Comforting the Sad Milf Warrior

After greeting each other and Cattleya finishing up with work in the shop, she invited the entire party for dinner and some even helped setup the table, Cattleya wasn't expecting a lot of people to come to her home but she didn't mind.

"I see, so that sword you called Dragon Slayer was made by a dwarf who gave it to the previous master before you. I never thought of a weapon like that would be impossible unless it was done by the very best." Cattleya amazed after hearing this story from Scar.

"Yeah, too bad the old man died a long time ago. I'm sure you would've love to meet him." Scar commented, looking at his sword leaning on the wall.

"Mama, wasn't he that blacksmith from the stories you and papa told me a few times?" Rana asked his mother.

"I believe so, your father learned a lot of blacksmithing from the man until he was older to travel on his own and make a name of himself." Cattleya answered.

"But I got double the surprise of Leina's sword, I didn't think to see it again!" Cattleya smiled while holding up Leina's sword.

"So, you knew my father?" Leina asked.

"I had a feeling you were the Count's daughter, it'd make sense that this sword is in your keeping." Cattleya believed.

"So, the Vance old man requested you to make that sword?" Nanael asked.

"Not exactly, it was my husband Owen was the one who forged this blade upon a special request for Lady Maria." Cattleya revealed.

"My father wanted it made?" Leina surprised, this is the first time she has ever heard about her father asking a weapon to be made for her mother.

"You never knew about it? It was right in your home." Risty recalled seeing that armor when she was in Castle Vance.

"No, I only knew that it was my mother's sword, her favorite." Leina stated.

"It would seem your father has been keeping that important fact from you is downright stupid." Menace disapproved of this as she crosses her arms.

"Hey now, I'm sure my father had his reason." Leina proclaimed.

"Yeah, nothing says about a cowardly father locking up one of his own daughters and neglecting her freedom to choose for herself sounds like a father of the year." Scar said sarcastically and in a low tone.

"Well, that just shows that a master doesn't chooses her tools after all. Look how badly you mistreated such a fine sword." Echidna teased, earning a look from Leina.

"Just kidding, but if it bothers you that much, you should learn how to maintain your weapons." Echidna advised making Leina blush realizing that the elf woman is right.

"Hey, you're not going to have any of that milk? It sure looks tasty to drink." Setra teased looking down at Nanael's waist.

But Setra got a kick to the face and sent bouncing from the walls as even Scar just smack him away when Setra was about to crash onto him, and the talking cat scepter to slam his face into a wall and slides down in pain.

"Huh, is he okay?" Rana asked, feeling weird of how he should feel for the talking object.

"Don't mind him, the guy is just a stupid pervert who can't keep his mouth shut." Nanael annoyed as she ate her dinner.

"Could you please be a little gentler with Setra, he is the only loyal servant I have left of my home and I prefer to have him in one piece." Menace scolded her fellow lovers as she picks up Setra.

"I'll try, but I won't any promises." Scar said.

"Oh, you're so cute and handsome when you're so tough like that!" Menace snuggled onto Scar's cheek and kisses him there too; this causes Scar to blush.

Rana watches this goes on wondering if this is how young adults show their love to those around them and also thought if both his parents did the same, he got back to eating his dinner and finishing it as both him and Scar drank the last stew from their bowls.

"I see you like to finish strong." Scar commented.

"Yeah, I guess I do." Rana chuckled.

"Oops, let me get that for you." Cattleya picked up a napkin and wipe the little food stain on his cheek.

Echidna watches how Cattleya is caring for her son like any mother would which seem to have conform something she heard about from a long time ago.

"I have heard the rumors, but it's still surprises me." Echidna said getting everyone's attention.

"Something you wanna tell us?" Scar asked.

"Cattleya, the Giant Slayer is now a humble mother and a blacksmith." Echidna revealed.

Suddenly Scar crushed the cup of water he was drinking in pure shock of hearing what his first lover just said, he actually had this weird feeling about this Cattleya woman almost like he already knew her from somewhere but couldn't understand why since this was their first meeting until now.

"Fuck, I should've known it was you because of your name." Scar cursed himself for not realizing this.

"You're right, there was a time when people used to call me by that name." Cattleya nodded.

"Hold on, Giant Slayer?" Leina puzzled.

"Are you saying this harmless chick with the giant melons slayed actual giants? THE Giant Slayer?" Risty shocked as well.

"Everybody heard of Cattleya, the Giant Slayer who wields a massive sword with ease. They will tell stories of her teaming up with Owen the Dragon Smiter, maybe it was inevitable they got married." Echidna explained about Cattleya's former life.

Cattleya have her hands wrapping together and leans forward allowing her breasts to rest on the table as she thought of the memories of how she met her Owen and so on.

"I still can't find the words to describe it, but we were made for each other somehow." Cattleya said.

"We both retired and open up a weapon shop, and thankfully we were bless with a child. And now our shop is thriving." Cattleya explained how her life end in the short terms.

"What a wonderful story! Two warriors risking their lives, fighting together, falling in love, and then having a family!" Leina amazed.

"I know that's definitely going to happen since Scar had already made us his women." Risty smirked.

"Oh dear, do you mean to say that you're all in a lover relationship with this young man?" Cattleya asked shock as she looks at Scar.

"I still can't find the words to describe it, but we were made for each other somehow. Just like you and that Dragon Slayer man." Scar grinned causing Cattleya to giggle upon hearing her own words just now.

"Still, I didn't think I would be meeting the wife of the man who tried to challenge me to a fight." Scar mentioned out loud.

"Wait, you met Owen/my dad!" Cattleya and Rana gasped at the same time.

"My, my, you just keep on being full of surprises every day." Echidna chuckled.

"Did you really meet my husband before?" Cattleya asked.

"Yeah, tall muscle guy with black mess-like hair and blue eyes. He was also wielded a big sword being known for slaying dragons." Scar described the guy to her.

"And you fought him before?" Rana asked.

"Yeah, I was traveling, just started on my own when my master passed away and put myself through some hard training while taking on some demon bitches that tried to kill me and fail." Scar started explaining.

"Young man, language!" Cattleya scolded while covering Rana's ears.

"Oh, sorry." Scar apologized before getting back to his story.

"Anyway, it was over two years when I met the guy. I was it was when Spring has started." Scar recalled that moment.

(Over Two Years Ago)

Scar is seen walking through a road as he is holding a map to the next town he got from the last town he saved from demon, when they were following him because of the brand on his neck.

"Looks like those demons didn't know where Noir Coeur either. Well, guess I'll have to try my luck with the next town." Scar said to himself.

But then his stomach started to rumble singling the young man that it's time to time which he didn't argue, though he could go for something a little bigger than the food he has on him now.

As luck would have it, there appears to be a wild boar in the open field and this one is pretty big two to probably last for two or three days.

"Okay, time for lunch." Scar smirked and charges at the boar.

After killing the boar, Scar is eating the meat of the dead pig with the fire he just made and enjoying the meal that he has been allow to have for this moment, though he stops eating for a moment and raise his Dragon Slayer sword pointing at the sky.

"I swear, Master Guts, I promise that I won't stop until I find the bastard and end his life with this very sword you entrusted me with!" Scar stood up and slammed his sword to the ground causing a crack.

"Whoa there, young man, that sword looks to be too big the swinging around so carelessly." A man said getting Scar's attention.

Scar sees a tall muscular man with black messy-like hair and blue eyes. He wears a red and white triangle pattern bandana, a long brown strap around his chest, yellow revealing-like shorts, and has a gold band on his upper left arm.

"Although, the damn thing look too big to be even called a sword… as legend goes about the famous Dragon Slayer." The muscle man smirked.

This got Scar to feel tense up of the man now revealing that he knows about his massive sword and that would mean he knows about himself as well.

"You know, I heard it was made by the most skillful and respected blacksmith in all the lands and was being wielded by a man known as the Black Knight. Though I was under the impression that he'd be more of a man than a child." The muscle man stated.

"My master was called the Black Knight, but he died recently and have passed on both the title and Dragon Slayer to me." Scar revealed.

"I see, and I can tell that you got quite the strength to carry something so big for someone being so young." The muscle man commented.

"If you're interested in seeing what Dragon Slayer is like, then I will give you a proper demonstration up close." Scar pointed his sword at the muscle man.

"Well, looks like this day just became interesting." The muscle man chuckled.

"By the way, my name is Own the Dragon Smiter and you're about to be Smite!" Own introduced himself as he pulls out his own large sword.

"That has got to be the stupidest battle line I have ever heard, glad I'm going to shut that up!" Scar charged at Own who does the same.

The two swinging their big swords at each other in a powerful collision that causes a little shockwave around them.

Then the scene changes to the sun about to set in a few minutes with both warriors down on the ground and barely holding themselves up with their swords, exhausted of almost their entire strength throughout the battle and having a few bruises too.

"Wow, you're amazing! I can tell you wield that sword well like it was an extension of your own body." Owen smiled.

"Thanks, you weren't so bad yourself… for an old man." Scar said with a small smile and Own laughs.

"Hey, how about I come with you to the next town and I check on your sword for some maintenance check." Owen offered.

"Are you a blacksmith?" Scar asked.

"One of the damn best, right next to my beloved Giant Slayer, Cattleya!" Owen smirked.

"Hmm, alright, it seems you're trustful enough." Scar chuckled and held the Dragon Slayer to his shoulder.

(Present)

"We went to town together and he checked on my sword, found a few decent spots here and there, even did the work of making it look new with some new iron materials he had on himself at the time. He even helped me trained for a while until we went our separated ways." Scar finished his story.

"Wow, you fought my dad to a draw! But he told me that mama has been the only person who could match his strength!" Rana amazed.

"I can't believe my husband met the legendary sword Dragon Slayer and never told me!" Cattleya surprised.

"But then again, he did tell me he met a strong young warrior holding a heavy burden he can definitely carry on his own. That would also explain why he was gone several days late." Cattleya recalled those times.

"Sorry, didn't mean to hog him for long." Scar apologized.

"No need to apologizes, I'm just surprise that our fate seem to have brought us together." Cattleya smiled.

"Cool, so where is Owen. He doesn't appear to be in the shop." Scar asked, noticing the missing other blacksmith.

However, Cattleya became silence with her eyes covered by the shine on her glasses for a moment before she spoke again.

"Well, it looks like everyone is finish with their dinner. Please put them in the sink and get yourselves ready for bed." Cattleya clapped her hands and took hers and Rana's bowl.

Scar raised an eyebrow thinking it was odd just now how the woman avoided the question, and she looked really sad too like something bad happened to her.

Scar's Party went into the guess room Cattleya offered them to stay for the night as they can all fit in together, the girls are staying up a bit late while is looking out the window.

"So, what did you all think of Cattleya, everyone?" Echidna asked.

"She's wonderful! She's an amazing fighter with a child and a home and a business!" Leina answered smiling.

"Cattleya seems to have the happy life every woman dreams of." Menace agreed with Leina.

"Then you guys are deluded to not notice." Risty said confusing the two girls.

"What do you mean by that?" Nanael confused as well.

"Cattleya, she was sad just a moment at dinner." Scar answered.

"Yes, she would never forgive herself for her lack of resolve." Echidna stated.

(With Cattleya)

Cattleya is seem watching over the sleeping boy that is her son with a smile on her face, but that smile could never hide the sadness in her eyes.

"My dear, please… hurry back home to us. I'm so lonely, and so is Rana." Cattleya begged as she rested her face right on top of her giant breasts.

(Back with Scar's Party)

"Two years ago, her husband Owen disappeared." Echidna revealed a rumor she heard.

"Disappeared?" Leina surprised to hear this.

"Where did he go?" Nanael asked.

"No one knows where to. Maybe he was eaten by a monster, or maybe he's with another woman." Echidna guessed those two things.

"This must've happened around the time after we split." Scar said.

"If she chooses to search for her husband, she would be putting her own son's safety at risk. But if she chooses to remarried for the sake of her son, she may never forgive herself for giving up on Owen." Echidna stated the tough situation Cattleya is in.

"Things are really looking shitty for the woman." Risty sighed.

"Hey, where did Scar go?" Nanael noticed that Scar is gone.

The scene shows Scar entering the room where Cattleya is still resting a bit with her son and lifts her up in a princess style much to her surprise.

"S-Scar, what are you doing?" Cattleya asked shock blushing.

"You need to sleep on the bed, not on the floor." Scar pointed out as he gently sat Cattleya down.

"You shouldn't be wallowing yourself in doubts and pity. That is not how a warrior should do when facing a problem, believe in yourself and go search for Owen." Scar scolded as he walks out of the room.

"And I'm pretty sure Rana would feel the same way, telling you to mov forward and be strong for yourself and for them." Scar believed as he left.

Cattleya was still shocked of Scar lifting her up like that, but heard every word he said as she looks up at the ceiling thinking about what he said.
