With the planned conference in Tokyo giving them the chance, Uraraka and the members of the new Alliance take the opportunity to visit Gojo's old school for both strategical and personal reasons. Meanwhile, Kenjaku prepares his moves in the background.

Wizardwolf 1020: I also realize how much legwork I need to do to make Sento as scary as Mahito. Maybe things will pop up in my head in the future.

Guest: Guess you have to see what this curse of Quirks will do. And yes, IzuOcha is very cute, and Midoriya will be more involved in the plot as the story goes on.

Chapter 9: Old School

Kenjaku walked through what appeared to be a dense tropical jungle. It was in the middle of the day, and the sun's rays highlighted the green of the trees around the sorcerer. In their hand was a small paper folder that shifted its slight weight as they walked.

Moving through the jungle, the sorcerer eventually finds himself inside a clearing, where the jungle floor is replaced with a smooth stony surface. In the center of the clearing was a very large stone structure resembling an inactive volcano. A sort of shrine an isolated tribe would make for a force of nature.

"Well, this is new." Kenjaku commented on the volcano shrine in front of him. "Reminds me of a previous colleague I had."

There was a shift in the canopy above the sorcerer, causing them to turn around with curiosity.

That was when the ground underneath Kenjaku's feet shifted to trap them in a mound of dirt. The sorcerer looks down unamused before hearing the ground shift again.

This time, dirt spikes emerge from the ground before him, quickly darting towards the sorcerer's face.

"It seems you got your strength back." Kenjaku smirks.

The sorcerer destroys all the incoming dirt spikes with a single backhand strike. After freeing himself from the trap by punching the ground, Kenjaku looks around the clearing to find his assailant.

The volcano shrine behind them suddenly rumbles before erupting lava into the air. Kenjaku turns towards the eruption as the lava's trajectory turns to aim toward them. The sorcerer merely watches this with nothing more than an amused expression before a bush shifts behind them.

"Found you."

Kenjaku turns and grabs their attacker by the head by the head before holding him in front of the lava threatening to crash into him.

"How much control of your technique do you have?" Kenjaku asked.

"Technique Release!"

The moment Kenjaku's attacker yells those words, the incoming lava instantly cools and condenses into a large blob of obsidian. Satisfied, the sorcerer drops his attacker onto the floor of the clearing.

"It's good to see you, cursed spirit." Kenjaku greeted happily.

"You disrespectful piece of shit. Just because we're business partners doesn't mean you have the right to degrade us." The cursed spirit spat out in anger.

"Sorry, sorry. My bad. It's been what, a few hundred years since we last met?" Kenjaku smiled politely. "I already forgot your names."

Hearing this, the cursed spirit calmed down in his anger and stood up from where he fell. He was an average-sized humanoid, around one and a half meters in height and slightly shorter than the body Kenjaku was hijacking. His body was made of granite with a large, barrel-like build. He had one green eye and moss in the shape of long messy hair and a beard. The cursed spirit was clad in rough leather making up his pants, boots and shoulder armor.

"It's Ulcus. It will damn well serve you to remember that." The cursed spirit continued to spit out bitterly. "Now why the fuck are you here?"

"I assume you already know the answer the way you were quick to use your technique on me." Kenjaku turns to the volcano shrine and the mass of obsidian sticking out of it. "You felt it, didn't you? Your cursed energy increasing?"

Ulcus' eyes shot wide. "You mean it worked?! The damn Virya Gates worked?!"

"Indeed. It took me a while to decipher the notes you gave me, but now most of Japan has reclaimed their ability to create cursed energy." Kenjaku takes out a small cube from their pocket.

The cube was about the same size as a Rubik's cube, having a primarily dark purple color and multiple spikes on all sides except one which contains a single eye.

"So I believe you're up for some action? Where are your friends?" Kenjaku asked.

"The two of them are still hibernating. Tried waking their asses up but no dice." Ulcus stated.

"That just means their cursed energy is still low. We should give them time to wake up." Kenjaku stated. "In the meantime, how about you come with me as I do some business."

"Do I get to start some shit?" Ulcus asked.

"Most certainly. I say it helps in the deal I'll be making." Kenjaku stated.

"Well count me the fuck in! About damn time I get to stretch my legs!" Ulcus smiled brightly at the proposition.

"Okay then. Let's go. No use in waiting." Kenjaku stated.

"Took the words out of my mouth, Kenjaku. Let's get to it." Ulcus stated, eager to get this started.

"Oh!"

Uraraka finds herself practically drooling over the bowl of chazuke just served in front of her. The smell was so intoxicating, and she was tempted to take off the blindfold and use the Six Eyes to look at every single detail in the bowl.

"Well? Eat up. We've got a long day ahead of us." Jiro smiled at the brunette's antics.

"Okay! Let's go!" Uraraka raises her chopsticks into the air before digging into the bowl.

They all had arrived in Shibuya early that morning and had already gotten a room from the hotel they were using. Since the conference wasn't supposed to be until tomorrow, the students were encouraged to head out and explore the city for the day. This was both a way to boost the low morale of the students as well as a way to head to Gojo's old school.

Currently, Uraraka and the first years are having breakfast at a restaurant near their hotel. While they were bothered by the locals who recognized them, the girl could not care less as she ate up her own breakfast.

"Whoa there, Uraraka-san." Midoriya lets out a small chuckle at her friend's enthusiasm.

"I'm sorry, but I can't help myself." Uraraka stopped momentarily to speak before she continued to eat. "It's so good."

"Well, I can't argue with that." Midoriya stated as a waiter came by to serve a bowl of katsudon. "Thank you, sir."

"I"m glad to see all of you enjoying yourselves. It is a great thing to be optimistic in times of trouble." Iida smiled at the sight in front of him.

"I'm excited to learn what we might find at the school." Kirishima smiled as wide as ever. "If we can, I want to learn how to become a sorcerer as well."

"The feeling's mutual, Kirishima." Jiro stated. "Though I am curious about what sort of cursed techniques we have."

"Do you think you can see cursed techniques with the Six Eyes, Uraraka?" Iida asked.

"Well, I don't think I can." Uraraka explains between slurps. "I mean, I can see Quirks and cursed techniques, and I can find enough differences to distinguish them. I can recognize Deku and Bakugo's Quirk Factors even if they're like far away."

"Tch." Bakugo merely huffed in annoyance after being mentioned.

"But I can't really know what any of them do just by visualization alone." Uraraka continued. "For example, I know what Bakugo's Quirk does, but I guess if another person has the Six Eyes and is not familiar with him wouldn't know what his Quirk does unless he… y'know."

"What was that Rosy?! You think you're better than me?!" Bakugo yelled out.

"Well yeah, she is technically. She does have my technique after all." Gojo's mouth appears discreetly on Uraraka's hand where nobody would see it.

"Fuck you, magic man! Stay out of this!"

"Look, what I'm trying to say is that the Six Eyes cannot tell me what your cursed techniques can do." Uraraka stated once more as she continued to eat her meal. "I guess we will know when the time comes."

"Man, that sucks." Kirishima stated. "So I guess it's a matter of when we can start training our Jujutsu then, huh?"

"So, when do we plan to start?" Jiro asked.

"Oh, don't worry. Once we get the tools and resources, we can get to teaching you how to become-"

Uraraka had to cover Gojo's mouth with her hand as a waiter stopped by and served a box of mochi in front of her.

"Mochi? Did anyone here order mochi?" Midoriya asked.

"I did." Uraraka states before turning to the waiter. "Thank you."

As the waiter left their table, Uraraka slowly uncovered Gojo's mouth to let him speak again.

"Thanks for ordering, 'Chako. Now, can you just grab one for a sec?" Gojo requested.

"Um, okay?"

As Uraraka reaches out to the plate of mochi, Gojo's mouth forms on her palm before taking one of the sweets and eating it whole.

The students all pause to process the strange sight as the mouth continues to chew the sweet down before swallowing.

"Eh?" Midoriya's jaw had dropped in confusion.

"What the fuck?" Bakugo didn't have the heart to yell it out.

"Hey, excuse me for having a sweet tooth. If I'm gonna be stuck in a body that isn't mine, least I can do is enjoy some sweet sugar." Gojo stated. "As I was saying, it probably won't take long until you guys start your training. Knowing how small our alliance is, we need all hands on deck for this one."

"Agreed. With Kenjaku and the cursed spirits still out there, then we would need all the help we can get." Iida stated.

Suddenly, some yelling was heard nearby. The 1A class turned to where the other first years were, and were treated to the sight of Monoma yelling what was certainly a hit on their class, with Kendo and Shinso trying their absolute damndest to calm him down.

"Ugh, even that fucker?" Bakugo scoffed.

"Yes, even him." Iida stated.

"Speaking of which, how do you think we can go about breaking the ice to them?" Jiro asked. "We are gonna let them in on the secret eventually."

"We will, but not yet." Aizawa suddenly appeared next to the class' table.

"Whoa, didn't see you coming." Gojo stated sarcastically.

"Yes, you did." Uraraka smirked at the sorcerer's antics.

"Yes, I did." Gojo responded.

"Gojo shouldn't even be talking externally in public." Aizawa reprimanded. "Just eat quickly, our bus will arrive soon."

Monoma yells again from across the restaurant, prompting the 1A students to turn to where he was once again.

"I'll deal with him." Aizawa sighed deeply before bearing his capture weapon.

As their homeroom teacher left to confront Monoma, the 1A students merely continued to eat their meals. Uraraka quickly finishes her bowl of chazuke, leaving nothing behind as she savors the last of her meal.

"Mmm, that was good." Uraraka stated.

"Hey, don't leave me out." Gojo stated internally. "At least let me finish the mochi."

"Okay, okay, fine." Uraraka grabs another mochi, letting Gojo eat the sweet through her hand. "We gotta find a better way for you to eat discreetly."

"Bags. That is my answer there." Kirishima stated. "Might be weird to have your hand sticking in a bag everywhere you go, but that is my answer."

"Yeah, best option, no need to explore further." Jiro stated seriously.

"Though I do think we should get going." Iida says after he finishes his meal.

"I'll ask the waiter if I can put this in a takeaway bag." Uraraka stated.

"Hey, if you can, can you order another batch of mochi to go?" Gojo asked in between chews.

"Um, should we?" Kirishima asked.

"They share the same body, right?" Jiro asked. "I guess that means they share the same digestive system, then."

"If so, then how does the food Gojo eat become digested? Does an esophagus form every time a mouth forms? As well as a respiratory system considering how he can talk? Then maybe-"

"Shut up! It's weird as fuck that you're talking about that!" Bakugo quickly interrupted Midoriya's ranting.

"Yeah, we're gonna have to stop you right there, buster. We are not discussing the implications of Gojo's mouths." Jiro deadpanned at the direction his ranting went. "At least know who you are with before talking about that."

Midoriya turned to Uraraka, who had her free hand covering her mouth as she prevented herself from vomiting at the implications of his ranting.

"AAA! Sorry, Uraraka-san! I didn't mean to disgust you! Please forgive me!" Midoriya quickly panicked at the sight.

"I-It's okay, Deku-kun! You don't have to apologize!" Uraraka puts out her hand to calm her friend down.

The two were a blushing mess for a few minutes while Iida attempted to calm the both of them down. Gojo was annoyed that he didn't get to finish the mochi, but enjoyed the two students being awkward with each other. More ammo for his signature teasing, he thought.

After breakfast, Aizawa and the 1A students have hopped onto a separate bus that takes them to the northern parts of Tokyo. As expected of an organization that was hidden from the public, the old Jujutsu Tech resides deep in the mountains, so the trip took an extra hour leaving urban Tokyo.

Once the bus had reached the location Gojo had told them, the group then proceeded on foot, making sure no one, not even their hired bus driver, knew where they went. The walk through the forest took another thirty minutes. Rows of shrines and lanterns were placed to the sides of the forest trail, being the only indicator that they were going the right way.

Eventually, they reach a set of stairs leading up the hills stretching far into Mount Mushiro, which were accented by a line of repeating torii gates.

"Well, this is the entrance, everybody." Gojo's mouth appears from Uraraka's cheek as the group was in awe of the feudal architecture. "Hope you don't mind stairs. Well, considering you walked all the way here, you probably don't."

The group proceeds towards the stairs up the mountain. But as Uraraka takes the first step, she notices a spike in cursed energy. Pretty minute, but it was significant enough for her to notice.

"Did you notice that?" Uraraka asked.

"Huh, that's strange." Gojo commented.

"What is it?" Midoriya asked.

"A barrier technique is still active." Gojo stated.

"A barrier technique?" Jiro asked.

"A construct of Jujutsu. It's basically a territory one can make a wall around using cursed energy." Gojo stated. "Examples of this can be the Veil that was dropped in Musutafu, or the walls of a Domain Expansion. This specific barrier is the one that hid the school from curses and evil sorcerers."

"So what does this barrier mean exactly?" Aizawa asked.

"I don't know. Barrier techniques can vary a lot." Gojo stated. "Proceed, but be wary."

The group continued their walk up the mountain, through the stairs and the line of torii gates that adorned them. They reached the top of the stairs, and as they proceeded into the campus, they gasped at the sight.

A lot of the buildings seemed to be of Buddhist origin, with other ornaments such as statues, shrines and torii gates decorating the area. Despite the dilapidated state of the campus, the buildings stayed intact.

"Whoa, this is so cool." Midoriya gasped at the sight of the campus.

"I know." Uraraka had her jaw dropped. "This is where Jujutsu sorcerers used to train?"

"The very same." Gojo's mouth appeared once again on her face. "Hey, think you can tag me in?"

"Want to feel it in the flesh?" Uraraka smiled at the request. "Okay."

Slowly, Uraraka's hair turns from a brown color to a snowy white. Her nose inhales the surrounding air, motions akin to a moment of reminiscence. And as the moment felt like it was frozen, Gojo opened his eyes.

"It's good to be back." Gojo sighed in relief. "Certainly has seen better days, but that's nothing. Oh, I really want to give you guys a tour."

"That can come later. Our itinerary comes first." Aizawa stated. "Two things, books on Jujutsu, and cursed tools. Where can we find them?"

"Yup. The library is the closest." Gojo points in a certain direction, before switching back the body's control to Uraraka. "Everyone, follow us."

The library was a quaint building next to the dormitories for upcoming sorcerers. It was particularly spacious, despite being filled with dust and cobwebs everywhere they look. As Gojo took Uraraka and Aizawa to find and collect the books required for basic Jujutsu, the other 1A students took the liberty to explore the library itself.

"This is a lot." Kirishima stated.

"I know, right." Jiro took out a nearby book from a shelf before rubbing off the collected dust. "Look at this, The Art of Falling Blossoms, written by Naori Zenin. Seems interesting. Take another one."

"Alright, better get one." Kirishima reaches for another book from the top of the shelf before blowing off the dust. "Let's see here. Applications for Reverse Cursed Technique. Is this something we can learn?"

"Maybe. Let's ask Gojo about it later." Jiro stated as she returned the book she found on the shelf.

"Hmm?" Iida was seen next to them looking at a book cover as well.

"What did ya find, Iida?" Kirishima asked.

"To Be Chosen By Black Sparks. An intriguing title, I must say. But it seems like a title for a story book." Iida stated as he placed the book back on the shelf. "But if it is material we can learn from, I would like to return to this once we grasp the basics of cursed energy."

"Okay, guys." Gojo called out as Uraraka and Aizawa returned to them with a pile of books in their hands, with Midoriya and Bakugo following suit. "I think this is everything we need."

"And now, last on the itinerary are the cursed tools." Uraraka stated. "It's a shame we cannot explore further."

"Don't worry, Uraraka-san. Maybe next time we can." Midoriya stated.

"Yup. And if things go well, we can restore this place to its former glory." Gojo stated. "Or maybe even more. It would be nice to see this place tricked out without higher-ups trying to keep it traditional. Blech."

"You should not disrespect the wishes of your higher-ups!" Iida protested at the comment.

"Whatever. But I do look forward to restoring this place." Gojo stated.

"We'll decide what to do with this place when the time comes." Aizawa stated.

"Yeah, we should head to the warehouse now." Midoriya stated.

The group packs up their haul of books into the backpacks they have brought from UA. After securing them all, they leave the library and make their way through the campus towards the warehouse.

It was far back, behind the main building that served as the classrooms of the high school and on the path to what Gojo called the Tombs of the Star.

"Hey, 'Chako." Gojo suddenly spoke up in Uraraka's head.

"Hmm?" Uraraka responded.

"Just do me a favor, 'kay? The morgue is coming up ahead." Gojo requested. "Just need to check on something. Can you do that?"

"The morgue?" Uraraka turns to the left of the path. Realizing what the sorcerer wanted to do, Uraraka lets out a slight sigh of worry. "O-Oh. I'll see if I can. Aizawa-sensei."

"Hmm? What is it, Uraraka?" Aizawa turned in response.

"Gojo-sensei wants me to go to the morgue. Personal matters." Uraraka requested.

"Right, he was a teacher. Hmm. I guess there is no harm in that." Aizawa pondered a bit, also realizing what the sorcerer wanted. "Just make it quick."

"Thank you, Aizawa-sensei." Uraraka bowed down in appreciation. "Gojo says the warehouse is up ahead, to the right. The cursed tools are inside."
"Okay." Midoriya nodded. "Good luck, Gojo-san."

Uraraka splits off from the group towards the campus morgue. It was expected from such a dangerous career to have a morgue at one of their locations, where the bodies of sorcerers who died in battle are taken to let their fellow sorcerers mourn their loss before burial.

The girl knew why Gojo wanted to come here. He had left his colleagues and students behind when he died, and now that he was reincarnated, he felt the obligation to check on whether his old companions have lived long lives in his absence.

Though Uraraka felt that Gojo was seeking something else in this slight detour. Feeling like the time is right, she decides to ask.

"So, Gojo-sensei. What do you plan to look for?" Uraraka asked.

"I'll tell you later, 'Chako. Just let me finish checking up on everyone first, okay?" Gojo stated as the girl reached the morgue. "For now, think you can switch me for a bit?"

"Okay." Uraraka nodded, switching the control to the sorcerer as they entered the morgue.

The room was dark and full of dust. It was clear that when the place went abandoned some indeterminate time ago, maintenance had completely halted. Just Gojo stepping onto the creaky wooden flooring caused the insects and termites on the floor to flee.

"Yeah, we're renovating this place first. This is a place of mourning. You hero fans do mourn losses as well, right?" Gojo asked.

"Well, yeah. It's inevitable with all these villains running around." Uraraka answered.

"Good, good. Nothing good comes out of disrespecting the dead." Gojo stated as he stepped further.

Walking past the currently non-functional refrigerator of the morgue, Gojo wonders if his old, bisected body was stored here. Though this thought was immediately thrown out the window when he realized that his old body might be decomposed beyond recognition.

Instead, he turns to the office of the morgue, where he knew it would contain the logs of deceased sorcerers. He opens the door to the office before gathering the collected dust with a single Blue.

"Okay, let's take a look."

The sorcerer makes his way to one of the lockers and pries it open, revealing the folders contained inside, each labeled with a date. Swiping the most recent folder, Gojo opens it up before sitting down on the old chair to read.

First off, December 24th. The day the strongest sorcerer in history fought the strongest sorcerer of today.

Aizawa glanced once more at the list of cursed tools they were tasked in retrieving. There were some spears, a couple of katanas, and two notable ones referred to as Special Grade cursed tools. The homeroom teacher moves to the door of the warehouse.

"This is the place. This contains weapons filled with cursed energy." Aizawa stated. "Once we return, we'll get these tools processed into UA property. We may have to wait, but that is the only way we can legally acquire these cursed tools."

"I see." Iida nodded.

"Let's get this over with." Bakugo growled with boredom.

Aizawa grabs the handle of the warehouse entrance before pulling it open. The inside of the warehouse was pretty cramped, considering the amount of cursed tools and weapons lined the walls. All sorts of weapons were stored, from swords, to bows and arrows, to spears and even some firearms. Forget warehouse, this place was an entire armory.

"Hoo, wow. Talk about overkill." Kirishima whistled at the sight.

"So, what do we need to get?" Jiro asked.

"Five swords and five spears. As well as two Special Grade cursed tools that Gojo himself requested to retrieve." Aizawa stated as the group steps into the warehouse. "And for some reason, they have names. The Soul-Split Katana and the Playful Cloud."

"Do you know what they look like?" Midoriya looked like.

"Gojo provided drawings." Aizawa hands the list to the green haired boy to show what the cursed tools looked like. One was a large broadsword with a white, fuzzy scabbard, while the other was a red, three-sectioned staff connected by rings. "A bit crude, but they seem distinct enough."

"I can try and find them." Midoriya proposed.

"Go ahead, just be quick." Aizawa stated as he began to inspect the cursed tools to take.

"Okay, let's go Kacchan. We should find these special cursed tools." Midoriya stated as he excitedly went to the back of the warehouse.

"Don't you dare tell me what to do, Deku!" Bakugo yelled out, before following suit.

"Huh?"

Gojo had to browse once again through the folder, confused. The log was pretty consistent, there were some windows and sorcerers who had their deaths logged, but so far, none were his students.

That was when the logs abruptly stopped, the most recent log was during early April 2019, a few months after his death in the battle of Shinjuku. Trying to search the folder any further bore nothing but empty space. The most recent item inside the folder was a single paper with the words 'Contingency' printed all over.

"You have got to be shitting me." Gojo went back to work looking through the multiple lockers inside the office, trying to find out what this damn 'Contingency' was, but all logs and papers that were in the room ended abruptly during April 2019 by this strange contingency paper. "What in the hell is this Contingency?"

"Did something happen back then?" Uraraka asked.

"I mean, I sure hope not." Gojo shrugged his shoulders as he continued to look through the files. "But considering all these damn folders have the same 'Contingency' papers, I'd say this was some sort of order by the higher-ups."

"You seem to hate the higher-ups of your time, Gojo-sensei." Uraraka commented.

"Oh, hate is not even scratching the surface. They tried to kill one of my students while I was on a business trip." Gojo recounted as he continued to search for the files.

"The one you said was a vessel of Sukuna?" Uraraka asked, recalling the time Gojo had told her about the boy.

"Yuji? Well yeah. And I only slightly see why they did it. Sukuna was a colossal asshole that threatened to kill everyone in Japan." Gojo stated bitterly. "But we already agreed to keep him alive and yet they sent him and his classmates off on a dangerous mission involving a Special Grade curse hoping to kill him."

"That's horrible." Uraraka gasped.

"Pfft, don't get me started." Gojo stated as he checked the last folder available in the office. "Can't even let me see if my students lived long lives."

Gojo flipped through the pages once more, moving to the folder's April 2019 section. But he quickly finds himself disappointed as the last page was the same 'Contingency' page. Sighing in defeat, Gojo merely drops the folder onto the floor.

"You miss them, don't you?" Uraraka asked, trying to comfort the sorcerer.

"Yup, I do. And it's very damn annoying for me not knowing what happened to them." Gojo scratches the back of his neck in confusion. "This Contingency might be something important. If it involved my students, so help me if I dig up the higher-ups' graves and turn their bones to dust."

"Wow, a little dark there, dontcha think?" Uraraka commented.

"Yeah, my bad." Gojo sat back down on the office chair and slouched down. The sorcerer picks up the original folder and scrolls once more. "I guess I'll mourn everybody else. It's the least I could do."

"Go ahead." Uraraka nodded.

Midoriya walks up to a corner of the warehouse where a bunch of wooden boxes were situated. The green haired boy pries open one of the boxes and sifts through the packing peanuts before finally grabbing something.

"Huh?" Midoriya pulls out the object from the box, revealing a red, three-sectioned staff from the packing peanuts. "Oh, I found something!"

"What did you find?" Jiro asked, approaching the boy.

"It's the Playful Cloud. One of the Special Grade tools." Midoriya stated, fidgeting the weapon while studying it. "A three-sectioned staff. I've never seen such a weapon before. Probably very strong, but it seems difficult to use."

"Huh. Think those crates also store Special Grades?" Jiro asked, gesturing to the other crates on the corner.

"I'm not sure, but it can't hurt to check. Maybe we can find the Soul Split Katana as well."

Midoriya pushes the Playful Cloud's box away from the pile. But, as he did this, another object was uncovered. A small, panda doll sat silently on the wooden box, with its arms decorated with red bands on its hands.

"A panda… doll?" Midoriya stared at the small doll in front of him.

"Huh, strange." Jiro commented. "I guess even sorcerers need comfort in the night."

"Yeah, I guess so." Midoriya turns to one of the boxes and begins to open them.

The panda doll suddenly spikes with cursed energy, something only Jiro notices. As Midoriya sifts through the box's package peanuts, he suddenly felt Playful Cloud being taken from his grasp.

"Huh?"

"Midoriya! Watch out!" Jiro yelled out.

The green haired boy brings his arm up to block an incoming strike from Playful Cloud. But as his Full Cowl clashes with the weapon's cursed energy, he is suddenly overpowered and is sent blasting off through the warehouse walls.

"Ghh!" Midoriya grits his teeth as he flies over the campus of Jujutsu High away from the cursed warehouse

The boy finds himself flying towards the campus' running track. In response, the boy shoots out a strand of Blackwhip at a nearby scoreboard, intending to slow down his flight.

The strand of Blackwhip grips onto the scoreboard, but as Midoriya slows his flight, the strength of Blackwhip weakens and lets go of its grip on the structure.

"Huh?!"

Midoriya resorts to landing on the running track on his legs, causing a small crater to be created in his wake. The green haired boy looks at his hands in confusion.

"Did my Blackwhip get weaker?" Midoriya asked himself before feeling the power of One For All through his body. "Now that I mention it, I feel like my Quirk is getting weaker."

"Hmm, strange." The voice of the First User rang through Midoriya's head.

"First? Is something wrong?" Midoriya asked, wondering why the First User was talking to him right now.

"Yes, there is." The voice of the Fifth User interjected as well. "But you should focus on what's in front of you, Ninth."

Before Midoriya could question what the Fifth User meant by that, another object crashes into the running field, uprooting a dust cloud in its wake.

As the dust settled, the green haired boy saw a new figure emerge from the crater. It was the panda plush from before, now grown larger with a very muscular build resembling that of a gorilla. Its fangs on its lower jaw jut upward, accompanying the figure's glowing purple eyes.

The figure then jumps towards Midoriya. As it brings its massive hand up, its mouth opens declaring its attack.

"Gorilla Mode: Unblockable Drumming Beat!"
