Chapter 945: Video Game Tournament Aftermath.

(April 24. Ketcham Park, Royal Woods Michigan.)

Another peaceful day here in the Park. Lincoln is sitting under the shade of the tree, and with him is his girlfriend Jordan Rosato, and they are both happy after what happened the other day, when the Blue Team won the whole game, and they let the trophy stay in the school, with their teammate's names etched onto the plaque.

"Yesterday was so awesome, and we came, we saw and we played it like champs" replied Jordan. "Glad the others were chill with it, and just another GG for everyone else. Now everyone else knows how tactical the game of League of Legends is, huh?"

Lincoln nods. "Yup, and I can't believe that worked. I didn't think my plan would work to come in and aid in ending the team fight and have the rest of you guys figure out what the plan was. We all went in, with strategic hearts and minds, and we came out right on top and became the winners of the whole thing."

Then he has an idea. "Perhaps, they might have another one, and we can play a different kind of game."

This gets Jordan's attention. "Oh, and what do you have in mind for a video game to play?"

Lincoln explains. "Hear me out, another Video Game Tournament, with another MoBA being played, only this one being the game that Blizzard made, and got forgotten, a game that is like League of Legends, but with more diversity with characters, I'm talking about… Heroes of the Storm."

Jordan thinks about this. "Hmmm, that actually does sound like a good idea. We could see if it is possible, we have to speak with the Gaming Club, to see if they can make it possible, and then to Principal Ramirez."

They don't know, Leslie and Stella overheard this and they need to talk to the others, because this is a dang good idea, to have a game which has been forgotten be played, and see how much different it is compared to League of Legends, and yet iconic because of the characters.

Lincoln and Jordan just continue to talk to each other. "Alright, so if it were possible for them to make it happen, we would have to figure out which characters to use, but first the banned ones. I think if we do become part of the gaming event, we should ban: Deathwing, Butcher, Mal'Ganis, Alarak, Ana, Chromie, Alexstrasza, Kel'Thuzad, Mei and Mephisto."

Jordan nods. "Understood and that would make sense why they should be banned from being played in the game. Now, we both have played the game before and we have used the following heroes. I have played using Auriel, Rexxar, Zarya, Garrosh and Nova. You have played the characters Blaze, Fenix, Genji, Keal'Thas, and Deckard Cain."

"And, if others do wanna join, we need to speak with those who would become our team mates and see if they know the game" replied Lincoln. "If they don't, then we have to teach them. Because chances, the tournament map will be random. Heroes of the Storm has more maps than League of Legends, and all of them are objective based games."

"Hey guys." This startles Lincoln and Jordan, and they see that its Lucy. "Sorry for startling you two."

Lincoln and Jordan calm down, and then Lincoln asks. "Lucy, what is it?"

"Sigh, I was going to ask… Are there other spooky champions in League of Legends?" asked Lucy.

This makes Lincoln and Jordan smile, and they let Lucy sit next to them and they tell her all about the other spooky and scary looking League of Legends champions, from the Chain Warden Thresh to the Uncaged Wrath of Zaun, Warwick.

All of these names, and the lore, locations, story and abilities make Lucy smile, and she wants to know if there is mech about this stuff. It's League of Legends, of course there's merch about this stuff, Lincoln even shows her the images of what these champions look like.

Watching this from afar and by the fountain, are Michelle and Luna. "Dang, Lincoln and Jordan are already talking about more video gaming, which means we're bound to have another one" replied Luna.

Michelle chuckles and nods. "Yeah, I didn't think a video game such as that could be used for sports… And there's LJ right now."

They see Lynn Jr. at the nearby picnic benches, and she's talking to Annabelle. Annabelle tells Lynn about the whole big events, the world cup events from League of Legends, where they have cash prizes, big musical performances, and a returning League of Legends player, who is now part of the Hall of Fame League of Legends, the Mid-Lane Demon King known as, Faker.

"I think the whole Gaming Thing will make Lynn wake up, to a whole new genre of sports" replied Luna. Then she asks. "Mom, have there been any sighting of the assassin lately?"

Michelle sighs, and she explains. "They did extend the search radius, and found trails of empty cabins, which the Viper used before. Now the search is spread outside, to Saginaw borders, and keeping an eye on where he might pop-up. I haven't gotten a reply from the other world, yet. We don't know when they will respond to our request and have those Murder Drones help us."

Luna nods, and she sighs. "We're gonna have to be patient, and with the patrols and searches now expanding… The Viper is bound to be laying low, and not wanting to come out just yet."

Luna and Michelle get up, and they head to the nearby ice cream truck, and then they are joined by Lincoln, Jordan, Lucy, Lynn Jr. and Annabelle.
