Friendship Fight turned to Monstrous Encounter
Scar and his party are seen walking down a path as they are heading to the next area with the male armored man hoping the capital Gainos is closer now. He can feel the inner anger for Noir Coeur has grown a little stronger meaning the path closer to him is nearby.
"Hey, are you sure we're getting closer to Gainos? It feels like we've been walking forever." Scar asked in a slightly harsh tone.
"Easy Scar, I'm sure we're getting closer to Gainos." Leina assured.
"Of course, if ever feel like relieving some stress, then I'm than happy to offer my body to you anytime!" Menace leaned onto Scar's arm.
"Oh, I second that notion. Maybe we can stop right now and have some fun." Echidna licked her lips and pressed her breasts onto her man's back. Oddly enough, Scar can feel them despite wearing his armor.
"…"
Scar felt a bit jump that he thought there was something he jut heard though it was too quiet to hear anything, so he believes it must've been his imagination, maybe his battle instincts were getting the best of him.
"Le… m… ut!"
This time, Scar definitely but couldn't make out what the words yet the eerie voice did sound familiar to him somehow and he didn't like it one bit.
"LET ME OUT!" A demonic monster voice screamed in Scar's head giving him a little headache.
"Damn it!" Scar groaned in pain as he clutches onto his head.
"Scar, is everything okay?" Menace asked.
"Yeah, you look like you're getting a headache or something." Nanael said as she flies over and in front of Scar.
"I… I'm fine, just a headache from some memories. Memories I hope to never look back on." Scar proclaimed, trying to assure his girlfriends that he is going to be okay.
"Here, maybe you need some water." Rana offered some water from a metal container.
"Thank you." Scar accepted the water and drinks some of it.
"I hope it's nothing serious, especially with being so focused on your revenge for mostly your whole life." Cattleya walked up to him.
"That's what I've been fighting for all this time, and I fight to make sure nobody has to suffer through the same fate as me and my Master went through." Scar stated before handing the container back to Rana.
"Anyway, thank you again for agreeing to travel with us to Gainos. Thought I would have to resort in using force back there." Scar said.
"Well, I'm glad we didn't go for that." Cattleya giggled and the group walks again.
"And I also want to thank you for the offer of joining your group for the Queen's Blade tournament, I believe this will help us search for Own." Cattleya smiled.
Leina smiles at the buxom mother feeling glad that she decided to start moving with her life and having the resolve to see her goal through to the end, and it's also supportive for Rana to be there for his mother as both are searching for Owen together along with a party.
"Say Cattleya, are you sure you don't remember what Owen said about where he was going?" Risty asked.
"Well, whenever Owen goes out of the village, he would always tell that it's a special request from someone high on the status like a noble or someone that needed him." Cattleya explained this.
"Hmm, now that I think about it. Father was looking a little excited about this one time before he left, or was I remembering something else?" Rana tried to remember this right.
"No, I think you're right. I'm starting to remember that too." Cattleya started to recall that moment on the night before his disappearance.
(Flashback)
"Alright, Rana is tucked in bed and my beloved Giant Slayer is looking cozy in the bed too." Own smiled as he lay next to his wife on the bed.
"Owen, you've been acting all excited like a child." Cattleya giggled, finding this to be cute.
"Won't you please tell me what's all this about?" Cattleya asked.
"I suppose I can do one request for a special woman like yourself." Owen said before kissing her cheek.
"I got ask to come over to the capital of Gainos, by the Queen herself!" Owen revealed.
"The Queen! As in Queen Aldra who's been the reigning champion of the Queen's Blade twice in a role?" Cattleya asked shock.
"That's right, she's requesting me to come to Gainos for a special project she needs my strength and skills to do it!" Owen explained.
"Oh Owen, that's wonderful! That means this could be set for the whole family!" Cattleya smiled.
"Yep, but I'm gonna be gone longer than this since it's a request from the Queen." Owen worried a bit.
"Don't worry, Rana and I will be strong and await your return because of our strong faith in you." Cattleya promised.
"That's what I was hoping you would say, now I can give this my all!" Owen said before the two kisses for a moment and went to sleep.
(Flashback End)
"I see, so he did go to Gainos, after all." Leina said.
"But then there's the rumor that he disappeared, when did that happen?" Scar asked.
"I believe that was four to five months ago, almost half a way." Echidna answered.
"That means something must happened to Owen in the capital, something that doesn't sit right with me." Risty said, getting a bad feeling about it.
"What will we do if anything happens to father?" Rana asked his mother.
"I don't know… I don't want to think of the worse things, let just keep on the positive and continue onward." Cattleya suggested as she strokes Rana's head.
"Yeah, keep positive." Scar muttered to himself.
Nanael can tell the air around this group is starting to get on some of the members and she really wants to help them in a way, but she couldn't think of anything that would get the group to stop thinking about the bad things.
And then an idea came into her head.
"Hey guys, I just thought of something." Nanael said, getting their attention.
"What is it, Nanael?" Leina asked.
"Why don't we have a Queen's Blade right here?" Nanael suggested, this caught the group off guard.
"Why would we do a battle for the Queen's Blade right now?" Risty asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I just thought we could all use a little distraction from all the negative vibes around here, and maybe give you guys a reminder of what you're getting yourselves into and what's in store ahead." Nanael explained.
"Are you sure it isn't because you wanna do more announcements to make yourself a better Angel?" Leina asked.
"Come on, I'm not the same selfish Angel anymore!" Nanael yelled.
"You know what, I think that's a wonderful idea." Echidna smiled.
"You actually agree with her?" Cattleya asked the dark elf woman.
"Yeah, the Queen's Blade is an important and powerful tournament to show us how strong warriors from all over the world have gotten since the day of their birth and to show who has the right to rule the continent." Echidna explained.
"Not to mention you could also have the Angels at your beck and call." Echidna added.
"Don't make it sound like we're slaves." Nanael muttered with a glare at Echidna.
"Anyway, I was also thinking about doing a fight between Risty and Echidna." Nanael gestured over to Risty.
"Come to think of it, I don't believe we've ever seen you two fight in a Queen's Blade battle." Menace pointed out.
"Hmm, Echidna has more experience being an elf though Risty does have some brute strength to help her in battle." Leina tried to think which one of them would win but couldn't come up with anything.
"I don't know… I can think which one would win. It's a tough call." Leina exclaimed a bit.
"Both of them seem strong, but I think the elf lady would win." Rana stated.
"Oh my, it looks like I got a vote for me." Echidna teased with a chuckle.
"Alright then, how about we settle this right now." Risty smirked and pulls out her mace.
"Let see which one of us can really win in an all-out battle!" Risty pointed her mace at Echidna.
"You heard the woman, Miss Little Angel. Start the battle." Echidna licked her lips and reach for her sword.
"Oh right, time to get this party started!" Nanael cheered as she flies higher.
"The Angel Nanael is here to take charge of this fight. May this battle be seen for Heaven to bear witness!" Nanael declared and activates the magic circle dome.
"These fighters who seek to enter the Queen's Blade! May all be witness to your competition, now the gates of testing shall be open!" Nanael announced.
"Do these battles have to be shown all over the land every time an Angel senses a Queen's Blade battle?" Rana asked Leina.
"From what I've known so far, it does." Leina answered.
"On this side, we have Echidna: The Veteran Mercenary!" Nanael introduced Echidna who winks at Risty with a giggle.
"And on the other side, we have Risty: Bandit of the Wilderness, also known as the Benevolent Bandit of the Wild! Whichever you like to call her because they mean the same thing!" Nanael gestured over to Risty.
"I hope you're ready for Hell!" Risty excitedly.
"Watch this fight carefully, Rana. These are the women who may battle your mom in the tournament, learn their movements and how they strike with their weapons." Scar advised the boy.
"Okay." Rana nodded.
"Cattleya, have you seen the Queen's Blade fights like this before from the viewing orbs?" Leina asked.
"From the past tournaments, yes. They're not exactly hard to miss." Cattleya pointed out.
"Ready… FIGHT!" Nanael shouted the start of the battle.
(Music: Cha-La Head-Cha-La, FLOW)
Risty and Echidna wasted not even a second when the battle start as the two charges towards each other with their weapons held tightly in their hands, and they clash at each other making a small gust of wind from the collision.
Risty tries to overpower Echidna with her strength as she was able to push her opponent back a little, but the dark elf woman smirks and she moves to the side allowing Risty's mace to move past her and using the momentum to force her forward too and that's when Echidna struck her with an elbow right below and between her breasts.
"Being physically strong isn't the only thing that makes a warrior. It's also knowing when to use your head too." Echidna lectured before knocking Risty away with her shield.
"The first blow goes to Echidna!" Menace pointed out.
"Now let see how Risty will respond to that." Scar said.
"That was some blow… Let see if I can do that." Risty smirked.
Risty charges at Echidna, swinging her mace at the dark elf woman who blocks each strike with her shield for a while until Risty managed to hit the shield so hard that it went flying out of Echidna's hand and far away.
"Got you!" Risty yelled and immediately threw a high kick to the face before the elf woman could react.
"(Whoa, she actually got me!)" Echidna thought shocked.
But Risty's attack didn't stop there, she rams Echidna with a tackle attack of her shoulder and swings her mace landing a strong blow onto her opponent making her gasp in pain.
"Wow, Risty was able to land a strong hit in that one!" Leina amazed.
"Yeah, but I wonder how long Risty can keep going on the offensive." Scar said, knowing that Echidna might have a way to counter this.
Risty goes in to swing her mace again from her left, but Echidna was able to use that attack to her advantage by first blocking the attacking with her sword and then jumps over the mace and deliver a slash on Risty shoulder.
"Shit!" Risty cursed.
"I have to say, it's been a long time since anyone has ever been able to land some good hits on me." Echidna commented.
"It looks like I'm gonna have to try a little harder now." Echidna said as she bends down a little.
"Oh please, as if you weren't trying!" Risty laughed before she charges at the elf woman.
Risty started moving side to side for a little confusion tactic and swings her mace right for the head to knock Echidna down unconscious, but she clashes the mace with her sword and the two enter into a power struggle for a while until Echidna pushes her away a few feet.
And Echidna charges in with some swift and fierce slashes that forces Risty to go on the defense with her shield and barely has any time to counterattack from this assault.
"Oh dear, now Risty is the one being push back." Cattleya surprised.
"Echidna is certainly showing us what she is really capable of, fighting longer than any of us combined." Scar stated.
"Oh dear, I suddenly feel scared to actually face her in battle!" Menace admitted.
"Just hug onto Scar and you'll feel better." Setra advised while seeing how these ladies are fighting so well.
Risty was able to parry away one strike and goes in to attack with her mace only for the elf woman to dodge it with a swift movement and threw a slash on the stomach and a kick to the head knocking the red hair woman down.
"Damn it, you're so strong…" Risty groaned.
"Oh, are we done yet? And I was starting to have so much fun!" Echidna chuckled.
"You won't think it's fun by the time I'm done with you!" Risty threw her shield at Echidna.
Echidna isn't worried as she easily deflects the shield away with her sword, but the shield was actually a distraction for Risty as she sprints toward her opponent and uses that small open window to swing her mace at her.
However, that plan failed when Echidna dodge the mace by going very close to the side then surprisingly threw a headbutt that knocks her opponent down and saddle herself on top with her blade onto Risty's neck.

"Though you had me there, didn't you?" Echidna asked.
"Fuck, didn't think you'd be crazy enough to be that close to death just to get to me." Risty chuckled.
"I picked that up from our beloved. Now, I believe this is where you admit surrender." Echidna said.
"Damn it, looks like I got no other choice." Risty chuckled.
"Fine, I surrender. You win." Risty admitted.
"And that's the battle! The winner is this fight is Echidna!" Nanael announced.
But literally two seconds after declaring the winner, something big and dark came down like a meteorite crashing onto the ground making a shockwave and an earthquake for a moment, everyone try bracing themselves as they were almost blown away.
"What's going on?" Rana asked while Scar is holding onto the boy.
"Nothing good, I fear." Scar said.
"I enjoyed the battle you women were having and now I too wish to have a battle of my own with the strongest here." A deep manly voice said as the dust cloud slowly fades away.
Suddenly Scar flinches in the sound of that voice and his eyes are shaken, then his whole body starts to shake a little and the arm that is holding onto Rana is growing a little tighter that the boy started to notice this.
"Scar, what's wrong? You're holding me tight." Rana asked.
"Sorry…" Scar released Rana from his grip and stood up, now holding a dangerous fierce and angry look on his face.
"Hey, what the fuck is going on here? Don't you know you're dealing with an Angel here?" Nanael asked angrily at the intruder.
"Nanael, get the fuck back. You don't wanna get caught in this fight." Scar said harshly as he walks forward surprising the Angel girl.
"Ah, it would seem fate had a reason for making me come to this area. Now I finally see how much of your strength has improved since we last saw each other, Scar." The mysterious man smirked with the dust cloud finally cleared away showing himself to be a large muscular man with red eyes while holding an axe and a large sword in each hand.
"Oh, I'm gonna show you alright…" Scar clutched onto Dragon Slayer.
"By killing your demonic ass straight to Hell! Zodd!" Scar screamed at the monster's name.

Well, I hope you all enjoyed that battle between Echidna and Risty with the former winning because I believe this is how the fight between them would happen. But now a dangerous being has come to challenge a strong warrior, and that being is Zodd who seem to have history with Scar.
