Brooke finished up with her ongoing rush of customers. She loved having her regulars. But she enjoyed seeing and interacting with new people that visited her store.
She was glad when it was just her again. It gave her some time to regroup and decompress.
As the front door to her store opened and shut.
(Boyfriend!) Brooke said with a smile as she rushed out from the register.
Lucas went straight over to her. Opening his arms. As he held her closely.
Kissing her hard. Caressing her slowly.
At some they pulled apart. Gazing into each other's eyes.
(Lucas.) Brooke said softly.
(I have our suite booked. Our time away. )
(I am so fully. All consuming in love with you.) Lucas proclaimed.
(I'm in love with you too. I know I'm safe with you. My heart. My body.)
(You have me no matter what.) Brooke proclaimed.
(We're on our way to our someday. Marriage. Kids. You are my present and future Brooke Davis.) Lucas proclaimed.
Brooke swallowed hard. Feeling tears well up in her eyes.
