Ever since they started dating last Valentines Day, Souji often lately takes pictures on his smartphone randomly of his girlfriend Chizuru.

Like this morning, when they both walk to Hakuo Academy, holding hands, both of them stumbled on a stray cat walking towards them. Chizuru can't ignore the cat's cuteness so she kneels down and give the cat a lot of pets.

A few seconds later…

"Hey hey Chizuru-chan, look here."

"Huh? Wha-"

Chizuru looks at Souji's direction, then the next thing she saw is the flashing light from Souji's smartphone.

"Souji-senpai!"

There it is again Souji teasing her again like always.

"It's unfair that you takes candid pictures of me making weird faces! Give me your phone and I'll erase it!"
Chizuru tried to reach and grab Souji's phone but with their height difference she was not able to. Not even when she attempted to jump for her to reach it.

"Nu-uh, no way. You look cute in this photo even when your eyes were half-closed."

After a while, Chizuru gave up on getting his boyfriend's phone.

"One day… I'll have the opportunity to delete those photos just you wait, Souji-senpai" Chizuru said with a pout on her face

"Now, now don't say it, Chizuru-chan." Souji said while poking Chizuru's cheeks. "Here it is again, Chizuru-chan's squishy peach cheeks. poke poke poke"

"Will the two of you stop flirting in front of me?" Souji and Chizuru turn around and saw Heisuke behind them.

"Oh, Heisuke. Morning. We are just stopping by for Chizuru-chan to pet this cat we usually see when we walk this road."

"Oh yeah! The cat, I forgot! Ahhh, it probably ran off." Chizuru realized after getting distracted by Souji taking a photo of her. She looked around and spotted the stray cat getting fed now by a lovely old woman in the distance.

"We should go now. We might be late for school if we stay here for too long. Ah, I forgot. Good morning, Heisuke-kun."

The trio walk together to school. Luckily they are early by a mere 10 minutes and said their "See you later."s As ther go back to their respective classes.

The ring bells and classes have ended for today. Chizuru packs her stuff and is preparing to visit the Kendo Club. They are almost on break and Chizuru want to give Souji a drink during it. While walking, Chizuru bumped into Hijikata.
"Ah, Hijikata-sensei. Good afternoon." Chizuru bowed to the teacher.
"Good afternoon also, Yukimura. I have a favor to ask."
"Yes, sir! What is it?" Chizuru saw a glimpse of what Hijikata's holding that is Souji's smartphone. She recognized it immediately.
"Can you give it to Souji? He might forget it in the classroom and the cleaning duty right now found this on his desk"
"Ah, of course!" Chizuru receives the smartphone "Thank you, Hijikata-sensei. Rest assured, I will give it to Souji-senpai."
"Well then, see you, Yukimura. And also before I forget, please tell your boyfriend to take Classical Literature seriously. Earlier, that punk didn't listen in class and instead folding origami papers in front of me."

While walking her way to the Kendo Club, Chizuru holds and stares at Souji's smartphone. She thought to herself all of the photos that Souji-senpai took on this phone. From his selfies, random stuff and also her photos with weird faces or half-closed eyes.
'Wait… This is my chance!' Chizuru thought to herself. 'I will open Souji-senpai's phone and delete all the weird photos he is taken me.'. Chizuru then walked to the opposite way and find a secluded spot to inspect Souji-senpai's phone.

"Huh? I seemed to misplaced my phone." Souji muttered as he looks at his things. They have a 30-minute break from his clubs activity and Chizuru-chan sure takes a while to go here. She promised that she will visit and give him a drink.
"Oh yeah, Souji." Souji looks above and saw Shinpachi-sensei wiping his sweat from his forehead. "I saw Yukimura quite earlier with your smartphone, I thought she will go here, but she went to a different direction."
"Hmmm… I see. What direction, sensei?"

Chizuru found a spot near the wall of the school building and sat there, hiding at the bushes. As she opened the phone, she was greeted with a four-digit passcode. "As expected of Souji-senpai…".
She has to guess the passcode to open the phone.

Maybe the passcode is Souji-senpai's birthday? It was incorrect it said.

Then what? Principal Kondou's birthday? She doesn't know his birthday…

"How about Chi-zu-ru? 0 7 2 6"

Hmmm… A number pun to her name. She didn't thought about it. She typed the passcode.

…!
It is correct!

She immediately swiped across all apps from Souji-senpai's phone until she tapped the Gallery app.

… He had way too many images!

… More importantly, he organized it in folders. Examples were "Demon Hijikata-sensei" folder, "Heisuke Sleeping in Class" folder, "Shinpachi-sensei's face when losing the horse race betting" folder and "SisCon Nagumo" folder among others. Even naming the folders he is teasing them…
Eventually, Chizuru found the folder relating to her "Chizuru-chan". She tried to access to this folder but…

"Huh…? It is lock-…"

"Aaaand, that's enough of it. Give me that."

Someone grabbed the phone. She looked up to find that the culprit is no other than Souji-senpai behind the window, grinning with a teasing smile.

"Sou…souji-senpai?!" Chizuru stands up and turns around to face him.

"Wait a sec., Chizuru-chan, I'll go there." Souji climbs to the window and lands outside of the building.
"Since when?! Since when are you watching me here?"

"Dunno, maybe when I started to see you trying to hide there, I guess?" Souji teasingly replied to Chizuru.
"So you are the one who whispered the passcode to me…" Chizuru looked down to her shoes. It is difficult for her to look at Souji-senpai given that she was caught snooping in his smartphone. They are both silent for a few seconds before Souji started to speak.

"Hey Chizuru-chan, can I say something?"

It took a lot of effort for Chizuru to look up to her lover, but Souji is not looking at her. Instead he stares and fiddles his phone between his fingers.

"This seems very silly for you, but I treasure every photo you have here. You different emotions, your smiles, pouts, even your weird faces, everything. Looking at the photos of you really cheered me up and felt like I'm lucky to have a girlfriend like you." Souji then looks at Chizuru. "So please, don't feel insecure about it. Okay, Chizuru-chan?"

Chizuru flushed as they both stared with each other. 'She can't really win against Souji-senpai', Chizuru thinks then looks away in embarrassment.

"Ye-yeah, I'll keep it my mind, Souji-senpai. Thank you."

They have been like this standing for a few seconds when Chizuru realized she forgot to buy a drink for Souji.

"Ah! I forgot! Your drink! I'm sorry!"

"Ah, don't worry. We could walk together on a nearest vending machine to buy one before returning to the Kendo Club. Give me you hand." Souji offers his free hand to Chizuru. She accepts it and both of them walk away, holding hands.
