FOREWORD

I have to admit, most of the Lostbelts in Fate/Grand Order didn't do it for me. They quickly became too formulaic. Yet I held out hope for one in particular, and it didn't disappoint me. Namely, the British Lostbelt, Avalon le Fae. While it still adhered to the formula, it managed to make up for that with a wide array of varied and interesting characters. Those familiar with my Nasuverse crossovers will remember Out of the Strong Came Forth Sweetness and its sequel Unnatural History, pairing Harry with Barghest. However, there was another character I wanted to pair Harry with.

Namely, Lostbelt Morgan.

Now, by the time the Lostbelt takes place (for the most part, time-travel shenanigans aside), Lostbelt Morgan is an irredeemable villain, as bad as the very Fae she persecuted. While she and her adopted daughter Baobhan Sith have horrific and sympathetic pasts, any sympathy they could have garnered have been wiped away by their actions up until that point. In fact, I wished they died more horribly and painfully.

Yet there was no denying that Morgan and Baobhan Sith, as well as so many other characters in the British Lostbelt, deserved better lives than what they got. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that Morgan, before she became the tyrannical Lostbelt Queen, would have a lot in common with Harry, as would Caster Arturia. But how to make the pairing work? I originally considered a reincarnation fic along the lines of my Harry/Arturia fic You're the King of My Heart, but that didn't quite work out.

DZ2, however, showed the way forward, with their 'Never Forget! Never Forgive!' challenge. While I did not intend to use every element of that challenge, especially making Harry far darker, it still offered a way for Harry to end up with Morgan and her Tam Lin. And this, then, is the result. I hope you enjoy it.

Anyway, time for the usual disclaimers. Firstly, there will be spoilers for both Harry Potter and the Nasuverse.

Secondly, there will be heavy annotations, as is usual for my works. You have been warned.

Thirdly, this is an M-Rated work. There will be coarse language, violence, horrific themes, and sexual references. Again, you have been warned.

Finally, the following is a fan-written work. Harry Potter and the Nasuverse are the properties of their respective owners. Please support the official release. Otherwise, Baobhan Sith will torture you with curses…
