Hello! Toxicistoblame back with another story! I decided to completely abandon my previous TDWT Redemption fic, mainly because I wasn't happy about how it turned out and all... So I've decided to revamp it! I'm going to write this story alongside my TDI OC story, and as a result I'll work on both stories back to back!
This story is a sequel to Total Drama Island Redemption: Cody, which was my first story, which I wasn't that proud of, to be honest. As a result, I decided to remake the Total Drama: Cody's Second Chance at World Tour, which I didn't get far into the story.
This story will be in first person, in Cody's POV. There's a timeskip for Cody in between the events of TDIRC and RTDWTC, so Cody would not have known the events of Action in this alternate timeline. As for the pairings, that'll be explained at the end of the chapter.
I've been motivated to do a TDWT story again, so I figured that starting it fresh and a bit different would be nice, at least for me. I only recently came back into making fanfictions, so my schedule will be a bit wonky, especially since I'm a junior in high school right now, and my school starts up in two days, so it may take a few weeks at the most to make a new chapter.
There will also be a bit of change in the cast. As for who's added or removed from the cast will be a secret for now, hehe.
WARNING: If you don't feel like reading my first story, that's understandable. Back then that was my first story, so it was a bit cringe. Here was the elimination order from that story,

Chapter I: Deja-vu
Space Time Continuum; Unknown Area
Where am I?
"I can answer that, my friend," Someone spoke.
I jumped, startled, looking at every direction. Eventually I saw a mysterious figure. He had thick, dark, and long curly hair that stretched towards his shoulders, looked to be about 6', although he had a black robe, you could still see the masculinity physically. He was wearing a skull-shaped mask, you could see his orange-red eyes, although very faintly. He also had a fedora in his hand, holding it. He wore black boots with sharp ass spikes on the bottom of the boots. He wore black pants, and some parts had rips, mostly below the kneecap.
"Uhhh, heh," I stutter. He looks so fucking scary, not gonna lie, "W-Who are you? And how did you read my mind?!"
"You don't remember me?" The mysterious man asked me.
"Nope,"
"Man, you're still bummed that you lost last time, huh?" He asked me.
"Oh wait! I think I remember you now! You're... Vasu Demain, right?" I asked him.
"Took you long enough," Vasu said.
"Sorry about not remembering you..." I apologized to him.
"It's fine. After all, you were still a bit under the dust after the events of second chance of TDI..." Vasu explained.
"Yea, my life went back to what it was, still no luck with women, it seems..." I told Vasu.
"Yea, but I've sent you back here for a certain reason..." Vasu told me.
"Huh?"
"Well, you're reputation on the cast since around the end of Action has been a bit... rocky..." Vasu explained
I gasped. But I was so likeable whenever I went onto TDI for a second time. How could anyone turn on me?
"Yes... However, some people still think you're a nice guy, and some see you as a cheater..." Vasu sighed.
C-Cheater?!
"You'll have to find out yourself. And while that was happening, you were bonding with a certain someone that tarnished your friendship with one of your closest buddies on TDI..." Vasu told me.
"Who?!"
"That's not even the most important thing I have to tell you," he said, "You remember, Alejandro?"
Oh shit. If it had anything to do with that latino, then it must be really bad.
"Alejandro seems more evil than in the usual timeline... He's after you, it seems..." Vasu said.
Oh fuck...
"However, I know you can't take him on with... the shape you're in right now., no offense," he said.
I get it, I get it.
"This means I'm going to make you stronger physically to stand a chance against Alejandro in case of the tiebreaker fight in the finale," my eyes beamed, "It seems like you're excited for this, right?"
"Yeah," I reply back.
"Well, this means that you'll get a second chance," Vasu explained, "A second chance in World Tour to not only redeem your damaged reputation, but to also put an end to Alejandro's reign and terror," he paused before continuing, "No matter what happens, I'll let you live that life after World Tour for the rest of your life, got it?"
I nodded my head, "Yes!"
Vasu opened the door, "Alrighty! Then, Cody, have a great time! Hope you win this time!"
I reached for the white glow coming from the door. I looked back at Vasu, "Have a great day!"
As I went inside the white void, I could hear Vasu say, "Make sure to correct the mistakes made!"
On a bus...
I could hear something, as if I'm on some kind of transportation. The sound of rubber tires grinding against the hard concrete entered my ears. When I woke up, I saw Noah sitting next to me.
Man, I hope he still thinks I'm a good person...
"Hey, Cody," Noah waved at me.
"Huh?! Where am I?!" I panicked
"Uh, we're going to the airport for the third season?" Noah looked at me, raising his eyebrow.
"Oh, yeah! Sorry about that, Noah," I told him.
"And also, I just feel bad for you in general," Noah said casually.
Thank god, he doesn't hate me. However, I wonder who on the show hates me?
"Wait, why?" I asked the bookworm.
"Well, it obvious. Like quite a few people here don't even like you as a person anymore, even our former friend, Trent..." He said.
Wait what?!
Trent hates me?!
"Wait, why does he even hate me?!" I asked Noah.
"Well..." Noah paused.
"Just tell me!" I raised my voice slightly.
"Okay, okay! Calm down! God..." Noah said, "But, you've been bonding with Gwen a lot as of late..."
Wait what?
I've been bonding with Gwen?
"You too seemed to have an interest in each other, and judging by how she acted around you, she definitely has some feelings for you, which caused Trent to become jealous and cut ties with not only you, but also me. But to be honest, I believed your side of the story more, so that's why I've stood with you rather than Trent," the bookworm said.
"Oh..."
"And it also looks like you've been either working out, hit puberty, or something else, because you look way stronger than when we saw each other in Action," Noah told me.
At that moment, I just realized that my body changed from being scrawny to more in shape. I was too busy talking with Noah to even notice, "Yea, Tyler had been training with me during Island up until Action," I told him.
"Ah, I see," Noah gave me a sly look, "It's for Gwen, isn't it?"
I blushed slightly, quickly denying it, "No! It's not like that!"
"Uh huh, sure..." Noah smirked at me, "Well anyways, How's life been since you, Lindsay and Heather broke up?"
...
Wait, we broke up?!
"Since when?!" I panicked.
"What do you mean? Oh well, Heather broke up with you because she got jealous that you got closer to Gwen, someone she hates, and also forced Lindsay to break up too or she'd cut off their alliance. So yeah, that's why you're basically single right now," Noah explained to me, "I don't know if Lindsay hates you or not, but I can assure you that Heather hates you though,"
...
"Oh, why that-"
"Chill out Cody," Noah pat my back, "It's happened, it's over. We got to move on,"
I guess there was nothing I could do with the situation to make it so that we're back in a relationship, so I agreed, "F-Fine..."
"ALRIGHTY! EVERYONE OFF THE BUS NOW! WE'VE MET OUR DESTINATION!" Chef Hatchet opened the bus door.
Oh shit. Last time, Chef Hatchet hated me for how I poked fun at him in Island. That was probably the reason why he eliminated me in Island in the final four.
I decide to walk out without speaking to him, I think it'd be best.
I walked out of the bus, only to be met with Gwen.
"Hey, Cody," Gwen said, coming up to me. After seeing Gwen, I noticed how tall I was now compared to the females on the show. I guess this is how DJ feels.
"Oh, hey," I replied.
She went up to me and began hugging me. What the fuck was going on?!
"Yea, this is great and but how abo-"
I was cut off by Gwen's lips pressing against mine, passionately kissing me on the lips!
Gwen was kissing me?! What the hell? This felt like a domino effect. It felt like many memories of my second time on TDI were being thrown off to the side, like as if it never happened. Like, I'm not dating Lindsay or Heather, but Gwen now?! Since when was I dating Gwen? I thought she'd have no interest in me! Besides, Noah didn't tell me that we were together!
This was making my head dizzy. I tried to keep my composure in the end, not wanting to freak the other contestants out.
The kiss didn't last for that long, as she released me.
Owen then came out, wailing and complaining about setting his foot on an airport. DJ ended up having to take him out of the bus with him kicking and screaming.
"Aerophobia... from the Latin. As opposed to aeronausiophobia, the fear of air sickness," Harold said upon exit.
And then Noah sarcastically said, "Keep up with the fascinating facts, and I'll be aero-nauseous all over you!"
Then I turned to the right. There he was. The host himself. Chris McLean. The most evil upon any evils.
He was introducing the contestants one by one. However, for some reason, when the next bus arrived, two faces I've noticed entered the scene.
First one was Eva, "Welcome, Eva!" Chris welcomed.
"Beat it, McLean," Eva glared at the host.
"Oh! Sorry about that one!" Chris's face looked almost completely unaffected by the threat.
And then, the second contestant that shouldn't really be here was... oh shit.
It was Trent.
He walked up to Chris, "Hey, dude!"
"Hello, Trent!" The host replied.
Trent went over to the large crowd of the cast, giving me and Gwen a glare, "Don't let him bother you, Cody," Gwen told me.
"Yea, I know. I just wish he can just get over it..." I replied.
"Well, he'll get over it soon enough," Gwen said, "How about another kiss?"
"Oh, ok! Go ahead!" I said before she kissed me again.
This just feels weird. Well I mean, if this was the past me, I'd have passed out of joy. However, after I got over her, it just started to feel a bit off for me...
Part of me still has feelings for Gwen. However, another part of me thought that this was wrong.
In the end, I decided to get used to it, whether it felt weird for me or not.
Gwen then released me from her passionate kiss, "Chris said something about two new contestants, I wonder who they're going to be?"
Oh shit.
That means Alejandro is going to be here.
I completely forgot about him.
"Are you okay, Cody? You seemed worried..." Gwen asked me.
"Yea, I was just thinking about life," I lied.
And there he was. Alejandro, who had just stepped out of the bus, was wooing the majority of the women around him.
This made my blood boil. I knew at that moment he was going to use his looks just make it to the finale and win the season. And I ain't letting that happen. I became stronger so that I could eventually eliminate that latino bitch.
I was so mad about Alejandro that I didn't even notice Ezekiel sneaking his way in the competition.
Then there was some girl I never seen before arrive at the scene. She seemed like that aura girl from ROTI, her name is Dawn, I think? What's she doing here? Where's Sierra?
Not that I'm complaining. Though Sierra carried me through TDWT the first time, I still couldn't forgive her for being kind of creepy and clingy on me. No offense to Sierra, but she was too much like a stalker. Sniffing and going through my belongings gave me the chills. I thought it was nice at first, but it quickly became annoying and I eventually disliked her as a person.
Anyways, we're getting side tracked. Let's move on.
"We have to tour around the world in that thing?" DJ asked us in a slightly rude tone.
"Excuse me, but I'd like to express some concern about the safety of our plane," Courtney said with concern.
The host assured us, "Relax! It's perfectly safe,"
Not even two seconds after the host said that that a piece of the plane fell off and hit the concrete.
"Now boarding!" The host said with a smile.
"Oh hell no! I cant ride in that thing!" Owen said fearfully.
The loveable oaf began screaming of his displeasure of the plane.
"Call the United Nations! Call a cab! Call my mom! No! I'm not doing this! This is unethical!"
"BANG!" Chris smacked the loveable oaf in the head with a metal pan.
"Mommy..." Owen cried, falling to the floor as his injury from his head slowly protruded out his head.
"My trusty frying pan never fails. Anyone else got a problem with it?" Chris asked the cast.
"No!", "Love it!", and "Dibs on the window seat," were the replies.
"Now boarding! On a voyage to a million big ones!" Chris exclaimed.
"We're saving you a First Class seat for all of the action," Chris said, pointing at the camera, "Right here on...
Total."
"Drama!"
"WOOOOOORLD TOOOOOOOOOOUR!"
"Seriously?" said Duncan. And we pretty much thought that to ourselves too.
Well, I know that this is not going to play the same as last time, nor do I think it's going to any easier either...
Well, this season is probably going to be a long one.
Just got to watch out Alejandro and all that.
Well, I guess this will be a chaotic season, judging by the looks of it.
And I'm not looking forward to it.
And, yeah! That's it for now! This dragged out longer than I thought it would. It was gonna be a short chapter, since, you know, it's the introduction chapter, but I had fun writing this, so this chapter is almost 3k words long. Trust me, most of the rest of the chapters are going to be at least 6-7k words long, so yea.
No references this time, didn't have any that came to mind to interpret into the story.
