"Ta-da!" Bonnie and Serena said together as they pointed at a wonderful looking castle on Serena's GPS. Confusing the boys on what it looked like to them..
"Huh?" Alex stuttered out in confusion. What was it to him?
"What's that?" Ash asked, what were they both showing?
"What is it?" Pikachu said in curiousity.
"The Battle Chateau!" Serena explained what the place was. It was a Battle Chateau castle they were seeing.
"Battle Chateau?" Ash repeated from Serena's words, what was a Battle Chateau.
"I've never heard of it before." Clemont said, getting the attention of two people nearby who listened in.
"What is that place for?" Alex asked, what was Serena talking about?
"Trust me, Ash and Alex. You're gonna love this place! It's nearby, so let's go!" Serena said as she wanted to take them there for a fun experience.

EPISODE 21: Breaking Titles at the Chateau! (Ash)
EPISODE 21: Battling For Titles at a Chateau! (Alex)
"When you have a battle at the Battle Chateau, the winning trainer earns something. Though I'm not sure just what." Serena explained about what the DexNav said about the Battle Chateau for the winning trainer.
"That sounds cool! Maybe you're awarded some kind of badge!" Ash explained, maybe they award you something.
"Maybe some food? I love some Kalos food!" Alex said, wanting to have food as a reward.
"Or a cake! I love cake!" Bonnie said as she was adored by it.
"Haha, Doubt it." Clemont sighed in a bit of disbelief.
"So what is it about? Tell me more!" Alex said to Serena as she continued to look more in-depth.
"Now, let's see..." Serena said before suddenly...!
"Noble title, yo!" The big brother said as he and another boy were listening in, pointing at what they said about the Battle Chateau they were talking about..
"A Title to win, Yo!" The Pokemon said as it stretched it's wings.
"Uh, Excuse me?" Alex said as the group looked at the two boys.
"Who's that pokemon?" Ash said as he pulled out his Pokedex at the new Pokemon.
"Fletchinder, The ember Pokemon, and the evolved form of fletchling. Fletchinder flies faster and faster as the flame sac on its stomach gradually heats up." Alex & Ash's Pokedex said as he was scanning the Pokemon on the boy's shoulder which caught Ash's attention well.
"Fly high, Yo!" Fletchinder said as he was proud of himself.
"The evolved form of Fletching, huh?" Ash said as he was intrigued about Fletchling's evolved form.
"Yo, yo, yo! A Pokedex in my face, not cool, bro!" The older boy said as he wasn't amused with what Ash was doing and lightly pushed the Pokedex down and out of his face as Ash slightly chuckled.
"Sorry about that." Ash said as he apologized what he did.
"I'm surprised you have a fletchinder. And whats with the style?" Alex said, being surprised that the boy had a Fletchinder but he asked about the style he was wearing.
"Meh, you wouldn't know. It's how it works, yo." The older boy said, knowing it was how it worked for him.
"Well, what's a noble title?" Ash asked, what did they mean about noble titles?
"And what do you mean by it?" Pikachu said, he was puzzled too.
"Nico! He actually listened to what you said, yo, yo!" The younger boy said as he was shocked to hear what Ash had said and now he was surprised to hear them speak about it..
"Yo, yo, you're not from around here, yo." Nico said as he knew that they were not around from here.
"Check out the Legendary Riviere Walk, yo..." The young boy said as they made a stride walk to the group.
"You should learn it if you're gonna be here, yo!" Nico said, as he pointed his fingers at ash in stylish way.
"Uhh." Ash said as he didn't know what to say, the group was lost.
"What...?" Alex asked blankly as he was lost so much, what were they doing?
"Do you think they're rapping?" Serena asked, as she was confused as with Ash.
"Whuah!?" Nico and the young boy cried out as they felt like they got ice colded on by a girl, freezing in the process.
"So, Noble title?" Ash said as he was curious. The two boys weren't ice cold now.
"Tell us! What are noble titles?" Alex asked as he was curious about a noble title.
"It's a real pain to explain, yo.." Nico said, knowing its tough to explain about it.
"But we're heading to the Battle Chateau now, yo!" The young kid said, knowing they'll head toward the Battle chateau alongside them.
"Come with us and check it out for yourself, yo!" Nico said, as they were going to head there also.
"Great! Let's all go there together! It'll be the perfect warm-up before I challenge the Cyllage Gym!" Ash
"Let's beat some good trainers!" Pikachu said, knowing they can train well.
"Hah... Maybe." Alex slightly laughed as he really thought about it.
"Warm up? I wouldn't be too sure about that. It may be tougher than you think!" Nico said, knowing that it wasn't gonna be a warm up to them.
"You're gonna be floored when you get there, yo!" The young kid said as he knew the battle chateau was gonna be a tough one.
"When are the yo's gonna stop?" Alex whispered to himself, the yo's were really bothersome.
"By the way, I'm Ash and this is my partner, Pikachu!" Ash said as he introduced himself to the two boys.
"Hello you two!" Pikachu said as he introduced himself to them.
"I'm Clemont. It's a pleasure to meet you both." Clemont said as he introduced himself as it was his turn.
"And I'm Bonnie!" Bonnie said as she chimed in.
"Serena's my name. Hi there." Serena said as she introduced her name.
"And I am Alex. Pleasure to meet you guys." Alex said as he was happy to introduce himself to the group.
"I'm Nico! And my partner is fletchinder!" Nico said as he introduced himself to the group.
"And I'm Chester, my partner is Fletchling, yo!" Chester said as he was the last to introduce himself toward the group.
Route 7
"So today's the first time you challenge the Battle Chateu, Chester?" Ash asked as the group with Nico and Chester were walking along towards this battle chateau place they heard about.
"Uh-huh! It sure is!" Chester said as it was so exciting for him.
"I already have a Battle Chateau title. My brother's gotten really good at battling, so I figured it's time for his debut!" Nico said as he had a title already and he wanted to let his little brother to have his shining debut.
"Phew.. They're finally not talking weird." Serena sighed in relief as she was happy they were normal talking for once.
"Yo! There it is, yo!" Nico said as he went back to the yo's in his sentence
"Urk..." Serena muttered out, not something she would hear.
"Just had to say it. Whoa!" Alex said as he looked at her and was in shock about the design of the Battle Chateau.
"Wow! Check it out!" Ash said as he saw the Battle Chateau in person which was a castle and a battlefield was outside, surrounded by water.
"Wow!" Pikachu gasped out in awe.
"It's gorgeous!" Serena exclaimed as she was in love with what she saw.
"Wow... I wonder what it's like! I love it, already!" Alex said as he began to love the place.
"Huh? What's written up there?" Ash said as he noticed the sign, it was written in a different language.
"Battle Chateau. Show your strength, with a title!" Clemont said as he explained what the sign had said.
"Hmm." Ash thought, as he was interested in going inside.
"I wanna show off my team!" Alex said, wanting to prove he wants to become stronger than before.
Inside The Battle Chateau.
"..." The group slowly opened the doors as they notice how the interior of the Battle Chateau was so beautiful on the inside, it had a maid standing there smiling as she bowed, the group was in awe about their glorious interoir of the inside.
"Beautiful..." Serena said as she noticed the interior of the Battle Chateau was beautiful on the inside.
"Hello Baron Nico. The Battle Chateau welcomes you with open arms." A Maid said as she welcomed Nico who was welcomed by her.
"Baron?" Ash said, what did Baron mean?
"What's a baron?" Pikachu asked, Nico bowed slightly and introduced his brother.
"I brought my brother with me, today. He'd like to have his debut battle." Nico said as he spoke with the maid about Chester.
"I'm Chester. Very pleased to meet you." Chester said as he thanked them.
"I'd like to have a battle, too!" Ash said as he was wanting to join.
"I want to join in. Can I have a battle please?" Alex said as he wanted to also have a battle.
"Oh.. And you're..?" The Maid said as she wondered about Ash and Alex, she didn't know them.
"I'm Ash, and I come from Pallet Town in the Kanto Region." Ash said as he told the maid about his hometown and region.
"I'm his partner!" Pikachu said as he was chiming in.
"I'm Alex, I am journeying a lot of regions to find my lost mother. I started off from the Sinnoh Region." Alex said as he introduced himself toward the maid which made her smile.
"Well, well... It's the honorable Baron Nico. It's a pleasure to see your brother make his debut." A man's voice said as he was walking in a fancy suit but he was old but looking very healthy as he saw them, being pleased on what he heard.
"Thank you." Chester said as he thanked them.
"This is the Chateau owner, Duke Turner." Nico said as he told the group about the owner of the place.
"Pleased to meet you. It is my honor to welcome a guest who traveled all the way from the Kanto Region and Sinnoh Region to challenge us." Duke Turner said as he pleased them with a bow of having the honor to welcome people who traveled far from regions to come to the Chateau.
"Are you gonna tour us?" Clemont said as he was curious with what Duke Turner would do.
"Yes, Certainly." Duke Turner said as he began to give them a tour.
"Our chateau provides a fulfilling battle experience and serves a meeting place for all the many trainers who visit here." Duke Turner said as he was touring them slowly.
"Ash, this place sounds perfect for you!" Serena said, knowing this would be perfect to train the trainers and their Pokemon as Ash looked at her.
"Yeah!" Ash said with a slight nod.
"Now, the first thing to know is that all trainers at the Battle Chateau are referred to as Knights." Duke Turner said as he knew the first noble title too all trainers who make their debut would be referred as only a knight.
"Knights... What an appropriate title for trainers at a castle!" Clemont said as he referred it as a true way for them to battle.
"True- then, each and every knight has a noble title bestowed upon them that is based on the grand total of their battle chateau victories." Duke Turner said as he told them about the knight and their victories which led to titles.
"I do have some questions. Will you be okay to answer them?" Alex asked as he wanted to make sure it was okay for Duke to answer questions about the Battle Chateau.
"Sure, what are your questions?" Duke Turner said as he was listening.
"Is there a rule of following so you listen to them and what is the consequences if you don't follow along?" Alex asked about the first question and the rules of the palace.
"Well, you must have to show good sportsmanship and respect to the people since being bad toward them can cause many things. You can lose your noble title and move down a rank as punishment. Or the other route being blacklisted from the Battle Chateau." Duke Turner explained as he knew that bad people can have their titles taken away or be permenatly locked away from entering the wonderful chateau again.
"Understand, Being respectful for all people earns you good respect." Alex said as he knew that not being a respectful man leads to bad things.
"Alright, Good." Duke Turner said as Alex had his last question.
"What is the highest rank that is the Battle Chateau?" Alex said as he wondered the highest noble title would be.
"For Males, It's Grand Duke, And Females is Grand Duchess." Duke Turner said, explaining about the highest rank totals.
"Grand Duke and Grand Duchess..." Alex said, knowing that Grand Duke would be an amazing title to hold. Having that as the highest noble title would be astounding for them.
"Sounds like something so cool!" Ash exclaimed, having that would be wonderful to have.
"I wish you the best of luck in earning your highest possible noble title." Duke Turner said as he wished them all, the maid came to the doors and looked at the group.
"Allow me to show you the Battle Chateau sitting room. Each time you visit here, this is where you'll be choosing you're battle adversary." The Maid said as she explained about the wonderful room and opened it's doors.
"Aaaah!" Ash and Alex gasped in excitement, seeing the wonderful inside of the Battle Chateau.
"..." The Battle Chateau sitting room was a wonderful place with lots of people sitting and relaxing to their extent and enjoying themselves, talking and having some drinks here and there for their enjoyment.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I have the distinct honor to present Baron Nico." Duke Turner announced to everyone which got their attention to look at Nico and the group with smiles.
"Wow.." Ash gasped in amazement, everyone was here to have a battle.
"So everybody here is a knight?" Clemont said as he was adjusting his glasses.
"Right! This is the place to hang out with other trainers, trade stories and information, and also look for an opponent!" Chester said as he explained about the battle chateau sitting room and how they would work with other trainers.
"Yeah! So you battle who you want?" Ash asked, would it be whoever is against whoever?
"Not exactly, there's a catch." Chester said as he eyed back at ash.
"What's the catch?" Alex asked, what catch was Chester talking about.
"You have to be the same noble title." Chester said, knowing that only battling the person with the same title would have to battle each other.
"So if someone is Baron like Nico, only he can battle barons?" Alex said, so Nico would face Baron title trainers only.
"Correct-a-mundo." Chester said as Pikachu turned his head and got the attention of something.
"Huh? Hey! Ash! Look at that man up there!" Pikachu said as he got ash's attention and pointed to it.
"What, Pikachu... OH MY! WHAT IS HE...!" Alex said as he noticed a person who had his hairstyle of rolling skin, his color was dark and he was climbing the walls of the battle chateau as he noticed the group was mentioning him and his climbing.
"What is that guy doing up there!?" Ash said, this was crazy for someone like him to do something like this.
"Wow, Who is he anyway?" Serena said, she was wondering what he was doing!
"Oh yeah, that guy's name is Grant. He's always climbing walls." Nico explained, who the man was climbing the walls.
"Yeah, he's really strong." Chester said, knowing he was a good trainer.
"Strong, huh?" Ash said, he was strong for a person and training, huh?
"Wow." Pikachu said as he was amazed.
"Oh man.. Get down from there!" Alex worried for him before he called out to him. He just shook his head with a smile as a no thank you.
"Any Barons here who would be willing to accept a battle challenge from me?" Nico called out as he took a bow in waiting.
"Huh?" The group said as they realized white gloves were thrown to Nico as they were bounced off.
"I'll accept your challenge. My name is Baron Farrell. How do you do?" Farrell said as he picked up his gloves to acccept the challenge.
"It's a pleasure to meet you." Nico said as he was happy to introduce himself to Farrell.
"I'm looking forward to our battle." Farrell said as he was pleased that Nico accepted his battle, then the doors suddenly opened to the outside Chateau by themselves which got people's attention for them.
"The doors... opened." Alex said as he was startled by the doors opening.
"All right Nico and Farrell. Please proceed to the battlefield." The Maid said as she was polite to let them head to the battlefield.
"All other knights may watch the battle from the outside terrance." The Maid said as she was calling for all the trainers to watch.
"..." The knights all began to walk outside as they watched from the porch as everyone was intrigued to watch these two battle amazingly. Soon, The door opened and a woman came in, she looked up to notice the grant person hanging onto the walls as he waved at her, which caused her to wave back with a slight chuckle.
"Hey, that's Ash.. And Alex." The woman said.. How did she know them?
"Check out the capes!" Ash said as he noticed that Nico and Farell had white capes on them to wear.
"So cool!" Bonnie said excitingly, she liked the capes.
"It's a tradition." Duke Turner explained, it was something to wear for all trainers.
"The atmosphere here is quite different from a Pokemon Gym." Clemont said, knowing how different it was, from a Gym battle. People actually were watching them.
"True... The Battle Chateau was founded on the principles of a knights duel. The aim is to evaluate Pokemon battles through the spirit of chivalry. It became much more than two powerful trainers simply battling along with their greatest Pokemon in a clash of moves. A battle culture that held civility in high regard was born. Nowadays, gym battles have become the mainstream, but many people enjoy the Battle Chateau as something they can only experience in the Kalos Region." Duke Turner explained as he told the story of the knights and how they use their pokemon as spirit to battle with them as they had regards for others and nowadays people enjoy the battle chateau even more than before.
"Wearing those capes is so awesome." Ash said, wanting to wear a cape so bad like Nico.
"Yeah, white capes are worn only by Barons." Chester explained about how they wore the capes.
"So how many noble titles are there besides Grand Duke and Duchess?" Clemont explained to Chester, what else was there?
"Baron is the first noble title, Then there's viscount, Earl is number three, Then there's Marquis... Number five is duke. And the highest is Grand Duke!" Chester explained as he told all those noble titles to gain.
"Wow, that's a lot!" Ash exclaimed, that was a hard work for earning them.
"I'll aim for that goal, a Grand Duke title." Alex said as Ash turned his head to him. Alex wanted the goal so bad of Grand Duke.
"..." Nico and Farrell got the Pokeballs the lightly bumped them against each other as a respectful sign.
"To a good battle!" Nico said as a respectful sign.
"To a good battle!" Farrell said also as a respectful sign.
"The Pokemon Battle between Baron Nico and Baron Farrell is about to commence. If Baron Nico is victorious, that will be his tenth victory, allowing him to ascend to the battle to the title of Viscount. May you battle with spirit, while observing the knight's code of chivalry!" The Maid said as she was giving them a heads up on what was to come next. Wishing them both of luck.
"Fletchinder, Come on out!" Nico said as he revealed his partner.
"I'm getting fired up!" Fletchinder said as he was ready, standing on Nico's shoulder.
"Dusknoir, let's go!" Farrell said as he tossed the Pokeball, revealing his Pokemon.
"Hmph, Let's bring the darkness." Dusknoir said as he emerged onto the field.
"Aw.. They're so cute!" Bonnie said, seeing how a Dusknoir was cute to her.
"A Dusknoir!" Ash exclaimed, he's seen one before. Also getting the attention of Alex which made him smile.
"Nice!" Alex exclaimed on seeing one again.
"Wow, I've never seen one." Serena said as she got her pokedex out and scanned it.
"Dusknoir, The Gripper Pokemon. Dusknoir is said to travel between the human and spirit worlds." The Pokedex read about Farrell's Dusknoir which surprised Serena on what Dusknoir does.
"Nico will win. His fletchinder is super powerful!" Chester said, he was very confident with his brother.
"Use Thunder Punch!" Farell said as he made the first move.
"Thunder.." Dusknoir said as his hand started to spark up with electricity.
"Use Flame Charge, go!" Nico said, hoping to get ahead of Dusknoir before hand.
"Flammme Charge!" Fletchinder said as both pokemon charged at each other.
"Hmph!" Dusknoir sneered as quickly vanished before they exchanged hits.
"It's gone!" Serena exclaimed seeing Dusknoir vanish.
"Hmmm.." Fletchinder said as he began to fly upwards when Dusknoir appeared underneath him.
"Punch!" Dusknoir said as he directly hit dusknoir with a point blank thunder punch.
"Fletchinder's hit!" Ash said as he looked up at where they were.
"Ghost-types are so scary! They can disappear and reappear!" Serena said, knowing how ghost types really could be scary, which gave alex an unamused look on his face who had a gastly with him.
"Electric-type moves are super effective against Flying-types!" Clemont said, knowing that the type matchup was well in Farrell's favor.
"Aaaghhh... Flame CHARGE!" Fletchinder muttered as he then zoomed downwards toward Dusknoir, shaking off the thunder punch like nothing!
"Wow, look at Fletchinder go!" Ash said, seeing the speed of something like fletchinder.
"Awesome!" Chester said as he was amazed.
"That pokemon is speeding downwards like fast!" Alex said, seeing how fast Fletchinder was coming.
"Eurggh!" Fletchinder said as he began to charge faster and faster at Dusknoir.
"Guhhh!" Dusknoir cried out as he was directly hit by Flame charge.
"That Flame charge was powerful!" Ash said, seeing how strong the move really was.
"Plus, Fletchinder got a whole lot faster!" Alex said, knowing how Fletchinder got there very quickly.
"Right! Nico and Fletchinder trained really hard for this battle!" Chester said as the same woman then tapped ash and alex's back shoulders.
"Yoo-hoo!" The woman said which got the two's attention.
"Huh?" Ash said as he turned around to see her.
"Who's there? Who are you?" Alex asked as he looked at the woman with confusion, it was Viola!
"Viola!" Ash exclaimed, seeing her again.
"It's her!" Pikachu said, knowing who Viola was. The Kalos first gym leader was here!
"Hey there you two! Wow, Who would have thought I would be running into you?" Viola said, being amazed seeing that they were here.
"What's going on?" Alex asked, seeing how viola was doing.
"What are you doing here?" Ash asked, why was Viola here instead of her gym duties?
"I love the Chateau. Actually I have the noble title of Duchess." Viola explained, telling the group she had a higher title than Nico had.
"Duchess?" Ash said, Duchess was what now to him?
"It's the second highest title, See. It's the female equivalent of Duke." Viola explained, knowing what the Duchess role was.
"Oh wow, So you must have won a lot of battles to be a Duchess!" Serena said, being amazed on how Viola won so many battles to have that noble title to become Duchess.
"Plus. You're a Gym leader, I guess that's why Ash lost the first time." Alex said as a joke, which made ash look at him unhappily.
"Hey..." Ash said as Dusknoir and Fletchinder continued their battle.
"Ooouughh.." Dusknoir moaned as the smoke cleared, showing Dusknoir had swirls in his eyes and was defeated.
"That's it! And Fletchinder is the winning Pokemon." The Maid said as she called the battle's winner which was Nico's fletchinder.
"Victory." Fletchinder said as he then flapped his wings onto Nico's arm who he stretched out for.
"All right, Nico won!" Chester said as he was excited that his brother won.
"That Fletchinder is strong!" Ash said as he was amazed that Fletchinder won.
"Now that Nico has ten victories, his noble title will change. He goes from the noble title of Baron to the title of Viscount." The Maid said as she promised that Nico would win something and so he wore something else. He wore a blue colored cape now in title of Viscount.
"Excellent! We applaud the two gifted knights and their Pokemon for their valiant battle!" Duke Turner said as he and everyone else clapped in applause for their victory of Nico and Fletchinder.
"AH!" The Climber cried out as he dropped from the walls and fell on the floor.
"What was that?!" Ash said as he turned around his head.
"What happened? Is he okay?" Alex exclaimed, what had happen to him?
"Huh? Not again..." Viola said as she groaned, that was not cool by him.
"Grant... Once more?" Duke Turner said, knowing that climbing the walls was his thing.
"I'm afraid I just couldn't help but applaud. It was to show my respect for such a brilliant battle." Grant said as he slowly got up and was a-okay and in one piece.
"But, Grant... If you felt that way, why didn't you come down first?" Viola said as she questioned Grant and his climbing skills.
"Because the wall refuses to let me go. The walls here are so smooth, they're irrisistable. They draw me to them. You do see the delicate beauty of the Battle Chateau's walls, don't you, Viola?" Grant said as he just loved the walls so much as he felt like a delicate person now.
"Talk about their beauty all you want, but I'll never understand the appeal of walls." Viola said as she never understood what Grant does for a living, sweatdropping while that.
"Really? How did we go from congulating someone to talking about walls now?" Alex said as he wondered what was going on.
"Do you know this guy, Viola?" Ash said as he turned his head to her.
"His name is Grant. He's never seen a wall around here he didn't love. Also, he's strong." Viola said as she explained about Grant more which he loved to climb walls and was a strong trainer.
"They told me the rules. I'd like to battle you, so I was wondering what your title is." Ash said as he wanted to know what his title was to see if he was a first timer here.
"My noble title is Duke." Grant said, revealing his title to ash.
"Duke is the second highest title you can get." Clemont
"Now then, Let us proceed the debut battle involving the two new knights who have come here for their first time today." Duke Turner announced to everyone about the two new knights going to take their first battle here.
"New knights?" Ash said, what did Duke Turner mean by that?
"Yeah. Turner's talking about us!" Chester said as he knew Ash and him were both up next to have a battle.
"Aaahh.." Ash gasped as he had a confident look on his face.
"Amazing!" Pikachu said, knowing they were ready to go.
"Please give the new knights who are about to have their first battle at the Battle Chateau a round of applause!" The Maid said as she was on the battlefield with Ash and Chester onto the same battlefield also.
"Alright, Ash!" Serena said, being ready for him to battle.
"You can do it, Ash!" Alex said as he cheered from the balcony.
"So you say you've battled against Ash and Alex before?" Grant said as he and viola say on a table, giving her something to drink lightly, being considerate on Viola's battle style against them.
"Yeah, that Ash one is a gutsy trainer, that's for sure. Alex is really smart and very thinkative. He really uses strategy when it comes to battles. With their Pokemon, they are the same. They're quite amazing. Once you see their passion and drive, I am sure you will agree." Viola
"Alright. Ash and Chester! Huh?" Alex said as he was cheering for them, then he was startled that someone threw white gloves at him, wanting to have a challenge from him.
"Ash and Chester, whoever wins this first battle will then be awarded the noble title of Baron." The Maid said as Ash and Chester both met in the middle with smiles and bumped their Poke ball in respect.
"Right!" Ash said, knowing he we'll have respect.
"Well, I've been training long and hard for this day! I'm gonna win!" Chester said, knowing he wanted to win so bad for his title.
"Then let's get underway." The Maid said as she was ready to get going.
"To a good battle!" Chester said as he promised.
"Oh yeah... to a good battle!" Ash said as the both of them took separate sides of the battlefield.
"Okay Pikachu, get in there!" Ash said as he pointed to the battlefield.
"Time to shine!" Pikachu said as he stepped in to get battling.
"Hold on, What was in Ash's Pokeball?" Nico asked, he was confused what Ash was doing, Was he breaking the rules?
"You see, that's Pikachu's Poke ball. Pikachu doesn't like being inside it, so it stays out." Clemont explained, knowing Pikachu hated staying inside the Pokeball so he was outside of it all his life.
"Pikachu has always been outside of his Pokeball most of the time, he hates going back inside it." Alex said, knowing that Pikachu wanted to stay out.
"Yeah?" Nico said being intrigued.
"This is our first battle here. I wanna win it with you!" Ash said to Pikachu in hopes of battling his first noble title.
"Got it." Pikachu said, wanting to win also.
"And my Pokemon? It's Fletchling!" Chester said as he tossed a Pokeball and revealed it to be fletchling.
"It's my turn!" Fletchling said as he was ready to go.
"Fletchling's a flying type!" Ash said, knowing Fletchling well since he had one of his own.
"We've been training right alongside Nico's fletchinder! It'll be able to take anything you try!" Chester said, knowing their training will pay off.
"Now, Let the battle begin!" The Maid said as the battle began between the two.
ASH VS CHESTER: ONE ON ONE
"All right! Use thunderbolt!" Ash said as he was ready to go.
"Thunderbolt!" Pikachu said as he started off with Thunderbolt.
"Agility!" Chester said as he let fletchling show off his speed.
"Agility! Agility! Agility!" Fletchling said as it dodged the shocks that Pikachu fired.
"You won't get away! Use Electro ball!" Ash said, knowing that Fletchling wouldn't get away now.
"Electro Ball!" Pikachu said as he fired off Electro balls but Fletchling dodged them all with ease.
"Ash is starting off strong!" Viola said, knowing Ash as usual.
"Perhaps. Although Flying-type Pokemon are weak against Electric-Type moves, it doesn't mean anything if those moves don't connect. Strength can only take you so far." Grant said, knowing that if they don't connect, it was not gonna work.
"Hmmph!" Fletchling said as he kept dodging without a problem against Pikachu.
"Use Feather Dance!" Chester said as Fletchling got out of thunderbolt range and used feather dance.
"Feather Dance!" Fletchling said as dropped feathers which lowered Pikachu attack power.
"Huh?" Pikachu said as he was confused.
"What's going on?" Ash said as a blue power aura surrounded Pikachu.
"We just lowered Pikachu's attack power! Now, Steel Wing!" Chester said as he was telling them about feather dance before moving again.
"Steel Wing!" Fletchling said as his wings glowed with power and charged.
"We won't lose! Iron Tail, let's go!" Ash said as he wanted to counter-attack.
"Iron Tail!" Pikachu said as Pikachu clashed with Steel wing but the power seemed weak for a moment.
"Pikachu's Iron Tail is weaker than it normally is." Clemont noticed on Pikachu's Iron tail be weakened for a moment.
"Feather Dance is an amazing move." Bonnie said, knowing that would be a smart strategic move if it worked.
"Ash and Pikachu, do it!" Serena said as Alex looked confused for a moment. Alex was hit by white gloves so suddenly he turned around.
"Who.. challenged me?" Alex said as he was confused, getting Serena's attention.
"What's up, Alex?" Serena said as Alex looked lost.
"Someone threw gloves at me. Who wanted to challenge me?" Alex said as he saw the white gloves and looked left and right.
"I did. My name is Isaac, I want to battle you." Isaac said as he was a man who was tall as he was, wearing a fancy suit and a vest with slick pants and black shoes, he was having green eyes with medium brown hair as he looked at the trainer he challenged. Alex smiled at this new challenge he would face..
"Alright. You're on after this battle." Alex said as he knew it was on, to get a noble title.
"Excellent, I'll be ready." Isaac said as he bowed slightly.
"Fletchling, Steel wing!" Chester said as he and ash continued to battle.
"Alright!" Fletchling said as he charged in again.
"Use Iron Tail one more time!" Ash said, knowing that he had to do it again.
"Got it!" Pikachu said as he jumped up in the air.
"Steel wing!" Fletchling said as he charged in again with Steel wing.
"Iron Tail!" Pikachu said as he clashed steel wing and iron tail.
"Steel Wing! Eurgh!" Fletchling said as he fought hard, then they got in the air.
"Iron Tail! Eurrah!" Pikachu said as he and fletchling clashed iron tail and steel wing multiple times in the air as this was shocking Chester.
"But Pikachu's attack power is down!" Chester said as he was looking up in air, he was very confused now.
"If one hit isn't enough, we'll just hit it a bunch of times!" Ash said, as he knew it would work if they repeated again and again.
"Iron Tail!" Pikachu said as he knocked Fletchling down.
"Gnnnghh!" Fletchling said as he was down on the ground.
"You know, You were right about Ash's strength." Grant said as he was surprised on Ash's strength.
"See?" Viola said as she looked at Grant.
"The strength to deal with adversity. Looks like this battle's already over.." Grant said as he knew it was gonna be over.
"Now, Check out Pikachu's thunderbolt!" Ash said as he was ready to the final blow to win.
"Hmph! Thunderbollt!" Pikachu said as he jumped and used Thunderbolt.
"Eeeyaaaahhh!" Fletchling said as he was shocked hard by Pikachu.
"Oh no!" Chester said as Fletchling began to fall from the air.
"Erruughh.." Fletchling said as he had swirls on his eyes, defeated by Pikachu.
"That's it! And Pikachu is the winning Pokemon!" The Maid said as that was it for the battle, Pikachu won the battle.
"That was incredible." Alex said as Ash and Chester met in the middle of the battlefield with smiles.
"Thank you very much." Ash and Chester said together with a slight bow in a respectful way.
"I knew you'd win it, Pikachu!" Ash said as he was excited.
"Thank you!" Pikachu said as he was proud.
"You were strong too, fletchling. Thanks for working hard." Chester said as he lightly took fletchling and petted him.
"Chester lost..." Nico said as he was upset that his little brother lost.
"There's always next time." Clemont said as he knew there was another time to win it.
"Yeah, he'll just have to train with me more. Today's loss is tomorrow's win!" Nico said as he knew that was more for training.
"Now that is a good sportsmanship, they respect each other after battles. It might be title to fight for. But it was fair and clean." Alex said as he knew about the sportsmanship they had. Respect is what it was.
"And now, I am pleased to announce that Ash from Pallet Town is awarded the noble title of Baron. Congratulations." The Maid said as she awarded Ash with a white cape around him with the title of Baron.
"Hah, I'm a Baron now!" Ash said as he was amazed with the Baron.
"Bummer I lost, But congratulations!" Chester said as he was proud of Ash.
"And now, We will start with another battle. Making his debut against Isaac from the Hoenn region. Alex from Celestic Town will start his battle!" The Maid said as she knew there was another battle up next.
"Looks like we better get going. Your friend is up." Chester said as he knew they had to move quickly.
"Yep." Ash said as he knew about Alex.
"Alex and Isaac, whoever wins this first battle will then be awarded the noble title of Baron." The Maid said as Alex and Isaac were on the same battlefield now with Ash back on the balcony.
"To a Good battle!" Alex said as he and Isaac bumped their Poke Ball respectfully in a nice way.
"To a good battle, indeed!" Isaac said as both of them went to their separate sides to battle.
"Alright, Gastly! Make your time shine! I choose you!" Alex said as he selected his Pokemon.
"Heh, My pal Vivillion! Go!" Isaac said as he tossed a Poke ball out.
"Graaghh!" Gastly said as he was ready to go.
"Let's do this!" Vivillion said as it looked something like a Purple Color.
"Alright, Now, Let the battle begin!" The Maid said as she began the battle between them both.
ALEX VS ISAAC: ONE ON ONE
"Okay Gastly, Go for Hypnosis!" Alex said as he wanted to move first.
"Hypnosis!" Gastly said as he sent out waves.
"Blow the waves away! They can't put you to sleep then!" Isaac said as he didn't want Vivillion to fall asleep.
"Huff! Huff!" Vivillion said as she used her wings to blow away the waves back.
"Alright, Hide and attack with Lick!" Alex said as he knew what to do.
"hehe..." Gastly said as he disappeared.
"See? Alex is using a smart way to throw off his opponent there." Viola said as she was showing how alex used his strategy.
"It seems likely. But with the way he's using it. If opponents catch on, they know he can run a wrong strategy." Grant said, knowing if he uses it again. Bad things might happen.
"Find him using your senses and eyes! He won't get you there!" Isaac said as he wanted Vivillion's eyes to get Gastly from hiding.
"Hmm, What? Where is he?" Vivillion said as she used her eyes to look for Gastly on his vanishment.
"Hehe.. Lick! Lick! Lick!" Gastly said as he approached behind Vivillion and started to lick her repeatedly, damaging her.
"Ghnk! Gah! Ow!" Vivillion said as gastly was hitting vivillion in different directions.
"Now, Gust him away!" Isaac said as he needed the combo to end.
"Gusttt!" Vivillion said as she brushed her wings to scatter away Gastly which revealed his location.
"Ghhh!" Gastly said as he was being pushed back.
"Gastly, are you all right?" Alex asked as Gastly was okay.
"Yeah." Gastly said as Vivillion floated above him.
"Hah! Gahh!" Aahhh.." Vivillion said as she smirked, then she felt sparks come through, making her slower.
"Hey, Something is up with Vivillion!" Bonnie said, noticing that Vivillion was being shocked.
"Of course, Lick has a chance to paralyze the opponent, so vivillion is being shaken up by paralysis!" Clemont said as he explained about the effects of Lick and had to paralyze an opponent!
"Alright! Now, Let's finish this if we can! Use Night Shade!" Alex said as he had the speed now.
"Night Shadeee!" Gastly said as it fired off Night Shade.
"Guhhh.." Vivillion said as she was hit directly.
"Use Infestation!" Isaac said as he had to have a chance to attack and finish it.
"Infestation!" Vivillion said as she used Infestation.
"Gaah! Hmmph, Haah..." Gastly said as he was hit by it before it hurt him again to slowly chip away health.
"Infestation hits hard but now we got some time. Okay, let's finish this battle this time! One more time! Finish with night shade!" Alex said as he knew if it continued, Gastly would lose to infestation's power.
"Dodge! Vivillion, please!" Isaac said, pleading for her to miss.
"Night Shadeee!" Gastly said as he used one more final night shade.
"Guaaahhh... Ouuhhh.." Vivillion said as she was directly struck by it and began to fall.
"Vivillion!" Isaac called out to the pokemon as Vivillion had swirls on it's eyes.
"That's it! Vivillion is unable to continue battling! Gastly is the winner!" The Maid said as that was the battle, everyone cheered on for Gastly.
"Yeah!" Gastly said as he was happy he won.
"Thank you so much, Gastly. Thank you so much." Alex said as he thanked the Pokemon, Alex and Isaac met in the middle.
"Hmm." Isaac stuttered as he crossed his arms, being a bit upset.
"Aw, Don't be like that. I tried my hardest." Alex said as he wanted to show respect.
"Hey, Good battle?" Isaac said as he offered out his hand. Alex then smiled..
"Yeah. Good battle." Alex said as they shook hands in respect. That's how it goes.
"And now, I am pleased to announce that Alex from Celestic Town is awarded the noble title of Baron. Congratulations." The Maid said as she announced Alex a title of Baron, making the group happy.
"Thank you very much. Wow, I'm a Baron!" Alex said as he thanked her before he was dressed up like a baron.
"And now, A picture to mark your first victories here! Now smile!" Viola said as she got her camera ready for the both of them and their first battles before a white glove was on her shoulder.
"Huh?" The group said as they noticed the white gloves.
"A white glove!" Clemont said, seeing it.
"Someone's challenging you!" Alex exclaimed, knowing someone was going to battle her.
"Hmm, I was wondering when he'd finally ask me." Viola said as she smiled on who it was before getting up.
"Hi, Grant." Viola said as she turned to see Grant behind her, knowing who that was.
"Duchess Viola, I would like to challenge you to a battle." Grant said, offering the challenge.
"And I accept." Viola said as it looked like it was on.
Battle Chateau Battlefield
"To a good battle." Grant said as they had their Poke Ball out for a battle.
"To a good battle." Viola said, doing the same thing with Grant.
"Everybody out!" Ash said as he took out Froakie and Fletchling to watch the battle.
"Come on out, Guys!" Alex said as he got his team to watch the battle.
"Hmph." Froakie said as he stood on the balcony.
"Hmm?" Fletchling said as he was curious what was going on.
"Eh?" Dunsparce said as he looked around.
"Joy!" Pidgey said as he was on Alex's shoulder.
"Heh." Gastly smugged as he was going to watch, Chester looked over at Ash.
"Hey Ash, I didn't know you had a Fletchling, too." Chester said as he was amazed Ash had a Fletchling too.
"Yeah! Everybody let's cheer for Viola!" Ash said to Chester before telling his Pokemon.
"Go Viola!" Froakie cheered on from the sidelines.
"Go, Viola!" Fletchling cheered out excitingly.
"The Chateau Pokemon battle between Duchess Viola and Duke Grant will now commence! Both only need but one more victory, so whoever wins this battle will ascend to become Grand Duke or Grand Duchess, the highest noble title possible!" The Maid said as she told the conditions for both sides on being the duches to rise to the highest title.
"Alright Surskit, Let's go!" Viola said as she summed her Pokemon to battle.
"Hmph!" Surskit said as it was ready to go.
"It's surskit!" Ash said, being surprised Viola didn't use Vivillion.
"Yeah!" Pikachu said as Grant chose his Pokemon.
"Onix, You're on!" Grant said as he tossed a Poke Ball, revealing who it was.
"Grrooaaahhh!" Onix cried up into the sky as it was up against it.
"Wow, It's huge!" Bonnie said as she was amazed on Onix being so big.
"Onix, that's a rock type!" Ash said as he knew that Pokemon.
"It's amazing!" Serena said as she was amazed, Alex looked puzzled.
"But, isn't Surskit part water type? Onix is weak to that." Alex said, knowing the type matchup very well. Serena got her Pokedex out to scan it.
"Onix, The Rock Snake Pokemon. Onix takes in enormous amounts of soil through it's mouth, creating long tunnels." The Pokedex said as it read about Onix and how it created tunnels from soil it takes.
"Begin!" The Maid said as the battle for the highest title possible between the two of them.
"Surskit! Use Ice Beam!" Viola said as she used her strategy once more.
"Ice Beeaaam! Ice Beam!" Surskit said as it made an icy battlefield and skated across.
"I thought you'd be using that strategy. Speed may be one of your specialities, but i'll stop you in your tracks! Use Rock Tomb!" Grant said as he knew that this would not work as he had a plan.
"Gorraah!" Onix said as it began to summon rocks.
"Yeah? My Surskit won't be stopped as easily as you think!" Viola said as she knew Surskit would not stop at anything to win with it skating on ice.
"Go!" Grant called to Onix.
"Rock Tooomb!" Onix said as it was controlling Rock Tomb and making Surskit dodge a lot of rocks.
"Whoa!" Surskit said as it skated left and right to dodge many rocks.
"Wow! That's crazy!" Alex said, being amazed on the Rock tomb.
"What's going on with that Rock Tomb?!" Ash exclaimed, something was up with Rock Tomb.
"It's controlling the boulders!" Nico said as he was shocked by this.
"Grant must've trained hard to do that!" Chester said as he
"He's obviously no ordinary trainer!" Clemont exclaimed, knowing that Grant was a different type of trainer.
"Whoa! Whoa! Aahh!" Surskit said as it dodged mroe before being trapped by rocks and was having nowhere to go.
"Surskit, Use Bubble Beam!" Viola said, planning an escape route.
"Bubble Beaam! Oohh!" Surskit said as it spun around and used bubblebeam on the rocks, destroying them and escaping before the last boulder crushed it. As it dodged more boulders, it got in the same trapped situation again!
"Use Protect!" Viola said as she had her emergency move.
"Prootect!" Surskit said as it blocked off rock tomb and decided to retreat.
"Hmph, Running away?" Onix said as he noticed it scram back to Viola.
"Huh, You dodged that well." Grant said as he was impressed.
"Now, Use Signal Beam!" Viola said as she made her move, not wasting any time talking.
"Signal Beaam!" Surskit said as it got in the air and fired off a purple beam.
"Use Flash Cannon!" Grant said to counter-attack the move.
"Flash Cannon!" Onix said as it pointed towards surskit which clashed with signal beam, causing a small explosion.
"Now, get closer!" Viola said as she wanted to get in range from the explosion.
"Right!" Surskit said as it skated toward Onix again.
"Rock Polish!" Grant said, having a plan now.
"Hrrrgghhh!" Onix said as he growled with blue electric shocks leaking out from his body.
"Hmph, Ah! Whoa! Ah!" Surskit said as it tried to move away from Onix with it's moves.
"Huh, nope, I don't think so!" Onix said as it used it's long body to watch Surskit's every move it tried to make.
"It's getting faster!" Ash said as he noticed how Onix was catching up to Surskit's speed.
"Onix seems to know Surskit's movements! Rock Polish really helped!" Alex exclaimed, knowing how Onix seemed to move very fast.
"Onix does seem to out-maneuevring Surskit!" Clemont said as he was amazed to see onix go faster.
"Just like a Duke's Pokemon! Off the charts!" Nico said as he felt like he fit in the role perfectly.
"Your power and speed have improved tremendously!" Viola said as she noticed the speed was too fast.
"You're too kind." Grant said as Viola knew this was all talk and no bite.
"Use Ice Beam!" Viola said as she wanted to give off a free shot.
"Ice Beam!" Surskit said as it fired off Ice Beam and trapped Onix's tail part in ice, making it helpless. But for Grant, not really.
"Onix, Jump!" Grant said as he knew what to do.
"HrrOOAAAGGHH!" Onix growled as it jumped up high in the air, surprising everyone.
"Huh?!" Viola gasped out in surprise, the group was shocked, Nico and Chester were even dumbfounded.
"Whoa! What a jump!" Ash said as he knew that jump was incredible, no matter what.
"That's incredible! No Pokemon like that can jump so high!" Alex said, being amazed on how Onix can jump so high like that.
"Now, Use Rock Tomb!" Grant said as he wanted to end it with his move.
"Rock Tooommmb!" Onix said as he used more and more Rocks to surround surskit.
"Aaah! Oh no!" Surskit said as it was cornered again as Viola was unsure what to do now. She couldn't get in range.
"It's over, Use Flash Cannon." Grant said as he wanted to fire a point blank Flash Cannon.
"Flash Cannon!" Onix said as it fired a Flash Cannon onto the field.
"Surskit, no!" Viola called out as the explosion smoke cleared and showed Surskit was defeated with swirls on his eyes.
"Eurrghh..." Surskit groaned out in defeat.
"Orraaahh!" Onix said as he groaned up into the sky as victory.
"That's it! Onix is the winning Pokemon!" The Maid said as that was the battle, Grant had won and defeated viola once and for all.
"Surskit, you were wonderful." Viola said as she thanked Surskit very well.
"You battled well. You win. And you're a Grand Duke now!" Viola said as she was happy that Grant won.
"Well, it's all because of Onix's hard work. Onix earned it. And gets all the credit." Grant said as he morely thanked Onix than himself, causing Onix to be happy.
"Awesome." Ash said as he and his Pokemon sweatdropped nervously. That was incredible by Onix and Grant.
"Incredible." Pikachu said, knowing that was one heck of a battle.
"Scary." Froakie said as he was now nervous of Grant.
"That Rock tomb is totally incredible!" Nico said as he was astounded.
"The Rock Tomb seemed to be his favorite move. I don't know how you can stop that." Alex said, how could that be possible to stop?
"Not just that. It's moves, combined with its ease of getting around make it unbelievable!" Clemont said, knowing how good Grant was.
"Plus, that jump! That's crazy! How can an Onix do something like that?" Alex said, knowing how the jump really got them by surprise.
"And strong, it's strong it jumped!" Bonnie said as she was astounded.
"They're in a league of their own! I never would've guessed!" Serena said as she knew they had their own league on playing the game.
"Well, In the future. I'm gonna be in their league." Alex said as he promised he will join them.
A Few Hours Later, Battle Chateau Sunset.
"Grant?" Ash said as Grant was beginning to leave the Battle chateau room.
"Hmm?" Grant said as he looked at everyone who saw him.
"That battle was the best ever! I wanna raise my title just so I can battle you someday!" Ash said as he wanted to battle Grant so badly if he wasn't a baron.
"Me too! Now, I've got one more goal!" Nico said as he was ready to reach Grand Duke to challenge Grant.
"I lost today, but tomorrow i'll win!" Chester said as he knew about winning soon.
"But, Ash. You would need countless days of battling trainers the same class to reach up to Grant's strength." Alex said as he knew about the ranks.
"Well. It's a tough climb, but i'll be here." Grant said, knowing he'll be ready to challenge them, suddenly Grant remembered something.
"Oh yes, I heard you both are challenging several gyms." Grant said as he recalled Ash and Alex's gym challenges.
"That's right!" Ash said as he knew about the gyms.
"Yeah, that's correct!" Alex said as he was chiming in.
"Then we'll probably be seeing each other at the gym first before we battle back here." Grant said, the group was puzzled with what Grant said.
"Huh?" Ash said as he was confused.
"Wait, you'll be at the gym?" Alex said, what did he mean by that of a gym?
"You see, Grant's the Cyllage City Gym Leader." Viola explained, Grant was a gym leader! This got everyone's sudden attention.
"HUH!?" The Group shouted, hearing what Grant's role was.
"YOU'RE A GYM LEADER TOO?! NO WONDER YOU SAID THAT TO US!" Alex shouted as he was surprised.
"YOU'RE THE CYLLAGE GYM LEADER?!" Serena shouted, being surprised on who the Cyllage Gym leader was.
"The Cyllage City gym is the one these two are going to challenge next!" Clemont said, knowing that Ash and Alex were gonna challenge the Cyllage Gym next for them.
"That's why you're so strong!" Nico said, no wonder that Grant was a powerful trainer.
"Two gym leaders battling each other! Wow!" Chester said as he was amazed by their power.
"You used Onix! So that means your Gym is a Rock-Type gym!" Clemont said as he knew Grant's gym them. It was a rock type gym thanks to Onix's giveaway.
"Uh.. You're exactly right." Grant said as he was slightly overwhelmed with questions.
"GUYS! GIVE GRANT SOME SPACE!" Alex shouted as everyone backed off a bit to let grant not get overwhelmed by questions.
"Thanks for settling it down." Grant said as he thanked Alex for it.
"Now we know. Rock types. Huh?" Alex said as he was curious.
"Rock types.." Ash said, knowing the type matchups well then.
"You know, Your Pikachu is quite strong. And your Gastly is amazing. I'll be looking forward to the day you both come and challenge me at the Cyllage Gym." Grant said to the two trainers as he was ready for the meeting.
"Great!" Ash said as he was glad for Grant to have come and challenge him.
"Got it!" Pikachu said as he was sure to win.
"Yeah!" Alex said as he promised to Grant to win.
"Until then!" Grant said as he smiled then took his leave and left the Battle Chateau.
"Hmm." Alex said as he nodded.
"You'll need to come up with a strategy that can counter the powerful rock tomb if you both want to win that badge!" Serena said, knowing Rock tomb was a good move to be a problem.
"Yeah, I'll be ready! We'll train together like there's no tomorrow!" Ash said as he had to train hard to beat Rock Tomb.
"You know it!" Pikachu said as he was gonna have to win.
"We'll be like him!" Froakie said as he was determined.
"No way we'll lose." Fletchling said, knowing this would be a tough battle.
"Quite strong. I like it." Pidgey said as he was more prepped to battle.
"Hmm. Yeah." Dunsparce said as he was unsure what to do now.
"Hmph, okay." Gastly said as he knew this would be a good way to battle a good trainer.
Outside the Battle Chateau entrance
"Nico, Chester, thanks for showing us this cool place." Ash said, knowing that they really helped out.
"Yeah, We trained a lot due to this place!" Alex said as he knew it was well for training.
"No worries, yo!" Nico said as he was glad they were coming along.
"Good luck with your gym battles both, yo, yo!" Chester said as he said to Ash and Alex with his style.
"And don't stop until you find yo family, yo!" Nico said to Alex which he gave a thumbs up.
"And come back here if they are found here, yo! We can challenge you till our Grand Dukes, yo!" Chester said as he knew they would be stronger the next time.
"Here we go with the yo's, yo." Serena groaned out in annoyance as she was tired of Nico and Chester's nonsense with the word 'yo' to her.
"Yo, yo! They're contagious!" Chester said as he heard what Serena had said.
"Ahp!" Serena mumbled to herself as she covered her lips, not meaning like that.
"HAH!" Alex laughed as Serena groaned, she rolled her eyes.
"We're gonna become a whole lot stronger and the next time you see us, you'll be looking at two Grand Duke's, yo, baby, yo!" Nico said, knowing that they would become Grand Duke's the next time they would meet them at the Battle Chateau.
"Look forward to it, yo!" Chester said, hopefully they would come and meet again.
"Yeah! I'll be a lot stronger next time, too! See you then!" Ash said as he was waving goodbye to them.
"Good luck with training!" Pikachu called out to them in hopes of the training they would get.
"And don't forget, we might come back here to train more!" Alex said, knowing they might need to train more in case they would come back.
"Good luck, yo!" Chester and Nico called out as they waved goodbye as the group headed toward their next destination.
A visit to the battle chateau has not only given our heroes a memorable experience, but also introduced from Ash and Alex to Grant, the gym leader of Cyllage City! Excitement is in the air for these two, as the Kalos journey continues!
