By this point, Ben was 20 years old. He was planning to marry Catherine soon. The two had been together for a while now and decided to get married eventually. Everyone was excited, Ben was finally getting with someone permanently. "My mans finally did it!" thought Ethan.
Right now, Ben was looking at the Omnitrix. It had changed appearance, it now looked similar to Ben Prime's original Omnitrix but with a blue color (not to be confused with Ben 23, who has gold colors on his Omnitrix). It had unlocked more aliens and features.
Meanwhile...
"The coordinates to the planet Earth have been set, boss."
"Good. Now let's move, fast. Before Vilgax manages to get ahold of the Omnitrix."
A white spaceship with blue linings was traversing through the vast emptiness of space. What seemed to be its commander ordered someone to head to Earth apparently for the Omnitrix. And it turns out, he was trying to keep someone named "Vilgax" away from it.
Elsewhere...
"Let's go. I want the Omnitrix now."
"Sensors indicate that the device is on a planet known as "Earth"."
"Then we shall travel through space until we get there. And when we do, I shall retrieve my Omnitrix. But first, there's something I need to take care of. To the Null Void!"
"Affirmative, master."
FWOOSH!
A portal opened in front of a black and red weird-looking spaceship, before it went through it.
Meanwhile in the Null Void...

A portal appeared near him, before a black and red spaceship came from it. After it came through the portal, it landed right next to him. Bob got ready with the Antitrix, but then...

It froze, he couldn't get it to work. Then...

Out of the spaceship came a big, burly alien who looked like he had an octopus for his head. "Wh-Wh-Wh-Who are you?! Wh-What are you doing here?!" Bob said, "I am Vilgax. I believe you have something that's mine." the alien replied. "Too late! It's mine now!" Bob replied back, but he still couldn't get the Antitrix to work. Then, the alien (or should I now say Vilgax) added "Fool. You know why you can't use that anymore? Because I created it. It's mine, your time with it is up.". "Wh-What?!" Bob said in confusion, but before he could do or say anything else Vilgax knocked him down with his tentacles before taking the Antitrix from him and putting it on his own wrist. Then...
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
The "B" symbol of the Antitrix changed into a "V", V for Vilgax. After Vilgax got the Antitrix, he went back in his ship and ordered one of his bioids (humanoid robots that could take in other DNA) to get out of the Null Void. The bioid did as he was told, and took Vilgax out of the area.
FWOOSH!
"Ungh..." groaned Bob after he got back up again. Then...
ROOOAAARRR!
"AAAHHH!"
It was a Null Guardian! Null Guardians are gray and eyeless squid-like creatures with wings and a mouth, and Bob was in trouble.
A Few Days Later...
It was the day that Ben and Catherine were supposed to be married. Everything was ready. Food, cake, drinks and other things. It was lovely, the surroundings were beautiful and it felt warm and welcoming.
A Few Hours Later...
"Do you, Catherine William Meyers accept Ben Tennyson as your husband?"
"I do."
"And do you, Benjamin Calvin Tennyson accept Catherine as your wife?"
"I do."
"If there are no more objections, Benjamin you may now kiss the-"

AAAHHH!
In the middle of Ben and Catherine's wedding ceremony, a black and red spaceship crashed into the wedding tents, food, tables, chairs and drinks. It was Vilgax! He had come to retrieve a certain something from Ben.
"The Omnitrix!"
"H-Huh?!"
"The Omnitrix! Give it to me!"
Vilgax wanted the Omnitrix from Ben, "You'll have to take it from me first!" Ben replied before he transformed.
FLASH!
White skin formed around Ben, before black linings covered him. Then, a scary blue eye appeared in the middle of his face. Finally, his entire body became ghostlike before the Omnitrix appeared on his chest.
"Ghostfreak!"
"Your tricks will not help you, boy. I see you have improved the Omnitrix, but it still won't be enough to save you."
In actuality, Ben didn't improve the Omnitrix. It just upgraded on its own after he turned 20, but Vilgax didn't know this. Then...
"Wait, b-but I didn't-"
FLASH!
Vilgax had transformed into a hybrid of all the different aliens of the Antitrix, he had named it "AntiVilgax". Then, he said "Behold, what devices like the Omnitrix can really do!". "Y-You have your own Omnitrix, s-so why do you want mine?" asked Ben, "Although the Antitrix is superior in features and transformations, the Omnitrix is superior in terms of functions and safeguards. Which is why I want it. With the powers of the Omnitrix and Antitrix combined, I will create an unstoppable army that will help me take over the world!" replied Vilgax. Ben opened up his chest and tried blasting Vilgax with ectonurite (Ghostfreak's species) energy. However, Vilgax was able to deflect it using the Shield of Seagle.
FLASH!
BAM!
After that, Vilgax tried blasting Ben with the Ruby Ray of Rouleau. Ben became intangible and avoided getting blasted. Then, he became invisible. While Ben was invisible, Gwen, Max, Catherine and some others took the chance to help out. "Soralis Eratanichia!" shouted Gwen, before blasting lightning towards Vilgax who deflected it with the Shield of Seagle. Vilgax continued using the shield to protect himself from Ben's friends' attacks. Just then, Catherine managed to swoop down behind Vilgax before striking her sword towards his body.
CHAKK!
"ARGH!"
Vilgax yelled in pain, before he grabbed one of his swords and let it set itself ablaze. Then, he tried slashing it towards Catherine who dodged it and kept on trying to attack him.
KLANG!

While Catherine was busy trying to strike Vilgax again, Max and Gwen helped by using white magic blasts and plumber equipment.
FLASH!

PEW! PEW! PEW!
"RAAAHHH!" roared Vilgax, before he started using eye lasers. This managed to fend off both Max and Gwen. After that, Ethan tried to help by firing his highly-modified rifles. However...
FWOOOSSSHHH!
"AAH!"
Ethan was forced to take cover because Vilgax used Hot Shot's power. Then, Vilgax proceeded to destroy everything in sight using all of his weapons and the Antitrix's aliens' powers.
SMASH!

CRASH!

BOOM!
"That's it! I'm not letting anyone destroy my wedding day with my wife!" thought Ben, before he managed to finally sneak up behind Vilgax. Then...
FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!
"AAAHHH!"
Vilgax was in so much pain after Ben managed to sneak up behind him and phase his hands through his head. Just then...
FLASH!
"Grey Matter!"
Ben turned into a small gray alien with blue eyes called "Grey Matter". Then, he climbed up on the Antitrix before disabling it.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
FLASH!
After that, Vilgax was reverted back into his normal form. Just then, Ben shut down the Antitrix with Grey Matter's intelligence. After that, he got off of Vilgax and switched to Fourarms. But then...
FWOOSH!
A white spaceship with blue linings suddenly appeared! It was the same one from a while ago! After it landed, its door opened.
FWOOSH!
"Vilgax."
"A-Azmuth?!"
"Wait, grandpa? You know this guy?"
"Yes. I am Azmuth, creator of the Omnitrix. I intended to send it to Max, but it seems that you've gotten to it first. I guess that means you're Max's grandson since you were able to put it on. It only responds to Tennyson DNA, which you must have since you were able to wear it."
"I-I don't understand, if the Omnitrix was meant for my grandpa then... why did it end up in my hands?"
"An accident. I accidentally set its trajectory off-course in the heat of a battle with Vilgax here."
"Azmuth... I will destroy you!" shouted Vilgax, but then...
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
Azmuth quickly went up to Vilgax, before taking the Antitrix off him. Then...
FLASH!
"AAAHHH!"
He used it to trap Vilgax inside permanently. "You shall remain as you are, in a prison of your own making." he added. Then, he took the Antitrix with him.
"W-Wait! Wh-What about this? I-I thought this was yours?" added Ben, before he reverted back into his human form and stuck his left hand out with the Omnitrix on it. "It's in good hands until then. If a mere human can keep the universe in one piece using that device, then I don't see why he shouldn't have it." Azmuth replied, "Wow. Th-Thank you." Ben replied back. "Keep the Omnitrix safe, away from evil." Azmuth added before he went back in his ship and disappeared.
After Azmuth and his friends disappeared, something strange started happening to the Omnitrix. It flashed and glowed blue, before it returned to its original form which looked more like an analogue watch (minus the hands and numbers of course). "Whoa..." said Ben. Then, something popped up on the Omnitrix. It was a message. It said "Omnitrix complete. Internal systems upgraded.", Ben smiled after seeing that message.
A Few More Hours Later...
The wedding continued. New food, drinks and other stuff were set up. There was laughing, goofing around and having fun. But most of all, Ben and Catherine could now truly enjoy their love now that they were married.
"Do you, Catherine William Meyers accept Ben as your husband?"
"I do."
"And do you, Benjamin Calvin Tennyson accept Catherine as your wife?"
"I do."
"If there are no more objections, Benjamin Calvin Tennyson you may now kiss the bride."
After the priest said the quotes that he was supposed to say, Ben and Catherine kissed each other. Then, the celebration continued.
