Here's the next chapter. Hope you enjoy.

RubixJr – Thank you so much. Yeah, I had no idea when or how I came up with the idea, but I'm just glad it makes sense.

FreakyFreek – Hello again. Yeah, I don't know why, but I think I slightly prefer the 1B girls over the 1A girls. It might be because (as you said) they don't get enough screen time. Additionally, I think their quirks are much more interesting. I don't know how you feel about season 5 of MHA, but I am loving it because we get to see 1B's quirks in action.

As to the Cheshire Cat comment… funny that you say that…

djinn – Thank you. You have been a great support. I will start to give hints as to why Lewis dislikes competition in this chapter. My Hero Academia seems to be heavily based on competition and personal goals, so I thought it would be interesting to have a character that dislikes that sort of stuff and, later on, Lewis may become a target of the villains.

WilliamLeonis – Thank you. I'm just surprised that people have taken the time to read this story.

nirmtheworm14 – Of course. I was actually planning for Lewis to meet her after the sports festival. You know how introverts don't make friends, but extraverts adopt introverts and introduce them to others. That's basically what Nejire is going to do with Lewis.

Chapter 10: Building Bridges

"Oh hello," Lewis said in surprise, not expecting a crowd of U.A student's standing outside their class door, "can we help you?"

Classes had ended for the day and Lewis was hoping to pick up some food for the meeting tonight. Momo said she would bring some of her favourite tea to serve. Lewis was going to say that she didn't have to, but he could tell by the wide grin, rosy cheeks and how she seemed to radiate the word 'bouncy' that she was very excited and couldn't bear to disappoint her.

Everything was going to plan until he was opened the door to a mob of curious students.

"Do you have some sort of business with our class?" Iida asked sternly from behind Lewis.

"They're scouting out the competition, idiots," Bakugo grumbled as he pushed Lewis out of the way of the door, "we're the class that survived a real villain attack. They want to see us with their own eyes."

Bakugo faced the crowd, a cold anger in his eyes.

"At least you know what a future pro looks like, now move it extras," Bakugo ordered, much to annoyance of Lewis and the rest of the class.

"So, this class 1A," came a tired voice from the crowd, "I heard you guys were impressive, but you just sound like an ass."

Stepping through crowd, Lewis eyes widened as he recognised the purple haired boy from the entrance exam. He's hair was still messy, and he still had dark rings around his eyes, but now he was wearing a U.A uniform. Lewis was actually reminded of Aizawa when he saw him. Maybe it was the dull tone in his voice.

"Is everybody in the hero course this delusional or is just you?" the tired boy asked, earning an annoyed look Bakugo and several students to shake their heads in denial, "how sad to come here and find a bunch of egomaniacs," he sighed as he rubbed the back of head.

"Hello," Lewis cheerily greeted, "I haven't seen you since the entrance exam. I'm glad to see that you got in," he said with a small smile.

The purple haired boy blinked in surprise as he saw Lewis.

"Oh…it's you," he uttered, "I didn't know you were in this class."

"Wait isn't that the guy from the welcome talk?" one of students asked.

"Yeah, the one that asked for context," another said.

Whispers and mutters spread like wildfire among the crowd as they recognised Lewis. The person they were talking about started to sweat nervously as he was, once again, the centre of attention. Lewis pushed down his anxiety and focused on the person in front.

"I'm Lewis Fleetwood," he introduced himself, "you weren't hurt during the exam, were you?" he asked with a worried frown.

The purple haired boy cleared his throat, and his face became bored once more.

"I'm Shinso Hitoshi and no, I wasn't hurt. It was ages ago," he dully reminded.

Lewis shrugged, "I know, but I still had to ask."

"Why?" Shinso questioned suspiciously.

Lewis raised an eyebrow at his tone.

"Just because I have to," Lewis answered honestly.

"This ain't a meet and greet, gaijin," Bakugo growled as he got into Lewis' face, "have a fucking conversating on your own time."

Shinso turned his attention back to Bakugo.

"I wanted to be in the hero course," Shinso stated, "but like many others here I was forced to choose a different track such as life," he said, earning a tsked from Bakugo, "I didn't cut it the first time around, but I have another chance. If anybody does well at the sports festival the teachers can decide to transfer us to the hero course."

'Really? That's great!' Lewis thought happily, 'More students learning how to become heroes means more people will be safe from harm. Maybe this sports festival is not as bad as I thought.'

"And they will have to transfer people out to make room." Shinso continued darkly.

"For goodness' sake!' Lewis internally cried.

"Scouting the competition," Shinso muttered, "maybe some of my peers are, but I am here to let you know that if don't bring your very best I'll steal your spot right from under you."

The entire class fell silent at Shinso's threat. Everybody looked on with concern or determination, eager to keep their spot in the hero course.

"Consider this a declaration of war," Shinso finished, sending a chill down class 1A spines.

The class saw how much of a threat the other courses were for their time in hero course. They had become isolated in their own school. They were the kings and queens of the hill and the rest of U.A are the army who want to take them down.

'So, not only do I have to worry about the class competing against each other, I have to worry about 1A being isolated from the rest of the school. Just brilliant,' Lewis thought in despair, 'there has to be a way to stop this. I mean everybody's working to the same goals, right. Right?"

Lewis smiled as he thought of an idea.

"Well, Shinso that sounds excellent," Lewis said surprising everybody around him.

"It does?" Shinso asked in confusion.

"It does!?" Class 1A shouted in shock.

"Yes," Lewis answered simply, "I assure you everybody in this class will try their hardest in the sports festival as would you and everybody else here," Lewis declared to the crowd, temporarily forgetting how much he hates public speaking, "I mean we all got into U.A and therefore everybody has potential to be part of the hero course. So, I wish all of you good luck and I hope to see you at the arena."

Once Lewis was done, with a warm smile on his face, everybody fell silent. Shinso looked at him weirdly, mulling over his words.

Eventually, the crowd starter to mutter again and Lewis was eager to hear what they have to say.

"What is this some sort of weird psychological trick," one student asked another.

'What?' Lewis thought in horror.

"He didn't look like the type to manipulate people."

"It's always the pretty boys," a voice sighed.

'No, no, no what's happening?' Lewis internally cried.

"HEY, YOU!" a voice shouted from the crowd.

Lewis turned to see a student with short silver hair and metal-like markings around his eyes. He stared angrily at him, baring his pointed teeth.

"YOU THINK WE'RE STUPID OR SOMETHIN' JUST BECAUSE YOU FACED VILLAINS! WELL, I'M FROM CLASS B AND YOUR NOT FOOLIN' US!" he shouted at Lewis.

Lewis took a couple step backs as the crowd angrily shouted at him. He watched in horror as his speech backfired on him.

"That's not…I was trying to…please listen to me…" he tried to calm down the angry mob, but it was clear that they had no intention of stopping.

Lewis glimpsed at Shinso. He was the only person that didn't look angry at him. Since he had known Lewis before this incident and had helped him with the robotic villain, he knew that Lewis wasn't stuck up. So, Shinso looked at him guiltily as if he were the reason this had started.

Iida slammed the door in front of the mob and turned to Lewis in concern.

"Fleetwood are you alright?" he asked in worry.

"I-I-I'm fine. I just wasn't expecting it," Lewis answered, visibly shaking in shock.

"That was totally not cool," Kirishma said as placed a hand on his shoulder, "you were only trying to be supportive."

"Well, I mean it was kind of his fault," Karminari admitted from his desk.

Mina glared at the blond boy, "What are you talking about. He didn't say anything wrong," she angrily told him.

"I agree with Karminari," Sero piped up, "if he hadn't said anything he wouldn't have riled them up."

Karminari nodded, "Yeah, and what the hell man. Why do you want us to lose our position in the hero course?" he asked as he stared at a silent Lewis.

"That's not what he meant, and you know it," Jiro crossly retorted.

As the class started to argue among themselves, Lewis sighed and found a paper and pen. He wrote something down and, after making sure everybody was turned away from, disappeared.

It was Midoriya who noticed Lewis' absence. He saw the note he wrote and read what it said.

'Sorry for leaving without saying goodbye. I couldn't take the pressure. I will be better in a while so please feel free to come over to my house and we will have the meeting. My address is below.

I'll look forward to meeting you all later.

-Lewis'

Midoriya sighed sadly as he looked up from the note to his arguing classmates.

"I'm sorry, Fleetwood," he whispered to himself.

Lewis' house

Lewis opened the door to an awkwardly smiling Momo. She wore casual clothing instead of her school uniform and carried a selection of teas she brought from her home.

"Hello, Fleetwood," she greeted sheepishly.

"Hi Yaoyorozu, please come in," Lewis told her with a smile as he invited her in.

Momo stepped in and took of her shoes.

"Thank you for still hosting after what happened today," Momo sadly said as she looked around Lewis' home.

"It's quite alright," Lewis waved off, "I'm sorry for leaving so suddenly. I…just couldn't-"

"I understand," Momo told him calmly when she saw him begin to stammer, "where should I put the tea?"

"Oh, the kitchen table if fine," Lewis told her pointing to where the kitchen is, "We'll brew it later. The cake will be done in a few minutes."

"You baked?" Momo curiously asked as she walked into the kitchen and smelled a sweet scent coming from his oven.

Lewis walked in after her, "Yeah, I didn't have time to make anything special, so I decided to make a Victoria Sponge Cake. Just something quick and simple"

Lewis quickly checked on the cake. Pleased that it hasn't burned, he turned to Momo.

"Do you mind helping me move some furniture to make room for everybody?" he asked politely.

"Of course not," Momo agreed cheerily.

They decided the Lewis' living room would be the best place to hold the meeting and moved the sofa away from the centre. Lewis had already vacuumed and tidied the place, but they needed to make sure nothing would accidently be knocked off the shelves.

Momo was to move a framed photograph when she stopped and looked at it. There were three people in the photo: a man with short blonde hair, a woman with black hair and a child that looked like a younger Lewis. The two adults were sitting on chairs while the boy sat on the woman's lap. The man looked to be in his thirties and had a kind smile. The woman was more unusual. She had demonic features like fiery red eyes, an evil-looking grin which bared two rows of sharp teeth and seemed to be taller than the man.

Momo looked at the photo for a couple of seconds before she turned to Lewis.

"Fleetwood, are these your parents?" she asked curiously.

Lewis looked up and saw the photo in her hand. The sight of his parents still ached him, but he disguised it with a smile.

"Er…yes. That's my mother Lillith and my father Alister. It was taken a few years ago," he told her.

Momo looked at the photo once more with a smile.

"You haven't mentioned your parents before," she remarked, causing Lewis to bite his lip nervously.

"No…there still back in England. They couldn't travel over here," Lewis told her as he walked up to her.

"I see. I'm sorry to hear that," Momo said.

"It's fine. At least I have the house to myself," Lewis said before regretting what it, "T-t-that doesn't mean I'm completely alone. I have neighbours who are very nice and…everything," Lewis finished lamely.

Momo nodded in understanding and decided to move the conversation along.

"Are you celebrating Halloween in this photo?" she asked curiously.

Lewis blinked in confusion.

"Halloween?"

"Yes, it's not as popular in Japan, so I was wondering why you and your father are not dressed up," she explained.

"Dressed up," Lewis repeated.

"Yes, your mother is in her costume. Is it part of the tradition that only women dress up?"

….

….

….

….

"My mum is not wearing a costume," Lewis told her after an awkward pause.

Momo looked confused for a moment before it dawned on her.

….

….

….

….

"I AM SO SORRY!" Momo cried out as she rapidly bowed to Lewis, "That was completely unforgiveable of me."

"It's fine," Lewis reassured as he tried to calm her down, "it's actually a common mistake since we don't look very alike."

She didn't listen to him and kept on bowing to him.

"Yaoyorozu, please stop," he begged.

He spent the next five minutes trying to get her to stop apologising to him.

An hour later and most of the class had arrived in casual wear. Iida had been the first to arrive, followed by Midoriya and Ochako who seem fascinated by how big his house was. The class had gathered in the living room, chatting, eating the snacks given to them and ignoring Iida's orders.

One of the last to arrive was Karminari who, once he took his shoes off, turned to Lewis.

"Hey, I'm sorry about what I said in class today," he apologised sheepishly, "the whole thing just got to me."

"It's fine," Lewis waved him off, "I know that tensions are running high at the moment. That's why we're having this meeting, after all."

"Thanks man," Karminari said before walking to living room with the others.

Lewis sighed and looked out over his class. He couldn't spot neither Bakugo nor Todoroki amongst those who have arrived and frowned in concern.

"You okay, Fleetwood?" Jiro asked walking up to Lewis.

"Yeah, I was just hoping Bakugo and Todoroki would turn up," Lewis answered sadly.

Jiro smiled sadly, "I think that might have been a long shot. Bakugo hates everybody here and the only time Todoroki has said anything it was to insult you."

"You heard that?" Lewis questioned.

Jiro lifted one of her earphone jacks in response.

"Oh right," Lewis said.

Midoriya ran up to Lewis and Jiro. He had a panicked look on his face as if something had gone wrong.

"Fleetwood-"

"Let me guess," Lewis interrupted, "they've found my room."

Midoriya nodded.

"Those idiots," Jiros muttered, rolling her eyes, "I'll help you get rid of them."

"Thanks Jiro."

Meanwhile in Lewis room. Mina, Hagakure, Sero, Mineta, Kirishima and Ochako were looking around Lewis' room with interest.

"Wow, he has a lot of maps," Ochako said looking at his collection of posters displaying different locations around the world.

"Aww Mina, look at all the cat figurines," Hagakure said, motioning with her sleeve at his shelf of small stone cat statuettes.

Mina giggled, "He sure does love cats," she remarked.

Sero and Kirishima were over at his bookshelf. Kirishima was paging through a book with interest while Sero gave him a curious look.

"What are you reading?" Sero asked.

"I have no idea. It's in English," Kirishima replied, continuing to read the book.

Sero gave him a concerned look.

Although, the invaders were just observing Lewis' room, Mineta was on a mission. He already checked under the bed, the walls, the shelves and yet he couldn't find one single evidence of anything perverted.

"Come on, come on. A guy like you must have at least one dirty magazine," Mineta muttered before he spotted something.

On the bottom shelf were ten magazines which seemed out of place on his shelf. Mineta grinned and made his way towards them.

Lewis and Jiro had made their way to the bedroom. Jiro groaned in irritation while Lewis just looked concerned.

"Hey!" Jiro shouted catching everybody's attention, "you can't just barge into somebo-" she stopped and gasped as she spotted a record holder by Lewis' bed.

She rushed over to it and picked up an album with interest.

"Is this Jimmy Hendrix's 'Are You Experienced'? My parents have been trying to find this album for years," she remarked as she inspected the back.

"Err…yeah," Lewis said with a sweat drop, 'there goes my reinforcements,' he thought as everybody went back to looking at his room.

"Well, well, well," Mineta said as he made his way towards Lewis, holding something behind his back, "looks like the pretty boy has a dirty side after all."

"Dirty side?" everybody questioned.

"Pretty boy?" Lewis asked in confusion.

Mineta grinned and turned to the girls in the room, "Yes, looks like he's not as perfect as we first thought," he presented the magazine to the girls dramatically, "take a look at this," he proclaimed.

The girls stared blankly at the magazine in Mineta's hand.

The short boy closed his eyes and waited for the gasps of horror. He imagined that how it would play out. Maybe someone would slap Lewis' cheek or kick his shin in disgust and then he would step in as their saviour from the perverted beast.

But instead, Mineta heard giggles and coos from girls in the room.

"Aww Fleetwood, you didn't tell us that you knit," Ochako said, making Mineta's eyes snap open.

"Well, I'm not really good at it," Lewis admitted sheepishly, "I just do it in my spare time."

Mineta should have checked the front cover of the magazine before showing it off. When he looked at it now, he could see a ball of yarn with two knitting kneeled stuck in it.

"What! Are you kidding me!" Mineta shouted, "What kind of teenage boy has a knitting magazine!?"

Lewis smiled, "I find it relaxing," he admitted.

"Can you show us something that you made?" Hagakure asked.

"I made this sweater," Lewis told her as he pointed to the garment he was wearing.

"Wow, that's so good," Mina said as she felt his sweater, "It looks like it was store brought. Can you make me a sweater as well?"

"Oh, me too," Hagakure said.

"Er…sure," Lewis agreed, feeling proud of his knitting skills.

Mineta growled in annoyance.

"Alright where is it!?" he shouted as he jumped up and down.

Lewis looked down at him, "Where's what?"

"Come on! Are you serious!?" Mineta shouted at him, "No porn mags, no idol figurines, no ecchi manga! You don't even have a poster of a girl!? I mean come on, what even is that!?" he angrily screamed pointing to his calendar.

"It's a calendar of adopted cats I got from a charity organisation," Lewis told him, happily demonstrating it, "you get a cat for every month of the year. For example, this month's cat is called Merlin and there's a little bio from his owner," he explained as he showed everybody a grey and white cat, "Isn't he gorgeous?" he asked with a wide smile.

Everybody, excluding Mineta, stared at him in awe.

'He's so precious,' they all thought.

Jiro almost fainted by how adorable Lewis was being but caught herself at the last moment.

Mineta looked at him dead in the eye.

"No," he answered through gritted teeth.

Lewis frowned sadly when he said that, making everybody glare at him.

"Mineta, apologise now!" Mina shouted at the short boy.

"Yeah, dude. It isn't manly to mock what other people like," Kirishima added.

"Just because you're a pervert doesn't mean you have to bring him down," Sero piped up.

Hagakure hugged Lewis comfortingly.

"It's alright sweetie, we'll deal with the horrible pervert," she reassured him, earning a solemn nod from Lewis.

Mineta growled in frustration before he stormed out of the room.

"Everyone, please gather in the living room. We will start the meeting," Iida voice shouted throughout the house.

Lewis chuckled lightly as everyone made their way to living room. Lewis was about to leave himself when he heard Jiro clear her throat. He spun around and was more than surprised to see the punk girl looking shy whilst holding a couple of his albums.

"Er… do you mind if I burrowed these?" Jiro asked as she used her finger to twirl one of her earphone jacks.

"Of course, you can," he told her with a bright smile, causing her to blush.

"T-thanks," Jiro said, "you have a cool collection by the way," she told him as the made their way to the living room.

"Thank you, I like to play them…when I get stressed," he admitted.

Jiro nodded, "I guess music is good for the mind," she said.

'Good for the mind,' Lewis thought, mulling over what Jiro said, 'Good for the mind.'

The sentence repeated in his head throughout the whole evening.

The meeting was a success. Once Iida was done with the important notices and sorted out study timetable, class 1A had fun as they talked, laughed, and ate the whole evening. Lewis could see that the class was starting to get along much better and couldn't help but smile and enjoy himself. A couple of times he wondered if this is what having friends were like, something he never really experienced before.

However, the incident that happened today still weighed on his mind. Class 1A are becoming more isolated at U.A and Lewis was worried that this could lead to trouble.

Once everybody had left and Iida and Momo had helped him clear up, Lewis sat on his sofa and began to think of ways to prevent the other courses hating them.

'The real problem is that they think we are snobs and hate us because of our quirks. Bakugo being the person that he is doesn't help. Maybe…maybe…I've got it!' Lewis thought gleefully as he jumped in the air, 'the problem is they think their quirks are unsuitable for combat and hate us having 'better quirks' however there is more to being a hero then punching stuff. If I can set up a club that accepts students who wish to learn how to use their quirks for hero work who weren't already in the hero course, they won't hate 1A as much. They could learn First Aid, rescuing, how to calm down a hostile situation, how to defend themselves. Oh! We can help those entering the sports festival. Some of those games could be dangerous and we can teach them how to remain calm in stressful situations. That's brilliant!'

Lewis disappeared into his room and started making posters for his club. He would have to get permission from his teachers first, but Lewis didn't think that was a problem.

As was starting to design his first poster he glanced at his record collection beside his bed. He remembered what Jiro said about music and for some reason it bugged him.

'Music is good for the mind. Why is that so-' he began to think, 'wait…music. Would that even work. I mean it is a well known fact, but would it work with my quirk?'

Lewis continued to think for a few more seconds before deciding it was worth a try.

He glanced at the clock and hummed to himself.

"Looks like another sleepless night," he told himself before getting to work.

Support Department

"So, you want me to make you an MP3 player," Hatsume said with a raised eyebrow.

"No…well yes, but it's not just an MP3 player," Lewis tried to explain as he showed the designs, he drew last night.

Lewis had already explained his condition to Hatsume and how it limited his capabilities. Hatsume was intrigued about how his Frontal Lobe broke down if he used his quirk to much, however she did ask why he didn't come to her to get his brain scanned. She would have loved to make a baby that did that. Lewis made some excuse about how it wasn't his choice and avoided the real reason why he didn't get a fifteen year old school student who may be slightly unhinged to experiment on his brain.

"I've been thinking about all wrong. I been trying to find a way to stop my Frontal Lobe from deteriorating when I should've been trying to find a way for it to regenerate faster. There have been many scientific papers and evidence that music can prevent cerebral damage. Take dementia for example. Dementia is a disease caused by damage to the Frontal Lobe, however, there have been many cases that dementia suffers could remember specific moments of their lives just by listening a song. So why can't I do the same," Lewis explained excitedly,

Hatsume hummed in interest, "So, how will it work?"

"Well, I was hoping you can redesign this," Lewis told her as he placed his hat holders on the desk.

"Your cat ears?" Hatsume asked.

"They're no-" Lewis sighed, "yes, my…cat ears."

Hatsume hummed as she poked the equipment.

"I mean I can," she said after a while, "I would have to make sure you can still listen to outside noises while listening to music. However, I think I need to do another thing to your baby," Hatsume told him.

"Another thing?" Lewis questioned.

"Yeah, since you said that the more you use your quirk the more it damages your brain. How about the more times you use your quirk the faster the music. I don't know much about music, but I doubt a slow song would regenerate your brain cells fast enough if you use your quirk too much. So, instead how about I make your baby measure your heartbeat and it would play music that fits it. If you're in a fight it would mean your heartbeat would be faster and then your baby would play a faster song. However, if you needed to calm down, my baby would play a slower song to match your heartbeat."

"Oh, I see," Lewis said, "that would be great Hatsume, thank you."

"No problem," the inventor waved off lazily, "I can't wait to work on it."

"Oh, I was hoping tha-"

"Sorry, guinea pig, but I'm too busy with the sports festival," Hatsume told him with an excited smile as she began tinkering with a pair of boots, "I need to show my babies off to the world."

"I see," Lewis said, feeling slightly disappointed but he understood, "thank you anyway, Hatsume. I don't know what I'll do without you."

Hatsume stopped for a moment and felt her cheeks heat up for a moment.

"Naturally, you're working with a genius here," Hatsume said, disguising her bashfulness with a wide smirk, not daring to look up at him.

Lewis chuckles lightly at her usual antics.

"Alright, I need t-" Lewis began to say before he remembered something.

"Oh Hatsume," Lewis said, catching the inventor's attention once again, "I was wondering if anybody in the Support Department would be interest in joining a new club I'm organising. It would be all about how to apply their quirks for heroic situations. As well as how to do First Aid, how to calm a hostil-"

Lewis stopped when he saw something he didn't think Hatsume could ever do.

Look uneasy.

"Look, guinea pig," Hatsume started, earning a concerned look from Lewis, "I've got nothing against the hero course, and I don't know if this is shared by everyone in the Support Department. But nobody…likes the hero course students."

"That has become very clear to me," Lewis said, "but-"

"And I think they might find this club condescending," Hatsume interrupted.

"Condescending," Lewis repeated in disappointment, "I see."

"Sorry. It sounds like a good idea, but it…isn't a good idea," Hatsume told him with a sad frown.

"Right…thanks Hatsume," Lewis said as he made his way out of the Support Department, leaving behind a concerned Hatsume.

As Lewis walked down the hallway, he started to think about his club. He could see why it might sound condescending, but Lewis cannot think of anther way of stopping 1A from being isolated.

'I know it's risky, but I have to at least try,' he thought with determination.

With confidence in his club, Lewis began to plan how to spread the word.

Waiting Room, U.A Arena

One Week Later

The arena was abuzz with activity as pro heroes and agencies across Japan waited excitedly at in the stands. Outside were a number of kiosks selling food and merchandise to the crowds as they flocked to the arena. Inside one of the waiting room in the arena was class 1A who were wearing their P.E kits. As the class chattered excitedly, Lewis was sat near the corner trying not to pass out.

It hadn't been a good week for him. Lewis had not been successful in finding members or getting permission from the school since everybody was too busy. Lewis had been so occupied with his club idea that it had only dawned on him that he would have to present himself to the world. The thought of it was making Lewis feel incredibly ill.

He looked over to his class. Tensions were running high. Even if his meeting last week was a success, it didn't do much to stop the competitiveness of his classmates.

Lewis sighed, 'It honestly couldn't get any worse.'

"Fleetwood," a stoic, cold voice made him jump.

He turned to see Todoroki looking down on him with her usual indifference expression.

"Todoroki," he uttered in surprise, "how can I he-"

"I'm going to crush you," she stated.

….

….

….

….

"I'm sorry," Lewis asked with concerned frown.

"You and Midoriya are up to something," she continued coldly, "if you get in my way. I will crush you just like I will with Midoriya. Do you understand?"

The words got caught in Lewis's mouth. He stared at her heterochromia eyes and saw how fiercely determined she was. Not a single glint of sympathy on her beautiful face. Just cold, bitterness and resentment.

Lewis tried to say anything, but before he could she walked away. He watched her leave the other members of class 1A looking at the exchange with interest.

Lewis sighed again, 'Okay, now it couldn't get any worse.'

"Fleetwood," Iida called out as he marched to Lewis, "are you prepared?"

Lewis sighed and nodded, "Yeah, the sooner it happens, the sooner it passes."

Iida smiled, "Excellent, I personally didn't think you were ready for doing the introduction speech in front of the whole world, but since you seem determined I-"

"Wait, wait, wait," Lewis interrupted, "sorry, the class representative is doing the introduction speech," Lewis said his eyes widening in panic.

Iida chuckled, "Oh no, it's the year representative that's doing it. Since you scoured the most in the entrance exam, you are the year representative," explained.

"Not the class representative," Lewis uttered in shock.

"No, the year representative," Iida replied.

"Class representative," Lewis repeated in a daze.

"Year representative," Iida repeated, starting to realise the mistake.

"Class representative."

"Year representative."

"Class representative."

"Year representative."

"Class representative,"

"Year representative."

"Year representative," Lewis squeaked, starting to shake.

"Year representative," Iida agreed, motioning Momo to help calm Lewis down.

"Right," Lewis said and stood up from his chair.

"Fleetw-" Momo try to say.

"I'm just going for a walk," Lewis told them as he walked stiffly, but quickly out the door.

The class watched him leave, worry etched in their faces.

Commentator's Box

Aizawa groaned as his phone stared to ring in his pocket. Moving his working arm, he pulled out his phone and glared inquisitively as it said, 'Unknown Caller'. Deciding to answer it, Aizawa pressed on the green button and held it to his ear.

"Hello," he said, hoping his annoyance would carry out through the call.

"Hello, am I speaking to Mr. Aizawa?" growled a voice from the other end.

"Yes," Aizawa plainly said, not minding the dark voice.

"My name is Xaphan and I'm Lewis Fleetwood's uncle. I just wanted to let you that you should probably go and find him," he said, earning a curious frown from Aizawa.

"Find him?" he asked.

"Yes, this is not the first time Lewis has taken part in an event and it's around this time that he would panic and hide somewhere. He prefers enclosed spaces with a lock like a bathroom stall, a basement or…"

"Mr. Aizawa!" Iida cried out as stormed into the commentator room, "Fleetwood has locked himself in a storage closet!"

Aizawa blinked in surprise at Iida sudden arrival and the information given to him.

"…or a storage closet," Xaphan continued as he overheard the outburst.

Aizawa groaned in annoyance and slumped in his chair.

And cut! That's all folks.
