Berserk Knight with Sight on Vengeance
Scar steps forward a few feet ahead of the group while sending death-glares at the large humanoid monster known as Zodd, the very monster he knows quite well in the past and wanted to kill this bastard down to Hell.
"Scar, do you know this demon?" Leina asked, noticing her lover is looking very angry right now.
"Yeah, I know him. In fact, this bastard is "close friends" with the bigger bastard who I've been hunting down for all this time." Scar answered with a serious low tone.
"(Does that mean this Zodd creature is working for Noir Coeur?)" Leina thought wondered.
"I see you still have that same raging fire as the last time I saw you, young man. Even when gaining yourself some allies, perhaps some lovers, you still kept on that anger deep in your heart." Zodd stated.
"Of course, you dam fucking piece of shit! I dedicated my entire life into destroying you and Noir Coeur after what you have done." Scar pointed angrily at Zodd.
"Ah yes, Noir Coeur was once a close friend. Almost like brothers." Zodd mentioned with a grin which only made Scar angrier.
"You and I on the other hand have only met each other twice back then, but I'm sure you have remembered those moments." Zodd said.
"As if I could ever forget those moments." Scar gritted his teeth and clutched his fists.
The memories of meeting Zodd twice throughout the years were always on his mind, still fresh like they were only yesterday.
(Flashback, 5 Years Ago)
Younger Scar is seen walking with his Master Guts as they are still on the journey to find Noir Coeur and put an end to him once and for all, but they haven't been able to find him for the past three years while killing off some demons that come their way.
"That traveling merchant didn't know anything." Scar sighed.
"Maybe not, but he did tell us about this rumor of a powerful demon roaming in a forest not too far from here. We should check it out." Guts said.
"Do you think we'll be able to survive this demon?" Scar asked.
"You won't if you keep doubting yourself." Guts stated.
"Come on, Master Guts, even you must've admitted the battles you went through that came close to death every time and thought it was gonna be the end until you managed to come out of those battles." Scar pointed out.
"True, but I kept coming back because of the strong willpower and a reminder of how I keep on fighting to survive in order to reach my goal." Guts explained.
"Don't forget about your goal, why we're out here in the first place and who we're hunting down." Guts reminded his student of the blood path they're on.
"I know, the rage within me is still burning so strong!" Scar clutched his fist and punched a small tree down.
"Good, remember that feeling and channel it throughout your whole body." Guts nodded.
But then a large shadow loams over the master and student with the latter thought a big cloud is coming up, but Guts looks up and his one good eye widens with shock knowing what that is.
"Scar, move!" Guts pushed his student hard enough to send him flying and he jumps out of the way himself.
Just in time when that big shadowy thing came crashing down like a lightning bolt causing a shockwave, Scar coughs up from the dust in the air and Guts looks at the spot where the thing crashed with a serious glare and grabbing onto his Dragon Slayer Sword.
"Damn it, of all the fucking demons to run into… It had to be you, Zodd." Guts angered.
"The Black Knight, it's been a long time since we have crossed path, and it would seem you're on the path of revenge again." Zodd turned around seeing Guts again.
"My revenge was over when I killed Griffin all those years ago. You should know since you were there." Guts pointed out.
"Yes, my previous master is gone, but his legacy lives on in my new master who wishes to do what Griffin could not." Zodd said.
Hearing that this monster knows about Noir Coeur gives all what Scar needs to know as he moves one step forward toward the demon.
"You better tell me where the fuck Noir is or else, I'm going to give you a painful beating that Hell would be too good for you!" Scar demanded angrily.
"Scar, no! Stay back, you're not ready to face him!" Guts warned.
"Oh, is he also your legacy, Black Knight. I can see that fire you had back in the days, but he lacks the strength and a certain spark to go through the killing." Zodd noticed.
"If you think I'm scared of killing then you got another thing coming!" Scar angered as he took out a long sword and charges at Zodd.
"Scar! No!" Guts yelled, ran after his student while also getting ready to fight Zodd at the same time.
Zodd ready himself with his own large sword wanting to see what this boy Guts cares so much for is capable of.
The scene changes to Scar pants heavily from the battle with blood coming from his right cheek and looks almost very beaten up, and his Master Guts is laying on the ground in even worse condition, Zodd is standing in front of them with bloodstains on his sword and a little cut on his side.
"It would seem you have some potential after all, perhaps this is why Master Noir wants you alive." Zodd said before he jumps high and suddenly appears in the sky.
"Master… I… I'm so sorry…" Scar apologized, crying and feeling himself like shit for doing something so stupid.
"Don't worry, I knew my time would come eventually and to be honest, I have wished you wouldn't need to go down on that path even though I knew it was stupid at this point." Guts admitted and coughs up some blood.
"Master, please… You're the only one I got." Scar begged his father-figure not to die on him.
"I'm afraid you're gonna be on your own from now on, kid. But I don't think it'll be like that for long." Guts said with a small smile.
"Like me, you'll find some people along the way. People you will soon see to be important to you, people you can trust can count on to have your back, maybe you could even find love because those things will help you a lot more than you would do alone." Guts remembered his old party group, all the adventures they went on together.
"Now, take that sword and become the next… Black Knight." Guts pointed at the Dragonslayer stabbed on the ground.
And with that, Guts' hand fell and the life within him left the body. Guts the Black Knight is dead.
Scar cries some more but does his best to hold back the tears as he gently lays down his master's body and walks over to the Dragonslayer, he grabs onto the hilt with both hands and tries to pull it out of the ground except it's very hard due to how heavy it is.
"As expected, you're hard to lift." Scar said to the sword, but he wouldn't give up that easily.
Scar continued to pull the giant sword out from the ground for a moment with all of his strength and raging determination of revenge gave him the strength to finally lift the Dragonslayer and held up toward the sky.
Scar sees himself now wielding the Dragonslayer with his own two hands and letting out a scream as a way of letting Guts know that he is ready to carry on his will and spirit.
(Three Years Later)
Scar, now donning the Berserker armor he also inherited from Guts, is walking through a path that leads through a dark forest that most people would be afraid to go in because of some monsters living there, but Scar doesn't care because he just wants the fastest way possible to get himself to the next town.
"When they said this forest would have monsters, I thought there would be tough ones…" Scar placed the Dragonslayer on his back.
"But it looks like these monsters were nothing more than some pesky pests." Scar disappointed that he didn't get much workout from that fight.
The scene reveals behind Scar are the bodies of nine demons about twice the size of an average man, all down and dead from the slashing beating given to them by the young Black Knight.
Scar looks up to the sky wondering if there is going to be rain with some dark clouds sighted, but he saw something soaring through the sky fast and it almost look familiar to him.
Not wanting to waste any time, Scar quickly follow the flying figure until the flying creature landed in a rocky area and Scar finally saw the creature to be none other than Zodd.
"Looks like you just save me the trouble of hunting you down." Scar glared.
"You, the boy who was with Guts. I see you have been carrying on his sword." Zodd noticed.
"More than that, you fucking bastard! I've slain many demons with this sword and now you're going to be the next demon to die today!" Scar proclaimed as he takes out Dragonslayer for battle.
"Is that right?" Zodd said, seeing that the boy appears to be much stronger than before.
"Very well, come and see if you can kill me." Zodd taunted.
Scar let out a scream as he charges at Zodd.
But the scene changes to show Scar is on his back with his body in serious and aching all over with some blood coming out from his wounds.
"I have to say, you have indeed grown stronger than our last encounter a few years back. You even managed to give me a large cut this time." Zodd complimented as he looks down to see the large cut wound on his chest.
"I'm… going to… kill you!" Scar groaned in anger, trying to get himself back up.
"As you are right now, this is no longer a fight. But I've decided to let you live to see if you can grow stronger from this, and to see how Master Noir Coeur would respond to this." Zodd said.
"You tell that fucker… That I'm still coming for him!" Scar gritted his teeth.
"I'm sure he'll be expecting that." Zodd said before he turns around and walked away from the beaten Scar.
Scar screams in frustration that he would not defeat this powerful enemy again, but he was unable to avenge his Master who died because of this monster and for his own stupid actions back then.
"(I swear, I swear… I will kill you! I will kill Noir Coeur! I'll kill all of them fucking demonic bitches who gets in my way!)" Scar thought declared as he tries to force himself up, and the armor started to glow a little.
(Flashback End)
"This time… I'm going to kill you." Scar declared and took a step forward.
"Can you truly carry out that promise? Things didn't end well for you the last time we fought." Zodd pointed out.
"Wait, Scar. Maybe we should" Echidna tried to help Scar be clearer in his head, but the young Black Knight wouldn't listen.

Scar just charges toward Zodd with a swing of his giant sword then made a jump while swinging Dragonslayer so much that he becomes like a spinning blade of death in an angle, Zodd quickly held up his defense but the force from the attack pushes him back one foot or two.
"(Impressive, he really has gotten stronger.)" Zodd thought impressed with this boy.
Zodd pushes Scar away and moves in to make his own attack as he swings his sword to the side that Scar was able to block, but he was still push away from the force of the attack.
"I'm not done!" Scar screamed and charges in again.
Scar jumps throwing several strong slashes at Zodd who blocks most of them except for one attack that got him on the arm, the demon screams in pain and kicks the boy in the stomach making him crash into the ground.
"Oh no, Scar!" Leina worried.
"Do not worry, it will take more than that to keep him down." Menace believed.
Zodd leaps over to his downed opponent to slash him in two only for the young, armored warrior to roll out of the way and quickly got himself back up with a quick dash to slash at one leg making Zodd bleed hard.
"Got you!" Scar muttered.
But Scar knew better than to believe that would do him in as Zodd swung his sword downward and to the side that was move fast from that kind of swing. Scar wasn't scared and smack down the Dragonslayer on stop of Zodd's sword to use the momentum to propel himself into the air and spins fast in the air.
"That was close!" Nanael amazed.
"Close and reckless, is what I would say." Cattleya said, feeling a bit scared from that one.
"Scar has always been this way even before we met him, but this feels a little different somehow." Leina noticed something a little off but couldn't put her finger on it.
"It's because he's facing one demon that have made his life shit than it already was, and now Scar wants to finally kill that Zodd guy." Echidna pointed out.
Scar swings his sword fiercely at Zodd who responded with his own strong swings causing the two blades to clash and bounce from each other, neither of them are backing down as they counter blow for blow.
"I must say, this fight is starting to feel more thrilling than my previous battles and this was done by one simple human." Zodd commented.
"Simple? Fuck that, as if a simple human would be able to fight you like this!" Scar pointed out as he was able to parry one attack away and immediately slash at Zodd's side.
"Quite right, you are no simple human. You are a very strong one, just like your Master was." Zodd complimented as he swings his sword again that clashes with Dragonslayer.
"But I know you still got more strength to unleash, such as that armor your wearing." Zodd smirked.
"If you don't give me your all, then I will kill those women who has been accompanying you up to this point. I may even start with that child." Zodd smirked.
Hearing that Zodd is going to kill the girls and Rana just to make him go all-out, to use the armor even though he knows the great risk of using it.
"(I know you still want your revenge, and that one is the one of the steppingstones into getting closer to the very one you want.)" A dark demonic spirit said in Scar's head.
Well, fuck with the reck because Scar is going to stop at nothing to kill this demonic bastard right here right now.
"You're going to regret making me angry for that!" Scar screamed, and a dark aura surrounds the young man.
"What… What is going on here?" Menace shocked, sensing something dark and bloodthirsty from Scar.
"It's the armor, something is happening with that thing. I always knew there was something off about that armor whenever I touch it." Echidna pointed out.
"I'll kill you! I'll kill you! I'll kill you until the very last one!" Scar screamed in rage and then his body is completely covered in the armor with his head now having a monster-like helmet.
"Oh damn, I didn't think Scar would even think about using that armor." Nanael said shock.
"Do you know what that is?" Risty asked.
"From what I've heard, the Berserker Armor is a very dangerous armor that would unleash the full potential of the human body even though it would also injure themselves when all the nerve systems are shut off. The armor would also keep the wearer together along with the insane rampage to keep on fighting until every last drop of blood leaves the body." Nanael explained.
"In other words, Scar has doomed himself unless he can defeat Zodd after before the armor kills him." Echidna feared.
"No! Scar!" Leina yelled in fear, seeing her beloved knight doing such a deadly thing to himself.

Scar and Zodd have begun their battle with both warriors seem to be even, but I think we all know better that Zodd may most likely be holding back and now has provoked Scar to unleash the power of the Berserker Armor which Scar isn't care about the risk as long as he can get his revenge.
