Author's Note: Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I am back from a hiatus with a new story. This story is the first in a series of small stories that I am doing. This is my take on rewriting some parts of the Boruto manga and putting my spin on things. I have not abandoned the Game of Thrones story. I just want to start this series before I forget about it. I am pumped to write again, but real life and health are always a pain, so we will see what happens.

This first part will consist of a maximum of five chapters. Please do read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it. I apologize for the short chapters. This story has been inspired by Power of the Nanadaime… which is made by Tengu4790 . It is a great story that has inspired the making of this first chapter. Without further ado, let us begin.

Prologue- The Fall of an Arrogant Parasite

A Black Orb of Death, the size of the stadium, had descended upon them via the invaders as he called upon Kurama to stop this attack. With his power cranked up to the nines, his golden shroud covered his body and the stadium itself as he could hear the people begging him to get to safety, telling him he did all that he could.

As Kurama gathered Natural Energy to enhance the forming Bijuudama, Naruto asked him to stand down, as he knew the colliding attacks could have resulted in chaos and blood. Looking behind him he saw the villages in the Stadium worry for his life as he saw his son looking at him in worry.

"Enough, Hokage-Sama, get to safety!"

"You have done enough, please get back."

"Heh… to think there was a time that I was scorned and hated, how time truly flies in the world."

However, it was his duty as Hokage to protect his village and his country from harm, no matter the cost. He nodded to Sasuke to protect the people and looked at his son with a smile and nodded. His wife who stood by his son's side looked at him with teary eyes as he smiled at her as well.

"Do not worry, Hinata… this will not be the end of me. I love you very much. I am sorry that I did not say it as often."

Hinata shook her head. "I love you very much." She had stood in front of the invaders in a battle stance, not willing to ever part with her husband.

"You will not harm him!"

Those were the last words he heard as everything went black.

Put the lowly creature there."

"Yes, Momoshiki-Sama."

Naruto woke from his sleep to find himself bound to a tree. He looked up to see the face of Momoshiki Ootsutsuki… and his slave hovering beside him, the one known as Kinshiki. There was something that still did not feel right.

"I swear I could sense there was a third person… but he is not here. Is he still in Konoha?"

Naruto then noticed that Momoshiki was observing him, keenly observing where Kurama was located. "I see… so this is where the fox is located."

Without warning… Naruto screamed as Kurama's chakra was being forced out of him. He grit his teeth as he saw the Rinnegan on Momoshiki's hand. He tried to fight the pain, but it was pointless as he fell asleep again due to the pain.

During this captivity, this process of pain and extraction continued. For an entire hour, his chakra was extracted as he drifted in and out of consciousness. His younger self would have tried to break free and put a beating on these fools. However, time and patience combined with experience had brought wisdom, and he put his mind to work.

"These two are strong… but not as strong as Kaguya. Sasuke said the big guy named Kinshiki can form red weapons from his chakra and is strong, fast, and nimble for his size. This elegant-looking creep is Momoshiki, and he has a wide arsenal and can absorb chakra. What is with these Ootsutsuki being able to absorb chakra? Almost all Ninjutsu becomes irrelevant."

"Kinshiki possesses the ability to form an axe and a kanabo from his chakra and can use Lightning Release to amp his speed and lethality. He also has the Byakugan like Momoshiki, but lacks the Rinnegan. Kinshiki is the muscle… and Momoshiki is the coward who simply absorbs chakra and uses it to fuel his techniques. They are powerful… but not trained in the art of battle and war."

"In any case… almost all Ninjutsu is unusable against them. Momoshiki can absorb vast amounts of chakra… and he even absorbed Shikamaru's Shadow Paralysis Jutsu. It is safe to assume that he knows how to use all the Rinnegan's abilities. I can resist them with Kurama's help, and the Rinnegan's abilities still have limits."

"I will break them with Taijutsu and Sage Mode. I am glad that Kurama told me not to rely on him. He wanted me to build different avenues of power and strength… and I am glad I listened to him. Before I became Hokage… I went on many missions and developed my Sage Mode, my Taijutsu, and knowledge of Fuinjutsu as best as I could. Ma and Pa taught me the potential that lies within Natural Energy. I need to buy myself some time… and the fun can begin."

Naruto rested his head against the tree he was bound to as he opened his eyes, and Momoshiki noticed the orange pigmentation around his eyes. Momoshiki had looked at his eyes in mild surprise.

"It is interesting to see that you lowly creatures have access to such a unique chakra. What do you think, Kinshiki?"

"Hmm, Urashiki never mentioned this."

"Urashiki is the third guy they're talking about." With the power given to him by Old Man Rikudo, Naruto was able to use his chakra to sense things on a universal level. With this power, he saw how Urashiki took Mitsuki's Sage Power with his red fishhook-like weapon. He was presently engaged in a battle with Sasuke and the rest of the Five Kage… trying to stall them.

"This Urashiki seems tricky and dangerous. If he can extract Sage Chakra… then it would be a disaster if he could extract my power. If he appears here… I will have to beat him to a pulp with my hands. And his damn Rinnegan seems similar to Sasuke's as well. Not only that… it seems these Ootsutsuki can even use Space-Time Ninjutsu with ease. Rinnegan and Space Time Ninjutsu make for a deadly combination."

Momoshiki had a slight frown on his face. "Urashiki has always been a crafty fellow. It is hard to know what he is thinking. if there was a chance that he knew of this power beforehand… he would most likely keep it to himself. Regardless, we will let the clan know after today."

Naruto narrowed his eyes at what he heard. "So, there are more of you out there."

Momoshiki scowled at Naruto. "It is none of your concern, lowly creature."

Gritting his teeth through the pain, Naruto knew he needed to keep him talking for a little while longer. The process to petrify Momoshiki's arm that contained the Rinnegan was almost complete.

Naruto chuckled. "Humor me. How many of you losers are there in the universe?"

"Be quiet, lowly trash. Do not speak of matters that do not concern you. Tch, to think it is taking this long to remove your chakra. You and the Fox possess unusual amounts of chakra. You will make a wonderful Shinju after we are done with you."

Kinshiki had nodded. "This tree that you are bound too was made from the chakra of a beast similar to yours."

"Shit… they got to Old Man Bee. I hope he was able to deceive them into escaping."

"Do not worry, lowly creature. Soon enough, you will be used as fodder to create another Shinju."

Despite an hour passing… Momoshiki was not even close to extracting even half of Naruto's chakra. The whole process was starting to frustrate him and Naruto started to laugh.

"Do not underestimate humans. We Ninja, have spent our lives training to become powerful. You will find that extracting all of my chakra is something you will never be able to do."

Momoshiki chuckled. "And what is your point exactly? You may train for decades or more… but it is much easier to gain power through a Chakra Fruit. That is all you lowly trash are good for. These red pills I hold in my hand give me the power to access a new level of strength and power without any sort of training. You vulgar creatures lack brain and brawn."

Naruto's eyes widened as he heard this. "So, its just like the Kote. Boruto only used that weapon to get my attention. No wonder he calls me a stupid old man. I have been neglecting him and the rest of my family since I became Hokage."

"I was upset at my father for choosing to make the decisions he made. And yet… I am alive, and I am neglecting them. I have what I have always wanted and I took it for granted. What right do I have to be disappointed in Boruto? I missed their birthdays. I feel disgusted for missing Himawari's birthday. I have been taking my wife's love and silence for granted. No more! I am going to kill these motherfuckers. And then I am going to make it up to my family. I am going to be around for a long, long time."

Naruto chuckled. "Every villain believes he is a hero of his story. Here is what is going to happen. I am going to go home to my family. I am going to kill you motherfuckers. You are not going to see the sun rise again. And whoever else from your clan comes, whoever it is, I will kill them, I will kill them all."

Momoshiki looked at Naruto and laughed. "You have a big mouth, lowly creature."

"And you are weak, weaker than anything I have seen in my life."

There was a look of anger in Momoshiki's eyes that quickly disappeared. "You have no idea what you are talking about, Fox."

Naruto continued talking. "I am not going to waste your time anymore. Humans have things to fight for, things to protect. We may not get it right all the time… and we have made costly mistakes. And yet, we dedicated our lives to using this thing known as chakra to protect the things we love. Shinobi indeed fight… but we have always fought in the hopes that it will not be forever, that our efforts will usher one day in the awakening of a better world."

"Kaguya thought the world was hers… and now she is sealed away in the void, with her favorite slave she calls son. And you two will die with your lives amounting to nothing. You picked the wrong planet and the wrong human to mess with!"

Momoshiki chuckled. "This place will become your tomb, human."

Naruto smiled. "If you were paying attention… you would have realized that you are now going to lose your arm."

Momoshiki narrowed his eyes and looked down at his arm as he and Kinshiki looked at in horror. The Rinnegan on his hand turned to stone and his arm exploded, covering him in blood and stone as he screamed in horror.

"Damn you, Human!" Before Momoshiki and Kinshiki could do anything else… Naruto broke free from his restraints and unleashed a technique he had been itching to test. These two idiots were the perfect candidates.

"Sage Art: Roar"

Studying Kurama's "Fuck You" roar, Naruto had developed a version of that technique with Ma and Pa's help. Naruto would gather Natural Energy and compress it, and when unleashed, the blast would expand and powerfully push the foe back with tremendous force. And that is exactly what he did.

Appearing in front of them and at point-blank range, Naruto roared with all his might. The technique worked as Naruto's attack had hit them with tremendous force and launched them violently backward in different directions as they crashed into the ground with a powerful impact. The attack had created a wall of dust as Naruto used it for cover and plotted his next move.

"You lowly creature! Momoshiki got up and shook his head as he consumed a few of his coveted red pills, doing his best to regenerate his arm. It was taking longer than expected, and the process was causing him pain. Dust and dirt covered his elegant clothes as she furiously tried to remove it. He grit his teeth in anger as she was humiliated by a low-class trash.

"Momoshiki-Sama, are you hurt?" Kinshiki dusted off the cobwebs as he approached him in concern.

"Of course not! No lowly creature has the power to harm me or the pride of Ootsutsuki Momoshiki. Find that vermin and bring him to me."

Kinshiki nodded as he activated his Byakugan and soared high into the air. He looked far and wide but there was no sign of Naruto anywhere. His eyes widened as he realized that he could be hiding somewhere in the ground. Before he could warn Momoshiki, Naruto emerged from the ground and unleashed a perfect uppercut on Momoshiki's chin, sending him flying into the air and crashing brutally into the ground. Naruto's senses were firing on all cylinders as Kinshiki let out a battle cry and rushed forward, his speed cranked up as he was cloaked in Lightning Release chakra. Naruto planted his feet forward onto the ground and intercepted the blow as the ground split and quaked underneath their power.

"Damn! This Kinshiki is pretty strong and fast. For a big guy, he can move real well." Kinshiki overpowered Naruto in that moment and punched him in the face as he sent him flying. However, Naruto was able to recover quickly and utilized Wind Release to increase his speed. Kinshiki was able to catch up to him as he and Naruto were now locked into hand to hand combat.

Both combatants began trading powerful blows as they used different Elemental chakra to enhance and quicken their strikes. Naruto was impressed at Kinshiki's reflexes, his nimbleness, his raw strength and speed. However, Naruto had not spent the past decade being a couch potato. With the power of Sage Mode, Naruto's blows were becoming faster, heavier, and nastier. Soon enough, Naruto was overpowering Kinshiki and grabbed his head as he delivered a brutal knee strike. Frustrated, Kinshiki manifested a red axe formed from his chakra and unleashed a powerful strike, as a shockwave was unleashed devastating the ground. Kinshiki was shocked as Naruto disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"What?! He disappeared in smoke?"

Kinshiki was unable to ponder further as Naruto used the chaos of the Shadow Clone technique to deliver a series of precise, brutal strikes to the face, jaw, balls, and stomach as Kinshiki coughed up blood. Naruto then jumped high into the air and produced a large shuriken, which he empowered with Wind Release, and unleashed it at his foe.

"Wind Release: Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique."

These large shurikens enhanced by Wind Release accelerated and with great speed, neared Kinshiki. Kinshiki was unable to deflect all of them with his axe as it struck and mangled his body. Naruto then let out a battle cry and punched Kinshiki on the head as his horn broke and his head bounced on the ground, creating a sizeable crater. Kinshiki was in serious pain now as he looked at Naruto with hate… and Naruto returned his expression with a greater amount of hate and wrath.

"Not so tough now when you are on the receiving end? How many innocent lives did you take in the pursuit of power?! Don't worry, we will take you in alive. You will be interrogated, and we will break you. Your secrets will be ours. Enjoy your little nap.

"Sage Art- Boil Release: Unrivalled Strength"

The ground beneath Naruto exploded as Naruto kicked Kinshiki across the face with superhuman force, sending him flying into a wall as he landed with a sickening thud. The impact of Naruto's kick created a crater and a shockwave as Momoshiki looked on in rage and rushed forward.

"You lowly creature." Momoshiki had rushed forward with the intent of subduing Naruto. Naruto calmly turned around and decided to test another new technique.

"Sage Art: Roar of the Wilds"

Momoshiki was struck by another chakra-enhanced roar, only this time the impact was greater and nastier than the previous technique. Momoshiki was struck by an attack that was like a powerfully compressed chakra wind cannon as the impact of the attack created an explosion and sent Momoshiki much higher into the air as he landed with a sickening thud. Though Momoshiki clung to life… his body was covered in cuts and bruises as he cursed Naruto's name.

"How could this trash be so mighty?" As Momoshiki looked at Naruto with hate… Naruto towered over him as he wanted answers. Naruto decided to flip the script and taunt Momoshiki with his own words.

"Hey, you lowly, vulgar creature, be a dear and tell me everything you know about your clan. In return, I guarantee your life will be spent in a small cell."

Momoshiki scoffed. "I have no obligation to tell you anything."

"Have it your way." Naruto grabbed Momoshiki's horn and ripped it off his head as he slammed it straight into his shoulder, listening to him scream. Naruto place the heel of his sandal on Momoshiki's face as he pushed his deeper into the ground as he continued to wail. Before Naruto could crush his face, he leapt out of the way of a recovering Kinshiki who used his axe to tear the Shinju tree in half. Naruto noticed blood pouring from his wounds as Kinshiki tried to stand up right. Despite the pain, he actually smiled and it confused Naruto.

"To protect something you love… hmph, perhaps we have that in common…"

"It is time Momoshiki-Sama. Just as my father gave up his life for yours, I am giving up mine to aid you. Please do not hesitate. Use my power and win."

Naruto noticed a brief flicker of regret in Momoshiki's eyes as he spoke. "You served me well, Kinshiki. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten."

With a painful scream, Naruto's eyes widened as Kinshiki was transformed into a Chakra Fruit. Naruto grit his teeth in anger as Momoshiki devoured the fruit with a few bites, closing his eyes and smiled.

"You fucking cannibals." Naruto rushed forward, ready to deliver a deadly strike, but he was pushed back as Momoshiki roared, the ground quaking and splitting as it was being violently uprooted by Momoshiki's chakra.

Momoshiki's appearance was different now. He had gained muscle all over his body as his right arm had regenerated. His skin had turned sickly pale as his teeth became enlarged and canine-like. Apart from the Rinnegan on his right hand, his Byakugan had turned gold, and a Rinnegan had opened in the middle of his forehead. Momoshiki had roared again as Naruto readied himself for the final round.

"You will pay for your defiance, lowly human trash!"

"This is bad. He is much stronger now. He is approaching Kaguya's levels of strength." Before he could unleash his next attack, Momoshiki rushed forward with surprising speed and, using his Byakugan, delivered a rapid volley of strikes toward Naruto's tenketsu as he crashed into one of the Shinju's branches. Naruto was then kicked across the face as he coughed up blood. He barely dodged the elbows and palm strikes that came his way as he was kicked in the stomach and sent flying. He gathered his bearing as quickly as he could and watched Momoshiki turned his arms into Chakra cannons and fired a powerful blast of Chakra at him.

"Well… now this is interesting." Unleashing a red cloak of Chakra, Naruto was able to dissipate some of the blast, but it had left an impact on his body as his skin was slightly singed. As his wounds began to heal, Momoshiki began to clap.

"You are quite an impressive specimen, Fox. Let's see how you handle this. Inukai Takeru no Mikoto!"

"Hmm, Wood Release, huh?" From the ground, beasts made of wood had emerged and were rapidly approaching him. Naruto clapped his palms together, planted his feet, and roared powerfully.

"Sage Art: Wind Release: Roar of the Wilds."

The powerful roar unleashed managed to destroy most of the constructs that had emerged from the ground. A few made their way past his technique and took a bite out of his body, but Naruto was unfazed. He used his chakra to shatter those constructs and dodged the rest with precise athleticism and speed as he shattered them as well.

Momoshiki was unfazed as he used his newfound speed to unleash another series of deadly strikes to Naruto's body as he coughed up blood. Naruto grit his teeth and threw a punch that Momoshiki dodged. Momoshiki grabbed his head and unleashed a knee strike as Naruto staggered backward.

"Sage Art: Needle Jizo."

Utilizing Jiraiya's technique, Naruto's hair became longer and spikier as Momoshiki had trouble striking him. Naruto kicked him away and formed a hand seal, unleashing the needles at Momoshiki as he blocked them.

"Rinnegan: Bansho Tenin."

Naruto was pulled forward as Momoshiki grabbed his face and slammed him into the ground. Using the power of the Rinnegan, Momoshiki began to read Naruto's mind and smiled.

"I have to commend you lowly creatures. To be able to know the Rinnegan, let alone use it successfully, is no small feat."

"I don't need to keep you alive, lowly creature. After I take your life, the beast's chakra will return somewhere else. I just need to wait, and then I can claim it. You were a worthy foe, but in the end, trash is trash."

Naruto closed his eyes and then smiled. "I am sorry, I have to correct myself. You are weak."

Before Momoshiki could say anything else, his eyes widened as the ground violently exploded. Momoshiki stood back cautiously as Naruto was wreathed in golden flames. Unique black markings covered him as he clenched his fists and stepped forward. With each step, the ground quaked as Naruto's aura could be felt by Momoshiki. Naruto had activated the Six Paths Sage Mode, and Momoshiki was about to feel the wrath of a gentle man.

With the enhanced speed afforded to him from the Six Paths Sage Mode, Naruto rushed forward, surprising Momoshiki, and delivered a nasty elbow to his head and the Rinnegan on his forehead, as he crashed violently into the dirt, clutching his face in pain. Naruto was not done. Taking a deep breath, he unleashed a violent attack.

"Six Paths Sage Art: Boil Release: Unrivalled Force."

With a battle cry that made Momoshiki look up in fear for the first time, the ground exploded violently and nastily as Naruto unleashed a superhuman punch with the force of a deeply compressed sonic boom exploding outward. This punch was delivered right to Momoshiki's forehead, sending him flying backward and landing with a sickening thud. That punch that Naruto delivered once again made the ground shudder as it violently exploded and was uprooted into the air, large chunks flying high into the sky.

"Arrrghhh… you vile worm!" Momoshiki clutched his forehead as blood soaked his hands. His Rinnegan was damaged as Naruto landed on the ground. Naruto smiled as he assumed a battle stance, and Momoshiki roared as he readied his hands. Naruto was no longer going to have any more debates with a monster. It was time to destroy this fool and go home to his family.

With a battle cry, both combatants rushed forward and were locked into hand-to-hand combat. A rapid, titanic flurry of punches, elbows, headbutts, and kicks was unleashed as blood splattered and caked the ground as Momoshiki and Naruto were locked in the dance of death. Though Momoshiki was expertly and precisely targeting Naruto's tenketsu, Kurama's healing was compensating for the damage. Momoshiki found an opening and landed a palm strike as he sent Naruto backward.

"Six Paths Sage Art: Boil Release: Rapid-Fire Fists."

With the Invisibility of Natural Energy and the Superhuman Force enhancement of Boil Release, Naruto unleashed powerful fists at an accelerated pace, targeting Momoshiki's torso and finding his target, as Momoshiki had no idea how to defend against an attack he could not see. He screamed in pain as he coughed up blood and tried to regain his bearings on the ground.

Momoshiki unleashed a scythe formed from Kinshiki's red chakra and began slicing and swiping as Naruto dodged as many strikes as he could. Though Momoshiki had managed to connect with a few strikes as Naruto was aggressively healing his wounds, he managed to violently kick Momoshiki into a wall and readied another attack.

Rushing forward, he gathered Natural Energy inside his palms and powerfully struck the sides of Momoshiki's head. Momoshiki coughed up blood as he felt disoriented. He moved backward as fast as he could as his balance and movement were off. He consumed as many pills as he could to heal his injury and clapped his palms together. He could not defeat Naruto in a contest of fists, and so he clapped his palms together.

"Chibaku Tensei!"

Naruto calmly stood there, letting the gravitational pull carry him upward into a sphere as rock began to encase him. Momoshiki grinned as fire and lava began to consume the sphere as Naruto stood eerily calm and in contact with Kurama.

"Ready, partner?"

"You bet. Let's teach him a lesson he will never forget."

"Six Paths: Kunitsukami."

Momoshiki's eyes widened as a humanoid, golden, fiery figure emerged with three faces, six arms, and a necklace of black beads. The humanoid figure was covered in black markings and stood there calm, composed, and uncaring as Momoshiki readied his response.

"So, this is the power of the Fox." Momoshiki was now covered in lava and rock as he formed his battle avatar. It was a gigantic, imposing figure like Naruto's battle avatar, but it was not stronger. Momoshiki used his avatar to unleash crimson fiery dragons and winged creatures that Naruto and Kurama easily swatted away. Frustrated, Momoshiki used his avatar to punch and kick as Naruto stood there, uncaring.

Momoshiki then managed to catapult Naruto high into the air and violently knock him back down as he kicked him away. Momoshiki then began to laugh maniacally as Naruto rolled his eyes at Momoshiki's childish antics.

"Do you see now, lowly trash? Lowly trash can never overcome a God! I am Ootsutsuki Momoshiki and I can never lose!"

Naruto and Kurama got tired of Momoshiki's antics and violently spin-kicked him into the air and then unleashed a two-handed axe-handle smash as Momoshiki's avatar landed on the ground with a sickening thud. Naruto smiled as he began to taunt him.

"Are you going to run your cocksucker all day… or are you going to fight?"

Momoshiki unleashed blasts of compressed fire, wind, and lightning at Naruto that merged to form an elemental dragon. Naruto simply gathered chakra inside of his battle avatar's palms and unleashed a Bijuudama that had overpowered Momoshiki's attack and sent him flying. As Momoshiki regained his bearings, his eyes widened as Naruto held a black orb that had transformed into a large sword that resembled a sharpened DNA strand.

"it is said that the Sage of the Six Paths forged the world with this weapon. I will use this weapon to end your ambitions."

As Naruto rushed forward, ready to strike, Momoshiki felt fear in his heart again. His arms and legs were shaking as his senses went haywire. Every cell inside of his body was telling him he needed to avoid being bisected by that blade.

"This Sage of the Six Paths… that blade in his hand… I have to escape… I have to dodge…"

Momoshiki left his battle avatar at the right moment as it was cleanly bisected in two. It exploded into a shower of smoke, fire, and stone as Momoshiki was launched violently backward. As Naruto landed near him, he rose up with a growl and transformed his arms into chakra cannons and combined them together as he fired off chakra blasts.

"I will not be denied. No human trash can defeat me, a God!"

"Six Paths Sage Art: Wind Release: Needle Hell."

Naruto's hair became sharp, large, and long. With the acceleration, speed, and the piercing power of Wind Release, Naruto began unleashing large needles that pierced through Momoshiki's blasts and mangled his body. Naruto then formed his favorite hand seal as multiple clones emerged and rushed forward. Momoshiki's eyes widened as he raised his right hand forward.

"Shinra Tensei."

Despite his clones being blasted backward, Naruto held on tight as he continued pressing forward. Momoshiki was frustrated and filled with rage as he screamed.

"You persistent worm! Over and over, you have interfered in my plans for the last time."

Naruto scoffed. "You should have stayed in the hole you crawled out of. You were safe there."

Naruto and his clones had kicked Momoshiki into the air as Naruto brought his heel down onto Momoshiki's head. Momoshiki tasted the ground as his horn broke. He snarled as he got up and saw Naruto appear close to him with a Rasengan in his hand. It was too late for Momoshiki to do anything. The powerful technique of the Yondaime Hokage had slammed right into his gut as Momoshiki screamed. Naruto roared as he pushed forward, ready to end this threat once and for all.

"You will never harm my family and friends again. Our home is not for sale. We shinobi are not vermin! I don't care who you are or how many people come to my home looking for trouble. I am going to kill you all."

As Momoshiki was being engulfed by the power of the Rasengan… Naruto drew upon the memories of his friends and those closest to him. His friends and family were the reason he had to keep living and to keep fighting. His friends and family were the reason he pushed himself to become the hero and savior he could be. And it was because of his family… that he found the strength to endure.

"Hinata, Himawari, and Boruto… this is for you. I promise… I am coming home!"

There was nothing else left as Naruto's Rasengan disintegrated Momoshiki's body and drove him into space as he exploded into particles. After that… Naruto lost consciousness."

"Can you hear me, Fox?"

Naruto's eyes opened as he found himself in a void with nothing but Momoshiki for company. They were in some kind of Astral Plane similar to what Old Man Hagoromo used to communicate with him. He could see space and the stars, and Momoshiki wearing an interesting expression on his face.

"Kurama… Kurama… you there?"

Naruto was worried now. "Kurama… can you hear me?"

Momoshiki chuckled. "Your beast is fine. We are having a private conversation, and I do not desire interruptions. You have defied fate as a young child, Uzumaki. You have the power to defy fate. You were blessed by an Ootsutsuki to stand against us. To think I was defeated by a lowly creature… fate does indeed work in mysterious powers.

Naruto was confused. "What the hell are you talking about? What do you want?"

Momoshiki then bore a solemn look. "Despite your great power… you cannot triumph over what is coming. Your belief in others and the love you bear for the innocent will one day be your own doing. I cannot completely see your future… but I am sure you are not strong enough to handle what is coming. Perhaps… your offspring… he bears the power of the Ootsutsuki…"

Naruto was angry now. "What does my son have to do with any of this? Answer me!"

Momoshiki smiled. "As a reward for besting me… I will share some information with you. An Ootsutsuki exists on this planet, Kaguya's partner. He has been biding his time for quite a while. Soon, he will strike. And not to mention… my brothers and sisters who are out there in the Universe, they will find your planet soon enough."

Naruto's blood chilled. There was evil hiding on his planet. Not to mention the space aliens ready to invade his home again. It looks like they could not catch a break.

Momoshiki spoke again. "I sincerely have no idea what Urashiki will do. He is a crafty fellow with his own secrets. Regardless, I will look forward to seeing where you lowly vermin can survive what is coming. Chakra is something you were never supposed to have… and now that you have it… I will see how well you can use it."

"Remember… Uzumaki Naruto… those who triumph over the Ootsutsuki can no longer live a normal life. Remember well that you cannot always save the day. We shall see how powerful you humans truly are."

Naruto opened his eyes and looked around as he realized he was back in the real world. He looked around as he surveyed all the carnage and destruction that littered the battlefield.

"Such destruction from fighting only two Ootsutsuki? Old Man Hagoromo, your race is tough. How many of these monsters are out there? What will happen when he dies?"

Naruto was exhausted. He wanted a large bowl of Ramen from Ichiraku and also wanted to spend time with his family. He missed his family dearly. He would make up for missing his daughter's birthday, and he would savor the taste of his wife's home cooking. He would also make it up to his son and sit down and talk to him.

"Naruto… you there?"

"Kurama… I can hear you again. What happened, partner?"

"You tell me. Something was blocking our connection. I feared the worst."

Naruto nodded as he spoke. "I thought the same, too. Somehow, I found myself on some kind of Astral Plane talking to Momoshiki. As a reward for triumphing over a "God", he said that there were more of them out there and that Kaguya's partner is on our planet, biding his time.

"It seems this parasite was arrogant till the end. For all of his pride and bravado, he was weak."

Naruto chuckled. "I agree… somewhat. Tell me, Kurama, you think Black Zetsu knew about Kaguya's partner?"

"I highly doubt it. If Black Zetsu knew that Kaguya had a partner that was supposed to devour her… Black Zetsu's plans would have been put on hold. There is no way he could have acted freely if he knew a terrifying power like that existed."

"Now… how do you plan on getting back home?"

Naruto's eyes widened comically as his jaw dropped. "Shit… I never thought about that. I was waiting for Sasuke. Now what? I knew I should have focused on learning the Hiraishin."

"This is what I have been saying for a while. With your massive chakra reserves and the knowledge of Fuinjutsu, you should have been developing your own Space-Time Ninjutsu. You cannot afford to be careless now."

"You are right, partner." Observing all the destruction and craters that were about half the size of Konoha… Naruto knew he was really lucky. Life happened. While he did study the Hiraishin, he got married and had children; life happened, and he was this close to losing it all.

"This is your wake-up call, partner. I am so grateful that you listened to me for the most part and began developing your skills, and relied less on my power. Your battle sense had not dulled, but you were lucky. You are not invincible. Even my father and Ashura, and Hashirama died before their time. For all the power they possessed, they could not cheat death. You are no exception. What if you do not have Sasuke to bail you out again? You are not immortal. There will come a time when we cannot win. You must do your best to be prepared for every outcome."

"You are right, Kurama. There are more of them out there. I have to be ready and train the next generation to be ready. I have some decisions to make now. Momoshiki did not tell me all of this out of the goodness of his heart."

"Whatever comes, partner, we will face it together."

"Now, where is Sasuke?"

I hope I presented a battle where Naruto was not nerfed. One thing that irks me about Boruto is that Naruto and Sasuke were nerfed too heavily. I don't mind them losing… but not in a useless way. The Power of Nanadaime story was my inspiration for this first chapter. Please do support Tengu4790. He makes great stories.

I also used an attack from the Goku vs Jiren battle from the Tournament of Power in this story. I hope I also did a good job with Jutsu attacks and Sage Mode.

This is the first chapter of Part One. Part One will also have a chapter of Naruto talking to Boruto and the rest of the Kage as they navigate this new issue. Please do read and reply generously. This is Part One of a series of me rewriting Boruto in small quantities. I hope I do a good job.
