*The morning after the party, Spyro's POV*

I slowly woke up with a stretch and a yawn. I looked down at Marshall's pup bed to see Marshall and Everest snuggling in a ball with Everest's head on Marshall's. "They are so cute together," I say to myself.

I looked over at his nightstand and grabbed my watch. I saw a text from Rainbow that said, "I had a good time last night. Scoots is already asking when we can come to see Marshall again. Only one night and they have become like siblings."

I responded, "I wouldn't have it any other way." I got up, grabbed all four swords, and put on my cloak. "I can't go anywhere without these," Spyro thought. He walks to the door and looks back at the pups.

"I think it is best I let them sleep; they have been through enough," I thought as I left. I looked at the time and saw it was 9:00. "It looks like Ryder thought the same thing, but I am surprised Chase isn't up," I thought to myself.

I flew up to the roof on the Lookout. He then proceeded to lie down and soak in the sun. "Now, let's see," I tell myself, looking through his watch. I looked through his call history. "No calls from Leon; that's good; the last thing I want to do is deal with the government right now," I tell myself with a smile.

I then decided to relax and unwind. "It has been a while since I have felt this happy; I never expected the PAW Patrol to be so welcoming," I thought to myself with a smile. I was truly happy; I don't feel like this often.

I then caught a whiff of a scent. He then proceeded to sniff the air. "Not a wolf, a Werepup, and a Dalmatian; Werepups are quite rare; what is one doing here?" I asked myself and looked, and I found the two pups coming up to the Lookout. "I hope this isn't trouble." I sighed and went to get a closer look.

*Marshall POV*

I woke up to feel really warm, like being in a very warm blanket. He opens his eyes to see white fluff. "Please, just a little longer," I heard a voice say. He moves his head a little to see Everest with a very tired look.

"Oh yeah, Everest wanted to sleep with me," Marshall thought. "Morning Everest," I say to her with a small. "Please, just a few more minutes," Everest said with a groggy voice. "Okay, but not too long; the others are probably waiting," I tell her, and I put my head on her.

"Thank you, she said, and snuggled up to me a bit more. I blushed, but I paid no mind. "I still can't believe me and Everest are together," I thought to myself with a smile and relaxed a bit. We stayed like that for a few minutes until Everest's head popped straight up, sniffing the air. "Wolves," she said and dashed out the door. "Everest, wait, what's going on?" I say and run off after her.

*Everest POV*

I ran out the door, leaving Marshall, and ran to the smell of the wolf. "What are they doing back here?" Everest thought and kept running. I see a wolf and pounce on him. "Aah," said the wolf with fear.

"What are you doing back here? You guys lost. Leave before I beat you into the ground," I say fiercely. "What are you even talking about?" the wolf said, surprised. "Get off him, now," I hear a girl pup say.

I turn my head to see a Dalmatian glare at me. "And who are you?" I ask her. "Get off him now," she repeated. "Hey Everest, use your nose on the Dalmatian," I hear Spyro say. Spyro was sitting on top of the garage with a smile.

"I would recommend you do the same Dalmatian; you might find the thing you were looking for," Spyro said. I sniffed the girl to find out something weird. The Dalmatian did the same and was surprised.

"You smell like Marshall!" Me and the girl pup both shout. Spyro just laughed. "Also, that pup is a werepup, not a wolf," Spyro tells her. Everest got off the wheelchair and had a shocked expression on her face.

"Everest, where did you go?" I hear Marshall say, coming over to the garage. "She is over here, kid," Spyro tells him. Marshall walks over to see the two new pups and my confusion. "Margareth? Is that you?" Marshall asked, surprised by her sudden appearance.

"Yes, what has it been now? Six years now," the pup now known as Margareth said with a smile. Marshall runs up to her and jumps in for a hug. "I missed you, Margareth," Marshall said while shedding a tear.

Now I was really confused and angry. "Who is this pup, his ex?" I thought to myself angrily. "Who is this Marshall, an ex?" I say to him angrily. "W-what n-no, sh-he is n-not my ex, sh-he is," Marshall tries to say, but Margareth interrupts him.

"Nope, I am actually engaged to the best pup in the world, Gabriel," she said, pointing at the Werepup. "Yeah, we are," Gabriel says with a blush. "So then, who are you to him?" I was confused.

"It is pretty simple as to why she smelled like Marshall. You smell like Marshall because you've been snuggling up to him, but she smells like him because she is him," Spyro said, trying to tease me. It worked; I blushed, but I didn't know what he meant.

"How Marshall didn't think you could get a girlfriend," Maargareth teased him. Marshall, who was also blushing at Spyro's comment, "Neither did I, sis," Marshall says shyly. "Wait, sis," Everest thought, finally putting the pieces together.

"Wait, are you two siblings?" I say. "Bingo," Margareth said with a smile. "Well, I think introductions are in order. I am Margareth, Marshall's older sister," Margareth says with a smile. "And this is Gabriel, my mate," Margareth says.

"Wait, when did you get a boyfriend?" Marshall asked, surprised. "About a year ago, me and Gabriel started dating, and I see you have found yourself a cute little Husky too," Margareth said with a smile.

"I am tough, not cute," Everest said, puffing her cheeks like a child. Spyro laughed at that. "No, she's right, you are pretty cute, but that is exactly what Scouts would say," Spyro said with a giggle. Everest blush. "Stop it, Spyro," Everest whined.

"That is just sadly how he shows his love," Marshall said with a sigh. "So are you going to introduce me to her, or am I going to have to ask her myself?" Margareth asked. "Yeah, she is Everest; we just confessed last night, so I am still pretty new to this," Marshall said in a shy voice.

"It takes a while to get used to it, but you will be used to it in a few weeks," Spyro tells them. "Anyway, I am Spyro; I take care of these two, but Ryder handles all the other pups," Spyro tells Margareth and Gabriel. "I thought Ryder took care of Marshall, and I did not see anything on you," Margareth said, confused.

"Well, about a year ago, Ryder gave me the rights to be Marshall's legal guardian. As for you not knowing about me, I am more of a secret member of the team," Spyro tells her. "The others should be getting up soon. I will go and tell Ryder we have visitors. In the meantime, you two can either stay here or go say hi to the others," Spyro said, walking off into the Lookout.

"So what do you want to do?" Marshall asks Margareth. "Let's go see some of your friends," Margareth said with a smile.

*Later with Spyro*

All the pups were in the lounge area in the Lookout. I was just watching them have fun with Ryder. "I didn't know Marshall had a sister," Skye said. "I am not surprised. It has been six years since we last met," Margareth tells Skye. "Why were you two separated anyway?" Rocky asked curiously.

"Well, about six years ago, Ryder came in looking for a pup to keep Chase company. You remember, don't you, Chase?" Margareth asked. "Yeah, that was the plan at the start; me and Marshall have been brothers ever since that day," Chase said with a smile.

"Well, since Ryder was not planning on making the Paw Patrol yet, he had to leave me behind. It was sad for a while until I got adopted," Margareth said. "It must have been hard without Marshall," Rubble said.

"It was for a while, but after I met Gabriel, that gap was filled," Margareth said, nuzzled her Mate. "I am glad you found someone who made you happy," Marshall said. "Thanks, Marshall," Margareth said with a smile.

"I was hoping we could all be friends; home is a bit boring," Margareth said with a frown. "You can come by here anytime, Margareth; as far as I'm concerned, you are family," Ryder tells her. "Thanks, Ryder. I hope we can all become good friends," Margareth said with a smile.

"Yeah," all the pups said in a cheer. "Being around all these pups really can bring anyone happiness," I think to myself with a smile. Then I started to hear Ryder's pup pad start to ring. Ryder picks it up to see Danny.

"Hey Danny, I need anything," Ryder asks him. "It is Daring Danny X, but yes, I may have been a little stuck," Danny says. I look to see that he is on the water tower. "How did you even do that?" I say, confused.

"Well, I made a jet pack, and it kind of didn't work," he said. "If it didn't work, then how did you get up there?" Ryder asked, just as confused as I was. "Well, it kind of worked, and then it exploded; now I am stuck up here," he tells us.

"Are you okay?" Ryder asked. "Kinda, I can still move everything, but I feel like I was hit by a bus," Danny said. "Okay, we will be there soon," Ryder said, and then got another call. "Hold on, Danny; I am getting another call," Ryder said, and then he was talking to the conductor.

"Hey conductor, what seems to be the problem?" Ryder asked. "Well, you see, I was transporting some boars to a nearby zoo when they broke free from the train, and now I don't know where they are," he said.

"Boars! First, it was monkeys, then elephants, and now boars!" I think to myself. "That is a big problem; people could get hurt," Ryder tells him. "I know, but I am not trained to handle this," the conductor said in panic.

"Don't worry, no job is too big, no pup is too small," Ryder said, pulling out his color pad and hitting the button. "PAW Patrol, to the Loockout," rang through the pup's tags.

"Ryder needs us!" the pups said as they went up and ran to the elevator with Gabriel and Margareth following. As per usual, Marshall trips on a dog toy and rolls into the elevator.

I walk in to see Marshall pop his head out. "I'm good," he says as everyone laughs. I ride the elector with them as it stops so they can grab their gear. We make it to the top.

The pups jump out of their normal spots. Margareth was next to Everest, and Gabriel was next to her. They were in their normal uniforms, with Margareth wearing Marshall's EMT pup pack. "Ready for action, Ryder, sir," Chase said with a smile. I was off to the side of the elevator, leaning on the wall.

"Okay pups, we have two problems," Ryder says, hitting a button on his pup pad that makes cartoonish images appear on the big screen.

It shows Danny on the water tower and the boogers on the streets. "Danny tried to make a jet pack, but it failed, and now he is stuck, and there are boars that escaped the train," Ryder tells them, much to their surprise.

"How does that even happen?" Margareth asked, confused.

"Wouldn't that be the weirdest thing that has happened?" Marshall tells her.

"Okay, first I am going to need Skye," he said as her pup tag popped up on the screen.

"I need your help getting him down.

"This pup's got to fly," she says while doing a backflip.

"Okay, I am going to need Rocky," Ryder said, and his tag popped on the screen.

"And Marshall, honestly, I need two EMTs right now," Ryder said, unsure of what to do.

"I can help; I am an EMT," Margareth tells him.

"Okay, then Margareth, can you help with Danny?" Ryder asked.

"Of course!" She said it with a grin.

"Okay, and for the bulls, I'm going to need Spyro; do you mind leading this one?" Ryder asked with a smile.

I smile at him. "Sure, I don't have anything going on, right?"

"Okay then, Chase, I need you to stir traffic away from the boars," Ryder tells him.

"Chase is on the case," Chase says with a smile.

"And next, I will need Marshall; I will need you to help anyone that has been injured by the boars," he tells him.

"I am ready for a ruff, ruff recuse," Marshall said with a smile.

"Okay, now I need someone to help the conductor with a train," Ryder said, thinking.

"I can help with that. I am a mechanic, but I have never worked on a train before," Gabriel says with a smile.

"Okay, then Gabriel, you will help with the train," Ryder tells him, and he nods.

"Okay, I know anyone else can help with raggling the boars," Ryder tells them.

"Okay, PAW Patrol is on roll," Ryder says his catchphrase as the pups howl and go down the slide.

I smiled at the pups; they always knew how to make me smile. I stretch out my arms and legs as my wings pop out. "Can I come too?" I hear Everest ask with a smile.

"I am not going to tell you no; these boars are going to be a handful," I tell her with a smile.

"Sounds terrifying; leave me out of that," Rubble said while walking away.

"Boar raggling sounds like fun," Zuma said with a cocky smile.

"Okay, then let's go!" I say, run, and jump off the balcony with a smile. I do flip in the air as I flap my wing to make a soft landing.

I walk into the garage and hop on my bike. I rev it up a bit with a smile. "I love this thing," I think to myself.

I drive it into the street as Marshall, with Gabriel in the back of his truck and Chase, Zuma, and Everest waiting for me. "Ready for orders, Spyro sir," Marshall said in a joking tone, which made everyone laugh.

"I don't sound like that!" Chase whined.

"Okay, keep the jokes until after the jobs are done; I have a feeling this might take a while," Spyro tells them with a sigh.

"Well, let's get this thing going," Everest says with a smile.

"Of course, you would say that; you just want to spend more alone time with Marshall," Zuma teases her as both Marshall and Everest blush.

"And teasing the love birds, we can do that later," I say, half joking.

"Now let's get moving," I say, revving up my engine as we make our way to the train station. We make it to the station and see the conductor. "Hey, your conductor, right?" I ask him to make sure.

I am not in town often, so most people don't know me or what I do. It was always better that way; I was never much to make friends like Marshall, plus with my Team Hope work rising, I don't have much time to spend on things like making friends in Adventure Bay.

"Yes, and you are?" the conductor asked, confused.

"He is Spyro; he is a friend of ours; he is helping Ryder with the rescues," Marshall answered for me.

Being a dragon in a town full of humans and pups is just like it sounds. Not many people outside of the PAW Patrol know that I am not a human but a dragon. Nothing a little dragon magic can't fix; I blend in as a human pretty well.

"Ryder is dealing with one of Danny's stunts; I am here to help with the boars, Chase. Find the boars with your drone and direct traffic," Spyro tells him.

"Got it," Chase said, and he launched his drone from his rig.

"Okay, do you know if the boars have caused any injuries?" I asked the conductor.

"I don't know," the conductor said with a shake of his head.

"Okay, do know what damages to train are?"

"Yeah, they messed up the carts pretty badly," he says, and he points at the cart that the boars were in; it was pretty banged up.

"Let me see what I can do," Gabriel said, jumping out of Marshall's rig.

Gabriel looked at it with curiosity and said, "I need some metal scrapes and a few screws."

"I should have some screws, but I know about metal scrapes," the conductor said.

"Zuma, you help Rocky with his work, right? You should know where to get some metal scrapes, right?" I ask him with a smile.

"I will go get some now; be right back," Zuma tells us and drives back to the Lookout.

"Any luck, Chase?" asked him while looking over at the drone feed.

"Yeah, there are two running around Main Street," Chase tells me.

"Okay, Everest and Chase, you guys go see if you can stop them from causing any more chaos; Marshall with me; let's see if we can find the others," I tell them.

"Got it," both Everest and Chase said, and they drove off to find the boars.

"Now, let's see if we can find them."

*Ryder pov*

"C'mon, Danny, why?" Rocky said it with irritation.

Rocky was fiddling with Danny's makeshift jet pack. Skye had successfully gotten him down from the tower as Margareth treated his bruises.

"I mean, what were you even thinking? Making a jet pack from junk is just the most stupid, irresponsible, idiotic thing you could do!" Rocky scolded him, but he just shrugged it off.

"It is Daring Danny X, and it just needs a few adjustments," Danny said with a wave of his hand.

"A few adjustments! This thing is falling apart, not to mention it is a safety hazard. Marshall could make a better jet pack, and that is saying something!" Rocky rants while the others laugh.

"Marshall has never been one for tinkering, but you might be right, but now you," Margareth said with a death stare.

"You better never see you doing something this stupid again, or I am going to give you more than just a few bruises," Margareth says with a glare, much to his surprise.

"What do you mean?" Danny said it fearfully.

"You don't want to find out," she said with a giggle.

"Know, let's go see if the boys need help," Skye said with a smile.

"If I had to guess, it is either going great or under disaster," Margareth said with a shake of her shoulders.

"Okay, then let's go see if Spyro did something stupid like he usually does," Ryder said, and then they made their way to Main Street to see Chase putting up cones with Everest trying to herd the boars, but she was not a herding dog, so she had little result.

"Augh, why wouldn't they listen to me?" Everest shouted in frustration.

"There aren't sheep, Everest; force wouldn't work!" Chase yelled to her when we pulled up.

"Oh, Ryder, good; we could really use some help," Chase sighed.

"I got this!" Everest yelled out stubbornly.

"Don't hurt yourself! The last thing we need is you getting hurt!" Chase yelled back to her, but it was null and void.

"Where's Spyro and Marshall?" I asked, not seeing him anywhere.

"Looking for the others, we have enough to deal with right now to worry about them," Chase tells me.

"Okay, Chase, help Everest with herding them; I know she won't stop now," I say with a sigh at Everest's actions.

"Got it, Ryder, sir," he said, going to help Everest.

"Okay, let's go see if Gabriel has had any luck with the train." I tell the rest, and they nod.

We make our way to the train station to see Gabriel working on one of the train carts, with Zuma watching and handing him screws. "One more Zuma," Gabriel said, and Zuma gave him another screw.

"Okay, that should do it; you are all ready to go," Gabriel tells the conductor.

"Just in time too," I tell Chase and Everest as they drive the boars right into the cart. After they were locked up, Everest fell to the ground from exhaustion. "I didn't think herding boars would be that hard," Everest said through her pants.

"Next time, leave the herding to me," Chase tells her with a smile.

"Now, the real question is: how are Marshall and Spyro doing with the other boars?" I asked only to get a smile from Margareth.

"It looks like they are riding them," Margareth said with a laugh and pointed to them.

*A few minutes earlier with Spyro pov*

I was sniffing the air as I let my primal instincts take over. I caught a whiff of the boar's scent. I can tell it is close—two of them. I follow my nose, with Marshall trailing behind. I make my way into the park. I look around to see the two boars to the side, near a tree.

"You see them," I say to Marshall, who crouchs down.

"Yeah, I do; what do we do?" Marshall asked while staring at them.

I gripped my sword, but I let it go. "The easy path isn't always the best one to take," I think to myself. I watch them smell and move around when I get an idea.

"What do you think about some boar rides?" I asked him with a smile. Marshall smiled back. "Let's do it."

We sneak up on them from behind them, then jump on them, much to the boar's surprise. I quickly gained control of the boar I was on and looked back to see Marshall struggling. "Grab it and hold on tight; I'll do the rest," I tell him, with full control of the boars I was on.

Marshall gripped onto the boar's back as I held out my hand and touched the boar's snout. It quickly started to calm down as I held it. "That's it; no need to panic," I tell the boar in a soothing voice.

"Okay, now, let's go," I say as we track our way back to the station. We make it back to the station with no trouble. Ryder and the pups had shocked expressions on their faces, and we only smiled.

"What? Never seen a boar rider?" I ask with a laugh.

"Yup, if anyone was to do it, it would probably be you," Everest said while on the floor, still panting.

We both walked the boars into the train cart and locked it up, and Marshall quickly ran over to Everest in worry. I smile at Marshall's caring nature.

"Are you okay, Everest? You are panting like crazy," he asked her, worried about her.

"She is fine, dude; apparently, hewing boaws is too much for hew," Zuma teased.

Everest groaned at Zuma's comment, "Shut up, Zuma; you didn't even help!" She barked.

I just laughed at the two. "Okay guys, let's finish the job before you two go at it," I say and turn over to Ryder. "Did you finish up with Danny?" I asked him with a smile.

"Yeah, and it looks like your first mission didn't end in disaster; maybe we should do this more often," Ryder said, grinning.

"I'm down, not like I have much else to do," I say, masking my excitement.

"YES!" I shout internally.

"And now, you two," Ryder said, pointing at Gabriel and Margareth.

"I was impressed at your levels of skill; where did you learn to become an EMT and mechanic?" Ryders tells them with a smile.

"It is hard to explain," Margareth said with a laugh.

I looked at Gabriel, and he looked familiar to me. Being a werepup is rare enough, but he is what he is now. "You are Gabriel, Gabriel Locksmith," I say seriously.

Margareth and Gabriel gasped, and the other pups looked confused. "How did you know that?" Gabriel asked, surprised.

"I am surprised I didn't make the connection sooner; I must still be recovering from my power surge," I tell him with a sigh.

"But you should recognize the name Spyro. I worked with Antonio a few times; he's not a bad guy, but I prefer Leon," I say with a shrug.

Gabriel starts to think and then backs away from fear. "You are the drag," Gabriel tried to say. Spyro quickly shut him down.

"Not here; too many eyes and ears," I tell him.

"Yeah, how about we go take this back, Lookout?" Marshall suggested.

"Yeah, come on pups, we talk about this back at the Lookout; let's let us know if you need any more help, Conductor; just yelp for help," Ryder says, and we make our way back to the Lookout.

I park my bike back in the garage and walk up to see Marshall jump onto a bean bag with a smile, with the other pups close behind. I sit on the couch. Everest quickly jumped up to her partner and cuddled up to him. She put her head over his back.

"Really, right here?" Marshall asked with red cheeks.

"I don't care; I am tired," Everest said with a sigh.

I smile at the two. "AWW," I hear the other pups say. Marshall blushes hard, but Everest's cheeks don't move. "Leave me alone; I am too tired to deal with this attention," Everest groaned.

"Besides, I think we have a much more interesting thing to talk about—to think the famed Gabriel Locksmith would be dating Marshall's sister," I say with a laugh, and Gabriel blushes.

"What do you know?" Gabriel whines.

"It depends on what you mean," I say seriously. "I can tell you who I am, and I know who you are," I tell him.

"Then who are you?" Margareth asked suspiciously.

"I am Spyro, like I said, but I just didn't tell you what I was," I tell her with a smile.

"I am a dragon," I tell her, to hear her gasp as I giggle.

"You can't be serious; what kind of idiot are you?" Margareth asked, unimpressed.

Marshall giggled, too. "He is not lying; he is Spyro, the Purple Dragon," he says with a smile.

"Stop joking, Marshall; I don't believe it," Margareth said stubbornly.

"Your boyfriend is a Werepup, but you can't believe I am a Dragon. Wow," I say with a laugh. "Okay, give me a second to warm up," I say as I stretch out my wings, much to her surprise.

I get up from the couch and stretch out all my limbs as I start to change back to my dragon form. I glow bright purple, and a purple flame erupts from my body as it changes. As the purple flames clear, Margareth is left speechless.

"W-wh-hat-t" was all she could say in her confusion.

The other pups only laughed. "Dude, did you really think he was joking with his sewious face on?" Zuma said through giggles.

"Okay, what's going on?" Margareth yells.

"Spyro is not lying, Margareth; he is telling the truth," Gabriel tells her with a sigh.

"But the real question is, how does he know that?" Ryder said while looking at Spyro with an eyebrow raised.

"I told you, I did some work with his boss, Antonio; he is probably the reason they know how to be an EMT and mechanic," I tell him.

"Well, it looks like this was a fun day," I say with a smile, then turn back into my human form and lay on the couch.

"Why don't you guys go and play awhile? There is plenty of daylight," I tell them as a yawn escapes me.

"I would love to, but we should get going; we never know when Antonio might need us," Margareth said. "And Gabriel still has training to get to."

Margareth walked over to Marshall and Everest. "Hey, Everest?" Margareth said it with a smile.

Everest slowly opened her eyes again. "Take care of Marshall for me; he can be a handful when left alone," Margareth asked her with a smile.

I laugh at the handful part. "I think you are being too nice; Marshall is too good at finding trouble, but that is what I am here for," I tell her, and she smiles.

"I will; I am not leaving him for anything; he is my pillow now," Everest joked, and everyone laughed, leaving Marshall red in the face.

"Good and thanks, uh," she said, looking at me. "Spyro, that's what my friends call me, but I have plenty of other names, like Purple Knight, Purple Fang, and Violet Dragazer," I say, listing off my different names.

"Just keep him safe," she tells me with a smile.

"Yes, ma'am," I say with a mocking salute.

"Okay, then we should get going, unlit next time, pups," she said as she and Gabriel got up to leave.

"See, yeah, sis," Marshall says with a smile.

"Yeah, see you guys later," the other pups say with a smile. "Until next time, pups," she said as they left.

I just laid down with a smile plastered on my face. "Just maybe I can be happy," I think with a smile as I doze off.
