that way too." Akira smiled in pride, hugging and nuzzling his girlfriend. "I think I'll go for general there."

"Aki has the heart to be a hero." Miki pointed out; at which point Izumi finally spied that Akira had a bandage on his forehead.

"I was too late…."

"You tried and saved one." Miki cooed, gentlky shooting Izumi a sad smile. "We have some punks at our school who killed some of the bunnies we keep as pets. Aki saved the last surviving bunny."

A rare bout of rage overtook Izumi, but she held herself back. Those punks would be heading to hell when they died, she just knew it. It was a universal agreed thought; you hurt a baby creature for ANY reason? Hell for you.

Izumi then patted Akira on the shoulder and smiled.

"You know? I'm pretty sure General students can enter Hero classes if they do well in the Sports Festival. And being weak is not a bad thing. Heck, the fact you tried anyways? You're a hero in my eyes."

Akira's eyes widened in shock and happy tears, just as Bee' shake was ready.

"I better get back to mom before she worries. But I hope to see you two at UA!" Izumi smiled as she grabbed the drink and rushed to join her parents. Miki and Akira just smiled happily before going on one more ride.

Unbeknownst to anyone, a police officer with the head of a cat named Sansa Tamagawa was on patrol, making sure people were having a good time and no incidents were happening. He then noticed Izumi chatting with Miki and Akira, and his eyes widened.

"Wait...that girl..."

He flashed back to when he was just a rookie, having been enlisted under Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi in the Musutafu Police District. A terrible villain attack had occurred, and he and his fellow officers were on the scene of the crime. A violent gang war had ravaged the streets and needed not just the Pro Heroes but the police as well.

Sadly, there were quite a few lives lost in the fight, one of them being Inko Midoriya, who was actually an old friend of Naomasa. Her young daughter, Izumi, had seemingly vanished into thin air. A missing person's report was made by Midoriya's close friends, the Bakugous, but there was no trace of Izumi to be found.

Getting his radio, the cat-headed officer made a call to Naomasa, who almost instantly picked up.

"Detective Tsukauchi, I have news!"

"What is it, Sansa?"

"I think...Izumi Midoriya has finally been found!"

After the amusement park date and exchanging phone numbers with Miki, Izumi had asked her parents for permission to see someone she hadn't seen since she was four.

Now by herself, the green-haired kitsune half-demon girl sighed as she stood in front of the residence for the Bakugou household. Steeling herself, she knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer it.

"Who is it?"

Answering the door was a beautiful adult woman with ash blonde hair and sharp eyes, with flawless skin despite her age. As soon as her eyes landed on Izumi, they widened in shock and disbelief as Izumi gave an awkward wave.

"H-Hey, Auntie Mitsuki...s-sorry I never got around to calling you." She greeted lamely. "I kinda-"

Izumi didn't even get to finish as Mitsuki suddenly pulled her into a bone-crushing hug and dragged her inside. The woman was fighting back tears as she held Izumi close, as if scared she'd disappear if she let go.

"MASARU! GET IN HERE!"

A kindly-looking adult man with brown hair, glasses, and peach fuzz rushed in, worried about the tone in his wife's words, only to widen when he saw who she was hugging. Izumi weakly waved from her aunt's embrace.

"H-Hi, Uncle Masaru, is Kaachan-"

Once more, Izumi was interrupted as her honorary uncle joined the embrace, his tears much more prominent than his wife's, as Izumi, overwhelmed, couldn't help but start crying as well.

"I'm so sorry I never called back..." She whimpered. "Everything was happening so fast and..."

"Shhh..." Mitsuki softly whispered. "You're home now. That's all that matters."

"Oy! What the hell is going on in here?!"

Hearing a gruff girl's voice, Izumi and the Bakugous looked to see a teenage girl kicking the door down rudely, wearing a black tank top, green cargo shorts, and black running shoes. She was the spitting image of Mitsuki, with wilder hair and even sharper eyes that were a fierce crimson.

However, when those same eyes locked onto Izumi, they widened in disbelief. The girl was trying very hard to blink and imagine this was some sick, insane dream she was having. But no matter what she did, Izumi was there, as real as anyone else.

"H-Hey, Kaachan..." Izumi greeted. "I'm...home?"

The following scream of fury with an undertone of happiness and emotional relief could be heard from outside the house and all across the district.

"DEKU!"

Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi frowned as Sansa returned with a few pictures he had taken from the amusement park, as well as photographs from some of the ride operators who took pictures of her going on the rides.

"She does look like Izumi...just a bit more mature but still what you'd call cute and baby-faced."

Naomasa sighed. He had been close friends with Izumi's father, Hisashi, before he died, and when he heard of Inko's death in the gang war, he had feared the worst when Izumi had just abruptly disappeared with no trace.

But now, if these pictures were anything to go by, she was back. Alive and well and no doubt well taken care of by whoever had taken her in.

"Should we ask her if it really is her?" Sansa asked.

Naomasa shook his head. "No, it would be too suspicious and off-putting for a police officer to just come and ask for her information when she hasn't done anything wrong."

"Then what about a Pro Hero?"

"I'd recommend All-Might since he's a trustworthy person, but he's still busy at I-Island training his protege." Naomasa sighed. "We'll just have to see if we can talk with her guardian and find out more."

"No need, you've got an audience already."

Suddenly, out of a swirling wave of honey, glitter, and neon lights, a beautiful kitsune woman with four arms and insectoid features appeared with a sway of her hips.

"Name's Beelzebub, Queen of the Gluttony Ring of Hell and one of the Seven Deadly Sins." She grinned. "Now don't worry, I'm not here to steal any souls...I'm just here to make sure my little jelly bean's citizenship is still in effect."

Principal Nedzu, the esteemed principal of UA High, was enjoying a nice cup of Earl Grey tea in his office as preparations were being set up for this year's Entrance Exam.

Suddenly, a shadowy chill ran through the office but the hyper-intelligent rodent just chuckled, taking another sip of his tea and setting the cup down calmly with his eyes closed.

"It's been a while, old friend." Nezu said with a smile as he turned to see Lucifer Moringstar sit down, a basket of cookies on his arm.

The two had known each other for years. In fact, it had been Lucifer who had saved Nezu from the scientists who had experimented on him. Impossible, you say? Not entirely. While all Hellish youngsters had been told Lucifer could never see earth as punishment for giving Eve the fruit of Forbidden knowledge, there was in fact, a loophole to his banishment. A loophole none of the angels not named Michael, Gabriel or Azazel knew of:

Lucifer could view and even interfere with affairs on earth if no other angel was present in the area he looked at. And wouldn't you know it? The Cherubs and other angels apparently didn't think Nezu, the smartest creature alive, was important enough to save.

And when baby Charlie had cried at poor Nezu's torture, Lucifer did what any decent parent did: He saved the stoat and helped him get back on his feet, asking for nothing else but friendship in return. A deal Nezu was happy to accepgt

"Nezu, buddy!" Lucifer smiled. "Working hard?"

"Indeed but enjoying it." The stoat smiled as he nibbled on the first of many cookies. "Mmmm. Please do tell your daughter and Bee that they make wonderful cookies."

"Bee is actually why I'm swinging by." Lucifer admitted.

"Her daughter Izumi?" Nezu guessed. "I did of course suspect something like her being rescued and adopted had occurred, but of course this world does need proof."

Lucifer chuckled.

"And she's rivalling my Charlie in shaking up Hell. Pretty sure she's convinced half of her generation to give heroism a try, even if its just to showcase how powerful they are."

Nezu grinned.

"A whole lot hellborn students you say? Well, that would of course require a separate class and a teacher who speicalizes in such matters….Nothing I cannot arrange."

"I think Lily mentioned that David Shield's daughter is planning on attending?" Lucifer smirked.

Nedzu chuckled. "Indeed. I believe she and Izumi will be the best of friends."

Lucifer nodded, gave Nezu a tip of his hat and vanished in a flurry of brimstone and hellfire. Nedzu then got the paperwork ready before taking out his phone and making a call.

"Hello, Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense? I believe your top member could use some work after so long..."

Knightmare Lord A/N:

Here it is, folks! We're getting into UA High! But first, Izumi has a tender reunion with the Bakugous, Beelzebub and Lucifer make some contacts with the police and UA High, and it seems Melissa Shield is the one getting One For All this time around!

Also, we have Miki Makimura from Devilman Crybaby, who's planning on going to UA as well. She'll take some cues from her portrayal in Devilman Grimoire, where she got to become a Devilman herself.

Also, yes, Hellboy is gonna be showing up as well if the mention of the BPRD is any indication. What say you, Mrotrax?

Mrotrax A/N:

The BakuDeku reunion was my favorite part! And loving the inclusion of Devilman.

I took from the OVA from the 1980s/1990s for Miki and Akira's flashback, but6 otherwise this was all the brilliance of KnightmareLord

See you later!
