Saiyans of Hell

"Mind telling us what we're doing in your Workshop?" Kaen questioned his sister as he, Mina, and Eri walked through the attic workshop of their house.

"Yeah, Kaen promised me we'd take our flight to America for our Disney World vacation today." Mina said, dressed in nothing but a bikini top, and mini shorts, completed with a vest.

"Mama, Papa, when are we going?" Eri asked, dressed in a pair of red overalls and a blue t-shirt. "I wanna see Disney World, and I wanna meet the big talking Mouse." She had a hat on her head with two big round ears.

"We'll be leaving soon. Aunt Athena just has a few things she wants our help with. An' you'll be able to meet Mickey Mouse when we get there." Mina said.

"She's already wearing a Mickey Mouse Hat." Kaen chuckled.

"I was hoping you'd give my new invention a whirl." Athena said, pulling their attention to her, before holding up something that looked like a watch. "It's supposed to replicate the Instant Teleportation Quirk I have in my arsenal, with more efficiency and pinpoint accuracy to one's location, but in order for it to work, one of you needs to wear it."

"How exactly does it work?" Kaen questioned.

"Well, when you put it on, you press the red button, and a hard-light holographic screen will be projected, and ask for coordinates." Athena explained. "It's still experimental, so start with a small distance, before going for a bigger one."

"Are you sure this is safe?" Mina inquired.

"I'm 50/50 on this." Athena said. "It could go either way."

"Alright, here goes." Kaen said.

"Careful Papa." Eri said.

Pressing the red button, Kaen brought up the hard-light screen, and put in five feet for the distance to teleport.

"Put a little more distance than that. Try putting in an address or a corner store that's nearby." Athena said.

"Are all Saiyans this nutty with tech?" Mina asked, holding Eri's hand. "'Cause I don't wanna end up like that."

"I think it's just an Athena thing." Kaen said, putting in the closest convenience store location. "I think she's been hanging around Rose, and Hatsume for too long."

"Hey!" Athena mock gasped. "They are not that bad. An' neither of them have caused anything to explode since I became a surrogate. So don't go mocking me or my friends, just because you don't understand how technology works."

"She's gonna rant again." Eri said.

"Fine, fine. Be back in a minute." Kaen sighed, before he disappeared. A short while waiting later, Kaen reappeared in the attic workshop, holding three Fruit Punch Rockstars.

"Who's thirsty?" Kaen smiled.

"I am." Eri smiled.

"Nice one." Mina smiled. "Hey Athena, can Kaen, Eri, and I take this to Disney World to avoid plane expenses?"

"I don't see why not." Athena said. "Just grab onto him before he leaves, and you should disappear with him."

"Alright, this should be good." Mina smiled.

"Got any Quirks for us before we go?" Kaen asked.

"I do for Mina actually, and I've been working on my deliverance, so you shouldn't feel any pain when I give them to you." Athena smiled. "I was wanting to wait until I had complete control over the deliverance of the Quirks to make them painless, so now's a perfect time." Athena smiled, Mina's face. Her hand lit up as she transferred copies of the chosen Quirk, before removing her hand. "There. How do you feel?"

"I've got a slight headache, but other than that I'm fine." Mina said. "What Quirks did you give me?"

"Well, I gave you a merged combination of two different Quirks I melded into one. But before I tell you what they are…" Athena smiled, looking over to her twin brother. "Kaen, why don't you go down stairs and grab your groups travel bags?"

"Oh right, be right back." Kaen said, running down the stairs of the attic.

"Okay spill, what did you give me?" Mina asked with a smile.

"Stick this… between your breasts." Athena smiled, holding up one of the two remaining cans of Rockstars, Eri already drinking one of them.

Mina took the can, and the instant it touched her bare skin, she shivered, feeling how cold it was from the convenience store fridge.

"Oooh, that's cold." Mina said, looking down after she shoved it all the way in. "Huh, where'd it go? I can't feel it anymore."

"Reach in, and pull it out." Athena said.

Mina did so, and was shocked her chest felt like an endless void, before she felt the can, grabbed it and pulled it out.

"Whoa." She smiled.

"Now reach in again." Athena smiled.

Mina did so, and to her surprise she felt another can, and pulled it out.

"What the? I could have sworn I only stuck the one can in there." Mina said. "What Quirks did you merge together, exactly Athena?"

"The two Quirks I merged together were Pocket Void, and Duplication." Athena smiled, enjoying the look of shock on Mina's face. "I call this Quirk, Duplication Void. Anything that's been in there once, you can create an infinite number of, and they're an exact duplicate, down to the last atom. I have it myself, and tested its limits. You can use it for storage, without duplicating the item if you want it that way. But it can also be used for safety reasons. Like hiding someone and protecting them from danger, without any risk to any long term stays."

"Cool." Mina smiled.

"Now Mama's chest is more then just a distraction for Papa when he gets mad at her for something stupid she did." Eri pointed out.

"What was that?" Athena questioned.

"Any other Quirks you give me?" Mina asked, wanting to change the subject as her face flushed violet.

"I couldn't really think of any others you might want. Any abilities on your mind, in particular you might desire?" Athena inquired.

"Hmm… I guess you do have a point. I can't really think of anything." Mina said, before an idea came to her. "Oh wait, I just thought of one. Can you give me a Quirk that allows me to permanently change my appearance? Like skin tone, or changing colors for camouflage?"

"What for?"

"I'd like to see what I'd look like with different colors of skin, like neon blue, or maybe emerald green, oh, how about purple, or maybe orange, what about Simpson Yellow?" Mina smiled excitedly.

"I guess that could work." Athena chuckled, putting her hand on Mina's face. "An' I have just the Quirk to give." After her fingers and hand glowed a bit, Athena removed her hand, and smiled at Mina. "Try thinking about what color you want your skin."

Mina smiled and closed her eye before it began to change, and her skin became a deep royal blue. "Wow, that's so cool." Mina smiled, before switching her skin back to pink.

"I gave you a simple camouflage Quirk, but since I upgraded it with Xerox, it can do more than just make you blend in with backgrounds." Athena explained.

"Anything for me Aunt Athena?" Eri asked.

"I have just the thing." Athena smiled, grabbing something from her Duplication Void, and putting it around Eri's shoulder. "This is a fanny pack made with Duplication Void, and a special sweet treat for you inside."

"Thank you Aunt Athena." Eri smiled, before she went running for the exit. "There's something I forgot to grab."

"I'm back you two." Kaen said, coming up with his and Mina's luggage, while Eri ran past him. "Where's Eri going?"

"Apparently she forgot to grab something." Mina said. "I can take the luggage." She smiled, taking the bags, and shoving them into her Duplication Void.

"Whoa." Kaen said with a blush. "That is a pretty handy Quirk."

"I know right?" Mina smiled, enjoying the flustered look on his face, as she tossed him the duplicated energy drink.

"One more thing." Athena said, tossing them a small sack, sounding like they were filled with something. "Celeron said, he went to the other earth during these last six years we haven't seen him right?"

"Yeah, he spied on Kakarot and learned that Kamehameha attack from watching him perform it several times." Kaen said. "He also brought back something that instantly healed his injuries. He called them Senzu Beans."

"Well you'll be happy to know, with the Senzu Bean you gave me, I managed to make my own garden of them." Athena said, tossing Kaen the bag. "That is filled with about twenty five Senzu Beans."

"I got this." Mina said, taking the beans and putting them where she'd put the luggage.

"Alright, you're all set to go." Athena said. "Now, you're just waiting on Eri."

"I'm back." Eri called out, running back up to them. "Sorry to keep you waiting."

"Now that everyone going on this trip is here, Disney World here we come." Mina said, as Kaen put the coordinates into the watch.

"Here we go." Kaen smiled hitting enter, as Mina grabbed Eri's hand, while grabbing Kaen's with the other.

The watch began to power up, but Athena knew there was something wrong when the teleportation device began to glitch, and apparently, she wasn't the only one to notice this malfunction.

"Athena, what's going on?" Kaen questioned.

"I don't know. Something's wrong. I evaluated out every simulation I needed to before making this, and it's never happened in any of them." Athena said looking at the device. "The watch is malfunctioning. The distance is too great for it to manage in its beta testing phase."

"This is bad." Kaen said. "I can't get it off."

"Hold on Kaen, we'll get it off you." Mina said grabbing at it.

Kaen saw the device was overloading, and about to blow. Looking to Mina, Kaen pushed her and Eri back, not wanting either of them to get caught up in the explosion.

"Hold on, I've got a remote somewhere to remotely undo the locks." Athena said, searching through her workshop.

"I don't think we have the time." Mina said.

"You three find cover." Kaen ordered her the three girls.

"No, I won't leave you Papa." Eri cried out, hugging him tight.

"Eri, you have to leave, and find cover to avoid the explosion." Kaen said.

"No, if you're going down, we're going with you." Mina said, taking Eri into her arms, and grabbing Kaen's hand. "I'm positive this won't kill you, so wherever this thing takes us, we'll see it through, together."

"Mina…" Kaen paused. "I'm sorry for getting you and Eri into this mess."

"You didn't get us into this mess. We chose to be here." Mina said with a soft smile.

Kaen pulled Mina and Eri in for a hug, as the three of them embraced one another for the inevitable explosion. Without a sound, the device connected to Kaen's wrist went off, enveloping the trio in a flash of light, before the loud boom echoed out, causing the windows to burst, and for the building to quake.

"Athena?" Toshinori called out, racing into the workshop with Gine, both of them gasping when they saw the attic looked like a bomb had gone off. "Athena?" He inquired with a bit more panic in his voice.

"Over here." Athena called out, pushing a table off her, and coughing up the smoke in her lungs, caressing her pregnant curve.

"Athena what happened?" Gine questioned, running to Athena, to see if she, or her cargo, was all right. "Are you hurt anywhere? Are the babies okay?"

Gine and Toshinori noticed the look of sadness and pain on her face, before she broke down, crying into her mother's embrace.

"I'm sorry mom, dad." Athena balled. "I'm sorry. I couldn't stop it, and… and…"

"Hey, it's okay, you're safe now." Toshinori said.

"But it's not okay." Athena said. "Kaen, Mina, and Eri were up here to and they… I let them use my latest invention to go to Disney World, to skip the long flights, and my device malfunctioned and…"

"What was your device meant to do?" Toshinori asked, knowing Athena would never intend to invent something that was meant for harming innocent people.

"It was supposed to utilize the Instant Teleportation Quirk I have in my Xerox arsenal. Kaen assessed it by going to the store and coming back with some drinks, but it couldn't handle the distance from here to Florida." Athena explained.

"Where are they now Athena. Where are Kaen, Mina, and Eri now?" Gine inquired.

Athena just began crying and pushed herself deeper into Gine's embrace.

"Gine… I think I know what happened to them." Toshinori said, solemnly.

Gine turned to Toshinori, and saw he was looking, directly at one of the walls. Turning her gaze to match his, she gasped, when she saw three silhouettes of ash, embracing each other.

"Oh no." Gine gasped.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, it's all my fault. I shouldn't have been so prideful of my device, and let them use it." Athena sobbed. "Mina was certain that the explosion wouldn't kill them, that it would only take them somewhere else. But now, I can't help but feel she was wrong."

"This isn't your fault sweetie." Gine said, as she began to tear up.

"Why would you build something like that in the first place though?" Toshinori inquired.

"I thought if I did, Heroes could get to villain attacks faster and there'd be less property damage or casualties as a result." Athena cried.

"Oh, Athena." Toshinori said, pulling her into a hug. "You're always thinking of others safety before your own. An' I'm proud of you for that."

"C'mon, the fire department and police are gonna be here soon." Gine said. "Let's get out of the attic to let them do their job. No doubt an ambulance to. They're gonna want to take you to the hospital after this mess."

~Pearly Gates~

"What the?" Kaen questioned, looking around at his surroundings.

Kaen's vision, a moment ago had been filled with a flash of white light, as Athena's device had gone off, enveloping himself alongside Mina, and Eri in the explosion. But now his vision was filled with the sight of pearly gates framed in gold, shaped like angels harps.

"Where the hell am I?" Kaen questioned.

"Not hell my good friend, Heaven!"

Kaen's attention was drawn to the lower right hand corner of the gates, finding an angelic man standing at a podium, and a smile on his face.

"Sorry to say, but you're dead. A tragedy I know, but the good news is, you've made it to Heaven. Seems you skipped over the check in station with King Yemma and came straight here. You must have been a very good person in life." He smiled pulling up a book. "My name is Saint Peter. Can I get your name please?"

"Uh… Kaen D. Yagi." He said.

"Kaen… Japanese I believe that name is." Saint Peter said, flipping through his book, and pulling out a file from the pages. "Ah here we go, Kaen D. Yagi, raised as a hero in Japan on Earth, born on… Planet Vegeta? I'm sorry, but this says here that you're a Saiyan, is that right?"

"Uh, yeah that's correct." Kaen said.

"Oh my goodness, we've never had an actual Saiyan enter Heaven before. They normally end up in Hell." Saint Peter said, grabbing something from under the podium. "Give me a second, I need to call upper management for this."

"Upper, management?" Kaen questioned, quirking a brow. "Heaven has shit like that?"

"Hello, Sera?" Saint Peter asked, showing he was on the phone. "Uh, we've got a bit of an exotic case here… His name's Kaen Daiki Yagi, and he's a Saiyan… I know, this has never happened before, what do we do? Hello? Sera you still there?"

"I get the feeling I'm a one in a million case." Kaen said.

"More like one in a quintillion." Saint Peter stated.

"Saint Peter!"

Kaen looked up as the new voice that came to them, came from above, and saw an angel with a grey complexion coming down from above, sporting feather-like hair that transitions to a subdued blue hue at the ends. Her sky-blue eyes are accentuated by thick eyeliner and purple eyeshadow. Six angelic wings grace her back. She adorns herself in a long-sleeved dress featuring white accents on the wrists and shoulders, a grey mid-section, and a greyish-blue skirt adorned with intricate grey crystal designs. Cup Size: C-Cup.

Next to her was a younger looking girl a slim young woman with silver-like skin, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled in a somewhat messy way, colored in a gradient of periwinkle. Her eyes have light blue sclera, white-outlined darker-colored pupils, and deep-purple eyelashes, while her three freckles are white and are located on each of her cheeks and her nose. She also has six white feathered-wings on her back and has a light blue halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovering above her head, wearing clothing similar to the older womans, but a bit more princess style, with the addition of a set of fingerless pale-periwinkle opera gloves, covering most of her arms, which appeared to be skin-tight and acted as long sleeves for her dress, while she wore a pair of blue ballerina-like shoes. Cup Size: H-Cup.

"Is this him?" The older woman asked.

"Sera? Uh, yes Ma'am, this is the Saiyan." Saint Peter said nervously.

"Oh my gosh, so you're a Saiyan?" The younger girl asked, getting in Kaen's face, before looking around him. "You look nothing like I imagined a Saiyan would appear to be."

"Well, Saiyans were barbarians before our race was mostly wiped out by Frieza. I tried rewriting what it means to be a Saiyan." Kaen said, following her movements with his eyes.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." Sera said. "My name is Sera, I am the high Seraphim, and the young girl fascinated with you, is Emily."

"It's a pleasure to meet you both. My name's Kaen." He said. "I'm sorry, but if you could take me to Mina and Eri, that would be great. I'd like to be there to comfort them, and process the fact that we're all dead, together."

"Mina and Eri?" Saint Peter asked. "I'm sorry, but you're the only one to come in today as of yet."

"What?" Kaen asked.

"I'm afraid it's true." Sera said. "Most likely, this Mina and Eri you speak of, are in hell."

"No." Kaen said, taking a hesitant step back. "No, that can't be true."

"Who are, Mina and Eri?" Emily asked, growing concerned about Kaen's reaction.

"Mina's my girlfriend, and Eri… Eri's my daughter." He said, his eyes filled with tears, as he began hyperventilating. "There's no way. Neither of them deserve to be in hell, no!"

~Afterwards~

"Have you calmed down now?" Emily asked, sitting across from Kaen at one of the Cafés in Heaven.

"Yeah, I'm calm." Kaen sighed. "Sorry, you had to see me like that."

"It's fine." Emily said. "Given the news you just got, I'd be concerned if you hadn't reacted the way you had."

"I appreciate your understanding." Kaen said, before looking to the window, and seeing his reflection in the glass.

Kaen sat there, wearing what he'd assumed was his hero costume from when he was alive on Earth, but rather then the dark navy blue and white color scheme it was made with, it was a silvery white, with the white markings having turned gold, with the Wukong Gem completely visible in the center of the chest. Looking at his lower half, Kaen could see that the top half of his right pant legs from the knee up to his waist, had darkened on a dark onyx hue, while the left from the knee down had taken the same hue, with the left thigh and waist remaining a silvery white. His hair had remained black, with the red skunk stripe having turned lavender, and his irises having turned a royal blue. On his back were a pair of angelic wings, that shimmered with gold edges to the feathers. Above his head, sat a golden halo with three tower like prongs in the center.

"So, I really died. Which means Eri and Mina are dead as well." Kaen said. "Can't help noticing my halo seems different from everyone else's."

"Would you mind telling me about them? I get that Mina was your girlfriend, but how was Eri your daughter? You're barely in your first year of high school when you died, weren't you?" Emily asked. "At least according to your record."

"Eri… is adopted." Kaen said. "But despite that, I love her, like she were my own."

"How did she come to be in your life?" Emily asked.

"When I was alive, I was training to be a hero, I already had my provisional license due to who my dad was. When I first met Eri, I had rescued her from a madman who was using her for inhumane experiments, and we'd been a family ever since." Kaen explained. "I was, never really good at the whole, family man thing. But I did my best. It helped that I had my parents and sister to help take care of Eri. An' when she started seeing Mina as her mom, it just made me the happiest man alive, knowing she had a mother figure to look up to."

"That sounds sweet." Emily smiled. "I'm sorry that they didn't end up here, with you."

"Can I tell you something?" Kaen asked.

"Anything." Emily said.

"This might come off as crass, or disrespectful to the hierarchy, but I'd rather be burning in hell with them, instead of spending eternity up here without." Kaen stated.

Emily was a bit taken aback, hearing how Kaen was willing to sacrifice his eternal happiness, just to be with his family.

"I'm not sure I'd be able to make that happen." Emily said.

"I'm not asking you to make it happen." Kaen said. "I'm just telling you how I feel on the matter."

Emily sighed, her face showing empathy for him, as she could tell this was gonna be bothering him for quite a while.

"Excuse me Ms. Emily."

Kaen and Emily turned to look at who spoke and saw a winged man wearing heavenly robes, with a horned helmet, with a halo around his head. Beside him was a woman, adhering to a monochromatic palette, with a black halo resting above her head, enveloped in a white aura, with short hair styled in a fashion that made her hard to read. Her wings are white with inner shades of gray, flanked by two ebony segments on each side. Her attire consisted of a gray mini-dress fastened with a white cummerbund, paired with dark blue leggings. Looking closer at her, Kaen noticed she wore protective wrist-length gauntlets, strategically designed to shield her from enemy attacks. In a parallel fashion, her legs are safeguarded by thigh-length armor of analogous constitution.

"Oh, Adam. What brings you by?" Emily asked.

"I was hoping to have a word, with our newest arrival." Adam said. "Word on the street is he's quite the fighter and I was hoping he'd tell a few stories."

"Oh, well I don't think…"

"It's fine Emily." Kaen said. "I'll entertain him for a while. Why don't you return to your duties? I'd hate for you to get backed up with work because of me."

Emily was shocked at this, before she sighed and smiled.

"Alright, I'll take my leave." Emily said. "It was a pleasure meeting you Kaen, and if you ever need anyone to talk to, I'll be here willing to listen."

"That's greatly appreciated Emily." Kaen said, before Emily spread her wings, and took off to return to her work.

"Gotta say, managing to get a the youngest Seraphim to fall for you, I'm impressed my guy." Adam said, taking Emily's seat. "Lute, grab us some drinks, would ya?"

"Sir." The now named Lute, saluted before heading into the café.

"So, what's your poison? Me personally I'm…"

"You can stop with the niceties Adam." Kaen said. "I know you didn't seek me out, just to hear me tell old war stories from the short life I lived. What is it you really want from me?"

Adam looked at Kaen, before he snickered and began laughing.

"Holy shit, you really are as good as the file says." Adam laughed.

"The file, you read my file? The one only Saint Peter and the Seraphims have access too?" Kaen asked. "I've barely been in heaven for an hour, and my privacy is already gone."

"Listen, don't get the wrong idea kid. I just wanted to know who we were bringing into Heaven, that's all. You're literally, the first Saiyan to even see the pearly gates, let alone step foot past them." Adam said. "An' I gotta say, each page I read of your file, I was wanting you on my team more, and more until I just had to come and find you myself. An' to think, in the hour you were here, you got Emily to fall head over heels for you. You're definitely prime material for my team."

"Team?"

"The Exorcists." Adam said. "Once a year, I lead an army of angelic warriors to hell, to cull their numbers, and keep them from rising up and rebelling against Heaven. But between you and me, I only suggested this plan to Sera, because I wanted to get back at Lilith for dumping me for Lucifer back in the Garden of Eden. I mean, seriously I'm the first man, the first dick, the biggest dick in history. An' she chose that baby carrot over my massive log?"

"Hold on, you're the Adam? The Adam? As in the first man, from Genesis, Adam?" Kaen asked.

"The one and only." He smiled.

"What exactly does that have to do with me?" Kaen inquired.

"I'm wanting you, to join the army." Adam smiled, as Lute came back with the drinks. "An' if all goes well, you'll join Lute as one of my Lieutenants."

"So, why exactly come to me with this?" Kaen asked. "Why not go to anyone else who's a martial artist, and in Heaven?"

"Because none of them are Saiyans. An' to be honest, you'd be the first guy I'd invite to join my army since I formed it." Adam said. "Plus I'm kinda interested in seeing how a Saiyan fights. Can't be better then me, that's for sure."

"So that's it." Kaen sighed. "You're like an alpha wolf, wanting to prove his dominance to the newest member of the pack."

"Bingo. You get it exactly, and what better way to prove I'm top dog to you, then to bring you along to the next extermination?" Adam smirked.

"You know what, fine. I'll join you on your excursion to Hell. But I'm warning you now, you're probably not gonna like what you see when I fight." Kaen stated.

"Oh, I'm liking you more already, no homo." Adam said.

"When's the next trip to Hell?" Kaen asked.

"The extermination begins the morning after tomorrow. I'll notify Sera you're accompanying us on the Extermination. Meet me at the Gates of Heaven 5AM sharp." Adam said, getting to his feet. "You gonna need a weapon?"

"I'm good." Kaen said, pulling his collapsed shield from his back, showing it was blessed with Holy energy.

"A shield, really? You're just as bad as that last guy I met who used only a shield in his battles." Adam chuckled, as he and Lute began leaving. "But hey, if it's what you prefer."

"Wait, hold on." Kaen said, getting to his feet. "This other guy, was he tall, muscular, blonde hair, blue eyes, Caucasian skin tone, WW2 War Hero?"

"I see you've heard of him." Adam smirked. "Yeah, he's over at Crucifix Gym, spends every waking moment there with his buddies who got into Heaven. Has his own shield and everything. Big freaking red and blue striped frisbee with a star in the center."

"Thanks for the drinks." Kaen said, downing the rest of his drink, and rushing off.

"Hey, wait a minute." Adam called to him. "I never said I was paying the tab, dick." He grumbled.

"Shall I chase after him sir?" Lute asked.

"Nah, it's fine. We'll just call this my welcome to Heaven gift, for him." Adam said.

Kaen raced through the town, before remembering he could fly, and without flapping his wings, took to the skies, while adjusting his technique to accommodate for the wind resistance his folded wings created.

Looking around the streets, Kaen spotted the gym Adam spoke about, and dove right for it. The moment right before he was about to crash, the Saiyan pulled up and landed on the ground, before opening the door, finding the gym looked like a boxing gym from some of the 60's themed movies he'd watched.

"Welcome to Crucifix Gym, where every workout will feel like a Crucifixion, how can I help you today?" The receptionist asked.

"Uh hi, I'm here to meet someone, Steve Rogers?" Kaen asked.

"Ah, Mr. Rogers is over by the punching bags." The receptionist said. "Would you like me to call him for you?"

"No, thank you. I'd like to keep it a surprise." Kaen said, putting his shield on the mount on his back.

Moving through the gym, Kaen saw there were several famous heroes and fighters in the gym. One of them, he was most interested in, who was going at the punching bag with strong and hard strikes. He could tell the man took good care of himself, as he could see his muscles rippling through the fabric of his shirt.

"You're already dead, yet you still train to fight the fight." Kaen said, stopping behind him.

Steve Rogers stood straight, and looked over his shoulder to see Kaen.

"You're a fan of mine I take it son?" Steve asked, turning around completely to look at Kaen.

"I am." Kaen said. "In fact, I based my hero costume off yours, because it was your history, who you were, that inspired me to be the hero that I was." Kaen said.

"Well I'm honored. Last I heard, about 80% of the earths population had powers now?" Rogers asked. "Is that true, or was someone just yanking my chain?"

"You heard right." Kaen said. "My name is Kaen D. Yagi."

"Yagi? I believe I might know someone with that name. She's a Quirkless woman, but has a strong spirit, and trains here occasionally to keep in shape." Steve said. "You might know her."

"If her son was Toshinori Yagi, then she'd be my grandma." Kaen said. "I've never met her in person, she died in a villain attack before my dad even got to middle school."

"Well, I'll have to tell her you stopped by next time I see her." Steve said, before motioning with his head. "Hold the bag while I punch?"

Kaen just looked over at the bag, before shrugging his shoulders, and going behind it, holding it steady.

"So, why are your wings still out?" Steve asked, as he began hitting the bag again.

"I just got to Heaven today. I don't really know how to hide them." Kaen said.

"It's easy." Steve said. "Just relax your shoulders, and let them slide on in."

"I'll give it a try, after tomorrow." Kaen said.

"So, how'd you die?" Steve asked. "If you don't mind me asking. For me, my heart gave out at the ripe old age, of 150. That serum really did wonders to my body."

"To be honest, it's kind of a blur, but I think I died in an explosion in my sisters lab." Kaen said.

"Sorry to hear that kid." Steve said. "So, what was your hero name down bellow?"

"Super Saiyan." Kaen said. "I chose the title of a fairy tale belonging to my people, because I always thought that if the Super Saiyan was any sort of person, they'd be a hero like the one I idolized."

"Shouldn't your dad, be the one you idolized?" Steve asked. "Not that I don't feel honored that the first Saiyan to make it to Heaven chose to follow in my footsteps, but don't kids normally idolize their parents?"

"I idolized my dad plenty, but his heroics were always too flashy, attention drawing, and boisterous for my taste. Yours were different, the kind that a hero should do." Kaen said.

"Well I feel even more honored then." Steve said with a smile.

"So I'm assuming my hero name, was what gave me away as the first Saiyan to make it to Heaven?" Kaen asked.

"It was." Steve said, stopping after hitting the bag one more time. "Also, my condolences. I heard a rumor that your girlfriend and daughter didn't make it to Heaven."

"I'll have a chance to see them again in two days." Kaen said. "When I go to Hell with Adam, for his Extermination mission."

"His annual genocide run? He tried inducting me into that when I first got to heaven. But I turned him down. Turns out Sera's the only one in the know about his annual hunt, so no one besides Michael or one of the other Arcangels can put a stop to the exterminations. Why would you join him?" Steve asked.

"Because it's the only shot I'll get, to make sure Mina and Eri don't get killed in the crossfire." Kaen said. "I don't plan on returning to Heaven either."

"I see." Steve said. "You're willing to give up your eternal happiness, for those you care the most about."

"That's right." Kaen said.

"Then son…" Steve began holding his hand out to Kaen. "You have, my deepest respects. I only wish, I had half the courage you have."

"It's an honor to hear that coming from you." Kaen said, taking Steve's hand.

"Now I need you to promise me, one thing." Steve said. "If you fight the Exorcists while in Hell, I want you to show them, why we're called Avengers."

~Exorcism Morning~

"Alright ladies." Adam called out, addressing his troops, while Kaen and Lute stood behind him. "Who's ready for some slaughter?"

The exorcists cheered, while Kaen just sneered.

"Something wrong with how he leads us?" Lute asked, noticing the look on his face.

"Not a thing." Kaen said.

Lute looked at the Saiyan skeptically, before she looked to his chest, noticing something was different about his suit.

"Where'd you get that star from, and why is it upside down?" Lute asked, noticing the gold star on Kaen's chest, completely covering any trace of the Wukong Gem.

"Don't worry about it." Kaen said, as the portal to Hell opened up.

"Let's go." Adam cheered, leading the charge.

Kaen and Lute followed his lead, as the angels flew in behind them. When they got to Hell, Kaen was astonished at what he was seeing. Everything was dark, the skies were red, and there was a pentagram moon in the sky.

"Well?" Adam asked, getting to his side. "Don't just stand there dumbfounded, let's get to slaughtering."

Kaen just glared at Adam, before his ears perked up at hearing the sound of a familiar childs scream, echoing through the air.

~Elsewhere~

"C'mon girls. We have to keep moving." A tall and slender, light gray-skinned demoness said, running through the already ruins streets.

The demoness sports white ankle-length hair that has been formed in the shape of large horns by thin ribbons, with black streaks. On her face, she sported a darker-colored area that appears similar to a mask, while her slanted eyes had white irises and red sclera. The rest of her arms and hands are colored white, with her hands being rather large in proportion to her body with black nails protruding from them.

Her clothes pertained similarly to a ballerina, consisting of an off-the-shoulder black dress with white buttons and white stripes located down the front and at the rim of the spiked skirt, with a hot-pink lining. She wore black waist-length stockings, covered by white ballerina shoelaces, and her shoes are that of metallic ballet slippers which she walks on the tips of her toes, while she also accessorized with a set of hooped black earrings.

Following behind her were two women, similarly fashioned to her, with one having darker skin, and the other having lighter skin and wearing red tinted glasses.

"Mom, are we gonna make it this time around?" One of them asked.

"I don't know Odette." She said.

"Mom wait!" The other called out, spotting something in the rubble.

"Clara, we don't have time for this!" Odette called to her sister.

"But we can't just leave her to be slaughtered!" Clara called, digging through the rubble that buried the girl.

Odette and her mother ran to where Clara had run to, and spotted a child lying in the rubble unconscious, still breathing, but with one of her tiger ear nicked.

"Dios Mio!" She gasped. "Odette, help me with giving your sister a hand!"

Working together, the three of them pulled the child out from the rubble, with the Demoness holding her close. She might have been a demon, but even she wasn't heartless enough to leave a defenseless child behind just to die.

"Where did she come from?" Odette asked.

"I don't know, but we have to move!" The Demoness said.

The trio, began moving again, with the child in the womans arms. As they moved, the three of them grew increasingly concerned for the childs well being, as her breathing was becoming shallower, and shallower. It wasn't until they were forced to stop, as they'd been surrounded by Exorcists, that they realized they'd been running for quite some time.

"Well lookie here." One of the masked angels said. "We got us four demon spawn to exercise!"

"This should be fun." Another smiled.

"Girls, take the child, and hide!" The woman said, turning to her daughters, to hand the child to them.

"Mom, look out!" Odette called.

The Demoness turned to see one of the angels heading straight for them, her spear aimed right for her heart, ready to pierce it through the child. But the blade was stopped when something came crashing down on the spears hilt, and sent it to the ground.

"You?" The angel questioned, as Kaen glared at her, his shield holding her spear in place. "You're the first Saiyan to enter Heaven, and you turn on us, only after two days?"

"I won't let you, hurt my daughter!" Kaen growled, gripping her spear with his hand, before jumping up and hitting her with a double kick to the chest.

The Demoness, and her daughters looked to Kaen with anger and worry on their expressions, as he landed on the ground, crouched on one knee, unaware that the child in the Demoness' arms was stirring awake.

Eri's sight was blurry. She'd been hiding in that abandoned building for shelter the last two days, scared of where she was, before it had crumbled around her, and had landed on top of her. She didn't know whose arms were wrapped around her, but when her vision cleared, her eyes widened when she saw Kaen standing there as he got to his feet.

Gasping in shock, Eri had drawn the attention of the three to her, before she struggled out of the Demoness' grip, and ran towards Kaen.

"No child, come back, it's not safe!" She called to Eri as the child ran.

Eri ignored her, and continued to run, as Kaen turned around. The trio of demons were terrified when Kaen pulled his arms back, as if he were gonna clap his hands in a thunderous attack, but were shocked silent when Eri leapt into his embrace, and he wrapped his arms around the child, with only one word echoing from her lips.

"Papa!" Eri cried, hugging him while Kaen fell to one knee to fully embrace her.

"I'm so sorry I left you and your mother all alone Kitten." Kaen said, putting a gentle hand on her head, as Eri wrapped her arms around his neck. "I promised you I'd keep you safe, but that promise was broken."

"It's okay Papa, it wasn't your fault." Eri cried.

"Oh, my little Princess look at you." Kaen said, pulling back from the hug.

Eri's body was different, her skin was paler and covered in thin white tiger fur, making it seem as if she were a doll made of porcelain covered in a fur suit, and had actual tiger stripes along the visible parts of her arms, with her eyes looking fiercer, and when smiling she showed her teeth looked razor sharp.

"You're quite the fierce warrior now, aren't you?" He asked with a smile.

"I am your daughter, Papa." Eri smiled, wiping away her tears.

"Great, you have your daughter back. We'll leave her be." The angel Kaen kicked, stated as she came back to the scene. "Now step aside, and let us finish off the others."

Kaen just took in a deep breath, before letting it out to keep his cool.

"Eri, I want you to find somewhere and hide. Take the others who helped you, with you." He said. "Can you be brave for Papa?"

"I can." Eri said, running back for the three demons, pulling on Odette's hand as Kaen got to his feet, and turned back to the angels.

"You know. I didn't like it up in Heaven." Kaen said, shocking the winged warriors. "A little too stuffy, and a little too authoritarian for me. So sorry, but consider this little rebellion of mine, my resignation from the Silver City, and Adams ranks."

(Cue Music… Immortals: Fallout Boy)

Without saying another word, Kaen welcomed the angels to attack him, not even moving as they surrounded him, and aimed at their weapons to skewer him from all sides.

Without moving an inch, Kaen smirked, before he slammed his fist into the ground, his body radiating power as his aura washed over him like a white flame, the wind pressure sent all the Exorcists flailing back away from him like the force of an explosion.

"You angels think you're so self-righteous." Kaen hissed. "You think you're justified in slaughtering the souls of those who end up here, trapping them in limbo forever, tormented by nothing but an empty void of darkness and despair."

"It is our duty to protect Heaven from the rebelling ranks of Hell!" One of the angels shouted, charging at him. "A traitorous Saiyan like yourself, wouldn't know the meaning of being a loyal protector."

Kaen just glared at the angel, before he spun around and threw his shield like a discus, with the blades protruding from the edges, as it zipped past the angel. Reaching up his hand, Kaen grabbed the angels face, her head held in his grasp, as the momentum of her lunge carried her body past him, before it fell to the ground.

"If I'm not a protector, then that makes me only one thing I could be." Kaen glared, crushing the angels skull in his grip, causing it to explode like a grapefruit, before he held his arm up and out to the side, his shield sliding back onto his forearm, coated in the golden angelic blood. "I'm an Avenger!"

The angels charged at him, all of them wishing to end this, and get back to slaying demons. But their desire proved to be harder than imagined, as Kaen grabbed the sword of the fallen angel, and with his shield on his left arm, he charged at the angels deflecting their blades, before swinging with his own, and skewering two more angels, before slicing through others. Twisting around, Kaen held up his shield, blocking a spear that came towards him, as he was pushed back with the momentum of the angel flying at the Angelic Saiyan to kill him.

"Why, why would you betray Heaven like this?" The angel questioned, pressing harder against his shield, pushing him back. "You were the first Saiyan in history, to make it to Heaven. You could have had it all, but you threw it all away, for some low-class demons? You've killed, several of your fellow angels, all for what? Some demon pussy?"

"Do I need a reason, to be a hero?" Kaen questioned, bracing his legs as he tensed them, and stopping the momentum, with golden lightning sparking around his body, the air pressure blowing wildly around him, while the force of clashing pressures caused a crater to form at his feet, spanning out in a fifty-foot circumference. "You don't even know what you're actually slaughtering these demons for!"

"To keep them, from uprising against Heaven!" The angel stated. "Obviously! That's been the mission, this whole time!"

"What would you say, if Adam himself, told me why he actually suggested this culling every year?" Kaen asked. "An' it wasn't actually what you're fighting for now?"

The angel glared at him, before she flipped over the Saiyan, pinning his shield into the ground and forcing him to take a knee, before swinging her spears blade down stabbing through his left leg; without warning, she gripped his wings and tore them from his back.

(End Song…)

"GAH!" Kaen shouted.

Falling to his other knee as she removed her spear from his leg, Kaen looked up at the angel, glaring intently at her, before she swung her spear upwards, slicing through his right eye with the spearhead, the force of the strike causing the eyeball to fly out of the socket, golden blood dripping down his face, from the gash left behind, before the angel raised her spear to kill him, the blade mere centimeters from his throat.

"This is where it ends for you traitor." She stated.

"No, this is where it ends for you." Kaen huffed with a smirk.

The angel just looked at him, wondering if he'd lost his mind, before she felt a sudden pain, go through her neck, followed by a numbness as she blacked out, her head rolling to the ground off her shoulders. As the body fell, Kaen saw Carmilla standing there, her leg pulled back as she relaxed from the kick, before she extended it out to his throat, the blade of her ballerina slipper inches away from his neck, just as the spear was moments ago.

"What exactly was your endgame in turning on your own kind?" She questioned.

"I believe you already know the answer to that." Kaen huffed, looking right at her with his remaining eye while unphased by the blade at his throat. "I owe you a debt of gratitude, for rescuing my daughter, from the rubble that had landed on top of her, when I couldn't protect her."

Carmilla looked at Kaen, remaining on her guard, as he switched his positions, ignoring the pain in his leg before facing her completely, while sitting on his knees. To her surprise, Kaen did one more thing, that shook her to her core and bowed to her with his hands and forehead on the ground.

"Thank you. I am truly grateful to you for what you've done." Kaen stated, his forehead touching the ground. "On my honor, I will repay this debt, with all the power I have. Even if it's the last thing that I ever do."

This shocked Carmilla, as she relaxed. Painfully, Kaen pulled himself up from the ground, groaning as his golden blood continued to pour from the wounds of where his angelic wings had been, before their removal, as well as the gash over his eye, and the stab wound in his leg, before using the same spear that caused his injuries, as a walking stick, and picked himself up to his feet.

"Papa." Eri called out running to him, before hugging his uninjured leg.

"It's okay kitten, I'm okay." Kaen sighed. "Can't say I'll be taking you up to Heaven any time soon."

"I don't wanna go, not without Mama." Eri said, as Kaen picked her up, wincing from the pain in his leg and shoulders.

"Right. We gotta find Mina first."

"You'd better keep a low profile." Carmilla said. "Demons don't take too kindly to angelic folk. If they see you as you are now, they'll take their shot at ending you. An' they have the means of doing it. They just don't know it yet."

"Thank you." Kaen said, leaving the battlefield with a slight hobble in his gait, while using the spear to walk and support his weight. "Like I said, I owe you a debt, and I intend on repaying it in full."

A/N

For those who don't remember, I added the MCU to the original Saiyan Heroes of U.A story.

Sorry that it's been a long while, over six months I think.

I've been kinda stuck in a rut of on and off depression, and have been lacking any motivation to do anything. So I thought, what better way to return from my long hiatus, than with the first couple chapters of my SHOUA A.U, this time with the Hazbin Hotel crew?

Hope you all enjoy! ;)
