Here's the next chapter, hope you'll enjoy :)

BlackLegB - Thanks so much! I'm so happy you're enjoying it and I hope you will like the next chapter.

Djinn - Thanks so much. I reckoned that, as you said, Overhaul has been doing this for a while, but I can only imagine that it was a weak or diluted version. I thought it'll be good way to connect future plot points for realism. Thanks for reading.

Blaze1992 - I suppose, but I honestly think Lewis got off easily. He could have put everybody's job in jeopardy.

wellingtonlucas282- No problem, thanks for reading.

Neo Infinity - I'm glad that you enjoyed it. Ryukyu finally got a short appearance. She was quite fun to write. Originally, I did plan for Nejire to be in this chapter, but I thought that if Mirio had classes then she must also have them. I have to make sure to include her in the future. Thanks for reading.

Lelouch of Zero - Thanks so much, that means so much to me. There's quite a lack of non-thuggish criminals in the MHA universe. I try to make them as capable as possible by having them use their quirks to the fullest and act...well like intelligent criminals. I see what you mean about the flashback being like something from 'Death Note'. Thankfully, Lewis and L's ingenuity is the only thing they share. Thanks for reading.

Guest - Glad that you enjoyed the chapter. I don't think there was anyway to escape Nighteye's punishment, but at least he had completed his mission. The Nomu is definitely going to haunt Lewis for a while among other things. Hope you'll enjoy the next chapter.

DameNingen1 - That's a shame. Thanks for giving it a chance.

The Black Kraven - That's a good question. I suppose that since they can still see him then Lewis won't be able to use his quirk. I will also try my best with the harem. I'm quite inexperienced with writing romance, but I'll make sure to make it as genuine as possible. Thanks for reading.

Anonymous - Thanks so much. I'm glad that you are enjoying the slow character development. I've got big plans for him in the future that I'm excited to present. And you're right, the High End Nomu are going to be difficult for Lewis. Thanks for reading

Chapter 23: Unconventional Convention

Nighteye Agency

It had been a few days since Lewis' first mission and since then things have been...quiet.

In the mornings he will patrol the area with Bubble Girl, then he will do admin duties with Centipeder until lunch and then after he would do quirk training with Nighteye. After that, he will patrol the area again before the agency closed for the evening. It was a little strange for Lewis at first, considering what he had gone through in the past few days. But he supposed this is what a normal day as a hero was like and, honestly, he wasn't complaining. It was not until the pre-penultimate day of his work study that Nighteye disrupted his normal routine to give him and Bubble Girl a mission.

"A convention?" Cheshire questioned as he and Bubble Girl stood before Nighteye's desk.

"Two to be precise, it's a manga and a hero convention," the hero explained, "The venue had booked both at the same time thinking that not many people will turn up, but it would seem they were wrong. To cope with the influx of visitors, the organisers have called my and other local agencies for extra security. It is very simple mission. Tomorrow you will get to the venue an hour before it starts for the briefing and then you will supervise the event to make sure no altercations break out. Is that clear?"

"Yes sir!" Cheshire and Bubble Girl responded.

"Good, the event planners have also provided you with free meals as a thank you," Nighteye told them, "You're both dismissed."

"Er...actually sir," Cheshire suddenly said, "I can't help, but feel that this is a bit of a...well..."

Nighteye lifted an inquisitive eyebrow, "You are wondering why you are doing a menial job after taking part in a high stakes mission?"

Cheshire coughed awkwardly, "Well, I wouldn't call it menial."

"Heroes get to do an assortment of tasks and missions in order to make sure the public is safe," Nighteye told him, "The Shinpi Gang case was an exception and it is unlikely that you will receive any more like it any time soon. Most missions will only demand the minimum from you, but that doesn't mean there are any less important. Don't get big headed just because you arrest a few criminals."

"Of course. Sorry, sir," Cheshire apologised.

Bubble Girl nudge him in the arm and grinned up at him, "Trust me. After a while, you'll would want to take menial jobs. Less paper work that way."

"I thought you liked paper work," Nighteye sternly said, causing her to gulp nervously.

"I-I mean-" she stammered.

Luckily for her, Cheshire stepped in, "I only asked because it just seemed unexpected that's all," he admitted, "I kind have been on edge since the previous mission, so doing an ordinary mission felt a bit...odd, that's all."

Nighteye hummed and Cheshire could have sworn he saw concern in his yellow eyes. After a few seconds, the hero nodded at him.

"That is understandable. I suppose that your task for tomorrow and from now on is to get used to doing smaller jobs and to not put pressure on yourself. You are a hero in training. Do not feel as if you have to live to the expectations of a veteran. Do you understand?"

Cheshire smiled at nodded, "Yes sir."

The ends of Nighteye's lip lifted for a brief second, "Are there any other questions?"

"Yes sir," Cheshire said, "Should we look out for any All Might merchandise you would like?"

Nighteye gave him a cold look, "You are to act professionally on your mission, Cheshire. There will be no time for shopping."

"Does that mean you already researched what is going to be there?" Bubble Girl asked.

...

...

...

"You assume correctly," Nighteye admitted.

Convention Venue

It was the next morning and Cheshire watched the crowds come into the foyer from the upper floor. The venue itself was a large building about an hour drive from the agency. As you enter the glass and concrete venue you would be greeted by a large stairwell leading up to an auditorium located at the rear end of the building. On the left was a large hall where the manga expo was held while on the right was another hall where the hero expo was held. The attendees were busy putting the visitors in lines in order to ease the congestion that was building steadily in the main foyer below.

Cheshire leaned over the balcony as he watched the variety of people. Most of them were wearing casual clothing, but there were a lot of people who dressed up as either the favourite hero or some sort of anime character. There were children dragging their parents around, teenagers, people who looked to be in their twenties and thirties, Cheshire had even seen an elderly couple making their way through the crowd. It was quite fascinating to see so many visitors.

He heard somebody whistle behind him and he had just managed to turn around in time to catch the lanyard that Bubble Girl tossed to him.

"This is just encase somebody mistakes you for a cosplayer," she explained as he saw that she wore one as well, "Although, I bet you anything that they are going to ignore it," she grumbled, looking down at the crowd irritably.

Cheshire placed the lanyard around his neck, "Are you alright?"

"I've supervised these anime expos before," she sighed, "They get way too excited and it's almost as if they forget how they should behave in public. No respect to personal space, sexual harassment, the die hard otakus, but the smell...oh God that's the worst," she said, almost gagging at the thought.

'The smell is worse than the sexual harassment?' he thought in bewilderment, "It doesn't seem that bad. They all look like they're having fun."

Bubble Girl shrugged, "I admit that the majority are genuinely nice people, but it only takes a few morons to ruin it for everybody. Morons who smell like they never seen a can of deodorant before. Anyway, I think it might be best to split up. Why don't you take the hero convention while I'll take the manga and anime one. We can swap over after lunch."

"Are you sure you don't want the hero expo first?" Cheshire questioned, "That doesn't sound as nearly as bad as the anime one."

Bubble Girl smiled, "Nah, if I'm going to take some perverts down, I don't want to do it on a full stomach."

"How can you say that so casually?"

They made their way down the stairwell and split up to their assigned halls. He showed the lanyard to the attendee at the entrance and he let pass into the spacious room packed with booths that the visitors flocked too. Some of them were selling merchandise like figurines of heroes, others were giving presentations of various subjects while others were holding Meet and Greets of either retired or new heroes building up their fanbase. Cheshire was quite surprised to see Mt Lady at one of the Meet and Greets, but, judging by the look on the hero's face, she looked like she would rather be somewhere else.

He was about to walk down one of the aisle of stalls when suddenly he got a call through his headset. He pushed the button to accept the call.

"Hello?"

"Hey Fleetwood," Midoryia cheerily greeted, "I heard that you were at a hero convention."

Cheshire was, understandably, taken back by this, "What? How did you know? I just literally stepped into the hall."

"I just got a feeling," he replied as if that explained anything.

"...Right. That's...weird."

"So-"

"Midoryia, I'm on duty. I'm not going to video call you so you can look around," Cheshire told him seriously.

...

...

...

"...What about just video calling me when you pass an All Might booth?" he suggested, making Cheshire roll his eyes.

"I'm going to hang up now."

"I understand," Midoryia sighed as he ended the call.

Cheshire began walking down the aisle, 'I suppose I can take a few photos of the All Might booths for him,' he decided as he began his patrol.

A few minutes later and so far no altercations, something that Cheshire was pleased about. He was actually quite enjoying himself. He even met the Laundry Hero: Wash, a hero whose costume resembles a washing machine with legs, at a booth. He seem to have recognised him from the Sports Festival...well to be honest he wasn't quite sure. All he said was 'Washa!'.

He pulled down his mask around his neck and smiled as he wondered through the expo. It was nice to see everybody enjoying themselves, as well as being in his hero suit and not having to deal with Hero Killers and thieves and...Nomus.

He felt his stomach drop at that. Despite nothing going on in the past few days, Cheshire hasn't been sleeping very well. He knew he had no choice and Gran Torino's reassurance was a great help, however he just couldn't get it out of head. He wanted to be a hero so he could help everyone and that dream is tainted by this Nomu.

'Maybe I should get some therapy,' he thought, 'I think Hound Dog can help. Although, I have to remember to clean my school uniform. I think he could smell the stray cats I feed every morning.'

"Wow! I love your cosplay," a preppy voice from behind him said, "Who are you dressed up as?"

Cheshire turned around and gave the person an awkward smile, "Sorry, I'm actually a-

He stopped when he recognised the girl looking up at him with her cross pupil eyes. However, what really surprised him was the fact that she was wearing a short brown jacket over a mustard yellow shirt, a pair of grey trousers and knee high boots. To top off her ensemble she wore a pair of square rimmed glasses and had her hair up in a ponytail. She had been grinning excitedly up at him, but the smile soon dropped into a horrified gape and her eyes shrunk as she recognised Cheshire.

...

...

...

...

"-Komori?" he questioned.

"F-Fleetwood," the mushroom girl stammered, "What are you doing here?"

He showed her his lanyard, "I'm supervising the expo as part of my work study. Are you here for the event?"

"No," she hurriedly denied, her face becoming scarlet. She looked around the area for an excuse, "I'm actually...err...I...I'm also supervising with my agency as well. They should be here... somewhere."

"You are?" Cheshire asked sceptically.

Komori nodded her head rapidly, "Yep. I'm not really into these sort of things. They're kind of nerdy, don't you think?" she asked with a nervous chuckle.

He raised a eyebrow, "So, that's your hero costume?"

Don't get him wrong, to the extent of his knowledge on costumes, it looked very well made. It even seemed quite practical during combat or other hero missions. It's just that he was expecting something more...mushroom-like, given her quirk.

Komori must have just noticed that she was still wearing her outfit as her eyes widened in panic, "Yep. This is it. It's actually a prototype. So don't be surprised when you see me in a completely different hero outfit, okay?"

Cheshire chuckled slightly, "So, you're prototype hero costume doesn't resembles Hange Zoe's outfit from Attack On Titan then?," he told her, causing her to flinch.

"You've watched it, huh?" she sighed miserably

"Nope," he admitted, "I just saw that guy's shirt," told her.

He nodded behind her at the overweight man wearing a t-shirt with said character on it.

Komori gave the man a grim look, "Of all the shirts he could have worn," she muttered to herself.

Cheshire offered her a reassuring smile, "You really don't have to lie. I'm not going to think any less of you just because you like to cosplay. In fact, I think it's pretty cool."

Her eyes widened in shock, "You do? Even though it's super nerdy."

"Yeah and if it makes you feel any better, I collect knitting magazines," he confessed, making her giggle, "Did you make it yourself?"

"Err...yeah," she answered a little bashfully, talking to another person about it was a little bit embarrassing, "The agency I'm doing my work study at said I can have the day off, so I decided to come here. I didn't have time to make anything special. I don't even look like her at all."

Cheshire rubbed the back of his neck, "Well...as long as you're having fun, that's the important part, right?"

"Yeah, definitely," she said.

An awkward silence fell between them, neither of them not knowing how to proceed from here. Finally, Komori coughed and shyly looked down at the floor.

"So, do you want to...um...look around together or..."

"I can't," Cheshire answered in disappointment, "I'm on duty."

"Oh right. I forgot," she said sadly, before she lifted her head up to look at him, "Can I walk with you while you supervise?"

Cheshire hummed in consideration before he nodded, "I don't see a problem with that."

A few hours later, Cheshire and Komori had seen almost every booth in the entire hall and it was nearing Cheshire's break. They had a great time looking at the displays, meeting other cosplayers who wanted to compliment Komori's costume, and just generally talking to each other.

He had no idea why, but he found it easy to speak to Komori. Maybe it was because she was just as shy and awkward as he was, so he wasn't feeling any anxiety. Or maybe he just enjoyed how cute she was, especially when she talked about mushrooms. Honestly, he had never seen anyone speak so enthusiastically about fungi in his life. She had spent at least twenty minutes talking about her favourite ones (by appearance, taste, usefulness etc) and how she wants to apply them to her hero work. He was even more impressed that she knew all the Latin names for all of them. Once she realised she had been rambling, she blushed in embarrassment and immediately apologised, however he could have listened to her talk for hours. He especially thought her little verbal tic oh her saying 'shroom shroom' was adorable.

The duo were about to make their way back to the front when a woman in her forties called out to them her booth.

"Hey, can I have a moment of your time," she said waving her hand eagerly to get their attention.

She had long brown hair ties in a ponytail, fair skin, and a third eye in the middle of her forehead. She wore a white blouse and a black pencil skirt and a pair of red glasses with an extra lens to accommodate her third eye.

Cheshire and Komori glanced at each other before they both decided to see what she wanted and approached her booth. Her booth displayed hundreds of notes and photos on two large boards behind where she was sitting. A closer look of these photos revealed that they depicted famous moments of history from around the world. He could also tell that they were all from pre-quirk era.

"Hi, my name is Ito Shinhanshi from the University of Tokyo and I'm trying to find support among hero fans for my research paper. I am currently studying the possibility of quirks appearing before, what we call, the pre-quirk era," Ito explained much to their confusion.

"You're studying quirks before there was any quirks?" Komori asked.

Ito sighed, "I know it sounds weird, but hear me out. I have a theory that the gene that allows us to have quirks has been part of our DNA since the dawn of humanity. However, it has been dormant or semi-dormant for all this time. I say semi-dormant, because there's a chance that it had allowed us to do certain things, like the ability to evolve from a group of early humans into homo sapiens and the capability to think, imagine and plan. However, this semi-dormant gene wouldn't come to its fruition until the birth of the Luminescent Baby several hundreds years ago which started a chain reaction that resulted in the quirk era."

Cheshire hummed, "That's a good theory and all, but if the gene has been dormant for all this time, how did the Luminescent Baby awaken theirs?"

The woman smiled happily, "I'm glad you asked," she said before standing up and presenting the board behind her, "I believe that the semi-dormant gene can infrequently awaken itself within a person allowing the person to have a quirk. I call this occurrences anomalies. People were less informed of the concept of quirks and so naturally they pass theme off as acts of god or witchcraft or they just ignore them," she began pointing out a few photos of ancient artwork, "How do you think legends and mythology came about. Like Heracles and his great strength in Greece or the Yokai in Japan or Anansi the trickster spider in Africa."

"Well that's..." Cheshire began to said, but Ito cut him off.

"Or what about 1518 in Strasbourg in modern day France, where an entire village danced for no reason what so ever," she said pointing to a drawing of people dancing madly, before moving onto a photo of scary-looking man with a long scraggily beard, "or what about the Russian mystic Grigori Rasputin. He was poisoned, shot three times and beaten, but he didn't die until he was thrown into an icy river," she then pointed to a photo of a Nihonga style painting of five figures battling some sort of demon, "And this was painted in the early twentieth century and you can't deny that they look like they're using quirks. This proves the possibility of quirks before what we currently associate as the quirk era."

The two students looked closely at the figures. There were four males and one female. All the males had katana in their hands and wore the same black uniform while the female's finger nails looked sharp enough to cut through anything. The first male had reddish black hair, a scar on the left side of his forehead and wore a green and black checked coat. A jet of water flew swirled around him as he swung at the demon. The second had bright blond hair and wore a golden coloured coat. Electricity crackled around him and was that tears in his eyes? The third male was quite a disturbing sight. He wore bare-chested and carried two katana in each hand. For some reason his head was that of a boar with blue crazed eyes. The female had long black hair with brown tips and she wore a pink kimono under a long black coat and had, what looked to be, a piece of bamboo in her mouth.

"Huh, okay that is weird," Cheshire admitted as he looked over the photo.

"Is that guy wearing a boar's head or is that his actual head?" Komori questioned in slight disgust.

Ito shrugged, "No idea."

Komori looked again at the last figure and realised something, "Hey, doesn't that one kind of look like you Fleetwood."

Cheshire looked at the last figure as well. Just like the others he also wore a black uniform and carried a katana, but he also wore a long black coat and wide brimmed leather Jingasa. On the Jingasa there was some kanji in a white circle, but he couldn't read what it said. There was a torrent of wind surrounding him as if he himself had conjured the air to help him defeat the demon. The hat covered the top half of his face, but he was able to see that there was some sort of resemblance to his face.

"I guess, but how do you know it looks like me?"

Komori shrugged, "I don't know. He just kind of reminds me of you."

He looked up at Ito, "Do you know what the kanji on his hat says?"

Ito clicked her fingers, got her laptop out from under her desk and began typing, "I think so. Let's see..." after a few seconds of clicking and typing, she finally found the answer, "According to the Tokyo National History Museum, where I got the image from, it is translated from a Western word," she looked up at him, "Does timere mean anything to you?"

Cheshire's eyes widened in shock, "Timere. T-I-M-E-R-E?"

"Err...yeah."

"That's my mother's maiden name," he told them, making them gasp.

"No way 'shroom," Kimori squeaked in joy, "Does that mean that he's your ancestor?"

Cheshire chuckled awkwardly, "I doubt it. I mean it has been a few centuries so I don't think a family name like that would survive," he glanced over at the photo once again and frowned slightly, "Although Timere is not a common name," he mused.

(A.N: See final note)

They jumped as Ito slammed her hands in the table and leaned eagerly over the table, all three of her eyes wide and seemed to be sparkle in excitement.

"A relation to one of my anomalies," she said, grinning from ear to ear, "This is perfect. Is there any way we can investigate your family tree?"

Cheshire nervously backed away and tried to find an excuse when a familiar voice called out from behind them.

"Finally, I found you," Bubble Girl sighed from down the aisle, "It's time for our break. Use it or leave it, kid."

He flashed Ido a relieved smile and began walking away, "Sorry, I've got to go. Komori, would you like to come with us?"

"Yep," she hurriedly said as they both made a retreat.

"Wait!" Ido cried, waving at them to come back, "I still have questions!"

The two walked down the on either side of Bubble Girl, the hero looking back at Ido with an odd look.

"What was that all about?" she asked.

Cheshire rubbed the back of his neck nervously, "Don't worry about it. Do you mind if I bring a friend along. She's also studying at U.A in 1B."

Bubble Girl looked down at the smaller girl and shrugged, "Sure. The more the merrier," she said before she pressed a finger to her lip and looked up in an innocent expression, "You're Ashido, right? The one who texts Fleetwood a lot?"

Komori frowned slightly, "No. I'm Komori Kiniko. I don't have his number."

Cheshire coughed uncomfortably, "Ashido is...another girl in my class."

"Oh, you mean the one you were sharing a bed with?" Bubble Girl questioned, sending a mischievous grin at him.

The two students flinched when she said that. Komori looked over at him with a raised eyebrow while Cheshire glared at Bubble Girl.

"If you mean that we were sitting on the same hospital bed," he said through gritted teeth, "then yes. But that was...Todoroki not Ashido."

"Whoops! Sorry," Bubble Girl said, not even trying to act innocent anymore, "You're so close to so many girls that I got -"

"How was patrolling the anime convention," Cheshire interrupted, ignoring the dull look Komori was sending him, "Taken down any perverts."

"Just the three," Bubble Girl answered, smirking victoriously before it morphed into a frown, "Although, I've been dealing with this one person. Ever heard of Honsakka Shinpai?"

Komori's eye's lit up, "No way Honsakka is here."

"Who's Honsakka?" Cheshire asked.

"He's a writer who specialises in slice of life manga," the short girl answered, "He usually writes about an oblivious protagonist who unknowingly has several girls fall in love with them. It's pretty basic stuff and it's always the same. The protagonist are always these nerdy, plain boys and the girls are either tsundere or total airheads and they always end up in situations that make him look like a pervert. I mean I wouldn't mind, but come on, at least come up with some new material... " she trailed off when she realised that she was rambling and the others were giving her strange looks, "...not like I read any of them or anything," she finished with a small blush, "but he's almost never seen out in public."

"Why's that?" he asked.

"He's totally paranoid," Bubble Girl answered, "He's afraid that somebody is going to kill him."

Cheshire looked around in shock, "Wait, what? Why would he think that?"

"His publisher explained that he gets hate mail on a regular basis. People not liking how written certain characters, or how an story arc was terrible and so on. So much so that he has become a shut in for the past several years," the sidekick sighed sadly, "Poor guy. He's constantly shaking like a leaf and jumps every time someone comes up to greet him. Can't really blame him, but he's really bring the mood down in there."

"Is there something we can do," Cheshire asked in concern.

Bubble Girl shrugged, "I don't really know. His publisher is doing everything he can to calm him down, but nothing seems to be working. But don't you guys worry about it," she said with a reassuring smile, "Let's get some lunch."

As they headed to the food stalls, Cheshire and Komori shared a worried look, both wondering about Honsakka and his paranoia.

After their break, it was time for Cheshire to supervise the manga and anime expo this time. Komori had brought tickets for both events so she was able to join on his rounds.

The anime convention was a bit different then its counterpart on the other side of the venue. For one thing, there was a lot more cosplayers around and a lot of them look handmade. He didn't recognise any of the characters, but Komori was kind enough to explain who they were dressed as. There was Maka Albarn from Soul Eater, Yuri from Yuri On Ice, Zero Two, and at least a thousand Narutos.

It also seemed a bit more lively and more compact then the other convention, signifying that it was coming to its peak hours.

Bubble Girl was right, the odour in the hall was bad.

They were about to go down one of the crowded aisles when a thin man in his late forties with red balding hair, fair skin and a pair of glasses perched on his round nose, called out to Cheshire as made his way over.

"Thank goodness," he said, taking a deep breath of air, "You're a hero, right? My client has escaped...again and I'm trying to find him."

"Oh right," Cheshire uttered in surprise before he frowned seriously, "Who is your client? And what does he look like?"

The man gulped, "His name Honsakka Shin-"

"Wait, Honsakka?" Komori questioned, "Are you his publisher, by any chance? Bubble Girl was just telling us about you."

The publisher bowed his head in relief, "Oh good, you know. Well, I need him back. He's supposed to be doing a book signing in half an hour."

"I'll do everything I can," Cheshire reassured with a firm nod.

"Thank you," the publisher said as tears welled up in his eyes, "He's honestly the most stressful client I ever had. I've been trying to get him out of his apartment for months," he told them as he wiped his tears on his suit sleeve, "I must go and set up his booth. Thanks again."

He then sped off, weaving through the crowds of people until he was out of sight. Cheshire sighed and looked down at Komori.

"I'm sorry about this, but I need to go."

"Why don't I help you?" Komori suggested.

"Thank you, but you spent money to enjoy the expo, not searching for a rogue writer."

Komori pouted slightly before she placed her hands on her waist in determination, "That may be so, but I'm a hero student first, 'shroom, and a hero needs to put aside their wants in favour of other's needs."

Cheshire blinked at the, admittedly, cute display before he smiled, "Thanks Komori," he said as they began to walk up the aisle, "but we may need back up. I mean he could be anywhe-ah!"

He cried as he felt a hand wrap around his ankle and trip him up. As soon as he hit the floor, he was then dragged unceremoniously under a booth which had a blue tablecloth covering it. Komori stood their in shock for a few seconds and stared at the tablecloth in slight bewilderment. It happened so fast that she didn't comprehend it.

Under the booth, Cheshire straightened himself out and turned to the overweight man who had dragged him. He had short black hair, a round face, a small moustache and he wore thick rimmed glasses that hid his small eyes. However, what was strange was that he seemed to be getting taller rapidly until he stopped before his head could hit on the table. He fidgeted slightly and was sweating so much that his t-shirt was almost drenched. Cheshire had never seen anybody so afraid in his life.

"What the hell are you-"

"Shhh!" he hissed, placing a finger on his lips, "You have to help me, hero. Somebody is trying to kill me."

...

...

...

Cheshire pulled away and sighed, "Komori, I found him," he unenthusiastically called out.

The cloth lifted up and the hero student looked in and cast a weary look at Honsakka, "That didn't take long."

"Quick, get inside," the writer hissed. He shrunk a tiny bit and grabbed her by the arm and dragging her under as well, "Did anybody see you?"

"I don't know, you didn't give me much of an opportunity," Komori muttered rubbing her arm, "And why are you so strong?"

"It's my quirk," Honsakka explained as he grew taller once again, "I grow stronger depending how big I am. The smaller I am, the stronger I become. But enough about that. Somebody is trying to kill me."

"Honsakka," Cheshire said, "I know that being outside may be scary and it's understandable with all the mail you get, but you're starting to worry your publisher. Not only that, but you're occupying hero's time when they should be making sure everybody is safe."

"But I have proof," he desperately said as he took a piece of folded piece of paper out of his pocket, "I found this on my booth a few minutes ago. Tell me this isn't a threat."

He unfolded the paper and showed them what was written on it. It read:

'Change the ending or I'll find you and tear your heart out through your neck. I'll murder you, piece of shit.'

Underneath that, it was signed 'RinLover97'.

"RinLover97 is one of the worst fan. He has been sending me threats online for months now," Honsakka explained, "he's obsessed with one of my protagonist, Rin, and demands me to change story arcs and developments to what he thinks is best. He's the reason why I barely slept in a week and now he's here," he whimpered.

"Change the ending," Komori questioned, "What does that mean?"

Honsakka started biting his nails anxiously, "I think he's were referring to when I paired Minato to Aika in my latest book."

...

...

...

"And?" Cheshire questioned, thinking there was more to it.

"That's it."

"What?" Cheshire almost exclaimed, "People get upset with the pairing of two fictional characters? Surely, that can't be it?"

"It's actually quite common," Komori told him, "Fandoms can get out of hand and become super toxic. Hating particular characters, shipping characters that if it happened in real life be would be illegal, gay shipping and so on."

"And people send death threats?" Cheshire said, "It's a fictional story that should be enjoyed. It should bring people together with shared interests, not start a war."

"If you think that's bad, you should read the fanfiction," Honsakka muttered with a small shiver.

(A.N: Did...did I just insult myself?)

Cheshire hummed an looked down at the note once again, "Well, I supposed that since there's physical proof of a threat, we need to act on it. I call Bubble Girl and ask what the next steps are-"

"Thank you," Honsakka wailed as he bowed deeply to him, "How can I pay you back."

"Firstly, let's get out of here. I'm sure the vendor would like us to get out from under their booth."

The tablecloth lifted to reveal the annoyed face of the vendor.

"He would," he grunted at them.

Later on, after finding Bubble Girl and Honsakka's publisher and explaining what has happened, they all met up secretly near the back of the hall, making sure that nobody will over hear them.

Well, almost everyone. Honsakka insisted on staying hidden inside a broom closet, so they were forced to talk to him through the door.

Bubble Girl sighed, "This is a difficult situation. I'm sorry, but if somebody has made a threat to your client then we need to cancel the book signing."

"But we can't," the publisher cried, "the venue is paying a lot of money for my client to attend. Money that we need."

"Yes, but you do understand that your Honsakka's safety comes first."

"I know but-" the publisher said.

"Can't you find him before the signing," Honsakka's voice called out from the broom cupboard, "I think I feel much better if he's arrested."

Bubble Girl rubbed her temples, "Not unless you know what he looks like or if he's even still here."

Cheshire frowned thoughtfully, "Is there a way we can draw him out," he suggested, "Maybe if Honsakka walks around the place, RinLover97 would follow him. Then all he has to do is go to an isolated place, like in the auditorium, where we can arrest him."

"I'm not going out there!" Honsakka cried, "I won't do it!"

Komori walked up to the door and knocked gently, "What if you walked around with a hero escort? Would that make you feel better?"

Honsakka sniffed, "I suppose," he muttered.

"Great," Komori chirped before she turned to Bubble Girl And Cheshire, "Let me escort him around. If either of you to do in your hero costumes, he will run away."

Bubble Girl didn't seem too sure, "Well..."

"I think she should do it," Cheshire agreed, "I trust her, besides I can keep a look out on the ceiling while you can wait in ambush in the auditorium."

Bubble Girl hummed at the suggestion while Komori blushed slightly when he said that he trusted her. After a few moments, the sidekick side and nodded.

"Alright fine, but you're still not aloud to use your quirk," she told Komori.

Komori pouted slightly, but reluctantly agreed.

Everything was set up. Bubble Girl and the publisher were hiding in the auditorium (with permission from the organisers) and Cheshire had disappeared up in the rafters, watching Komori and Honsakka wind their way through the crowd. He could see that Komori was trying her best to look casual, but Honsakka was a mess. He was jumping and flinching at everything around him. Cheshire shook his head at how skittish he was being, he's was making the people around him anxious.

His communication device clicked to life and he heard Komori's voice.

"See anything yet?" she asked.

Bubble Girl was able to give her a spare radio so he can update her and tell her when to go to the ambush area.

"Nothing. How's everything done there?"

He saw Komori look at Honsakka fidgeting, "Could be better, I guess. I'll keep him moving."

"Good call," Cheshire said before he thought of something, "Hey, Komori. Why do you like cosplaying?"

He saw her flinch slightly before she continued walking, "Oh no reason. I just do it for fun."

"What really?"

"Yeah...well...I suppose that," she hesitated, "I kind of want to be a..." she trailed off.

"What was that?"

Komori took a deep breath before admitting, "I want to be...a hero idol."

"Oh," Cheshire uttered, "what's a hero idol?"

"You really never heard of idols?" Komori asked in shock, "Don't you have them in England?"

"I don't think so," he answered, "What do they do?"

"Well, idols are like entertainers who go around performing for fans. You get different idols who sing, dance, model and do other amazing things. Hero idols are more or less the same. They go to events and entertain children and make sure they have good time. I remember my parents taking me to a show when I was younger and I loved it. I guess that's why I wanted to become a hero, so I can make children happy and make sure everyone is having fun," she explained before she sighed sadly, "I'm sorry. I really didn't want to tell you."

Cheshire frowned in confusion, "Why's that?"

"My dream to become a hero sounds completely shallow when I compare it next to your's," she admitted, much to his surprise, "you wanted to become a hero because you lost your parents while I just want to be an entertainer. I feel so stupid."

"What, no you're not," Cheshire reassured, "we all have different reasons for becoming heroes, but none of them are bad reasons...most of the time. Wanting to make people happy is a noble goal. It reminds of another person in my class. In fact you kind of have the same hairstyle," he mused.

"...um," Komori hummed, not quite sure what to do with that information.

"The point is, don't worry about other people's motivations. As long as you goal is to make people happy then there's no reason you can't be a good hero and I'll support you in any way I can."

Komori looked up at the rafters at him. Even from here, he could see her cheeks were slightly red and small smile plastered on her face.

"Thank you Fleetwood, I-"

"Wait," Cheshire interrupted as he spotted somebody in the crowd, "Don't look behind you, but I see someone in a grey hoodie. I think they're following you. Try making your way to the foyer just to be sure."

"Right," she whispered before she grabbed Honsakka by the sleeve and began to drag him to the foyer. As he predicted, the person in the grey hoodie began to follow not too far behind.

The hood was above their head, so Cheshire couldn't see them, but it was clear that he was locked onto Honsakka. Cheshire turned on the radio to Bubble Girl.

"I think we got him. Are the other heroes in the place?"

As an extra precaution Bubble Girl had asked some of the other heroes at the event to standby at the top of the stairs, just in case the escape from the auditorium.

"Yes, they are," Bubble Girl confirmed, "where's Komori?"

"She's exiting the hall now," he told her, before disappearing over to the balcony overlooking the foyer, "she's now entering the foyer."

He watched from above as Komori and Honsakka made their way to the stairwell. To give the illusion that Honsakka was going somewhere private, Komori made her way next to the stairwell while he shakily made his way up. Cheshire could see that he was how frightened he was, it was as if he legs were going to give way and he fall down the stairs. Luckily, however, that didn't happen and Cheshire could see the figure in the grey hoodie wait by the bottom of the stairs. They looked around, checking if anybody was waiting him before he too followed Honsakka.

"He's coming up the stairs," Cheshire informed Bubble Girl, "Honsakka should be entering the auditorium right about...now."

He heard the door open from the other end, indicating that he had entered and was promptly finding a hiding space. He saw the figure in the hoodie finally reach the top of the stairs. He looked around once again before creeping up to auditorium, pushing the door open and entering.

Cheshire heard Bubble Girl pounce and a startled yelp over the radio. He was about to call out to Komori, until he heard sounds of struggling. It was as if Bubble Girl was having a hard time taking them down.

Suddenly the doors to the auditorium burst open and the guy in the hoodie ran out. Bubble Girl followed, rubbing her jaw in pain, as she pointed at the heroes guarding the stairs.

"Stop them!" she called out.

The heroes leapt in front of the stairs before the figure could make it. He stopped suddenly, looked back at Bubble Girl in panic and realised he was trapped. Cheshire thought he was give himself in, but, to his horror, the figure ran to left balcony beside the stairs and leapt over it.

Cheshire had no idea what he was thinking. Perhaps he was in such a state of panic that reason left him. Either way, Cheshire needed to act.

He disappeared from he was and appeared right under the falling figure and wrapped his arms around him, bracing himself for the impact as he fell back first onto the concrete fall.

'At least they won't get hurt,' he thought to himself as he gritted his teeth in preparation.

Boing!

However, before he could hit the ground, something spongey cushioned his impact. They shot up two feet in the air before they eventually landed on the soft cushion. Cheshire looked down and saw that they were both lying on a bed of mushrooms.

"Oh," he uttered before looking up at a relieved Komori, "Thanks."

"No problem. Just don't do that ever again. I almost had a panic attack," she sighed.

Cheshire smiled before he glared at the figure, who seemed to be still in shock at what just happened.

"What the hell do you think you're doing-"

However, much to his and Komori's surprise, the figure burst into tears. He pulled down his hood and they saw that RinLover97 was not a male, but a woman in her early thirties with blue hair and eye makeup and wore a pair of red horns on her head. For some reason, Cheshire could have sworn his seen her before.

"I'm sorry!" she wailed, latching onto Cheshire and crying into his shoulder, "Please don't arrest me! I don't want to go to jail!"

"Err..." Cheshire hummed, not quite sure what to make of this development.

Komori's eyes widened, "Wait, wasn't she the Zero Two cosplayer from earlier."

Cheshire looked again and realised she was right. He almost didn't recognise her because of her new hair colour.

'I think it's time to get to the bottom of this," he thought.

Later on, in a private room the venue holders gave them, Cheshire, Komori, Bubble Girl, Honsakka and his publisher stood over the woman now known as Irokami Henshin as she kneeled before them, sniffing sadly. Apparently, Irokami's quirk was ability to change her hair depending on her mood, but she had learned how to do it on demand when she began to cosplay.

"So, you want to explain why-" Bubble Girl began, before Irokami interrupted her.

"I'm sorry!" she yelled in distress, "I wasn't actually going to kill him. I actually wanted to apologise to him! Please don't arrest me"

Cheshire kneel down beside her and laid a hand on her shoulder, "It's fine. Take a deep breath," she did just that, "and once you're ready, explain from the beginning."

Irokami nodded and took a few deep breaths as he hair turned slightly grey. After a few moments she bowed her head and began to explain.

"I hate my job. It's really stressful and my colleagues are terrible and I get so angry with everything. Once I get home I like to read romance manga, because it's the closest thing to having a boyfriend."

"Okay, maybe not literally everything," Cheshire corrected himself.

"Oh right," she uttered in embarrassment, "my favourite manga I like to read is Honsakka's work. I love his stories and the situations and I just feel better about myself. However, when I have really bad days…I go online and take out my anger on you."

"I've been stressed before!" Honsakka yelled at her from behind his publisher, "But I've never threatened anybody before!"

Irokami looked up at him with tears in her eyes, "I know it's not an excuse, but please I didn't mean anything by it," she told him, "I just got nobody to talk to except for my houseplants. The alive ones anyway."

"And how did it accumulate into sending him that note," Bubble Girl inquired.

The woman looked down shyly, "In your latest book, I started to really like Rin. I sometimes like to pretend I'm her and have have adventures and with my friends. I felt like I related to her so much…which is so sad coming from somebody my age. But when you revealed the pairing, I hated it so much. I thought I was being rejected as well. Minato should have chosen her and not the other girl."

"What?" Honsakka questioned, "No way, Minato and Aika are perfect for each other."

Irokami rolled her eyes, her hair becoming slightly red, "Please, she's too tsundere to be likeable. Plus Minato and Rin really connected at Summer Festival arc."

"What about when Aika confessed her feelings to (pro) when he was asleep. That was adorable."

"More like creepy. Who confesses to a guy when he's recovering from a cold."

"I'm not following any of this," Cheshire admitted unsurely as he looked at the bickering couple.

Komori offered him an awkward smile, "Best not ask."

"Hey nerds," Bubble Girl harshly interrupted, stopping the argument, "can we please get on with it."

"R-right," Irokami stammered, "well I heard he was at the convention and went so I can convince him to change his ending. But…well…"

"You realised that threatening someone over the internet was completely different to doing it reality?" Bubble Girl guessed with a raised eyebrow.

Irokami nodded sadly, "I chickened out so I wrote him the note. It was until I leaned that he disappeared that I realised I made a mistake. I was going to apologise to you...for everything."

"And the hoodie?"

"I didn't want him to know who I was. I don't usually think things through when I'm nervous or panicking. I'm sorry, Honsakka. My actions have been inexcusable."

Bubble Girl sighed and turned to the author, "Well, do you want me to call the police?"

Honsakka frowned thoughtfully before he stepped away from his publisher and slowly approached Irokami, "It's people like you...the ones who send me horrible messages that made me afraid to leave my apartment," he told her, making her lower her head in shame and her hair to go grey, "I don't know what gives you the right to speak to me like that. I work hard on my stories and I love writing, but you made me scared to do any of that just because you don't have anybody to vent to. However, I will forgive you," he told her much to her surprise, "You don't seem to have any ill intentions and we do stupid things when we're stressed and alone."

Irokami sniffed, her hair turning pink again, "Thank you, Honsakka."

"But..." the author said, his eyes growing dark slightly, "I will only forgive if you apologise for calling Aika creepy?"

...

...

...

"What?" Cheshire, Bubble Girl, Komori and the publisher uttered.

Irokami's hair turned red in anger, "What no way. Maybe if you write your female characters better then I wouldn't have to send you threats."

"You think it's easy being a writer!?"

"I think it is! I've got tons of fanfiction with way more realistic characters than yours!"

The others watched them argue back in forth, not quite believing what was happening. The publisher sighed wearily and offered a small smile.

"Maybe I can hire them to make a book together," he suggested, "I think sales would pick up if they collaborate."

"Good idea," Komori agreed, "I think those two need somebody in their lives."

"Thank you heroes. How can I ever repay you?" the Publisher asked.

Cheshire chuckled, "You really don't have to."

The publisher clicked his fingers, "Oh I know. I can give you every volume of Honsakka's work."

"...You really don't have to," Cheshire insisted.

The heroes soon left them to go back to the expo. They still have a few hours until the conventions are over so they had to go back to their posts. Bubble Girl rubbed the back of heard in exhaustion.

"And here I thought it will be an easy job," she murmured, "Anyways, well done for this impromptu sting operation. I'll won't mention you using your quirk to anyone by the way, Komori."

"Thanks," the mushroom girl chirped.

"I'm sorry Komori," Cheshire apologised much to her confusion, "I kind of ruined your day here with hero work."

Komori shrugged, "It's fine. I actually had fun...despite the circumstances. Besides why don't do something else to make it up to me," she said.

"Well we've got the rest of the convention to look at," Cheshire pointed out, "Should we check it out," he noticed Bubble Girl's stern look, "I mean patrol with me."

"Sure," Komori said, "There are so many things we've got to...patrol," she said causing him to chuckle.

They had made it down the stairs and into the foyer once again.. The visitors didn't seem to notice the hubbub from earlier which they were pleased about. The foyer was not as crowded as before, as people were starting to leave for the evening. They were about to split up into the conventions when Bubble Girl stopped them.

"You know," she mused, "since your work study is coming to an end, why don't I treat you to dinner afterwards. Komori you can come with us if you like."

"That sounds great," Cheshire told her as Komori nodded in acceptance.

"Cool," she said as she began to walk away, "think about where you want to go and I'll take you there."

Cheshire hummed in thought, "Well, I think I saw a steakhouse on the way-"

Bubble Girl suddenly stopped and glared at him, "Absolutely not. I've got rent to pay, you know."

Nearby Ramen Restaurant

Bubble Girl managed to convince them to go to a much cheaper ramen restaurant that was not too far.

They all used the restroom at the venue to change into their casual clothing before they left with the rest of the visitors. They sat down at an unoccupied table and ordered what they wanted with their noodle broth. Lewis went with the Miso, while Bubble Girl chose the Shio. They were both unsure what Komori had ordered due to her ordering so many extra mushrooms that they couldn't even see the ramen.

"Thanks so much for the meal, Bubble Girl," Lewis happily told her.

"Hey, I'm off duty. So call Awata," she told him, "And don't sweat it, kid. Consider this a well done for surviving your work study under Sir. Although there were times you could have been a bit better," she send, sending a playful glare.

Lewis smiled awkwardly, "Yeah, sorry."

Awata giggled, "Seriously though. You were a big help in the past week. Thanks for choosing this agency."

"Thank you. I...really enjoyed my time at the agency," he told her genuinely, "Is there a chance I can return."

"I don't see why not."

"Fleetwood," Komori said beside him as she held a shredded piece of mushroom up to him with a pair of chopsticks, "Would you like to try a kikurage, 'shroom?"

Lewis gulped as he looked down at the mushroom in slight disgust. It wasn't as if he didn't like mushrooms, he just preferred looking at them then eating them and the kikurage didn't look that appealing either. However, Komori's eyes sparkled eagerly from under her fringe and he just couldn't disappoint her. He nodded nervously and Komori gave squeaked a happy 'shroom' before she lifted the mushroom to his mouth and Lewis ate it.

It didn't really taste of anything which, for some reason, was the worst part. It was chewy and kind of slimy and Lewis had to force himself to swallow it. It reminded him of when his uncle made him eat a whelk when he was younger, something he would never ever do again.

"What do you think?" Komori asked, "It's really good for you, 'shroom', and high in fibre."

Lewis, trying not to show his disgust, nodded, "It's really...good."

"Great, 'shroom, I have got a bunch more mushroom recommendations you can try," Komori eagerly told him, causing him to sweat drop in fear.

Awata chuckled in amusement from across the table, but her smile dropped as she spotted somebody walking closer to their table with their phone camera directed at Lewis and Komori. She stood up, surprising the other two and stomped over towards him before holding her hand in front of their phone.

"What the hell are you doing?" she berated the man, "Do you just think you can take photos of high school kids?"

The man stood back in surprise, "Sorry, but that's him, right?" he asked pointing at Lewis, "the person who stopped Stain."

Lewis' eyes widened when he heard that and spun around to face the man while Komori just looked up at him in concern. However, it was Awata who responded before he can.

"Endeavour stopped Stain," she angrily told him, "Now go away before I call the police."

"But what about the video?"

"Video?" Lewis questioned, "What video?"

The man began to type on his phone and smiled when he found what he was looking for. He showed him, Komori and Awata the screen eagerly, "This one. It just got uploaded. Watch."

He began to play them a video. It was mainly audio, but it showed various pictures of the Hero Killer being arrested as the narrator began speaking.

"Hero Killer: Stain. Real name: Akaguro Chizome. All Might's debut made an impression on a young Akaguro, so much so that he aimed to be a hero himself. He worked his way up to a private Hero-course high school, but from what he saw of 'Heroes' during his brief stint in the educational system, he despaired of their 'fundamental decay' and dropped out during the summer of his freshman year. Up until the end of his teen years, he called for the 'revival of heroics' through streets oratory and soapbox speeches, but subsequently came to understand that 'there is no power in mere words'. Over the following decade, he researched and disciplined himself in the training of the killing arts through self-study, all to 'achieve his duty'. It was during this time that his parents passed. He advocated the 'revival of heroics'. 'Heroes must not desire rewards or compensation. It is a title that must be reserved for those who make the ultimate acts of self-sacrifice. The 'Heroes' of the modern world are merely fakes who pretend to be heroes. He would continue his purge, in so doing, forcing the world to realise that.' (Excerpt from a weekly magazine)."

Awata gave the man a bored look, "Is there any point to this."

"Watch the next part, I promise." he told her as the video now showed something different.

It was a shaky footage of the Hero Killer, taken from across the street from a observer. Lewis felt his heart drop as he recognised the footage that was shown. The Hero Killer limping away from Midoryia and the dead body of the winged Nomu he just killed. His mask was off showing his horrifying face to the crowd of terrified heroes. He just finished yelling that the only person who was allowed to kill him was All Might, when Lewis saw himself appearing in front of him Stain and holding him back by the shoulders.

"But that's not the whole story..." the narrator continued, causing Lewis to gulp.

League Of Villains Lair

In the run down karaoke bar that served as the League Of Villains' hideout, Shigaraki watched the Stain video on a laptop while he sat at the bar. It didn't take him long to start scratching his neck in irritation, finding the attention Stain was getting was unfair.

"...From this footage, taken on the night Stain was arrested, we see an unnamed hero run up to the Hero Killer and stop before he take a further step. Who is this hero? Why was he not afraid? Why was he the only hero present to run up to him? Well..."

That was all that Shigaraki could bear before he slammed his hands on the laptop, turning it into nothing but dust. Kurogiri, who was cleaning glasses behind the bar, looked around in surprise.

"Master Shigaraki, that could have been important," the mist villain said.

"Who cares," he spat in reply, "If he wants to be associated with that annoying preacher, then be my guest," he muttered, earning a worried look from his carer.

Abandoned Building

In the depths of the city, away from the police and the hero agency, a young girl wearing a school uniform stood over her latest victim. She didn't care who he was, all she wanted was his blood and so she led him to the abandoned building and slit his throat when he least expected it.

She thought it was so cute when they were oblivious. Like little lambs prancing into a slaughterhouse.

As she licked up the blood from his wound, she listened to video that was playing on her phone through her earphones.

She was interested in Stain. Very much so. She liked that he wanted to change the world. To make it easy for people like her. She wants to love Stain. She wants to be Stain. She wants to kill him and drink his blood.

However, there was something else that caught her attention as the narrator began to drone on.

"...we may not know who this hero was, but we've different footage of him earlier that night helping people evacuate the Hosu incident," the voice changed into one she recognised, "Run. Get out of here!..."

She instantly stopped drinking from the wound and took her phone out of her pocket, gasping in joy as she saw the footage. Despite him wearing the mask and goggles, she could tell who this person was. She could still remember the taste of his blood.

"Little rabbit," she giggled "What are you doing with mister Stainy?"

Alleyway

A man in his early twenties leaned against that alley wall as he looked down at the phone in his hand. It wasn't his phone, of course. Wouldn't want the police tracking him. He picked the one his latest victim dropped. It wasn't as the charred remains that now laid in the alley was going to use it anytime soon.

He had heard about the video from a few sources, but it was only now that he decided to watch it. What he saw was rather...illuminating. Especially this next part.

"...His identity has not been confirmed, but his actions are up to interpretation. Could it be possible that he was challenging the Hero Killer, telling him to kill no more and risking his life in the process..."

The man grunted as his hand was enveloped in blue flames, "If he thinks he can challenge him, then he has to go up against my flames first," he darkly said.

Bar

At a small bar, sat in the corner of the room was a man whose features were hidden beneath his tall top hat. He held his phone in one hand while the other rolled a small marble across his fingers. He hummed as he watched the video of Stain and his interest was peaked.

"...If that is the case," the narrator said, "then is it possible that this is the sort of heroism that Stain desires..."

"How interesting," the man hummed as he flicked the marble in the air and caught in the same hand, "A self-proclaimed adversary to Stain. I hope he proves himself worthy someday."

Unknown Bedroom

A boy in his early teens, sat on his futon and watched the Stain video on his TV.

"...Or perhaps, he supports the Hero Killer. And this is he way of showing his devotion to him..."

The teenager gritted his teeth in anger and slammed his fist into his pillow, "What you think is that easy to be accepted by him, you idiot! You can't just mindlessly run up to him and hold him back! If anybody deserves Stain's recognition, it would be me!"

"Hey, stop yelling up there!" a feminine voice shouted from downstairs.

"Shut up, mum!" the teen shouted back before turning back to his TV.

Unknown Room

"...If this is way of showing that his support to Stain, then what does that mean about his relationship to the community..."

A man in his mid twenties with green scaly skin and purple hair watched the video on his TV wonder. As he watched, he couldn't help but feel a connection to this mysterious hero. A person who wanted to challenge the norms of society and take on the lessons of Stain himself. He stared in awe at the screen showing the hero's face.

"Could this mean," he uttered, "I have a brother in arms?"

Park

A large muscular woman with shoulder length brown hair and large lips looked down at the phone in her hand as she waited for somebody.

"...Or perhaps this is all a conspiracy," the narrator said, "that the hero is working for Stain and was only pretending to stop him to avoid suspicion..."

The woman rolled her eyes at the absurdity, "Conspiracy, don't make me laugh. I bet there's just a simple explanation for all of this."

"Kenji!" a voice called out nearby.

She looked up and smiled when she saw her friend, waving at her. Kenji put her phone away, stood up and jogged over to them.

"Hello darling," she greeted.

"Hey. What were you watching?" her friend asked.

"Oh nothing important."

Unknown Room

In an almost bare room, a man watched the screen on his laptop while he sat on his bed. His head was concealed with a paper bag and he kept on twitching and fidgeting as if he felt uncomfortable in his own skin.

"...If this is a conspiracy, how far does it go? Is the government involved with this? If they are, what is there purpose?..."

"This is bad," the man muttered before he twitched suddenly.

"No it isn't. Everything's fine," he said to himself in a different voice.

"Shut up!" he shouted at himself, "If this is a conspiracy then what does it mean about us?"

"It doesn't involve us, we're fine. This is just some random person on the internet making things up. Who cares about some stupid hero with a death wish."

"But what if it's true. This could be terrible. We should find him and kill him."

The man continued to argue with himself as the video continued to play in the background.

Ramen Restaurant

"...What ever the reason," the narrator concluded, "It is clear that this hero has some sort involvement with the Hero Killer."

The video suddenly ended. Komori and Awata blinked at the blank screen for a few moments, completely stunned by what they saw. They turned towards a pale Lewis, his mouth was slightly agape and eyes were wide in horror.

"I...I was only trying to help," he whispered.

And that's it. Hope you enjoyed it.

There isn't much information on Komori from what I can find, but I guess that since she wants to be a hero idol in the future, she would like cosplay and everything of that ilk. I don't know why I choose Hange Zoe as her cosplay.

I have to admit that I have never been to an anime and manga expo before so everything I've written was from the internet, including the problems of these events. I think I depicted it quite fairly...I think.

Anyway, thank you for reading. Next time Cheshire is going back to U.A and showing off what he has leaned on his work study.

Thanks again :)

Edit: Oh I forgot to mention the Demon Slayer reference. Interesting that Lewis has an ancestor who traveled to 20th century Japan, huh. Well, to explain that...well let's just say it's...

...a preview.
