Hello everyone, I know that it has been a VERY long time since I ever posted anything, and to make a very long story short, I have been dealing with a lot of mental stuff, from the military to civilian life, to college, it has just been so hard to really have any sort of passion for writing, for continuing my stories that I started but just left to collect dust. I really tried to continue them, I really did, I always went back to write a little bit here and there, keep the docs alive on the site so they wouldn't disappear, but eventually, I just couldn't do it. My mentality was so low I barley had the ability to go to work and act normal, to go back home and act normal, and finally to enter college and try to actually be normal again. Everyday in the military, it was hammered home that we have lives in our hands, any mistake we do could cause the death of one or multiple people, and that makes it very hard to concentrate on anything else, and then to leave the military and suddenly go from having all this responsibility to having none of that, it's a rapid shift that many of us vets just don't know how to work through. Then there was the fact that I also had an attempt while in the military, and it was just too much, and of course being the type of person that I am, I never asked for help before or after the incident, and it wasn't until recently when I met up with other veterans in college that I started to open up. Of course I use dark humor now to help cope, but I know now that my mental state is getting better and better, day by day.
So, obvious elephant in the room, I will not be updating any of my existing stories anytime soon. I love them, and I won't get rid of them at all, but it will take time to remember exactly what I wanted to do with those stories, but this one, this story has been jumping around in my head for MONTHS now, and I am excited to actually put in the work for this. I have STARTED on the first chapter, but I am not close to finishing it. I will be updating very sporadically, and that is due to me wanting to give you guys something that I would be proud to have you read. I won't promise that life won't get in the way, I can never promise that, but I will do my damndest to keep my passion alive, and to get you chapters as fast as I can, but still of high quality.
This chapter, is all about the information on the ships, the fleet in exile, and how many people are here. I tried my best to keep as much of the info as cannon as possible, however, I did have to go to the fandom to fill in the gaps, and even then, I still had to improvise with some of them. Some of the ship names you'll of course recognize immediately, but others were taken from the fandom or I made them myself. I hope you enjoy at least readying the specs of the ships that will be here and the different commanders that were in charge of these ships, if they were mentioned in the wikis.
