Here's chapter 16! Enjoy! :)
Meanwhile at the hospital Ben met Adrian in the waiting area.
Adrian's eyes lit up when she saw Ben, a soft smile playing on her lips as she walked over to him. "Hey," she greeted him, her voice a mix of comfort and excitement.
Ben couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him as he saw her. "Hey," he responded, his eyes searching hers.
Adrian took his hand in hers, her grip firm and reassuring.
"How's Amy holding up?" He asked his voice filled with genuine concern.
"She's okay," Adrian replied, her voice a whisper. "They've done some tests to make sure everything's okay with the baby."
Ben nodded, his eyes dark with worry. "Ok, can I see her?"
"Of course. Everyone else is getting food or something, "Adrian said nicely and they walked into Amy's room.
Amy was lying on the bed, her eyes closed, and she looked so small and fragile. Ben felt his heart clench at the sight of her. He took a deep breath and approached the bed, taking a seat beside her.
"Hey," he said softly, reaching out to touch her hand.
Her eyes fluttered open, and she offered him a weak smile. "Hi, Ben," she murmured, her voice hoarse from crying.
"How are you feeling?" He asked gently after putting his hand back in his lap.
"I'm hanging in there," she said, her eyes finding his. The sincerity in her voice made his chest tighten.
"Do you need anything Amy?"Adrian asked kindly.
Amy shook her head. "No thanks, I just need to rest."
"Can you give us a minute, babe?"Ben said nicely as he looked at Adrian.
Adrian nodded understandingly, squeezed Ben's shoulder before leaving the room.
As the door clicked shut, Ben leaned closer to Amy, his voice barely above a whisper. "What happened?"
Amy's eyes searched his, her grip on the blanket tightening. "I might be here awhile," she said, her voice shaking. "The doctor said the baby might have to come out early."
Ben felt a cold sweat break out on his forehead. "Oh no, I'm sorry, Amy."
Amy nodded, trying to keep the tears at bay. "It's okay," she whispered. "I'm trying to be strong but I'm scared, Ben."
Ben reached over and took her hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You're going to be fine," he said, his voice filled with certainty. "You're the strongest person I know."
Amy's eyes searched his, looking for any sign of doubt, but she only found warmth and support. "Thank you," she murmured, a single tear rolling down her cheek.
Ben wiped the tear away with his thumb. "What can I do to help?"
"Uh, Ben we're still only friends," Amy replied awkwardly as she blushed and moved her hand away from his.
Ben felt a pang of disappointment but nodded. "Of course we are. I just want to make sure you're okay. That's all," he said, trying to keep his voice steady.
Amy looked at him with a mix of gratitude and sadness. "I know, Ben. And I appreciate it. More than you know," she whispered.
"You know I still think about the little secrets we kept, and I hope Jack knows how amazing you are. He's a lucky guy," Ben said nicely as he smiled at her.
Amy's eyes searched Ben's, feeling a mix of emotions. "Jack is great…Wait, why are you saying all of this? I told you to stop."Her tone was becoming a little angry.
Ben looked at her, his expression earnest. "I know, and I'm sorry if it's weird. I just want you to know that I care about you," he said, his voice sincere.
Amy took a deep breath, her grip on the blanket loosening slightly. "It's not weird, Ben. It's just complicated. We've moved on," she said, her voice soft.
"Maybe you have," Ben whispered as he looked at the floor.
"What did you just say? You love Adrian, don't you?"Amy asked irritated as she looked at him.
Ben took a deep breath. "I do love Adrian, but it's not the same as what we had. We shared something... something intense," he said, his eyes meeting hers again.
"Listen to me Ben, we barely had anything at all when we were sneaking around. You need to let it go," Amy replied firmly as she crossed her arms.
Ben nodded, his eyes dropping to his hands. "I know," he murmured. "I just... I don't know. I guess I just wanted to hold onto a piece of it for a little longer," he said, his voice filled with regret.
Amy's expression softened slightly, the anger draining from her eyes. "We can't go back to that, Ben," she said gently. "We need to move forward."
"I know," Ben murmured, his eyes never leaving hers. "But I just wanted to make sure you know that you meant something to me."
Amy's heart clenched and she felt a wave of guilt wash over her. She had never meant to lead Ben on, but she knew that she had hurt him. Before she could say anything, he walked out the door.
The silence in the room was deafening, and Amy felt like she had just lost a piece of her heart. She didn't know if she had made the right decision, but she knew that she had to focus on the present. Her eyes fell to her swollen stomach, a stark reminder of the future that awaited her.
Adrian walked over to Ben outside the door, looking concerned. "Is everything okay?" She asked, her voice filled with genuine worry.
Ben looked at her, his eyes a mix of sadness and confusion. "I don't know. I just... I don't know," he replied, his voice thick with emotion.
Adrian's expression grew serious. "What happened?"
Ben took a deep breath. "We talked. It's just... complicated," he said, his voice strained.
After hesitating for a moment, Adrian looked at Ben."Do you love her?"
Ben's gaze was lost in the distance."No, I love you, remember? But I care about her, as my friend, and I want her to be happy."
Adrian nodded, understanding."I get it, but you need to decide who's important to you, Ben. I don't want to be second to anyone, especially not someone you used to have feelings for," she said with a hint of possessiveness in her voice.
Ben looked into her eyes and took a deep breath. "You're not, Adrian. You're the most important person in the world to me. I just want to make sure she's okay. That's all," he assured her, taking her hands in his.
Adrian searched his face, looking for any trace of a lie. Finding none, she nodded slowly. "Okay, do you wanna go somewhere more private?"
Ben looked at her with surprise. "Now? With everything going on?"
"Yeah, you need to remember to live in the moment, it's all we have sometimes," Adrian said, her eyes pleading with him.
Ben looked at her for a long moment before nodding. He knew she was right, and he couldn't ignore the fire that burned in his chest whenever they were together. They found an empty hospital room, the door slightly ajar, and Adrian pushed him inside, her hands on his chest.
"I need you," she whispered urgently, her eyes searching his.
Ben felt his resolve waver, his desire for Adrian overwhelming his doubt. He pulled her closer, his mouth finding hers in a passionate kiss that seemed to set the room on fire. They tumbled onto the hospital bed, their bodies entwined, desperate to escape the chaos of their lives if only for a brief moment.
Adrian's hands roamed over Ben's body, her touch sending waves of pleasure through him. He kissed her neck, feeling her pulse quicken as his hands found their way under her shirt, caressing her soft, bare skin.
"I need you too," Ben murmured against her ear, his voice thick with passion.
Adrian's eyes fluttered closed, and she leaned into his touch, the feeling of his skin against hers making her heart race. Ben's hands slid down to her waist, his thumbs hooking into the waistband of her pants. She gasped into his mouth as he began to kiss his way down her neck, his teeth grazing her skin lightly.
"Woah Ben! What are we doing?"Adrian said concerned after catching her breath.
Ben paused, his eyes searching hers."I just need to feel alive right now, we have some control over you make me feel alive," he whispered.
"But a hospital room isn't what I had in mind for our first time," Adrian whispered seriously.
"Yeah me can just make out, right?"Ben said kindly as he smiled.
Adrian's eyes searched his for a moment before she leaned in, her mouth finding his in a soft, lingering kiss. Ben's hands slid up her back, pulling her closer, feeling the heat between them growing. The tension in the room was palpable, a mix of passion and fear, but they both knew they needed this.
They kissed deeply, their tongues exploring each other's mouths as if trying to find the words they couldn't say. Adrian's hands slid up to Ben's hair, pulling him closer, her body arching into his touch. The hospital sounds faded away, leaving only the rhythm of their breaths and the thud of their racing hearts.
As they kissed, Ben's hand slid down to Adrian's butt, squeezing gently. She moaned into his mouth, the sound sending a jolt of desire through him. He pulled back slightly, his eyes searching hers for permission. Adrian nodded, her eyes glazed with lust.
They both knew the risks, but in this moment, all that mattered was each other. Ben kissed her neck, feeling her pulse race beneath his lips. His hand moved to the front of her pants, and she gasped as he began to unbutton them. She helped him, her hands shaking slightly with anticipation.
"I need to feel you," he whispered against her skin, his teeth grazing her collarbone.
Adrian nodded, her breath hitching with excitement. They kissed again, their bodies pressing together tightly.
Suddenly, they heard footsteps approaching, and they both froze. The sound grew closer, and Ben frantically searched for a way to hide their actions. With a swift move, he pulled the blanket over them, hoping that if anyone walked in, they would just think they were taking a nap.
The footsteps stopped outside their door, and they held their breath. The handle turned, and the door swung open a crack. Through the narrow opening, they could see a nurse's uniform and a flash of light from the hallway. Adrian's eyes widened with panic, and Ben squeezed her hand reassuringly.
"Oh, I'm sorry," the nurse said, noticing the two of them tangled up. She stepped back quickly, her face reddening. "I didn't realize someone was in here. I'll come back later."
Adrian and Ben's eyes met, wide with surprise and embarrassment. They both laughed awkwardly as the nurse hurried away, the sound of her footsteps retreating down the hallway.
"Well, that was close," Ben said, his voice muffled by the blanket.
Adrian giggled, burying her face in his neck. "Too close," she agreed.
"Maybe we should go do have school tomorrow," Ben said concerned.
"Yeah but we could stay a little longer. What do you say, Benny?"Adrian replied playfully as she touched his neck, her voice still thick with desire.
Ben chuckled nervously and pulled away slightly."Adrian, we can't keep doing this. What if someone comes in again?"He said, his cheeks still flushed from their near-miss with the nurse.
Adrian sat up, her eyes sparkling with mischief."But we're so good at it. And it's not like we're actually doing anything wrong, right?" She said with a smirk.
Ben sighed, his hand running through his hair. "Well, technically no, but we're in a hospital. And we're supposed to be here for Amy," he reminded her.
"Yeah but I'm your naughty girl, remember?"Adrian whispered flirtatiously as she winked at him.
Ben felt his resolve waver."Okay, just a bit longer, alright?"He said as he kissed her cheek.
Adrian's smile grew as she lay back down, Ben's hand on her lower back as they shared a gentle kiss. The passion between them was strong, but it was clear that they were trying to keep it in check.
For a few moments, they just held each other, the silence of the room their only companion. The tension of their earlier conversation was still in the air, but it was overshadowed by the comfort they found in one another's embrace.
Over in Amy's room, Jack was sitting next to her bed, their hands intertwined.
"Everything's going to be okay, babe. I'm here for you, no matter what," Jack assured her as he squeezed her hand.
"I hope so. Ben even came to see me, "Amy replied sadly as she looked over at him.
Jack's expression was unreadable."What did he say?"
"He just wanted to make sure I'm ok. Ben's a good friend," Amy replied, looking at their joined hands.
"Yeah but all I really care about is you, Amy," Jack said kindly as he smiled at her.
"Aww Jack! You're all I really care about too," Amy said sweetly as she moved her face closer to his.
Jack leaned in and kissed her softly."I love you, Amy."
Amy's heart swelled with love and she kissed him back."I love you too, you for being here with me through all of this," she said with a smile.
Jack's thumb gently stroked the back of her hand."Where else would I be?"He replied with a chuckle.
"At home I guess? It is a school night," Amy answered concerned.
"I can miss a day. My parents know I'm staying another night here with you," Jack said honestly.
Amy looked at him with affection."Jack, you're the man of my dreams," she murmured.
Jack leaned in closer, his eyes full of love."And you're the woman of mine," he replied, kissing her forehead tenderly.
Amy's phone rang and she grabbed it off the table by the bed.
"It's Ricky," Amy said worried.
Jack's gaze flickered to the phone in her hand before returning to hers. "It's it."
Amy took a deep breath and picked up the call."Hello?"Her voice was shaky.
Ricky's voice was filled with tension."How are you feeling? Did the doctors say anything new?"
Amy took a deep breath, trying to keep her voice steady."I'm okay, just a little scared. They're keeping me here overnight again to monitor my blood pressure and some other things," she said, avoiding eye contact with Jack.
"Okay, I'll come over keep me updated, okay?" Ricky's voice was filled with concern.
Amy nodded. "I will. Thanks, Ricky," she said, her voice small.
"No is Jack there? I wanted to ask him something," Ricky replied kindly.
Amy handed the phone to Jack."He wants to talk to you," she whispered.
Jack took the phone."Hey man, what's up?" He tried to keep his voice casual.
Ricky took a deep breath on the other end of the line."Look, I know you guys are going through a tough time, but I need to talk to you about something you go out to the hall for a sec?"He said urgently.
Jack looked at Amy, his brow furrowed with nodded slightly, giving him permission."Sure, hold on," Jack said into the phone as he stood up.
In the hallway, he leaned against the wall, his heart racing."What's going on, Ricky?" He asked his voice tight with anticipation.
"Jack, I know you're with her now, but I just want to make sure she's ok. She's been through a lot and I care about her too, you know?" Ricky's voice was earnest.
Jack took a deep breath, trying to keep his emotions in check."I know you do, I'm making sure she's fine. Amy's in good hands," Jack said firmly.
"I appreciate that. I just…sometimes feel like I'm not good enough because I got her pregnant," Ricky replied seriously.
Jack felt a pang of sympathy for his friend."You're doing the best you can; it's all anyone can ask for. I'll always be here for her. We're in this together," Jack assured him, his voice steady.
Ricky sighed into the phone."Thanks, man. I just want the best for her. Even if that means…I'm out of the picture."
Jack's eyes narrowed slightly."Wait, what are you talking about? Everything is going to be ok," he said, trying to sound reassuring.
"Sorry Jack. I saw my…real father earlier with Grace. I guess I'm afraid if I'm involved with the baby then he'll come after me or him," Ricky replied concerned.
Jack's grip on the phone tightened his mind racing."Ricky, you don't have to be afraid of him. You're not alone, and neither is Amy. We're all here for you guys," he said, trying to comfort his friend.
"Thanks but you don't understand. He's a monster because of what he did to me and he wants to sell my son," Ricky said with a little anger in his voice.
Jack felt a cold sweat break out on his forehead."What? The baby isn't even born yet but I promise nothing bad will happen to him," Jack said with determination.
"Yeah, I hope you're right. I didn't mean to scare you guys but I thought you should know that he's on parole," Ricky replied sincerely.
Jack felt his stomach drop."All right, if anything happens, I'll let you know."
"Thanks, man. I just don't know how to deal with him," Ricky said, his voice filled with fear.
Jack nodded his mind racing with thoughts of how to protect Amy and the baby. "Don't worry. We'll figure it out. For now, just keep a low profile and stay safe," he said firmly.
Ricky's sigh echoed through the phone. "I'll do my best. Thanks, Jack."
Jack nodded, even though Ricky couldn't see him. "Take care of yourself, okay?"
Ricky's voice was small. "You too, see ya later."
Jack ended the call, his thoughts didn't want to worry Amy with this new information, but he knew he had to tell took a deep breath and walked back into the room.
"Is everything ok?"Amy asked concerned.
Jack took a moment to gather his thoughts."It's nothing you need to worry about right Ricky being Ricky," he replied with a forced smile.
Amy studied his face, sensing his tension."Jack, what's going on? You can tell me," she urged gently.
Jack took a deep breath and sat back down beside her."Ricky's father is out on 's worried he might cause trouble for you or the baby," he admitted reluctantly.
Amy's eyes went wide with fear. "What kind of trouble?" she asked, her voice shaking.
Jack took her hand in his. "Ricky said he wants to sell the baby but we won't let that happen cause we're a team."
Amy's eyes filled with terror. "What? No, we can't let that happen," she whispered, her grip on his hand tightening.
Jack nodded firmly. "Don't worry, we won't. We're going to keep you and the baby safe. I promise, Amy."
Amy searched Jack's eyes, finding the reassurance she needed. "Okay, thank you," she murmured, her grip on his hand loosening slightly.
Jack leaned over and kissed her forehead. "Of course, you want to make out some before we go to sleep?"
Amy nodded, trying to push the fear aside for leaned into each other, their lips meeting in a gentle kiss that grew in intensity as the minutes ticked needed the comfort, the connection, and the escape from the reality of their situation.
Jack's arms wrapped around her, pulling her closer as their kiss grew more hands slid through her hair, holding her face as if he could protect her from the world outside the hospital 's hands found his shoulders, her nails digging into his skin slightly as she deepened the kiss.
Their bodies molded together as if they were trying to become one, the fear of what might happen outside their little bubble fading away with every stroke of their room spun around them, and it was as if they were the only two people in the world.
"Mmm this is so nice, "Amy whispered as she looked up at him.
Jack smiled down at her, his eyes filled with love. "Yeah it is you're so amazing, Amy."
Amy's cheeks flushed with pleasure. "You're pretty amazing too, you know," she said, her voice still shaky from their earlier conversation.
Jack's smile grew as he leaned in for another as their lips touched, the door to their room opened, this time with more both jumped, pulling apart guiltily.
In the doorway stood Dr. Castellanos, looking stern."What's going on here?" She asked, her voice firm but not unkind.
Jack and Amy both sat up, trying to compose themselves."Sorry, were just... talking," Jack said awkwardly and he got out of the bed.
Dr. Castellanos raised an eyebrow but said nothing as she walked over to the machines monitoring Amy's vitals."Your blood pressure seems to be under control for now, but we'll keep an eye on it through the night," she said, her tone professional.
Amy nodded, feeling embarrassed. "Thank you, doctor," she murmured.
Dr. Castellanos made some notes on her chart before turning to them. "I know this is a difficult situation, but you both need to remember that this is a hospital, not a romantic getaway. Try to keep your interactions appropriate for the environment," she said, her expression softening slightly.
Jack nodded, his cheeks reddening. "I'm sorry, doctor. I was just giving her a good night's kiss," he explained.
Dr. Castellanos' gaze softened a bit. "I understand that you're young and in love, but this is a critical time for both of you. Please keep that in mind. Now, get some rest. We'll keep checking on you throughout the night, Amy. Try to relax and keep your stress levels down for the sake of the baby," she instructed, before leaving the room.
Jack looked at Amy apologetically as he sat back down on the chair beside the bed. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get us in trouble," he whispered.
Amy gave him a small smile, her fear momentarily forgotten. "It's okay, Jack. We just need to be more careful, that's all," she said, her voice still trembling slightly.
Jack nodded, leaning back in his chair. The room felt suddenly much smaller, and the weight of their situation settled heavily on his shoulders. He knew that Ricky's father was dangerous, and he couldn't ignore the warning his friend had given him. They had to be prepared.
Amy watched Jack, the love in her eyes mixed with a hint of fear. She reached out and took his hand again, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "Jack, promise me we'll do whatever it takes to keep the baby safe," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Jack's eyes met hers, full of determination. "I swear it, Amy. Nothing will happen to either of you," he vowed, his thumb tracing circles on the back of her hand.
The room was quiet again, the only sound the soft beeping of the hospital machines. Amy's grip on Jack's hand grew tighter as she fought to hold back her tears. She knew Jack was trying to reassure her, but the fear of the unknown was almost too much to bear.
Meanwhile, Grace was in her bedroom brushing her hair when Ricky called her.
"Hey Ricky. You're not asleep yet?"Grace said sweetly as she answered her phone after putting her brush down.
"Hi beautiful. I am in bed but I'm not ready to sleep just yet. I can't stop thinking about what we did at the park earlier," Ricky whispered seductively as he smirked.
"Heh, oh yeah? I can't either. You're really good at grinding," Grace whispered back as she sat on her bed.
Ricky's smile grew wider. "So are you."
Grace's cheeks flushed with pleasure. "Well, we should definitely do that again sometime."
"Definitely. What are you wearing to bed?"Ricky replied quietly, still smiling.
Grace giggled. "Just a t-shirt and shorts. Nothing too fancy for a school night," she said, playing along.
"Mmm, I wish I was there to take it off of you," Ricky murmured, his voice low and seductive.
Grace felt a thrill run down her spine. "Me too, but we should get some sleep. We've got school tomorrow, remember?" she said, trying to keep her voice even.
"Yeah, I know. But I just can't get you out of my head," Ricky said, his voice thick with desire.
Grace's heart fluttered. "You really know how to make a girl feel special," she replied, her voice soft and teasing.
Ricky's smirk grew. "That's because you are special, Grace. You're everything to me," he said earnestly.
Grace felt a warmth spread through her chest. "Aw, Ricky, you say the sweetest things. But we really should go to sleep. It's late," she said, trying to keep the conversation from going further.
"Come on, babe. Can't you stay up a little longer?"Ricky begged playfully.
Grace chuckled, rolling her eyes."Okay, but only a few more minutes. I need my beauty sleep," she said, laying back on her bed.
"You're always beautiful, Grace. You know that," Ricky replied, his voice earnest.
Grace's cheeks warmed even more. "Heh, thanks. What are you wearing in bed?"
"Just boxers," Ricky said with a chuckle, and Grace could almost see his smug grin over the phone.
"Well, you should be wearing more than that. It's a little cool," Grace teased, pulling her blanket closer.
"Ha ha, that's why I need you here to keep me warm, "Ricky teased back as he pulled his blanket over him.
"Mmm, yeah I could start with a kiss, "Grace whispered as she turned the lamp off on her night stand.
Ricky's heart skipped a beat. "Sounds good, then what?"
"Well, I'd run my fingers through your hair and whisper how much I love you in your ear," Grace said with a flirty tone.
Ricky's breath hitched. "Yeah, that sounds perfect," he murmured, his mind racing with images of her in his arms.
Grace's voice grew softer. "And then, I'd trace your jaw line with my thumb, and maybe kiss down your chest," she continued, her words painting a vivid picture in the darkness of her room.
Ricky's voice was a low rumble in response. "Keep going," he urged, his eyes closed tightly as he imagined her touch.
"Then, I'd run my hands down your stomach, feeling the muscles tense under my fingertips," Grace whispered, her voice dropping an octave. "And I'd kiss you again, but slower this time, letting our tongues dance together."
Ricky's breath was ragged on the other end of the line. "I'd love that," he murmured, his eyes still squeezed shut.
Grace's voice grew more heated. "And then, I'd move even lower, exploring every inch of you," she said, her words sending a shiver through Ricky.
"I can't take it anymore," Ricky groaned, his hand unconsciously moving to his chest as if to feel her touch through the phone.
Grace giggled, enjoying the effect she had on him. "What's wrong, Ricky? Can't handle a little fantasy?"
"I can handle it, but I want it to be real," Ricky replied, his voice thick with longing.
"Come on over. My parents and Tom should be fast asleep by now," Grace whispered as she smirked.
Ricky's eyes snapped open. "Now? Are you sure?"
"Mm-hmm," Grace hummed her voice a siren's call through the phone. "I want you here, with me."
Ricky didn't need any more convincing. He threw the covers off and jumped out of bed. "I'll be over in five," he promised, his voice gruff with excitement as he started to put his jeans on.
"Take your time, I'll be waiting," Grace said with a sweet smile in her voice. She couldn't believe she was about to see Ricky again so soon. It had been a whirlwind of a day, but she felt alive, like she was truly living.
As soon as they hung up, she quickly changed into a more alluring outfit, her heart racing with excitement. She knew they couldn't get caught, but the thrill of sneaking around again added a delicious edge to their relationship. She checked her reflection in the mirror, smoothing down her shirt and running her fingers through her hair.
Meanwhile, Ricky was already on his way. The cool night air was a stark contrast to the heat building inside him. He parked his car a few houses down from hers, not wanting to risk alerting anyone. As he approached the house, he took a deep breath and climbed the tree outside her window, his muscles straining as he hoisted himself onto the branch that had become so familiar to him.
Grace had left the window slightly open, the curtains fluttering gently in the breeze. He climbed in, the familiar scent of her room wrapping around him like a warm blanket. She was sitting on the bed, the moonlight casting a soft glow on her skin. The sight of her took his breath away.
"Hi," she whispered, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
Ricky couldn't help but smile as he stepped into the room, closing the window behind him. "Hi," he whispered back, his eyes never leaving hers as he approached the bed.
Grace's heart raced as she watched him come closer. She felt a thrill run through her body, knowing that they were about to share something incredible together. "I'm so glad you came," she murmured, reaching out to him.
Ricky took her hand and sat down beside her on the bed. "Me too," he said, his voice low and full of need.
Grace leaned into him, her breath warm against his neck. "What's wrong?" she asked, noticing the tension in his body.
"Your family is really asleep?" Ricky whispered concerned.
"Yes," Grace nodded her voice full of confidence. "They're all exhausted from church and the zoo. They won't hear a thing."
Ricky was visibly relaxed as he felt the warmth of her breath sending shivers down his spine. He wrapped an arm around her, pulling her closer. Their eyes searched each other's for a moment, the air thick with unspoken words. Then, as if on cue, their lips met in a fiery kiss that sent waves of heat through their bodies.
Grace's hands roamed over Ricky's chest, feeling the rapid beat of his heart beneath her fingertips. Ricky's hand found the hem of her shirt, lifting it slightly to reveal the smooth skin beneath. They broke the kiss, panting, their foreheads resting against each other. "Grace," Ricky whispered, "are you sure about this?"
"I've never been more sure," Grace responded, her eyes dark with desire. "I want to be with you, no matter what."
Her words were like a key unlocking the last of Ricky's restraint. He kissed her again, deeper this time, as his hands began to explore her body, reacquainting themselves with the curves and contours that they loved. Grace's own hands were not idle, her fingers tracing the lines of his abs, the muscles in his back, and the strong contours of his shoulders. They were like two magnets, drawn together by an irresistible force.
Their kiss grew more intense, their breaths mingling as they lost themselves in the moment. The world outside ceased to exist, and all that mattered was the connection between them. Grace felt a thrill of excitement and fear, knowing they were doing something they shouldn't, but the desire was too strong to resist.
Ricky's hand slid up her thigh, his touch sending bolts of pleasure through her body. She gasped into his mouth, her hips moving restlessly against him. His kisses grew more insistent, his hands exploring further until they reached the waistband of her shorts.
Grace's heart hammered in her chest, her breathing shallow. She knew they were playing with fire, but the heat between them was too intense to ignore. She reached for the button of his jeans, her trembling fingers fumbling with the zipper.
"Grace, we can't," Ricky whispered again, his voice strained with passion.
Her eyes searched his, the green depths filled with a mix of want and uncertainty. "Why not?" She breathed, her hand still hovering over the zipper.
Ricky's gaze fell to her hand, and for a moment, he was lost in the temptation. But then he took a deep breath, his eyes meeting hers with a serious expression. "Because we have to be careful. Your dad...he's not exactly thrilled with us," he reminded her, his voice gruff.
Grace bit her lip, understanding the gravity of their situation. "I know, but I love you," she said softly, her hand still resting on his zipper.
Ricky closed his eyes, feeling the weight of his own desires war with his fear for their safety. "I love you too, Grace," he murmured, his hand gently pushing hers away. "But we're not really alone. Did you change your mind about waiting until marriage again?"
Grace took a deep breath, the warmth of his body pressing against hers. "No," she admitted. "But I want you so much."
Ricky leaned back, taking her hands in his. "I know. And I want you too. But like I said earlier, you'll be screaming my name. Your parents would kill me if they heard you," he said, his voice thick with emotion and seduction while whispering in her ear.
Grace felt her cheeks heat up and she couldn't help but let out a giggle. "You're right," she murmured, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
Ricky chuckled, his grip on her hands tightening for a moment before he leaned back and pulled her closer, kissing her forehead. "But we can still make the most of what we have right now," he whispered, his breath warm against her skin.
Grace nodded her heart racing. "Yeah," she agreed her voice a mix of disappointment and excitement. They lay down together on the bed, their bodies fitting perfectly. Ricky's arms wrapped around her, holding her close as they kissed, their bodies pressed tightly together.
"Shall we continue our fantasy that we started on the phone?" Grace whispered after taking a breath.
Ricky's eyes searched hers, reading the desire that had only grown stronger. "I don't know if I can handle just fantasy anymore," he said, his voice low and gruff with passion.
Grace's heart skipped a beat as she looked into his eyes. "Maybe we don't have to," she whispered, her voice shaking with anticipation.
Ricky's hand stilled on her waist. "Are you saying..."
Grace nodded, her eyes never leaving his. "Don't worry; we're not really going to do anything. Where were we?"
Ricky's hand began to move again, tracing the outline of her body through the fabric of her shirt. "You were going to kiss me," he murmured, his voice a low growl.
Grace's pulse quickened as she felt his hand move up to cup her cheek, turning her face towards his. Their eyes locked, and for a moment, the world around them faded away. Then, as if of their own accord, their lips met again, the kiss deepening as the tension between them grew.
"I'd start with your neck," Ricky whispered, his breath hot against her ear as his mouth moved to kiss the sensitive skin there.
Grace shivered, her eyes closing as she felt his teeth graze the spot just below her earlobe. "And then?" She managed to ask, her voice a breathy whisper.
"I'd unbutton your shirt, one button at a time," Ricky said, his fingers moving to the top button of her blouse. His movements were slow, deliberate, each button revealing more of her soft skin to the moonlight. Grace's breath hitched as she felt the cool air against her now exposed chest, the anticipation building with every inch of skin that was bared.
"Then I'd kiss my way down to your chest," he murmured, his lips following the path his eyes had traced. Grace could feel his heart beating against her, his own desire evident in every touch. His kisses grew more urgent as he reached the fabric of her bra.
Grace's breath quickened, her body responding to his touch. "And then?" she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Ricky's hand paused for a moment, his thumb brushing the fabric of her bra. "I'd unclasp it," he murmured, his eyes never leaving hers. "And then, I'd finally get to see what's been driving me crazy all night."
Grace's breath hitched as she felt his hands move to the clasp of her bra. "Relax babe, it can wait until our first time. I respect you." Ricky whispered kindly as he smiled at her.
Grace leaned into him, her heart pounding in her chest. "Thank you," she murmured, feeling a rush of affection for him.
They lay there, their hearts racing, their bodies entwined in a dance of passion and restraint. Ricky's kisses grew softer, more gentle, as if he was savoring every moment with her.
"Then what would you do to me?" Grace asked playfully.
Ricky's eyes twinkled with mischief as he leaned back to look at her. "I'd trace the line of your collarbone with my tongue," he said, his voice thick with desire. He leaned in to kiss her again, his hand moving to caress her cheek.
Grace's heart raced as she felt his warm breath on her skin. "And then?" she prompted, her voice a breathy whisper.
Ricky's hand trailed down to the button of her shorts, his touch sending waves of anticipation through her body. "I'd unbutton these," he murmured, his eyes never leaving hers.
Grace's pulse pounded in her ears as she felt the zipper slide down, revealing the lacy fabric beneath. "What's next?" she breathed, her voice barely a whisper.
Ricky's eyes smoldered as he leaned in closer, his breath tickling her ear. "I'd kiss every inch of you, until you couldn't take it anymore," he replied, his voice a low, seductive rumble.
Grace's skin tingled with anticipation as she felt his lips trace a path along her neck, his tongue flicking against her sensitive skin. She arched into him, her body begging for more. His hand caressed her side, sending goose bumps skittering across her flesh.
"Ricky, I can't wait," she whispered, her voice filled with longing.
He kissed her gently, his hand sliding down to her hip. "We will, but we've got to keep it a secret," he reminded her, his voice thick with lust.
Grace nodded, her eyes fluttering closed as she felt his hand move lower. "I know," she whispered, her body responding to his touch.
Ricky's hand paused, his thumb brushing the sensitive skin just above the waistband of her underwear. "But for now, we'll just keep it here," he murmured, his voice a mix of regret and restraint.
Grace nodded, her eyes still closed as she felt his hand move away. "Okay," she whispered, her body still humming with unspent desire.
"You are so sexy. Do you know that?" Ricky replied quietly as he smirked at her.
Grace felt a blush creep up her neck, and she couldn't help but giggle. "Only when I'm with you," she said her voice a soft murmur.
Ricky leaned in and kissed her again, his hand resting gently on her bare stomach. "Always," he whispered his eyes full of love and admiration.
They lay there in the quiet darkness, their hearts pounding in sync. The tension between them was palpable, but they both knew they had to be careful. They had come so close to being caught before, and the thought of her father's reaction was enough to keep them in check.
"Grace," Ricky whispered, his voice laced with a mix of passion and love. "Tell me how you want it our first time."
Grace's cheeks flushed redder than the crimson curtains that adorned her window. "I want it to be perfect," she murmured, her eyes searching his.
"It will be," Ricky assured her, his voice a gentle promise in the stillness of the night. "But I want to know what makes you feel good."
Grace took a deep breath, her heart racing with a mix of excitement and nerves. "I want it to be slow," she whispered, her voice trembling slightly. "I want us to explore each other, and I want to feel everything."
Ricky's eyes searched hers, the intensity of his gaze making her stomach flip. "I'll make sure it's everything you dreamed of, and more," he promised, his voice a low rumble. His hand slid up to cup her cheek, his thumb brushing away a stray strand of hair.
Grace leaned into his touch, her eyes fluttering closed. "I know you will," she murmured, her voice full of trust. The air between them was thick with unspoken words, the heat of their desire a tangible force.
For a moment, they just lay there, listening to the rhythm of each other's breaths, feeling the steady beats of their hearts. Then, with a sigh, Ricky pulled her closer, their bodies fitting together like two pieces of a puzzle. "I can't wait for that night," he whispered, his voice a warm caress in the darkness.
Grace snuggled into him, feeling the strength of his arms around her. "Me neither," she said, her voice a little nervous.
Ricky kissed the top of her head. "We'll make it happen soon," he promised, his voice a gentle rumble. "But for now, we've got to keep it together."
Grace nodded, her heart still racing. "I know," she whispered, her eyes still closed. The feel of his skin against hers was intoxicating, and she didn't want to let go.
Ricky's hand stroked her hair gently, his touch calming the storm of passion that raged within her. "We've got to be careful," he said, his voice a soft murmur. "Your dad... I don't want to cause any more trouble."
Grace nodded, understanding the gravity of their situation. "I know," she said, her voice a whisper. "But I want you so badly."
Ricky's grip on her tightened for a brief moment before he released her, sitting up and taking a deep breath. "We can't, Grace," he said, his voice firm but gentle. "We have to wait because it's what you want. Honestly, I want to wait too. I know I've had sex before, but I want to be the best man I can be for you. Just imagine how much more special it will be if we really wait until our wedding night."
Grace sat up with him, her cheeks still flushed. She nodded, her eyes glistening with a mix of emotions. "You're right," she murmured. "I don't want to rush things. I guess I feel left out sometimes. Being a Christian can be lonely."
Ricky's eyes softened as he took her hand in his. "I know it's not easy," he said, his voice understanding. "But we're in this together, and it'll all be worth it."
Grace nodded, a small smile playing at the corners of her lips. "I know you're right," she murmured, her eyes searching his. "But you're the hottest guy in school and I'm just the good girl next door. Am I really worth waiting for?"
Ricky leaned in, his eyes never leaving hers. "You're more than worth it, Grace," he said, his voice earnest. "You're the most amazing person I know, and I want to be the one to show you how much you're loved. In every way."
Grace felt a warmth spread through her chest, her heart swelling with love for him. She leaned in, pressing her forehead against his. "Thank you," she murmured her voice thick with emotion.
Ricky kissed her again, his hand resting on her cheek. "It's the least I can do," he whispered, his voice full of sincerity. "You deserve the world, and I want to be the one to give it to you."
Grace leaned into the kiss, feeling a sense of peace wash over her. When they finally broke apart, she took a deep breath, her eyes still closed. "You're so amazing, Ricky," she whispered again, her voice a little shaky.
Ricky's hand cupped her cheek, his thumb gently caressing her skin. "And you're so beautiful," he murmured. "Inside and out."
Grace felt a warm blush spread across her cheeks, her heart fluttering at his words. "Thanks, handsome," she whispered, her eyes still closed.
"Hey," Ricky said softly, tilting her chin up to meet his gaze. "I mean it. You're beautiful, and you're worth waiting for."
Grace's eyes searched his, a hint of doubt lingering. "But what if..."
Ricky silenced her with another kiss, his hand sliding down to cup her cheek. "No 'what ifs'," he murmured against her lips. "We're in this together, and we'll wait."
Grace's eyes searched his, the doubt slowly fading. "Okay," she whispered her voice shaky with emotion. "I trust you."
Ricky's thumb brushed her cheek, his eyes full of love and determination. "And I trust you," he said, his voice a gentle promise.
Grace nodded, her eyes shining with unshed tears. "I love you," she murmured, her voice barely audible.
Ricky's hand tightened around hers, his eyes never leaving hers. "I love you too, more than anything," he said, his voice thick with emotion.
They sat there for a moment, the silence between them filled with the unspoken promise of their future. The moonlight cast long shadows across the room, painting them in a soft glow that only served to highlight the intensity of their connection.
"We should probably get some sleep," Ricky said finally, his voice a gentle murmur.
Grace nodded, her eyes still locked on his. "Yeah," she whispered a hint of regret in her voice.
They lay back down, their bodies still pressed together, but the intensity of their passion now tempered by the weight of their promise. Ricky's arms wrapped around her, holding her close as they both took deep, steadying breaths.
Grace felt his heart pounding in rhythm with hers, the steady thump a comfort in the quiet of the night. She knew that their love was something that could never truly be hidden, but she also knew that they had to be smart. They had to wait, no matter how difficult it was.
"Goodnight, Ricky," she whispered, her voice a soft sigh against his chest.
"Goodnight, Grace," he replied, his voice rumbling through her.
They lay there for a while, their bodies entwined, listening to the quiet sounds of the house. The occasional creak of a floorboard or the distant hooting of an owl outside were the only reminders that the world outside their secret haven continued to exist.
Grace's thoughts swirled with the intensity of their conversation, the passionate whispers still echoing in her ears. The anticipation of their future filled her with both excitement and nervousness, a cocktail of emotions that kept her awake. Ricky, ever the perceptive one, noticed her restlessness and whispered, "What's on your mind?"
"I'm just... worried," she admitted, her voice barely above a murmur. "What if things don't work out the way we plan?"
Ricky's arms tightened around her, his warmth seeping into her bones. "They will," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "We've got each other, and that's all that matters."
Grace nodded, her head resting on his chest. "I know," she murmured quietly. "But what if my dad-"
Suddenly, her door opened and Marshall came in.
Grace's heart nearly stopped as she jolted upright, her hand flying to her chest. Ricky froze beside her, his eyes wide with panic.
"What are you doing here?" Marshall said firmly as he looked at Ricky.
Grace's heart raced her mind racing for a plausible excuse. "Dad, I couldn't sleep, so Ricky's just... keeping me company," she managed to say, her voice shaking slightly.
Marshall's eyes narrowed, his gaze shifting from Ricky to Grace. "Get out of my house. Both of you." His tone becoming angrier.
Grace looked at Ricky, fear and regret flashing in her eyes. Ricky didn't argue, immediately jumping out of bed. "I'm sorry, Dr. Bowman," he said, his voice tight. "I'll go."
"You too, Grace. Get out of my house," Marshall said sternly as he looked at her.
"What? Why, Dad?" Grace replied confused as she looked up at him.
Marshall's face was a mask of anger, his eyes cold. "You think you're all grown up now? Obviously, you're not going to listen to me," he said, his voice low and dangerous. "Get out, now."
Grace felt the sting of tears in her eyes, but she knew arguing would only make it worse. She climbed out of bed, pulling her shirt back down and trying to smooth her hair. "Okay, Dad," she murmured, her voice shaky.
Marshall's eyes remained cold, his jaw tight as he watched them both. Ricky moved quickly, gathering his shoes and jacket. "I'm sorry, sir," he said again, his eyes downcast. "It won't happen again."
"Get out," Marshall repeated, his voice a low growl.
"Marshall! What is going on?" Kathleen said concerned as she walked into the room.
Marshall didn't take his eyes off of Ricky, his expression unyielding. "Our daughter had him in her bed, and I won't have it under my roof," he said, his voice icy.
Kathleen's eyes widened in shock. "What? Grace, is this true?"
Grace's cheeks burned with embarrassment, and she nodded reluctantly. "We weren't doing anything, Mom," she protested weakly, her eyes filling with tears.
Kathleen looked horrified, her gaze flickering from her daughter to Ricky. "What were you thinking?" She asked, her voice trembling.
"Mom, it's not what you think," Grace began, but Marshall's hand shot up, cutting her off.
"Save it," he snapped. "I don't want to hear any more of your lies."
Ricky's jaw clenched, but he knew better than to argue. He slipped on his shoes and grabbed his jacket, avoiding eye contact with anyone as he made his way to the door. Everyone else followed him into the hallway.
"Good night, Grace. I'll talk to you whenever you're ready to listen to me," Marshall said sternly after closing her door.
"Marshall? Where is she going?" Kathleen said worried.
Marshall's gaze didn't leave Ricky's back. "Wherever she wants. I can't have her disrespecting me like this," he said firmly as they all walked downstairs.
Grace felt a cold knot form in her stomach, her mind racing as she and Ricky headed towards the front door.
"You want to have sex then fine. But it will not be happening in my house young lady!" Marshall said loudly.
Grace felt her face heat up even more, and she couldn't hold back the tears that spilled over her cheeks. "But Daddy, I'm sorry, we didn't..." she trailed off, knowing that her words were falling on deaf ears as she turned to look at him.
Marshall's expression softened slightly, but the anger in his eyes didn't waver. "I know you didn't, but that doesn't change the fact that you disobeyed me," he said, his voice still firm. "I can't have you living under my roof if you're going to ignore what I say."
Grace felt the tears fall more freely as she looked at her father, her heart breaking. "But Dad..."
Marshall's expression was unyielding. "I'm sorry, Grace. You know the rules. I can't have you living here if you're going to disrespect me like this," he said, his voice heavy with disappointment.
"Good night, sir. Mrs. Bowman, don't worry. Everything will work out. Come on, Grace," Ricky said calmly as he grabbed Grace's hand and they walked out the front door.
The cool night air hit them like a slap in the face, a stark contrast to the heated tension in the house. They didn't speak until they were a safe distance from the house, the porch light casting long shadows across the lawn. Grace's hand was trembling in his, and Ricky could feel her distress.
"I'm so sorry," she whispered, her eyes glistening with tears.
Ricky squeezed her hand gently. "It's not your fault," he said, his voice steady despite the turmoil inside him. "We'll figure this out."
Grace's eyes searched his, looking for reassurance. "But what if he never lets us see each other again?" She asked, her voice quavering.
"He just kicked you out. As far as I'm concerned, you're all mine now," Ricky said as he smiled at her while unlocking his car.
Grace couldn't help but return his smile, despite the heavy weight in her chest. "What are we going to do?" She whispered, wiping her tears.
Ricky opened the car door for her. "First, we're going to get you somewhere safe," he said, his voice firm. "Then, we'll talk."
Grace nodded, sliding into the passenger seat and buckling up. As they drove away from her house, she couldn't help but look back, her heart aching at the thought of her father's anger.
"I'll take you to my place," Ricky said, his voice tight with tension. "My parents are out of town, so we'll have the house to ourselves."
Grace nodded, her eyes still glued to the shrinking figure of her house. "Okay," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.
The drive to Ricky's place was silent, the tension in the car thick enough to cut with a knife. Grace felt like her world was falling apart, her mind racing with thoughts of her father's anger and the uncertainty of their future.
When they arrived at Ricky's house, the quiet was almost deafening as they stepped into the empty foyer. He led her to the living room, pulling her into a tight embrace. "It's going to be okay, I promise," he whispered into her hair, his voice soothing and reassuring.
Grace leaned into him, her body trembling with the weight of her emotions. "What are we going to do?" She asked, her voice muffled against his chest.
Ricky held her tight, feeling the warmth of her tears seep through his shirt. "We're going to stay strong, together," he said firmly. "Your dad just needs time to cool down."
Grace pulled away slightly, wiping her eyes. "What if he doesn't?"
Ricky kissed the top of her head, his arms still wrapped around her. "He will," he assured her. "But until then, we've got each other. I'm going to marry you regardless."
Grace looked up at him, her eyes swollen with unshed tears. "How can you be so sure?"
Ricky's gaze never wavered. "Because I know what we have is real," he said, his voice strong and steady. "And I'm willing to fight for us. You're my girl, Grace."
Grace sniffled, her eyes searching his. "Okay," she murmured a hint of hope in her voice. "But what if he never lets me come back?"
Ricky tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, his thumb wiping away a stray tear. "Then we'll figure something else out," he said, his tone unyielding. "We're not going to let this come between us."
Grace nodded, trying to hold onto the semblance of hope he offered. "But what about my mom?"
Ricky sighed, his arms tightening around her. "We'll talk to her, explain everything," he said, his voice filled with determination. "We'll find a way to make it work."
Grace leaned into him, taking comfort in his warmth. "Guess this means we're missing school tomorrow. It's already midnight."
Ricky nodded his arms around her. "Yeah but it'll be worth it. We can spend the day doing more of this." He licked his lips and slowly brushed them against hers.
Grace felt a thrill of excitement at his words, despite the fear still lingering in her heart. She leaned into the kiss, feeling his warmth spread through her body like wildfire.
As they broke apart, Ricky's hand traveled up her back, gently caressing her skin. "You wanna get a little naughty before we go to sleep?"
Grace blushed, the heat of their kiss still lingering on her lips. "I... I don't know," she murmured, glancing towards the hallway where his bedroom lay.
Ricky's eyes searched hers, reading the uncertainty in them. "We don't have to," he whispered, his voice hoarse with restrained desire. "But I want to make you feel good, to take your mind off everything."
Grace took a deep breath, her eyes never leaving his. "Okay," she murmured, her voice trembling slightly.
Ricky's eyes lit up with passion, but he took things slow, moving closer and kissing her neck, his hands roaming over her body gently. Grace felt a shiver run down her spine, her body responding despite the fear that still lingered.
He kissed her slowly, his hands moving from her neck to her shoulders, touching her bra with ease through her shirt. Grace's breath hitched as he touched her. It was a tender, loving gesture that made her melt into him.
Ricky pulled away slightly, looking into her eyes. "Is this ok?" He asked his voice low and gentle.
Grace took a shaky breath, nodding. "Yes," she whispered, the need for his touch overpowering her fear.
Ricky took his time, his lips tracing a fiery path down her neck, sending shivers down her spine as he caressed her slowly.
Grace leaned into his touch, her breath coming in shallow gasps. She felt the weight of their situation lift slightly, her body responding to the promise of comfort and love in his embrace.
"I'm sorry," she murmured, her voice trembling. "I'm just so scared."
Ricky's eyes searched hers, filled with understanding and determination. "We'll get through this," he said, his voice a gentle murmur. "We're in this together."
With a deep breath, Grace nodded, her eyes never leaving Ricky's. "Okay," she murmured her voice shaky. "But for now, let's just focus on us."
Ricky nodded, his expression softening. He leaned in, kissing her gently, and she could feel the love and reassurance in his touch. His hand slid up to cup her cheek, his thumb tracing her jaw line as his lips moved to hers.
Grace felt her fear begin to melt away, replaced by a warmth that spread from her core to her fingertips. She wrapped her arms around him, pulling him closer, needing his strength and comfort.
Their kisses grew more urgent, more passionate as they sought refuge in each other's arms. Ricky's hands moved to her waist, his touch light and reassuring as he unbuttoned her shorts. Grace's breath hitched, but she didn't pull away, instead leaning into him, her hands finding his shirt and tugging it up over his head.
Their bodies pressed together, the heat of their skin a stark contrast to the coolness of the room. Ricky's hands slid over the curve of her hips, his fingertips tracing the edge of her panties, sending a bolt of desire through her. Grace's eyes closed, her breathing shallow, as she felt his mouth move down to her collarbone, his kisses leaving a trail of fire in their wake.
"Shall we move to my room?" Ricky asked seductively as he paused to look at her.
Grace nodded her eyes wide with desire. She let him guide her down the hallway to his personal sanctuary. The door creaked slightly as it opened, revealing the softly lit space that smelled faintly of his cologne.
The room was neat, with posters on the walls, a stark contrast to the passionate chaos they brought into it. Ricky's hands never left her as he led her to the bed, the soft mattress welcoming them as they sank down onto it.
Their kisses grew deeper, more insistent. The cool fabric of the comforter brushed against Grace's skin, setting it alight with sensation. Ricky's eyes never left hers, his gaze filled with love and a fierce protectiveness that made her heart race.
Grace's hands moved to his waist, unbuttoning his jeans, feeling the heat of his desire pressing against her.
"Mmm, Ricky. Should we grind again?" Grace whispered flirtatiously as she looked up at him.
Ricky's eyes darkened with lust, his hands sliding down to the hem of her shirt. "I want to do more than just grind, baby. But we can if you want," he murmured, his voice thick with desire.
Grace's cheeks flushed, her eyes flickering with excitement and nerves. "What else do you want?" She whispered, her voice trembling slightly.
Ricky's hand slid under her shirt, his fingertips grazing the soft skin of her stomach. "I want to explore every inch of you," he murmured, his gaze intense. "But only if you're sure."
Grace's heart raced but she knew she couldn't. "Ricky...I can't, I'm sorry. Gosh, I'm just a big tease, aren't I?"
Ricky's eyes searched hers, reading the conflict in them. "No, you're not," he assured her, his voice gentle. "You're just scared, and I understand. We'll go at your pace."
He pulled her closer, his hand sliding up to cup her cheek. "We're in this together, Grace. We'll figure it out," he whispered against her lips.
"Yeah we will. Grind on me, Ricky. I really like that," Grace whispered back with desire as she bit her bottom lip.
Ricky groaned, his eyes hooded with lust. "Alright, baby," he said as he pushed her back onto the bed. He straddled her, his groin pressing against her pelvis, eliciting a soft moan from her. He leaned down, capturing her mouth in a deep, hungry kiss, his tongue dancing with hers in a passionate duel.
Their bodies moved in perfect sync, the friction between them setting the air alight with desire. Grace's hands roamed over his back, feeling the tension in his muscles, the heat of his skin beneath her fingertips. Ricky's hands slid up her thighs, his fingertips brushing against the lace of her panties, sending waves of pleasure through her.
Their kisses grew more urgent, their breathing ragged as they ground against each other. The pressure was almost too much to bear, and Grace could feel the wetness building between her legs, her body begging for more. Ricky's hand moved to her chest, cupping her breast through her bra, his thumb rubbing it.
Grace arched into his touch, the sensation sending sparks through her body. She knew that if they didn't stop now, she wouldn't be able to resist going further. But she didn't want to disappoint him, didn't want to lose the closeness they were sharing.
"Ricky," she murmured her voice a breathy whisper. "We can't...not yet."
He stilled, his eyes searching hers, the passion in them slowly dimming with understanding. "Okay," he said, his voice hoarse. He leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead. "We'll wait."
They laid there for a while longer, their bodies still intertwined, the heat between them slowly dissipating. Ricky's hand remained on her cheek, his thumb tracing lazy circles as they stared into each other's eyes. "I'm sorry about your dad," he murmured. "I know how much this means to you."
Grace took a deep, shaky breath, her eyes filling with tears once again. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice cracking. "I just don't know what I'm going to do without him."
Ricky pulled her closer, his arms wrapping tightly around her. "You're not alone," he said fiercely. "I'm here for you, no matter what."
Grace buried her face in his neck, her body trembling with the weight of her emotions. "I know," she murmured. "But it's just so hard."
"Heh, tell me about it. You have no idea how badly I want to...Sorry babe. You really turned me on," Ricky replied quietly as he smiled.
Grace chuckled, her eyes still shiny with unshed tears. "It's okay," she murmured, her hand sliding down to rest on his chest. "We're just going to have to keep the passion at bay until we can figure this out."
"What's there to figure out? We're in love, we get married, and live happily ever after right? Man, I never thought I would say that," Ricky said honestly.
Grace giggled despite the sadness in her heart. "It's not that simple," she responded concerned.
"Why isn't it?" Ricky asked his voice earnest. "Your dad will come around. He loves you."
"But what if he doesn't?" Grace whispered, the fear creeping back in.
Ricky's hand squeezed hers, his thumb stroking her palm in a comforting rhythm. "Then we'll deal with that when it happens," he said firmly. "But we can't live our lives in fear of what might be. We need to have faith."
Grace nodded, her eyes searching his. "You're right. Good night, handsome." She laid her head on his chest and started to close her eyes.
Ricky kissed the top of her head. "Good night, my love," he murmured.
Grace's eyes drifted shut, the steady beat of his heart beneath her ear lulling her into a fitful sleep. Her mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions, making it difficult to find peace. Despite her father's harsh words and the uncertainty of their future, she felt a semblance of comfort in Ricky's arms.
