Our heroes are on their way to Cyllage City, site of Ash and Alex's next Kalos gym battle. Our heroes have made a quick journey through the forest to the next Pokemon center where Bonnie was giving Dedenne some berries and small chunks of cookies that Serena had made earlier.
"Want some more Dedenne?" Bonnie asked to Dedenne who was in her bag for some more.
"Yeah!" Dedenne said, as he was ready to have more.
"Bonnie. It isn't a good idea to give dedenne so many snacks at once." Clemont said, trying to advice his little sister about feeding Dedenne a lot of food.
"Huh? Why isn't it?" Bonnie asked, wondering why it's not a good idea.
"Because when mealtime rolls around, it won't be hungry. Pokemon food is specially formulated to give a healthy, well-balanced diet. So it's better to eat at a specific time on a regular basis." Clemont explained, normally pokemon eat on a healthy diet to keep themselves strong and better than before.
"Basically if you want your Pokemon to be healthy and strong." Alex said, knowing Pokemon could get strong by having them healthy food.
"So I guess it's better not to give Dedenne any snacks at all." Bonnie said, seeing how it was best to not feed Dedenne a lot of food.
"Huh- At all?" Serena said as she stopped and looked at Clemont on what she heard.
"Nom..." Fennekin said as she ate a twig and ate it up.
"Hold on, I'm sure a little bit is okay." Clemont said, knowing a little bit of a snack was good.
"He's right. I give Pikachu snacks, but when it's time for a meal. Both of us are really hungry!" Ash said as he was giving Pikachu an apple whom he took a bite of, telling his story of food.
"It's true!" Pikachu said, knowing he wants to eat some good food.
"Yeah, during my journey in Hoenn. I get some snacks sometimes but to my Pokemon team members. I make sure they are healthy and eatful." Alex said, he was to make sure all of his Pokemon eat healthy as he knew they were strong by eating correctly.
"Well, it's because the two of you really like to eat a ton of food." Serena said as the group continued on with their walk.
"You sure know a lot about Pokemon, don't you Clemont?" Ash said, knowing that Clemont was a smart one.
"Ahah..." Clemont chuckled slightly as Bonnie chimed in.
"Sure he does! Remember, he's the Lumiose City gym leader, although he doesn't look like it." Bonnie said, but she tried to remind the group and made a sarcastic joke.
"Doesn't look like it?" Clemont restated of the words that Bonnie stood out.
"Eh. He sorta sembles as one." Alex said, knowing Clemont was one way to look at a gym leader at.
"There's a lot more I need to learn about being a trainer: for fennekin and me!" Serena said, knowing there could be a lot of ways to learn for her.
"Really?" Fennekin said as she looked up at Serena.
"Right, Part of being a good trainer is managing your Pokemon's health." Clemont said, he wanted to make sure Pokemon can be healthy.
"You feel healthy, right buddy?" Ash said to Pikachu who was on his shoulder.
"I am healthy!" Pikachu said, knowing he was strong and not ill at all.
"I might as well look at my team at the Pokemon center to see how they are." Alex said, he had to check his team members to see how they were doing.
"I have an idea- let's take a break! The next town shouldn't be far away." Serena said as she had an idea to go toward the next town up ahead.
"Sure! Once we get there, you wanna stop at the Pokemon Center?" Ash said, wanting to stop by the Pokemon center to check every team member on how they were doing.
"We should go there!" Pikachu said, wanting to take a quick rest.
"Yay! Hear that, Dedenne?" Bonnie said as she looked down at her bag but Dedenne didn't come out.
"Dedenne? Ah! Dedenne Disappeared!" Bonnie cried out before she was freaking out that Dedenne was no longer in her bag.
"Huh?" Clemont stuttered out, how did Dedenne suddenly vanish?
"No way!" Ash cried out.
"How this time!?" Alex asked, where did Dedenne suddenly go?

EPISODE 17: A Jolting Switcheroo! (Ash)
EPISODE 17: Dedenne and Pichu switching spots? (Alex)
"Dedenne?" Bonnie called out for Dedenne.
"Hey! Dedenne, Where did you go?" Ash called out, where did Dedenne suddenly go?
"Hey, Buddy!" Pikachu said, trying to call out for Dedenne.
"Dedenne!" Clemont called out to the Pokemon he had caught for Bonnie.
"Where are you now? Come on, Dedenne!" Alex said, wanting Dedenne to come out and stop hiding.
"Dedenne!" Ash said, where is Dedenne now?
"Where are you, Dedenne? Hello?" Clemont said as he was searching around with the others.
"Dedenne!" Bonnie said, searching along.
"Oh!" Serena said as it seemed like she spotted something.
"What is it, Serena?" Alex said as they heard Serena.
"What's up. Serena?" Ash asked as they approached Serena. Serena pointed to something.
"Over there." Serena said, seeing Dedenne was looking up at something.
"Dedenne!" Bonnie said as she hurried over to Dedenne.
"I get it." Clemont said, he understood what Dedenne did.
"Dedenne wanted berries!" Ash said as Dedenne looked up at some Sitrus Berries on a tree.
"But why would he run off just for some berries?" Alex said, why would Dedenne wanna eat a sitrus berry?
"It's stomach is like a bottomless pit!" Serena said, seeing how Dedenne was very hungry.
"Come on, Dedenne. You know you shouldn't have run off like that." Bonnie said as she picked up Dedenne and faced it to her.
"Sorry." Dedenne said, being apologetic for his motive.
At The Pokemon Center near town
"..." as Bonnie was lightly playing with Dedenne on her bag while Dedenne enjoyed it.
"Huh?" Bonnie said as she noticed an older lady from her. The healing chime came through with Wigglytuff having Ash's pikachu on a stretcher all fine and healthy.
"Hey, Pikachu!" Ash said as he was happy to see Pikachu was all healthy and good now.
"Hey!" Pikachu chimed happily as he got onto Ash's shoulder.
"You're pokemon are all in great health!" Nurse Joy said as she and wigglytuff arrived with a tray of pokeballs.
"Thanks a lot." Ash kindly thanked to Nurse Joy.
"Thank you, Nurse Joy." Alex said as he took his team member Poke Balls from the tray lightly and was happy that his team was healthy and all good to go for the journey.
"Wow, That's great!" Serena said as she grabbed Fennekin's Pokeball.
"Thanks for your help." Clemont said as he was glad.
"Yeah, I should check to see if I should give my Pokemon some berries." Alex said, as Bonnie decided to look at the woman and made her choice.
"Excuse me, miss? Will you please take care of my brother? You're a keeper!" Bonnie said as she proposed to the older woman who seemed like she was done talking on the Pokemon Center's phone, The woman was confused which led Clemont to become a bit embarassed.
"I told you to stop a million times!" Clemont said as he used his Aipom Arm to grab Bonnie and drag her away from the woman.
"He doesn't look like it, but he's actually a gym leader! He's got a great future ahead of him! But I can't look after him, forever. He needs a dependable wife, please?" Bonnie said as she was desperately looking for someone to take care of Clemont.
"Huh?" The woman said as she was more confused on Bonnie's ask.
"Think about it, please!" Bonnie called out as Clemont got Bonnie to come back to the group.
"This is so embarassing, Why do you do this?" Clemont said as he tried to calm Bonnie down about this to just come to a stop.
"Duh, You're my big brother and I care about you." Bonnie said, trying to take care of Clemont by herself for a reason.
"Care about me minding my own business!" Clemont snapped, wanting to have himself taken care of.
"Hey, Siblings. Right?" Alex said to Ash and Serena to which they lightly chuckled as the two had argued.
"Thanks for waiting, Lyn." The woman said, as the little girl looked up at her big sister.
"No Prob." Lyn said, as the woman was ready to go.
"Are you ready to go?" The woman said, ready to go with her sister.
"I'm ready Lena!" Lyn said as she grabbed her bag, unknowningly it was Bonnie's but since they were the same... She didn't know.
"From now on, I'll take care of myself. okay?" Clemont said as they continued to squabble more and more.
"But... but... but..." Bonnie stuttered out, trying to get something out.
"Do you understand, Bonnie?" Clemont said, being more stern to his little sister than ever.
"Hey, now that everybody's feeling good, why don't we have a battle?" Ash said, trying to diffuse the situation between them.
"Yeah, that's a great idea." Clemont said, seeing that could work for them.
"Maybe we could train our pokemon together, ash." Alex offered to Ash, wanting to get his Pokemon to become a lot better.
"I think I saw a battlefield right out there." Serena said, seeing that they could have a battlefield outside.
"Let's get going." Ash said as he was hurrying toward the battlefield.
"Come on!" Pikachu called out for the group as they followed.
"Wait for me!" Bonnie said as she grabbed her bag, unexpectingly not knowing she grabbed the wrong one.
Pokemon Center, Battlefield.
"Good luck, Both of you!" Serena called out to Ash and Alex who were on the opposite sides to battle, Pikachu and Gastly were being used to battle while Clemont was trying to referee.
"Pikachu and Gastly, good luck to you too!" Bonnie cheered to the two Pokemon from the sidelines once more.
"Okay. Gastly. Use Night Shade!" Alex said as he suddenly made the first move.
"Hrah!" Gastly said it used Night Shade toward Pikachu, Ash smirked at this situation.
"'Kay Pikachu, Use Iron Tail!" Ash said to counter the move.
"Hrah, Iron tail!" Pikachu grunted as he jumped to avoid Night Shade and landed a direct hit Iron Tail.
"Hrrrmpph..." Gastly muttered out as it shook it's head.
"Hanging on there, gastly?" Alex asked as Gastly shook off the hit.
"Always!" Gastly said, being more powerful than ever.
"Well, I will be impressed. But if I want to find my mother. I know I need to be strong! And I do not plan on losing this much. So gastly. Use Hypnosis!" Alex said, knowing he will not fail his goal and made his move.
"Hypnosis!" Gastly chuckled as his eyes glowed and started to send waves of sleepiness.
"Pikachu, Dodge it quick!" Ash said, making sure Pikachu doesn't fall asleep.
"Whoa!" Pikachu said as he managed to dodge the waves to not sleep.
"They're all moving so well. It's because they saw Nurse Joy." Serena said as Bonnie's bag suddenly move, with two spiky ears suddenly sticking out like a sore thumb.
"Hmm? What's that?" Bonnie said as she noticed the ears.
"Is something wrong?" Serena said, being there for Bonnie.
"Those don't look like dedenne's ears to me." Bonnie said, knowing that those ears are not like Dedennes at all.
"No they sure don't... I wonder..." Serena said, wondering what was going on now?
"Uaah. Morning." The Pichu said as it woke up and looked up to see Bonnie.
"Huh?" Pichu said as it looked up and was scared suddenly.
"Who's that Pokemon?" Serena asked as she wanted to know what it was.
"Oh, Leave me!" The Pichu said as it got out and freaked out with an attack.
"Bonnie, look out!" Serena said as she was shielding bonnie from the Pokemon.
"Ah, Bonnie!" Clemont cried out, hurrying to check on his little sister.
"What was that!?" Ash said, seeing the scene that was going on.
"Bonnie and Serena are over there!" Alex exclaimed, knowing Serena and Bonnie are in danger, they hurried to check on them.
"Are you okay?" Ash asked to the three of them.
"What's going on?" Alex asked, what was the shower of shocks with the Pichu.
"That Pokemon. It was in Bonnie's bag." Serena explained, pointing at the Pichu whom was scared.
"And it attacked us out of fear." Clemont said, explaining about the situation.
"Wait, Is that familiar to you?" Alex said, seeing the Pokemon and then looking at Ash. Knowing what it was.
"A Pichu?" Ash said, seeing the pokemon sembling inside the electric shower.
"We've gotta stop it somehow." Clemont said, knowing they should calm down the crazy Pichu on the field.
"Okay, Gastly. Hypnosis." Alex said as he looked at Gastly.
"Hypnosis!" Gastly said as it sent sleepy waves to the Pichu who was sending shocks around itself.
"Grrruhhh... Zzz..." Pichu startled itself as it fell asleep, not suddenly attacking.
"Now, Pikachu. Use thunderbolt." Ash said, know this was a good time to stop Pichu.
"Thunderbolt!" Pikachu said as it used a thunderbolt to Pichu, waking it up.
"Wwaaah... Huh?" Pichu said as it got snapped back awake and looked around.
"Sorry." Pikachu said as an apology, the group checked on the pichu.
"You okay?" Ash asked the little mouse pokemon.
"Where did this thing come from?" Alex asked, where did Pichu come from in the bag?
"He's alright." Pikachu said as he checked on Pichu.
"Ohh." Pichu moaned out in a slight pain.
"Look's like Pichu's settling down." Clemont said as it looked like Pichu was calm now.
"What a total surprise. And what a totally cute Pokemon!" Serena said, seeing how cute Pichu was. Then, Serena and Alex got out their pokedexes.
"Pichu. The Tiny Mouse Pokemon. The electric sacs on Pichu's cheeks are small. If it tries to store more electricity than they can hold, Pichu will shock itself." The Pokedex said as it used it's electric sacs but startled itself doing it.
"Aw.." Alex cooed to the little Pokemon whom it looked toward the group.
"Pichu can evolve into Pikachu, isn't that right?" Clemont said, asking Ash if that was the case.
"Right." Ash said, this was the evolution stage.
"How are you?" Pikachu asked the Pichu.
"Feeling better." Pichu said, being a bit happy.
"But, how in the world did that Pichu manage to end up inside of your bag?" Serena said, wondering what could have happened to the Pokemon.
"Dedenne? Where's Dedenne?" Bonnie said as she tried to dig in deeper and let the bag open by flipping it upside down to show no dedenne.
"Bonnie, Is something wrong?" Alex said as Bonnie was now extremely worried!
"This isn't my bag!" Bonnie cried out, the group gasped to realize this.
"What? Not your bag?!" Ash said as they all headed inside.
"Huh?" Nurse Joy said as the group looked around for Bonnie's bag.
"This is it. This is where I put my bag." Bonnie said, pointing at the location where she left it at.
"I guess it's possible that someone else took your bag by mistake." Serena said as someone must've taken Bonnie's bag with Dedenne inside their bag.
"Well, if that's the case. We need to find them." Clemont said, knowing this could work if they find them.
"And maybe we should make some special attachments to ensure Bonnie doesn't get mixed up again." Alex said, this would help preventing switch-ups more often.
"Don't worry, We'll just ask Nurse joy, she'll help!" Ash said, thinking of a quick solution to fix the mess.
"It'll be fixed." Pikachu said, knowing they can fix this mess.
"There was a little girl with a similar bag who was with her older sister, who happens to be a trainer..." Nurse Joy said, trying to remember about the trainer on what happened.
"That's all we have." Wigglytuff said, explaining some details.
"Then that's it. Do you remember what the little girl looked like?" Ash said, asking what the little girl had looked like.
"Let me see. Oh! I remember she wore a red ribbon on her hair!" Nurse Joy said as she remembered something, then she had something to remember.
"Red, huh? Okay." Ash said, now they knew. A red color ribbon is what they need to know.
"So that's what we need to look out for." Alex said, recalling what to do.
"They couldn't have gone too far. Let's go look!" Ash said as they weren't going far. And then they headed off.
"Okay." Serena said, looking at Ash.
"It's my fault for not paying more attention." Bonnie said, being an apologetic little girl.
"Now, don't worry. We'll find Dedenne." Clemont said, knowing they will fix the mistake that happened.
"Okay." Bonnie said as Ash bent down and looked at Pichu.
"And Pichu, we'll definitely find your trainer, I promise!" Ash said, making a promise to help Pichu.
"Don't worry. Okay?" Pikachu said, wanting Pichu to be okay.
"Thank you." Pichu said, being delightful for their doing.
"Now, where would they have gone?" Alex said, knowing they could've gotten a bit far.
With Lena and Lyn.
"A Lilligant! Lena, it's so cute!" Lyn said as she was walking with Lena as they noticed someone else walking by with a Lilligant, Lena was impressed.
"It is. Careful- Move back." Lena said as she moved Lyn back as a car went by them.
"You really love Pokemon, don't you Lyn?" Lena said as they continued walking on to their next stop.
"Yeah. I wanna become a trainer just like you when I get older. So until then, I'm gonna take really good care of this little Pichu." Lyn said, making herself a promise to help Pichu, but unknown to her. She had a dedenne inside.
"I think that's a wonderful idea!" Lena said, knowing that Lyn had a goal of her own.
"Is that you, lena?" A woman voice said as lena was amazed, it was her friend!
"What do you know? I had no idea you were in town." Lena said, as they stopped to have a chat.
"I was just on my way to challenge the next gym." Lena's friend said, telling her what was next.
"Oh, which one is that?" Lena asked, which gym was she going for?
"I'm heading to the Cyllage Gym." Lena's Friend said, the next one where ash would be going.
"Cyllage City gym, Huh? That sounds great." Lena said, knowing that was a good gym challenge.
"Pichu, Are you awake?" Lyn said as she noticed her bag was shaking.
"Aaah. Huh?" Dedenne said as he was awake and noticed Lyn.
"You aren't Pichu!" Lyn said as she was startled, but Lena didn't hear her.
"Uhmm." Dedenne said as Lyn quickly got out of her sisters grasp and ran.
"I'm so glad you're doing well!" Lena said, being optimistic to her.
"You too, Lena. Well i guess it's I get going." Lena's friend said, having to get going soon.
"Okay." Lena said, her friend had an idea.
"And let's have another battle again sometime, okay?" Lena's friend said as she began to leave.
"See ya later." Lena said as she was glad to see her friend.
"Sure. I'll be looking forward to it!" Lena's friend said as Lena looked down.
"Lyn. I'm so sorry to make you wai- Huh? Lyn? Where are you, Lyn? Lyn!" Lena explained before she realized her little sister went missing, Lyn was hiding behind a building.
"Where'd you come from? And where's my friend, Pichu?" Lyn said, she was confused and worried, where was Pichu?
"I don't know." Dedenne said as Lyn didn't know what to do now.
"What happened? I was suppose to take care of Pichu for Lena. What should I do?" Lyn said, what was going on for her? What should she do?
With Ash & The Others
"..." The five of them had looked over to see where Lyn had gone off to, as they were looking left and right.
"Excuse me. Have you seen a little girl with a red ribbon in her hair? We've got to find her." Ash said as she asked some people, they shook their heads as a no.
"There is a mix-up that's going on." Alex said as he was trying to explain to more people. Serena noticed something.
"Hey look, Ash. There!" Serena said as she pointed to a man holding a red ribbon in his hand.
"A ribbon!" Ash said, they tried to follow him.
"Wait, hey you!" Bonnie called out, the man wasn't hearing them.
"Excuse me! Please let us through!" Ash said as the group was trying to weave between the people in their way.
"Wait, mister!" Clemont called out to the man who had the ribbon.
"We're going to lose him!" Serena exclaimed, knowing they'll lose him if he doesn't hear them.
"We need to talk to that girl with the ribbon!" Ash said, asking the man but he still did not hear them.
"Mister!" Ash said as they kept following him.
"Wait!" Ash shouted, finally getting the man to stop as the group caught up.
"Can i help you with something?" The man said as he turned his head, the group gasped too see what was in his arm, a present all this time with a red ribbon instead of a girl.
"It's a present." Ash said, seeing they were in the wrong, it was not a girl.
"Oh no." Bonnie moaned out, this was bad.
"I'm sorry, we confused you with someone else." Clemont said, trying to clean up the situation.
"It's quite all right." The man said as he continued on his way.
"I really thought we found her." Ash said, that was a miss.
"It feels like we looked everywhere around here. Maybe she didn't come this way." Serena said as they were confused. Maybe they were going in the wrong direction.
"Nurse joy said she was with her older sister who was a trainer, so they might be already be on their way to the next town." Clemont said, this could be a possibility.
"They can't! What about Dedenne?" Bonnie said, knowing that she couldn't leave Dedenne behind again.
"It's possible the little girl hasn't even noticed she took the wrong bag yet. I'm certain she'll come back when she discovers what happened." Clemont said, knowing they can hope for Lyn to realize her mistake.
"Well, we can't give up. So we need to move onwards." Alex said, they had to keep on moving.
"Don't forget. Nurse Joy told us she'd let us know when the little girl comes back, so we should be okay." Serena said, knowing Nurse Joy could help.
"She's right. There's no way they'd go somewhere else and leave their cute little pichu behind!" Ash said, leaving someones Pokemon would not be a good way for them.
"Lyn." Pichu said in worry, she was missing her trainer.
"We'll find Lyn." Pikachu said, promising Pichu.
"Now don't cry, please? We'll get you safely back to your trainer for sure!" Bonnie said, wanting to cheer up Pichu.
"Will you? Thank you." Pichu said as pichu was pleased.
With Lyn in a park
"I can't figure out how something like this would've happened. Do you have any idea what happened to your trainer?" Lyn said as she was wondering what to do and how to do it.
"Hmm. Mm..." Dedenne said as he suddenly began to make a crazy dash.
"Huh? Oh no!" Lyn said as she freaked out that it ran off.
"I don't see that little one anywhere! There it is!" Lyn said as she looked around, then she managed to spot Dedenne from a truck sitting there.
"Hey, What's going on?" Lyn said as she went to check on dedenne on what it was doing.
"What I want is something like that." Dedenne pointed, wanting something like a donut.
"Huh. I get it. You want to have a donut, don't you?" Lyn said as she understood what Dedenne wanted.
"Yes! A Donut!" Dedenne said as he was excited to have a donut to eat.
"I like donuts, too." Lyn said as she knew she wanted a donut also.
"Excuse me, may I get a donut please?" Lyn said, having a donut.
"Please!" Dedenne said as the man in the truck gave two donuts as both Lyn and Dedenne began to nibble on the food and have stars in their eyes, in love with the food.
With our heroes.
"I was wondering if you've seen a little girl with a red ribbon in her hair." Serena asked to a woman and her child about Lyn's location.
"No, sorry." The woman said, never seeing one. Clemont and Bonnie asked a group of friends in which they said no.
"Okay, thanks." Clemont said as he thanked them, Alex asked some young couple in which they shook their heads as a no too.
"Really? Thank you." Alex said as he thanked them for their help, Ash got an answer!
"Oh, Thanks. Hey! A woman told me she saw a little girl with a ribbon in her hair at the park!" Ash said as he thanked someone and hurried off to tell the group his find.
"In the park? Why there?" Alex asked as Ash dashed off, Alex shrugged as they all headed for a park.
Back with Lyn at the park.
"Here." Lyn said as she gave Dedenne part of a donut.
"Oh a donut.. Nom nom nom." Dedenne said as he was excited and began to nibble on the donut.
"It's yummy!" Lyn said as she enjoyed her donut for joy.
"Yum." Dedenne said as he ate all the donut.
"I know." Lyn said as she got an idea of her own.
"Oh?" Dedenne said as he was listening to her.
"Now stand still while I put this on you, 'kay?" Lyn said as she grabbed Dedenne and made a red ribbon on his ear.
"Ok?" Dedenne said, as he was the curious one to see what Lyn was doing.
"So cute!" Lyn said, being happy to see Dedenne wearing a red ribbon she put on him.
"Where you going now?" Dedenne said as Lyn looked happy.
"You see? Now were a match!" Lyn said as they matched red ribbons to each other. Being perfect with each other!
"Pichu's really cute and I care about it a whole bunch, but I like you too! Want to come home with me?" Lyn said, wanting to make an offer to Dedenne.
"Yes!" Dedenne said as he was excited.
"Wait, I'm sure your trainer's gotta be looking for you right now... Really worried too. Hey! If I go back to the Pokemon center and bring you with me, maybe i'll find Pichu there. Let's go back!" Lyn said as she knew that Dedenne was worried, then she had an idea of her own and decided to go back. Leaving the park in the process.
"This is it. The woman said she saw the little girl right around here." Ash said, knowing this was the place indeed.
"But where could she have gone off to?" Alex asked, knowing Lyn should've been here or something.
"Looks like she already left, I'm afraid at this rate, we'll never be able to find her!" Serena said, knowing they might not be able to find her.
"I just thought of something, but I need some time." Clemont said, as an idea was struck to his head to think of something.
"It sounds like you've got an idea." Ash said, seeing that clemont had a plan.
"Yeah, there's something I wanna try that just might do the trick!" Clemont said as he began to work on his new invention.
"I wonder if pichu's trainer has noticed what happened yet." Serena said, knowing if Lyn had realized her mistake.
"I sure we hope to find Dedenne soon." Ash said, as Pikachu and Pichu were having a lot of fun.
"Yeah, but look at Pikachu and Pichu. They're having a lot of fun." Alex said, seeing how Pikachu and Pichu were playing around and enjoying themselves.
"Huh? Ooh." Pichu said as it looked and noticed the apples in the tree.
"Stay down here." Pikachu said as he ran up the trees and grabbed an apple for him and Pichu.
"Here, Pichu!" Pikachu said as he tossed it down.
"Whoa! Ooh!" Pichu said as it caught the apple and began to bite some apples alongside Pikachu
"They look like they're from the same family!" Ash said, seeing how
"Wow, they do. Don't they? Bonnie, don't you think?" Serena
"I mean. They are the line for Raichu which is the last form." Alex
"Don't worry Bonnie, We'll find Dedenne soon." Serena said, knowing they'll find Dedenne soon.
"Hey. Don't cry." Pichu said as she noticed Bonnie was tearing up a bit and tried to offer a bit.
"Thanks, Pichu." Bonnie said, being a little better.
"Haha." Pichu chuckled slightly, gladly to help.
Back with Lyn
"I'm not sure which way to go to get to the Pokemon center." Lyn said, not sure where to go when she realized that Dedenne was gone.
"Huh?! Gone again!" Lyn cried out, this wasn't good for her. She began to run to look for Dedenne.
"I can't believe it would keep running off! Where are you?" Lyn said, where was Dedenne this time?!
"Huh, Oh.. There you are." Lyn said as she stopped, then turned around and noticed Dedenne sleeping with the plushies.
"I'm glad I put that ribbon you." Lyn said as she noticed the sleeping dedenne.
"Zzz.." Dedenne said as Lyn went inside the building.
"Aw.. I can only imagine the trainer put you through with all of your games." Lyn said as she walked out of the building with the sleeping dedenne in her arms in relief, seeing that Dedenne was okay.
Back with the group.
"Hm, Thanks for your paitence. The future is now! Thanks to science! Clemontic gear, on!" Clemont said as he was done with the invention he made.
"Here's my new invention that will solve the problem at hand! It's the radio wave amplification device!" Clemont said as he built a new machine that he created by himself!
"Radio wave?" Serena said, what did that mean.
"Ampli.." Ash said as he was stuttering on the words.
"Uh.. Device?" Bonnie said, this was a device?
"Allow me to explain. If you recall. Dedenne is able to sense Pikachu's electricity. This device converts Pikachu's radio waves and amplifies them." Clemont said, as they recalled about Pikachu and Dedenne sharing electricity from each other.
"Huh, So basically giving signals." Alex said, knowing it was signals being sent to each other.
"Yes, So If we broadcast those waves, Dedenne should be able to sense them, I think." Clemont said, explaining about how the machine worked.
"You think?" Alex said in a weird sarcastic way.
"Oh wow! Science is so amazing!" Ash said as he was impressed with another Clemon machine.
"Let's give it a try." Clemont said, readying to get the machine underway.
"Uh. May i get your assistance, Pikachu?" Clemont asked the electric mouse Pokemon, who nodded.
"Right away, Clemont!" Pikachu said as he managed to sit on a stool.
"We're counting on you!" Ash said to his partner Pokemon.
"You can do it, Pikachu!" Bonnie said as Clemont put in chargers in pikachu's sacs.
"Now, we're all set. You're turn Ash." Clemont said, knowing this was a good time now.
"All right, Pikachu. Use thunderbolt." Ash said, ready to go for Pikachu.
"Right. Thunderbolt...!" Pikachu said as he used thunderbolt to power on the machine.
"Here we go, then! And fire!" Clemont said as he pulled the lever as a beam was shot into the sky, alex backed up a lot as the radio waves were coming around as Lyn was walking when Dedenne woke up from the waves.
"Huh? Oh!" Dedenne said as he felt the radio waves and left Lyn's bag again.
"Where are you going!? Wait!" Lyn said as she began to chase Dedenne again.
"Hmm." Clemont said as he was seeing the machines power was somewhat medium low power.
"What's wrong?" Ash asked, Clemont looked at Ash with unsurity.
"I think it needs more power to function correctly." Clemont said, knowing there could be a chance to function if it had more electricity.
"Alright, Pikachu, give it more Power!" Ash said, wanting more power from Pikachu.
"Alright! More!" Pikachu said, giving it more thunderbolt power.
"Are you sure this is safe?" Serena asked, wondering if this would work.
"Don't worry about it, Science can do anything!" Clemont said. He wanted science to be a lot better.
"'Kay Pikachu, keep it up!" Ash said as Pikachu used more thunderbolt power which caused the machine to freak out over the power that Pikachu was using, causing the machine to suddenly explode! Surprising Lena who was nearby to find Lyn, as the smoke cleared with the group having poofy hair.
"Oops." Pikachu said as he felt embarassed. The radio waves stopped spreading.
"Yup, I knew it." Serena said, as it went the same.
"Oh man." Alex moaned out, as he coughed out the smoke.
"It went boom, too." Bonnie sarcastically said, knowing it failed.
"Oh no, to think it was working perfectly." Clemont said, groaning out that his machine failed to work again.
"Maybe don't give it more power next time." Alex said, knowing that Clemont's machines all went boom.
"Looks like were going to have to search for the little girl on foot again." Ash said, having to start over from square one.
"I guess so." Serena said as Lena arrived and called out.
"Pichu?" Lena said as Pichu heard the voice.
"Lena!" Pichu said as it left bonnie's bag and ran to Lena.
"Pichu, Thank goodness." Lena said as she embraced Pichu.
"Where did Lyn go?" Lena asked the Pokemon as Pichu looked concerned.
"I don't know." Pichu said, Lena felt more worried.
"Um. Are you.." Clemont said as Lena looked at the group who was trying answer a question.
"Huh, I remember you all from the Pokemon center." Lena said as she remembered the group from a while ago in the same Pokemon center.
"Hold on, Does that mean your Pichu's trainer?" Ash said, seeing if Pichu was the trainer of the girl.
"Yes, I am. My name's Lena. Were you the ones who found Pichu?" Lena said as she introduced herself and asked the group a question.
"Well..." Alex said as he wasn't sure about found.
"I'm not sure if found is the right word." Serena said, making it a different word than found.
"Dedenne! Where's Dedenne?!" Bonnie asked the trainer, Lena was surprised to hear that.
"Huh?" Lena said, what did she mean by that?
"Dedenne. It's probably with Lyn, my little sister." Lena said as she was explaining the whole situation about her little sister Lyn, and how she and Lyn must have each other's wrong bags.
"Well, okay." Ash said, understanding it a bit.
"I guess Lyn accidently grabbed Dedenne." Alex said, knowing what the situation actuall happened was.
"Where is she?" Ash said, now where was Lyn at?
"Honestly... i don't know." Lena said, she was worried.
"What happened?" Serena asked, how could it have happened?
"Lyn probably realized she grabbed the wrong bag. I would think she's looking for Pichu now." Lena said, wondering what would happen to Lyn.
"I see, but you don't know where. Right?" Ash said, but where would Lyn be?
"I don't. I've been looking everywhere for her that I can think of. For all i know, she might have left town." Lena said, being feared that Lyn must've continued on.
"We've got to get moving and find her right away." Clemont said, trying to find her as fast as they could.
"Right! I think we should all split up and search the widest area we can!" Ash said, having to search in a wide expansion.
"Yeah! Let's give it all we got!" Serena said, knowing they should not give up.
"Let me help you. Please." Lena said, wanting to help them find Lyn.
"Right, Maybe it's easier then." Alex said, now they have an expanded group to find Lyn.
With Lyn and Dedenne
"Where are you going? Slow down, please!" Lyn said as she followed after Dedenne.
"Hmm.." Dedenne said, Lyn tried to think of an idea.
"I think the Pokemon center's that way!" Lyn said, trying to point to the direction that Dedenne is going to.
"..." Lyn and Dedenne ran into an open field where crops were being grown for grapes.
"Now where are we?" Lyn said as she was searching around for Dedenne again.
"..." Lyn continued to search for Dedenne in the grape-field and looked around as she spotted some what of Dedenne.
"Hey, there you are!" Lyn said as soon she got a warning.
"..." Lyn was suddenly surprised when Dedenne was attacked by a wild beedrill who was trying to flee but the beedrill attacked and ripped away the ribbon that dedenne had on his head.
"Thunder shock!" Dedenne said as it sent off a thunder shock toward the wild beedrill.
"Beedrill..." Bedrill said as it was shocked by Dedenne.
"Awesome! You're really, really strong!" Lyn said, Dedenne was good against the Beedrill.
"Come on, thats all you got?" Dedenne said, as more Beedrill came in anger from the response of the attack that Dedenne did.
"They're chasing after us! What are we gonna do?" Lyn said as she tried to flee but the beedrill chased her.
"..." Lyn tripped over as the beedrill hovered over her!
"Back off!" Pikachu said as it sent a shock toward one of the beedrills.
"Take this!" Pidgey said as it used a Peck move, catching the Beedrills off guard by surprise.
"Ow! How?" The Beedrill said as he looked over to see the group where Lyn was.
"Lyn!" Lena's voice called out, which Lyn gasped too.
"It's Lena!" Lyn said, as she rushed over to her big sister in check.
"Lyn, Are you okay?" Lena asked, was she okay?
"This Pokemon saved me!" Lyn said as she showed her dedenne.
"I can't believe you came all this way by yourself!" Lena said as she was in disbelief that it happened.
"I'm sorry." Lyn said, she felt so shameful in herself.
"You're here!" Pichu said as she checked on Lyn to see she was okay.
"Hi, Pichu!" Lyn said as she hugged Pichu.
"Pikachu!" Ash said, making sure there were ready to scare away the Beedrill.
"Pidgey, make them run for mercy!" Alex said, making sure the Beedrill regret hurting Dedenne.
"Ready Dedenne?" Clemont said, which Dedenne was ready for.
"All right, Use thunderbolt!" Ash said, using thunderbolt to scare away those pesky beedrill once and for all.
"Gust, Go!" Alex said as he wanted to make a powerful gust of wind.
"Thunder Shock!" Clemont said, getting ready to attack.
"Take this!" Pikachu, Pidgey and Dedenne said as they used a electrical wind current so far it shocked all the beedrill in the face. Causing a smoke bomb to go off, which led the beedrill to flee.
"Yes- We did it!" Ash said, knowing they scared away the beedrill.
"Yay, Dedenne!" Bonnie said as she cheered up on Dedenne's thunder shock move.
"..." Lyn was a little happy before she began to tear up sadly and apologized in tears to her older sister.
"I'm sorry!" Lyn cried out in a apologetic way.
"Now, everything's alright. I'm so glad you're safe!" Lena said, she was glad as Bonnie began to tear up.
"Dedenne, I'm so sorry!" Bonnie cried out in sad way, she felt so bad for doing a silly move. Then a sound was heard.
"Uh-oh. Guess I'm sorry, too." Ash said as his stomach grumbled for hunger.
"Oh boy." Pikachu sighed in embarassment.
"Oh, Ash." Serena said as the group's tears of sadness and joy turned to a light laughter.
Sunset, A Few Hours Later.
"..." Everyone was ready for a small dinner they would share together, food was ready for them all to have since they had to search a long time and ash's stomach.
"All ready, dig in everyone!" Serena said, knowing it was time to eat their meals.
"I helped Clemont with the cooking. It should be good!" Alex said, knowing his cooking skills were solid.
"It looks delicious!" Ash said as he was ready to eat.
"Thank you!" Lena said as the group noticed Pichu and Dedenne were not hungry for some reason.
"Dedenne, Pichu? Aren't you going to eat?" Serena asked, the two pokemon shook their heads.
"Uh. Were good." Dedenne said as he felt fine.
"Not in the mood to eat." Pichu said as Lena, Clemont and Alex noticed Bonnie and Lyn did something.
"Lyn. Bonnie." Alex said as he noticed the two little girls trying to step away and he glanced at them.
"Stop right there, lyn. Have you been giving them snacks again?" Lena said, trying to stop her little sister from mischief and some meals.
"Bonnie! I told you!" Clemont scolded as the two girls turned around and felt silly.
"Uh.. Heheh.." Lyn and Bonnie said as they chuckled and made embarassing faces.
"Well, you both better start going. Cause now it's more for us." Alex said as Lyn and Bonnie eyed each other.
"Go?" Bonnie whispered to Lyn, who felt like this was not a good time.
"Go." Lyn said as they attempted to flee.
"Lyn!" Lena called out to her little sister.
"Bonnie!" Clemont cried out as they just wanted to have fun.
Happily, Dedenne is back with Bonnie and Pichu is back with Lyn! Another step in two young girl's journey to one day become trainers. As our heroes journey... continues in the kalos region!
