Chapter 4:
Jabberjaw and Clamhead were still swimming when they heard something and decided to take a look. "Hey, you mind?"
"It's Shelly, the exiled princess," says Clamhead.
"Yeah, it's me," says Shelly, "I was supposed to rule Lemuria, but then my sister planned that coup and took over!"
"I thought the council just kicked you out because they got tired of your selfish, spoiled ways and decided to put your nicer sister on the throne," says Jabberjaw.
"Shut up," says Shelly.
"Hey, why don't you hang with us," Clamhead suggests.
"How desperate do I look… who am I kidding," asks Shelly, "fine! Let's go!"

The three swim together when they hear something. "Who's there," asks Jabberjaw.
"Oh, hi, I'm Bubbles. Sorry, I was just taking a look at this fish!" It was a rock.
They all look. "Were you, by any chance, banned from Lemuria," asks Clamhead.
"How'd you guess," asks Bubbles.
"You wanna come with us," asks Jabberjaw.
"Now, wait a minute…" Shelly begins saying.
"Sure," says Bubbles, "goodbye, little fish!"
"She needs us," says Jabberjaw.
...
The four swim together when they hear that music. "What's that," asks Clamhead.
"Whatever it is, it's loud," says Shelly, "and it's obnoxious and it's…" She then sees the guy playing that music and stops.
"Oh, sorry, I hope my playing didn't bother you guys," he says.
"Oh, well…" Clamhead starts saying.
"No," says Shelly, "it didn't bother us at all! I'm Shelly!"
"The exiled princess! Jumpin' Jellyfish! I'm Biff."
"I'm Clamhead, this is Bubbles, and Jabberjaw. What were you doing?"
"I've taken interest in this thing in the surface world called rock and roll," says Biff, "I've been trying to bring it to the sea. I got these instruments people threw into the water!"
Shelly picks up a tambourine and starts playing it. Bubbles picks up a keyboard, Clamhead picks up a bass, and Jabberjaw plays the drums and they all perform together. "Wow-wow-wow," says Clamhead, "I like rock and roll!"
"Hey, we could form a band," says Biff, "what do you guys say?"
They all agreed and seeing the statue of Neptune, they became the Neptunes.
