Robert and Holly spent a good portion of the night making love, just loving every minute of being together. It would never get old.

The next morning came quickly and Holly was ushered into her old room which was now Jayne's room, while her and Robert's room become the spot for the guys.

Jayne had made special breakfasts for both of her parents and had Ethan and Seana take them up. She was waiting for Robert's other surprise downstairs.

Jayne's Room

Tiffany, Celia, Robin and Emma were helping Holly get ready.

"Grandma Holly." Emma spoke up.

Holly looked over at her oldest grandchild. "Yes darling."

"I got you a something new." Emma took out a bracelet that she had gotten her step grandmother. "It has a little wallaby on it. If it doesn't go with your look I won't be offended."

Holly grinned and gave Emma a hug. "It's perfect! Thank you."

Emma hugged her back.

"You're just the sweetest, just like your mother was!" Tiffany gave Emma a hug.

Downstairs

Jayne opened the door and gave Barry a huge hug. "Oh I've missed you!"

Barry hugged his little cousin. "And I, you. Does Holly know I'm here?"

Jayne shook her head. "Dad wanted it to be a surprise. She's going to be just as happy as I am."

Jayne and Barry went upstairs and Jayne tapped on the door, looking in. "Mum? Dad has another surprise for you."

Holly looked over to see what it was.

"Surprise!" Barry walked in.

"Barry!" Holly jumped up and hugged him.

Flashback to shortly after Holly woke up in 1989

The family had told her repeatedly what an inconvenience she would be on Robert, he was happy and had moved on. She saw pictures of him and Katherine and her heart sank.

Barry walked in and saw that she was looked at his engagement announcement. "You do know that blonde would be history if he knew you were alive."

Holly didn't say anything, her fingers tracing the picture of Robert.

"Holly? Why don't you call him?" Barry suggested.

Holly's eyes filled with tears. "It's too late, he found another girl." Robert's "Never" from years earlier echoed in her head.

End of flashback

Flashback to 1991

Holly was holding a newspaper, fighting back tears as Barry walked in the room. He saw it was from Port Charles.

"What is it? Is Robert okay?" Barry quickly saw the newspaper and the wedding announcement. He looked over at his cousin, so broken. "If you reached out to him this wouldn't happen."

Holly shook her head and went into the other room, her heart was shattered.

"Who the hell showed her that?" Barry asked the family.

End of Flashback

Barry hugged her tightly and whispered. "Told you so." Holly was beaming, she didn't realize how much she wanted Barry there until he was.
