"So why are we traveling all the way to Hosu, Dad?" Izuku asked.

"Several heroes with Quirks that render their skin tougher are trying to track down the Hero Killer in order to put a stop to him. After all, Stain's victims were always found lying in their own blood with severe cuts and stabs over most of their bodies." Regenizard explained.

"So he prefers slashing weapons," Izuku realized. "Has anyone ever seen him in person?"

"Only those victims of his that he leaves alive. And even they only saw him hiding in the shadows." Regenizard said. "He's claimed forty-one victims, though only seventeen have been killed by his hand, all of them Pro Heroes. A lot of us want justice for the families of those heroes."

"Iida mentioned something on that. His brother overheard Stain muttering about how those who only seek fame or money aren't real heroes." Izuku noted. "But fame is important if you want people to believe in you and find hope when they see you fighting crime, and of course, you need money to support yourself and your family. So if you can do that and still protect others, why wouldn't you?"

"A good viewpoint to have, kiddo." Regenizard nodded. "It's true that some heroes are only interested in fame and fortune, but that doesn't mean they don't take their job seriously. Stain probably doesn't see it that way, but considering that those who survive his attacks have found him to be... Unhinged... That shouldn't be too surprising."

Everyone else was working through their internship as well. Endo Hound was making sure Uraraka had better combat experience. Detective Void was guiding Tooru through investigative work, and having her help out on his analysis of the League of Villains.

Of course, the trainees were also being shown the ins and outs of patrolling. In particular, Vigorshy showed Tokoyami how to make a patrol route match a Quirk.

"In my case, I make sure to post a photo of myself along my usual patrol route. My agency makes several copies and makes sure to replace them when they're taken down."

"Why would anyone take them down?" Fumikage asked.

"Mostly for their own safety. Since most villains know how my Quirk works, they try to avoid looking directly at my face." Vigorshy explained. "Civilians, on the other hand, would want to keep a photo of me around just in case they get attacked by a villain, so when they see the photos posted, they'll take one for themselves as a defensive measure. My agency actually encourages this."

Fumikage nodded. "I see...a very valid strategy. The villains think you're hiding in the shadows, but you ultimately are the shadows."

"Speaking of which, it would be best to choose a patrol route that takes you through a lot of dark areas. And for that, you'll need better control over Dark Shadow." Vigorshy said.

Foresight was taking Momo and Itsuka along on her next patrol.

"Most heroes get into hero work for the job, others because they want to help. In my case, it was to give back something to society."

"How so?" Momo asked.

"I'm sure you know that I can't turn off my Quirk. When I was first taken in by the SCP Foundation, I was malnourished and had fits of anxiety to the point where I would give off random screams. I had to wear padded gloves to avoid tearing my own eyes out." Foresight explained.

Itsuka made a face of disgust, understanding what Foresight was getting at. Forget seeing how people would die, it would not do anyone's mind or appetite good to see how your food would look while it was being digested.

"The Foundation helped me come to terms with my Quirk. They found out how to block it and helped me with regular therapy sessions." Foresight continued. "In time I found myself becoming healthier in mind and body. It got to the point where I decided I wanted to use my gift to prevent people from suffering from the fates I saw for them. That's when my hero training started."

"I wasn't expecting us to talk again after so long."

Toshinori was sitting in the teacher's lounge with his former sidekick Mirai Sasaki, also known as Sir Nighteye.

"Well when I saw how exceptional your chosen successor was in the Sports Festival, I had to reconsider my stance on certain things." Mirai sighed. "I wish I'd had the courage Leopold had after the fight with All For One. The terrible future I saw... I can no longer see it."

"You should try spending more time with Chisa. And not because her code name is the same as your Quirk's name, Foresight." Toshinori suggested. "She's different than you in one key way. You see the future and think that's the only one to occur. She sees the future and questions how to make it otherwise."

Mirai nodded. "I'm starting to see that. Leopold actually approached me regarding my choice for your successor. He questioned if I was really looking for the next Symbol of Peace... Or if I was looking for the next All-Might. I couldn't answer his question in any meaningful way. Which reminds me... I hear that there's a possibility that All For One is back."

"Not a possibility, he IS back. Naomasa confirmed it, just based on the study of the Nomu that was involved in the USJ incident." Toshinori replied grimly. "Apparently, his thinking processes were severely hampered from having multiple Quirks implanted in his body. Not to mention his body was incredibly altered, having been combined with the DNA of at least four other people."

"The sort of experiments the Chaos Insurgency would perform," Mirai realized. "Or even PowerPlay Co.'s former Chief Scientist, Harley Sawyer."

"And the sort of people who could easily help All For One recover from the beatdown I handed him five years ago," Toshinori added. "Now that I'm certain beyond all doubt, I intend to tell Young Midoriya and his friends the full story. I owe them that much."

That night, Stain was speaking with Tomura.

"So you want me to be a part of your crumbling little league. But let me tell you something... You won't accomplish anything without conviction."

Tomura rolled his eyes. "Sometimes the desire to cause anarchy is a conviction. We're not out to change the world, just set it on fire. Even if the fires do get put out rather frequently by the heroes."

Stain scoffed. "The word 'hero' has lost all meaning in this society. The world is overrun by fakes and criminals like you who chase petty dreams."

Daybreaker and Gaia were about to intervene in case Stain started another fight, but Tomura was already on point by grabbing the sword the Hero Killer was pointing at him and using his Quirk to rust and decay the blade until it snapped in half.

"Don't compare us to cheap, low-tier criminals when that title applies to you more." Tomura scowled. "Just a naive All-Might simp playing at vigilantism. Our goals are clearly far too different for us to work together in the same party."

Stain sheathed his remaining blade and backed off.

"It seems I was wrong. You do have conviction, warped as it is." He turned over to Daybreaker and Gaia. "Make sure you and the rest of the council mold that conviction properly. If he's intent on being a Villain, he should be one that people will respect as much as fear."

"That was the intention from the start." Daybreaker scoffed.

"Also, next time, don't go swinging blades in here. I simply cannot stand blood and violence." Gaia said. "I may be a Villain, but even I have standards on what I do."

"Kurogiri, if you'd be so kind as to return him to where you found him?" Daybreaker asked.

Kurogiri bowed. "As you wish, sir."

"Good job on your training so far. Tomorrow we'll be heading to Hosu." Swift Sculpt said as he and Tenya had finished for the day.

Tenya, for his part, was shocked. He had been hoping to avoid Hosu, at least until he felt he was ready to confront his brother's attacker.

"Why are we heading there?"

"Stain's recent attacks have been causing outrage among the community. Several heroes, including myself, are converging on Hosu in an effort to track him down." Swift Sculpt explained. "Mostly those whose Quirks render them invulnerable to blades and such like Superalloy Darkshine."

Tenya understood the logic, but he couldn't help but feel nervous all of a sudden.

"If we can't find Stain by the end of Day 3, we'll move on to Tokyo proper. Give you a chance to break up some small-time fights and street-level thugs." Regenizard said as he and Izuku prepared to board the train.

Izuku nodded. "Yeah, sounds good. Though before we do, maybe we can stop by the memorial for Ingenium."

Despite the fact that not all of Stain's victims died, most wound up retiring due to critical injuries that rendered their Quirks or bodies unreliable, causing people to mourn the loss of a hero, regardless.

Tenya was already taking the time to visit said memorial. Swift Sculpt came over and put a hand on the boy's shoulder.

"You gonna be okay?"

"Just contemplating the burden I accepted... Of becoming the next Ingenium." Tenya sighed. "My brother entrusted me with his legacy, and I hope to live up to that."

Swift Sculpt nodded. "I'm actually relieved. I know that Manual also sent you an offer. You could have easily decided to join his agency just to patrol Hosu to look for Stain."

"As much as I would have wanted to, and perhaps I may have even done so in another universe, I doubt I could have faced him and lived. Not in such a vengeful state, at least." Tenya said. "A hero must never seek vengeance, only justice."

"Just make sure you understand the difference. Context is important in that regard." Swift Sculpt reminded him before looking at the sky. "Hmm, the sun's setting. Given Stain's normal stalking habits, we might be able to spot him tonight."

Stain was back on the water tower in Hosu where Kurogiri had found him. However, he noticed that Tomura had also decided to tag along.

"Why did you follow me?"

"I'm just curious as to how you think you can reform society by killing a few heroes. Regardless of how you see them, the people see them as an elite rescue force protecting them and saving them. Your actions are merely like..." Tomura paused to tap his chin before snapping his fingers. "Oh yeah, I remember what it reminds me of. That one discussion from Assassin's Creed."

Stain looked confused. Noticing this, Tomura chuckled as he decided to educate the Hero Killer on what he meant.

"The heroes you've killed or maimed have families, families who don't see them as being fake for just trying to help people, even if it's for a paycheck. You're cutting out the tumors, but you're not treating the source. And some of the heroes you've killed may not even be as fake as you perceive. But cling to your childish convictions if you must. As for me, I have a message to send to the world."

Stain scoffed, then leapt off the water tower while drawing his blade. Daybreaker then appeared through the Warp Gate.

"He's going to have his ambition crushed tonight. Lord Crimson Death confirmed it. His own Quirk, All Sense, has shown him several Quirks converging on Hosu, most of them belonging to heroes that Stain could never hope to defeat."

All Sense was a Quirk that let Crimson Death track the locations of other Quirks, even half the world away. It was how he kept his eye on both heroes and villains.

"Two of the Quirks the Lord saw moved as one. Reactive Adaptation and One For All." Daybreaker pointed out.

Tomura narrowed his eyes. "Midoriya... I wonder how Stain will react to All-Might's chosen successor."

He rubbed his wrists. By now, they had successfully healed, but he still felt the phantom pains every now and again.

"Well, let's see if we can garner attention tonight. Kurogiri, bring out the Nomus. Let's see if the Doc and Gustav can mix quality with quantity this time."

Izuku got a text in from Tenya as night started to set in.

"Seems Iida and Swift Sculpt are in Hosu as well."

"I'm not surprised. In all the time I've known him, Swift's greatest strength isn't his speed, but the fact that most damage just bounces off of him." Regenizard noted.

Suddenly, a massive explosion was heard, and the father-son duo could see a building nearby set on fire.

"Kinda doubt that was Stain's doing!" Regenizard said. "Get ready for your first real hero duty, kiddo!"

Things were already chaotic down in Hosu. Tenya, now acting as Ingenium under Swift's permission, took out the familiar creature.

"I thought there was only one Nomu! Now the whole city's full of them?!"

He used the exhaust from his engines to blind the Nomu, letting Swift Sculpt hit it using Sight Speed.

"This damn thing never blinks! Makes it hell for my Quirk!"

A sudden scream and the sound of blood splattering caught their attention.

"Someone's in trouble!" Tenya exclaimed.

"This way!" Swift called out.

The Statuesque Hero used the eyes of the crowd to maintain his boosted speed, since most of them were focused on the sudden onslaught of villains. They arrived just in time to see Stain attack another hero, Native, who seemed to be completely paralyzed, and not just because Stain was holding him by his head. A stab wound was clearly visible in his shoulder.

"GET AWAY FROM HIM!" Tenya shouted. "ENGINE BOOST!"

Stain had just enough time to process the two voices, one of which called out a familiar name, before Tenya slammed into him just hard enough to loosen his grip. The Turbo Hero then picked up Native and got him as far away as possible from Stain. In the span of that moment, the Hero Killer finally had time to process the scene before him.

"For a second, I thought I was facing down my last target again. But you're slightly different. Your engines are in your legs. Who are you?"

"I'm the successor to Tensei Iida, the previous Ingenium!" Tenya angrily said. "My older brother, an amazing hero, and the man you most recently put in the hospital!"

"He's also my intern, a hero in training. Hence the reason why he's here right now." Swift Sculpt added as he stood by his intern.

Stain looked slightly weary, but didn't lose his normal demeanor.

"Swift Sculpt...that's not good. Your flesh is too strong for my blades. I won't be able to draw blood from you."

"And you would be the Hero Killer Stain," Tenya added. "Your scarf is red like blood, and your body is practically covered in blades...I only have one thing to ask the likes of you."

He removed his helmet, and Stain got a good look at the younger Iida's face, his eyes narrowed as he adjusted his glasses.

"Why did you try to end my brother's career, instead of killing him outright?"

Electricity crackled across Izuku's body as he decked a Nomu with a lanky, pale blue body and four eyes.

"Dad's training seems to have improved my control over One For All by proxy. Feels like I'm channeling about 32% now. That's a big leap."

Regenizard slammed the Nomu into the pavement with an enlarged arm covered in bladed muscle tissue, his fingers also turned into giant claws to restrain the beast better.

"Not how I expected to implement your practical training, kiddo. But you look like you recognize these freaks."

"They're kinda like the Nomu that was with the League of Villains during the USJ attack," Izuku explained. "But that one had Super Regeneration and Shock Absorption Quirks. This one seems slightly weaker, likely meant more as shock troops."

Another Nomu, this one much similar to the one at the USJ, only lacking a face and only having a lower jaw, began targeting random civilians, only to get slammed in the head by a mallet made of pure flames. As it tried to get up, it was suddenly blasted by a torrent of white-hot flames.

"Look, it's Infablaze and Endeavor!"

Sure enough, Infablaze and Endeavor had arrived, along with Shoto and Ben.

"Heh, forgot how well we worked together, old man."

Endeavor rolled his eyes. "I didn't. I only work with the best."

"Hey, Enji!" Regenizard laughed. "Seems you're looking for the Hero Killer as well, huh? Thinking this might finally give you a feather in your cap that's better than Toshi's?"

"You make me sound so arrogant in my abilities." Endeavor scoffed. "While I would like to take down the Hero Killer as much as anyone else, I was actually taking my intern for practical training in Tokyo."

Infablaze smirked. "Same with me and Todoroki Junior here. But our train got interrupted by one of these monsters."

The Faceless Nomu rose back up, recovering from the burns it had been inflicted with as Shoto scoffed and sent a wave of ice to hold it back, allowing Ben to then manipulate it into the shape of a spiked warhammer to slam against the beast.

"Man, I hate these things!"

Infablaze absorbed some of the gasoline from nearby wrecked cars to increase his size a bit, then proceeded to slam his fiery fists into the Nomu as Endeavor ran over and plowed his own burning fist into the beast.

"Why won't this stupid thing go down?!"

"This one probably can't feel pain. It doesn't realize how much damage it's taking." Shoto realized.

"Then let's give it something to be hurt about!" Ben smirked.

Shoto nodded as he conjured up an ice wall to block the Nomu's path to attacking some more civilians, then roasted it with a quick flame shot, followed by Ben stomping the ground to raise a stalagmite of stone out of the ground to impale it.

"Good work, you two!" Endeavor said as he grabbed the Nomu's face. "Since this thing is a living corpse, I have no need to hold back!"

Unleashing his full firepower point-blank on the screeching and flailing Nomu, Endeavor pushed his flames to the point they turned blue before letting go, revealing that all that was left of the Faceless Nomu's head was a charred stump.

"Needed to make sure it didn't also have a Super Regeneration Quirk like the one at the USJ." The Flame Hero said. "After all, cells can't regenerate if they're carbonized!"

"Iida and Swift Sculpt also wound up in Hosu. You think they're fighting these things as well?" Izuku asked.

"What I want to know is where do these ugly-ass things even come from?!" Ben complained.

Other heroes that operated in Hosu were also on the scene, directing civilians away from the chaos and dealing with the fires from the attack. Manual and Akatani were also there, the latter boosting the former's Hydrokinesis Quirk to allow him to better put out the fires around them.

"BANZAI!" Katsuki laughed as he slammed down a Nomu with a gas mask and wings into the ground. "Man, are we fucking lucky we took the train?!"

Tsumi chuckled as she leaped into the air, small flames appearing on her body as the heat began to ignite the oxygen in the air and a little bit of her hair.

"Seems like these Nomu are chump change compared to the one at the USJ!"

"Awww, come on!" Miruko complained. "You two took my damn kill!"

Katsuki smirked. "Didn't see your name on it!"

Up above, Tomura observed the chaos along with Kurogiri and Sin Scholar.

"I wasn't expecting such powerful heroes to be in Hosu right now. These Nomus weren't designed to be as strong as the one that we used to attack the USJ. They couldn't hold a candle to All-Might."

Sin Scholar nodded. "Any hero even remotely in his league can easily wipe the floor with them."

"Sensei said that due to the loss of the USJ Nomu, the Doctor could only afford to spare us three Nomu, and only one of them is Near High-End." Kurogiri noted.

"Three's all we need," Tomura said dismissively. "It's not like we're tearing down the city. Just wrecking it a little to send a message. That the League of Villains isn't just some random group of low-life thugs, but a serious threat. Stain's dangerous to be sure. But at the end of the day, he's just another serial killer playing at social reform."

Stain was genuinely confused at Tenya's question.

"Why didn't I kill your brother? I think the reason should be obvious. He's one of those rare heroes who doesn't do this for fame or money. He's a genuine hero. But he was still coming after me, and my work isn't finished. So I had no choice but to remove him. However, I couldn't leave him dead. Doing so would prevent him from saving more."

"Pardon my language...BUT THAT'S COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT!" Tenya snapped. "Many of the heroes you've killed have also saved hundreds of lives, and could have saved hundreds more! How many people in Hosu are hospitalized, or worse, because a Hero you removed wasn't there to save them?! My brother had to give up hero work because your attack permanently damaged his legs!"

Stain was shocked. "That can't be. I left him in such a way that someone should have found him in time. Sure, the damage would have been bad, but at the same time..."

"The damage you did was too great, Hero Killer," Tenya said angrily. "My brother can never walk again. He cannot do the thing he loves most...helping others without asking for anything in return!"

As Tenya's words hit Stain, the Hero Killer's shock gave way to rage as he grit his teeth.

"No, I won't accept this! My cause is just! I'm trying to purge this world of false heroes!"

He charged forward, but his focus was purely on Tenya, who replaced his helmet. Swift Sculpt was able to dash in and strike while Stain wasn't focused.

"Good grief, Stain, we're not called heroes because we're some comic book fantasy! Underneath all the flashy costumes and silly merchandise, we're ultimately just another civil service, like firefighters or paramedics!"

"We're more than a fantasy, we're an ideal! And more to the point, we're human!" Tenya added. "My brother was a caring person whom everyone looked up to, including me! And all the heroes you've killed and maimed have families as well! Families who never saw them as corrupt or fake!"

"SHUT UP!" Stain roared, stabbing his blade into Tenya's shoulder.

The armor was meant to resist impacts while he was running, but against a stabbing weapon, it was only mildly effective. Tenya bit his lip to hold back his scream from the pain as the blade drew blood, refusing to show any fear.

"Does it hurt to face reality?! I don't know what sort of story you had, and maybe at first your goals were noble. There are some heroes out there who only do this for fame and fortune, and maybe there are a few truly corrupt individuals who use the title of 'Hero' to mask their crimes, but it's not as black and white as you think!"

Tenya's eyes turned over to Native, still slumped against the wall where he had left him.

"And whatever it takes...on the honor of the name I've taken...I won't let you claim another hero!"

Stain was breathing heavily, fury laced in his eyes.

"As enraged as I am at your words... I still can't bring myself to kill you." He withdrew his blade. "But I can't have you stopping me either."

He used his large tongue to lick the blood off the blade, causing Tenya to suddenly go stiff.

"Hey, Ingenium! What happened?!" Swift Sculpt called in alarm.

"M-My body... I can't move...!"

Stain then turned to Swift. "You're going to be the real problem here. Not sure how I'm gonna stab you to make you bleed when your skin is practically concrete. Not to mention, I need to keep my eyes on you to avoid you striking me from behind. Right now your Quirk's locked onto me, yes? It's only practical, after all."

Swift then noticed something behind Stain and felt his body relax briefly.

"True, but from the looks of it, I'm not the one you should be concerned with."

Stain was confused until he heard the sound of electricity crackling. And it was drawing closer. The next thing he knew, he was sent flying with a hard right to his cheek. As he crashed into some trash cans, he looked up and his eyes widened at who he saw.

He recognized Regenizard, of course, but there was another young boy decked out in green. From his battle stance, the boy must have been the one who punched him.

"There's no need to worry... Because I am here!"

Stain's eyes widened, something in his mind echoing. Memories of his childhood days.

"Fear not... I am here!"

"Nidoriya! Perfect timing!" Tenya called out in relief.

"Regenizard? What are you doing in Hosu?" Swift Sculpt asked his old colleague.

"Same as you, I expect. We were battling monsters out on the street when my kid got a premonition about something in this alley."

Tenya blinked. "Midoriya's Danger Sense must have clued him in to Stain's location."

"We were also thinking the League of Villains was somehow connected to Stain," Izuku added.

Stain scoffed. "It's true they tried recruiting me, but I rejected their offer. Our goals are far too different. But your power... And the way you carry yourself... It reminds me so much of All-Might."

Regenizard chuckled. "As it should. You're looking at All-Might's chosen successor. The Invincible Hero: Dekiru!"

"Iida!" Izuku called out as he quickly checked up on his friend. "Are you alright? Can you move?"

"He only damaged my shoulder, but for some reason, I can't move. Native's also paralyzed in the same manner." Tenya explained. "It's probably Stain's Quirk, since it started shortly after he cut me."

"I see," Regenizard said before turning to Swift. "Hanzo, you look after the interns, I'll get Native out of here!"

"Not a problem, Tony. Right now, I'm locked onto Stain with my Quirk." Swift replied. "I remember seeing how fast Midoriya was at the Sports Festival, so with two targets to keep his eyes on, it shouldn't be hard to corral Stain."

"Yeah, but he could still try to run. I remember seeing Stain's stats on TV. He's fast and maneuverable in his own right." Izuku pointed out.

As he talked, he had secretly reached for his smartphone to transmit his location to any nearby Pro Heroes in Hosu. Tony then picked up Native before sprouting gargoyle like wings.

"Izuku, you have my permission to engage. Keep Stain busy until backup can arrive. Try to subdue him if you can."

"I'll stay with Iida from back here. Just be careful, kid, this guy's armed to the teeth." Swift said.

Izuku nodded before rushing forward, putting the training he got from his father to use. Needless to say, Stain was shocked as the best he could was hold him back with slashes from his blades.

"He's fast! No matter where I slash from, he's gone the second I strike!"

Izuku aimed to strike at Stain's limbs, mostly hitting his shoulders. But Stain had a chance to strike during Izuku's last attack. It was only a small amount of blood, but it would have to do as Stain quickly moved to lick it up to activate his Quirk.

"That should do it."

Izuku felt his body freeze up...but then gave a confident grin.

"Sorry, Stain...seems my Quirk is stronger than yours!"

Stain was confused, then realized that Izuku had only been paralyzed for a second.

"Of course! Midoriya's Quirk allowed him to quickly adapt to the paralysis!" Tenya realized.

"I noticed it just now, some of my blood is still on your blade. And you licked your blade just now." Izuku noted. "So that must be how your Quirk works."

"So you figured it out. My Quirk's called Bloodcurdle. When I ingest someone's blood, they instantly become paralyzed. The effect can last up to eight minutes, depending on their blood type." Stain clarified.

"Good to know!"

Stain spotted something glowing behind him and quickly got out of the way as a stream of flames nearly roasted him.

"Now who's trying to distract me?!"

Coming out of the other end of the alley were Infablaze and Shoto, the latter holding up his phone.

"Next time, Midoriya, be sure to give more details. I was worried I wouldn't make it in time."

"Pretty much every Pro Hero got the message, but we were closest, and the others are busy trying to deal with those freaks," Infablaze said. "Shoto, it's time to put your training to use."

"With pleasure."

Shoto generated an ice sheet from his right leg, forcing Stain to leap into the air to avoid it.

"I'm clearly not gonna get the chance to continue my work this night. Soon enough, Ingenium will be able to move again. And this new kid... He's the son of Endeavor, but this is one apple that wound up falling very far from the tree. Another true hero in the making." Stain thought. "I'd heard good things about the new generation from the news coverage of the UA Sports Festival. I can see it wasn't just hype."

"Careful, his Quirk works by ingesting a target's blood!"

Tsumi had leaped down on all fours before rising up, a confident smirk on her face.

"Shudai! You're here too?" Izuku asked in surprise. "Of course, we also kinda figured it out ourselves already."

"Kaachan is helping Miruko with cleaning up those Nomu," Tsumi explained. "I was given permission to come help out after I got your distress text."

"Regardless, we should be fine against this guy so long as we keep our distance," Shoto noted.

He was quickly proven wrong when Stain tossed a throwing knife, clipping Shoto's cheek. Stain tried to move in for another slash, only to get blocked by Tsumi turning her arms into those of a gorilla with a carbon-like fur coating.

"Up above!" Tenya warned.

Shoto noticed that Stain had thrown his other sword. However, Tsumi released a burst of nuclear energy from her body that launched Stain and his falling sword away from her and the others. However, as he recovered, Stain realized he had a perfect line of sight with Native.

"If I can just get in one good shot..."

Meanwhile, Tenya could feel his fingers start to move again.

"Hey... I think I can start to move again."

"Wait, really? But you were paralyzed after Native." Infablaze said.

"Of course, the time limit is based on blood type!" Izuku realized. "Iida, what's your blood type?"

"Type A," Tenya said, feeling strength return to his legs.

"Mine's... Type B." Native, who was still barely conscious, added,

Stain smirked. "So you figured it out again. Type O takes the least amount of time to recover, then Type B, AB, and finally Type B takes the longest. Of course, I can't know how long someone's going to be paralyzed since I typically don't know their blood type when confronting them."

"You know, I don't get you." Tsumi suddenly spoke up.

"What's so confusing? I kill fake heroes!"

"Even now you're clinging to your delusions!" Tenya snapped as he felt the rest of his body recover. "How do you even determine who truly is a fake?!"

"The only true hero is All-Might! He fights in order to defeat evil! Not for money or fame. He is the strongest hero, the paragon of justice!"

"Oh my GOD, you are literally a deranged fanboy!" Tsumi gawked. "People freaking died because of your backward moral compass!"

"News flash, Stain!" Izuku added. "All-Might has so much wealth and notoriety that he should obviously be in the same place as all the so-called fakes you've murdered!"

"Heck, he even has a freaking douche made in his likeness!" Tsumi added.

"Wait, really?" Shoto asked.

Swift Sculpt rolled his eyes. "Don't question it. Not even Toshinori likes talking about it."

"He's the #1 Hero, you ignorant brats!" Stain snapped.

"That proves literally nothing!" Tsumi retorted. "Every hero hear is a hero for fame and fortune in some way! But hey, they still have a moral obligation to help people! And besides, even if they do work as heroes for fame and fortune, they at least still have the heart to save lives!"

"You should really be judging the people who only use the title of Hero for legitimate amoral actions," Shoto said. "And as much as I hate saying it, even my father has his virtues despite the misdeeds he's committed in the past. And even after everything, he still does his job because helping people is the thing he signed up for."

"But why are we even bothering talking to you? All you are deep down is a fanatic who uses his admiration of All-Might to justify murdering people and taking them away from their families because they don't fit your ludicrous standards." Izuku said. "No matter what...we will bring an end to you once and for all, Hero Killer!"

I really wanted to add onto what mtnetsurfer originally did with My Hero SCP in calling out the hypocrisy in Stain's actions as well as deconstructing the whole black and white worldview of heroics.

-BIO TIME-

[CHIZOME AKAGURO/HERO KILLER: STAIN]

Quirk: Bloodcurdle

Quirk Description: Bloodcurdle allows Stain to temporarily paralyze an opponent by ingesting their blood samples. Stain only requires his tongue to make contact with a small amount of a person's blood, regardless of where and how it's found, for example, bloodstains left on a blade after stabbing the target or coagulated bloodstains on a curative. Once Stain gains access to his target's blood, he can activate Bloodcurdle and immobilize his target for a limited period. The time a victim remains paralyzed depends on their blood type.

[SHIRO YAKESUI/THE BURNING HERO: INFABLAZE]

Quirk: Burning Man

Quirk Description: Burning Man allows Infablaze to transform his body into pure fire, which he can then use to manipulate the fire he produces in any way he sees fit, such as shaping it into weapons to attack with. He can absorb carbon-based substances to become larger and stronger, amplifying the power of his fire as well.
