Shark Tale has always been one of my favorite animated films to watch ever since childhood and I still enjoy watching the movie so much, and since I love Shark Tale so much, I decided to do a whole twenty four-part miniseries version of the movie that serves as a whole retelling of the movie which is known as When A Little Fish Tells A Great White Lie that has brand new scenes, brand new characters, brand new locations, different dialogue. Episode 11: Carrying Out A Huge Scam
Chapter 1: Lola's Manipulation
Back at Oscar's penthouse of the Top Of Southside Reef, while Oscar's helpers of his penthouse Denise, Adrien, Frieda, and Isaiah has already left to carry out some errands for him and his penthouse under his orders, both Sykes' jellyfish henchmen Ernie and Bernie are playing a Sharkslayer video game on the Xbox 360 video game console on the flatscreen TV in the living room on the couch where Ernie is playing as Oscar on his video game controller and Bernie is playing as a dolphin police officer who serves as Oscar's helper which they are working together to take down some of the members of the Five Families together within the wastelands of the Atlantic Ocean, and they use their controllers to take down some Five Families mobsters by using some combat skills for a moment until Ernie unintentionally allowed Oscar to get eaten by a great white shark mobster which resulted a game over while the dolphin police officer continued to fight off a hammerhead shark mobster.
Once Ernie accidentally got Oscar who he was controlling on his video game controller that caused a game over for the Sharkslayer video game, Ernie became greatly dismayed and Bernie proceeds to help him out on using the controller for the Sharkslayer video game correctly while he continued to play as the dolphin police officer on his own video game controller, and just as they continue playing the video game together on the Xbox 360 on the flatscreen TV, Sykes is making another phone call to Don Edward Lino all about him becoming Oscar's new manager and how Oscar is being tracked down by the elite assassins of the Five Families as well as hiring some dangerous thugs from the dangerous parts in Southside Reef to track him down in order to have him killed and avenge Frankie's death since he was supposedly responsible for it.
"Oh, mon! I told you to press the right buttons to fight off these mobsters of the Five Families along with the dolphin police officer!" exclaimed Bernie.
"I'm doing it, mon! I'm doing it!" exclaimed Ernie.
"Well, it looks like you aren't doing it at all!" exclaimed Bernie.
"But I swear I was pressing the right controls to fight off the mobsters!" exclaimed Ernie.
"Sorry, but you weren't and it's absolutely true!" exclaimed Bernie.
"At least give me some instruments on how to do so!" exclaimed Ernie.
"Okay, mon," said Bernie.
"Do it already," said Ernie.
"X, circle, X X, double left square, right trigger, down, square, square." said Bernie.
"Are you sure about that?" said Ernie.
"Yes, and I already tried it out, and it worked very well." said Bernie.
"Alright, mon! And that makes it a double square too! Respect." said Ernie.
"Respect," said Bernie.
"Oh, yeah, Don Edward Lino of the great white shark mafia? Since the Sharkslayer has made me his manager, that makes me untouchable for sure." said Sykes on his ShellPhone.
"You already told me that, and I really don't mind you becoming the Sharkslayer's manager, especially that I fired you from before." said Don Lino on the other line."
"All thanks to Oscar becoming the Sharkslayer, Southside Reef will no longer have to be under the mercy of the Five Families just like they did for many years." said Sykes.
"The Five Families will bring fear to Southside Reef as usual, and it has always been going on ever since one of my ancestors founded the crime syndicate," said Don Lino.
"No, they won't, and the Sharkslayer will be there to stop them for sure, and since he will show you and your mobsters who's boss, it looks like you're all out." said Sykes.
"Huh? What did you just say, Sykes?" asked Don Lino in shock.
"You heard me. Southside Reef is now in and the Five Families is now out. O-U-T. Out!" exclaimed Sykes.
"But not for long once the elite assassins and the thugs from the reef will be able to track him down and have him assassinated for what he did to my son Frankie!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"Oh, I would like to see you try, and I bet the Sharkslayer would like to see you try and he's not afraid of you at all since he's the reef's hero!" exclaimed Sykes.
"You tell him that my faithful henchmen along with some more thugs will pay him another visit on the next day, and that he will be having a date with death!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"Don't worry, I'll tell him everything and he'll be ready to take you down, your mafia, and the thugs!" exclaimed Sykes.
"Once the Sharkslayer does, we're gonna see who's in and we're gonna see who's out!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"We'll see for sure, Lino. We'll see." exclaimed Sykes.
Suddenly, a terrified Oscar has entered in his penthouse and proceeds to retire as the defender of Southside Reef known as the Sharkslayer and call off his deal with Sykes so he wouldn't have to be put in danger of being the main target of Don Edward Lino and his great white shark mafia for taking credit for Frankie's death in order to become a somebody and be noticed by others which turns out to be a huge mistake since it turns out that Frankie is Don Lino's eldest child which makes his two younger siblings Lenny and Teresa his two younger children too, and if Oscar knew about who he really was, then he wouldn't have done it in the first place since it turns out to be such a very foolish decision ever. He tries to explain to Sykes that their deal is now over after what he just learned, but he doesn't listen to him at all just as he was being so distracted by the fame and managing to keep the whole reef safe from the threat of the Five Families, much to his dismay.
"Sykes!" exclaimed Oscar.
"Hey, Oscar!" Ernie greeted.
"Hi, mon!" Bernie greeted.
Oscar witnessed himself getting eaten by a great white shark mobster. "Oh! Hey, Sykes! There's something I gotta tell you!"
"Hey, hey, hey! There he is! My brother, my player, the Sharkslayer!" said Sykes.
"Yeah, whatever. Sykes, you need to listen…" said Oscar just as he tried to explain, but Sykes doesn't listen to him at all.
"Oh, and by the way, from now on, you're gonna have to start paying me protection if you don't want the Sharkslayer to bring more harm to you and your mafia." said Sykes on his phone.
"Sykes, you need to listen to this, okay? The deal is off 'cause I just learned that the shark I killed from weeks ago has turned out to be Don Lino's own son!" exclaimed Oscar in fear.
"I already know that." explained Sykes.
"Wait a minute?! You knew?!" asked Oscar in shock.
"Yes, and Don Lino has already told me everything when I had that meeting with him and before I told you that he has sent his assassins to have you assassinated." explained Sykes.
"No, that can't be! You didn't tell Lino all about me that I'm the Sharkslayer! You did, Sykes! You didn't!" exclaimed Oscar.
"Of course, I did, Oscar, and Lino knows everything already! Isn't that great that you have shown Lino's own eldest child who's boss?" asked Sykes.
"It won't be so great if he finds out about it! Especially that he's one of the most crime bosses of one of the most powerful crime families!" exclaimed Oscar just as he became even more terrified.
"Oscar, you're the Sharkslayer, and there's nothing to worry about." replied Sykes.
"Yeah, but Lino can't find out that I'm the one who killed his own son! If he does, he will send more assassins after me! He can never know!" replied Oscar.
"What do you mean find out about it or that he can never know? I already told him everything from our previous meeting." explained Sykes.
"WHAT?!" asked Oscar in shock.
"He already knows everything and I got him on the phone right now." said Sykes just as Oscar became even more terrified. "That's right, Lino. I got the Sharkslayer right here in front of me. The defender of the reef and the successor of the Shark Hunters. Oscar attempts to get him to stop his phone call with Don Lino, but he doesn't listen to him just as he gives him a thumbs up. "And he's gonna slay you and all of your great white sharks as well as the other mobsters of the Five Families!"
"SYKES! SHUT UP! SHUT UP!" exclaimed Oscar.
"Hey, hey, hey, that's good! That's good, I like that! What a good idea, kid! SHUT UP, LINO! HA! SHUT UP!" said Sykes just as Oscar groaned in annoyance. He continued to listen to Don Lino on the other line. "What? Oh, kid, Lino says that he would wanna tell you something on the phone about all of this."
"No, no, no! No way! Tell him that I'm not here! I'm not here!" exclaimed Oscar.
"Yeah, he's right here." said Sykes just as he gave his ShellPhone to Oscar.
Oscar takes the ShellPhone from Sykes and begins answering Don Lino. "Uh…Hello?"
""Shut up"? "Shut up"? You don't tell me to "shut up" I'm the one who tells you to "shut up"!" So you shut up, bozo!" exclaimed Don Lino in anger.
"Sorry, but…but it looks like I just did with some little help from my manager Sykes, Don Edward Lino of the great shark mafia." said Oscar in complete fear.
"Oh, it's too late to say sorry, Sharkslayer, and since you have made fun of me and told me to shut myself up, you're gonna.." said Don Lino just as he tried to explain, but suddenly got interrupted by another line. "What? Hello?
"Hey, Pizza Halibut, how are you doing? Yvette and I would like to have five pizzas with everything on it." said Luca on the other line just as Don Lino became very annoyed, unbeknownst to him. "Make those pizzas with anchovies since we would eat them just like the sharks would along with some meatballs, mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon, black olives,
"LUCA! It's me, your boss!" exclaimed Don Lino in annoyance.
"Oh, hey, Boss! What are you doing working at the local pizza joint known as Pizza Halibut?" asked Luca in surprise. "You're supposed to be the crime boss of the great white shark mafia, not a pizza delivery man!"
"What the…GET OFF THE TELEPHONE, YOU IMBECILE!" exclaimed Don Lino.
"But I'm hungry! Can you at least take my phone call so I could make my order for myself and Yvette?! Please?!" exclaimed Luca.
"Luca, you moron! That's the wrong phone number!" exclaimed Yvette just as she did a facepalm in annoyance.
"What? I am so sorry about that, and I guess I didn't even notice it at all!" exclaimed Luca.
"Give me the phone! Oh, you're such a nincompoop!" exclaimed Yvette. She then snatched the phone from Luca and pushed him away just as she got on it. "Boss, I'm so sorry that the moron dialed the wrong number again, and I promise it won't happen again. Also, it looks like that I'll have to make the phone call next time when we're gonna order something from any restaurant in the reef since he's way too oblivious to do so too." She then hangs up on Don Lino.
Don Lino sighed in annoyance. "So, as I was saying, it's too late for sorry, and 'cause you made fun of me and the good name of my crime family, my elite assassins of my mafia are gonna continue to track you down, Sharkslayer, and we'll hire more thugs to do the same thing as well! They're all gonna tear you FIN FROM FIN!" He then furiously hangs up on Oscar.
Once Don Lino hanged up on him in complete anger, Oscar then let go of Sykes' ShellPhone is complete fear just as he already knows that he is put in even more danger due to taking credit for killing his oldest child Frankie which makes him the defender of Southside Reef known as the Sharkslayer who is capable of slaying any shark and the successor of the former defenders of the reef the legendary Shark Hunters, and in order to avoid to be assassinated by the members of the great white shark mafia as well as the rest of the members of the Five Families and the dangerous thugs from the harsh environments of Southside Reef, Oscar continues to attempt to tell Sykes to call off the deal they made together so he could be his manager and retire being the Sharkslayer for sure, but he still doesn't listen since he's still being distracted as his status of being the Sharkslayer's manager and how much wealth and fame he will receive from it as well as Oscar continuing to do his job of defending the reef from the threat of the Five Families since he's the hero which makes him mor dismayed than ever.
"Aw, c'mon, Sharkslayer! Who's your Puff Daddy? Who's your manager? Who takes good care of you? Huh? Huh?" asked Sykes just as he was still unaware of how terrified Oscar is right now.
"Sykes, thank you very much for being my manager, and I appreciate it very much." replied Oscar.
"No problem, and I'll always be there for you no matter what 'cause we're partners and we'll be making a fortune for sure." replied Sykes.
"But do you honestly think that I have to go through with dealing with the elite assassins of the Five Families?" asked Oscar.
"Well, of course, I do." answered Sykes.
"And do you think I have to deal with the thugs from the dangerous parts of the reef as well?" asked Oscar.
"Well, yeah, you do, and that's 'cause you're Southside Reef's hero known as the Sharkslayer." answered Sykes.
"Thanks, but I think that I should…" said Oscar just as he tried to explain, but Sykes still didn't listen to him.
"I'm absolutely sure that you can do it, and everybody hopes that you will make the reef a shark-free zone," said Sykes.
"But, maybe this has to…" said Oscar just as he still tried to explain, but Sykes still didn't listen to him at all."
"C'mon, Ernie and Bernie, we have some work to do, and it's taking good care of the Whale Wash of Southside Reef besides helping the Sharkslayer with his own job," said Sykes. He then turned off the flatscreen TV with the remote, much to both Ernie and Bernie's dismay.
"Aw, I was winning!" exclaimed Ernie.
"Yeah, mon, you were getting it right for sure!" exclaimed Bernie.
"Look, Sykes. You got it all wrong, and there could be a chance that I should…" said Oscar just as he still tried to explain, but Sykes still didn't listen to him.
"They'll be writing songs about you kicking some shark butt, kid, and by the way, I arranged for you to have an interview with David Letterman the other night," said Sykes.
"Wait a minute. I'm gonna have an interview with David Letterman? You mean, the David Letterman? One of the best late night talk show hosts in the reef?" asked Oscar.
"Yes, kid. I received a phone call from him last night and he expressed interest in having an interview with the Sharkslayer." explained Sykes. "Also, since his interviews are usually late at night, he's gonna make it a little early during the night so you'll have plenty of sleep to continue to defend the reef from the Five Families in no time at all."
"Look, I would like to, but…" said Oscar just as he still tries to explain, but Sykes still doesn't listen to him at all."
"Get ready for tomorrow night, and it's gonna be a huge opportunity 'cause having an interview with David Letterman is gonna boost up your popularity for sure." said Sykes. "Also, since you've become the Sharkslayer and have been slaying some sharks for the past few days, you've managed to make it up to the top of the food chain too. Looks like you're the somebody that everybody in the reef wants to be, kid. Congratulations."
"Look, that's great, but Sykes, please listen to me and you must…"
Oscar still attempts to call off his deal with Sykes for being his manager and retire being the Sharkslayer who is the defender of Southside Reef in order to avoid being under the mercy of Don Edward Lino and his great white shark mafia as well as the rest of the mafias of the Five Families and the most dangerous thugs in the reef who have been hired by the Five Families to help them out with having him assassinated, but Sykes still didn't listen to him at all due to being ready for him to have an interview with David Letterman on his late show much earlier tomorrow night and preparing for him to continue to keep the reef safe from the threat of the Five Families just as he his his two jellyfish henchmen Ernie and Bernie has left the penthouse and began singing a song about him being the Sharkslayer and the successor of the Shark Hunters, and Oscar attempts to go after them, but it was too late since they already went down the elevator.
Once Sykes and his two henchmen Ernie and Bernie has left the penthouse and went down the elevator in the hallway, Oscar was left in complete panic and stress of the thought of having taken credit of killing Don Lino's eldest son Frankie which he didn't even know that he was related to Don Lino on that point until he found out by his two younger children Lenny and Teresa who he has quickly befriended due to being able to relate to them and show sympathy for what they have been through which they could do the same thing for them, and he is still bent on doing what he has planned on in order to avoid facing danger from the mafia, but before he would give a chase after Sykes and his two henchmen Ernie and Bernie, he is suddenly interrupted by Lola who has appeared from right out of nowhere and is sitting on another couch right behind some string decorations just as she stared at him very seductively, much to his surprise.
"Maybe I can help out with what you need," said Lola.
"Oh! Lola! What are you doing here? Where did you come from? You would sometimes pop up from out of nowhere." said Oscar. "You know, that is very strange, even for somebody as very beautiful and stunning as yourself."
"Well, you said I could live here with you at your luxurious penthouse, and I've begun living here for a while." said Lola.
"You're right about that, and it's just that you would sometimes appear from out of nowhere, and I feel it's very strange for you to do so, that's all." said Oscar.
"I guess I owe you an apology for appearing out of nowhere, and it looks like I just can't help myself," said Lola.
"Thanks, and that's alright. Oh, and by the way, there's something I gotta…" said Oscar just as he became even more nervous.
"Also, I've been waiting for you to come back, and so…" said Lola. She then clapped her fins which caused the lights in the living room to go off and have very sexy music to play in the background. "...since you came back, I've been preparing for this kind of romantic moment together." She went through the string decorations and began swimming up to Oscar just as she began seducing him.
"A romantic moment? At a time like this?" asked Oscar.
"Yes, and this is the perfect time to have a romantic quality time together since we're in a romantic relationship, baby." said Lola.
"Huh? What…What the heck is all of this? What's going on?" asked Oscar just as he chuckled nervously. "Look, Lola, I don't have a lot of time for you to clap your fins to make music play in the dark, you know." He proceeds to leave the penthouse to continue on doing what he has intended on doing from before.
"It looks like you do have some time for all of this." said Lola.
"Sorry, cutie, but…but I just don't have the time to do this and I gotta do something that is very important." said Oscar just as he continued to prepare to leave the penthouse very nervously.
"Well, what you have to do that is so important can wait," said Lola.
"But I really gotta do it right now, and we could do this a little later," said Oscar.
"What are you afraid of? I don't bite on any of it much." said Lola just as she continued to approach Oscar.
"Afraid? You must be overreacting, Lola. I'm not afraid of anything. All I'm saying is that I…" said Oscar just as he tried to say something, but he suddenly ended up getting relaxed when Lola began massaging his shoulders.
"Oh, baby, you are so tense." said Lola just as she shut the entrance to the penthouse and seduced Oscar by massaging his shoulders. "Let me help you relax from being so stressed out, and that's what boyfriends and girlfriends do for each other most of the time when in need."
"You're right about what you just said, and thank you very much for helping me relax myself. I really needed it very much." said Oscar.
"No problem, and you must've been very nervous about something, Oscar." said Lola. "Well, what is something that you're nervous about? It has to be anything."
"Well, it's mostly 'cause I have been stressed out lately from how much the reef has been under the mercy of the Five Families for so many years." said Oscar.
"The Five Families has brought fear and suffering to everybody living on this reef, and it made them always hoping for a hero like the Shark Hunters were heroes to them." said Lola.
"Also, I have been stressed out of how the ones who are from the dangerous parts in the reef would be associated with them and are criminals just like them as well." said Oscar.
"So true, and all thanks to the ones from the criminal underworld and from the harsh environments, the crime rate is increasing day by day," said Lola.
"You can say that again, and since I'm the Sharkslayer, I must deal with both the Five Families and the dangerous thugs of the reef which prove to be a lot of hard work." said Oscar.
"That makes sense very well, and being the defender of Southside Reef could prove to be very exhausting as well which also could make you feel stressful." said Lola.
"Yeah, it's just crazy dealing with the increasing crime rate of the Southside Reef day by day, especially that the two groups are working together to make it happen," said Oscar.
"It's too much. It really piles up for a hero like you, Oscar." said Lola.
"Also, since it proved to be very stressful dealing with the increasing crime rate of the reef, I'm thinking about retiring," said Oscar.
"Huh? What did you just say?" asked Lola in surprise.
"I said that maybe I should retire as the Sharkslayer so I could relax myself even more, especially after what I just discovered about Lino." explained OScar.
"You really wanna give up being the Sharkslayer all 'cause of what you just learned about Lino having some children which you just killed?" asked Lola.
"Yes, and I didn't even know Lino had some children at that point until then and I realized that it wasn't such a good idea to do that kind of thing." replied Oscar.
"Well, I think it was such a good idea to do that, Oscar, and even everybody else would agree on it since the sharks have always been a threat to this reef for so long." said Lola.
"You and others think so, but I don't think so at all, and maybe I should just call off the whole thing before things could go out of control somehow." said Oscar. "Also, even though I will retire being the Sharkslayer and will lose what I achieved, I will still be remembered as the Sharkslayer and will be a somebody. I know I will."
Once she heard about Oscar planning on retiring as the Sharkslayer and the successor of the former defenders of Southside Reef the Shark Hunters all because of learning about Don Lino having children which he has supposedly killed, his oldest child Frankie which he was completely unaware of that point and proved it wasn't such a good idea to do so in the first place if he knew, Lola suddenly slammed Oscar against his giant lava lamp just as she continued to seduce him in order to convince him not to retire as the Sharkslayer and being the defender of Southside Reef so her own plans of using him to get to his money and fame in order for her to become rich and famous herself since she's nothing but a shallow gold digger who would do whatever they take to get money and fame, and she uses her seductive voice and caress him into manipulating him not to retire as the Sharkslayer which he agrees to do so while he's being so captivated by her such good looks to notice what she's really up to.
"You honestly don't want to retire as the Sharkslayer, and you really don't wanna lose all of your wealth and fame if you let that happen." said Lola.
"I don't want to retire? Even after what I just learned about which I didn't even know before?" asked Oscar in surprise.
"Yes, and you really need to keep up being the hero of Southside Reef and keep up to prevent the sharks from harming the reef much further." said Lola just as she began gently caressing Oscar.
"But Lola, are you sure that I should continue on doing what I've been doing once I found out what I did which was totally messed up?" asked Oscar.
Lola nodded. "Also, in a situation just like this one, I would do what most people would do."
"What?" asked Oscar.
"Raise the stakes. It's the only way to make things keep going further without feeling any stress at all. It's really great for heroes like you, Oscar." said Lola.
"Are you sure about that?" asked Oscar.
Lola nodded again. "You have worked your way to get to the Top Of Southside Reef and you are a rich somebody by living all the way up here in the penthouse. If you go back to the Bottom Of Southside Reef, you'll be nothing but a poor nobody again, and nobody won't remember you as the Sharkslayer at all if you retire."
"But maybe they would still remember me being the Sharkslayer even if I do retire, and they would strongly understand why I have to retire after what I learned about." said Oscar.
"No, they won't, and I swear that they wouldn't look up to you at all if you stop being the Sharkslayer, and I insist you still be the Sharkslayer." replied Lola. "For your sake, for my sake, and for the sake of everybody else in Southside Reef. Also, do you really wanna go back to the Bottom Of Southside Reef where you used to work as a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash without receiving any respect for being stuck with the job and being at the bottom of the food chain because of it? Do you wanna go back to being a nobody? Do you?
"Actually, Lola…no way. No, I don't want to go back to the Bottom Of Southside Reef and be stuck with the life I used to have which was no respect at all." said Oscar. "I already knew that I received so much praise for all of the hard work I did as a tongue scrubber at the Whale Wash so far which would have earned me a promotion one of those days, but nobody didn't show me that much respected while they would show me some kindness and I've always been on the bottom of the food chain, but I'm now on the top of the food chain and I'm being respected for being the Sharkslayer. There's no way I could retire at all."
"I knew you would make the right choice. So, all you have to do is show those sharks who's boss and they will leave you alone for sure." said Lola. "
"You're absolutely right, and besides, I still have some more good ideas to deal with the sharks in order to prevent them from bringing more harm to the reef in the process," said Oscar.
"That's great to hear about, and I am so proud that you will continue to be the defender of Southside Reef and make sure that the sharks won't commit any more crimes," said Lola.
"Oh, and by the way, Lola, thanks for giving me such good advice and I really did need your help on this point." said Oscar.
"No problem at all," said Lola.
Upon allowing himself to be seduced by Lola and be manipulated by her in the process to not retire as the Sharkslayer so she could continue on planning on using him to get his wealth and fame so she could become rich and famous herself since she's a gold digger which is completely unbeknownst to him on that point due to being so blinded by her very gorgeous yet very voluptuous appearance, Oscar began showing him some gratitude towards Lola for giving her kind of advice of raising the stakes by continuing to be the Sharkslayer and continue to defend the reef from the threat of the Five Families so he could continue being a somebody and be respected by others just like he has always dreamed about after what he has been through lately during his whole life, and the kind of gratitude he gives her is attempting to give her a kiss on the lips, but she quickly turned him down by covering his mouth and clearly doesn't want her to kiss her right now.
Once Lola has turned him down for giving her a kiss on the lips which she doesn't want him to do so on that point, Oscar became filled with surprise and attempted to give her a kiss on the cheek, but Lola covered his mouth again just as she shoved him against the lava lamp just as she turned him down again which causes him to become filled with even more surprise in the process. However, even though she has left Oscar in complete confusion for refusing to let her give her a kiss since they're in a romantic relationship with each other and has allowed him to live with him in this penthouse at the Top Of Southside Reef, Lola attempted to cheer him up by smiling at him and gently caressed him for a moment until she stopped and went upstairs of the penthouse while she left Oscar in complete confusion of her own refusal of allowing him to kiss her for showing her gratitude for giving her that kind of advice just as he began wondering what's really gotten into her after she convinced him not to retire as the Sharkslayer.
Just as Oscar has been left in complete confusion that Lola has refused to let her kiss her on either on the lips and on the cheek and had only smiled at him and caressed him before she has went back upstairs of the penthouse and after she has given him the advice that he needed to not retire as the Sharkslayer, Oscar's helpers Denise, Adrien, Frieda, and Isaiah has already witnessed the whole thing right after they came back from making some errands for Oscar and his penthouse, and they were very shocked about how Lola has turned down Oscar giving her a kiss on both the lips and both the cheek which doesn't make any sense at all for somebody when they are in a romantic relationship together, even after they had a romantic moment together, and because of what Lola just did to Oscar, they are very confused as much as Oscar is as well as becoming very suspicious about his relationship just like Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina are already suspicious of it.
"Guys, did you see what I just saw?" asked Denise.
"Yes, we did, and Lola turned out Oscar's kiss," said Isaiah.
"And she didn't make their moment together that romantic," said Adrien.
"That's really messed up for her to do that to him," said Frieda.
"Of course it is, and they are in a romantic relationship together," said Denise.
"Boyfriends and girlfriends are supposed to show each other much affection," said Frieda.
"But she didn't show that much affection just like Oscar does for her," said Adrien.
"You know, it's really strange for Lola to not accept Oscar's gratitude for romance after she gave him some advice to not retire as the Sharkslayer." said Isaiah.
"Yeah, and besides all of that, her kind of advice felt like that she wouldn't have so much to lose if Oscar had so much to lose if he retires being the reef's hero." said Frieda.
"Why would Lola not understand that Oscar is planning on what he just found out about the Five Families? We know that we would understand." said Adrien.
"None of us don't know, but it sounds like she only encouraged him so she could get his money and fame and wouldn't have to worry about losing it." said Denise.
"'Cause there could be a chance that she's actually a gold digger, and gold diggers would do whatever they take to be so rich." said Adrien.
"Which is what Oscar's three best friends Angie, Nelson, and Sabrina have been trying to tell him 'cause they just admitted that they don't even trust Lola." said Frieda.
"It looks like we're suspicious of Lola of how she did that to Oscar just now when they had their romantic moment together which didn't feel romantic at all." said Isaiah.
"Look, we'll eventually find out what Lola is really up to, and when we do, we'll warn Oscar and we'll have to wait and see if it happens." said Denise.
"Right." said Adrien, Frieda, and Isaiah.
Denise, Adrien, Frieda, and Isaiah continue to stare at Oscar from the entrance of the penthouse of the Top Of Southside Reef right after they have just witnessed what just happened which is romantic moment with Lola which turned out to be so romantic after all once she had turned him down on giving her a kiss on both the lips and the cheek after she has given him advice not to retire as the Sharkslayer when he found out about Don Lino and his great white shark mafia which he was unaware of on that point until then, and because of what just happened between Oscar and Lola, they are left suspicious just as they begin wondering if she actually loves Oscar for who he is or actually loved him for his money and fame since she just seduced him into not retiring as the reef's defender without even understanding of the situation that got him into, and they hope that they will be able to figure out what Lola is actually planning during her relationship with Oscar after what he did to him during their romantic moment together.
