AN; Short Interlude before the next arc of the Story. Will be another time skip after this. I want to let u guys know that I appreciate you guys for reading an enjoying my stories despite some of my grammatical errors. I sometimes type and think to fast and miss some of the words but you guys still kept reading my stories which awesome to me.

I'm doing another story on worm and I will be doing the same I did with this one and do about 4 or 5 chapters. Then I will be doing 1 or 2 chapter updates for all my stories. Hope guys enjoy this chapter.

PROTECTORATE HQ

Emily Piggot looked around as the Brockton Bay Protectorate Heroes and Wards filled the conference room.

Armsmaster, Miss Militia, Dauntless, Velocity, Assault and Battery on the Hero side. Armsmaster was promoted as the newest Protectorate Leader since Challenger transferred out.

On the Wards side were Triumph the Team leader for the Wards, Aegis, Gallant, Clockblocker and Vista.

"Now that everyone is here, we can get straight to the reason why this meeting was called." After she says, she nods towards Armsmaster, who nods an activates the projector towards the front that shows a image of Crush and Shadow Stalker in her new armor.

"These 2 are the reason why this meeting was called. At 11:15 Crush previously named Blockbuster and Shadow Stalker Brutally beaten and captured Hookwolf, one of Kaiser's to Lieutenants, Cricket and StormTiger." Armsmaster finished and also brought up a video of the fight between Crush and Hookwolf.

The quality of the fight obviously came from a phone but could still be viewed easily with Armsmaster enhancing the quality.

All the heroes watched as Crush either dodged or blocked Hookwolf's attacks while outright ignoring his blades.

'DING''DING'DING'

The sounds of metal on metal could be heard as they saw Crush uppercut Hookwolf off his feet and punched him in the stomach and sent him flying towards a building.

The video cut of there and Armsmaster pulled up another video of a Camera in the street that showed Hookwolf and Crush crashing out of the building. The video cut towards Armsmaster helmet cam showing Crush catching Dauntless's Lance attack and Crushing it.

After the Video ends, there was a moment of silence to let the everyone process what they saw.

Armsmaster gave everyone a moment to process before speaking, "We are currently giving her a brute and mover rating of 9 and 4 respectively until further notice and a tinker, thinker and trump rating of 5, 1, and 3. We also believe Crush may have a shaker or blaster rating but without evidence it's still just speculation."

There was a whistle and everyone was now looking at Assault, "A brute rating of 8. That's up there with the Twins and Lung? From that fight I figured she'd be a 7 or 6 with Glory girl and Hookwolf? Why give her such a high rating." Assault had said. Everyone had looked at him with a bit of surprise. "What?" He said with confusion on his face.

Everyone just stared while Clockblocker sniggered only to get elbowed by Vista.

Armsmaster answered after a moment, "The reason why we gave her such a high rating was because of this." As soon has he said that a video of Crush and Shadow Stalker at the Boat graveyard appeared.

The video was filmed from a building. Giving an overview of what Crush were doing.

"This video was posted anonymously on PHO after the fight with Hookwolf. It appears that someone was deliberately holding on to the video until she done something note worthy." Armsmaster said as he played the video.

In the video, it shows Crush lifting up what appeared to be a large boat from the back and making her weigh towards the middle before fully lifting it above her head.

"HOW THE HELL CAN SHE LIFT THAT ENTIRE SHIP!" Assault yelled out. Voicing everyone else's thoughts. Battery didn't even hit him for his outburst as she too was stunned about the amount of strength Crush just used.

"The Current theory is that she has tinker texh that helps her left objects with larger surface areas, but as you can see she isn't wearing any sort of tech we can see." Armsmaster stated, then Dauntless spoke up.

"So what are our orders if we encounter her again. From what we saw, she seems overly violent and manic when it comes to fighting and slightly antagonistic in conversation."

This time it was Piggot who answered, "Right now, we are listing her and Shadow Stalker as violent vigilantes. The brutality on criminals even though they were Nazis tells us that they don't care. Violent Capes like them could end up escalating to just killing criminals because it's easier. Capes and non Capes alike. If you see them, radio in their location. Shadow Stalker has already gone far enough with her actions towards the Empire thugs she's pinned to walls. It's time we bring her in. As for Crush, she's a high brute with high durability. Armsmaster I want a solution for dealing with her in case she retaliates with violence when I announce their arrest."

Armsmaster stood up straighter at her acknowledgment, "I have been working on a drug meant to counter Lung. With more data on Crush. I will be able to adjust the drug to be able to counter Crush."

Piggot nodded,"Good." She looked around the room. "As for the rest of you. I want eyes out for them. Crush is a higher priority due to her being a high level grab bag with high ratings in almost every category. Do not engage her by yourselves, wait for backup and coordinate with console before taking any action. Understand." Piggot said, getting different forms of agreement.

"Good, you're all Dismissed."

After the room cleared, Piggot began making her way back to her office intending to contact the Chief Director to inform her of a high level brute with a tinker and trump rating that can inflict damage on other brutes,changers and possibly breakers who would heal after exiting their changer or breaker states.
