The other Young Guardians wondered why Emily was so excited until Shocket looked at the calendar realising why Emily was excited, Earth Day an important holiday which she knew her Earth-lovibf sister loved plus she saw the green-furred kit run or web sling to the greenhouses where they'd been growing plants as their Earth Day project, as Groot had set them this challenge and whoever compketed this challenge or showed they cared about their Kant the most earnt a special prize that he wouldn't tell them.
"We all know Emily's gonna win. She takes super good care of the hreenhouses and her plant is thriving only I don't know what plant is." Rocke softly said.
"Maybe she'll share it with us. Let's go check on our plants." Byrdie told them.
At the greenhouses, Emily was watering her plant as it looked exotic and pretty making Shocket ask, what kind of plant it was. "A Venus fly trap. Don't worry she's gentle and just wants to eat flies not us." Emily told her friends stroking Venus's petals with her paw. "Relax Rocke, she's not like Audrey at all. Groot wouldn't get us anything dangerous." Emily told Rocke.
Shocket grinned, tending to her lavnder plant seeing Rocke tending to his Cherryblossom plant and singing to it which Emily found sweet only it was almost lunch hearing Shocket's stomach growl.
"Yes, nuggie time. Let's go." Shocket told them leaving the greenhouses.
RJ felt bad as he'd accidentally ate the chicken nuggets that were meant for Shocket, which Rocket had just found out knowing Shocket was going to be mad making RJ shrug. "She can just eat something else." he said hearing Shocket's yelling making Byrdie and Emily stunned hearing RJ admit what he'd did making him hice where Shocket couldn't find him until she'd calmed down making Rocke sighing.
"I think Rocket told her what RJ did. He's toast." Emily said eating tofu while Rocke was eating sushi. Hoping Shocket would be okay but knew RJ did stupid things sometimes like this.
