Chapter 8: Drinking the happily ever after potion

Having escaped Andrephelus factory the group were on there way back to the castle as Blitzo read the potion label "Happily ever after potion, maximum strength, for you and your true love, if one of you drinks this both should be fine, love hope and beauty devine" he read "You both be fine? What does that mean?" Asked Moxxie curious "It means Stolas will be affected as well " said Blitzo as he thinks that if he drinks the potion to become human Stolas will return to be a human as well "Alright *pops the cork open and takes a breath* this is the only way to find out" he said as Moxxie crossed his arms "Wait your gonna drink that for real? I dont like the looks of that" he said worried "He is right, we should at least test it first to see if its harmless" said Lucy as Blitzo looked at Moxxie who was nervous at the glint "Congrats you are the taste tester" he said as he sniffed the potion…and sneezed some of the potion onto a toadstool "Geese, now Moxxie dont be a baby and drink it up" he said forcing Moxxie to drink it as he gagged "Honestly sir" he said as he studied himself "Huh must be slow working" said Moxxie as Blitzo studied the potion bottle a bit hesitant.

But he cared to much for Stolas to not stop hoping…maybe the potion can make him into a human or give him the skill to at least give a heir to make Pidemon proud as he drank it down. Once cranked Lucy and Dohy studied them "Sooo feel any thing?" Asked Dohy curious as Blitzo felt something…no he felt nothing as he looked down "it didnt work, I guess it wasnt meant to be for me and Stolas to be together" he said sadly as a loud crack of thunder was heard as it started to rain as Dohy yelped as Lucy pulled from a hammer space a special raincoat made by her summon spirit Virgo, the dohy sinner can handle water but not to much that he gets drippy "Come on we should find a spot to stay the night to recover" said Lucy as Blitzo nodded but yelped clutching his stomach like something was arranging as Doghy caught him "Ow what the fuck" he mumbled cringing "Now we really need to find him a place to stay whatever that potion did is hurting Blitzo" said Dohy as he picked him up no problem as the group went to find a place to stay not realizing the mushroom was now a lovely rose.

The group continued as the rain came down harder as the pain was harder on blitoz "Come on now where can we stay?" Wondered Lucy worried for the Imp "Hay I think I see something" said Moxxie as he pointed at a barn as they went in as Dohy placed Blitzo on a hay stack as he curled in pain as he stared out the open door as he saw the castle worried for Stolas "I hope Stolas isnt in much pain as I am" said Blitzo worried "The guy is surrounded by doctors I am sure your husband will be ok sir" said Moxxie grinning as he and Dohy shared a look and sang to try to cheer up the poor imp

Moxxie and Dohy: The sun will come out

Suddenly Moxxie fainted as Dohy whaahhed worried "Mox are you al…Started Blitzo but fainted as well worrying Dohy and Lucy "Ahh what happened!" Yelled Dohy as Lucy checked "There ok, just out cold, I'll ask Aries to make a comfortable wool bed and for Virgo to bring some blankets for the poor fellas. What ever happened to the two they hope Stolas isnt suffering.

Back at the castle Stolas packed his bags and dressed in casual cloths, he is going to find Blitzo and take him him as Assago looked in "Where are you going? Its storming like mad Tio" the red head said as Stolas walked passed him "I am going to find my husband and return to our true home, this was never my home at all" said Stolas "Well at least let me get dressed and I'll drive you home" said Assago as he went into his room to switch out of his PJs as Stolas went to the library and knocked seeing his mom and dad "There you are we missed you at dinner" said Pidemon "is everything ok?" Asked Octavia worried for her son as she saw the bags "Where are you going in this horrid weather" she asked worried "Well I am taking fathers advice, I am thinking of what's best for me" said Stolas firm "Well its nice to see that you listened to me" said Pidemon thinking that his son is finally going to give up with Blitzo and see sense "But why are you packed?" Asked Pidemon confused "Becasue I am going home, I was a fool to think that you would…even…" Started Stolas as he shook his head a bit upset by his dads choices.

"Sweetie are you ok?" Asked Octavia but gave a glare to her husband with a look saying 'we will talk about this later' "I am fine mother, but I am leaving" said Stolas as a now dressed Assago opened the door "Come on Tio" said Assago "Stolas please at least wait until the storm blows over" said Octavia worried for her son "Lets not be rash son" said Pidemon as Stolas was about to leave but he felt a feeling of light headless and fainted but Assago quickly grabbed him before he fell to the floor "Stolas? Stolas! Oh dear god please wake up" he yelled shaking his cousion in hopes of waking him him up as his aunt and uncle sat near them worried of there son.

Meanwhile back at the barn Lucy tucked Blitzo and Moxxie up as Doghy was sleeping as the celestial spirt Aries patted his head making sure he sleeps well as Lucy went to sleep as well…as suddenly Blitzo and Moxxie glowed in a bright light

Back at the castle the family laid Stolas back into his room to rest hoping he would wake up the next day as Pidemon looked sadly at his son "I am sorry my son, truly sorry" he said giving a kiss on his forehead as he walked out…none of them knowing that the same glow that happened at the barn was also happening to Stolas as well enveloping the bird…

Authors note: well that is something and what the potion will do on Moxxie and Blitzo I altered it a bit that not only it can turn ugly into handsome, but something deeper.

Next chapter Blitzo and Moxxie learn the effects the potion had done on them as Chaz makes his move on a now human Stolas pretending to be Blitzo for Andrephelus plan.
