Sin of Reveal. Chapter 11.
~}I{~
Cecelia just couldn't believe what she had learned over the past hour…
For starters… Heaven and Hell were real! So were the Angels and Demons! And what was even more unbelievable! These two sides actually got along without fighting! And let's not get started on the seven Heavenly Virtues and Deadly Sins!
But that wasn't the hardest thing cecelia had learned during that hour…
The hardest thing Mrs Rossi had to learn… Was the fact that her daughter, who she had thought was too honest, had been lying to her… For years! Even more so here in Paris! However… There were a few things in the past that utterly horrified her…
Damocles was the one who gave Mrs Rossi the file he had compiled on all of Lila's past deeds at the schools she had attended. Deeds that Cecelia was only half aware of, of which, she was told were done by other students… By Lila… Hang on…
Oh…
Oh…
Oh!
But wait! How come the schools confirm all of Lila's claims when it wasn't the case? If these issues were that bad, then they should've told her right away! Surely if they had done that she could've corrected Lila's behaviours and properly punished her for her deeds before they got this bad! So why didn't they? Why didn't they tell her if that wasn't the case? Why?
There was an answer for that…
From what Damocles learned from both his end and the other schools, Lila altered her contacts to the schools that would be sending all of their messages to a fake email and a number that wasn't Cecelia's. When Mrs Rossi told Damocles that she's been getting messages from all the schools, he asked her what the email for these schools were. When Cecelia told him, he let out a sigh that felt like he had finally confirmed something important, and told her that any email from a school or educational establishment should have an ending tag of dot edu… An end tag she hasn't seen since Lila was in elementary school…
Oh…
Oh…
Oh…
That… That…
Oh God… How long has Lila been manipulating and conditioning her mother?! Without Cecelia knowing?! Right under her nose!
The final nail in that coffin was Damocles showing Cecelia an email that he had just gotten informing the school that the Rossi's travelling plans had changed and would be out of the country longer than expected… An email that Cecelia most certainly did NOT send… Especially since, well, she and her daughter were definitely Not travelling…
Cecelia was simply sitting on the sidewalk, staring off into space in disbelief.
Of course, she couldn't believe that her daughter had been doing all these things, most just plain immoral and some illegal… And she had… Absolutely no clue these were happening… At All…
Wait a second… If Lila could lie about THOSE with ease…
Cecelia got Miss Bustier's attention and asked her a few important questions that she HAD to confirm, "Is a student named Marinette Dupain-Cheng the school bully? And is a boy named Adrien Agreste really Lila's boyfriend?"
Miss Bustier's eyes went wide in shock, her lips pressed into a befuddled frown, and she wrinkled her nose when she heard these questions. The red-headed woman was quite put off when she asked, "Is… Is That what Lila was telling you?"
Oh… Did that question tell Cecelia all she needed to know… And this crushed whatever was left of her heart…
Wait a second…
Cecelia glanced to the side when she mused out loud as she tapped her chin in thought, "Hang on… If Adrien isn't Lila's boyfriend… Then where did she get those bracelets?"
"Bracelets?" was the unanimous response to that when the nearby beings heard that.
When Cecelia described the two bracelets she saw on Lila's wrist, Jason held up the picture of his daughter when he asked, "Are the bracelets the same ones in this image?"
Cecelia looked at the photo of the little boy again, this time she noticed the bracelets on his wrists… The exact ones that her daughter claimed were from her boyfriend… Oh… By the grace of God! Did Lila!
Cecelia paled at the implication when she managed to get out, "Oh… God… Those are… Are the same ones Lila told me were from Adrien…" She looked at the redheaded man when she said solemnly, "I'm… I'm sorry about your son…"
Jason Blood was now confused when he parroted, "My son?"
Ricky was close enough to hear this and asked the other, "Oh, right, Ah've been meaning to ask yah if yah gave me that particular picture to help with getting tha Over-Summoner to reveal herself."
Jason was still confused when he asked the seeker, "What do you mean by your question?"
Ricky pointed at the photo in the redheaded man's hand when he stated, "Because everyone, aside from the Over-Summoner, thought Kathy was a boy when they saw her picture."
Jason looked perplexed as he looked at the photo of his daughter and pondered out loud, "Really? Why would they think Kathryn is a boy in this?" He didn't seem to get the correlation between the image and everyone mis-gendering his child. The redheaded man simply stated that it was one of his favourite pictures of his daughter because she was having fun at the sports event it was taken at.
Ricky had a bit of a bewildered expression when he managed to get out, "Ah… Ha… So it was a combination of coincidences that helped on that…" The seeker had to wonder if Fate had a literal hand in that.
}{ Meanwhile }{
Lila was pleased with her 'Travelling Update' email she sent that dimwitted Headmaster, who would most certainly buy that story without question. So right now she was lounging as she waited for her mother to return from shopping. Lila hoped that her mother would be smart and bring home something easy to make or some fast food, either or.
Suddenly, the sound of knocking echoed through the unit, causing Lila to jump a bit.
The liar turned to the door wondering why her mother was knocking when she had a key. Then she figured that her hands were full and couldn't use the key.
Lila got up from the couch and made her way to the door. Once she got there, she unlocked the door, and opened it with a pleasant, "Welcome back mo-." The words died in Lila's mouth when she saw that the person standing in front of the unit was most certainly NOT her mother. In fact, she didn't even know who this guy is.
The silver-haired man with the cold green eyes smirked down at his target when he stated in almost a mocking tone, "Not exactly, but didn't she tell you that you shouldn't open the door to people you don't know?"
On edge, Lila got out in a fake courageous tone, "I'm a black belt and my mother is an Italian diplomat."
That smirk didn't leave the silver-haired man's lips when he leaned down and stated sinisterly, "Even if you were telling the truth, neither are going to help you on the way to Hell." His cold green eyes gleamed in amusement when he added in the same tone, "Did you really think there wouldn't be any consequences for trapping a Lord of Hell in the Mortal Plane?"
Oh, did Lila feel her stomach drop at those words.
Suddenly, the door slammed shut. Then the sounds of the locks engaging echoed.
Instead of annoying Silver, it amused him.
Lila backed away from the door in horror. She needed to think of a way out of this! She's done it before! She can do it again!
That was when Lila realised that her mother should be returning soon. 'Ah, yes, she would most certainly protect me. Heck, she would be glad to take my place,' Lila thought with a smirk. And the best part, she didn't even have to do anything to make that happen.
Suddenly, there was a gruff voice out of nowhere saying, "How cruel. You would sacrifice the one person who actually cares about you just to save yourself."
Lila nearly jolted out of her skin and looked around frantically for whoever spoke.
But there was no one else inside the unit, just her…
Lila's attention turned towards the door in dismay when she thought about the man with the long silver hair that was still behind it. 'Could he have…' She thought as she took a step back.
But… The voice she just heard didn't sound anything like that man's… So who's voice was it?
Lila glanced to the side as she thought about this. That voice… It… It responded to what she was thinking… How? When Lila looked at the door, she nearly screamed in terror!
The silver-haired man… Was now inside of the room! Right in front of the still closed door!
Still smirking, Silver stated in that sinister tone, "Oh, please, don't hold back your screams. I enjoy it when my prey is terrified."
Oh! Ho ho! Did that send Lila into a panic.
Thinking fast, the brunette raced towards the fire escape on the balcony outside where the living room was. Lila pulled the window open, setting off the fire alarm in the process, and rushed out to hurry down the fire escape.
Silver casually walked over to the now open window, ignoring the blaring sound that was probably causing a panic throughout the hotel, and leaned out to see where his prey was running to. Silver smirked when he saw her rushing out of the back alley.
Silver glanced up at the nearby rooftop to see Kavod looming over the edge. The being that was still in that English mastiff form.
So far, the plan was going along smoothly.
This was going to be so~ much fun~.
}{
With the building now clear of miasma, Phantasma was more than willing to let Cecelia return to her apartment unit to… Completely digest all this information… But before that…
Cecelia couldn't help but ask the Entity of patience in a conflicted tone, "I-I know that you… You gave those two a lot of leeway regarding the retrieval of my daughter, but…" She appeared even more conflicted by the time she got out, "What kind of… Of pain are those two willing to do?"
Azrael seemed a little confused when they asked, "I believe you heard me ordering Silver and Kavod that they have to retrieve her alive, so she shouldn't sustain any damage to that extent."
Cecelia pressed her lips in a line as she glanced away. Apparently, that wasn't what she was implying or trying to ask…
Asmodeus seemed to catch onto what the mortal mother wanted to truly ask but couldn't get those words out. So the Lord of Lust told their Heavenly sibling, "I'm pretty sure she would like to know if those two might rape the Over-Summoner." A frown appeared on all three of their faces when they added bitterly, "I, of course, despise such a horrid act, but given what that Over-Summoner has done and what she wanted, I am tempted to make an exception for her!"
Oh! Did THAT make Cecelia squirm. But she did admit that that was what she wanted to ask.
Azrael stared at the woman for a bit before they stated in a calm tone, "I doubt either Kavod or Silver would be inflicting that kind of damage or pain to the Over-Summoner." They glanced up in a thoughtful manner when they added, "However, I do doubt that either would stop or prevent such a thing from happening to the Over-Summoner should it arise."
Mammon waved a dismissive hand when he stated, "I figured on that last part, but how can you be sure that they wouldn't rape that Over-Summoner? You clearly didn't order them to refrain from it."
Azrael looked at the Lord of Greed when they stated in a calm but flat tone, "It would be pointless to give Kavod and Silver an order like that, so I don't bother giving it out."
Belphegor was confused when they asked, "Not that I don't understand that kind of logic, but… Why is it pointless?"
Jason Blood glanced to the side with a weary expression when he explained in a matching tone, "Ah, it's pointless because Kavod and Silver are only interested in having sex with each other…" It was clear to anyone looking at the guy that he might've had first-hand knowledge of that information.
Everything went very quiet at this… Aside from the fascinated giggling from the Lust Demons and the amused 'Oooo!' from Asmodeus.
Azrael didn't seem too bothered by the reaction when they added, "Before anyone asks, yes, they are partners in all sense of the word. Both professionally and personally." They shrug when they stated, "They work well off each other, cover each other's weak points, and they trust each other completely." They then stated with a small smirk, "And they will capture the Over-Summoner in the end."
The Miracugroup glanced at one another at this, none were sure what to make of… That information… Nor did they want to in all honesty…
Now that everything was 'settled', for now, the Sins and their underlings had to return to Hell. They had a lot of work to do to restructure and reorganise the damage done due to the Over-Summoner's antics, even more so on poor Asmodeus' end since their Ring was hit the hardest.
In all honesty, the Lord of Lust was the Sin that needed to return to Hell the soonest. Since they were still low on energy, but, they had enough to open a portal to return to Hell themself.
The skeleton key used opened a portal and the beings of Hell went through it. The demons followed their respective lords as they did. Once the last demon walked through, the portal closed unceremoniously behind.
That left the mortals, angels and the Virtues.
}{
Lila ran down the street as fast as she could.
She didn't care about the people she knocked over, or the people who moved out of the way, or even the cars who skidded to a stop in the middle of the road to avoid hitting her. These people, of course, shouted at Lila, but she didn't hear them.
She needed to make sure she got away!
Away from that man with the silver hair!
Lila ducked into an alleyway. She needed to take a break… To catch her breath while doing that, Lila checked her phone, hoping that she could somehow use her sheep to get out of this. Of course, she had to make sure that none of them knew the truth, not like it would be hard.
Suddenly, she heard a familiar gruff voice out of nowhere saying, "None of them will be coming to your so-called 'aide', no matter what story you try to feed them."
Of course, this made Lila jump before she started looking around frantically for the owner of the voice. But no one but her was in the alley,
'Wait? That voice sounded…' Lila thought as she peeked out of the alleyway to see if she lost her pursuers. She didn't see any familiar faces, at all. Lila looked around again before she left the alleyway, not even thinking to look up.
Because had she done that, she would've seen the familiar large black dog looming over to look down at her from one of the rooftops of the nearby buildings. Kavod watched his target texting on her phone, completely ignoring his words from a few seconds ago.
Then again, that was expected.
Sharp teeth gleamed in the light of the sun when Kavod smirked.
Down below, Lila texted Juleka spinning a story about stopping in Paris shortly and wanted to meet up with her since she couldn't get ahold of Alya for some reason. Lila was sure this would work to get that spineless goth to 'hang' with her. The liar smirked when she sent the text… Only to get a reply almost immediately…
Of course, Lila stopped walking and did a double-take at the text she got way too soon. She read the lines of text and went pale as her eyes widened in horror.
The text read, "Sorry, Lila, but there is no way I, or the rest of Miss Bustier's class, would want to 'hang out' with a liar who would use, abuse, and kill others for their own gain. You've already murdered Alya and Kathryn, so there's no way I'll 'meet up' with you! Now do everyone a favour, turn yourself in with the agents who are hunting you."
Lila's hand shook as she read the text three times before her mind started pumping out the questions.
'How? How did she find out?'
'About my lies?'
'Who told her about those?!'
That was when Lila realised something that made her heart stop.
'How did she know that I killed those two? And that guy?!'
Wait a second…
Agents? Plural? Meaning… More than one?
Lila's stomach dropped at the idea of more than that silver-haired man coming after her. She looked up from her phone, and she freaked at what she saw as she took a step back.
A giant, black dog.
A familiar giant, black dog.
Kavod was simply sitting ten meters in front of Lila, staring at her as pedestrians continued on, not even noticing the dog-shaped being.
Lila couldn't believe her eyes at what she was seeing. There was no way she was going to continue on this street! Lila made an about face to back track to a crosswalk so she can go to the other side of the street.
But she didn't get that far…
Yet again, Lila's path was blocked by that man with the long silver hair and the sinister smirk. Like the giant dog, no one seemed to really notice the guy as they continued on their routine.
Lila could feel her heart racing as she looked between the silver-haired man and the giant, black dog as she tried to find a way out! Any way out!
As the silver-haired man started walking towards her, so did the massive mastiff-like being. Slowly boxing the liar in.
Lila frantically looked around for someplace to run, and then settled on running across the street. Of course, she caused cars to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting her as they honked at her! Lila didn't care about them! All she was concerned about was to get away from the silver-haired man and that horrid creature!
Silver kept smirking as he watched his prey flee when he reunited with Kavod. The cold, green-eyed man lovingly stroked the dog-shaped being's head as they watched Lila run off as the pedestrians looked at the teenager in utter shock and dismay.
She was making this a little too easy, but they can add a little spice to the hunt~.
}{
The ambulances have gone to the hospital by this point. They brought everyone who still needed medical attention or had to be brought to the hospital for observance to the closest. The onlookers started leaving, with the urging from the angels.
All who were left were the Miracugroup, angels, Jason Blood, and the Virtues.
Although, they were invited into the now clear building, since it was still going to be empty for the next day or so. Obviously, they won't stay for that duration, but they'll hang for a bit.
Mostly to get answers for a few questions that came up earlier.
First was the issue with using tape to make a Summoning Circle. Was it really that bad to use it? Over-Summoner or not.
Jason Blood explained that easily enough, with a few visual aids to show the effect.
The way it was explained to the Miracugroup, using tape or any method that would keep the Summoning Circle around longer than needed was similar to leaving a window open during a very cold winter. Like the chill coming in through that open source, the normal miasma from Hell seeped into the Mortal Realm. The longer the 'Window' stays open, the more miasma seeps into the mortal realm and the more said miasma builds up to become toxic.
Ahh!
That explains why there was a lot more miasma on site then everyone expected!
Lila must've gotten tired of having to redraw the Summoning Circle everytime and decided using tape would cut back on the prep time. And ignored Asmodeus when they warned her about the ill effects of tape…
You know, by this point, the group decided asking what Lila was thinking would be too much of a headache.
Next was the 'compound' thing.
Again, Jason Blood explained that easily enough.
A 'compounded contract' is essentially a contract that was placed on top of an ongoing contract, usually a duplicate contract.
Under normal circumstances, 'compounded contracts' happen by accident and usually without anyone realising it. The worst that happens during these kinds of 'compounded contracts' is the summoner paying the amount for both those contracts and there being more paperwork than needed on the Heaven/Hell side of things. But it was the side-effects of these 'compounded contracts' that were the real issue… When a 'contract' was put on top of an existing contract, bits of miasma or aura-oma were released into the environment.
However, if a summoner is doing this on purpose… That can cause some trouble for the side the summoned being is from. Not only would that add the same amount to the tab each time, but also cause a legit problem of Area Contamination (aka the miasma or Aura-oma staying in an area longer than it should). Considering how many times Lila put the same contract on Asmodeus when they were trapped over and over again… That certainly added even more miasma to the cluster.
Okay, now the Miracugroup was getting a clearer picture on how the miasma cluster festered so quickly. Lila was doing things that caused a lot of miasma to form and was doing it repeatedly,
Now was the 'Illegal contract' part…
Well, that was a bit more self-explanatory…
But Jason Blood added more to that and why it was also bad.
'Illegal contracts' usually involve keeping a wronged summoned being in a contract that doesn't align with them. While THESE particular contracts were thankfully rare, they were still unpleasant even if they are normally easy to deal with.
The way Jason Blood described a human equivalent would be calling an electrician to fix an issue that would require a plumber while not listening to the electrician. He then went on to state the Illegal contract Lila forced on Asmodeus would be akin to locking an electrician in a room that was slowly filling up with water and not letting them out until they fix the leak despite it not being in their skill set.
Yeah, that does make a lot of sense… Also, yikes!
}{
Lila was panting by the time she got to the Agreste mansion. She leaned against the closest pillar within the walls of the large dwellings to allow herself to rest.
She was safe now. The Agrestes had the best security money can buy, so that meant it can protect her from those two. It was clear to Lila that Gabriel valued her to the point of disengaging his security to let her into his home without issue.
She was safe…
Lila relaxed before she walked towards the kitchen for something to drink, not questioning why Nathalie wasn't in her usual post or even caring.
Once she was in the kitchen she got a large glass of water and gulped it down, then poured another to do the same thing. Lila slammed the glass on the counter as she wondered if that text she got was really from that spineless goth. She checked the text again and compared it to the others Juleka has typed before that.
The wordings, mannerisms within the text, and the lengths didn't match up…
Lila raised a brow as she wondered if Juleka loaned her phone to that brother of hers that she had talked about or something, but… Even if that was the case then… How would that person know what she did?
Biting her lip, Lila sent 'meet up' texts to everyone in her class (aside from Marinette since she didn't have her number for obvious reasons)… And they all came back the same as the one from Juleka and just as immediate. Each time that text came, Lila started panicking more and more.
There… There was no way those sheep could've found out… There's no way… And… And… The texts came way too fast! It was as if they all were waiting to send those texts as soon as they got a response from Lila… That's not possible!
Unless…
These texts weren't from any of those sheeps despite the phone numbers…
"Lila?"
The brunette literally jumped half a meter in the air at the sudden voice. She then jolted to look at whoever spoke with a terrified expression plastered all over her face.
There standing in the entranceway of the kitchen was a confused-looking Adrien.
The blonde teen raised a brow when he asked in an innocent confusion, "What are you doing here?" He noticed the liar's expression before questioning in more of a perplexed tone, "Are You okay? You look like you've seen a ghost or something."
Lila quickly tried to calm herself down when she placed a hand on her chest when she got out, "Oh, it's nothing, you just startled me. That's all." she needed to reign everything in. She had to in order to keep her life the way she planned. Lila made it this far, she can keep it up!
Adrien looked apologetic when he said, "Sorry, Lila, but I didn't expect you to be at my place." He rubbed the back of his neck before he suggested awkwardly, "Do you want me to walk you to dad's office? He mentioned something about our next photoshoot being special, so I think it would be best to talk to him about it now to iron out the details."
That was music to Lila's ears. She practically skipped over to the blonde boy in joy when she cooed out, "Oh, Adrien~! That would be wonderful~!" Then latched to his right arm without warning.
Adrien didn't even flinch when he said with an oddly amused smile, "It's not a problem Lila." He then walked off towards the home office with the liar clinging to his arm as he added, "I'm sure this photoshoot will be unforgettable." Adrien's cold green eyes gleamed darkly in the light despite the pleasant tone he was using.
}{
Chat Noir felt a chill go down his spine before he looked around the area for whatever gave him that strange vibe.
Pegasus noticed the Black Cat Hero's actions and asked, "Chat? Are you okay?"
Chat Noir shuttered before he admitted, "I'm not sure, but… It felt like… Like something funky ran across my spine like a Xylophone…" He glanced around again before adding, "It just felt like a weird vibe."
Azrael listened to the teens talking about this 'strangeness' before taking a slow sip of their tea.
}{
'Adrien' led Lila through the eerily silent hallway as she clung to him uncomfortably close the whole way. That he could've done without, but… A smirk crossed his lips as they closed in on the destination.
Lila, on the other hand, was already thinking that everything was coming together and she no longer had to worry about that silver-haired man and that horrible creature ever again!
Soon enough, they arrived at their destination, 'Adrien' opened the door. He stood to the side when he waved the liar to enter as he gave a bow when he said, "Lovely ladies first."
Lila was positively beaming at this gester when she replied in an 'oh you' tone, "Oh, why Adrien, how gentlemanly of you~." Then she entered the home office as she preened.
'Adrien' smirked as he watched his target go in with those amused cold green eyes.
The moment Lila passed through the archway and took a few steps in, she froze as she went deathly pale at what she was seeing.
The…
The…
The…

Black…
Dog…

Sitting…
On…
The…
Runway…
In…
The…
Middle…
Of…
The…

Lila rubbed her eyes, hoping that she was seeing things! But, when she opened her eyes, that massive black mastiff was still there! Still staring at her.
"Lila? Is something wrong?" 'Adrien' asked in confusion as he walked in. Although, he certainly didn't look like he was confused at all. In fact, he looked positively amused with the liar's reaction.
Lila backed away when she got out in fear, "Adrien! Why is there a… Dog! In your father's office!?" She then backed into the blonde.
"What are you talking about?" 'Adrien' asked, still in a clueless tone before he explained, "He's going to be our co-star." He smirked at what he was seeing.
All Lila could get out was, "WHAT?! THAT THING?! NO WAY IN HELL!"
Large hands rested on the liar's shoulders when 'Adrien' stated in an amused tone, "But Lila, that's where the photoshoot is going to be."
Lila could feel her heart stop when she realised that these hands were way too big to be Adrien's. She swallowed the growing lump in her throat before she slowly turned to see if it was Adrien behind her…
It wasn't.
In Adrien's voice, Silver asked in a mocking tone, "Aw, come now, Lila, don't be one of those divas. That's low, even for you." He smirked sinisterly at his target when she went even paler.
Of course, Lila leapt away from the man with a frightened scream.
This only seemed to spur both Silver and Kavod in to surrounding their target as they smirked at her reaction.
"What did you do with Gabriel and the real Adrien?!" Lila demanded as she tried to look for an opening. Her mind was already going to the 'they're dead! Aren't they,' line of thinking, but she was hoping that she could buy some time so she could escape.
Silver cackled in amusement when he said in his voice, "We didn't do anything to them." He chuckled before he added with a smirk, "Aside from borrowing little Adrien's appearance."
Lila glanced around when she snapped, "No! I know you did something to them! They aren't here!" She needed to distract them so she could seize a chance to escape. Lila then snapped, "You had to have done something to them!"
Now Silver was less amused and more suspicious when he got out as he rested his knuckles on his hips, "Wait? You're being serious? How do you not know why the Agrestes or their staff aren't here?"
That was when Lila snapped in anger, "Don't try to play these mind games on me! Why else would neither Gabriel nor Adrien be in their home!?"
Kavod narrowed his eyes at the liar when Silver stated dryly with a frown, "Because Agreste and his secretary were arrested for child neglect and abuse, while Adrien is currently living with his new legal guardian…" The long-haired man folded his arms in front of his chest when he asked the liar with a raised brow, "It's been on the news non stop since the police made the announcement. So how could you not know about it?"
Lila was quick to snap in anger and fear, "No! Gabriel wouldn't do such a thing! Clearly you're lying!"
Silver and Kavod glanced at each other at those… Words… The long-haired man looked at the target when he asked in a dry tone, "Do you even bother to watch, listen, or read the news? Or even pay attention to recent events?" Although, given the expression on his face, he already had idea on what her answer would be.
In a frantic tone, Lila got out with tears in her eyes, "Of course, I do! which is how I know Gabriel wouldn't do such horrid things to Adrien!"
Silver raised a brow with a 'Not buying what you're selling' expression as Kavod glanced at the other with his eyes still narrowed. The long-haired man let out a hum when he stated, "Yeah, that lie was worse than the being a Black Belt one."
Kavod nodded his head at the liar as he kept his attention on the long-haired man.
Silver looked at the dog-shaped being when he vocalised in interest, "Really? Isn't that strange and rather creepy." He smirked when he looked at the liar and then asked in a sinister tone, "What is your real relationship with Gabriel Agreste?"
Glancing around Lila snapped in a frantic and uneased tone, "Relationship! You're a pervert for saying such things!"
With a flat expression, Silver stated dryly, "Says the one who's on a first name basis with a classmate's parent and company boss." He narrowed his eyes at the teen when he added, "Considering Mr Agreste's personality, strict professionalism, and age difference, I very much doubt he would allow you to call him by his first name so casually. Especially since you are one of his son's classmates." Silver suddenly lunged forward and snagged Lila up by the collar of her jacket.
Of course, the liar yelped in shock at this. Then she struggled to get free from this man's iron grip. His arms were long enough to keep the teen just out of her kicking range.
Silver's cold green eyes glowed red when he said with a smirk, "But I can get the truth from you~. Don't worry, this will hurt quite a bit~." Kavod's smirk showed off his sharp teeth at this.
Suddenly, Lila's head started feeling like it was going to split open. Then all her memories of Gabriel Agreste interacting with her came crashing to the front of Lila's mind. All moving in bursts and at a fast pace. The ones with Gabriel Agreste ordering her to cause events that would allow him to Akumatize her classmates seemed to linger a little longer in her head than the others.
It hurts! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts!
Of course, this pain caused her to scream. The sound echoed through the empty mansion.
When that stopped, Silver released his hold on the liar. Letting her fall to the floor in an undignified manner. He clicked his tongue when he turned to Kavod when he stated, "Contact Lord Azrael. It seems like this little wretch was colluding with Hawkmoth and knew who he was!"
Kavod seemed to recoil a bit in disgust as he grimmoused.
Silver nodded in agreement when he stated as he folded his arms in front of his chest, "Yes, more ammo for both their trials and proof that both only saw Adrien as nothing more than a tool!"
Kavod let out a low growl at this.
Silver moved closer to the other, reached out a hand, and gently stroked the dog-shaped being's head when he said softly, "Yeah, I figured you'd hate that…"
Despite the pain in her skull, Lila made a break for it! And ran right out of the office!
She was no longer safe!
Lila needed to get out of here! So she rushed towards the front entrance and practically shoved the doors open as she bolted away.
Silver and Kavod looked at the doorway when the long-haired man got out in an oddly casual tone, "Ah-le-le (1)? That was careless of us."
Kavod glanced at the other with a flat expression.
Silver smirked as he glanced at the dog-shaped being when he retorted, "The same can be said about you. You're just as guilty as me in regards to letting her escape. For now." His smirk turned sinister at that last sentence.
Kavod returned the smirk as he snickered.
Suddenly, there was a click coming from the painting of Emilie. Then the floor in front of the painting opened and a lift-like section smoothly slid up into the hole in the floor, with someone standing on it.
He was a man slightly above average height, with bright blue eyes, and white hair that was slick back neatly with two strands of his bangs forming a 'V' over his head, a plain face with a small rounded nose, had a lean build, wearing a black shirt paired with a leather jacket with red trims and white lines along the helms, had on a pair of light grey slack, and black sneakers.
This man let out a sigh as he pulled his phone out of his pocket, scrolled through his contact list, tapped on the one he was looking for, and held the phone to his ear. He waited for the line to get through as he glared at the painting of the lady of the house.
"Aye, Prowler, how'd the house search go?" The familiar voice of Jazz came through the phone as the line sprung to life.
The officer let out a huff as he walked to the desk and stated sternly, "I will say this… The theory of Mr Agreste killing and burying his wife under the mansion was only partially true." He glanced around the room out of habit as he waited for a response.
The line was quiet for a few seconds before Jazz asked seriously, "What part of that theory is true, Prowl?"
The officer, Prowl, glanced at the painting when he stated, "She's been kept in some kind of cryogenic tube in a secret basement under the Agreste mansion. Possibly since she "disappeared". My educated guess is that something happened that the Agrestes couldn't go to the hospital for." Prowl looked around the unnecessarily big home office when he added, "This is going to hit Adrien hard when he's told."
Jazz was quiet for a bit before he replied through the phone, "Yeah… It is… How 'bout we hold off on tellin' him until things settle a little more. Now ain't a good time ta do that."
Prowl nodded subconsciously when he stated, "That would be for the best. We can use that time to figure out what happened to Mrs Agreste."
After a few seconds, the call ended.
The officer let out a soft sigh before he dialled another number as he left the home office, leaving it empty once more.

The Césaires stuck close to the middle daughter when they arrived at the hospital.
The doctors examined Alya and… She had a clean bill of health… Physical health at least…
The doctors recommended that Alya start seeing a therapist as soon as she is able to. Ottis and Marlena agreed with that.
They hoped Alya will eventually recover from this… Or at least… They hope she will never remember what happened to her…

Lila kept running!
She had to!
She didn't stop running until she came to a bus stop. of course, Lila was panting as soon as she arrived.
"Hey, kid, you okay?" one of the patrons at the bus stop asked the teen when they heard her arrive.
Lila quickly collected herself when she said, still out of breath, "Yeah, I'm fine… Just… Just didn't want to to miss the bus…"
Another patron raised a brow when they asked the teen, "First time taking the city bus?" They had a book in hand.
Lila leaned against the sign for the but stop when she got out, still out of breath, "Yeah… Kind of…" She needed to think of something to get Those Two off her. Lila can do it! She will come out of this on top!
The patrons at the bus stop glanced at each other, not completely believing what this teen was saying. But they decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.
The third patron glanced at this newbie when they stated in a matter-of-fact tone, "The next bus should be here in 12 minutes or so." Their attention was back on their phone when they added, "Buses tend to get to a stop around a certain time marker. The one for this particular stop more or less arrives around the 23 minutes past the hour mark. Sometimes the bus is late, sometimes it's early, so it's a good idea to get to any bus stop roughly ten minutes before the scheduled estimated time."
A fourth patron then stated, "So you're not going to be in a rush next time."
Lila could've done without the unwanted and unneeded lecture while she was like this, but to avoid suspicion she smiled and told these annoyances, "Thanks! I'll keep that in mind." And now she needed to actually ride this stupid common people transport! How unbecoming. But at least it gave her time to recover from all that running and keep a lookout for Those Two.
After roughly nine minutes the city bus pulled up to the stop. The doors to the vehicle opened and a few seconds later, the passengers for this stop started disembarking in a neat and orderly line. The patrons at the bus stop made sure they had their stuff as they waited for their turn to board.
Lila rolled her eyes as she watched these thespians move about. She couldn't care less about this kind of thing, but if it got her away from Those Two… So be it… At least until the third to last passengers walked off. Lila went pale as she took a step back.
Silver smirked at the reaction of his target as he casually strolled off the bus, with Kavod following close behind him. Both kept their eyes on the liar as they drew closer to her.
Lila backed away in fear at this, not believing that Those Two found her so quickly! What made things worse…
"Hey, kid, you okay? We're heading onto the bus," one of the people at the bus stop called out to her when they realised that the teen was moving away from the bus rather than towards it.
Lila looked between the people at the bus stop and those two in dismay. 'What the hell?! Can they not see them?!' the liar thought as she kept backing away from the long-haired man.
Silver's smirk widened when he told his target, "Tell them if you want, no one will believe you."
That caused Lila's stomach to drop, and kept dropping when she saw that the bus patrons were staring at her like she grew an extra head and not reacting to the long-haired man's words.
With that Lila bolted, as fast as she could.
She had to get away!
She wasn't safe here!
Even the bus driver was confused by the teenage girl's actions when they asked, "Uh… What happened?" No one at the bus stop could give them an answer.
To them, the teen's actions were completely bizarre and made no sense.
Silver and Kavod glanced at each other with matching knowing smirks.

A sleeping Kathryn was tucked under the covers of the medical bed with that Darkrai plushie being hugged close. Her hair was no longer in those braided twin-tails so her blonde and red strands were loose and scattered on top of the pillow. Her breathing was calm and rhythmic.
Relaxed…
Peaceful…
Calm…
Suddenly, a second pair of closed eyes appeared under Kathryn's normal eyes, sharp teeth poked out from between her lips, and a strange aura surrounded her. These lasted only a few seconds before they all vanished.
Kathryn rolled to her side as she nuzzled her Darkrai plushie.
A butterfly with fried edges on its swallowtail-like wings that were blue base, there were a pair of bloody red eyes on the upper sections of the wings while the lower wings resembled white fangs with the part of higher sections being an eerie yellow, and had red main body fluttered from the windowsill to the bright flowers that were in a vase on the nightstand next to the bed the child was sleeping in. It sucked a little nectar from the flowers before it fluttered back towards the windowsill and rested on the ledge. Its little antennae twitched as it turned to face the door to the room.
The child continued to sleep.

Lila didn't want to admit it, but… She was going to have to ditch this identity… She didn't want to, since she loved this identity the most, but… She didn't have a choice…
Lila ducked into a gas station bathroom. Which was gross, by the way. At least there were paper towels and bath tissues. Lila locked the door.
Thankfully, it was a single stall bathroom, but it stank like a dump! At least the mirror was clean enough to see into.
Lila stood in front of the sink that really needed cleaning, and stared into the mirror. She frowned when she thought, 'I haven't done this in close to a decade… So I shouldn't make too many changes… But I need to do enough so I won't be seen as Lila Rossi…'
She liked the colour of these eyes, so she'll keep them. Her hair… She's going to have to change the colour of it, but turning it to something other than brown or black would be too much effort for someone who is very out of practice with shape-shifting magic… Hm, it might be good to turn her hair black rather than keeping it brown… She liked her hair long but for now it would be best to keep it short. She wasn't going to even try changing her skin tone, she had trouble with keeping it constant in the past and then trying to start changing it out of nowhere after so long would be too much of a strain. So she'll leave her skin alone, at least colour-wise. Seriously, she needed a nice, long bath with a thorough wash with some good moisturiser! But a bath will have to wait until she escapes Those Two.
Lila double-checked her new appearance in the mirror. She smiled at what she saw.
A black bob-cut with a small nose that Adrien should find very cute, shiny oval green eyes that Adrien should stare into for hours, kissable lips that Adrien should find mesmerising, ample breasts that should catch Adrien's eyes easily enough that paired perfectly with a beautiful figure that Adrien will adore, and, of course, clean shaven legs that should leave little to the imagination.
Of course, Lila posed in front of the mirror to admire her new look, at least until she realised that she needed to change her clothes since Those Two had seen her in these. But… She couldn't risk going to a clothing store with Those Two on the lookout. Lila frowned when she realised this, but…
She took off her jacket, wrapped it around her waist, tore her shirt so it split until her stomach was exposed then tied the sections so her midriff was exposed and showed off the shape of her breasts, she then ripped the legging of her slacks like her shirt up to her knees, and then adjusted everything to look stylish.
Of course, Lila preened in front of the mirror. She smirked when she thought pridefully, 'This should work, and there's no way Adrien can resist me now. Especially since he'll need someone to comfort him if what that guy said about Gabriel is true~.'
With that she left the gross restroom. Satisfied that she didn't have to worry about Those Two anymore and her better chances at Adrien, who can most certainly give her the lifestyle she deserves
The white crystal and the black crystals on the bracelets wrapped around Lila's left wrist gleamed in the light.
Lila walked through Paris as she soaked in the attention of the pedestrians that only existed in her mind.
She was safe again.
She was perfectly safe.
Now Lila's priority was to find Adrien, make him fall head over heels in love with her, and let him take care of her as long as he has money. It was a perfect plan.
That was when Lila spotted a familiar face sitting on a park bench, drawing away in a sketchbook.
The liar had to do a double-take at the fact that the goody-goody was sitting out in the open, not paying attention to her surroundings.
Lila smirked. Since she was unrecognisable, that goody-goody wouldn't see her coming. 'Well, since Satan wasn't going to do the deed. Plus, I can get rid of her and increase the chance that Adrien will fall for me faster,' Lila thought smugly at this idea. Sure, this will cost her a new identity, but if it got her what she wanted, it was worth it.
Lila spotted a decently-sized rock, picked it up, and sauntured up to the goody-goody with a smirk on her face.
Marinette seemed to be sketching a stoney gargoyle before a shadow fell over her sketchbook, causing her to look up with those cold blue eyes.
}{
Nora kept tapping her right index finger on her left arm as she glanced at her still sleeping middle sister, with the twins snoozing at the foot of the hospital bed. The eldest Césaire daughter would've found the whole scene adorable, if it weren't for the earlier events.
The kickboxer hugged herself at that moment she saw on the news… The image of that demon carrying Alya's body towards the ambulances… There's no way Nora was going to get that out of her memories any time soon…
That was when a knock was heard on the door to the room.
Nora somewhat jumped before she calmed herself down. She then told whoever was on the other side of the door to come in.
The door opened a bit before Marinette poked her head in. She slid in when she asked, "Hey, Anansi, how's everyone doing?" Marinette had a pastry box in hand. Already full of the favourites of the Césaire family members.
Nora let out a breath before she stated in an exhausted tone, "Well, Alys got a clean bill of health, but…" She looked at her sleeping sisters with a worried expression when she added, "Mum and dad are looking into therapists that specialise in… Traumas for her to talk to…"
Marinette could understand the mentality to this, but… She glanced at Alya's sleeping form… The bluette then brought the pastry box to one of the tables when she said, "I'm sure they'll find someone to help Alya through this…"
Nora had to agree.
}{
'Marinette' stared at this older-looking teen for a few seconds before she asked in an unamused tone, "What do you want, Lila?"
That threw off the liar quite a bit, but she was quick to say in a (fake) pleasant tone, "I think you must be mistaken, my name isn't Lila." She moved to get ready to strike.
'Marinette' looked the liar's new appearance over boardly before she stated in that unamused tone, "Lila, you ruined your ugly clothing to make it show off too much of your skin, you're wearing a black wig that's been cut into a bob, you're wearing too much makeup to alter the shape of your facial features, and you've stuffed your bra with something to make yourself bigger than you are." She let out a humph before she added, "Anyone who knows what you look like can tell it's you."
One of Lila's brows twitched at this… Weirdly specific insult… Before she snapped in anger, "Oh, fine! You're right!" She then held up the large rock when she added with a smirk, "But you won't be around long enough to tell anyone."
'Marinette' looked unimpressed as her cold blue eyes didn't leave the liar when she stated, "Really? You're really going to try to kill me? So soon after you killed Alya and Kathryn? Are you That stupid?" She scoffed when she added, "There's no way you're going to make Adrien 'fall' for you with that trend of behaviour."
Lila's eyes widened when she got out in shock, "H-How did you know…" That was when she snapped, "How did you and the rest of those brainless sheep find out?!"
'Marinette' narrowed her cold blue eyes when she stated seriously, "Oh? So you really didn't think of the others as anything more than tools. I can't say I'm surprised, and I doubt Adrien would find that mentality attractive." She smirked at that last line.
Oh, boy! Did That get under Lila's skin.
The liar raised the rock over her head to bash it over the 'bluette's' head… Only the rock seemed to vanish before it could even make contact.
That smirk on 'Marinette's' face grew as she watched the liar's expressions as she tried to figure out what the hell just happened.
The rock fell to the ground close by with a hard thud. Which, of course, got Lila's attention… And she freaked at what she was seeing on the other side of the rock.
That…
That…
Large…
Black…
Dog…
Again!
He was staring at her with those dark eyes as he sat there!
Of course, Lila backed away from the creature in fear.
In almost a mocking tone, 'Marinette' stated, "Oh, my, Lila, how can you be scared of such a handsome dog~."
In anger, Lila snapped in retaliation, "Are you blind!? How could THAT THING be-!" When she turned to look at the bluette, she froze in fear at who she saw in the goody-goody's place.
With a smirk, Silver stated in Marinette's voice in a mocking tone, "Oh, come now, I believe he'd make a great model." He placed a hand on his chin when he stated in his own voice with that smirk still on his face, "Hm, I'm sure he would be more cooperative than you on a photoshoot."
Kavod glanced at the long-haired man with a flat expression.
Silver looked at the mastiff-shaped being when he stated with a shrug, "True, but you Would be easier to work with on a 'shoot' than the Over-Summoner." He then let out a snicker at his words.
Kavod rolled his eyes at this before he shrugged in agreement.
Lila was quick to bolt away from Those Two. Running as fast as she could out of the park. The sweater she was wearing came loose and fell off her waist as she kept running, not even noticing that she even lost her favourite sweater.
'Shit! How did they find me so quickly!? I gave myself a new appearance!' Lila thought as she kept running.
She was no longer safe here!
She needed to get away!
And Lila needed to alter her appearance again!
Lila cursed over the fact that she didn't keep her shapeshifting magic in good condition since she took over this identity! She let herself get too comfortable as the Rossi's only daughter and stopped practicing her natural deceptive magic!
She just kept running. The bracelets' crystals gleamed in the light as she moved.
The burnt orange sweater fell to the ground within the park, completely forgotten by its original owner.
Kavod loomed over the object of clothing with narrowed eyes before looking at silver.
The long-haired man raised a brow at this when he replied, "Really?" He placed a hand on his chin when he mused, "But that does explain the oddly big age-range Lord Asmodeus got…" Silver looked at the sweater when he stated, "Send it to Lord Azrael. They should be able to use it to figure out who this Over-Summoner really is."
Kavod nodded before he looked at the sweater. His eyes glowed red, then the clothing item glowed red. The next thing to happen was the sweater vanishing.
When the glow from Kavod's eyes faded, Silver stated with a smirk, "But, this does mean that we'll have even more fun with hunting her down." Kavod agreed with that with a matching smirk.

Jason Blood sat on the edge of the bed his daughter was still sleeping in. He stared at Kathryn for a bit before he closed his eyes as he sang softly, "In a dream, I can see, you are not far away." Jason opened his eyes to look at his daughter as he continued to sing softly, "Anytime, anyplace, I can see your face." He reached out to brush some stray strands of her now loose hair out of Kathryn's face at this. Jason continued to sing softly, "You're that special one that I've been waiting for."
That was when Etrigan jumped in by singing, a little out of tune, '{And I hope you're looking for someone like me~ (2).}'
Jason couldn't help but chuckle in amusement at this.

Lila had no idea how Those Two keep finding her!
How?!
How?! How?! How?! How?! How?! How?! How?! How?! How?! How?!
How were Those Two ALWAYS able to find her no matter what she changed her appearance to?!
Lila cursed when she realised how low on energy she was. Well, that wasn't too much of a surprise. She's been running all over Paris to get away from Those Two with few breaks and having to use her rusty shifting magic to alter her appearance three times the entire day. That took a lot of energy to use!
That was when Lila rushed into the women's restroom in the train station, which was the cleanest restroom she's been in so far, and locked herself in the biggest stall they had. Lila took the opportunity to catch her breath and then debated on what alterations she needed to do so she could get a train ticket and leave Paris. Heck, she was planning on leaving France, period.
Lila knew that law enforcement had a limit, usually within cities. But she was going to leave the country so the likelihood of any co-operations between any cities in different countries is practically, since they were in very different jurisdiction.
It was a perfect way to escape Those Two. True, it meant that she couldn't return to France and would have to, reluctantly, give up on Adrien, but there were other countries with rich men who Lila could take advantage of.
But still… Adrien would've been so easy to groom into whatever she wanted even after his money runs out.
'Hopefully, I'll get another chance at him in the future, as long as he is still rich,' Lila thought as she slipped on a pair of white skinny jeans, yellow shirt, white jacket, tied her now elbow-long blonde hair into a high ponytail, and left her old clothes on the ground of the stall. Lila looked at herself in the mirror with a frown when she thought bitterly, 'Urg! I can't believe I have to use that dumb blonde bitch's appearance, but the staff here wouldn't dare question why the mayor's daughter is buying a one-way ticket to England.'
If it weren't for Lila's ego, she would've noticed that she didn't make herself identical to Chloe, or even close. She didn't make her skin pale enough, she kept her eyes green rather than turning them blue, she kept her breasts at big as her prior forms, she made herself a head shorter than the real Chloe, her nose was on the wider side, her lips were too large, she had fringed bangs when the real Chloe didn't, made the makeup too heavy, and the shade of yellow for her hair was a sandy blonde rather than a sunny yellow.
In all honesty, anyone who knew, interacted, or even seen the real Chloe Bourgeois would've clocked this person as a fake.
Lila unlocked the stall, peeked out to make sure no one was around, and then left the restroom. She made a beeline to the ticket counter. She waited five minutes before it was her turn.
The ticket clerk was looking at the computer with the currently available tickets when he asked in a rehearsed tone, "Hello, what kind of ticket do you wish to purchase?" He typed something on the keyboard.
Lila adjusted her voice to sound perfectly like chloe when she stated in a stuck up tone, "Give me a one-way ticket to England! Chop, chop!"
The problem was… Lila only sounded like Chloe in her mind… To everyone else, it sounded like someone had huffed some helium and was attempting to act like the mayor's daughter.
The ticket clerk raised a brow at what he heard before he looked up at the current customer and was taken back at the… Chloe Bourgeois cosplayer in front of him… 'What the hell?' the ticket clerk thought before asking in a professional tone, "Oh… Kay, a one-way ticket to England… Would you like that for a regular train or a non-stop sleeper car?" He discreetly hit a security button that would record this 'interaction' for proof of an attempted stolen identity case. Because, come on, the person before the ticket clerk wasn't Chloe Bourgeois.
Lila scoffed when she stated, still in that high-pitch stuck up tone, "Urg, isn't it obvious? Give me a one-way ticket for your most luxurious sleeper car with a 5-star dining car to England. And put it on daddy's tab, of course." The liar thought she was doing a perfect act of Chloe Bourgeois, but that wasn't the reality of the situation.
The ticket clerk raised a brow at this… 'Act' before he stated in a professional tone, "We don't have 'tabs'. If you want any train ticket, you need to buy it on site or pre-order the ticket on our website." The ticket clerk was following their protocol regarding suspected identity theft situations.
Lila let out a scoff before she got out, still in that stuck-up tone, "Do you know who I am? I can have my daddy fire you for your idiocy!" The liar couldn't help but think that she was nailing Chloe's personality.
But… To the ticket clerk and the other patrons… This behaviour was not in line with how Chloe Bourgeois usually acted in public as 'The Mayor's Daughter'…
A few patrons had their phones out and were recording this… Weird Chloe cosplayer and her actions.
The ticket clerk remain professional when he stated, "I do apologize for this, but we have our rules and regulations regarding how one purchases tickets." He pulled up the type of ticket that this cosplayer Chloe wanted on the display screen for the customer when he said in a professional tone, "If you still want the ticket, you will have to buy it now. That train will be leaving for England in 30 minutes and the next train with your specifications won't be for another week."
Lila let out a low growl at this. She really didn't want to use her own money to buy this ticket, but she didn't have a choice if she wanted to get out of here as fast as possible. So Lila pulled out her credit card and quickly paid for the ticket, which was, of course, expensive and would put a nice dent in her finances. The liar made sure to complain about being treated like a commoner in 'Chloe's voice'. The moment she got her ticket she stormed off as she snapped, "My daddy will be hearing about this horrid treatment!"
'I doubt it Miss Fake,' the ticket clerk thought as he pulled up the purchase and printed out a copy as he saved the transaction in the same file as the recording from the security camera. He looked at the name that was on the card as he wondered who the hell was Lila Rossi.
Lila checked which terminal her train would be departing at before she rushed in that direction to catch it before it left.
Soon, she'll be free.
Soon, she won't have to worry about Those Two anymore.
Soon, she will be safe.
"Planning a trip, Lila?" Someone suddenly asked into the liar's ear. someone with a very familiar voice.
Lila froze in fear before she slowly turned towards the voice to see that man with the cold green eyes and the long silver hair standing right there, smirking at her in amusement.
Thinking fast, Lila snapped in that tone she believed sounded like Chloe, "I don't know what you're talking about, I am Chloe Bourgeois. The Mayor of Paris' only daughter."
Anyone who heard this paused to look at the fake Chloe in confusion, all wondering who she was trying to fool and how she didn't know about the scandal of the former Style Queen.
Unimpressed, Silver folded his arms when he stated flatly, "Sure, and I'm the Queen of England." He scoffed before asking with narrowed eyes, "How long were you classmates with the real Chloe Bourgeois? And I'm talking about the time where you actually bothered to show up for school. Because from my limited perspective of her, I seem to know more about Ms Chloe than you." Silver frowned when he added, "That has to be your worst disguise so far, Lila."
Without much warning, or choice, Lila bolted towards the terminal her train was. Shoving people to the side if they didn't get out of her way fast enough. Lila cursed as she wondered how that guy was able to find her so quickly, again! Her disguise was perfect! He shouldn't have seen through it.
Yet he did… How?
Lila rushed onto the deluxe train, and made a beeline to her personal sleeping compartment. She practically collapsed on the couch next to the window with a relieved sigh before she just panting to catch her breath.
A few seconds later, the alert for the departure of this train was announced over the PA system. Also stating that the doors were now closed.
Lila relaxed at this, using her left hand to brush her sweat-stained bangs out of her face. The black and white crystals gleamed in the light as she did.
She was safe.
She had escaped.
She came out on top like she should.
Lila closed her eyes in bliss when she morphed back to her 'Lila Rossi' identity while still wearing the clothing she wore to make herself look like Chloe as thought happily, 'I'm safe.'
Suddenly, the liar heard a familiar gruff voice saying, "Run if you like, hide if you can, and fight if you have to. In the end, you're never going to escape us."
Lila felt a cold chill pulsating down her spine before her attention was on the scene outside the window of the train. She just happened to look out right in time to see that massive black mastiff sitting on the platform, staring right at her!
As the train passed, that dog's attention was solely on Lila, much to his horror.
As the train continued on, Silver walked up behind the dog-shaped being when he asked, "Did you send her that warning?"
Kavod morphed into his human form when he turned to the other with a nod.
Silver smirked sinisterly when he said, "Good, let's hope she heeds it and gives us a fun hunt." Kavod nodded in agreement with a matching smirk.
}{
Meanwhile…
The real Chloe was having a blast with her siblings and Sabrina as they worked on constructing a nice little rooftop garden on the hotel.
Sure it was manual labor, which Chloe usually didn't do, but she was having too much fun with everyone to care! This garden was going to be great for them.
}{
Azrael narrowed their eyes at the data they were looking at. From both the Dupont Headmaster and Kavod.
Now that they had more information to work with, they can take the appropriate measures to collect all that was needed to ensure that this Over-Summoner stays in Hell for a long time due to her deeds.
Azrael turned to a few of their seekers and their defenders when they ordered in a stern tone, "Each of you have been given an area of Germany that the Over-Summoner has been to. You know what you have to find."
"Yes, Lord Azrael!" These Angels stated in union before they vanished in a flash of light.
Once they were gone, Azrael moved to check on their Sinful siblings and how things were progressing in Hell.

There was a giggling in the darkness before someone said, "About time Karma came into play. She's not going to escape the consequences this time." Then giggled again.

Three days later… In England…
Lila walked off the train with a satisfied smile on her face. She was in a new country so very far away from Those Two and certainly out of their jurisdiction. So once again, Lila came out on top, like usual.
She was safe.
At least until Lila spotted both Silver and Kavod standing next to a vending machine near the exit, simply drinking cans of cola. Both looked directly at their target and smirked sinisterly.
Lila's stomach dropped so heavily as she paled in fear with widened eyes. 'How?' Was all she could think as all the other people went about their business. All didn't seem to notice either the duo nor Lila.
After a few more seconds, the liar rushed out of the train station as fast as she could, in a futile attempt to escape.
However, there wasn't going to be an escape for Lila. Not this time.

1… For those of you readers who have been speculating on why Silver and Kavod's appearances seem so familiar (well, maybe to some of you)… Yeah, this should help with putting the pieces into place as to who they are. Also , I've wanted to make this character say that line for a while and stay tune for more of this in one of my Non-Miraculous Story~ .
2… Hmm , let's see how many of you readers can figure out what games this particular part of a song is from~. I'll give you double points if you don't use Google or a Wiki, but given the age of these games… I'd just be happy if you know about them. And yes, I'm probably showing my age, again .
~}I{~
Gale-Dragon: Okay, the next chapter is going to be one helluva ride with Silver and Kavod hunting down Lila no matter where she tries to hide or what appearance she may take on. With the accompaniment of a song to the essential chasing montage~.
