Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Chaos saga part 1- Chaos free.

The Sonic adventure intro starts.

The scene beings at night showing Angel Island, where an aircraft was flying towards it. the scene changes to the master emerald shrine with Knuckles narrating.

"As far back as I can remember, my family and people and have been living on this dark island, always guarding the master emerald from anything that can harm it. I don't know why my family was given this job, why it is our fate destined to be here forever," he narrated."

Knuckles is seen on the steps asleep. Suddenly, he wakes up from a loud noise and a shatter.

"What the?" Knuckles said."

He turns around sees a water creature standing in front of the master emerald with a red spere. The brotherhood showed up along with Kat who felt the disturbance.

"Knuckles, what's going on?" Locke asked."

"And what is that?" Kat asked."

"What's going on here?" Knuckles asked." Oh no, something's happened to the master emerald!"

"It's been shattered!" Sabre said."

"Did you do this? Ohh, I'll get you for this!" Knuckles said."

Knuckles tries to punch it, but the creature jumps out of the way and nocks Knuckles back to the others making them fall down the steps.

"Why you!" Kat said."

She, Knuckles and the brotherhood run back up. the creature sinks into a puddle and slips away.

"Wait!" Kat said."

"Get back hear!" Knuckles said."

"What was that thing?" Kat asked."

Suddenly the island starts shaking.

"What's going on?!" Kat asked."

"Oh no! it's starting to happen, without the master emeralds power this hole island will fall into the ocean!" Knuckles replied."

"What?!" Kat yelled."

The red spere flies by without them noticing.

Brace yourselves!" Tobor said."

The island falls into the ocean making a big wave.

Elsewhere, a mobian cat named Big was seen sleeping at his home. a shake wakes up the cat's pet frog, thus it hopped to see what's up. it sees a puddle, the puddle suddenly jumps into the frog's mouth. The Cat wakes up.

"Huh, what?" he said." Froggy is that you? you're looking kind of weird good buddy."

Froggy is suddenly seen with a tail.

"What's up with the tail?" Big asked."

Froggy hops by and swallows a yellow Choas emerald.

"Hey, wait a minute! you swallowed my lucky charm," Big said."

Froggy starts hopping away.

"Come back here... what's wrong with you?" Big asked." Something's not right, we've always been friends... for years. Froggy! wait up! oh, dear!"

Big starts chasing Froggy.

Elsewhere, a screen lights up showing Eggman and Eggette.

"Excellent! all systems-full power," Eggman said."

The screen moves showing its surroundings.

"Look at me! I'm your brilliant creator, dr. Eggman along with my daughter Eggette," Eggman said." You're one of me E-100 model machines, E-102! code name Gamma."

The robot reveals itself to be a red robot with a gun on one hand."

"Gamma," Gamma said."

"That's right! you'll now obey only me or dad!" Eggette said."

They walk away as Gamma follows.

"I still think we should use metal or my mecha Sonic mark 2," Eggette muttered."

"The shooting range is through this door, your big brother E-101 beta is there practicing, enter Gamma! you're not as advanced as Beta is, but you'll do fine," Eggman said."

Gamma enters the room and starts destroying the doll versions of the freedom fighters.

"Mission complete," Gamma said."

He returns to Eggman and Eggette.

"Good job Gamma! I didn't think you had what it takes!" Eggman said."

"He even set a good record," Eggette said."

"Ok then Gamma... here's your test, if you want to stay onboard you must be able to pass it! so pay attention to what I say," Eggman said." the almighty Egg carrier is a flying fortress that needs a good crew! come forth Beta!"

Another robot appears resembling Gamma except its black and has hand cannons.

"I like you to meet your older brother E-101, just call him Beta," Eggman said." I am pitting the two of you against each other, and the winner serves on my ship. I put my bets on Beta. but I owe you at least a fair chance."

"Well, I'm betting on Gamma," Eggette said."

Beta and Gamma start their fight, Beta shoots missiles at Gamma but Gamma shoots at the missiles and hit Beta. Gamma wins the fight as Beta falls.

"Mission complete," Gamma said as Eggman gives money to Eggette for losing the bet."

"Ho ho ho! you surprised me. Gamma! I had a funny feeling there was more to you than meets the eye," Eggman said."

"Sure you did," Eggette said counting her money."

"I hereby grant Gamma permission to serve on board the egg carrier," Eggman said."

Beta walks up.

"Looks like Beta wants to join us," Eggette said."

"What? so you want to come with us eh?" Eggman asked."

Beta stands in front of Eggman."

"Okay, okay...we can always use a spare set of parts I guess," Eggman said." you have special permission."

He and Eggette walk away.

Elsewhere in station square, things were peaceful until a helicopter flies by as the spere follows. Sonic, Sally, Manic, Sonia, Nicky, and Scarlet are seen jumping around the buildings as Twilight flies.

"Ah, yeah! this is happening," Sonic said."

"What's happening?" Twilight asked."

Suddenly, they see cop cars drive by.

"Manic did you steal something again?" Sonia asked."

"Not this time," Manic replied."

They leap off the building.

"Then let's see what's up," Sonic said."

They follow to the scene where the cops are facing the same water creature from Angel Island.

"You are completely surrounded! surrender yourself!" an officer said."

The creature just leaps at them.

"Lock on target, men!" the officer said." Ready?... fire!"

They shoot at the creature, but it did nothing as the bullets fall out of its body.

"On no! our weapons are useless!" the officer said." retreat! all personnel, fall back!"

"Ah, yeah! this could be fun!" Sonic said."

"Remind me what your definition of fun is," Twilight said."

Sonic, his siblings, cousins, Sally, and Twilight leap in front of the creature ready to fight.

The creature stretches it arm to strike but they dodge it.

"How do we fight this thing?" Nicky asked."

"Maybe its brain," Sonic replied."

"Worth a shot," Sally said."

Twilight fires a beam from her horn at the creature's brain turning it into a puddle.

"Hey, Sonic, was right," Twilight said."

The creature's rises and swings its arms. Nicky vibrates his body making the arm go through him, Sonic uses her medallion keytar blaster to shoot the creature again.

"It can't be invincible, can it?" Manic asked."

The creature rises again and jumps on one of the polls and strikes from the group. Sally uses her ring blades to slice one of its arms before regenerating.

"I admit this thing is tuff," she said."

The creature comes down just in time for Scarlet to strike it.

"Nice work cuz," Sonic said."

"Thanks," Scarlet said."

They see the puddle creature starts slithering away.

"Hey, ya big drip, where ya goin?" Sonic asked chasing it."

The creature escapes into the sewers.

"Crud, it got away," Nicky said." and Into Manic's turf."

"I wonder what it was," Twilight said."

"Yeah, for now let's get sleep and contact the others in the morning," Sally said."

Unbeknown to them, they were being watched by Eggman and Eggette from a high building.

"You know nothing, fools! its chaos! the god of destruction," Eggman said as he laughs."

Meanwhile back on angel island.

Knuckles was checking if everyone was ok.

"Is everyone ok?" Knuckles asked."

"Some are shaken up but no casualties," Remington replied."

"That's good to hear," Knuckles said."

"Knuckles, you have to find the emerald shards and bring them back to the island," Locke said."

"Ok," Knuckles said."

"I'm going too," Kat said." two of us will find them faster."

"Very well," Locke said."

"Knuckles, I forgot to mention, my father had some items he hid for treasure hunting, they'll come in handy," Tobor said."

"That's good to hear," Knuckles said."

"Knuckles! something's wrong with the statues!" Mace said."

"They're breaking," Relic said."

"What?!" Knuckles said."

He and the others go to the shrine and sees the statues are breaking. one fully breaks revealing to be a 14-year-old echidna with a staff falling on her knees.

"What the?" Julie-su said."

(Groans) "Where am I?" the echidna asked." (Sees Knuckles guardian's mark on his chest) "Are you related to Edmund?"

"Yes, he's my ancestor, but who are you?" Knuckles asked."

Who's this Echidna that was free from the statue, we'll just have to wait and see.

Here's a challenge, we know of the upgraded items Sonic, and the others get, but what items should the other freedom fighters get through this saga.
