Happy Easter everyone! It's been a long while, hasn't it? I decided to do a quick chapter of Draconic Miraculous before going back to Rick, Noa, and Morty.
So in this chapter, our hero will be dealing with a phantom thief, who is NOT Vipedra, while also getting some help from a friend.
With that all out of the way, let us begin!
Also, I will not be doing Art Commissions. Word of bots have be flying around. Plus, I'm actually not interested in the first place.
Season 3.5 Opening (Caught in a Dream by All Insane Kids/Dial Zero)(I don't own the song)
"Don't be amused, it's just the news!" Nadja said as she sat in her news seat. "Yesterday, a strange creature has suddenly appeared at Jardin des Tuileries."
Next to her was an image of the Grove Worm, with a blurred out Drake confronting it.
"Thankfully, a brave citizen, who we can't show due to legal reasons, was able to subdue the creature." Nadja continues. "But this brings the question: where did this creature come from? And is it related to to the creature that escaped the museum, as well as the thief? Stay tune as this story develops."
We zoom out to see Drake, Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, and Ignitus watching the newscast on the former's phone. Watching the newscast with them were Chris, Crash, and Aku Aku.
You see, Drake decided to take the dragons' (and dragonfly's) advise of telling someone about his condition, so he decided on Chris, Crash, and Aku Aku.
"That is just the latest problem in the growing list." Drake said as he puts the phone down. He then rolls up his sleeve to show them his scales. "So beside that, my ever changing body, and a creature that I'm am very much certain stole a book and a scroll from my mother and Mr. Agreste, things are just peachy."
"Strange things certainly have been happening since when we were last here." Aku Aku said with a pondering look.
"That's putting it lightly." Drake said before pointing at the scales. "So, can you do something about this?"
Aku Aku looks the scales over for a bit before letting out a sigh. "As much as I want to help, I can't."
Drake gave the mask an agitated look. "And why not?"
"This is Dragon Magic, which is outside my area of expertise." Aku Aku explained. He then notices Drake's upset look. "I could, however, create an amulet that could conceal the charges."
"Really?" Drake asked in a hopefully tone.
Aku Aku nodded. "Indeed. However, it will take some time, as I need a good understanding of your... condition. Other than that, Chris, Crash, and I have your back."
Crash nodded in agreement while Chris gives him a smile and thumbs-up.
"Thank you" Drake said with look of relief.
What no one noticed was Vipedra was watching from the shadows with narrowed eyes.
Meanwhile, at the Agreste mansion, Gabriel, Hestia, and Nathalie were in the former's atelier, watching the news on a tablet.
"So this was the creature that attacked you and your family?" Gabriel asked as he looked at the paused image of the Grove Worm.
"Yes." Hestia said with a nod. "I also heard Drake call it a Grove Worm, like he knew what it was."
"It must be related to his powers." Gabriel suggested.
"Possibly. But what I'm more concern about is the fact it went after my family specifically." Hestia said in a worried tone. "It ignored everyone else."
"It might be the thief who sent the creature." Gabriel theorized while scratching his chin in thought. "Why though?"
"Probably to send us a message that we can't touch her, but she can touch us..." Hestia said bitterly. "We must deal with this thief and take back what was stolen from us!"
That's when Nathalie clears her throat, getting her bosses' attention. "If I may... I think I have an idea on how to deal with this thief."
"Will it be anything like that Sentimonster you sent after my son?" Hestia snidely asked.
"No, and your not going to let that go, are you?" Nathalie asked with a frown, getting a nod from Hestia.
"Let her speak." Gabriel said, getting a sigh of reluctance from the Dragonfly wielder.
"The thief stole the grimoire and the scroll, right? Well, how about we create our own thief to steal them back." Nathalie suggested.
Gabriel pondered at that. "I think I see where you're going with this. Send a thief to catch a thief."
"Exactly. Plus, our thief could also gets us the Miraculous if given the chance." Nathalie added.
Hestia gives them a raised eyebrow. "Okay... But I honestly don't think we should trust a akumatized villain with a task like this."
"Who said our thief would be a villain?" Nathalie asked with a smile as she holds up the Peacock Miraculous.
Hestia instantly made her opinion known. "No. After your last stunt, I don't trust you with the power of the Peacock. Plus, there is also the fact of your health declining every time you use it."
"Listen Hestia, if we don't catch this thief, there is a chance she might expose us." Nathalie said.
Hearing this, Hestia let's out a sigh. "Fine." She then takes the Miraculous from Nathalie's grip. "But I'm going to be the one to use it, as your health is really at risk."
"Thank you." Nathalie said with a nod.
Later that day, we see Drake and Chris heading to Fu's massage shop, the later holding Aku Aku, who was pretending to be a regular, non-magical mask.
"Okay, so remember. You're here to help catch the thief, and you need a place to stay." Drake said. "And please, don't not mention my... new condition to them, as I wish to do so on my own and on better terms."
Chris nodded as they entered the shop.
"Drake!" A voice spoke up. Following, Drake and Chris saw it was Ashley, who was walking up to them with a smile. "Glad that you came over, and I see you brought Chris and Aku Aku with you."
"Nice to see you too, Ashley." Aku Aku said as he floats out of Chris' hands while Crash flies out of his jacket pocket.
"Anyway, my friends are here to help with the thief lurking around Paris and need a place to stay for the time being." Drake explained. He then looks around. "Where's grandpa?"
"He's out getting groceries." Ashley said with a shrug before facing Chris, Crash, and Aku Aku. "So you need a place to stay, huh? Luckily for you, the backroom has enough space to squeeze you in."
"Thank you for your hospitality." Aku Aku said while Chris and Crash gave her a smile.
Soon nightfall came, and everyone was asleep.
Well, almost everyone, as Hestia was standing on the roof of her house, overlooking the night sky.
She then puts on the Peacock Miraculous, causing it to change into a more jagged form with green highlights, while also causing Duusu to pop out.
"Oh! Hello Hestia!" The Kwami greeted.
"Hello Duusu." Hestia greeted back politely. "Sadly, I didn't summon you for pleasant talk, as something of mine was stolen, and I need a Sentimonster to steal it back." She then takes a stance. ""Duusu, spread my feathers!"
Transforming into Paonne, she takes out a photo of Emilie and places them on the ground.
"I have a strong amount of anger, as well as desire of retribution for the thief that stole from me." She said before plucking a feather from the fan and turning it into a Amok. "Go, my little Amok, and give me a thief that'll take back what's mine, as well as get some Miraculuses as a bonus."
The Amok then floats towards the photo before getting absorbed by it, causing a cloud of dark blue magic to appear.
As it dies down, Paonne looks at her creation with a smirk.
Morning soon came, and Drake, Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, Ignitus, Crash, Aku Aku, Ashley, and Falx were watching Chris practicing shaman magic.
In front of him was a pot filled with dirt.
"So wait, Chris can use magic similar to you?" Drake asked as he watches Chris move his arms around in a calm motion, his hands covered in a golden orange glow.
"Indeed. He requested that I teach him a few basic tricks in case we get into a tough spot. Imagine my surprise when I found out he as a natural talent for it." Aku Aku said with a proud smile.
Chris then claps his glowing hands together, causing a small raincloud to appear over the pot before it started raining.
Once the rain stopped, a orange tulip grows out of pot, fully healthy.
"I'll admit, that was awesome." Drake said before he and Chris high-fived.
However, Chris' hands were still glowing, so when he and Drake high-fived, this causes the still existing raincloud to turn dark and release a lightning bolt, frying the tulip.
"Oops." Drake said as he and Chris had sheepish looks.
"As they say, practice makes perfect." Aku Aku said as he dispels the cloud.
"Still, it's a incredible sight." Falx said with a look of wonder.
That's when Drake phone beeps. Taking it out, he saw that it was an newsflash.
"Hey guys, you might want to see this." He said as everyone gathers around.
"Don't be amused, it's just the news!" Nadja said as she up an envelope. On it was a indigo domino mask designed like a peacock's tail feathers. "This came in and it's addressed to thief, as well as Ladybug and Cat Noir!"
Opening the envelope, Nadja clears her throat before reading it.
To the thief who stole from Hestia Firstbourne and Gabriel Agreste, the theft was a disgrace.
No class and no grace. I'll show you how it's done, by stealing what you have stolen from you.
And to Ladybug and Cat Noir, as well as any of your teammates, I do hope you join the party, as I hope to get a Miraculous or two.
Sign, The Bleu Phantom.
"Looks like a new thief is in Paris, and they're challenging the first thief, as well as Ladybug and Cat Noir!" Nadja exclaimed.
Drake grunted at the news. "Great... More trouble to deal with."
"Judging by how this new thief also wants the Miraculous, it seems this person is another creation of Hawk Moth's." Ashley said.
"Why would Hawk Moth want the book and scroll?" Aku Aku asked.
"The book is a grimoire that holds secrets of the Miraculous while the scroll holds a prophesy regarding Drake." Falx explained. "They probably want them for their own ends."
"So it's now a race to see who catches the first thief first, huh?" Drake asked in a annoyed.
Meanwhile, someone else was watching the newscast.
In the upper levels of Notre Dame, Vipedra watched with narrowed eyes.
"So, Hawk Moth and his little gang are using the "send a thief to catch a thief" strategy, huh?" She muttered to herself with slight amusement. "Well then, I suppose I could entertain their desperate attempt."
Holding up her clawed staff, it started to glow purple as Vipedra summons another creature from the Dragon Realms.
When it dies down, she looks at what she summoned with a smirk.
Later, we see Dragnarok, Bandicoot, Sparx, and Aku Aku running across the rooftops.
They decided to do some patrolling and try to see if they bump into either thief.
"We've been searching for three hours, and we still found nothing!" Dragnarok complained.
"Perhaps we should look somewhere else." Aku Aku suggested.
That's when Bandicoot notices something. Getting the others attention, he points at what he has found.
It was a giant mushroom that was white in color with glowing pink spots.
"Is that a leftover of Fungi Funguy?" Dragnarok asked.
"Why does it look familiar?" Sparx muttered to himself.
That's when Aku Aku noticed that Gabriel's grimoire and Hestia's scroll was on the bulb, covered in spider webs. "It's the grimoire and scroll!"
Bandicoot walked up to grab them, when the bulb spring to life, revealing to be a Bulb Spider.
"A Bulb Spider!" Sparx shouted in shock.
"Spider? It has six legs, not eight." Dragnarok pointed out.
The Bulb Spider wagged it's thorax, which had the grimoire and scroll on it, in a taunting manner. It then took off.
"After it!" Dragnarok shouted.
And thus, the chase was on.
What they didn't noticed was a figure was following them.
The chase soon reached the streets, startling many Paris pedestrians.
When they reached the Arc de Triomphe, where Dragnarok fires a small bolt of electricity that the Bulb Spider's left hindleg, causing it to trip.
Before it could get back up, Bandicoot grabs it and holds it in place.
Walking up to the struggling arachnid, Dragnarok was about grab the grimoire and scroll when someone zips by and snags the two items.
"What the-?" The draconic hero shouted before spotting the one responsible.
It appeared to be a human male who was 6'7" in height, but had cyan skin and silver hair. He was wearing a gentleman's suit that was midnight blue in color, a matching top hat, and a domino mask that was indigo in color and had a peacock tailfeather design. Finally, his eyes were magenta in color.
In his right hand was a white cane with a blue orb on top, while in his left arm was the grimoire and scroll.
"Who the hell are you?" Dragnarok asked with a glare.
"I suppose it would be quite rude of me to not introduce myself." The man said before taking a bow. "I am the swift wind of the night, the cerulean grace that is as light as a feather, the charming servant of her majesty Paonne. I am The Bleu Phantom!"
Dragnarok, Bandicoot, Aku Aku, Sparx, and the nearby citizens just stared before the former spoke up. "Okay... I can see that you are one of those "Gentleman Thieves". And judging by the fact you said Paonne, I can assume you're a sentimonster created by Damselfly."
"Indeed. Whether she's wearing dragonfly green, or peacock blue, she is my majesty." Bleu Phantom said before looking at Dragnarok. "Now, if you can excuse me young prince, I must return these to her majesty, as they rightfully belong to her."
Before anyone could move, the Bulb Spider let out a loud screech.
That's when a small army of Bulb Spiders crawled out of the sewers through the manhole covers and surround the heroes and thief. However, these Bulb Spiders looked different, as they were muted bluish purple in color, and their legs and thorax were thinner and sharper.
The sight of them caused nearby citizens to scream and/or (For the arachnophobes) faint at the sight of them.
"Well this just gets better and better..." Dragnarok muttered in a sarcastic tone as he and Bandicoot took a fighting stance before facing Bleu Phantom. "Hey, mind helping us with some extermination?"
"Seeing that these arachnids might give me and her majesty some trouble later if they aren't dealt with, I suppose I can call a truce for the time being." The sentimonster with a shrug before taking a stance of his own.
And with that, the three leaped into battle.
Dragnarok used an Ice Tail attack to send a trio of Bulb Spiders into the air before firing a bolt of electricity, firing them. He then fires Phantom Frights at another small group of them, stunning the spiders, allowing our draconic hero to send them flying with a Earth Flail.
With Bandicoot, he was using his new shaman powers to his advantage, as he summoned a mini storm cloud that acted like a sentry, zapping any nearby Bulb Spiders while the orange hero fought with with his fists.
Finally, with Bleu Phantom, the gentleman thief based sentimonster was using his cane to whack the spider, while also using the tip of the cane to zap a few orders, all while dodging with impressive agility.
Interestingly, when a Bulb Spider was killed, it disappeared, leaving behind a few shards of crystals, red, green, blue, and purple in color, which then got absorbed by Dragnarok.
Anyway, despite putting up a impressive fight, the swarm was seemingly never ending.
"There's too many of them!" Sparx shouted in panic as the Bulb Spiders began to enclose on the group.
Dragnarok looked around for a bit, the thought of using a Fury attack ringing in his mind.
Which is odd, as he did a Fury attack not to long ago. Normally, he would had to wait for a recharge in order to use another Fury attack, but right now he felt like he can use it.
Not gonna look a gifted horse in the mouth, Dragnarok grabbed Bandicoot and Bleu Phantom by their arms before performing the Water Fury, washing the Bulb Spiders away.
"Down came the rain, and washed the spider out." Bleu Phantom mused as he looks at the dying swarm, which disappear, leaving behind crystals that were absorbed by Dragnarok. He was about to take off when Bandicoot and Aku Aku block his path.
"And where are you going?" The mask asked with an raised eyebrow.
"To return her majesty's property." Bleu Phantom said with a cheeky smile.
"You mean these?" Dragnarok asked as he held up the grimoire and the scroll.
Blinking in surprise, the sentimonster looks at his empty arm before letting out a amused chuckle. "Well played, well played indeed, young prince. Though, this is the part where I make a grand escape."
With a bow, Bleu Phantom taps the tip of his cane on the ground, causing blue smoke to erupt. Once the smoke dispels, he was gone.
"What a weirdo..." Dragnarok muttered before looking down at the items in his hands. "Better return these to their owners."
As they take off, Chrys watches from the crowd.
A while later, we see Dragnarok, Bandicoot, Sparx, and Aku Aku at the Agreste mansion, where the former hand the grimoire and scroll to Gabriel, who had Hestia and Nathalia.
"Thank you Dragnarok. You have no idea how much this means to us." Gabriel said as he hands the scroll to Hestia.
"Just be aware that the thief is still out there, as well as that Bleu Phantom guy." Dragnarok warned.
"Don't worry, for we have increased our security in our homes." Hestia said. "Though, my family and I will still be staying at the Le Grand Paris for the time being. At least until both thieves are captured."
"And we'll do everything we can to make that a reality." Dragnarok said with a nod.
Once the group leaves, Bleu Phantom appears from a nearby corner.
"While I'm happy you've gotten your stolen property back, I apologize for not being able to get them myself." He apologized.
"Don't worry Bleu Phantom, You'll get your chance to shine, as there are still the Miraculous for you to grab." Hestia said in a reassuring tone.
That's when something falls out of the grimoire. Picking it up, Gabriel saw that it was an envelope.
Opening it, it was a letter that read as this:
To Gabriel Agreste and Hestia Firstbourne,
You must be patting yourselves on the backs for your send a thief to catch a thief idea.
Well, let me be the bearer of bad news. You see, I copied both the grimoire and the scroll, thanks to the miracle of modern technology, so I don't need them anymore.
Basically, you got these back because I let you get them back.
Besides, I have my eye on another prize. What that is, you'll find out soon enough~.

With a snarl, Gabriel rips the letter in half.
"Let the games begin..." He said with a growl.
Hestia, Nathalia, and Bleu Phantom give the man concern looks.
We then go to Drake's room, where we see Drake with Spyro, Cynder, Sparx, Ignitus, Chris, Crash, and Aku Aku.
"I'm curious... Why did the thief leave the book and the scroll on a Bulb Spider?" Drake asked.
"While there could be a multitude of reasons, I think the most likely is the fact that she doesn't need them anymore." Ignitus theorized.
"Well, whatever the reason is, she's still out there." Spyro said.
"Not to mention that blue guy as well." Sparx added.
"Right, Hawk Moth and Damselfly made themselves a new goon to work for them." Drake said, crossing his arms.
"That may be, but we faced far more dire threats then a fancy, showboat of a thief." Cynder said with smile.
Drake smiled back. "True."
"Plus, we have your back." Aku Aku said with a smile of his own, with Chris and Crash nodding in agreement.
"Thanks."
We soon cut to nightfall.
In the upper levels of Notre Dame, we see Vipedra looking over her phone, on it were pictures of the Grimoire's pages and the scroll.
"Ah, the wonders of modern technology." She mused before putting it down. She then holds up Eldritch's spell book. "Those fools will soon learn that I'm the one in control here." Skimming through the book, she stop on a certain page. "And I'll get my dues soon enough."
And that's that!
Sorry if the chapter is a little... clunky, I'm a little rusty with Draconic Miraculous.
I would also like to point that the first Bulb Spider is the A New Beginning version, while the others that were the Eternal Night design.
Also, I saw first few episodes of Season 6, and I like what I see so far. I really like the fact that they're using the graphics from the movie.
As for the villains, well, Illustrhater is basically just a younger version of Evillustrator. Sublimation is interesting, but is mostly used to introduce the concept of Antikumas. Ringmaster was okay, and it was cool to finally meet Adrien's grandparents from both sides of the family. Then there are the upgraded versions of older villains, such as Climatiqueen, who is Stormy Weather with the power of lightning bolts that brainwash people, Daddycop, who is Rogercop with the power to force people to like his daughter, Sabrina. And finally, and most surprisingly, is Revelator, who is Pixelator, who I am honestly surprised that he made a return, as he always struck me as one of those one-shot characters who, at best, make a background appearance in future episodes.
So as of right now, me taking Draconic Miraculous to the new saga is likely. That can change in time, but right now, Season 6 Draconic Miraculous is likely.
