Chapter 105: Orange League Tournament R3! Ash vs Hau!
Hello everyone, this chapter will focus on Ash's battle against Hau, sorry for the late upload I've been pretty busy this week with work and didn't have a lot of free time. Also, it's now been 2 years since I've started this story, and I just want to say thank you to all of you for continuing to read. Now let's begin the story.
The chapter begins the next day after the last chapter ended and it's currently 9am in the morning. We head over to the beach and see Pikachu, Misty, Leaf, and Tracey who're currently watching Ash training his Pokémon as there's then an explosion. When the explosion clears, we see Ash's Dartrix, Lycanroc, and Incineroar looking at each other having serious looks on their faces. The 3 mons are about to charge at each other as Ash speaks.
"Okay that's enough!" Ash says causing the 3 mons to stop as they look at their trainer. Ash runs over to the 3 mons and when he gets close enough, he looks at them and speaks.
"You 3 are looking great that's enough training for now." Ash says with the 3-mons nodding as they begin to relax. As they're relaxing the others walk over to Ash and when they make it Misty speaks.
"Incineroar, Dartrix, and Lycanroc and looking great Ash." Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, they're very motivated." Leaf says with Tracey agreeing with her with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yep, but the one who's the most motivated is Dartrix as when I told him that Hau was my next opponent, he got very excited." Ash says with the group nodding as Tracey speaks.
"Dartrix must be looking forward to facing Hau's Dartrix again." Tracey says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"You're right because last time our battle came out to be a tie but this time, we're going to win right guys?" Ash says as Incineroar, Dartrix, and Lycanroc let out a roar agreeing with Ash making the boy smile as he continues to speak.
"I also heard from Prof. Oak that Pidgeot has been trying to teach Dartrix a new move, but he didn't know what it was, and it seems like Dartrix hasn't fully learned it yet." Ash says with the group nodding as Misty speaks.
"We should be heading over to the stadium Ash as the battles are going to start soon." Misty says with Ash nodding as he returns the 3 mons back to their Pokeball's. Once he does that the group heads over to the Pokémon Center for Ash to heal up his Pokémon and when that's over, they begin heading over to the Orange League. 1 hour later the battles have begun Nemona along with Rinto, Barry, and Cameron have already won their battles and are sitting with Misty, Leaf, and Tracey waiting for Ash and Hau's battle to start as Cameron speaks.
"Man, I'm so excited for this battle!" Cameron says happily as Nemona speaks.
"I'm interested in seeing how strong Hau is." Nemona says as Tracey speaks.
"When Ash and Hau battled before their match came out to be a tie." Tracey says with Nemona nodding as Rinto speaks.
"So, this means that this is the battle that'll decide who's stronger between them." Rinto says with the group nodding as they then hear a voice.
"Here come Hau and Ash!" Jake says over the mic as everyone looks at the battlefield and see Hau, Ash, and Pikachu walking out of the hallway. When they do the crowd begins to cheer for them as the 2 boys then make it to their sides of the battlefield. Once they make it Hau and Ash look at each other having smiles on their faces as Jake continues to speak.
"Now it's time to see who their referee is!" Jake says as Danny appears and is walking to the referee spot. Don George then speaks.
"The referee for this battle is Danny the Orange Crews East Star and the Navel Island Gym Leader!" Don George says causing the crowd to let out a loud cheer as Danny looks at them, has a smile on his face and waves at them. A couple seconds later Danny makes it to the referee spot, he looks at both boys and smiles with Ash and Hau smiling back at him. After that Danny then begins to speak.
"This is a full 6v6 single battle between Hau and Ash. Both trainers are allowed to substitute their Pokémon at any time and whoever defeats all of their opponents' Pokémon first will be declared the winner. Do both trainers understand?" Danny asks with Ash and Hau nodding, making Danny smile as he speaks.
"Now that both trainers understand please send out your first Pokémon!" Danny says as both boys pull out their Pokeball's and speak.
"Vaporeon go!" Noctowl, I choose you!" Both boys say as they throw the balls forward and send out their Pokémon. Hau sends out a Vaporeon while Ash sends out his shiny Noctowl who's flying in the air then looks at Vaporeon. The crowd is amazed by Ash's shiny Noctowl as Barry speaks.
"I didn't know that Ash had a shiny Noctowl." Barry says with Cameron saying the same thing as Rinto takes a closer look at Noctowl and speaks.
"It looks smaller than a non-shiny one." Rinto says as Misty speaks.
"Noctowl maybe small but he's strong." Misty says with Leaf and Tracey agreeing with her as Rinto nods. Back on the battlefield Hau looks at Ash's Noctowl and speaks.
"I've never seen a shiny Noctowl before it looks cool" Hau says as Ash speaks.
"If you think Noctowl looks cool now just wait for when he battles." Ash says, making Hau excited as he then looks at Vaporeon and speaks.
"Get ready Vaporeon." Hau says with the mon nodding as it gets in a battle stance Ash looks at Noctowl and speaks.
"Noctowl, you get ready too!" Ash says with Noctowl nodding as he gets in a battle stance too. The 2 trainers along with their Pokémon wait for the battle to start as Danny speaks.
"Now that both trainers have sent out their first Pokémon let the battle begin!" Danny says as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Ice Beam!" Hau calls. Vaporeon quickly fires out an icy beam that heads for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl use Psychic to send it back!" Ash calls. Noctowl's eyes glow as he sends out a wave of psychic energy that connects with the ice beam and sends it back at Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon dodge then use Aqua Jet!" Hau calls. Vaporeon dodges the ice beam then covers its body in water and shoots upward heading for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl stop Vaporeon with Psychic and send it back towards the battlefield!" Ash calls. Noctowl nods as his eyes glow and sends the psychic waves at Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Bite and keep heading for Noctowl with Aqua Jet!" Hau calls. When the waves of psychic energy are about to connect with Vaporeon the mon covers its teeth in dark energy and bites it easily, getting rid of the psychic attack. Vaporeon then continues heading for Noctowl and rams its head into Noctowl's stomach making the owl cough in pain. Vaporeon looks at Noctowl and takes a deep breath as Hau speaks.
"Now use Ice Beam!" "Noctowl use Hypnosis!" Both trainers' call. When Vaporeon's about to fire the icy beam Noctowl sends out hypnotic rings that connect with Vaporeon and instantly put the mon to sleep. Ash has a smile on his face and speaks.
"Great job Noctowl!" Ash cheers with Noctowl nodding as Hau smiles and speaks.
"Nice try Ash but that's not going to work. Vaporeon use Sleep Talk!" Hau says surprising Ash as Vaporeon takes in a deep breath and shoots out a large Hydro Pump out of its mouth that consumes Noctowl causing the mon the crash on the battlefield creating a dust cloud as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl!" Ash calls in worry as when the dust clears Noctowl's laying on his back groaning in pain then looks at the sky and sees the sleeping Vaporeon falling towards him as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Sleep Talk again!" Hau calls. Vaporeon fires out an Ice Beam that heads for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl counter with Moonblast!" Ash calls. Noctowl quickly fires a pink orb of fairy energy that collides with the Ice Beam creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appear Vaporeon and Noctowl who are sent sliding away from each other. Noctowl manages to fly back in the air and when Vaporeon's about to hit the battlefield it wakes up and safely lands on the ground as it looks at Noctowl with Noctowl looking back. In the stands Rinto speaks.
"It seems like they're evenly matched so far." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash looks at Hau and speaks.
"Your Vaporeon's pretty tough Hau I wasn't expecting it to know Sleep Talk." Ash says as Hau speaks.
"After I watched your Heracross use it in the Kanto league I figured that it'd come in handy, and it seems like I was right." Hau says with Ash nodding as Hau continues to speak.
"But that's enough talk come on let's continue." Hau says with Ash agreeing with him as he speaks.
"You got it and here we come!" Ash says as he looks at Noctowl and calls for a command.
"Noctowl use Calm Mind then Air Slash!" Ash calls. Noctowl quickly calms his mind which raises his special attack/defense. Noctowl's wings glow and begins flapping them fast sending out multiple slashes of wind at Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon knock them away with Liquidation then use Hydro Pump!" Hau calls. Vaporeon covers its tail in water as it becomes a water blade. Vaporeon then begins to easily get rid of the slashes of wind and when it gets rid of all of them Vaporeon fires out a large stream of water from its mouth that heads for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl get rid of the Hydro Pump with Psychic then use Echoed Voice!" Ash calls. Noctowl fires the waves of psychic energy and easily destroys the big stream of water. After that Noctowl lets out a loud noise that heads for Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon counter with Hyper Voice!" Hau calls. Vaporeon lets out a loud yell that collides with the Echoed Voice. The two attacks start going back and forth with each other until Noctowl's attack overpowers Vaporeon's and destroys it. The Echoed Voice is now heading for Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Double Team to dodge then use Aqua Jet!" Hau calls. Vaporeon quickly creates multiple clones of itself and dodges the attack as the move hits some of Vaporeon's clones instead. Vaporeon along with its clones then cover their bodies in water and shoot upward heading for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Get rid of them with Air Slash!" "Vaporeon dodge!" Both trainers' call. Noctowl's wings glow and begins firing out multiple slashes of wind that connect and get rid of Vaporeon's clones. As for the real Vaporeon it's easily evading all of the slashes of wind and is getting closer to Noctowl going to hit him as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl use Protect!" Ash calls. Noctowl quickly summons a protective barrier that causes Vaporeon to hit it and is bounced away as Ash speaks.
"Now Noctowl use Hurricane!" Ash calls. Noctowl roars as he flaps his wings fast and creates a big Hurricane that heads for Vaporeon as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Blizzard!" Hau calls surprising Ash as Vaporeon roars summoning a large blizzard that easily freezes the Hurricane destroying it and does some damage to Noctowl making the mon groan in pain as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Aqua Jet!" Hau calls. Vaporeon covers its body in water and shoots forward going to hit Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Use Psybeam!" "Vaporeon use Double Team to dodge and hit Noctowl!" Both trainers' call. Noctowl looks at Vaporeon and fires out a psychic beam. Vaporeon sees the beam coming and quickly creates multiple clones of itself and dodges the attack. Vaporeon along with its clones now go to hit Noctowl as Hau speaks.
"Do it Vaporeon!" Hau cheers as just when Vaporeon's about to hit Noctowl Ash smiles and speaks.
"Sorry Hau but that's not going to work. Noctowl stop them with Psychic!" Ash calls. Noctowl lets out a roar and sends psychic energy in all directions grabbing Vaporeon's clones along with the real Vaporeon. Vaporeon's clones disappear as the real Vaporeon groans in pain from the psychic damage Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon free yourself with Bite then use Blizzard!" "Oh, no you don't! Noctowl use Echoed Voice then Moonblast!" Both trainers' call. Vaporeon covers its teeth in dark energy and bites the Psychic easily destroying it. Then when Vaporeon's about to use Blizzard Noctowl lets out a loud voice that causes Vaporeon to stop and is causing damage to the mon. Noctowl then summons a pink orb of fairy energy and throws it at Vaporeon hitting it. The Moonblast is sending Vaporeon towards the battlefield as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Liquidation on the Moonblast then land!" Hau calls. Vaporeon groans in pain but then covers its tail in water turning it into a water blade and slashes the pink orb in half destroying it. Vaporeon then safely lands on the battlefield as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl use Psychic on Vaporeon to hold it in place and use Sky Attack!" Ash calls. Noctowl sends out the waves of psychic energy that connect with Vaporeon doing damage and holding the mon in place. Noctowl then glows in a gold aura as he begins to charge up the move Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon use Bite then Calm Mind!" Hau calls. Vaporeon covers its teeth in dark energy and bites down on the psychic, easily destroying it. Vaporeon then calms its mind increasing its special attack/defense power as Ash speaks.
"Go! Noctowl!" Ash says as Noctowl finishes charging the move and begins heading for Vaporeon who looks at Noctowl and takes a deep breath as Hau speaks.
"Use Blizzard!" Hau calls. Vaporeon lets out a loud roar and summons a big Blizzard that consumes Noctowl. Noctowl groans in pain from the attack and is slowly being pushed back as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl don't give up!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Noctowl roars increasing the power of his Sky Attack and is now easily flying through the Blizzard. Hau has a surprised look on his face and before he can tell Vaporeon to dodge Noctowl hits the mon creating an explosion as Hau speaks.
"Vaporeon!" Hau calls in worry as out of the smoke appears Noctowl who flies in the air and is groaning in pain but looks to see the results. A couple seconds later the smoke clears and everyone can see Vaporeon lying on its stomach knocked out as Danny speaks.
"Vaporeon's unable to battle Noctowl's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Noctowl to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the flying types cheering the loudest. Back at the stadium Ash's friends cheer too as Cameron speaks.
"Looks like Ash got the first win." Cameron says as Rinto speaks.
"Yes, but Hau doesn't seem too bothered by it." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau returns Vaporeon back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you. He then puts the ball away as he looks forward and speaks.
"Not bad Ash your Noctowl's strong but let's see how it'll handle my next Pokémon." Hau says while holding his next Pokeball forward as he goes to throw it.
"Marowak you're up next!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends in his Alolan Marowak. When the mon appears, it has a serious look on its face as Ash speaks.
"So, Marowak's his next Pokémon." Ash says to himself as he looks at Noctowl and speaks.
"Noctowl let's keep going!" Ash says with the owl nodding as he along with Marowak get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Let's attack first Noctowl! Use Air Slash!" Ash calls. Noctowl's wings glow as he begins flapping them fast sending out multiple slashes of wind towards Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak use Brutal Swing then Fire Blast!" Hau calls. Marowak covers its bone in dark energy and spins around easily knocking the slashes of wind away. Once Marowak stops spinning it covers its mouth in fire and fires out a big green blast of fire that heads for Noctowl as Ash speaks.
"Get rid of it with Psychic!" Ash calls. Noctowl sends out a wave of psychic energy and easily destroys the blast of fire as Hau speaks.
"Use Flame Wheel!" Hau calls. Marowak jumps in the air, becomes a flaming wheel and hits Noctowl causing damage to the mon as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl hit Marowak back with Psybeam!" "Marowak use Iron Head!" Both trainers' call. When Noctowl's about to fire the beam Marowak covers its head in steel energy and hits Noctowl hard on the head making him stop. Marowak then opens its mouth as Hau speaks.
"Now finish Noctowl off with Fire Blast!" "Noctowl use Protect!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Ash Noctowl can't use Protect in time as Marowak quickly shoots out a big blast of fire that consumes Noctowl and sends the mon crashing back on the battlefield creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Noctowl!" Ash calls in worry as we see Hau's Marowak land on the battlefield and is looking forward waiting for the smoke to clear. When the smoke clears everyone can see Noctowl lying on his back knocked out as Danny speaks.
"Noctowl's unable to battle Marowak's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Hau and Marowak to cheer. On the other side of the battlefield Ash's sad that Noctowl lost but returns the mon back to his Pokeball and tells him thank you. Ash then puts the ball back on his belt as he looks over at Hau and speaks.
"Your Marowak's still really strong Hau, but I'm confident that my next one can beat it." Ash says while holding his next Pokeball as he goes to throw it.
"Lycanroc, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends Lycanroc in. Once Lycanroc appears he lets out a bark then looks at Marowak having a serious look on his face with Marowak having the same look as Jake speaks.
"Ash's next Pokémon is a Dusk Lycanroc!" Jake says as in the stands Nemona speaks.
"Cool Ash's using his Dusk Lycanroc next I've been wanting to see him use it." Nemona says as Leaf speaks.
"And now he has the type advantage." Leaf says as Rinto speaks.
"True but Hau's Marowak probably has moves like Iron Head that can help deal with its rock type weakness." Rinto says with the others nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau looks at Lycanroc and speaks.
"Your Lycanroc is cool every time I see it, Ash." Hau says as Ash speaks.
"Thanks" Ash responds as Hau speaks.
"But even though it looks cool Marowak's still going to win." Hau says while having a confident look on his face with Marowak agreeing with him as Ash speaks.
"We'll see about that. Lycanroc let's do this!" Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as he along with Marowak get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Accelerock!" Ash calls. Lycanroc's eyes become crimson as he lets out a bark and shoots forward heading for Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Quick block with your bone!" Hau calls. Marowak quickly brings up its bone and blocks Lycanroc's attack. The force of the attack sends Marowak sliding back a few feet away as Ash speaks.
"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc roars as he summons multiple sharp stones around himself and fires them at Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak use Bonemerang and run forward!" Hau calls. Marowak manages to stop itself from sliding and throws its bone forward as it begins to easily destroy the sharp stones. As Marowak's bone is getting rid of the Stone Edge Marowak is running forward. Marowak's bone destroys the final Stone Edge and is about to hit Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc dodge then use Crunch on Marowak!" Ash calls. Lycanroc moves to the left and dodges the bone. Lycanroc then covers his teeth in dark energy and jumps forward going to bite Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak jump in the air to dodge and grab your bone!" Hau calls. Marowak quickly jumps in the air dodging Lycanroc's attack and catches its bone. Marowak is now falling towards Lycanroc as Hau speaks.
"Use Shadow Bone!" Hau calls. Marowak's bone becomes covered in a ghostly purple and slams it hard on Lycanroc's head making the mon crash face first into the battlefield. Lycanroc's groaning in pain then looks at Marowak as Ash speaks.
"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc barks and summons a sharp stone from the ground that hits Marowak's chest causing super effective damage to the mon and sending it flying high into the air. Marowak then falls back on the battlefield landing on its back as it then stands back up and looks at Lycanroc with Lycanroc looking back as both trainers speak.
"Use Accelerock!" "Counter with Iron Head!" Both trainers' call. Lycanroc along with Marowak roar as they shoot forward and collide with their heads creating a shockwave along with an explosion. The 2 mons then appear out of the explosion and land on their respective sides of the battlefield as Hau speaks.
"Use Fire Blast!" Hau calls. Marowak roars as it shoots out a big blast of fire from its mouth that goes to hit Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc roars as he summons a large sharp stone and shoots it forward. The sharp stone easily pierces through the Fire Blast and is heading for Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Knock it away with your bone!" Hau calls. Marowak grips its bone tightly and swings it easily getting rid of the sharp stone as Ash speaks.
"Use Accelerock!" Ash calls as before Hau can call for a command Lycanroc shoots forward at blinding speed and hits Marowak causing super effective damage to the mon as Hau speaks.
"Hit Lycanroc back with Bone Club!" Hau calls. Marowak recomposes itself as it grips its bone tightly and slaps Lycanroc hard across the face causing super effective damage as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Crunch!" "Marowak back away then use Fire Blast!" Both trainers' call. Lycanroc covers his teeth in dark energy and goes to bite Marowak, but the mon quickly jumps back. Once Marowak lands a few feet away it fires out a big blast of fire that heads for Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Dig to dodge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly digs underground and dodges the big blast of fire. Lycanroc doesn't stay underground for long as a couple seconds later he appears from underneath Marowak and hits the mon sending it high into the air. Lycanroc goes after Marowak as Ash speaks.
"Use Accelerock then use Crunch!" "Marowak counter with Iron Head!" Both trainers' call. Up in the air Lycanroc speeds up and goes to hit Marowak but the mon quickly covers its head in steel energy and collides with Lycanroc. When the 2 mons collide there's a big explosion which sends the two-mons falling back down towards the battlefield as they then land safely Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Stone Edge then Dig!" Ash calls. Lycanroc roars as he summons multiple large sharp stones around himself and shoots them towards Marowak. Lycanroc then digs underground as we see the sharp stones heading for Marowak Hau speaks.
"Marowak destroy them with Bone Rush then back away!" Hau calls. Marowak nods as it summons another bone with its left hand and begins to easily destroy the sharp stones. Once Marowak gets rid of the sharp stones it feels something moving underneath it causing the mon to jump back as Lycanroc appears from the ground and misses his attack. Hau then calls for his next command.
"Use Iron Head!" Hau calls. Marowak lands a few feet away as it then covers its head in steel energy, shoots forward, and hits Lycanroc's left side hard. Lycanroc coughs from the attack and is sent flying as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly creates a large sharp stone and throws it at Marowak which connects with the mon creating an explosion. Marowak's sent flying too as we then see it along with Lycanroc land back on the battlefield a few feet away as their trainers speak.
"Marowak!" "Lycanroc!" The 2 boys call to the 2 mons as they along with everyone else see the two mons stand back up and look at each other ready to continue. Hau along with Ash have smiles on their faces as in the stands Cameron speaks.
"Looks like neither of them want to go down." Cameron says as Rinto speaks.
"Yes, but if you take a closer look at Marowak it seems like it took more damage from Lycanroc's attacks." Rinto says as Tracey speaks.
"That's because Ash's Lycanroc has the ability Tough Claws which boosts the power of Lycanroc's close contact moves like Accelerock, Dig, and Crunch." Tracey says with the group nodding as Cameron speaks.
"So, that's why." Cameron says as back on the battlefield Hau looks at his Marowak groaning in pain and begins to think.
"Those attacks that Lycanroc landed on Marowak were powerful if I keep him in, he'll faint." Hau says to himself as he pulls out Marowak's Pokeball and speaks.
"Marowak return!" Hau says as he returns the mon back to its Pokeball surprising Ash as he speaks.
"You're returning Marowak?" Ash asks with Hau nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, because this one will be a better fit to go up against your Lycanroc. Crabominable you're next!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends out a big ice crab like Pokémon. When the mon appears, it has a serious look on its face as Ash speaks.
"So, his Crabrawler evolved." Ash says to himself as he looks at Lycanroc and speaks.
"Let's keep going Lycanroc!" Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as Danny calls for the battle to continue Ash speaks.
"Use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc roars as he summons multiple large sharp stones around himself then fires them at Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Use Close Combat!" Hau calls. Crabominable brings up its fists and begins punching the sharp stones, easily destroying them. As Crabominable continues to do that Ash calls for his next command.
"Lycanroc use Accelerock!" Ash calls. Before Hau can call for a command Lycanroc shoots forward at blinding speed and hits Crabominable hard in the face causing super effective damage as Hau speaks.
"Hit Lycanroc back with Power-Up Punch!" "Lycanroc block!" Both trainers' call. Crabominable's right fist glows in red energy and goes to hit Lycanroc. Lycanroc quickly brings up his arms and blocks the attack as he's sent flying and lands back on the battlefield a few feet away creating a dust cloud as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc!" Ash calls in worry as when the dust clears Lycanroc's laying on his side but then stands back up and groans a little in pain as Ash begins to think.
"Even though Lycanroc blocked that Power-Up Punch still did some damage to him it would probably be best to switch." Ash says to himself as he pulls out Lycanroc's Pokeball and speaks.
"Lycanroc return!" Ash says with the dog nodding as he goes back in his Pokeball. Ash then puts Lycanroc's Pokeball back on his belt as Hau speaks.
"Who're going to send in next?" Hau asks as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"I think that this one will be a better match." Ash responds while holding his next Pokeball in his hand as he goes to throw it.
"Incineroar, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Incineroar. When Incineroar appears, he lets out a roar creating a shockwave showcasing his power. When Incineroar's done roaring he looks at Crabominable and has a serious look on his face with Crabominable having the same look. Back in the stands Misty speaks.
"Nice Ash brought in Incineroar." Misty says as Nemona speaks.
"It looks stronger than before" Nemona says with Barry agreeing with her as Leaf speaks.
"With Incineroar on the field he should be able to win." Leaf says happily as Rinto speaks.
"Don't forget even though Incineroar is a fire type which is super effective against Crabominable's ice typing, Crabominable is part fighting type which is super effective against Incineroar's dark typing." Rinto says as Tracey speaks.
"Seems like they balance each other out." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash looks at Incineroar and speaks.
"Incineroar even though you're super effective against Crabrawler it has attacks that'll deal super effective damage to you too so be careful!" Ash says with Incineroar nodding as he along with Crabrawler get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Let's attack first! Use Fire Blast!" Ash calls. Incineroar's belt heats up as a big blast of fire appears out of it. Incineroar then punches the move with his right fist and sends it towards Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Get rid of it with Crabhammer!" Hau calls. Crabominable covers its right fist in water and punches the blast of fire easily destroying it. The crowd is impressed with Crabominable's power as Ash speaks.
"Use Flame Charge!" Ash calls. Incineroar covers his body in fire and shoots forward going to hit Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Counter with Dynamic Punch!" Hau calls. Crabominable's left fist glows as it then collides with Incineroar. When that happens the two mons begin pushing each other back and forth trying to knock their opponent away. As they continue to do that Crabominable gets its right fist ready as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable use Dynamic Punch with your right fist!" "Incineroar dodge then use Flamethrower!" Both trainers' call. Crabominable's right fist glows and goes to hit Incineroar but the mon manages to back away. Once Incineroar lands his belt heats up and sends out a big stream of fire that heads for Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Get rid of it with Crabhammer!" Hau calls. Crabominable covers its right fist in water and slams it down on the Flamethrower easily destroying it as Ash speaks.
"Now use Revenge!" Ash calls. Suddenly Incineroar appears in front of Crabominable. His right fist is glowing orange and goes to hit the mon as Hau speaks.
"Counter with Dynamic Punch!" Hau calls. Crabominable's left fist glows and collides with Incineroar's right fist. When the 2 mons collide, they create a big shockwave as Hau speaks.
"Use Dynamic Punch with your right hand!" "Incineroar stop it with your left hand!" Both trainers' call. Crabominable's right fist glows and goes to hit Incineroar but the mon manages to catch it with his left hand as Jake speaks.
"Crabominable and Incineroar are now locked in a grapple who's going to win between them?!" Jake says as the crowd continues to watch the battle and see the 2-mons trying to overpower each other as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable you can do it!" Hau says as Crabominable begins to slowly overpower Incineroar Ash speaks.
"Don't give up Incineroar and use Flamethrower!" Ash calls with Incineroar nodding as he then begins to slowly overpower Crabominable, and his belt begins to heat up. Hau has a concerned look on his face as he pulls out Crabominable's Pokeball and speaks.
"Crabominable return!" Hau says surprising Ash as Crabominable goes back in its Pokeball causing Incineroar's Flamethrower to hit nothing. Hau puts Crabominable's Pokeball away then pulls out another Pokeball and speaks.
"Drampa, come out!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends out a Drampa. When the mon appears, it has a smile on its face as Ash speaks.
"A Drampa" Ash says while having a surprised look on his face as Hau speaks.
"Yep, and here we come! Drampa use Hydro Pump!" Hau calls. Drampa takes a deep breath and fires out a big stream of water that heads for Incineroar as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar use Darkest Lariat to deflect it!" Ash calls. Incineroar's hands glow in a yellow fire and spins as he begins to deflect the Hydro Pump. Then once Incineroar gets rid of the move Hau speaks.
"Use Dragon Rush!" Hau calls. Drampa covers its body in dragon energy and heads for Incineroar as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar dodge then use Fire Blast!" Ash calls. Incineroar quickly jumps back dodging Drampa's attack. Incineroar lands a few feet away and his belt begins to heat up as Hau speaks.
"Use Echoed Voice!" Hau calls. Drampa lets out a roar that hurts Incineroar's ears causing damage and making him stop using Fire Blast as Hau continues to speak.
"Now use Dragon Rush!" "Incineroar dodge!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Ash Incineroar can't dodge in time as Drampa covers its body in dragon energy, shoots forward, and hits Incineroar causing damage to him as Hau speaks.
"Drampa now that you're close use Hydro Pump!" Hau calls. Before Ash can call for a command Drampa takes a deep breath and fires out a big stream of water that consumes Incineroar and sends the mon flying as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar!" Ash calls in worry as when the Hydro Pump disappears Incineroar lands back on the battlefield a few feet away landing on his back. Incineroar's groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar are you okay?!" Ash asks with the mon nodding as he stands back up and looks at Drampa with Drampa looking at him. Ash then begins to think.
"Hau's Drampa is tough how can I beat it?" Ash says to himself as he continues to think he gets an idea and speaks.
"Incineroar I just thought of something so hang in there!" Ash says with Incineroar nodding as Hau speaks.
"Whatever you thought of it won't work! Drampa use Hydro Pump!" Hau calls. Drampa fires out a large stream of water that heads for Incineroar as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar dodge then use Flame Charge!" Ash calls. Incineroar jumps to the left and dodges Drampa's attack. After that Incineroar covers his body in fire, gets on all fours and begins running towards Drampa as Hau speaks.
"Drampa intercept Incineroar with Dragon Rush!" Hau calls. Drampa covers its body in dragon energy and shoots forward heading for Incineroar. As the two mons are about to collide Ash speaks.
"Incineroar dodge and begin running around Drampa!" Ash calls. Before Incineroar collides with Drampa he quickly turns left dodging Drampa's attack and making the mon stumble a little bit. Drampa then sees Incineroar running around it as Ash speaks.
"Now use Fire Spin!" Ash calls. Incineroar roars and summons a fire tornado that traps Drampa inside. Drampa groans in pain from being in the move as Hau speaks.
"Drampa break out with Hydro Pump!" Hau calls. Just when Drampa's about to use the move Ash speaks.
"Incineroar quick hit Drampa!" Ash calls as Incineroar shoots forward and hits Drampa hard in the face making it stop its attack. Drampa groans a little in pain then looks at Incineroar who just got a speed increase as Hau speaks.
"Drampa use Echoed Voice!" "Incineroar use Protect then Throat Chop!" Both trainers' call. When Drampa goes to use the move Incineroar summons a protective barrier and blocks the attack. Incineroar then covers his right hand in dark energy and jabs Drampa hard in the neck. This causes Drampa to cough and stop using the move as Ash speaks.
"Great! Now use Revenge then pick up Drampa!" Ash calls. Incineroar's left fist glows orange and uppercuts Drampa causing super effective damage to the mon. Incineroar then grabs Drampa by the neck with both of his hands and picks it up as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar slam Drampa on the ground!" Ash calls. Before Hau can call for a command Incineroar roars and sumo slams Drampa back down hard on the battlefield making the mon land on its back. Drampa groans in pain as Hau speaks.
"Drampa use Hydro Pump!" "Incineroar jump in the air to dodge!" Both trainers' call. Drampa looks at Incineroar and fires out a big stream of water that goes to hit the mon, but Incineroar jumps in the air dodging the attack. Now that Incineroar's in the air Ash speaks.
"Incineroar use Fire Blast and fall into it!" Ash calls. Incineroar summons out a big blast of fire and falls into the move incasing his body in fire. Incineroar now begins falling towards Drampa as Hau speaks.
"Drampa quick use Hydro Pump to stop Incineroar!" "Incineroar use Darkest Lariat then speed yourself up with Flame Charge!" Both trainers' call. Drampa roars as it fires out a big stream of water that heads for Incineroar. Up in the air Incineroar sees the attack coming as he covers his hands in a yellow fire and spins easily getting rid of the Hydro Pump. After that Incineroar heats up his body more, continues to spin looking like a fire tornado and shoots downward heading for Drampa at a fast speed as Hau speaks.
"Drampa dodge!" "Do it Incineroar!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Hau Drampa's unable to dodge in time as Incineroar crashes into the mon creating a big explosion along with a strong gust of wind. Then once the wind goes away everyone looks forward to see the results. A couple seconds later the cloud of smoke clears as everyone can see Incineroar standing over an unconscious Drampa. Danny then makes the call.
"Drampa's unable to battle. Incineroar's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Incineroar to cheer. At Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose and Ash's Pokémon let out a cheer with the fire types along with Meowscarada cheering the loudest. Back in the stadium Ash's friends cheer too as Tracey speaks.
"By having Incineroar dive into the Fire Blast it managed to increase his fire power." Tracey says as Rinto speaks.
"Then using Darkest Lariat and Ash having Incineroar speed itself up with Flame Charge it not only got rid of the Hydro Pump but also made it impossible for Drampa to dodge." Rinto says with Tracey nodding as they along with the others continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau's sad that Drampa lost but smiles and returns the mon back to its Pokeball. Hau tells Drampa thank you then puts the ball away. Over with Ash and Pikachu they look at Incineroar as Ash speaks.
"Great job Incineroar!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Incineroar looks at them smiles and flexes his muscles making Ash and Pikachu happy as Hau speaks.
"Your Incineroar's strong Ash but now it's time for us to get some revenge. Crabominable come out!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends the ice crab back in. Once the mon appears it looks at Incineroar and has a serious look on its face as Ash speaks.
"So, Crabominable's back in. Incineroar I'm still keeping you in!" Ash says with Incineroar nodding as he looks at the ice crab and gets in a battle stance with Crabominable doing the same. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Use Flamethrower!" Ash calls. Incineroar's belt heats up and shoots out a big stream of fire that heads for Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Get rid of it with Crabhammer!" Hau calls. Crabominable covers its right fist in water and swings it easily getting rid of the fire as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar use Flame Charge!" Ash calls. Incineroar quickly covers his body in fire, shoots forward and successfully hits Crabominable causing super effective damage. Incineroar can feel that his speed has increased as Hau speaks.
"Hit Incineroar back with Dynamic Punch!" "Incineroar knock it away with Darkest Lariat!" Both trainers' call. Crabominable's left fist glows and goes to punch Incineroar. But Incineroar quickly spins and easily knocks away Crabominable's fist. Then when Incineroar's done spinning he looks at Crabominable and his belt begins to heat up as Ash speaks.
"Use Fire Blast!" "Crabominable block!" Both trainers' call. Incineroar roars as a big blast of fire appears out of his belt and he punches it forward with his right fist. Crabominable quickly brings up its arms as the Fire Blast connects creating an explosion as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable!" Hau calls in worry. When the smoke clears everyone can see Crabominable still standing but is groaning in pain and has some burn marks on its body as Don George speaks.
"Looks like Crabominable wasn't able to fully block the Fire Blast" Don George says as back on the battlefield Ash speaks.
"Okay Incineroar it's time to finish this! Use Fire Blast one more time!" Ash calls with Incineroar nodding as another big blast of fire appears from his belt and he punches it with his right hand. The move heads for Crabominable and is getting closer as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable use Endure!" Hau calls. Crabominable readies itself as it slightly glows allowing for the Fire Blast to hit it as there's then an explosion. Jake then speaks.
"Incineroar's Fire Blast has made contact with Crabominable was that enough to end it?!" Jake says as everyone's looking at the cloud of smoke suddenly Crabominable appears in front of Incineroar surprising everyone as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable hit Incineroar back with Reversal!" Hau calls. Ash's unable to call for a command in time as Crabominable gains an orange outline that goes into its right fist and punches Incineroar hard in the stomach. Incineroar coughs in pain as he's then sent flying going past Ash and crashes into the wall behind him creating a big cloud of smoke as Ash speaks.
"Incineroar!" Ash calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Incineroar leaning against the wall groaning in pain. Incineroar tries to stand back up as he wants to continue battling but he ultimately stays down. Danny then speaks.
"Incineroar's unable to battle Crabominable's the winner!" Danny says as Jake speaks.
"After being mostly on the back foot Hau's Crabominable has managed to defeat Ash's Incineroar!" Jake says causing the crowd to cheer as Hau looks at Crabominable and speaks.
"Great job Crabominable!" Hau says with the ice crab nodding. Meanwhile up in the stands the group have surprised looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"I wasn't expecting Incineroar to go down this early." Misty says as Leaf speaks.
"Me neither." Leaf says as Cameron speaks.
"What happened?" Cameron asks and just when Rinto and Tracey are about to speak Nemona speaks first.
"Before Incineroar's Fire Blast landed Hau called for his Crabominable to use Endure which allowed for Crabominable to survive the hit so that it wouldn't faint. And since Crabominable didn't faint Hau called for Crabominable to use Reversal which increases in power the lower the user's health is." Nemona says with Cameron nodding as Barry speaks.
"So, this means that Incineroar would've won if not for Endure." Barry says with Nemona nodding as Tracey speaks.
"Hau must've been saving that as that was probably the only way for his Crabominable to beat Incineroar." Tracey says as Rinto speaks.
"And now that Ash knows about those two moves, he needs to be careful." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash along with Pikachu are surprised that Incineroar was defeated but then quickly recompose themselves as Ash returns Incineroar back to his Pokeball. Once he does that Ash looks at the ball telling Incineroar thank you as he then puts the ball back on his belt. Once he does that Ash looks forward and speaks.
"I wasn't expecting your Crabominable to know Endure and Reversal that caught me by surprise." Ash says as Hau speaks.
"After we battled the first time, I figured it would be best for Crabominable to know these attacks so that if he's having difficulty in taking out one of your Pokémon, we can use this tactic and I'm glad it worked." Hau responds while having a smile on his face with Ash nodding as pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"Well now that I know about those moves, I'm not going to fall for that again. Lycanroc come back out!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends Lycanroc back in. Once Lycanroc appears he has a serious look on his face and looks at Crabominable. Back in the stands Barry speaks.
"Ash's Lycanroc looks more serious than before." Barry says as Misty speaks.
"Ash's Lycanroc and Incineroar have a strong rivalry with each other, so Lycanroc's angry that Crabominable managed to beat him." Misty says with Barry nodding. Back on the battlefield Ash looks at Lycanroc and speaks.
"Lycanroc let's get revenge for Incineroar!" Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as he along with Crabominable get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Use Accelerock!" Ash calls. Lycanroc barks as he shoots forward at blinding speed and goes to hit Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable use Endure then Reversal!" Hau calls with Crabominable nodding as it slightly glows and takes Lycanroc's attack. Crabominable groans in pain but then gains an orange outline that goes into its right fist and goes to punch Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc dodge then use Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly jumps back avoiding Crabominable's fist and landing on the ground a few feet away. Lycanroc roars as he summons multiple large sharp stones around himself and fires them at Crabominable. Hau then calls for a command.
"Crabominable get rid of them with Close Combat then use Avalanche!" Hau calls. Crabominable nods as it begins to easily punch the sharp stones away then, once it gets rid of the last stone Crabominable roars to the sky as a dark cloud appears above Lycanroc which sends out large chunks of ice that head for Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Dig to dodge then use Accelerock!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly digs underground dodging the attack as the large chunks of ice hit the battlefield instead. A couple seconds later Lycanroc bursts from out of the ground and goes to hit Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Quick use Endure then Reversal!" Hau calls. Crabominable quickly glows as Lycanroc hits the mon hard in the face. Crabominable groans in pain but then gains an orange outline that goes into its right fist and goes to punch Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc block!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly brings up his arms and blocks the attack. Lycanroc's sent flying and lands back on the battlefield a few feet away creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Lycanroc groans a little in pain but then stands back up as Hau pulls out Crabominable's Pokeball and speaks.
"Crabominable return and Tauros come out!" Hau says as he returns Crabominable back to its Pokeball and throws another ball forward sending out his shiny Kantonian Tauros. When the mon appears, it has a serious look on its face as Hau speaks.
"Use Earthquake!" Hau calls. Tauros lets out a mighty roar and stomps on the battlefield with its two front feet causing the entire battlefield to shake as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc quick jump in the air to dodge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc quickly jumps in the air and dodges the attack as Hau speaks.
"Use Drill Run!" Hau calls. Tauros turns into a drill and shoots forward heading for Lycanroc as Ash speaks.
"Counter with your Drill Run!" Ash calls. Lycanroc turns into a drill too, shoots forward and collides with Tauros. The 2 mons go back and forth for a little bit until they back away from each other and land on their side of the battlefield. The 2 mons look at each other as Ash begins to think.
"Hau's Tauros is tough it's going to take a lot to defeat it and the way Lycanroc is right now he won't be able to so I should switch him out." Ash says to himself as he pulls out Lycanroc's Pokeball and speaks.
"Lycanroc return!" Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as he goes back in his Pokeball. Once he does Ash puts the ball back on his belt as he pulls out another Pokeball and speaks.
"Tauros, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends out his Tauros. When the mon appears, he has a serious look on his face and looks at Hau's with Hau looking back as Hau speaks.
"Wow your Tauros looks strong Ash but it's not going to beat mine." Hau says while having a confident look on his face as Ash speaks.
"We'll see about that. Let's do this Tauros!" Ash says with the bull nodding as he along with Hau's Tauros get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as both trainers speak.
"Use Horn Attack!" Both trainers' call. The 2 bulls run forward as they collide with their horns. Once they do the two mons begin trying to push the other away to show that they're the stronger one. As the 2 mons continue to do that Hau speaks.
"Tauros use Strength!" Hau calls. Hau's Tauros roars as it bulks up its body and begins to overpower Ash's Tauros by slowly pushing him back as Ash speaks.
"Tauros counter with your Strength!" Ash calls. Ash's Tauros roars too as he also bulks up his body and matches Hau's Tauros. The 2 mons continue pushing each other back and forth until they suddenly slide away from each other. Hau's Tauros manages to stop itself as Hau speaks.
"Tauros use Thunderbolt!" Hau calls his Tauros covers its body in electricity and fires out an electric bolt that heads for Ash's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Tauros use Drill Run!" Ash calls his Tauros stops sliding as he turns into a drill and shoots forward. Ash's Tauros easily goes through the electric bolt and hits Hau's Tauros hard in the face as Hau speaks.
"Use Close Combat!" "Tauros use Double Team to dodge!" Both trainers' call. Hau's Tauros goes to hit Ash's Tauros with its horns, but Ash's Tauros quickly creates multiple clones of himself and dodges the attack. Ash's Tauros along with his clones now surround Hau's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Okay Tauros use Iron Head!" Ash calls his Tauros along with his clones cover their heads in steel energy and begin running towards Hau's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"Tauros blow them away with Surf!" Hau calls as his Tauros lets out a mighty roar and summons a big wave of water that comes crashing down knocking Ash's Tauros along with his clones away. When the Surf disappears, we see Ash's Tauros laying on his stomach groaning in pain as Hau speaks.
"Tauros quick use Close Combat!" Hau calls as his Tauros jumps forward and goes to hit Ash's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Tauros dodge then use Iron Head!" Ash calls his Tauros, sees Hau's Tauros coming and quickly jumps back causing Hau's Tauros to miss. Ash's Tauros lands a few feet away then covers his head in steel energy and shoots forward hitting Hau's Tauros hard in the face as Ash speaks.
"Great now use High Horsepower!" Ash calls his Tauros gains an orange outline as he turns around and kicks Hau's Tauros with his back hooves. Hau's Tauros groans in pain then looks at Ash's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"Use Close Combat!" Hau calls his Tauros roars as it begins to hit Ash's Tauros repeatedly with its horns doing super effective damage. Hau's Tauros hits Ash's one more time and sends the mon sliding back a few feet away as Ash speaks.
"Tauros use Raging Bull!" Ash calls his Tauros lets out a roar as he covers his body in a white aura and begins running forward heading for Hau's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"Use Surf!" Hau calls his Tauros lets out a mighty roar and summons a big wave of water that goes to hit Ash's Tauros. Ash's Tauros isn't worried as Ash speaks.
"Tauros use Giga Impact!" Ash calls his Tauros lets out a mighty roar as he covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks and runs faster. Ash's Tauros easily goes through the Surf and keeps going until he hits Hau's Tauros causing more damage to the mon as Ash speaks.
"Good job Tauros!" Ash says happily as Hau speaks.
"It's too soon to celebrate Ash. Tauros use Hyper Beam!" Hau calls his Tauros, looks at Ash's and goes to fire the beam as Ash speaks.
"Don't worry I know. Tauros use Double Team!" Ash calls with his Tauros nodding as when Hau's fires the orange beam Ash's Tauros quickly creates multiple clones of himself and dodges the attack which surprises Hau as Ash speaks.
"Tauros use Work Up then Raging Bull!" Ash calls his Tauros lets out a mighty roar increasing his physical attack along with his special attack power. Ash's Tauros then covers his body in a white aura and shoots forward going to hit Hau's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"Tauros use Uproar!" Hau calls surprising Ash as just when Ash's Tauros is about to hit Hau's. Hau's Tauros looks at Ash's and lets out a mighty roar which causes Ash's Tauros to stop in his tracks and groan in pain as Hau speaks.
"Use Hyper Beam!" "Tauros dodge!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Ash his Tauros can't dodge in time as Hau's Tauros lets out a roar and fires out a large orange beam that consumes Ash's Tauros and creates an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Tauros!" Ash calls in worry as out of the smoke appears his Tauros who's sent flying and lands on his stomach a few feet away. Ash's Tauros is groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Tauros are you okay?!" Ash asks with the bull nodding as he manages to stand back up and pant a little bit. Back in the stands Barry speaks.
"Man, Ash's Tauros took a lot of damage from that." Barry says as Rinto speaks.
"If Ash's Tauros takes one more hit it'll faint." Rinto says as Misty speaks.
"I still believe that Tauros can do it." Misty says with Leaf agreeing with her as they all continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau looks at his Tauros and speaks.
"Okay Tauros just a little bit more and we'll win." Hau says with his Tauros nodding as we now come over to Ash. Ash looks at his Tauros and sees him panting heavily as he begins to think.
"I wasn't expecting Tauros to take this much damage from Hau's if I keep him in, he'll faint." Ash says to himself and pulls out Tauros's Pokeball. Just when Ash's about to return Tauros the bull looks at him and roars telling Ash not to do it as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"You're saying that you still want to continue Tauros?" Ash asks with the bull nodding with Ash nodding too as he puts the ball away and speaks.
"Okay Tauros, I'll trust you. Let's win!" Ash says with Tauros nodding in agreement as he looks at Hau's Tauros and has a serious look on his face with Hau's having the same look as Hau speaks.
"I like your Tauros's determination Ash but mine's going to win! Tauros use Earthquake!" Hau calls his Tauros lets out a roar as it stomps its two front feet on the battlefield causing it to shake as Ash speaks.
"Tauros counter with your Earthquake!" Ash calls his Tauros roars and stomps on the battlefield too causing it to shake. The 2 Earthquake moves collide and cancel each other out as Ash speaks.
"Tauros run forward!" Ash calls with his Tauros nodding as he begins running forward heading for Hau's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"If it's a close quarters battle you want then I'm sorry to say that's not what you're going to get. Tauros use Surf!" Hau calls his Tauros lets out a mighty roar and summons a big wave of water that goes to hit Ash's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Tauros break through it with Giga Impact!" Ash calls his Tauros, lets out a mighty roar as he covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks and shoots forward easily breaking through the wave. Once Ash's Tauros breaks through, he sees Hau's Tauros in front of him with its mouth opened as Hau speaks.
"Use Hyper Beam!" "Tauros use Double Team to dodge then use Raging Bull!" Both trainers' call. Hau's Tauros lets out a roar and fires out a large orange beam that goes to hit Ash's Tauros. Ash's Tauros quickly creates multiple clones of himself and dodges the attack letting his clones get hit instead. After that Ash's Tauros covers his body in a white aura as he shoots forward and hits Hau's Tauros hard on the left side causing damage and making the mon slide back a few feet away as Hau speaks.
"Tauros use Work Up then Giga Impact!" Hau calls his Tauros lets out a roar as it increases its physical and special attack power. Hau's Tauros then covers its body in an orange sphere with purple streaks and shoots forward heading for Ash's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Tauros counter with your Giga Impact!" Ash calls his Tauros roars as he covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks too, shoots forward and collides with Hau's Tauros. When the 2 bulls collide, they begin pushing each other back and forth trying to see who's stronger along with creating a strong wind too as Jake speaks.
"Seems like neither Tauros is willing to lose!" Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Indeed, they both want to win for their trainer." Don Geroge says as the crowd is cheering for the 2 bulls. Back on the battlefield the 2 mons continue trying to overpower their opponent as Hau speaks.
"Tauros more power!" "Don't give up Tauros!" Both trainers cheer as the 2 bulls roar increasing the power of their Giga Impacts until there's a big explosion. Out of the explosion appear the 2 bulls who are sliding away from each other as Hau speaks.
"Use Hyper Beam!" Hau calls his Tauros manages to stop itself as it roars and fires out a large orange beam that heads for Ash's Tauros as Ash speaks.
"Tauros dodge then use Fissure!" Ash calls his Tauros nods as he quickly jumps to the left and easily dodges the beam. Ash's Tauros then roars as he stomps on the ground with his left foot which creates a large crack in the battlefield that heads for Hau's Tauros as Hau speaks.
"Tauros dodge!" Hau calls his Tauros quickly jumps to the left and dodges the Fissure attack and when it does Ash's Tauros appears on its left side which surprises Hau along with his Tauros as Ash speaks.
"This is it Tauros use Work Up then Giga Impact!" Ash calls his Tauros roars as he increases his physical/special attack power more and covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks. Ash's Tauros goes to hit Hau's as Hau speaks.
"Tauros quick dodge!" "DO IT TAUROS!" Both trainers' call. Hau's Tauros is unable to dodge in time as Ash's Tauros manages to hit its left side hard with his head. Hau's Tauros coughs in pain and is then sent flying going past Hau and crashing into the wall behind him creating an explosion as Hau speaks.
"Tauros!" Hau calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see that Hau's Tauros is laying on its stomach and is knocked out. Danny then makes the call.
"Hau's Tauros is unable to battle Ash's Tauros is the winner!" Danny calls making Ash along with Pikachu and Tauros smile as they cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime. Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer with Lee, Blaze, and Aqua cheering the loudest. Back in the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer too. Back on the battlefield Hau returns his Tauros back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you. Hau then puts the ball away as we come over to Ash who looks at his Tauros and speaks.
"Congrats Tauros, I knew you could do it" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say with Tauros nodding as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable come back out!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends Crabominable back in. Once the mon appears it looks at Tauros with the bull looking at it as Ash begins to think.
"So, Crabominable's back in. Tauros is tired from his battle but as long as he can land one good hit on Crabominable before it uses Endure, he should be able to knock it out." Ash says to himself as he looks at Tauros and speaks.
"Tauros, I'm still keeping you in." Ash says with the bull nodding as he along with Crabominable get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Tauros let's end this with one attack! Use Giga Impact!" Ash calls. Tauros lets out a mighty roar as he covers his body in an orange sphere with purple streaks and heads for Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable return and Marowak come out!" Hau calls surprising Ash as just when Tauros is about to hit Crabominable the mon goes back in its Pokeball as Marowak appears and takes its place. Tauros connects with Marowak but goes through the mon as Giga Impact doesn't affect Marowak. Tauros has a surprised look on his face as Marowak looks at the bull Hau speaks.
"Marowak use Fire Blast!" "Tauros dodge!" Both trainers' call. Unfortunately for Ash Tauros is unable to dodge in time as Marowak summons a big blast of fire and sends it at Tauros which hits the mon creating an explosion as Ash speaks.
"Tauros!" Ash calls in worry as when the dust clears everyone can see Tauros laying on his stomach knocked out as Danny speaks.
"Tauros is unable to battle Marowak's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Hau and Marowak to cheer. Up in the stands Leaf speaks.
"Darn Tauros lost." Leaf says as Cameron speaks.
"I was surprised that Hau instantly switched Crabominable out for Marowak." Cameron says as Tracey speaks.
"Hau probably knew that Crabominable wasn't going to last long against Tauros even with Endure so he drew Tauros in close and when Tauros got close enough, he returns Crabominable and sends out Marowak who wasn't affected by the Giga Impact and defeated Tauros." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash returns Tauros back to his Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as he puts it back on his belt. Ash then looks forward and begins to think.
"Now that Marowak's here I can send in either Lycanroc or Dartrix, but Lycanroc's still pretty injured and I want to save Dartrix for Hau's Dartrix. This means that it's your turn." Ash says while looking at his next Pokeball as Hau speaks.
"So, Ash are you going to send Lycanroc back in?" Hau asks as Ash looks at him and speaks.
"Nope I'm still giving Lycanroc a break so I'm going to send in another Pokémon in his place." Ash responds while holding his next Pokeball forward with Hau nodding as Ash continues to speak.
"Glalie, I choose you!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Glalie. Once the mon appears he has a serious look on his face. Hau along with the crowd have surprised looks on their faces as in the stands Cameron speaks.
"He's sending in a Glalie against Marowak? Doesn't Ash know that that's a bad type match up?" Cameron asks as Barry speaks.
"He's totally throwing the match." Barry says while having a frustrated look on his face as Misty speaks.
"I know that it may seem that Ash probably messed up in sending in Glalie but I'm sure he has a plan." Misty says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau has a surprised/confused look on his face as he speaks.
"Why're you sending in a Glalie against my Marowak wouldn't Lycanroc be better?" Hau asks as Ash speaks.
"True sending Lycanroc back in would've made more sense but he's still tired and I'm confident that Glalie can defeat your Marowak." Ash responds with Glalie agreeing with him as Hau speaks.
"I see okay then I'm interested in seeing how you use your Glalie." Hau says with Ash nodding as their Pokémon get into battle stances. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Hau speaks.
"Use Fire Blast!" Hau calls. Marowak summons a big blast of fire and shoots it at Glalie as Ash speaks.
"Glalie dodge then use Dark Pulse!" Ash calls. Glalie easily dodges the blast of fire then fires out a stream of dark energy at Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak dodge!" Hau calls. Marowak quickly jumps to the right and avoids the attack as Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Rollout!" Ash calls. Glalie quickly rolls forward and hits Marowak causing super effective damage. Marowak's sent sliding a few feet away then manages to stop itself as it sees Glalie rolling towards it again Hau speaks.
"Marowak knock Glalie away with Shadow Bone!" Hau calls. Marowak covers its bone in shadow energy and grips it tightly. When Glalie goes to hit Marowak again the mon swings its bone forward and collides with Glalie. When they collide, they begin pushing each other back and forth as Ash speaks.
"Keep going Glalie!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer with Glalie increasing the power of his Rollout and rolling faster making it more difficult for Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak you can do it!" Hau calls. Marowak hears Hau's cheer and roars as it increases the power of its Shadow Bone and manages to successfully knock Glalie away making him spin out of control. Marowak then looks at Glalie and heats up its body as Hau speaks.
"Use Fire Blast!" Hau calls. Marowak summons a big blast of fire and sends it at Glalie as Ash speaks.
"Glalie quick use Dark Pulse!" Ash calls. Glalie manages to stop spinning as he looks at the Fire Blast and shoots out a stream of dark energy that connects with the Fire Blast and creates an explosion. There's now a cloud of smoke in front of Glalie as Hau speaks.
"Use Flame Wheel then Iron Head!" Hau calls as out of the smoke appears a green flaming wheel that hits Glalie hard in the face causing super effective damage. Marowak then appears out of its wheel covers its head in steel energy and hits Glalie again causing more damage to the mon as Hau speaks.
"Now use Fire Blast!" "Glalie quick counter with Dark Pulse!" Both trainers' call. Marowak along with Glalie roar as they each fire out their respective moves at each other which collide creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Glalie who falls back on the battlefield and is groaning in pain as Jake speaks.
"Looks like Glalie took some damage." Jake says as Don George speaks.
"Indeed, it seems like it wasn't able to fully block the Fire Blast." Don George says as back on the battlefield out of the smoke appears Marowak who's falling towards Glalie and has its bone ready. Hau then calls for a command.
"Marowak it's time to end this! Use Shadow Bone!" Hau calls. Marowak covers its bone in ghostly energy and goes to hit Glalie as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Sorry Hau but that won't work. Glalie use Water Pulse!" Ash calls surprising Hau as when Marowak's about to hit Glalie the mon quickly shoots out a ball of water from his mouth and hits Marowak causing super effective damage. Marowak loses its concentration and is about to fall on Glalie, but the mon quickly moves out of the way as Marowak falls on the ground Hau speaks.
"Marowak are you okay?!" Hau asks with Marowak nodding as Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Blizzard!" Ash calls. Glalie roars and summons a big Blizzard as Hau speaks.
"Marowak quick burn it away with Fire Blast!" Hau calls but was too late as the Blizzard connects with Marowak causing damage and freezing the mon. Hau has a surprised look on his face as Ash speaks.
"Glalie it's time to finish this. Use Rollout!" Ash calls. Glalie nods as he begins rolling forward heading for Marowak as Hau speaks.
"Marowak burn through the ice and dodge!" "Do it Glalie!" Both trainers' call. Before Marowak can burn out of the ice, Glalie hits the frozen Marowak and breaks it out of the ice. Marowak is sent flying and lands on the battlefield a few feet away landing on its back as Hau speaks.
"Marowak!" Hau calls in worry as everyone can see that the mon is knocked out Danny makes the call.
"Marowak's unable to battle Glalie is the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Glalie to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the ice types cheering the loudest. Back in the stadium the crowd along with Ash's friends cheer as well. On the battlefield Hau returns Marowak back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as he then puts it away. Over with Ash he looks at Glalie and speaks.
"Good job Glalie let's keep going like this." Ash says with Glalie nodding as they then hear Hau's voice.
"Crabominable come out!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends the ice crab back in. Crabominable looks at Glalie with Glalie looking back at it as Ash speaks.
"So, it's back in." Ash says to himself as Danny calls for the battle to continue Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Ice Beam!" Ash calls. Glalie shoots out an icy beam that heads for Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Destroy it with Dynamic Punch!" Hau calls. Crabominable's right fist glows and punches the Ice beam easily destroying it as Ash speaks.
"Now use Rollout!" Ash calls. Glalie begins rolling towards Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable block!" Hau calls. Just when Glalie's about to land his attack Crabominable quickly brings up its arms and blocks Glalie's rollout. Glalie tries his best to knock away Crabominable's arms, but the ice crab manages to overpower Glalie and swings out its arms making Glalie fly back a few feet away as Hau speaks.
"Great Crabominable now use Reversal!" Hau calls. Crabominable gains an orange outline which goes into its right fist and jumps forward. Crabominable goes to hit Glalie as Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Explosion!" Ash calls which surprises Hau as when Glalie begins to glow white Hau speaks.
"Crabominable quick use Endure!" Hau calls causing Crabominable to stop using Reversal as it begins to glow Ash smiles then speaks.
"Glalie use Disable!" Ash calls surprising Hau as Glalie stops glowing and his eyes glow which disable's Crabominable's Endure. Crabominable lands on the ground and has a confused look on its face as it can't use the move Ash speaks.
"Good job Glalie now return!" Ash says with Glalie nodding as he goes back in his Pokeball Ash pulls out another ball and speaks.
"Lycanroc come out and use Accelerock!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends Lycanroc back in. Lycanroc instantly shoots forward as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable block!" Hau calls. Crabominable sees the incoming Lycanroc and quickly brings up its arms causing Lycanroc to collide with them. The force of the Accelerock begins to slowly push Crabominable back as Hau speaks.
"Use Crabhammer!" Hau calls. Crabominable roars as it covers its right fist in water and slams it hard on Lycanroc's head sending the mon crashing down hard on the battlefield creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Lycanroc's groaning in pain but then stands up as he looks at Crabominable and begins to glow green as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc hit Crabominable back with Counter!" Ash calls. Lycanroc nods as he stands on his hind legs and the green aura goes into his right fist. Lycanroc then jumps forward going to punch Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Counter with Reversal!" Hau calls. Crabominable gains an orange outline that goes into its left fist and heads for Lycanroc. Crabominable along with Lycanroc roar as their fists collide with each other creating a shockwave along with a strong wind. The 2 mons begin pushing each other back and forth until there's an explosion. We see the 2-mons sliding away from each other but manage to stop themselves as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Howl then Stone Edge!" Ash calls. Lycanroc lets out a loud howl increasing his physical attack power as he then summons multiple sharp stones around himself and sends them at Crabominable as Hau speaks.
"Use Close Combat!" Hau calls. Crabominable roars as it begins punching the sharp stones with its fists and is easily destroying them as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Accelerock!" Ash calls. Lycanroc lets out a loud roar as he shoots forward at blinding speed Hau speaks.
"Crabominable block!" Hau calls and once Crabominable destroys the last Stone Edge it doesn't have time to dodge as Lycanroc rams his head hard into Crabominable's stomach. Crabominable coughs in pain and is sent flying going past Hau and crashing into the wall behind him as Hau speaks.
"Crabominable!" Hau calls in worry as he along with everyone see Crabominable leaning its back against the wall and is knocked out. Danny makes the call.
"Crabominable's unable to battle Lycanroc's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Ash, Pikachu, and Lycanroc (who's howling in victory) to cheer. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Oak, Mr. Mime, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the rock types cheering the loudest. Back in the stadium Ash's friends cheer too as Misty, Leaf, and Nemona speak.
"They did it!" The 3 girls along with Togetic and Poliwag cheer as Tracey speaks.
"It took a while, but Lycanroc was able to avenge Incineroar." Tracey says as Rinto speaks.
"And now Hau has one Pokémon left." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Hau returns Crabominable back to its Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as he then puts the ball away. Over on Ash's side he looks at Lycanroc and speaks.
"Great job Lycanroc we managed to avenge Incineroar." Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as Hau speaks.
"Hey Ash!" Hau says causing Ash to look at him as Hau continues to speak.
"This battle has been really fun." Hau says with Ash agreeing with him as he speaks.
"Yeah, and my Pokémon and I just need to beat your last one then we'll win." Ash says with Lycanroc agreeing with him making Hau smile as he speaks.
"True you do need to beat my last one but don't think that it's going to be easy." Hau says while holding the ball forward as Ash speaks.
"Yep, I know" Ash says with Hau nodding as he then goes to throw the ball forward.
"Decidueye, Go!" Hau says as he throws the ball forward and sends out a Decidueye. When the mon appears, it flies in the air for a little bit then lands on the battlefield and looks at Lycanroc having a serious look on its face as Ash speaks.
"So, his Dartrix evolved into a Decidueye." Ash says as Jake speaks.
"Hau's final Pokémon is a Decidueye!" Jake says as the people in the crowd look at the mon. Back on the battlefield Ash looks at Lycanroc and speaks.
"Lycanroc, I know you're tired, but do you want to continue?" Ash asks with the mon nodding with Ash nodding too as he speaks.
"Okay let's keep going!" Ash says with Lycanroc nodding as he gets in a battle stance Hau speaks.
"Decidueye let's do this!" Hau says with the mon nodding as it gets in a battle stance too. The 2 mons continue to look at each other until Danny calls for the battle to continue Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc use Accelerock!" Ash calls and when Lycanroc's about to use the move Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Sucker Punch then Leaf Blade!" Hau calls. Decidueye disappears then reappears in front of Lycanroc and kicks the mon hard across the face with its left foot stopping him from using his move. Decidueye then turns both of its wings into grassy blades and slashes Lycanroc causing super effective damage to the mon as Ash speaks.
"Lycanroc!" Ash calls in worry as Lycanroc groans in pain, lays on his stomach, and is knocked out. Danny then makes the call.
"Lycanroc's unable to battle Decidueye's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Hau and Decidueye to cheer. Ash has a surprised look on his face but then recomposes himself as he returns Lycanroc back to his Pokeball. Ash tells Lycanroc thank you and puts the ball back on his belt. When he does that Ash pulls out another ball and speaks.
"Glalie you're up next!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends Glalie back in. Glalie looks at Decidueye with Decidueye looking at him. Danny calls for the battle to continue as Ash speaks.
"Use Ice Beam!" Ash calls. Glalie's about to fire the beam as Hau speaks.
"Use Sucker Punch!" Hau calls. Decidueye disappears then reappears in front of Glalie and is about to hit him as Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Disable!" Ash calls. Glalie's eyes glow and manages to successfully disable Decidueye's Sucker Punch. Decidueye has a confused look on its face as Ash speaks.
"Glalie use Blizzard!" "Decidueye use Hurricane!" Both trainers' call. Before Glalie can use Blizzard Decidueye roars and summons a massive hurricane that sucks in Glalie and begins to spin him around. Glalie continues to spin in the move until it disappears and he's now high in the air. Glalie groans in pain as Decidueye then appears in front of Glalie and raises its left leg as Hau speaks.
"Now use Low Kick!" "Glalie dodge!" Both trainers' call. Glalie's unable to dodge in time as Decidueye slams its left leg hard onto Glalie's head and sends him crashing back on the battlefield creating a dust cloud as Ash speaks.
"Glalie!" Ash calls in worry as we see Decidueye fly back down on the battlefield and look forward waiting for the dust to clear. Then when the dust fully clears everyone can see Glalie laying on his back knocked out as Danny speaks.
"Glalie's unable to battle Decidueye's the winner!" Danny calls allowing for Hau and Decidueye to cheer. In the stands Tracey speaks.
"Now that Glalie's been defeated Ash and Hau both have one Pokémon left." Tracey says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash returns Glalie back to his Pokeball and tells the mon thank you as he puts the ball away. Once he does that, Hau speaks.
"Seems like we're getting close to the end Ash, and I think I already know who your final Pokémon is." Hau says with Ash nodding as he pulls out his final Pokeball and speaks.
"You're right you do and here he is." Ash says as he goes to throw the ball forward.
"Dartrix, I Choose You!" Ash says as he throws the ball forward and sends in Dartrix. When the mon appears, he looks at Hau's Decidueye and has a serious look on his face with Decidueye having the same look as Hau speaks.
"Yep, just as I thought you are using your Dartrix, and he looks stronger than before." Hau says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Yeah, Dartrix has been training a lot since you last saw him and has a few tricks up his sleeve." Ash says with Hau nodding as he speaks.
"That's great to hear I'm excited to see but no matter what tricks you try Decidueye's going to win." Hau says while having a confident look on his face with Decidueye agreeing with him as Ash speaks.
"We can say the same about you and the one winning this battle is going to be Dartrix." Ash says while having a confident look on his face with Dartrix agreeing with him. Hau smiles but then gets serious with Ash and their Pokémon getting serious too as Jake speaks.
"This is it everyone it's the final battle who's going to win?!" Jake says as the crowd looks on curiously Danny speaks.
"This is the final battle both trainers have one Pokémon left. Whoever defeats their opponent's Pokémon first will be declared the winner. Danny says with the 2 boys nodding as Danny continues to speak.
"Now then let the final battle begin!" Danny says as when he does the 2 boys speak.
"Use Aerial Ace!" Both trainers' call as Decidueye and Dartrix instantly shoot forward and collide with each other creating an explosion. A couple seconds later the 2 mons appear out of the explosion and are now high into the air as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix use Air Slash!" Ash calls. Dartrix's wings glow and begins flapping them fast sending out multiple slashes of wind at Decidueye as Hau speaks.
"Use Hurricane! Hau calls. Decidueye roars and summons a large Hurricane that easily destroys the slashes of wind and heads for Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix dive into the Hurricane and ride it!" Ash calls. Dartrix nods as he shoots forward and enters the move. Once Dartrix is inside he begins to ride the Hurricane and is gaining more speed as Ash speaks.
"Now use Aerial Ace!" Ash calls. Dartrix nods as he immediately shoots out of the Hurricane and goes fast going to hit Decidueye as Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Protect!" Hau calls. Decidueye quickly summons a protective barrier and blocks Dartrix's attack. Dartrix manages to crack the barrier a little bit but is then bounced away making him spin out of control as Hau speaks.
"Good Decidueye now use Aerial Ace!" Hau calls. Decidueye nods as it shoots forward at a fast speed going to hit Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix stop Decidueye with Shadow Sneak!" Ash calls. Dartrix quickly manages to readjust himself and sends out a shadowy figure that slaps Decidueye hard in the face causing super effective damage as Ash speaks.
"Great now use Seed Bomb!" Ash calls. Before Hau can call for a command Dartrix shoots out a big grassy seed that hits Decidueye's chest and sends the mon crashing back down on the battlefield creating an explosion as Hau speaks.
"Decidueye!" Hau calls in worry as when the smoke clears everyone can see Decidueye laying on its back groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix don't let up! Use Brave Bird!" Ash calls. Dartrix roars as he begins diving down towards Decidueye. Dartrix covers his body in fire then turns into a shiny blue and goes to hit Decidueye as Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Phantom Force!" Hau calls surprising Ash as Decidueye creates a portal behind itself and goes inside it causing Dartrix to crash onto the battlefield instead. Dartrix groans in pain as suddenly a portal opens up behind him and out of it appears Decidueye who hits Dartrix and sends the mon flying back a few feet away as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix quick use Air Slash!" Ash calls. Dartrix manages to readjust himself and begins firing out multiple slashes of wind that head for Decidueye as Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Aerial Ace!" Hau calls. Decidueye shoots forward and begins to easily go through all of the slashes of wind. Decidueye now goes to hit Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix use Shadow Sneak!" "Decidueye use Protect!" Both trainers' call. Just when Decidueye's about to hit Dartrix, Dartrix summons a shadowy figure that goes to hit Decidueye, but the mon quickly summons a protective barrier blocking the attack. Decidueye's now in front of Dartrix as Hau speaks.
"Use Hurricane!" Hau calls. Ash's unable to have Dartrix dodge as Decidueye lets out a loud roar and summons a big Hurricane that consumes Dartrix. Dartrix begins to spin around fast in the Hurricane and is crying out in pain until the move disappears. Dartrix then falls back on the battlefield landing on his stomach groaning in pain as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix are you okay?!" Ash asks as Dartrix tries to stand up Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Spirit Shackle!" Hau calls with Decidueye nodding as it pulls out one of its quills that's filled with shadowy aura and fires it at Dartrix. At first the move doesn't hit Dartrix as it goes past the mon but then it goes up then down and hits Dartrix's shadow. After that a blue shadow fire appears and hits Dartrix doing damage to the mon and making him cry out in pain. Then once the fire goes away Dartrix continues to lay on the ground groaning in pain as Hau speaks.
"Okay Decidueye it's time to finish this. Charge up your strongest Sky Attack!" Hau calls. Decidueye nods as it gets in a stance and begins to glow in a golden aura charging up the move as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix quick get out of there!" Ash says with Dartrix nodding but when he tries to move, he can't because of the Spirit Shackle Ash has a surprised look on his face as up in the stands Cameron speaks.
"Why isn't Dartrix moving?" Cameron asks as Tracey speaks.
"It's because of Spirit's Shackles affect making it so Dartrix can't dodge." Tracey says as Nemona speaks.
"But I thought that it only prevents a Pokémon from being returned." Nemona says as Rinto speaks.
"Yes, it does have that effect if Ash had another Pokémon to switch out Dartrix with but since Dartrix is his last one Spirit Shackle pins down the targets shadow making it so it can't move/dodge." Rinto responds with the group nodding as Leaf speaks.
"Then that means Dartrix can't go anywhere" Leaf says with Rinto nodding as Barry speaks.
"Wow that's pretty strong." Barry says as Misty speaks.
"But still neither Ash nor Dartrix can give up now." Misty says with the group nodding as they begin to cheer for Dartrix hoping for him to move. Back on the battlefield Dartrix continues to try moving out of the way but can't as Ash speaks.
"This isn't good Dartrix is really stuck there." Ash says while having a concerned look on his face as Hau speaks.
"Yep, and soon this battle will end." Hau says while having a confident smile as Decidueye then finishes charging up the attack and is glowing in an intense golden aura Hau speaks.
"Looks like Decidueye's all charged up. Sorry Ash, but victory is ours." Hau says as he looks at Decidueye and speaks.
"Decidueye Go!" Hau says with Decidueye roaring as it glows even more intense and shoots forward heading for Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix, you need to get out of there NOW!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Dartrix continues to try but is having no luck as Decidueye's getting closer. Everyone looks on seeing Decidueye getting closer and closer to Dartrix as Hau speaks.
"This is the end!" "Dartrix dodge!" Both trainers say as Decidueye lets out a roar and goes to hit Dartrix as we then head into Dartrix's mind as he begins to remember. Inside Dartrix's head we see a memory from a few days ago of Dartrix at Oak's ranch training with Ash's Pidgeot, Corviknight and Noctowl. After they finish training Dartrix realizes that he can't measure up to them when it comes to pure power. Pidgeot then tells Dartrix that instead of trying to overpower them maybe he can try lowering their attack power. Dartrix has a confused look on his face as Pidgeot shows Dartrix the move Feather Dance. Dartrix has seen Pidgeot along with the Toucannon he was living with in the Safari Zone use this move before but wasn't interested in learning it back then but now feels as though it's time. For the next few days Dartrix trains with Pidgeot in trying to learn/master the move but every time he tries to use it, he fails. While Dartrix is feeling discouraged Pidgeot tells Dartrix that when the time comes, he'll fully learn Feather Dance with Dartrix nodding as he then continues to practice.
We now come out of Dartrix's mind as he fully remembers. Dartrix sees Decidueye getting closer and feels as though the time for him to use Feather Dance is now. Dartrix gets a serious look on his face as he spreads out his wings with his feathers starting to puff up then flaps his wings forward. Once Dartrix does that he manages to fly back getting out of the Spirit Shackle and in his place is an empty husk of feathers of himself. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Decidueye then hits the husk of feathers, after Decidueye does that it has a confused look on its face as it feels as though its attack didn't connect and its physical attack power has been lowered. Hau then speaks.
"What?" Hau says as he along with everyone then see Dartrix flying high in the air as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Dartrix, you managed to dodge!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Dartrix looks at them and smiles. Meanwhile everyone wonders what Dartrix did as Jake looks at Don George and speaks.
"Don George, do you have any idea on what just happened?" Jake asks as Don George speaks.
"I'll be happy to fill you in as it's quite simple Ash's Dartrix just used Feather Dance." Don George responds, surprising the crowd as Jake speaks.
"That was Feather Dance? But I've never seen it used like that before." Jake says with Don George nodding as he speaks.
"Me neither but from what I understand seeing as there was no way for Dartrix to dodge Decidueye's attack it wanted to use Feather Dance in order to lower Decidueye's attack power. But Dartrix knew that just firing a bunch of feathers at Decidueye wasn't going to work so it decided to create a feathered version of itself allowing for Decidueye to hit that instead." Don George says with Jake nodding as he speaks.
"I see so that's why Dartrix was able to back away because it let the empty husk take the attack instead." Jake says with Don George nodding as Jake then looks forward and speaks.
"Ash's Dartrix has just created a new way to use Feather Dance!" Jake says, which surprises the crowd as Tracey speaks.
"So, it's similar to Substitute." Tracey says as Cameron speaks.
"Wait if it's similar to Substitute then wouldn't it have been better if Dartrix learned that instead?" Cameron asks as Rinto speaks.
"Maybe but even though Substitute would've helped Dartrix would also take some recoil damage which would've made it easier for Decidueye to defeat it. With the way it uses Feather Dance it's not only able to dodge Decidueye's attacks but also lower its physical attack power too." Rinto says with Cameron along with everyone else nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Back on the battlefield Ash speaks.
"So, that's what happened, and Feather Dance must've been the move Pidgeot was trying to teach Dartrix." Ash says as he smiles looks at Dartrix and speaks.
"Congratulations on not only dodging Decidueye's attack but also learning Feather Dance Dartrix!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say as Dartrix looks at them and smiles. Meanwhile with Hau he has a surprised look on his face as he then smiles and begins to laugh a little bit which catches the attention of Ash and his Pokémon. Once Hau's done laughing, he looks at Ash and speaks.
"Man, Ash you along with your Pokémon are really unbelievable you guys keep making things interesting and fun." Hau says which makes Ash smile as he speaks.
"Thanks, and Hau you along with your Pokémon during this battle have been surprising us too." Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing with him with Hau nodding as he speaks.
"I guess you have a point there but with that out of the way what do you say want to continue?" Hau says as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Of course, and we're going to win!" Ash states with Pikachu and Dartrix agreeing with him making Hau along with Decidueye smile as Hau then gets a serious look on his face and speaks.
"Okay Ash here we come! Decidueye use Aerial Ace!" Hau calls. Decidueye gets serious and instantly shoots upward heading for Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix counter with your Aerial Ace!" Ash calls. Dartrix quickly shoots down and collides with Decidueye creating an explosion. Out of the explosion appears the 2 mons who are now flying in the air at a fast speed. As they continue to fly Decidueye gets behind Dartrix as Hau speaks.
"Use Aerial Ace!" Hau calls. Decidueye nods as it speeds up going to hit Dartrix Ash speaks.
"Dartrix counter with Air Slash!" Ash calls. Dartrix quickly turns around and begins firing multiple slashes of wind that collide with Decidueye causing the mon to slow down a little bit and allowing for Dartrix to dodge. Dartrix then begins to fly after Decidueye and is now behind the mon as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix use Air Slash again!" Ash calls and when Dartrix goes to use the move Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Sucker Punch (the disabled effect has worn off)!" Hau calls surprising Ash as Decidueye disappears then reappears in front of Dartrix. Decidueye goes to kick Dartrix as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Dartrix use Feather Dance!" Ash calls. Dartrix quickly flaps his wings, moving back and leaves a feathered version of himself causing Decidueye to hit it instead. Decidueye can feel its attack power getting lower as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix use Air Slash!" "Decidueye dodge with Phantom Force!" Both trainers' call. Dartrix flaps his wings fast sending out multiple slashes of wind that go to hit Decidueye, but the mon quickly summons a portal and goes in it dodging the attack. Ash then looks at the portal and gets an idea as he calls for a command.
"Dartrix use Shadow Sneak in the portal!" Ash calls surprising Hau as Dartrix quickly sends out a shadowy figure that enters the portal causing it to close. A couple seconds later another portal appears, and everyone hears an explosion as out of it appears Decidueye who got hit by the Shadow Sneak. Hau along with everyone else have surprised looks on their faces as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Good job Dartrix now use Aerial Ace then Seed Bomb!" Ash calls. Before Hau can call for a command Dartrix shoots forward and hits Decidueye hard in the stomach causing super effective damage to the mon. After that Dartrix then shoots out a big seed out of his mouth that hits Decidueye and creates an explosion. Out of the explosion appears Decidueye who begins falling towards the battlefield as Ash speaks.
"Dartrix don't let up use Air Slash!" Ash calls with Dartrix nodding as he flaps his wings fast and fires out multiple slashes of wind that head for Decidueye as Hau speaks.
"Decidueye use Aerial Ace!" Hau calls. Decidueye manages to readjust itself as it manages to stop falling and disappears dodging the slashes of wind. A couple seconds later Decidueye manages to hit Dartrix's right side and sends the owl flying back a few feet away. Dartrix then manages to stop himself. He groans a little in pain but still feels like he can continue as back in the stands Cameron speaks.
"Looks like that Aerial Ace didn't do much damage." Cameron says as Tracey speaks.
"It's all thanks to Feather Dance." Tracey says with Cameron nodding as Rinto speaks.
"And it seems like this battle is going to come to a close soon." Rinto says with the group nodding as they continue to watch the battle. Up in the air we see the 2-mons staring at each other and panting heavily as both Hau and Ash begin to think.
"Seems like they won't last for long its time to end this." Hau along with Ash say to themselves as Hau looks at Decidueye and speaks.
"Decidueye it's time for you to use your strongest Sky Attack!" Hau calls. Decidueye lets out a roar as its body glows in a big and intense golden aura Ash then speaks.
"Dartrix use your strongest Brave Bird!" Ash calls with Dartrix nodding as he roars too and covers his body in a big and intense shiny blue. There's now silence in the air as the 2 trainers along with their Pokémon are staring at each other, they continue to do this until they feel a gentle wind breeze go by both boys speak.
"ATTACK!" Both boys yell along with Decidueye and Dartrix who instantly fly forward and collide. Once they collide, they begin pushing each other back and forth creating a big shockwave along with a strong gust of wind in the process. Decidueye begins to slowly push Dartrix back as Hau speaks.
"THAT'S IT DECIDUEYE!" Hau cheers with Decidueye roaring as it increases the power of its Sky Attack making it harder for Dartrix as Ash speaks.
"DARTRIX DON'T GIVE UP!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu cheer as Dartrix roars too as he increases the power of his Brave Bird and begins to slowly push Decidueye back until they're back in the middle. The 2 mons continue trying to overpower each other as Hau and Ash yell.
"GOOOOOOOOOOO!" "EYE!" "TRIX!" Both trainers along with Decidueye and Dartrix yell as there's then a big explosion causing the entire battlefield to shake and creating a strong gust of wind that tries to push Hau and Ash away, but they stand their ground. Then when the wind disappears out of the smoke cloud appears Decidueye and Dartrix who fall back on the battlefield and land on their stomachs as their trainers speak.
"Decidueye!" "Dartrix!" Both trainers call to their respective Pokémon but get no response making them along with everyone else think that the battle ended in a tie. Then just went Danny is about to call the match suddenly Dartrix stands back up. Once he does the mon is panting heavily and has scratches all over his body. Danny then looks over at Decidueye and sees that the mon isn't moving and makes the call.
"Decidueye's unable to battle Dartrix's the winner! Seeing as contestant Hau has no more Pokémon left contestant Ash is the winner and will move onto the next round!" Danny says, making Ash happy as he speaks.
"ALL! RIGHT!" "PIKA!" Ash along with Pikachu let out a big cheer along with the rest of the crowd as well. Back at Oak's ranch Delia, Mr. Mime, Oak, Daisy, Rose, and Ash's Pokémon cheer too with the grass/flying types and Melmetal cheering the loudest. Back to the stadium in the stands Ash's friends cheer too as Misty and Leaf speak.
"They did it!" The 2 girls along with Togetic and Poliwag cheer as Cameron speaks.
"Wow that battle was amazing!" Cameron says with stars in his eyes as Barry speaks.
"I'll admit it was good." Barry says as Leaf speaks.
"But weren't you cheering the loudest?" Leaf says making Barry blush in embarrassment as he turns his head away making Leaf chuckle as Tracey speaks.
"They both battled hard, but Ash came out the victor." Tracey says with Rinto nodding. Meanwhile, with Nemona she looks at Ash and has a big smile on her face. We then come over to Drake who was watching the battle too and has a smile on his face as well. Back on the battlefield Hau has a surprised look on his face. He's sad that he lost but then smiles as he walks on the battlefield and makes it to Decidueye. Once he does, he helps the mon stand back up as Decidueye looks at Hau and tells him sorry as Hau speaks.
"It's okay Decidueye you along with everyone else did great and I'm proud." Hau says with Decidueye nodding. We now come over to Ash as he along with Pikachu run over to Dartrix and when they make it Ash picks up the mon and speaks.
"You did it Dartrix you won!" "Pika!" Ash along with Pikachu say with Dartrix nodding as suddenly Glalie, Lycanroc, Tauros, Incineroar, and Noctowl come out of their Pokeball's and congratulate Dartrix too making the green owl smile as they then hear a voice.
"Ash!" The voice says causing Ash along with his Pokémon to look as they see Hau along with Decidueye walking towards them. When they make it, Hau looks at Ash and speaks.
"That was an amazing battle Ash my Pokémon, and I had a blast!" Hau says happily with Decidueye agreeing with him making Ash along with his Pokémon smile as Ash speaks.
"Thanks, and we had a blast too." Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing with him making Hau along with Decidueye smile. Decidueye then tells Dartrix congratulations on beating it with Dartrix nodding and after Dartrix nods he suddenly begins to glow a bright white. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Jake speaks.
"Looks like the surprises aren't over yet as Ash's Dartrix is now evolving!" Jake says as back on the battlefield Ash puts Dartrix down as he begins to change. Dartrix gets bigger and his appearance changes as well. Then when the light of evolution fades away what was once a Dartrix is now a Decidueye. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces as Hau speaks.
"Wow your Dartrix just evolved Ash." Hau says with Ash nodding as he looks at the mon and speaks.
"Decidueye?" Ash says as the owl looks at the boy then looks at his body. Decidueye has a surprised look on his face but then recomposes himself as he looks at Ash along with his teammates and smiles giving them a thumbs up as Ash speaks.
"Yep, you're definitely still yourself." Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing with him as they then congratulate Decidueye on evolving with Hau's Decidueye congratulating him too. Then once that's over Hau looks at Ash and speaks.
"Ash the next time we battle it won't end with the same result as today." Hau says with Decidueye agreeing with him making Ash along with his Pokémon smile as Ash speaks.
"We'll look forward to that." Ash says with his Pokémon agreeing with him making Hau along with Decidueye smile as the 2 boys then shake each other's hands causing the crowd to clap for them. Then once that's over Hau along with Ash return their Pokémon (other than Pikachu) back to their Pokeballs and walk out of the battlefield. When they do, they reunite with the others who tell them their battle was great, making the 2 boys happy. After that multiple battles happen until it's now nighttime and we see the trainers who've won their battles (consisting of 8) looking at the stage where Jake and Don George are. The 2 men congratulate the trainers on making it to the top 8 as they then randomize their images for their next opponents. Then when the images stop it's revealed who will battle who and which stadium they'll be battling in. Nemona, Rinto, and Cameron see who their opponents are and which stadium they'll be battling in as we now come over to Ash and Barry. The two boys see their images next to each other and have surprised looks on their faces as Barry smiles and speaks.
"Looks like it's our turn to battle each other Ash and unlike the other opponents you've battle so far I'm not going to hold back even if you beg me." Barry says while having a confident and smug look on his face, making Ash a little annoyed as he looks at Barry and speaks.
"If anyone's going to beg, it's you once my Pokémon and I wipe the floor with you." Ash says with Pikachu agreeing with him. The 2 boys then glare at each other and smile looking forward to their battle with each other tomorrow as they along with the other trainers leave the stadium. Once they do, they meet up with Misty, Leaf, and Tracey. Ash says goodnight to his rivals as he along with the rest of the gang go back to their room in the Pokémon Center. When they do Misty asks Ash if he knows what Pokémon he's going to use for his battle against Barry and Ash tells her that he knows the exact 6 he's using. Once that's over they all go to bed as the chapter comes to an end.

What was your favorite battle between Ash and Hau's Pokémon and what are your thoughts on Dartrix not only learning Feather Dance but also evolving. As you can see, I have Ash's Dartrix in my story use Feather Dance the same way that Ash's Rowlett did in the anime, and I think I did a good job at putting my own spin on it. As for Dartrix evolving I felt as though it was time for him to evolve as I feel Ash having a Decidueye is pretty cool, and he still has the same personality he had when he was a Rowlett/Dartrix.
