Chapter 94 My Friendly Neighborhood 6

Rai and Kermit went to the public park and went through the main entrance of it, the two walked down and entered a maze.
"Of course it had to be a maze here." Rai said.
Kermit sees a door and it's locked. "Looks like we need to go around."
"Yeah, this way." Rai leads them to another path.
They saw a shed and went inside to go through another door to the next path, they pass by a small birdhouse like object and saw the main building.
"Hey guys where are you going?" They saw Ricky come out of the birdhouse.
"What do you think we were trying to find a way up, while your friends tried to kill me." Rai said.
"Ok, I admit we're not at the top of our game. But you can't throw us out just because we made a few mistakes. You need us!" Ricky said.
"I'm not doing this on purpose, I just want my friend back." Rai said.
"Yeah, I can understand you want the poor guy free. Brandishing the gun and shooting the others. Just like those GI guys." He said.
"What the war that was on the papers." Kermit said.
"Oh yeah, that was really bad for everyone. We wanted to help others to be nicer but... Nobody actually watched our show." Ricky said.
Kermit frowns. "Oh."
"Well i'm sorry to hear about that Ricky, but we can't stop now." Rai said.
"Yeah I understand. Also theres a few at the park's attractions." Ricky pointed to the side before going back in.
The duo went to check and saw the rest of Electric Mayhem there playing on the slides, wheels and other things there, Dr. Teeth, Zoot, Janice and Lips all played to liven things up but the most shocking member there was Ms Sweetie sitting on a chair listening to the music.
"Sweetie?!" Rai said.
"Hi pony." She waves.
"It's Rai. How did you get here?" He asked her.
"I wanted to see the puppets before I got sent here." She frowns.
"We've been keeping her company." Janince said.
"Great..." Rai looks at the door that was locked. "Were you guys here all the time?"
"Nope, just got here." Dr. Teeth said.
"Well..." Rai unlocks the door. "The others are at the entrance of the hotel, like Animal and Floyd."
"Our band." Teeth said as they cheered going to the entrance.
"Hey." Sweetie frowns. "Then I want to come with pony."
"Alright fine, but stay behind me." He told her.
She nodded and they went together, they entered through a door to see a elevator but it just would lead them back at the basement and Rai didn't want to go back. They continued forward and on the other side was dog houses with bowls and a green house.
They then saw Rowlf walking around.
"Rowlf!" Rai and Kermit said.
He looks. "Oh there you guys are."
"Doggy." Sweetie smiles.
"How have you been doing?" Kermit asked.
"Oh just fine, just helping three dogs find dog food." He said.
They saw three dogs come out and Rai had to hide with Sweetie dragging her inside the green house.
Kermit got nervous as the dogs smell him before going off. "Good thing they don't attack us."
"I wanted to play with the doggys." She complained.
He shakes his head and goes forward, he then saw a recipe for a chemical with three containers to mix together.
"A solvent..." He reads it. "Wait this can melt the gunk from the elevator."
He turns around and saw a Mimikyu making him jump back. "Whoa!"
It grunted and stares at him.
"Wait a Pokemon, here?" he said.
It made grunting noises speaking to him.
"Okay, do you want to come with me?" He asked it.
It got curious and nodded with the fake head moving.
"Weird that your wearing a costume but I won't judge." He picks it up.
"Oh Rai." They saw Dr. Bunsen Honeydew come in.
"Bunsen, so good to see you, can you help me with this.? He shows the recipe to him.
"Hmmm. I solvent, yes I can do it my friend. Where is the compounds?" He asked.
He shows where the bottle and machine are.
"I'll work on it quick, just take care of those poor dogs will you." Bunsen said.
"Great, where am I going to find dog food?" Rai said.
Mimikyu makes a few noises and a dark hand pointed outside, he follows it and they went to a aviary and saw some food stuck in a box. Mimikyu then breaks with a claw strike.
"Well that's one way to get it." Rai takes it.
They headed back and he pour the dog food in the bowls before ringing the bell, then everyone saw the dogs coming happy and they ate.
One then goes up to Rai as he pets it. "There you go boys. All better."
Sweetie also petted the other two in her child like wonder.
Two went off while one goes to his dog house to sleep.
"Well at least the dogs are happy." Rowlf said.
Bunsen came out of the green house. "I have done it. I've made the solvent to clean the elevator."
"Okay, let's all go to the elevator and fast." Rai said.
They ran back to the building and the others saw that Rai got the solvent.
"We got it, so let's go and save Scooter." Rai said.
They cheered that they can save they're friend now, Rai goes inside and puts the solvet to melt the gunk off.
"Yeah." He goes inside the elevator with Sweetie and Kermit.
But then everyone got in too making it a tight fit.
"Not everyone." Rai grunted.
Mimikyu agreed and presses the button to go up and Ricky looks from his spot.
"They're all doing they're best to save the poor guy." He said.
He can understand how they feel since it can be scary up there without someone to help. He hopes they can help him on time.
Note: They helped the dogs with few more muppets appearing and Rai got a Mimikyu now, it's one of my favorite recent Pokemon from Alola.
