Chapter 6

Todd could not believe what was going on he was captured along with his friends well technically Nicholas is still in his stomach.

"If you can spy on us? You know about the carrot what do you want exactly for me?" Todd ask.

Devonte smirk, "well it's a long story, me and my team have been looking for these carrots for a while until we found them and when we did we were planning on taking them until you ate one of them, we realize we could use you as a test subject and to see how you would be affected until you explode taking out the city with you."

"Then why did you capture me and Kyle?" Todd asks as Nicholas can hear everything and kind of pissed that he wasn't included.

"Because I didn't know you were going to try to self destruct early and take out the carrots with you, I had to stop you in time and thank goodness I did and since your friends here know, the three of you will be locked up in here until you self-destruct which should not be long."

"Wait what is your plan to do with those carrots?" Todd asks as if he was supposed to be a test subject then what were they planning to do exactly knowing what those carrots can do.

"What else sells them? Many people would love to have those things and use them to spread a message and while that's all happening I'll be making lots of money," devonte said as he padded his pockets, "too bad you won't be around to see it."

Devonte left the three there as the doors were locked and there was no way to get out as the ropes were very strong.

Nicholas who was inside of the stomach was thinking how could he get out?

Looking at the carrot and realized there might be only one way and yet it would put him in very big danger but at the very least it would save both Todd and Kyle.

Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath before he went over to the carrot and swallowed a hard lump in his throat knowing this was going to be very disgusting.

He ate the carrot that was covered in a mix of saliva and stomach fluid as he kept eating and it went down his throat.

Keeping his eyes closed as he kept going.

After a few minutes

Todd was struggling to break free from the robes they were made out of solid chains and yet he couldn't break free but as he continued to struggle they felt stronger as if he was getting weaker and then...

Todd's eyes look like they were about to burst from a skull as he tried to fight it but then fell onto the floor and vomited out Nicholas.

Todd look surprised as he felt lighter and then he began to shrink but his clothes remain the same size.

Nicholas got up and wiped off the stomach acid from his clothes and felt like he began to grow so he quickly took them off and grab Todd's outfit and grew right into them in a few seconds.

Todd got change and Kyle look like he was about to throw up.

Nicholas who is now a 9 ft tall man, he went over and helped free Kyle, "we have to get back there and destroy those carrots before they can get any of them."

Todd nodded, "yeah but how are we going to do that?"

Nicholas looked down at Todd, "now the carrot is inside of me once we get over there I'll self-destruct and destroy the area with the carrots in it."

Kyle's eyes went wide, "but you can't do that you'll die!"

"Someone has to make the sacrifice and since it inside of me now, we have to get over there before I get more bigger, the more time we waste the more powerful the explosion will be."

Todd and Kyle look at each other and nodded, realizing Nicholas was right they couldn't waste time because it would put the city in danger with more stronger Nicholas would get now that he has the carrot inside of him.

They went up stairs and now with Nicholas new strength he was able to break down the door with a kick and look around to see no one was there thank goodness for them.

Nicholas and Kyle were about to run out of the house but Todd stayed behind making the two stops for a moment and look back, "Todd we got to get out of here before they come back!"

Todd suck his head, "no we can't at least not me, we need to expose these people of what dangers they could be doing to protect the city and other parts of the world they might sell those carrots to!"

"Don't be ridiculous we're going to destroy them!" Nicholas said.

Todd shook his head, "no we can't! Nicholas you go me and Kyle will stay to find evidence to make sure they don't already have some and to expose them to the town."

Nicholas did not want to argue as he was about to go over but then realize Todd was right, they could already have some hidden away as well there could be some things they could find out if they have any connections.

"Fine but don't get caught if they're come back!" Nicholas said before running out and leaving Kyle and Todd behind.

Kyle and Todd went looking around to see if they could find anything.
