Chapter Fifty-Two
Capture
As the scream was heard from the side, everyone went silent and Tyroth narrowed his eyes then turned to the Knights, the Hamato Clan and the Disciples.
"Pandora!" Monalisa exclaimed in horror.
"Aurora!" Rex yelled at the same time but he stopped himself as he heard Monalisa.
Tyroth turned to Devina and gave her a look which meant she had to go and investigate.
Devina didn't argue and turned to run in the direction of the scream then Tyroth turned to everyone and he looked at Monalisa and Jake who were pointing their weopons a the Raven as he had his hands in the air.
"Stand down!" he said.
"What?" the Knights and the Hamato Clan said at the same time and Diablo also looked shocked.
"What are you waiting for?" he asked.
"Shut up!" Tyroth barked then looked at everyone.
"Just stand down!" he said "Fighting and Arguing won't get us anywhere! We're here for Pandora! To bring her home!"
Samson looked at Tyroth.
"If you want her, you can have her!" he said "Even if she doesn't remember you!"
"Yeah!" Lilith said "We only saved her and took her in because she didn't remember who she was or where she came from!"
Seth nodded.
"If we knew she was one of yours we would have returned her!" he chimed in.
"So would I!" Samson said glaring at Diablo.
"And I!" Rex shouted "I've seen parents and their kids get separated in war zones! Some even lost to death!"
Lamia also agreed with a nod then looked to Diablo.
"Why did you lie?" she asked.
Diablo glowered.
"I did not!" he shouted "I never lied! I didn't even know she was Pandora!"
He then heard Jake's gun click behind his head.
"Give us one Damn good reason not to shoot you here where you cower!"
Diablo looked up at Jake and Monalisa and as he did, his blood ran cold seeing the hate in their eyes, his older siblings who once loved him and swore to protect him, now were ready to kill him and for what? For looking after their amnesiac daughter/niece?
"I didn't steal her from you!" he said "I never lied! I never believed she was one of you! Let alone your daughter, my niece! Like are there other Mutants in your home or any new ones you've welcome over the years since I fled?"
Tyroth glared again but Diablo looked at him.
"You want her back? You can have her!" he spat "But let my Disciples go!"
"Diablo?" Samson asked in shock.
"Look! You want to be mad at me? Call me liar? Go ahead! I've spoken my case! But it makes no difference! These Mutopians want my head and I'll happily give them it! But you lot! You had no part in this! Get out of here!"
Seth and Lilith looked at each other then at Diablo.
"Are you serious?" she asked.
Diablo nodded.
"Go! Go!" he said "Unless you want to join the Mutopians too?"
The Disciples looked at each other then at Diablo, they were unsure of what to do next, they were shocked that the lizard girl they had saved was really one of the Mutopians who had lost their memory and they had been confronted by her family, but they were also unsure of what to think of Diablo, their leader and all he had told them and gained their trust.
If what Tyroth spoke of was true, were they ever safe to begin with?
But they didn't have a chance to properly think when they heard shouts as well as their walkie talkies going off.
"Dad! Dad! Tyroth!"
"Samson! Rex! Come in!"
"Lamia! Come in!"
Samson snatched up his walkie talkie and Tyroth looked to the side.
"Come in Chastity!"
"She's down! Aurora's down! She's hurt!"
"Tyroth! You better get here! Where's James and Dahlia?"
Tyroth narrowed his eyes as he realized Pandora must be hurt.
"Kids!" Sephie cried.
"Pandora! No!" Monalisa screamed.
Tyroth glared and pointed to Diablo.
"Seize him!" he said and Jack, Jun and Leonardo instantly went over to Diablo and jumped on him.
"You're not getting away this time traitor!" Jack spat as he grabbed Diablo's wings and Jun helped him by keeping them pressed on his back and at the same time Leonardo tied Diablo's hands behind his back using his arms to bind his wings.
Diablo winced both over his wrists getting grabbed as well as his bullet wound in his shoulder.
Tyroth then ran in the direction of where the shouts had come from, the others following including the Disciples as they too were concerned.
Meanwhile, Chastity, Heather, Ravage, Regan and the Geckolings had flown down through the trees to get to Aurora who lay on the ground motionless, and they could see that one of her legs was twisted showing that it was broken and she was unconscious.
"No! Pandora!" Freya shouted as she dived down and Chastity flew down as well before landing beside her.
"Aurora!" Regan exclaimed and began crying "I didn't mean to! I didn't! Please!"
"You keep away from her!" Freya spat at Regan pointing at her.
"You better not have killed her!" Freya screamed.
"Sis! Not now!" Loki stopped her as Chastity landed next to Pandora and began to check her over.
"Is she gonna be okay?" Regan asked "Angel? Is she gonna be okay?"
Heather took out her Shell-Cell.
"Tyroth! We need James and Dahlia! Can you send them to my co-ordinates?"
"Right away Heather!" Tyroth's voice was heard on the other side.
Chasity looked over the young hybrid as she lay there and she hesitated to touch her.
"Oh god…" she whispered.
Ravage bit his lip.
"Angel?" he asked "Is…is she?"
"No…she's still alive!" Chastity reported "But she may be suffering broken bones or even a brain bleed!"
"No! Oh Gods! No!" Freya sobbed as she tried to get to Pandora but Loki held her back despite his concern for his cousin.
Ravage walked over to Pandora's body as did Heather.
"What did you do?" the dragonfly demanded.
"We didn't do anything!" Chasity shouted "We didn't even know who she was when she was found!"
"He's been lying to you!" Freya shouted "The Raven lied!"
"Freya! Calm down!" Loki said "Getting angry is not going to help Pandora!"
Chastity looked at Pandora again then she looked up as she heard sounds and before long Devina arrived and Tyroth appeared with the other Mutopians, the Hamato Clan and the Disciples in tow not long after.
No sooner did they see Pandora on the ground and in a bad way they were horrified.
"No! Pandora!" Monalisa and Raphael tried to get to their child but were held back by Sephie, Sarah, Donatello and Sharky.
Kemeko too tried to get to Pandora but Leonardo held her back.
"What happened?" Tyroth asked after he tried to calm everyone down.
"Regan dropped her!" Freya snapped pointing at the Vampire bat.
"No!" Regan shouted "It was an accident!"
Heather looked rather upset as she looked at Pandora then at Regan.
"I tried to grab her! I tried to get her to remember but she struggled and then slipped from the Bats grasp!" she explained.
"She fell quite a height!" Chasity said "I'm amazed she's still alive!"
"She's alive?" Sephie exclaimed.
Just then voices were heard from the side and James and Dahlia appeared with their medical equipment.
"Move! Move!" James yelled and Chasity jumped up and moved away as the Chimpanzee and Wolf looked over Pandora and checked her over.
Monalisa and Raphael held each other and cried as they watched and Michelangelo bit his knuckles in terror.
"Little Geisha! Please!" he begged "Please be okay! Please!"
After what seemed like hours, James looked up and glared.
"We have to get her back to Mutopia!" he said "She's badly hurt!"
"How?" Tyroth demanded.
"We're pretty sure she's got broken bones! And maybe even worse!"
"No!" Monalisa sobbed.
"If we don't get to work on her soon, she could die!" James barked then looked at Dahlia.
"Dahlia! Neck Brace!"
"On it!" Dahlia said as she took it out and together they put it around Pandora's neck.
Devina then rushed over with her hands glowing, "Please, let me help!" she said and knelt down to place her healing magic on Pandora.
"No…" Regan sobbed as she walked over but Chasity stopped her and held her close before glaring at Diablo who stood in the custody of the Mutopians being held tightly by Jun and Jack.
The other Disciples also back away as James and Dahlia worked on Pandora.
"We should go…" Chasity said "They want their member back….Aurora…or rather Pandora, they can have her, she belongs with them."
"What?" Regan asked tearfully.
"It seems Diablo didn't tell us everything." Chasity said looking at Diablo who was now looking at Pandora with concern.
Samson, Rex, and Lamia also backed away.
"If Diablo tells us to go, we should go…" Samson said "He's what the Mutopians want."
"You saying we abandon our leader?" Rex demanded.
"He told us to go, he told the Mutopians to let us go." Samson said.
Rex and Lamia were reluctant but they remembered the other times Diablo had told them to run if they were faced with trouble and along with Ravage, Chastity and Regan they slowly backed away into the woods as the Mutopians and the Hamato Clan watched James and Dahlia anxiously.
After five minutes and after Devina had done what she could with her magic, James checked Pandora again.
"She's stable!" he reported.
"Oh thank goodness!" Monalisa cried as she tried to get over to Pandora but she was still held back by Sephie and Sarah.
"We need to get her to the Ninjet." Dahlia said "And get home!"
Tyroth looked around to see where the Disciples were only to find that they had disappeared.
Jake also noticed.
"Where did they go?" he asked confused.
Amber narrowed her eyes.
"They've abandoned Diablo!" she hissed looking at the Raven.
"I think they did!" Kate agreed.
"I told them to go!" Diablo snarled as he lifted his head "It's me you want! Not them!"
Jake glowered at Diablo.
"We've got a lot of questions for you!" he said "All these years you've been on the run, and now we've got you!"
Jack and Jun then marched the Raven forward as they followed the others to the Ninjet.
Michelangelo and Sharky carried Pandora on a stretcher as James and Dahlia watched over her and they soon made it to the Ninjet and everyone piled in.
Instantly Monalisa and Raphael sat next to their child and it was then James and Dahlia allowed them to touch her.
"Is she going to be okay?" Monalisa sobbed as she squeezed her daughter's hand and kissed it "Please….please God! Please."
Raphael did the same to her other hand.
For weeks they had been prayed to find their lost child after fearing her to be dead, and now they had found her, but now she was in a bad condition and they prayed she would be okay and she would come back to them.
"Please baby! Please!"
Tyroth meanwhile made sure everyone was on the Ninjet, including their prisoner who kept his head down and didn't try to resist.
Once everyone was on, he climbed inside and shut the doors and Jack went to the front to fly the aircraft whilst he decided to ask the Geckolings and Heather what had happened with Pandora.
Sobbing softly, the geckolings explained how they had found Pandora with Regan attacking a young man and woman they had chased from the farmhouse and how she hadn't recognized them.
"She looked at us with a blank expression!" Loki said "She didn't recognise us!"
"She didn't know you?" Kemeko asked as she looked at the Geckolings.
"No way…" Sonia cried "You mean to say she didn't know who you were? What about herself?"
"She said her name was Aurora." Freya sniffled "It was so hurtful…they way she spoke to us…" she hugged her mother and Sephie cuddled her close.
Kemeko in turn hugged Leonardo and he held her close.
Tyroth sighed.
"After she was knocked into the river when Kodama and Hanako blew up the warehouse, she must have lost her memory." he said.
"It's possible." James said "When one goes through a traumatic experience, it can effect her memory."
"No…" Michelangelo said in a scared voice "You mean…Pandora is lost, and even if she wakes up…"
"When she wakes up!" Monalisa snapped as she still clutched Pandora's hand.
"Will she remember us?" Michelangelo asked a little shocked that Monalisa had snapped at him, but he didn't blame her as she was so upset as well as desperate to have her daughter back.
"I don't know Mikey." Dahlia said "We can only hope she remembers when she wakes up."
"The sooner we get back to Mutopia the better." Tyroth said "And we'll need to break this news to the others when we arrive."
"What's Master Splinter going to say?" Donatello asked "Or better yet Old George?"
Tyroth sighed.
"I'll handle that Donnie." he said "But right now, Pandora needs help, and we have a prisoner to interrogate…" he growled looking at Diablo who sat in the back inbetween Jack and Jun.
Diablo looked up and glared with his moonstone eyes.
Tyroth glowered back at him, hungry to know answers to what happened when he found Pandora, and more on what he had been doing in the years since he had fled Mutopia.
Yet he also wanted to know why the other Disciples had left.
He had wondered before if they wanted to, he would have given them the chance to come to Mutopia if they wanted to, or even ask Diablo themselves if he had truly been hiding anything from them if he had that was.
Meanwhile, the Disciples, after they had fled and watched Diablo get dragged off by the Mutopians.
Regan watched with tears in her eyes, and Lilith and Seth looked hurt.
"I can't believe we just left him to them." Lamia said.
"He told us to flee." Samson said "Like he has before."
"And he told the Mutopians to leave us, as we had no part in the crime that he committed in their eyes."
"That he had taken Pandora, Aurora." Rex said.
"Do you think he really knew deep down Aurora was Pandora?" Lilith asked with narrowed eyes.
"I have no idea." Seth said.
"What do you think they'll do to him?" Ravage asked.
"Will they kill him?" Regan asked.
"I don't know." Rex said.
"Look guys." Samson said "Whatever Diablo did to them, what he did do, was he found us and brought us together, saved our lives!"
The other Disciples looked at Samson and they couldn't deny it, despite everything he did save them and brought them together as well as lead them for many years.
"If it hadn't been for him, I never would have escaped that Cult." Ravage said.
"And Myself and Samson would be dead." Rex agreed "And our killers never would have been brought to justice."
Chastity sighed.
"He helped me as well, after my Step-Uncle ruined my life." she said.
"And saved my life when my cousins tried to murder me." Lamia agreed.
Samson narrowed his eyes.
"After all he's done for us, we can't just abandon him!" he said "We need to return to Chicago! Follow them!"
"I'll fly on ahead!" Ravage said "You guys grab the vans and I'll guide you!" he opened up his wings and took into the air.
"Come on everyone!" Samson said and the others agreed before heading back to the where they left the vans to follow Ravage's lead.
As they walked, they felt a twinge of guilt just leaving Diablo, but at the same time, he told them to leave and they wondered if despite of what happened they were still loyal and would come for him.
"I wish we knew more." Samson thought as he lead the others away "But whatever happened, he did bring us together and gave us a new life to get our justice to who destroyed our lives, The Mutopians didn't give up on finding Aurora/Pandora, we can't give up either with Diablo…"
The End...or is it?
And thus ends 'Little Geisha Lost'! Yes I know! Another fic that ends on a cliffhanger!
It might be the end of this story, but not the full story, as a sequel is in the making! When will it be published? Well that's for me to know and you to find out!
I have to say the ending was rather tricky to write and I hope I pulled off a good enough ending?
Pandora has been found, yet has been hurt, and Diablo's been captured and the Disciples despite their feelings, they still hold loyalty to Diablo for what he did for them.
And I'm sure a lot of you want to know if Cyber Hanako and the Foot will make their apperance again.
