Robert and Holly were sitting in the sauna, both finding more energy being in their favorite place.
"I always miss this when we don't have it." Robert told Holly as he got them both glasses of champagne.
"So do I but I could do without it as long as I have you, you are all I truly need and our family." Holly told Robert as she took her glass.
"Holly Scorpio, you are all I've ever needed." Robert kissed her shoulder then took a drink of his champagne.
"Are you sure you are alright?" She asked him, she wasn't with him the whole time so she didn't know how he and Annie had handled it.
"Yeah, Annie is really her father's daughter. The two of us made a great team. Our daughter was the star, though. I'm still so proud of her." Robert couldn't hide the pride on his face. Their daughter was something else.
"I am so proud of her too but I think she is getting embarrassed by us saying it. Not that I plan to stop." Holly didn't want to make Jayne uncomfortable but what she did was really something.
"She's very modest, she reacted and doesn't expect praise. Something she got from both of us." Robert told Holly.
"Yes, and she helped ensure we all stay safe. I can't believe what Alistair did to her." Holly was still surprised, she didn't know why at this point.
"Jayne was smart enough to have a plan. Annie said she told her she knew what he was capable of. She had also gave her her ring so that Alistair didn't get his hands on it. She knew what she was dealing with and now we are all safer because of it." Robert told Holly, hoping it helped her. "You know it's okay to be sad about this."
Holly shook her head. "Oh trust me Robert, I am not. More shocked but I think on some level we all knew what we were getting into. Did you notice Jayne had her ring back?" Holly smiled at Robert.
Robert nodded. "I did, Annie told me of her plan to give it to JJ."
"That's very sweet. You are very sweet." Holly leaned in and gave him a kiss.
Robert kissed her back, wrapping his arms around her.
Holly felt the sleep set in and hated it. "We might need a rain check for tonight. That flight has me exhausted, I thought I woke up but..."
"Hey, hey. We have the rest of our life. I really just want to hold you close." Robert told Holly as he leaned in and gave her a kiss. The two of them getting ready for bed and going to sleep.
