Chapter 11
Brooke couldn't believe how excited and nervous she felt.
The two had dated before. They had shared themselves with each other.
But it was long ago. They were older very different versions of themselves.
Which made this weekend special and meaningful.
Brooke finished packing her suitcase. And left for work at her store.
Hours later
(You look happy.) Haley mentioned as she sat down across from her best friend in their booth at Karen's cafe.
(I am. Me and Brooke are doing better than I could of hoped for.)
(Who knew that me following my heart would lead me back to Brooke.) Lucas said.
(Do you see a future for you and Brooke?) Haley asked.
As they started searching the they gave their orders.
And Lucas looked to her. (Yeah I do.)
(We have the careers we imagined.) (I'm in no rush though.)
(I want everything and more with her.) Lucas admitted.

(Karen I sent you you those letters to pass on to Lucas.)
(I need to talk to him. And those letters give him an idea as to why.) Peyton explained.
