Hi so i want to post this before prince of dragons. Anyway on we go!
I looked up at the school to see it was tall and a deadly nadder flying above it. Yes dragons have came back, specifically on my 12th birthday. But that isn't the only thing. You see i have powers and am Princess of dragons with my cousins Mari and Camicazi, we where gloves to keep the power hidden. I heard everyone scream.
"Students get inside it going to attack!" I looked to see a man who I assumed was a teacher or principle or Vice principle. "No it won't hurt you if you don't hurt it!" I yelled at everyone who were running inside. I sighed as i was ignored. "Hey there Mrs. or Mr. nadder can you please come down so i can talk to you?" I called up to the nadder. It apparently heard me as it came down.
"Astrid get inside it's going to hurt you!" Adrien called but i ignored him. "Hi there, my name is Astrid Pack what is your name?" I asked the nadder. "(This is for dragoness) i am Kate. And aren't you the princess of dragons?" Kate asked, I nodded and noticed a scar on her face as i gasped. "Kate why do you have a scar on your face?" I asked her. "Oh just silly humans i been trying to get to Idaho because of them, I think they are called dragon hunters." Kate said.
"That is so rude! Hey if you stay here til me and my cousin Adrien Agrest over there get out of school, i can ask my cousin Gabriel if u can stay in the back yard til your better!" I told her. "Really thanks!" Kate said. "Of course i love dragons i will do anything for them to be safe." I told her. Everyone started saying stuff like why kate didn't attack me or anything.
Kate flew to the top of the building and waited. I hooked up my bike to the bike rack and tryed getting past the crowd to Adrien. "So are you going to show me my classes?" I asked adrien since he is staring at me like i was a alien. He nodded and showed me around the school. He was about to show me the lunchroom when we heard a very high pitch voice.
"ADRIKINS!" Some girl yelled. She came up to us and hugged adrien, who obviously didn't like it. "Excuse me clearly adrien doesn't like you hugging him like that! Now who are you?" I asked. "Why i am mare bugwas daughter, chloe bugwas. And who are you urchin?" Chloe said. I can tell she is rude and is the chloe adrien said in the letters he sent me.
"I am Astrid Pack adrien's cousin." I told her. "Oh your the girl who talked to that reptile earlier?" Chloe said which made me mad. "Excuse me Kate is not a reptile she is a deadly nadder, a very nice deadly nadder!" I said with what I thought was attitude. I calmed down before scales appeared on my skin and clothes. "I would like if you don't call dragons reptiles!" I said near yell.
"Anyway i need to show Astrid the lunchroom." Adrien said and lead me to what I suppose was the lunchroom. "Hey my dude." A boy said with 2 girls folowing him. "Hey who is with you adrien?" One of the girls with brown hair going into a red and orange tip with brown skin said. "This is my cousin Astrid Pack. She is new here, i just finished showing her around the school." Adrien said. I held out my hand for them to shake.
"Hi i am nino laghit, and this is my girlfriend Alya cessair. And this is Marinette dupain-chenge." Nino said. They all shook my hand. "I am exited to be apart of your school do you three mind showing me around the town or coming over to study? I can ask cousin gabriel if you can while i ask about kate." I said. "Who is kate?" Marinette asked. "She is a deadly nadder i meet not to long ago today!" I said.
"What is a deadly nadder?" Alya said. "The speacis is a type of dragon." I said. "Kate is really nice you would probably love to meet her! I'm sure she will too if you don't hurt her." I said. "Oh! Well i guess i like to meet her. But class will start soon we should head." Marinette said. We all head to our classes and got our assessments until it was the end of school.
"Wow! I can't believe that gone by fast!" I said as me and adrien went to our bikes. "Excuse me." Marinette said as she went to the crosswalk. "Bye mari see you in a bit!" I said. We got on our bikes and all left. "So how do you know that dragons name?" Adrien asked pointing to kate.
"I told you i can understand dragons!" I said to him. We went to the mansion. As soon as we walked in, i told kate to wait outside. "Hi nathile can i talk to cousin gabriel?" I asked nathile. She nodded and led me to his office.
"Hi cousin gabriel, i have two questions. The first one is can a new dragon friend of mine stay here til she recovers from a dragon hunter rudeness. And two can marinette dupain-cheng, nino laghit, and alya cessair come over to work on homework and get to know each other?" I asked him. "I sopose but if anything goes wrong you are to blame and you have to take care of the dragon." Gabriel said. "K thanks and i will." I said and went to hug him which surprised him.
I told adrien and he went to his room and texted them. We agree about 5 for them to come. I went to clean my room. I took off my gloves, socks, and shoes. Ice immediately went out from my feet. I use my changleing, slinkwing, and more chameleon like dragons power to get the lanters down and used my fire power to light them.
I put on let it go. As it plays i put my clothes away organized my dragon stuff and told kate to go to the back yard for now. I grabbed some stuff to make a nest for kate. While i did this I thought I was being watched but I ignored it. I organized my books.
I made cards to ask questions about my new friends. As soon as i sang "the cold never bothers me anyway." Four people sang it with me and scared me. I fell and accidentally send fire out of my hand which landed on the rug and spreaded. I quickly sent ice at it. I had two emotions, 1. Mad, and 2. Emberesment.
I looked to see adrien, alya, marinette, and nino looking at me with shock faces as my wings, tail, and dragon ears disappeared. "Um... hi?" I said as i got up only to recive pain and fall on the floor once again. They ran towards me. "Are you okey?" Mari d-c asked. "Astrid what was that?" Nino asked.
"What happened?" Alya and adrien asked at the same time as the other two. I was trying to answer but nothing came out just heavy breathing. There was so much pain. All i could think of was the pain. "Astrid answer us." Adrien said.
"So much pain!" I said very quietly. Adrien was very concerned about me. They all helped me up to sit on my bed. Even more pain came. I thought i screamed because of there faces.
Adrien ran to the bathroom and brought a wet rag out and placed it on my back witch i winced at. More pain came and i felt my skin and clothes turn into scales as my wings, tail, and dragon ears reappeared. I seen cousin gabriel and nathile with kate coming to see what was wrong. It was a hour of pain and reassurance but the reassurance didn't help. After the hour had passed the pain went down and my breathing went to normal.
I closed my eyes for a bit while nino, mari d-c, and alya had a call from there parents and left real quick to get something from there houses. "Astrid you okay?" Adrien asked. "Y-yeah i-i think so." I told him. "What was that?" Nathile asked. "I'm not sure, but i hope it doesn't co- AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I said as i felt the pain return.
They gasped. Alya, mari d-c, and nino came back thirty minutes later as the pain slowly went away. I tried catching my breath as I heard a pop sound from inside me. I turned my head and tucked it under my wing. I remember what my mom told me on my thirteenth birthday.
And i think adrien, gabriel, nathile, and kate heard it to because i heard them gasped. I started crying as adrien explained what the pop sound means to mari d-c, alya, and nino. "Mari, alya, nino that pop sound means... well... um..." Adrien couldn't get the words out so I said them for him. "I am... pregnant." I said and heard them gasped. I felt more pain come, this time more painful!
I screamed so loud that i think my mom could hear it! I felt the pain go all over my belly. I couldn't hear or think of anything else except the pain. It went on for what I thought was hours. But it was 2 hours.
Once the pain went away i lifted my wing so they can see as well. And there sat four black and white eggs. I thought the pain return as i screamed again. And everything turned pitch black. I thought i was asleep for weeks or days.
But it was a hour. I turned my head to see 6 sleeping bags rolled out across the room each with a bag at the end. There was 6 chairs around my bed with no one in them. There was kate's nest i made in the courner near the window. I turned to see the door started to open and everyone came in.
"Astrid!" They all said at once. They all sat in the chairs while kate sat on the floor. "What happened?" I asked. "You passed out for a hour after you felt pain after the four eggs were laid." Kate said. I looked at my paws and thought more pain came since i winced.
I felt adrien put his hand on my paw. Then the pain went away. I slowly opened my eyes and looked at adrien. "How did you do that?" I asked him. "Do what?" Adrien said.
"The pain, after you put your hand on my paw the pain went away." I said. Adrien looked down and scratched the back of his neck meaning he is nervous. "Adrien what are you not telling us?" I asked him. Adrien sighed as everyone looked at him. "I have dragon powers too mostly to heal people." He said.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Gabriel said. "Because I figured it out after Astrid came." Adrien said. I turned my head as i felt something came out of me. I lifted my wing to see 5 more eggs with the 4 already there. All black and white.
I felt my breathing speeding up. I couldn't even hear what adrien said to me. I felt him put both of his hands on one of my paws but it didn't work which scared them. I couldn't think about anything but the 9 eggs! Then everything went black!
