Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Mobius meets Equestria part 9- Meeting Knuckles

In Celestia's castle, everyone gathered with the freedom fighters while Spike is looking after his egg sister.

"I still can't believe how big you got Spike," Rarity said."

"I know, and my sister will be reborn too," Spike said."

"But is it a good idea to keep Cozy Glow around after the things you guys told me the things she's done?" Sunset asked."

"Yes, everyone deserves a second chance like you," Twilight replied."

"And Cozy Glow will be watched closely," Celestia said."

"So, should we find the last dark emerald?" Applejack asked."

(Feet on the table) "No need to worry, the last one is with our friend Knuckles," Sonic replied."

"Knuckles?" Fluttershy asked."

"He's a guardian like me," Trip replied." And I've always wanted to see his island."

"What's it called?" Spike asked."

"It's called Angel Island, it's a floating island," Sally replied."

"An island that floats?!" Twilight asked."

"Yup," Bunnie replied."

"And we'll be giving the dark emeralds to him," Antonie said." You're free to join us."

Twilight smiles with excitement.

"I'll take that as a yes," Rock said."

"Luna and I will join as well," Celestia said."

"Then get ready," Manic said."

Later, Twilight, her friends, and the young six were getting ready to go to angel island. meanwhile, Celestia was looking for Luna.

"Luna, are you ready?" Celestia asked."

She enters her sisters' room and sees her making out with Sombra. Celestia, Luna, and Sombra were surprised seeing each other. Luna and Sombra separated from each other.

"Luna!" Celestia said."

"Um, I gotta go meet up with Starswirl and Sunburst, so I'll see you later Luna," Sombra said."

He leaves as Celestia looks at Luna.

"So, when did this happen?" Celestia asked."

(Blushing) "Awhile, we both knew how it was like consumed by darkness and turned evil and hurt others important to us," Luna replied." We got close after that, I was going to tell you eventually."

"Luna, I'm so happy for you. even though you found someone before me," Celestia said feeling a little jealous."

"Sister, aren't you dating Thorax?" Luna asked."

Celestia blushes.

"Not... yet," she replied." but right now, we're going to angel island."

"Oh ok," Luna said."

Everyone meets up with the freedom fighters with Spike carrying his egg sister in a basket. Smolder blushes seeing the now teen Spike.

'Have to admit, Spike does look good now that he's older,' she thought.'

"Everyone ready?" Sonic asked."

They nod.

"Ok, and it's a good thing we informed Knuckles ahead of time," Sonic said."

He tosses a warp ring, and it opens to angel island. they go through and see that they're in the forest.

"Are we here?" Sunset asked."

"Let's check," Twilight replied."

She, Rainbow Dash, Celestia, and Luna fly up to see that they're really on angel island. and seeing that its really floating in the sky.

"Holy cow! we are on a floating island!" Rainbow Dash said."

"This is amazing, a floating island," Twilight said as she, Rainbow Dash, Celestia, and Luna landed on the ground."

"Glad you like it, so let's meet up with Knuckles," Sally said."

"And enjoy the scenery," Trip said."

They head towards the shrine. when they make it, they see the master emerald making Rarity admire it and Spike and Smolder drooling over it.

"Such a marvelous gem," She said as she heads towards it."

"And looks delicious," Spike said as he and Smolder heads towards it."

They were about to touch it until Kat and Chomps appears and tries to attack them as Mace pulls out a spear making the three tumbles back.

"Hands off the master emerald!" Kat yelled."

"Hey, who do you think you are?!" Spike asked."

"Like I tell you dragon boy," Kat replied."

Knuckles comes in.

"What's going on?" He asked."

"These thieves were trying to steal the master emerald," Mace replied."

"Hey Knux," Sonic said."

"Sonic, are these the ones you told me about?" Knuckles asked."

"Yup," Sonia replied."

"And we're sorry about our friends trying to touch that emerald," Twilight said." Right guys?"

"Yes, we're sorry," Rarity replied."

"Now that that's settled, everyone this is our friend Knuckles the Echidna. he's the guardian of the master emerald and this island," Sally said."

"Nice to meet you all," Knuckles said."

"You too," Twilight said." and who are those two?"

"This is Kat, my adopted little sister and this is Knecapeon Mace, but I call him Mace for short he's my half-brother," Knuckles replied."

"Hello," Mace said."

"We wish to meet the leaders please," Celestia said."

"Of course," Knuckles said."

Knuckles leads Celestia and Luna to meet the brotherhood.

"Who are these guys?" Luna asked."

"These are the brotherhood of the guardians and my grandfathers," Knuckles replied." This is my father Locke, my grandfather Sabre, his father Atthair, his grandfather Thunderhawk, his father Sojourner, his father Spectre, and his father Tobor."

"It's nice to meet you all," Celestia said."

"Like wise," Spectre said." We never imagined the second chaos wave would merge another world with Mobius.

"We present you the six dark emeralds," Celestia said handing them the emeralds."

"Thank you," Atthair said."

"So, does being a guardian run in the family?" Luna asked."

"Yes, our ancestor Edmund was the first guardian when he was 14," Tobor replied."

"Impressive," Luna said."

Back at the shrine, the main six, young six, and the freedom fighters were hanging around the master emerald. they heard about Kat and Mace's life. along with how the freedom fighters met Knuckles and hearing about his adventures with meeting Julie-su.

"I can't believe that monster did that to your parents," Rainbow Dash said."

"I know, but I found a new home and family so I'm happy," Kat said."

"And I'm glad he's my brother even if I'm not related to the guardians," Mace said." that is until the master emerald somehow shared its power with us."

"And what's she doing?" Rarity asked seeing relic cleaning the statues around the master emerald."

"I'm cleaning these statues because these are echidnas that fought to protect the master emerald," Relic replied."

"So amazing," Twilight said."

"Why don't we show you around Echidnaopolis," Kat said."

"You sure?" Fluttershy asked."

"Don't worry, Chomps will be on guard," Mace replied."

They enter Echidnaopolis and admire the city, Rarity was mostly enjoying the shops. they soon meet Julie-su who was shopping with her family.

"You must be Julie-su, Mace told us about you," Twilight said."

"Hi there," Julie-su said."

(Sees her cybernetics) "Did Eggman do that to you?" Applejack asked."

"Oh this, nah," Julie-su replied."

She explains the dark legion to the others leaving them surprised.

"Wow, your kind of like Bunnie," Pinkie said."

"Yup," Julie-su said."

Knuckles comes up to the others with Celestia and Luna.

"So, Knux, what will you do with the dark emeralds?" Sonic asked."

"For now, we're keeping them locked up," Knuckles replied." Just until we can figure out what to do with them."

Suddenly Spike's egg sister finally hatches but she immediately grew into the same height as Smolder.

"Sis?" Spike said."

"Hey brother, I've been reborn, and I need a new name thus I'm calling myself Blaize," Blaize said."

"I'm more surprised that you grew," Spike said."

"Yeah, I wanted to fight side by side with you," Blaize said."

"Fair enough," Spike said."

Later, everyone was back in ponyville relaxing until Eggman and Eggette appeared inside a giant mech with some more badniks.

"Eggman!" Everyone said."

"And his daughter!" Spike said."

"Hello rodents I heard you robbed my daughter and I'm getting revenge," Eggman said."

"Bring it egg head!" Sonic said."

The battle starts with the scene with Sonic and Twilight and the screen stops.

"So, that's the story of how Equestria merged with Mobius, we've gotten used to everything and as Sonic would say, it'll get way past cool. see you next time," Twilight narrated.

The screen closes with a shrinking circle.
