My Little Duelist: Capsule Monsters

Prologue
It was an average morning in Domino City for Twilight Sparkle and her friends as they were playing Dungeon Dice Monsters at Fluttershy's apartment. It seemed to be one of those usual days where they could just sit back and enjoy life.
"Now THIS is what I'd love to do every day. Study, hang out with friends and not having to worry about people stealing souls or trying to conquer the world." Rainbow said as she kicked back and relaxed on her bed.
"Speaking of study, we have to get back to studying the lives of important historical figures of our choice for our reports." Twilight pointed out. "Oh, of course, darling. I've already made my choice, Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel." Rarity replied. "My pick is Charles the Great." Spike added. "The Wright Brothers are who I picked. I mean, you have to do both if you want to do one." Rainbow pointed out.
"I'm doing my report on Charles Darwin." Fluttershy said. "I picked Anthony the Great. I was inspired by me and my parents' bakery." Pinkie said with a silly grin. "My choice was George Washington Carver. How about your pick, Twilight?" AJ added. "Alexander the Great." Twilight answered.
"I get that you're into history, but why Alexander the Great?" Rainbow asked. "There's just something about him as an explorer and as a king." Twilight replied. "Speaking of king, I just unleashed Gazelle, King of Mythical Beasts." Fluttershy said as she played her piece on the Dungeon Dice Monsters board.
As Spike, Fluttershy's opponent, strategized his next move, Twilight continued to wait her turn and read up on Alexander the Great. But little did she know that she would have a close encounter with her choice of subject, or begin one of her greatest adventures yet.
