Karen x Storm

Stefany's male Gardevoir, Storm, has a crush on Karen, currently Kris' main Pokemon. Although he's a bit too shy to confess his Love; this is especially true now that Jr. has evolved into a "formidable opponent." He initially wanted to give up his love for her but Clover, Stefany's Maractus, encouraged him to give it a shot.

C- The worst she can say is no, give it a try!

S- Ok *gloomy* ((Storm agrees. He's still a bit hesitant about confessing his feelings in front of Jr., but as far as he and Clover know, they aren't dating… yet.))

He approaches both Karen and Jr. They were apparently discussing what to eat later for dinner at the camp. She can always suggest Kris and the girls* what to cook.

S- Excuse me, miss Karen, can I talk with you for a sec-

K- Shush, Jr. Storm wants to talk. What's on your mind, pretty boy?

S- Well, I-

J- How rude to cut me off like that, Karen!

K- Shut your mouth. We have a guest here, five head. ((Jr. looks at her displeased. Before she could even continue, Jr. pulled her head back.))

J- Whatever you say, ma'am.

K- Don't you dare call me ma'am! I'm still young and pretty as a flower.

J- You are rotten and ugly as an egg!

K- Oh yeah, at least I don't shed fur all over the place!

J- Admit it, you're jealous that a guy is prettier than you, old hag

K- I am barely a day older than you!

J- Keep telling that to yourself.

S- Um, excuse me.

K & J- WHAT?!

S- N-nothing, you can keep discussing. ((Storm begins to tremble. He begins to think it was a bad idea to even attempt to talk with them. A sudden saddened feeling sat deep within himself. Karen felt this sudden change.))

K- Hold it, Junior, I think he really wants to talk.

J- huh, … ((he takes a look at Storm; he looks down and less enthusiastic.)) Oh… sorry. I think we got a little carried away there.

S- It doesn't matter. It was a mistake to come here in the first place.

K- Don't say that, I'm sure you had something important to say. Isn't that right, Jr? ((she signals him to leave. He does as told, but not without flipping her off as he left.)) What did you want to say?

Storm notices he's alone with Karen. He gathers up his courage and finally confesses his love.

S- Karen, I think I am in love with you. Will you go out with me?

Karen takes a moment to process his sudden confession. It definitely caught her off guard. Jr and her have been too close to give herself some time to think about love. She has no idea how to react. She blankly stares at Storm without noticing his eager look. His sudden negative reaction brings her back to reality.

K- Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to do that. I definitely wasn't expecting that out of you. Aren't you gay? ((Storm pouts in sadness. Suddenly a vivid image of Clover appeared in his head. He looks like a giga chad giving him thumbs up while saying, "the worst thing she can say is no…" If there was no recovering before karen's blank stare, he for sure isn't living past the 'Aren't you gay?'))

S- You lied to me, Clover! ((he says while comically crying a little.))

K- Wait, I didn't mean to say that! I just didn't know anyone would fall in love with me. Not after that jerk Jr. filled my head with mean comments. ((Jr. appears as a giga chad with thumbs up, 'Gae.')) I'm sorry. I just didn't know how to respond.

S- I should be the one sorry. I came here only to waste your time. (T-T)

Karen stays silent for a while. Usually if Jr. was this sad, she would rub salt on the wound and laugh mockingly. Given Storm's more delicate nature, she sees no other option than to embrace him until the situation gets less awkward for her.

Some time later, he calms down. His mood didn't improve but at least he has gotten that off his chest. Karen can still feel sadness inside of him. She tries to cheer him up with a more delicate approach, as if she was dealing with a baby. Her hand nervously makes its way to his. She gently puts it on top of his. Storm notices her touch and twitches a little. It doesn't take him long to relax once again. She surely messed up this time, or at least that's what she thinks. Suddenly Storm leans onto her.

S- Can we still be friends? ((he said while looking at the sunset.))

She didn't know what to say. The poor thing has gone through a roller coaster of emotions in the span of a couple of minutes. It's almost evident that whatever she says will startle him and dig his personal hole even deeper. At this point there's no cheering him, so she did the unthinkable. She takes a hold of both his cheeks and gives him a smooch. What she didn't take into consideration was the fact that the feeling of a kiss is mutual. She had no idea that kissing someone would feel that way. They separated themselves only for Karen to selfishly take the lead and kiss him again. She fell over him.

Soon after regaining her senses, she notices Storm trembling.

S- Karen…

K- I'm sorry! I got a little carried away there. I've never experienced a kiss before. ((she blushes, ashamed of herself. Storm smiles at her. He didn't hate. It was his first kiss too. Seeing her shying away, he kisses her on the cheek.))

S- Is that a yes on still being friends?

K- E-yes. Of course, we can…

Storm smiles at her happily. The resulting scenario couldn't have been better than this. He got his first kiss, she didn't hate him, and he got his first kiss! Nothing could ruin his day now. As he was about to leave her to tell Clover the good news, Karen held on to his hand and didn't let go. She wanted to say something before he left.

K- would you mind if, you know, we kissed again. It's not that I like it, I swear! I am just… you know, ((she says while looking away and covering her mouth. Curious.))

Storm smiles warmly at her. He embraces her before making out again. Time passes and before they know it, it's already night time. Karen and Storm grew closer.
